I do recommend this to my family and friends and anyone that needs an alarm system. Good service and very friendly. If you have questions they will answer accordingly to what the question is. I would use them again if I need them again.

I’ve always wanted a home security system, and now I have one! The system is great. Jesika that did our installation was very friendly, professional, and super helpful in making sure I understood everything. I would recommend this system to anyone who is looking to make their home as safe feeling as possible.

Tech was very polite and professional. He explained to me step by step what he was doing. I hope everything goes well with my system. Have had problems in the past with others companies. Love the camera, wish it could have been place on the side of my house and not the front although I did not asks the tech about the placement.

Tim was a very intelligent and knowledgeable Guy that did a excellent job on my cameras. My doorbell, he put them where I can see what I need to see. He explained everything to me and my mother to our understanding. We asked a lot of questions. He answered them. He was very very polite. I would recommend him to my friends and family. Job well done.

Great service and expertise by technician and salesperson. Technician was very efficient and thoroughly explained the installation. After installation, technician walked me through entire setup of system, as well as the mobile app. Salesperson was knowledgeable and reviewed all features available to meet our needs. Highly recommended!

David was amazing and was very friendly! He was fast and answered all my crazy questions! David made sure I was able to access all the equipment and how to run it. He even hung up one of my decorations.

Very impressed with staff that was sent to my house. Very informative and easy to use. Explanation were thorough and my agent was so polite and easy to talk to. She made sure I understood everything. Would recommend to a friend in the future. Love the easy to use app that is on the phone.

Kurtis and Brett were very professional and nice. The only thing that made me uneasy is that I continually asked if they were part of ADT since that was my previous company and Kurtis kept dancing around it like he was trying to avoid the question. Turns out, they are not the same company. I would have preferred the truth as I understand he has to sell product.

The sales guy was very nice. The installation crew knew exactly what to do, and they explained the system to me and my wife very well. Looking at the system in the daytime really puts things in perspective, about home security.

Yes I did. I recommended a neighbor, and my son! I especially liked the high quality of the camera images! Being able to control the front door lock from my iPhone and when away from home. The online support for tutorials and help online is comforting! Thanks!

So affordable and same day setup. Kyron and his team really went above and beyond to help me protect my home! I got the full smart home package, for an amazing price. As active duty military it feels good knowing my family is safe while I am away.

Our technician was great, did an amazing job. Have only had the system for a day, but so far it works well. Hoping to also get the discounts, as that was the main draw for us. The quality of the cameras are very clear, and the door sensor noises can be customized.

This product is absolutely incredible. My husband is disabled and unable to change the thermostat or get the door if someone isn't here to help him. He can now see if someone is outside, talk to them and let them in without having to leave his chair. He can now also get help if he falls alone.

Vivint did an outstanding job on the entire process. They are second to none in service and installation. I would highly recommend using Vivint in the future and I will recommend and reference them to all of my friends. Their technology and equipment is superior to the competition. The doorbell camera is awesome and is completely safe. It cannot be hacked and if it is Vivint will write you a check for $30,0000.

We are happy with our new system. The rep and technician were very through and installed the system in a timely manner the same day. We installed cameras previously and were not necessarily real happy with their quality. I truly believe we will have the Vivint system for years to come.

Everything was great with my installation. Features are good and it all works great. Looking forward to spending more time with and I will probably add some more devices to my system. App is cool and streamlined as well. So far, I would definitely recommend this service to a friend.

First impression is not that great. I like the functionality of the product but the installation has been a horrible process. The technician caused some electrical damage, which Vivint paid for, but that prevented him from being able to finish the installation. I was able to get them out there same day for the install but fixes seem to take days to get coordinated.

They were very good at explaining and the service installation was fast. The cameras are pretty clear and the alarm and doorbell are loud. Everything is pretty easy to set, the alarm, door lock, temperature in the house....and I like the fact that it all can be done from my phone from anywhere.

Wait times are unacceptable. After 35 minutes I hang up. Trying to clear up an issue with installation, but no luck. Was told to have electrician repair existing doorbell transformer and wiring for better camera to work and then tells me needs perfect tone or something like that so could not use better doorbell camera. Just wanted a few months of monitoring comped.

My husband and I always talked about getting an alarm system eventually. The friendly customer service, same-day installation, low start-up cost and comfortable monthly payment were too good to pass up. It was easy to say yes, given the yearly cost is about the same as our home insurance deductible. We're very happy customers.

Awesome job! Chris took care of everything. Even talked about issues that might happen before he began. He made sure I had exactly what I needed and was happy with where he was placing each camera. I would suggest him to anyone for an install.

Installer. She was very efficient and told me everything that was happening. Moved a little fast setting up screen and phone. Asked my opinion on where to locate equipment. Asked if she could clean up after drilling. Showed me where all equipment would be placed.

I love this system, the service tech was awesome! My favorite thing about the system is how easy it is to use it and I can access it from my phone, if I have any issues calling customer service is really easy as well. They walk you through everything give you detailed information. Best security system I’ve ever had.

Jacob did an amazing job and walked me through all the steps. He even redid some of the past work as he didn’t think it was up to par which I really appreciated. He was very nice and knowledgable. Please let him know he did outstanding work today.

Like having Vivint installed. Technician was professional, neat, clean and made sure wires were not visible. He was thorough in explaining how to use the system. Would recommend to friends and family. Also, like options available and being able to make some changes just prior to installation.

The serviceman was here over 4 hours stating problems w reaching Vivint service and was not wearing gloves or booties in my house during this pandemic. Also the originally ordered back for camera he claimed was not in the order and am still waiting for resolution for the financial end.

Salesman very knowledgeable. Tech. That installed was very professional although he did make one missed judged hole in my siding, but it was an honest mistake and he did apologize for it. Very satisfied both with the salesman and the technician for there friendliness and professionalism. Once again I would definitely recommend this company.

Andrew ** Did a good job installing my Vivint system. The technicians were very professional while in my home and did not leave my home trashed from the work they had to perform. I do have one issue that I need to address concerning my passcode. Waiting to hear from technical support.

Both the salesman and the tech knew their tasks very well. Only issue we had at all was the slow process to update the panel since I don’t have WiFi in the home yet and am apparently in a wireless dead zone. Great experience all around.

Steven ** was a great salesman. Did a great job explaining how the company work. Then Nate came in and hook up the system and how it work. Did a great job. They were all friendly, all 3. Beginning with the sales rep Nick, to the installation rep Sam, my overall experience was outstanding. The sales rep explained everything to me, what I could expect from this company. My previous company didn't install, due to my credit wasn't great; that left myself to install my system. Nick's outstanding customer service was simply amazing. The technician Sam, really did an amazing job; by installing and making sure everything was installed properly. Although it was late when finished Sam cleaned up afterwards and left. I'm an new homeowner and now feel secured at home. Words cannot explain how overjoyed I feel knowing that I'm truly safe at home; and that I can check on my home from my phone. I was calling to set up my system that the previous owners left for us. I was disconnected 3 times and the rep setting up my system ended the call without asking what else I needed. All 4 were zero help. I ended up figuring it out myself. I will be looking for a different service.

We had a great experience with Vivint. Both representatives has excellent communication skills...super friendly. Installation went smoothly, and we were impressed how quickly the system was installed. Overall, we are very satisfied with being a part of the Vivint family.

Great product and knowledgeable installer. I suggest to those who can afford to pay for the the system, pay cash. This way you don’t get locked up into a 60 month contract. Jason was great and did an amazing install. He is a funny guy too!

I was informed and had every question I had answered. I was even more impressed that my install was literally 5 minutes after I signed up. That was AWESOME!! The sales representative was very friendly and pushy about the product to sell me. He actually sold me just what I wanted.

My sales rep Shane and installation tech Robby were extremely nice and helpful. I would've given 5 stars, however there were several issues with the computer systems and tech support/account creation department had to be called several times causing my experience to be very very lengthy however, both Shane and Robby were extremely patient with the numerous situations and things eventually got worked. At the end of the day I'm very pleased with my decision to switch to Vivint.

The installer was very nice. But, her lack of experience cause us both 9 hours, not all of n which was her fault. She had to do financing application which I thought was taking care of. Also, I’m unpleased with placement of my doorbell camera. The view is VERY restricted.

I love this new system. We’re having a great time customizing our security system after install. We didn’t have cameras before and we were looking into updating our system. The clarity is awesome. The deterrent tone is a nice touch. 2-way communication is a cool feature too! We didn’t get all the bells and whistles, but this is definitely a great system no matter your tech skill level. App works great. Touch panel is intuitive. Now I can see who’s at the door without leaving my couch! 5 -stars.

Very professional. High quality electronics. My house is covered top to bottom with security. The alarm system is state of the art with DVR playback. Yes I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Maybe in the future I'll even add more cameras inside my house.

Austin and Elijah were awesome!! Even at a great deal though, a month the price is steep to have something I MIGHT use. I was swayed to have it installed because I'm a person that needs time to think and being able to have it for a week FREE gives me plenty of time to make a decision that's best for me and my life with no pressure.

They explained everything thoroughly and I was signed up and had it all installed within a few hours. I already feel more safe having Vivint and I have been checking on my home often throughout the day. The app is easy to use and I had a question and reached out late at night and I got a response quite quickly.

Person that I talk to you originally very nice, clear, very easy to understand, explained everything in detail. The technician I had to install everything was the same way. He had everything he needed prepared, got everything done quickly and efficiently. Quailty As well as where I wanted certain things installed so they didn’t just do it randomly. I have it in the spot I want and it’s perfect. Have had no issues with any of the equipment so far and hopefully never will.

Service technician lied saying once my 5 day trial period was over and for some reason I change my mind about keeping the system they would return to my home and disconnect the system and then they would reconnect my old alarm system for no charge. But when a different technician came by to disconnect the system then he told me they dont reconnect the old systems. Had I known that then I would not have agreed to try out their system. They're very dishonest just to get your business. Not professional at all.

The installer was very well mannered and professional. Did a great job on the install. He went through the whole process on arming and disarming the system. All and all a great guy and did a great job on the install.

There was no attempt to push us into buying just an excellent presentation. Amazing Experience!! No doubt did it exceed both my own and industry expectations. Lucas (sales pro) was not pushy at all but was straight up and fair. His pride in working for Vivint and extreme confidence in the product won me over. Lucas should be top level management. (No were not old friends.) Daniel installed my system and was super nice to my family. His patience with my lack of knowledge was so appreciated. He is the type you want with your co. Forever!!! Both lucas and daniel deserve a raise/bonus. These two specifically made me a Vivint Lifer!! If you want the best security for your family and in the industry...you cant call them soon enough!!!!

Everything went well with the installation. The Tech was tiny but she knew her work The second Tech that came was just as pleasant and polite. She explained everything to me, as far as "how to" is concerned. My only problem is I was quoted one price and more money was taken out of my account. I authorized my bank of this and before any amount is paid to you I will have to authorize it.

TToo many beats we can’t even go to the backyard we can stand in our front yard. Too many beat beat beep so it’s annoying! Everytime somebody comes in and out of the front door too many alertsI Have nothing else to say.

Representative was very good at presentation of Vivint Smart Home use. Explain and answer all questions for my understanding. Very efficient for concern of who is at my door when I’m home and not home. Make me feel more secure. The representative explain how to use the unit. Helped with how to view and how to email Vivint Smart Home for any questions.

Great system and also great customer service! Great techs. They both help me out very well. Great tech that came in, very nice gentlemen and also great tech who helped me on the phone to find my great plan.

Sales representative wants to sell you a package. They lie about whole service. They got my credit card and info. They said, "Try all equipment for 3 months for free." End up after 15 min of living my house to receive an email that they apply on my name with NO APPROVAL for a credit line. Totally illegal and charge also my credit card $920. I called back to them and credit company. Now I’m fighting with them for my money back. They already screw my credit for applying on my name. Repeat no approval from my side. Everybody point finger at someone else. Nobody knows nothing. Worst experience and still not done with them. I will never recommend this company based on lies and fraud. 1 Star is way too much in rating.

The salesperson and the technicians are good workers. They work until everything is done at midnight. But I was with ADT and changed over with you people so I am looking for good pricing so we can work together.

The gentleman who installed the system had outstanding customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable in his work. He was early to appointment and finished rather quickly. Took extra time to wait and show both my wife and I how to operate the system.

This is the worst place ever. I have had so many issues. Moved to another address and services should have been transferred and they still calling me about services at old address that has been sold and have new owners.

The Technicians were great. The salespeople did not provide accurate information. The salespeople quoted one thing and the bill was much higher. They need more training. The technicians fixed my problem with the bill and completed the installation in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and promptness of the sales team and their installers. I was able to get same day installation. I am super pleased with the outcome. I was able to get video cameras without paying any massive amount up front. Definitely will recommend.

I had a great experience. Same day install and no pressure to purchase anything I didn't need. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions easily. The products were installed quickly and perfectly for my needs. The camera covers all my vulnerable areas and I'm happy about the peace of mind.

They were very informative, quick, and efficient. I loved how friendly and informative they were. They asked if we had any questions and made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. They reassured us that if we needed something we could contact them and they would come back out.

The technician was thorough in explaining the use of all devices. So far, I was very pleased with all shown to me. I will be adding more when I pay my existing charges. This purchase hopefully will lower the cost of homeowner insurance.

The service was good! The only complaint I have is that it took longer than they said it would. Another that it was really good and we like the new security system a lot! Very very very happy with it!

Still a little pricey but, you do get plenty of options to build your system. Our Vivint salesperson is very knowledgeable and helped us pick the options best to suit our needs. So far we have been very pleased with the overall experience.

Impressed with the product and the salesman. The price was fair so I bought. The installation went pretty smooth also. So, far the system seems easy to use, even for an old fuddy duddy like me. That's all I have to say, so I'm out one way or the other.

This company is horrible. I signed up on the 6th of June 2020 and they said they said my bill was due on the 10th which is today and I dont have the product yet. They need to close down this company. It is horrible and when you call they just keep putting you on hold.

The technicians did a fantastic job during installation. They took time to explain and demonstrate how to operate the equipment and system. But I need some trial days to confirm that everything works well. Overall I am satisfied with the service by the technicians.

The installation technician was phenomenal. He was welcoming, efficient and professional. I even added products because he was so good. 10 out of 10 recommend Billy **. I am very pleased with my purchase. The salesman made me feel uncomfortable. He was a little aggressive and wanted to take a picture with me and my wife. I did not feel comfortable with a salesman having pictures of customers on his phone.

The technician who put the system in was great. He took time to explain everything he was going to do and when he finished he took time to make sure that I knew how to operate the system. He also had to make some changes to what was the original plan and he explained what he was doing and why he needed to make the change.

Oscar was my sales rep and he did a good job explaining all of my questions. Alex did a good job with installation and made sure I was happy with the installation before leaving. I like the system so far and think I will feel safe despite living in Louisville as a single woman with no close family.

From the first hello and meeting with Andre to eventually playing with my new Vivint Security app, the entire experience was quick and efficient. The same day turn around was an added bonus. Great explanation of the service and quick setup made it the right choice for our family.

Long term cost too much for my monthly budget on I'm going to cancel this contract as of today 6-10-2020. l was told that it would be at least a week before you send someone to pick up this equipment.

Very nice people and our guy Sam and Josh were wonderful. Sam knew what he was doing. Found a place for our doorbell that would not work somewhere else. Our payment is the same as our other alarm system. Thank you.

I'm not particularly impressed. It seems to require an absolutely perfect Wi-Fi signal. Even when everything else in my house works. I have to reboot my Wi-Fi every time I want to be sure it will work.

I would recommend. Kid of felt pushed...but at the same time I needed the new system. Salesman and installer were professional and cool. Don't necessarily like the monthly cost, but hey you get what you pay for. We'll see how this works.

Quick and easy! I chose Vivint only because the previous owner had it but I'd heard good things... Technician came early which was great for me so I could still run errands after he finished. The installation didn't take long and he explained system rather well and now I have a safe home! I chose glass protection, doorbell camera and motion detector cameras.

It was very simple to install the equipment. I like that everything is integrated in a single app. Zooming in on the video and speaking through the camera is a great feature. The service people were friendly and installations was quick.

Alex and Peyton, were great to work with. I am 73 years old and these young men were very kind, very patient and answered every technologically challenged question I asked them. They had to explain quite a lot of my new system and they worked with me explaining what each part of my system would do for me. Installer was great. The only thing I would change with your process is this; I think office personnel should be responsible for all documentation when a customer first signs up. This would allow the installers to do their job installing and not doing office personnel tasks.

I LOVE the features of the system. The technician who installed it was amazing, too! The sales rep is the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Basically, he was dishonest in regards to the length/terms of contract. Honestly, the equipment and service is entirely worth the investment, for the performance and peace of mind. My ONLY issue was that I feel like I got scammed. I would have agreed to the ACTUAL terms, and I'm pissed that the salesman lied. His dishonesty makes the company look bad.

I’m sure it doesn’t matter bc you got the business but the sales rep was pretty forceful and seemed irritated with questions. He did get us a upgrade though. So cool I guess. Service Tech was solid. He had a great attitude and knowledgeable.

The sales person and techs that we worked with were great. Clear and well educated on the product. Setup was clean and quick. It’s hard to build a business door to door but there is no replacing the experience of working with someone face to face. I would recommend to friends and family.
