The tech came in on time... gave all the information that comes with the product.. I'm still in the process getting to know more Vivint.. I have to familarize with the system. I hope this will help me secure while I'm away from home.

It doesn't work yet but the installer and sales people were great. We're having a problem hooking up to my phone. I would like to keep the system but if I can't operate it does me no good but everything you offer is great., I hope we can resolve this issue and move forward. I was only approved for so much but plan to add as time goes but.... I guess we will find out????

Our installer, (I believe his name was Drew), was a very nice young man. He was efficient and fast with his installation. He answered our questions and explained the system in such a way that made it easy to understand. He followed up with a great job of cleaning up after himself.

We had a great experience overall. Kait was very pleasant to deal with and was very upfront about all of the capabilities the equipment provided. It was kept simple and I was able to build the package we liked. Chris showed up super promptly and did an excellent job and was super helpful and pleasant and the installation is neat, clean, well done and functioning properly and was up and running super quickly. Will definitely recommend to a friend and I plan on placing vivant in our office building. Thanks.

I was absolutely pleased with Brandon, the installer. He went over everything with me and there were a few surprises. The person I spoke with on the phone didn’t do a great job at explaining things to me in full at all. I had a totally different idea of what I was getting and how much it cost. I was torn about what I was going to do.

Loay was very helpful in my home security installation. He was patient with me as he explained the system to me and walked me through arming and disarming the system as well as the other options for security while I’m at home. Loay was very educated on the Products and service. I will highly recommend Vivint for Friends and family.

I bought the equipment and they told me that it does not need WiFi, and when it arrived it turns out that it does need it, and the installation said that it was free, and it was a lie. It turns out that they charge it. The truth I like that when they offer me something they tell me the truth before pay.

I had a pleasant security installation experience with my Vivint Technician. He was prompt, informative, and friendly. Before and after the installation he answered all of my questions and assured me that I was making the best decision by becoming a Vivint customer. He even provided me with two free sensors that was needed for my home. I am hoping that I will continue to have a positive experience with Vivint because my expectations for Customer Service is extremely important to me.

On May 23, 2020, a vendor from Vivint offered me the alarm service and offered to pay 50 dollars a month for an alarm and doorbell, and he never told me that the equipment would be charged, he told me that they would use the equipment I had. I from my other company told me that he would give me a free month for me to try it and if I did not like it I could cancel it he told me that if I decided to keep the service the contract would be for 2 years.

Salesman Setson and servicemen Devon were both polite, professional and helpful. We have had other similar sevices but these were exceptional. Thank you both. Would recommend them to others seeking home securities.

The salesman and the tech were Professional and friendly. They were very attentive. The technician took his Time to get the job done correctly but was mindful of the time spent. I would recommend the company to anyone of my friends.

First the staff are Friendly and funny! Someone walking by would think you are chatting with your best friend of years. The service is amazing! The install gentleman named Joe was extremely patient with me. I was rather impressed with the presentation and your sales person. He was professional and followed through with all he was able to do with us and the current promotion. We were also impressed that he was able to get his crew to my house as soon as he did. The crew was also exceptionally friendly and worked as a team. They were thorough, and showed us all of the options, set us up on your app. They were friendly and removed all of their trash...Is there a Veteran's Discount that can be added later on? My husband is a 100% Disabled Vietnam Veteran, going blind and already deaf. He is not a person who jumps at a change, or makes quick decisions and he surprisingly liked what he saw immediately. Neither of us are physically well, and our efforts at putting up with ADT.

Sales rep (Zach) & tech (Jeff, I think) were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They explained all aspects of this whole experience. They both were able to explain step by step what I was getting for my money and how to use the monitoring system at my level of understanding. In just a couple of hours the job was complete. Today is only the second day I have this security monitoring system. So far so good. I am loving it! Very satisfied! Thank you VIVINT.

On a scale of 1 to 10 I would say a 10 for giving me the full details on how this system works in full and discussing the paper work in accuracy. The installation tech did all the work in a timely manner. He explained the system to me on how everything works. On a scale of one to ten he gets a ten.

These guy won’t hide anything from you. Riley, who was my sales rep, was a total pro, courteous and clear about all options available. I personally thought they had great pricing. Same day installation was also great and smooth, guy knew what he was doing.

We just moved into a home that had a Vivint doorbell installed, and when we called yesterday to get it set up under our name, we were informed of all the other equipment we had in our house from the previous owners. The representative quickly explained that we could have someone come out the next day to get everything set up and working so that we could start using these features. The installation rep, Daniel **, came out this morning and installed the panel, a couple other items we requested and went over everything with us in great detail. It was so easy and he was so nice and helpful. I can’t believe that after making one quick phone call not even 24 hours ago, we are set up and ready to go! Highly recommend!

I never would have thought I would buy a home security system from a man going door to door. I was impressed with the clarity of the camera. And the other options as well. I like also that there is break in protection.

The kids that came out were very good and informative. It took a little longer because he was training another guy but that was understandable. Very pleased with the process. I let the agent Kaden know that I wanted it and the installers came out 30 minutes later.

Great product all around. Only thing is the doorbell camera goes offline randomly and I will have to figure out exactly what's going on with that. Was super fast at the process and explain how to use the product very well! Everything seems to be running smoothly in the company considering I told them yes and the installation man was out the same day within 2 hours of paying for the system!

Door Bell Camera. If you do not have one; you better get one. I love mine! You can see who comes to your house and you can talk to them through the doorbell camera. Great system! So hurry up and get one!

The salesman was friendly and knowledgeable and the installer was very thorough and quick with the installation. I really hadn't thought about the age of my old monitoring system, but I'm glad that I upgraded. Perhaps in the future I will add additional security features to this system. It would be nice if Vivint was compatible with my existing Arlo security cameras that I already have installed.

Brandon my technician was amazing. He was here for 3 hrs fixing an issue I had with an incorrect quote I was given. He was very patient and thorough with his Installation and instructions. Also spoke with customer service and was able to somewhat fix my issue for me about the pricing.

He did a good job helping my family and I understand how to properly use the system. We feel safe with this new system. He did his job amazingly. He was very nice and funny. He did we very patient explaining my kids how to use the system on their devices and my kids now know how to use it and all that.

Brian was very helpful and explained the products throughly. Installation was done very fast, they even cleaned up after themselves after drilling on the wall. Yesterday afternoon a very pleasant young man visited my home in hopes of our purchasing a home system. Since we had previously been broken into and burglarized twice we were very interested. Statyn was thorough in explaining how the system works, possible purchase options, and purchase terms. Our installer Adonis was also pleasant and explained all operations of our system so that even my husband could understand????

Way better than ADT. No faults alarm. Very high quality. Nice people. Great customer service. They're always there to help and make the day better. Highly recommended. It doesn’t use WiFi so no one could hack you or if your WiFi goes down. It’s still running.

Alarm and Security cameras was installed by Vivint. Done excellent job. Very clean. At time of Installation he explain everything and made sure we understood it clearly. We would highly recommend the two guy that came out and installed our system. Everything was neatly and clean and took all the covid -19 rules.

The cameras are not recording stuff properly and recording air and saying it is detecting something then when there is someone actually in the area it no does not capture them. Then last night there was tons of dead air and not of the other cameras.

While I was initially annoyed with a solicitation visit when we have a No Solicitation sign on our house, I'm glad we opened the door for this one. So far, so good - pros: professional and courteous, true to their word so far (they are buying out our former contract with ADT but that hasn't happened yet because ADT requires a 30 day cancellation notice, so they won't send us the final bill till after June 12); they were able to install faster than expected (but it took over 4 hours for the install and training); the system seems to be working well - love the fact you can set rules like arming and disarming your home at a specific time each day.

Started out unsatisfied because the installation promise times were not met until I finally spoke to Taylor and he set me up with installation technician, Michael **, who has excellent customer service skills and took care of the complete installation. Great job done by Michael. He made up for the unsatisfactory customer service by the first person who handled my account. Thank you Michael **!!! (badge # **)

Just got new security system at new home today after having preexisting service with Vivint in new home. Love the new features and camera capabilities. Having access while on the go is a very convenient resource. I look forward to have if a more robust alarm systems.

The rep was going door to door and was not pushy at all. He explained all services offered and why Vivint was better than who I had at the time. Once I was set up, my installation was done that same evening and I love it! So glad I made the switch.

Sales guy was pleasant but slightly misinformed. He thought the entire system was wireless (I had an existing Nest video doorbell which wasn’t operating because of some wiring issue that we had yet to figure out). I also have an outdoor Nest camera that’s still in box. Salesman told me that Vivint would purchase those products if we decided to use these products instead. The installer hadn’t ever heard of this, so that was kind of a bummer. Installer had to come at 8:30pm and left at 11pm. Dealt with wiring complications, but he worked hard and figured it out. He briefly showed me how to work everything, and made sure I had no questions. My only other issue is the video doorbell keeps going offline, and I’m not feeling the app is very user friendly (or maybe I just haven’t gotten the hang of it). All in all, positive experience.

They were a great team and very professional and installed my equipment fast and clean. They were very respectful and a pleasure to have in my home. They explained how the works and I was pleased that they came to my door and sold me the system. I did not think I would be able to afford a system this great for the price that was given to me. Sandman ** was great and did a really good job in getting us the right products for our home. The installer was pretty efficient besides tripping a breaker and we couldn't figure out what happened until a couple hours later. We also had to replace the doorbell and wall panel because they would not work with the deter setting which increased the install time by about 2 hrs. Lastly, only issue I had was that we weren't told that we were going to pay for the service starting on install day. I was told we had a trial period of 1 week. Then a month from there we would be charged the monthly equipment fee and the service fee. It wasn't a huge deal but wasn't expected. Overall, a really good experience! I'd recommend to others!

The young man that came to speak with me was very patient and kind. He took time to explain everything to me. Allowed me time to ask questions without any pressure. The tech was very kind and respectful. He told us everything he was doing. Asking permission to place everything on the walls before doing it. He even cleaned up his mess before leaving. I was very satisfied with the whole experience. It really makes a difference when you feel like the person that is explaining everything in detail really cares about his product in which he is selling.

We are very happy with our Vivint Smart Home security system. Bryan O., who sold us our system, and Nick, who installed our system, both did a GREAT JOB! We had a question about our system the day Nick installed it. We called him that day, and he answered our question. Bryan came back on the day to see if we had any questions. We were encouraged to text him with any concerns we might have.

A good experience with installation. Ron was great, really efficient and explained everything, set up was great and couldn’t have asked for more from him. The initial sales person did miss telling us certain information regarding you will be enrolled in a citizens loan for the purchase of equipment and that the bill will be split in 2 each month.

I called them after another company couldn’t keep a connection several times, I was wanting something fast due to not feeling safe and no defenses. We finalized a price and although a bit steep and not including the outside cameras it was some security and I could add on later the extra cameras, when he told me it would be next week I said, "Oh no I’m sorry (that’s at least four or five days ). I will search more for a quicker solution". He then asked me to hold to ask his supervisor about overnighting to me which would’ve put my security here Friday or Saturday.

Quick installation. Technician arrived on time. He was very polite & patient, very professional too when he heard my current company bad-mouthing the change/cancellation. He didn't take up a lot of time from my busy schedule. I sure hope Vivint lives up to my expectations as I was with my previous company over 14 years!

They had to reschedule the appointment and the next day they were late showing up but gave us the first month free for the inconvenience. After they arrived they were apologetic and very professional on the install. Very Courteous and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend them.

Our Technician Matt ** was excellent, very patient and informative. Answered all our questions. Initially, I was going to go with CPI, I am so glad CPI gave me the runaround and I ended up with Vivint! I would recommend Vivint to my friends and family.

The sales person was programed it seemed that all he wanted was to sell a contract. I must had told him 10 times that I'm on a fixed income Social Security. I could only spare $25.00 per Month. 25.00 that means I can not pay more than $ 25.00. I figured that the sales person had a special discount he was going to give me because I am old. After the installer was completed. (He did a Fantastic job, also vacuumed up). When I went to sign the charges were 69.00 for equipment and Over $38.00 Every month. Sorry. I have to Cancel because I cannot afford more than 25.00 per month. Ever.

Very professional and friendly people, I would recommend them, today is my first day using it so I can not tell much about it but so far I’m liking it, the resolution of the camera is very nice and so is the sound, I can hear very clearly what’s going on outside!

It was an Easy installation, Very polite serviceman, he explained services completely. Demonstrated all details of the new service. Installed the garage door opener which is wonderful. Sign in front, cameras up with great resolution. The Doors work, the window glass breaking is working.

The installers were friendly and knowledgeable and very respectful. Extremely patient with all my kids running back and forth where they were trying to work. They also cleaned up any wood dust mess that was made. Were great at explaining how to use every aspect of my smart hub. Great job guys thank you!???

The person who demonstrated the product and explained everything was very helpful. He was able to sell the product to me in 15 minutes. The price was within my budget and the technician was at my home within 1 hour to install. I recommend to anyone who is looking for a good alarm system with cameras.

Was very polite. Well informed on everything we questioned him about. Was very helpful overall. Showed us everything we needed to know about the system since we were taking over a previous system left by other homeowners. The only thing we wish he had for us to receive was batteries for the equipment but we understand!

Our salesman Christopher ** explained everything very thorough. He was kind and understanding towards our wants and needs. Triden our technician came to install our system an hr after we made the commitment. We were very pleased with his work. We got a great deal and are happy with our equipment. The wall panel is easy to use and we love getting notifications sent directly to our cell phones. Everything was great in the beginning. Love the equipment, loved the sales rep that came to our house. I even had to call customer service and that went well. But, the next day, my husband found shoe prints on the hold of our very expressive car. Two techs came out but one of them used my husband's car to walk on while installing the garage system! Who does something like that and we asked both techs multiple times, "Do we need to move our vehicle?" And both said no. I'm extremely pissed!!!! To top it all off, the one tech had some type of issue with women and would only communicate with my husband.

I had a great experience with Vivint from the sale person to the same day installation. I have only had the system for one day but I’m pleased with the package and would recommend Vivint to other people. The staff was great and showed me how to work the system and the sale person called me to make sure the installation went smoothly.

Salesman was knowledgeable and explained everything that we had questions about. He didn’t use high pressure tactics. The installer explained to us after each piece of equipment was installed as well as how to use the system. I will refer them both in the future.

Both the salesman and technician were very nice. They explained everything simply. The only negative comment I have was the time. They came at 6pm, I thought it would be a quick in and out. Not so, they were in our home for 4 hours, meanwhile I’m trying to feed my family and get kids to bed. They pressured us to have the tech put the equipment in right then and there because he was “just around the corner”. It was a bit annoying and inconvenient. But I do like the product and services, a huge upgrade from what we had before.

My experiences was great. I like the features I chose. All this is new to me but me and my family would be safe and my home and the people were very friendly and helpful from beginning to the end. Thank you very much.

Professional, thorough and quick. I am very pleased. Abraham and Joe did a wonderful job. Product appears to be top of the line. My only complaint is the boxes being left but I understand it’s because of the customer’s option to cancel and rebox.

I was iffy at first, didn't want to waste any more money but when they told me I could save money down the road I was hooked. So I decided to give them a try and once I tried the cameras and I was shown everything they could do to keep my family safe I was glad I switched.

Vivint installation was done very professionally and with great care. Agent wore mask for safety. We were very pleased all around. We really liked the care he took to be sure we understood everything before he left. He was very prompt and polite. He made sure we understood how to work our panel and phone.

Workers were on time, respectful and patient in explaining how everything works. The sales rep worked with me on the cost, and length of time for my trying out the system. The installation did take a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a big problem.

I really found it unusual that the technician did not clean up his mess. Left all boxes that he took the product out of on table. I felt he rushed through instructions even though we have had a system years ago. The salesman asked us for a password when selling the product so we gave home the password if Vivint would call to verify our identity so we gave it to him. When tech was here I had to leave so he asked my husband for a password also. He did not know this was the same password he was asking for so we gave him a different one not realizing that’s what he wanted. One or the other should ask not both.

Everything was fine, only now the price for what I want has gone higher, and paying for something you don't want is not okay. They gave me a price, but now it would be more if they measured what they promised me.

My tech was working till almost midnight and was not too happy with that. Well I appreciated his dedication that was way too late for myself and my family. He was very sorry for having to be here that late in order to get the equipment installed and I was even going to ask him to come back the next day but allowed him to finish.

After being disappointed with a Cox home security for years. I was actually excited when a Vivint sales rep knocked on my door.

KC was professional. He wore a mask and gloves as a matter of protection in this current pandemic situation. He took his time to answer all my questions in a detailed polite manner. He added on smoke detection at no added costs when I told him that our present ADT system could pick up our smoke alarms and alert us.

Very nice, very helpful, knew what they were talking about, got what we need and what we wanted, had fun with them. They were like part of the family and was very happy with everything they did and got done.

I would give it 5 stars but the home office or whoever set up the install messed up paperwork/information and when we ran the credit for the payment plan/financing, it kept saying declined yet I got emails for the terms/etc. Apparently it was being run under my wife’s name and my SSN/DOB etc. This caused a delay with the install for 2 hours because the tech kept having to call and the customer service said it was fixed but it never was. The tech was beyond patient and made sure we were taken care of in every sense. Highly recommend him for any install.

It is my first time that we put this type of security in our house but stop everything is very good. The people are very nice and they explained very well. We hope that we have more security that when we leave the house everything is assured. Thanks Vivint Smarthome for everything his work.
