Everyone was very friendly and understanding to our needs of the system! Very happy with the equipment and the features! Gave some them my friends' phone numbers so they can have the same comfort from home as we have!! The gentleman that sold is was very kind and very good at his explanation of the system and pricing!

From the sale to install was perfect. I would recommend Vivint to everyone I know. The products work great... Susie the Salesperson and James the Tech man it was a awesome experience, thank you all so much. Being able to see who’s coming and going is a real peace of mind knowing Vivint has me covered all the time. Once again I look forward to a long lasting alarm partnership with Vivint.

Guys came on door to door cold call. Danny was respectful and informative. I had been researching security systems and was curious about them so I listened. They had a good deal so I bought in with a fairly large system. Installer was there 10 minutes after the sales guys were done. Installer was good and did a good job. Had to schedule for an additional install time to finish since it was getting late.

Finally feeling safe. Getting set up with Vivint was super easy. They really customize to your needs, and reassure you on how things work. I was very worried about which system to choose and I was walked through each one and what they do! My technician was awesome!

Installed door bell security system. Sales representative Zac **, was very knowledgeable of the product! He explained the system, showed me a video of how it would work and stayed until the installer came. The installation tech was courteous, neat and very professional. I would recommend your company and professional employees to anyone.

Good customer service. Tech was not push about product. Tech was very courteous and friendly. System was demonstrated to both myself and husband. So far the experience has been good. The system seem to be very user friendly. The security panel is easy to read and can be accessed from smart phone. I like that if other people are given access such as grown kids. They can also be removed.

Sales representative was polite and well informed. Scheduled the installation too late. It was after midnight before basic install was completed. Had to schedule another installer for later next day to hook up smoke alarm. I like the system, very intuitive in its operation. Easy to navigate app.

I received my installation yesterday. The technician somehow connected the control panel to my living room light switch so now if I turn off the switch the control panel loses AC power. I called customer service, and they had no current solution nor offered an apology - instead offered a technician to come out ONE week later. Terrible service + definitely not the company I expected. On top of the tech messing up, he left a thumb-sized hole in my wall. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Now I am stuck with the equipment + terrible service.

I had my security system installed yesterday 6/5/20 by two of the most pleasant and informative guys working for Vivint, only have their first names s/o to Jorge and Eric. They’re a great asset to your company! I will be referring Vivint to my friends and family. I know they will be please, again thank you!

The team was extremely knowledgeable and efficient when assisting us with our purchase and install. Josh was amazing and got right to the point when he realized we did not need to be sold as we had already did our homework and was interested. He knew his product and was very sharp! Definitely a top leader in the making. The install guy (Paul...I think this was his name) was cool and knew exactly what he was doing. We love that EVERYTHING was completed in one day.

We purchased a home that has the equipment in it already. We now own equipment that is useless without a paid subscription. So we reached out to find out how to use the system. I spoke to a young lady on June 1st who said she was giving me a referral code ** that would give me a $200 credit and will allow me to try the service for 4 months (you can pull the call and hear her telling me this). She then transferred me to Coby ** who told me that “she didn't know what she was talking about”, “she is in another department” and she gave me a code that was for equipment only and I had all the equipment the company offered. I then said I'm really just trying to use my doorbell that did not work properly. He said if I didn't get the subscription service I would need to go buy another doorbell.

I had a great experience with Victoria and Thomas in their explanations of how the system works and how the system works, and to contact them if I have any questions. Both of them were professional and well versed in the system.

Paul the technician who came over to set up my equipment was very polite, helpful and explained everything. Made sure I understood how to use it all. Tested all the equipment just to make sure it all worked well. My experience with Vivint went well. I’m sure I’ll be recommending friends and family.

Javier is the best technician ever! We used Vivint alarm for our first property and Javier did such a great job that I specifically asked for him to install our 2 other properties. He is patient, professional and knows his service. We have 3 properties and I will only use Javier for our alarm system set up.

From the moment I made the initial call it has been a pleasant experience working with Vivint. My initial contact was Dalton in customer service he was very knowledgeable and had all the answers to my questions. The next interaction I had with the Vivint representative was the installation technician Jared **. Jared was punctual. In fact he was even early to the 10 o’clock appointment and once he arrived Jared was very knowledgeable about the installation process and after I signed a few documents he began and he was able to install my new security system perfectly. I highly recommend Vivint as a home security system based on the initial contact with customer service and then Jared Harper was an outstanding young man. George **

Survey texted to me at 4:30 am. No matter how pleased I may have been with Vivint if you text me at 4:30 am and wake my wife and I up you are not going to get a good rating. I would have thrown the whole security system on the street at 4:30 am if I could have.

Collin was very personable and clearly explained everything. I love the smart lock and doorbell camera that I had installed. It is so cool to be able to use Alexa with my new system. I am able to control my security right from my phone and watch who is around my home. I feel much safer now.

Tech was on time and very professional. He was also honest in recommending sensors appropriate for the house/property with no sales pressure. Tech provided good explanation of features of system and mobile access. We where very please with the tech and the items installed.

The guy that did my installation was really friendly, quick, and helpful. The equipment is current and high quality. The interface is simple. I hope that it never gets used as anything but a deterrent, but I'm fairly confident in it working considering the caliber of everything else.

We are very happy with the results. The system is very user friendly and alerts us whenever someone comes to the door. The live views are great.

Great installer. Love my new security. He was polite, funny, tolerant of my many questions and put up with a hot house since my air conditioning broke the night before. The price is a bit steep but I am hoping it will be worthwhile.

Salesman was very courteous. He explained the package well. Since I already have Vivint at another home I am familiar with the good service. Only thing I haven’t seen are the window stickers and the yard sign. Perhaps installers just forgot. But so far things seem to be working well.

We loved our sales rep David but we have not received our equipment yet so not really sure on the whole product. When we receive our system we will gladly share more. We are definitely excited to get this whole thing up and running.

Yes already recommended! Right after we completed our application I recommended two family members. We love our new smart home system. Way better than ADT the company we had before. The application process was quick all the prices were explained thoroughly and everything got installed in a timely manner. Customer videos were shown on how the outdoor cameras work. I liked the feature of the cameras that make a sound to scare away any intruders.

Sales guy said he would be back to explain exactly how it worked. Installer said he would be back next day to drop and install DVR. Still sitting on china cabinet because has not been installed. Poor installer had no water was supposed to be on my location between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm. Didn’t show up until 8:30 pm. I had to work the next day at 3:00 am. And he didn’t get done until 10:30 pm. Overworked Vivint needs to higher more employees to be able to keep up with the customers demands.

In light of the state of affairs right now, we felt it necessary to inquire about an alarm system for our home. We called many companies but one kept popping up. It was Vivint and equally Benny ** who had installed for homes around us. We are overjoyed with the product and everyone involved.

Service and install was a great experience. Very pleased with every thing. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. I will be adding more equipment at a later date to go full smart home because I’m still interested in more cameras and lighting control. Thank you for everything guys.

Very friendly and willing to work with all types of credit. Installed in a timely manner. While installing they answered any and all questions my family had even my kids questions. Assured to my kids they are very safe now. Equipment is very user friendly! Would recommend them to everyone!

I had a very good experience with Mike. He was very informative and well mannered. The installation man was very informative also and polite. He didn’t leave any mess and cleaned up after his self. I was very pleased with there conduct and manners.

So far I'm enjoying this experience, this is only day 1 so there's not much I can say thus far, however the guys were nice, knowledgeable and very efficient. I wish the system could have been installed in more discrete areas on the home. This is my first experience with an alarm system so I'm looking forward to a great experience.

Although the cost of the equipment is great over the long term, I’m convinced Vivint and their services are the best. The salesman and the install team were truthful and top notch! They answered all of our questions and trained us on all aspects of the system.

After coming to my home the day prior, I decided to speak with a rep because I was interested in Vivint. Both individuals I encountered during the process, Kate and Drew, were pleasant; however there were too many technical issues. During signup, Kate had to call Support because her system timed out and it wiped out all of my information. Support saw it on their end and I completed the process with them. She then had to call back because it had me paying the almost $3,000 in equipment upfront; she was told it was resolved and was given approval to proceed.

Salesman was awesome. Professional and compassionate. The price was great and he was willing to consider my budget and concerns about my current provider. The demonstration was clear and precise and all my questions were answered. I was able along with the assistant to participate with the demonstration.

I have had my system for over 3 1/2 years. Called to upgrade. No problems. After upgraded system was installed started having issues with outdoor cameras. Went round and round with tech support to check this, reset this, reboot this, do software upgrade but nothing worked. Asked for appointment to have tech come to house after fighting issue for 2 weeks and cameras being inoperable, they tell me nothing available for 3 weeks. I complained then they sent me to escalation department, lady there makes me an appointment for next morning a Saturday at 8am.

Your tech left his trash and old panel at my house. I tried calling your salesman to bring it up and he never answered his phone or responded to voicemail. Granted it’s not much trash, but it still seems unprofessional.

I gotta say that Vivint got lucky as ever with Arthur. Without a doubt hands down one of the best installers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Polite, willing to go above and beyond. Really appreciated everything he did for our family home.

Randy also connected me with customer service (Cody) and Cody was also amazing in helping me resolve some differences in what I was expecting vs. what was actually possible. My installer Desean was great and very informative. My experience since signing up has been absolutely horrible and the installer is the only reason I will keep the service. I have been given the run around since signing up. I was told several times someone would call me back and they never did. I had to call 4 times before my issue was even addressed and they sent someone out.

I would recommend Vivint to friends and family, they are very professional, and the service they provide is accurate, equipment installation was precise, and definition of cameras are high definition, the techs that came to my house to do that installation were very helpful and gave me a walkthrough in how to use the equipment.

I was charged for equipment and membership right away. Never received the equipment that I paid for and am being charged a monthly fee for a service I am not receiving. On the phone for an hour. I was transferred 3 times. They said they’d call me back. Still no call back and no equipment.

Sales and Tech very Familiar with their products. Installation was easy. Home office was very easy to work with. The whole set up and controls are easy to use. I can control it with my iPhone. There is no need for a separate remote.

My experience was very nice!! Since all the dust is settled, this is not such a great deal. We were told the equipment was valued at $3400. $95/101.00 for 60 months is far more than $3400. I don't like that this is really a bank loan. Austin & Sean were great!!! A total pleasure meeting them.

Our technician Michael that installed a full system with 5 cameras and the ring doorbell, was super nice, gave us so much information, and made us feel like we made the right decision. He was very patient, and was able to explain in detail how everything works. He made sure we picked the right locations for the cameras for our security, and even he helped us capture our escaped pet hamster.

Salesman region manager, experience went very well, insulation went very well, I just need a certificate of alarm system insulation, for my home insurance so I can get my discount from my insurance co., once I get that, everything will be fine, maybe it should have been giving out after insulation.

Install 2 hours late getting to house. 2 hour job took 4. Left our house around 2215hrs. Did not seem to have enough equipment to get it done. Overall system works. Did go over system with us but install was not like what the sales rep said it would be.

We were able to see a direct comparison between our current equipment & service with the Vivint product & upon agreeing to a program the installation of our system began almost immediately and we had service before we went to bed. Much better than what we had before and extremely pleased we made the switch. Customer Service is phenomenal!

This is a good product, I can see how secure my property is every minute of the day & night. The alarm alerts me every time the doors are open and I can check this on the camera. I have seen today Monday June 1st that my lawn men came to cut the grass so I am really satisfied with the security that you sold me. Thank you so much!

The sales rep Kati was one of the best representatives I have experienced. Not only was she very professional and knowledgeable but she had great character. Our installation team was the same way! It was late in the night and they could not have performed any better. Great Experience!

I just got the system installed today so I cannot speak fully yet. The technician who installed it was very polite and nice and through. He explained the system and took his time to make sure I understood. Hopefully we will like the system and be able to keep it.

Edward did an amazing job installing our security system. He was kind and courteous. He got it installed in a timely manner and explained everything to my husband and I. They are also extremely affordable unlike ADT who also made things complicated to try and get an install.

I order my system on May 20... Didn't receive it til May 28! When we got the system, we didnt receive outdoor camera...that is one of the things we wanted along with doorbell camera...which we got but cant get it to work keeps going offline.... Now I have been on hold for over 50mins and still waiting!!! Not a happy customer and my boyfriend wants me to send back system.

Rep Kelly did a great presentation of product. I was sold. Tech Eric did a super job of installation. I will gladly recommend VIVINT to my friends and family. Whether I'm home or away... I now feel comfortable knowing that my home and belongings are protected.

Excellent customer service. I love the new system Much better than ADT... looking forward to a more secure home. Feeling safer already! If I had to complain, my one complaint would be the cost of the equipment was a bit pricey but the service I’m getting with Vivint outweighs the cost.

Vivint alarm system is incomparable to no other. The demonstration during installation was amazing and assuring! Every step during installation and after provide. We had made the right choice to choose Vivint. The technician did a great job to explain each and every aspect of how the alarm and degree of efficiency was shown and demonstrated.

Was unable to get the door lock. It was one of the main reasons I wanted this. Problem had something to do with holes drilled in the door. Unable to connect my phone as there is a problem with the router. Doorbell and thermostat work fine.

The sales and service people were knowledgeable and friendly (Cameron and Javi). Their service was easy and efficient, the way they both explained the setup to me. I was lucky enough to have been able to receive the equipment as the same day I signed up.

The salesman was very nice, answered all my questions and told me about Vivint and how it works. I was glad to see that my alarm system set in the same day!! THANK You for my new alarm system. I feel very safe now.

The quoted price war 53 dollars but when they left it was 70 some dollars. Did not get my security signs outside or for the windows. Very unhappy on this. Call the sale rep but he was in a meeting. When they added what he promised the price went up.

David gave excellent customer service! He took his time installing all of our devices. Not only was he professional, but he also gave good conversation. He made us feel like family! We’re not the most tech savvy, but he was very patient when it came to showing us how to operate our security system on our phones, the door, and the keypad. He even took the time to answer my son, who always has 1,000 questions! Due to David, we are very comfortable and happy with our Vivint security system. We were so lucky to have him as our technician and installer. Thank you!

The equipment seems a bit expensive. The free installation offer is good. Have had the service for less than 24 hours. Do not know what else to say at this time. The salesman is a sweet kid. Installer was courteous. They need to remember to present their vivint ID right away.

I’m very pleased with the equipment. I was surprised my installation was so late, from 9:00 pm-12:30am. My tech worked quickly which I appreciated, but I could tell he was tired. I’m flexible but I think that’s pretty late. I was ready to retire for the night by 10:30pm. I’ve had to troubleshoot my wireless connection several times so I will have to keep an eye on that. Also, my automated door lock keeps alerting that the bolt is not secure when I lock it, each time. It appears fully extended and the door will not open so I’m not sure what the problem is. Lastly, I noticed I have 4 window sticks on my statement of equipment but none were installed on my windows. I will call to check on what happened there.

Vivint is the company we have chosen, along with most of our neighbors. They have wonderful equipment, easy to access, and so much coverage for the price. We love that we can have full control of the security of our property from anywhere we go. Wonderful customer service as well! We are in Great hands with Vivint.

With our new home we now feel extremely safe with the new alarm system. We have an 8 month old baby and me working away from home, I am extremely happy that I can see and hear everything that goes on around our home.

I have only had the Vivint system installed for 24 hours but so far it seems pretty good other than a few installation issues. The equipment seems like it’s good quality and both the panel and the application is smooth and easy to use. Here are a few of the problems I had. After the install I had a garage door sensor cover loose error. I used the Vivint troubleshooting guide to figure out that the tilt sensor backing plate was upside down and was not pressing on the internal spring. So I removed the plate and set it right side up. Then none of my cameras were detecting movement, deterring or sending notifications. After chatting with Vivint over half an hour it was fixed with a software update.

Seller an Installation Guy. Just would like to thank you all for even having them type of guys on your team. It was a blessing to be able to find a security that I feel comfortable with and safe with it easier. Your team is great and they explain everything I needed to know. Thank you so much.

The gentleman that came out was very friendly and could answer all questions. Would def recommend to a friend. Now I just got it installed today. But they are very fast and accurate and precise. I look forward to doing business with you guys for awhile.

So far I am very happy with the system. I have only had it two days so I am still learning it as far as using it with my Alexa and just going through some of the features that come with it. All in all I love it.

Installation was easy. Shipment was fast. I am still on the fence about the doorbell camera. It goes offline a lot, and the speaker never works when I attempt to respond to the person ringing the doorbell. I do like however how I am able to know when packages are delivered.

The two men who helped learning about Vivint and install the system were great! Very informative and helpful. The technician did a great job taking time explaining the system and also making sure the items were installed in the right area.

Shane was very helpful. Answer any questions I had and more. Shane went step by step on how to get my system up and running. Before he left he made sure to double tap on all the information he gave me.

Day 1 So far so good.... Very friendly and knowledgeable. System is def a step up tech wise. Glad we switched. I was very skeptical with the door to door salesman but he was able to verify himself, let me and em the wife talk it over. Very easy to work with and the recognitions we very nice, prompt, efficient And respectful.

The job was done with courtesy and precision, and everything was explained in detail and I had a trial run before the technician left. Also left phone numbers in case I had a problem I could contact them, and also showed me how to find things I needed on the panel box.

He was very knowledgeable and respectful and even wore a mask as I had mentioned to the salesman. The only and I mean only, small issue was the doorbell cover was left off and the trainee should be wearing be a mask regardless.

Very courteous salesman and technician. Equipment installation was good. Same day installation. Didn’t have to go to the store, they came to our home. Don’t want to be out in public to limit COVID exposure and practice social distancing. Forgot to ask for the Vivint signs and decals for outdoor use. Cameras are very nice. Alarm panel is user friendly. Will monitor how well the alarm response is and will recommend it to friends based on experience. Too soon to tell. I had ADT monitoring services before.

Sales rep and installers were friendly and helpful, but sales rep had mud on his shoes. And install took a while because he was training someone and it was late at night and they did not do a real good job of cleaning up after.
