Jason, the tech that installed my system was nothing short of amazing. He provided me with all of the information to get started, and made the process so quick and easy to complete. I would highly recommend to go with VIVINT! I am now able to do everything from my phone, I have great security footage & most of all I feel safe in my own home.

My garage door opener hasn’t worked for a week and nobody has resolved the issue or gotten back to me to schedule an appointment. I’m very dissatisfied and would like my equipment removed if the situation cannot be resolved. The communication is horrible. The representative painted a very nice picture but I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with Vivint.

Was very punctual and through. The technician was very skilled and helpful. He took time to explain everything to me and let me learn to work the system controls. I'm also glad to have the medical alert necklace since I have recently had medical issues. I will definitely refer friends and family to your service.

So far, I am pleased with the system.!! After some consideration, I do wish I would have designated it for another spot but all in all, good experiences so far. The technician was great, nice, and knowledgeable about the system and the products that came along with it. He was very respectful throughout the installation and would also recommend him to a friend for installation.

The salesperson was very courteous and professional. He even took off his shoes at entering my home. Kylan was personable and very knowledgeable in the product. Explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The technician did a great job as well. He was also very courteous and professional. He showed me exactly how to use panel and app on my phone. Overall, extremely satisfied.

Dustin ** was the salesperson who talked to us. He was very professional. Went through every thing with us. He answered all of our questions. He explained how it worked and said if we had any question we could call him any time and that he would be contacting us to see how things were going.

Good attitude by the salesperson and the installation guy. Will take a few days to fully review the product. But the customer service was good so far. Looking forgot to checking the effectiveness of this product. Will send an updated review after that.

Both the sales representative as well as our installer were amazing and we are excited to work with a company that so many people trust. The install was fast and the technician did a great job showing us how to use the system.

I'm enjoying it. But I'm still learning how to operate it. It makes me and my family feel a lot safer and I like looking in making sure that they're safe without getting up checking in another room, I can just pick the phone up and look in on them.

After the guy left my house with my purchase he said it would be 20/50 mins for the other guy to arrive to install. He didn’t come til a little over 2 hrs later. I had plans I had to cancel! Then he said installation would take and hour to an hour and a half. It took almost three and to top it off my A/C stopped working when he installed Vivint Smart Thermostat. They said someone would come the next morning and it’s now 2 and still haven’t heard from anyone! Good thing was I made them reinstall my old one or I’d probably still be sitting here with no A/C.

Tech was outstanding and kept us informed the whole way during installation. The system works so much better than I thought. So far we are really impressed with the system and the ease of use. Would highly recommend. Again, tech was impressive.

My wife and I are super impressed with the state of the art setup and excellent service we received with Vivint! Much of what really impressed us with the Vivint technology is their ability to be well ahead of their competitors through their innovative features to include active deterrence cameras, and continuous 4G connection to ensure constant connectivity. They also have great peace of mind features such as checking to see if you left your garage doors or front door unlocked! Now we feel safe and secure in our new home.

The ladies that came were very professional, efficient, great workmanship, knowledgeable about products and services provided. Only concern, there was a small conflict, we were told by the sales associate that the motion sensor would only affect cats over 50lbs, installers said that is not not the case. Plus, the motion sensor goes off when the system is not armed and does not go off when the system is armed! Totally backwards!!!

This is what you need in Home Security. Top notched. I don’t know why I didn’t get this system to start with. Have called my family’s and friends to check Vivint Smart Home System’s. One of the things I like about this system it’s works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

I have had a good experience so far with the equipment and service. My grandson and I feel more secure and can sleep better at night. And I have been talking about it to my family, friends and coworkers. Thanks.

Our technician was thorough and very informative. He was patient in how he walked through all the details of our service and equipment. He was super professional with installation. He was on time and told us in advance the estimated time of installation. We don’t have any complaints.

Initial customer service. The young man was very nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the product. I was surprised that the service was going to changed the very same day. The only thing was that it was kind getting late as I'm used to going to sleep early.

From the moment that we got in touch with the sales rep until he left we got this explain with all details what Vivint was about. We like the product, we like the service and most of it we like the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and he wants to help. Later that install people came and they were also very nice and professional and quickly resolved all the obstacles to put my alarm. The only thing that I will recommend is at the end with little detail with the wire installation. Need to be little neater, was not the the best. But everything else was EXCELLENT. Thank you.

Service tech was very professional installing equipment and explaining how to use equipment. Cameras are very clear. Door lock is awesome and door bell covers a lot of area in the front yard. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Even though there were some technical difficulties for the order to go through, the salesman was very persistent. The technician came shortly after and did everything in record time. I am very satisfied with the service and products. The customer service is great.

Overall it was a great experience. This was a right place right time. We have been looking into getting a security system for our home. We were unsure which way to go. Then Jordan walks up at the right time to tell us about Vivint. We are very pleased. We love the system and the ease of it. Our sales and technician was great. Would recommend to anyone.

They listened to what we wanted and was shocked how fast they could come out and install everything. The tech listen very clearly to where we wanted everything. Took him about 3 hours to install everything we asked for. He was really patient with our little girl wanting to keep talk to him.

Very happy with the sales process and pricing is excellent. Tiny delay in the install but the installer was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall very happy so far and would recommend the service/equipment to others for the reasonable cost and friendly service. It would be great if as a part of the pre-installation information we could provide more information about the location (for instance, ours is a concrete building requiring different tools) and the distance for wiring. Overall though, this has been a positive experience and despite the delay in final installation, the technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable, the sales person was wonderful to work with and we are very happy.

Vivint is a top notch company. Every representative I spoke with over the phone was friendly, helpful and efficient. The installation technician, Javier, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and secure before he left after 7 hours of work. He was extremely helpful in teaching my husband and I about all the features of our home system and did a beautiful installation job, custom fitting everything to our home perfectly. The technology is far better than anything I have ever seen and is super easy to use from my iPhone, watch and tablet. I could not be more impressed with this company’s products and their service. I switched from ADT. They bought out my Contract and I received more than I had with ADT at a better monthly rate! Salesperson and installers were great. If you want a smart home, they offer all kinds of products. I'm glad I switched!

I would refer a friend because the quality of the cameras, videos and the up to date connection with your phone device is so amazing and very easy to use. Nowadays we have to be more protected to feel a little more safe at home and away from home.

We couldn’t be more excited to be able to use Vivint to secure our business after having a great experience for years with our home security service with them. Now that we see what all has been added we are looking to upgrade our home.

The salesman who claims to be super transparent was not at all. When the technicians come and install which I have no qualms with them they were super professional and two very nice guys however they gave me either a five digit or six digit number that I was supposed to plug into their iPad and review them, they never gave me that opportunity. They did give me the verification code however it seems they reviewed themselves instead. Anytime you try to call customer service nobody knows anything. It seems like their company is just a huge maze with a bunch of lab rats running around because nobody can tell you anything but you better have their money every month. They are very adamant about that which of course when you sign something you pay the bill. That's just how the world works.

Great system! I was so happy to get a all in one system. It's so easy to view and operate. Overly satisfied with our installer. He really made the whole experience easy. This was a old home, but we are renovating and this made the process easy. I would highly recommend this to all that need that security for the family.

The entire process was simple straightforward and on time. The comprehensive system was exactly what was needed and after consultation we added a feature for even better security. Technician was helpful and knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Vivint is the way to go.

I am a VERY new customer to Vivint. I got it installed on 6/25. The young man Derrick, who came by my house was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the tech David was very helpful, and quick to install. He answered all of my questions and helped my family install the app, and get registered on the keypad. The screen's cameras that replace my old system are so clear. I am so far very happy with the switch.

After equipment is paid the monthly cost will be about 1/3 of the monthly price. I would recommend it. The screen is the best part of the set up. Easy to navigate, and large enough to read and select actions to perform.

We told him we had no detectors and he said, "Ok no problem". Then when the service guy shows up he did not install it because we have to have a working smoke detector then they had to be reminded several time on where to install the door lock. And they were here till after midnight and I had to get up at 4 am and the sales guy said they could connect our garage door opener and the installation guys said we need to call the office and it would cost us $50 more. Wtf.

My technician Victoria was awesome. She explained everything thoroughly and her work ethic is terrific. I was left with no questions and no shadow of a doubt about anything. She finished in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I would definitely give her a 10/10 on customer service. She is awesome.

When the salesman came up my first thought was here we go again, another business that's going to try to pressure me into getting their service even if I tell them we can't afford it. Well I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman was kind and not only knowledgeable but not at all pushy. It was a great experience and we are so happy with the system even though we've only had it overnight we sheet feel a lot safer especially me being a stay at home mom.

The whole process was easy. There was no pressure to buy or get all the items they offered. The sales and installation people were very courteous and knowledgeable with their products. My only regret is not getting an extra camera for the back door.

Great cameras and awesome price. Came and hooked my service up quick. I got the door bell and the back camera. I got an outdoor sign as well. The technician came out and was very polite. The service representative was able to almost match my price with my previous provider.

Doorbell was offline. Representative was very knowledgeable and helped me fix my issue fairly quickly! I had to completely delete the camera, but she listed step by step instructions and made it really easy to follow! I’ve only had Vivint for a day, and I love it.

Customer service is great.. I called to get a quote and never felt pushed to make the purchase however after speaking with the sales rep I was sold on the system. Install was next day and tech that came out was very polite and knowledgeable. Install was fast but precise and all of my questions and requests were met. The system itself is great so far. All the sensors and cameras work great and I can say I feel a sense of relief knowing that I have the cameras and the security system to protect my home. I would highly recommend.

Spencer did a great job with his presentation. He was not overbearing and quite pleasant. He covered the contractual parts and explained it well. Garrett did an excellent job in the installation. He was quite efficient and explained the system well.

The entire process was great! I had a Vivint rep come through my neighborhood about 3yrs ago and tried to recruit me from another security agency, but due to my credit I wasn't able to join Vivint. He left me his card and a free quote... FLASHFORWARD (to 2days ago).. I fixed credit, called the guy (who no longer worked for the company) but gave me a number to his old boss who quickly set me up with all the right people. Everyone was so nice and accommodating and gave me an even better deal than I was offered years before. The process was a breeze and the people who installed were here in 2 days to get me set up. They were nice and answered all my questions. I will recommend to Family/Friends.

Everyone was so nice and helpful. The sales guy was extremely kind and very knowledgeable. The installation lady was super smart and very helpful and kind as well. I cannot complain about anything!! I’m not sure if I’ll keep the service because of the price but it is a very nice system.

All questions were answered and Juan even followed up the next day with some concerns. Concerns were addressed and resolved (happend not to be Vivint problems but nternet provider problems). Person who led my training was very patient and courteous. Time allowed for training was very appropriate even though we finished earlier than expected. He made sure that after every aspect of the system was clearly understood before advancing. Our session started on time. And I am hopeful that I will continue being pleased with the system.

My son and daughter in law bought Vivint two years ago when they purchased their home. They have had nothing but problems with the system that have not been resolved as of this date. They are planning to sell the house and move out of state so they called to cancel service. They are being told it is $1800 to cancel the service AND they still owe for the equipment. This company is a total rip off and should be approached with caution. Two years of service already and they still want $1800 and then some. I will NEVER recommend using this company for service. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I am very pleased with the service I received with Vivint sales person. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I would gladly recommend vivint to my friends, family, etc. The process was fast and easy. I was able to contact the customer service with any problems I had and it was resolved within a short amount of time.

I purchased the outdoor camera, doorbell, and smoke detectors. I’m pleased with the cameras so far. They’re clear and I like that the app notifies me promptly. I’m sure the smoke detectors will work great too but I hope I never have to find out. I got them mainly for my pets protection if I’m not home and something happened.

I recently co-signed got my son and Daughter to qualify for the security system. I absolutely refused to give my credit card as a form of payment because as I stated I was the co-signer. Now it looks like the young man lied to me and has me as the owner. Someone needs to call me at **.

I had Braxton out to explain everything to me and he was great! I had a lot of questions and he sat there and explained everything until I understood it. Jordan was my service tech (that came out the same night that I got the service!), and he is amazing as well! He was funny, friendly, quick and clean (he even laughed at my not so funny jokes)! I don’t know much about the company itself, but I do know these two men represent a company that I look forward to having service with!!

We Enjoy Our New Cameras and Doorbell. We recently had our ADT cancelled and our Arlo cameras as well. We choose to do this after Alex, installed cameras and a doorbell in my sisters house. Alex was able to sell us on upgrading to Vivint. I negotiated and we were able to make a deal.

My technician was so kind and patient. She worked with my work schedule to be able to do the install at a convenient time for me. Once she arrived and got started, it only took about an hour and it was flawless. Very informative and polite!

On 6/15/20 I had your Vivint security system installed. Everything was working fine, but 6/20/20 the cameras weren’t working properly. I call the sale person to ask if a technician can come back out to look at the system. The sale person informed me that it will be 6/22/20 before a technician will out. So I agree to take that appointment date of 6/22/20 at 14:00. I try several attempts to get in touch with the sale person and left text messages to confirm the appointment date. The sale person ever get in touch with me and the technician never showed up. This is bad business and no customer need to be treated this way. I will not recommend anyone to get your security system. Also I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau of this situation.

Sam arrived as scheduled. He was great!! Sam was polite and went right to work. I had very specific request concerning wiring and worked diligently to comply with my request. Sam was very neat about placing the wiring and cleaning up. Thanks Sam.

Doorbell installed. Chris was early. Yay. But the truck had company logo on it...I really didnt want neighbors to see that. He was friendly and great. I'm sad I didnt get the bundle my neighbors got. I hope to add more later.

An installation that was supposed to take an hour took three because none of the equipment that the technician had worked. He also didn't clean up the mess he made. He was very friendly though. He talked me through the whole process.

I am very disappointed in the deceitful sales tactics used by Vivint. The cost of this service was not fully disclosed in an apparent manner. I am awaiting the return of the salesman Ben who stated he would return the next day. I want to discuss this issue with him before I exercise my 3 day right to rescind.

Our salesperson was really great at providing explanation and estimates when we asked questions about the product and the pricing. Our install tech was very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with during set up of our panel, and our app. He was very personable and even followed up the next day offering to come back if we had issues.

Love the equipment and the installer did a great job, the salesman was very informational. My only negative (which can be said about any security company) is that the discount was a bit exaggerated for hazard insurance on my home. Overall though happy with my experience and the guys did a great job.

Horrible installation. The tech was here for 7 hrs last night. Did not leave until 9:45pm and was on the phone more than anything. Left wires hanging and a mess! The gentleman who we got service from was awesome and very aware of what was going on. Just a bad time with the tech!

Had a few conversations with Chris the salesman who was always professional and polite. Called him to come do a pitch and he made us feel very comfortable with the service and confident that our home would be well monitored with an easy to use interface. The installation process was easy, Mack’s ** was very knowledgeable, confident, and easy to talk with. He answered all of our questions and addressed any issues we had quickly. Everyone gets five stars! Would recommend to others.

Absolutely???? Terrible???. There’s not enough room to write what has gone wrong so far. But... 2nd appt which was set up by their mgr after I complained was a no call/no show on Saturday! And they still haven’t set up a new time to come back out. Terrible communications! Smdh.
