Tech showed up at 6:30 to work, all went well, so before I left my rental property at 10:30PM, I told him where to place the cameras. He even suggested where to place them, so I leave. I then notice he places two facing the same way, leaving one bedroom without recording, so he asked me to change it myself or contact Vivint. I will have to hire a handyman to change it today.

Sales person and tech were both very polite and professional. Very informative with the product at hand and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend to anyone with a desire to get a home security system. I don’t know what else to say. Good business and structure.

Hayden and Steve were amazing, they stayed until the job was completed and showed us everything we needed to know, my wife and I are very pleased with the security system that was installed and highly recommend this company to others.

Starting with Ryan...he was a great salesman who explained everything and didn't pressure us at all. We ordered and literally we had technicians here in 15 min! All of them were polite and everyone was helpful! Great crew!! We have been impressed with the equipment as well. The cameras we have to an amazing job and even in the middle of the night the night vision picked up everything in our backyard and I could keep an eye on things. So far so good very impressed with this company!

Great products. Work well in my small home. Really like the door lock because I don’t need to carry my keys and it’s a quick button and the deadbolt is locked. My only complaint is the motion sensor picks up my pets moving and my alarm goes off and scares them.

Reps from your company came to our door last night and briefed us on the Vivant home products line. They offered a 15 day test on the Vivint home alarm and heating tools. The lSales Manager Dan ** offered us a 15 day free trial trial of the system to advertise the company and we agreed to the install. The install was complete by 2200 hours. So far so good. The first thing this morning I gotcha email from the credit union associated with your company telling me that they tried to take our first payment out but they couldn't access my account. I called Dan who told me that a payment is not due till 15 August. Otherwise the install worked just fine. I look forward to see how the system works in my home.

Overall good job. Both the sales person and tech explained things very well and very helpful. The salesman did everything he could to help us and answered any questions we had. The tech did a very fast and good job and explained everything clearly as well.

My Vivint installer was awesome. He was knowledgeable. Taught me everything I needed to know. Explained what he was doing thru each step of the installment. He cleaned up after himself. My overall experience was GREAT!!! Thank you for your hard work and dedication.

New system seems great. Better than the last security system I had. The tech was very good. Explained everything. Even checked for understanding. I love how it can connect to my other smart devices. I have already told my Google Nest to change my thermostat. I'm not a lazy person. However, it is pretty convenient.

Both the salesperson and the install technician were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They respected our home space and alerted us to every step in the process. We sensed that they were tuned into the whole reason one considers a home security system--safety and peace of mind. Well done.

The sales lady and two install techs were very friendly and professional. However, there was a little confusion as to some wording on some questions I needed to answer that implied we were signing a 60-month contract for Vivint services when a manager told me we were not. There was also confusion as to what exactly was meant by a camera being “hardwired” into the house. Overall we were very satisfied with our experience.

Yes, I wish I had more houses so they can give me service. I love having both those young men in my home. They had their mask on the whole time. They made me smile. They are very good salesmen. They know their job. I’m going to tell my friends.

Justin and Jeff were both very competent and helpful. We are glad to have the new system installed and working. The installation was quick and explanations were very thorough. Every question was answered clearly. We strongly recommend Vivint for home security and control systems.

Customer service and the technician that came to install my system was amazing. The tech was very helpful with areas of installment and help with the setup and familiarization of the components. He left me with contact info for any further questions.

Love the feature like being keyless, easy for me to understand and it's affordable. The customer service was friendly. Having backup keys takes the fear of being lock out away but the great thing about it was the installation. I really like this being able to see who's outside before opening your door.

The installer Andrew ** was awesome. He gave great suggestions for placement and for the house overall for upgrades. He took his time and great care in every aspect of installation. I would recommend him to everyone because he was knowledgeable about the products and services which in turn helped me choose wisely.

Was very pleased with the tech that came to my house to install my new Vivint security. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the system and the options to me. He then went through the system, the app and how to use it.

Both, very friendly, professional seller and installer... direct and committed to their work, well organizing. There were connection problems with the camera doorbell, but the fast one solved it and it didn't go until everything would work perfectly. They installed it yesterday and I already like it. Although I am only reviewing the startup and not the service yet as I have not used it yet, the reo, Riley, did a great professional job at explaining everything. Hope all this lives to the hype and does its job. Pleased thus far.

While my sales rep had a great personable way about him, there was some information left out of our discussion and a continued emphasis that the install would only take an hour. Unfortunately, the install took 6. That said Robert my installer was excellent! And though rather young he managed to overcome multiple oddities to my home, didn’t hesitate to call a buddy to help with a question and was neat and efficient. I enjoyed our day together immensely....as it was much longer than an hour. If I had known that I would not have schedule my install for the same day. I understand that the business side of things pushes sales staff to ‘close the deal’ that day to get their bonuses and commission as data indicates a predominant drop off in installs not performed the day of sale. But this attitude makes me wonder about the “customer for life” attitude.

We were in the market, and Luke (our salesperson) knocked on our door. He was courteous, respectful, informative, and took us through our options and made it easy. From there, the Tech Team came in (Nate and Jake) and got everything rolling. They had a tough time installing one of the cameras, but not their fault, and they made it happen. Everything is working great, and we appreciate the ease of use. No buyer's remorse here. The system is slick, intuitive, and the team exceeded our expectations. We love it, and during times like these, the level of protection that this system provides is a necessity. Thank you!

I’ve had Vivint previously, and all I can say that their service has improved a ton than it was before. One thing to mention though, the monthly pricing should be slightly lower. As some of the competitors out there are offering the same service for about 20% to 25% less. Thank you for the speedy installation and process. That was fantastic!!

Peyton is a very good worker and knows what he is doing. He’s very nice and I would recommend him to anyone. He's a hard worker and gets the job done. He’s very nice and does everything thing right on the first attempt.

Found a security system that fits the need of our home. Glad that we changed to Vivint. We wanted to change from previous security system but didn't have any time to research but fortunately a Vivint sales rep came and offers us a system that was not easy to say no to.

Installation was the same day I signed up. I was very happy with the service I received. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and knowledgeable. I love that you can zoom in on the cameras and talk through them. The picture is very clear especially at night.

Both Cole and Gabriel were awesome! Def. not a huge fan of late night install. Two small kids and finishing up near 11:30 is a bit much. However, Gabriel was great so we’ll let it slide. Cole came back today to check on it. Impressed with the team members.

Sales person Bleu ** and Tech Brandon ** tried to make it seem like my equipment package was going to be $30/mo. And I even got a loan disclosure from Citizens Bank stating $30/mo. But the tech made me sign a new price and said I needed to talk to my sales person to have him fix the price back. The sales person said they would have the tech return the next say. The tech never showed up. The tech person said they were gonna add our smoke alarm from Brinks and transfer it to Vivint and never did. The sales person said that the tech would set up window shatter alert technology. Which was never done. So lies on multiple accounts.

We transferred Vivint security services from the previous owner when we bought our new house. Vivint came to change the settings and give us a tutorial. They were punctual, courteous and helpful. Daniel went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly and we understood how to operate our system. I'd definitely recommend them.

The tech and the salesman were both excellent! We love our new system and both did a good job explaining everything. We couldn’t be happier and will be getting solar panels in a couple years from this same company. We will recommend y’all to anyone in need.

Got the alarm set up yesterday, same day installation, contract stated $3500 then the tech came by to installed it, so she pointed to recommend their sensors, then we got them. Our contract increased $500 more! That’s crazy! We have one day to decide either to keep it or to kick it to the curb..

The guy who installed my security system was very knowledgeable, helpful, and provided amazing service. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know and how to use my equipment. I love my new security system very much.

Ryan came out to our home to install our system. From start to finish, he was friendly and informative. The cameras are absolutely amazing quality, you can see very clearly what’s going on outside your home. I love the peace of mind we have being able to check in our home and that Vivint is also looking out for us.

Three Vivint reps seemed very efficient...Appreciated time spent by all three making installation work. I sure would have liked some written instructions for learning the system. Would be a lot easier for learning system...better than running back and forth from computer.

After 3 failed attempts to install during the beginning of the pandemic. Vivint was able to bounce back one last time and get me signed up and installed the same day. Also was able to take care of me for my inconveniences.

I am happy with the equipment, products, and services. My main complaint is my salesman. Eyad was a extremely arrogant. After his pitch and me wanting to move forward, he started the activation process and called a technician to install my equipment. Because it was already 10pm, I requested to get my equipment the following day at 11am. I have a 4 year old and a husband who had to be up at 3am. He agreed. After about 20 minutes (and me wondering why he was not leaving), Eyad asked for a "favor". He stated the "technician was on his way and he really wanted two sales today, can he please just install your panel so it counts?" This was extremely frustrating. And also gave me the obligation to just install everything at that time so the technician did not have to drive out twice. When he arrived, it was about 11 pm. He did not finish until almost 2am!

He was very professional in his work and very knowledgeable of his job. He also helped trying to get our internet going when the At&t tech left us high & dry. We forgot to get additional info from him before he left.

Very good sales guy. Was not looking to buy. But John did his job very well. No pressure. Just let me know what was available. My granddaughter has same program. So I knew a little about it. But I’m well pleased with what I purchased.

The installation of my new system was all that I was promised. Two problems- linger than promised was the only low point. Also the garage door had to be placed on a different app at a later time. All employees were pleasant.

The guy who did our install was very helpful. He came on time, was patient answering our many questions, and was thorough in his teaching. We really like the system. It is modern and easy to use. We really like the app on our phones and the convenience of the app and smart lock.

High-quality cameras and very good microphones on the cameras which helps while interacting with other people or possible burglary. Also very good customer service with answering any questions.

This is the 2nd time in the past handful of years Vivint has come by. We liked their products both times, but the sales folks couldn’t answer our questions fully both times. It turns out the reason why they can’t really tell you much without running your credit/etc. is one initial step in their sales process is to see if the customer qualifies for a multiple-thousand $ unsecured loan to carry the cost of the product they’re providing you for “free” if “your home” qualifies as a “good fit.”

The overall experience was great. The technician was thorough and very efficient with his time. I would recommend Vivint services to any and everyone. I am looking forward to an even better service with Vivint moving forward in the future to come.

Well it's been a week since I've had it. I was really excited the first two days. Not as much now. Whenever the system is on and someone rings the doorbell I go to look at it. The camera and the app tells me would you like to close the app, would you like to report the app or would you like to wait. By the time it loads up I'm already at the door looking at who it is face to face. This system is not what I suspected and for it to be as expensive as it is I should be able to get better service. I may try calling to disconnect my services.

Great salesperson. Provided all our answers and did a terrific job. Contacted the install person and he came and performed a great installation. Our salesperson Denton checked back with us today (7-13-20) to be sure everything was working properly and that we understood all the features of the system.

Had a wonderful experience with Vivint, tech was very helpful and forthright with information and technology. Setup did not take very long and the only thing that upset me was that there are still remnants of my old security system still in my house.

Yes great cameras, simple system, very easy to operate, very high quality review, great audio, all around the total package to complete the security of your home and I am so glad that my neighbor recommended me as a new customer.

Out of the blue a sales rep showed up. He was very knowledgeable, listened well, and answered all our questions. He wasn’t pushy or anything. The situation was unexpected, but he made it worth our time. The installation was just as smooth. The installer was respectful of our home and family. Then he helped walk us through everything. We didn’t think we needed this system and all the equipment we purchased, but turns out after less than 24 hours of it being installed, we feel a little safer. It might be in our heads but who knows.

So far the system is working well. I must have the system for some time to determine its full capabilities. Vivint was introduced to me by a relative, I too will refer your company when it has been fully tested. Service still has to be tested.

Speaking my experience was horrible. I had a date for installation on July 4 between 12 and four. Later that day I received a phone call letting me know the day. Did not get my name put in in time and lost my appointment. My second appointment was scheduled the following Tuesday which was July 7 between the hours of 12 and four. No one showed up after multiple phone calls and talking to multiple people asking each time to speak to a supervisor and never transferred to a supervisor. I had to wait an additional four days in order to get another appointment which was set up for Saturday, July 11 between 12 and four. Since I had Vivint before I was told that my panel was the only thing that would not be compatible on my existing devices were compatible.

Sam ** was great!!! Did an awesome job explaining the full package. Lee was a good as an installer. I am glad I’ve added the extra security to our home. We had a few bumps during the application process but Sam and Lee stayed around to work out the kinks. Thanks Guys!

The sales rep & installer were very professional & knowledgeable of the products & services offered. Vivint offers “one stop shop” for my home safety & security in one app & company. Previous security was via multiple companies & apps. One of which I had to purchase multiple add-ons just to view from the camera & still there was delay over 30 seconds.

Representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I appreciated his patience with his explanations. I was very surprised at how quickly a technician was able to come and install my equipment. My experience with ADT was not good. I cancelled them at least 7 years ago. Am looking forward to see how well your company does. Thank you.

Super sales job by Faraz. He was very thorough explaining the plan and costs. Timothy was the installer and he did a great job and went over the panel and explain everything I needed to do to use this system under different scenarios. He helped get the app set up on my phone and how to work it.

It's awesome to have this type of security equipment in my home. I'm very satisfied. It's nice to know while I'm at work or out and about I can turn on my phone and watch my house. The customer service was outstanding. I will refer my family and friends to the Vivint company.

They explained the product and features. Set up appointment immediately and installed and shown how to use in less than 2 hours. The salesman and the installer were both very nice and professional. I like the features this product offers like camera, keypad and app you can set alarm with and see who has been at your door.

Very professional and polite. All work was done neatly and the technician cleaned up after himself. I was informed periodically as to what he was doing and approximately how much more time was needed. Before leaving, he patiently instructed me on how to use the system and asked if I had more questions. I am very satisfied with this installation.

The late night attempt at installation not really a good move aT 9pm. I work. Have little kids and found it a bit off putting. Should have a Mon evening time of 7pm. Had they come around when my husband was gone I would have asked them to leave.

Jade was amazing! He walked me through all the functionality for my alarm system! He also made the install super easy! He was also personable with explaining all of what the system does! This was a good experience. It's been something I needed to look into but hadn't yet due to time constraints, and while the one thing that I really wanted couldn't happen the service and peace of mind provided is worth it.

Very smooth install, impressive system. Technician arrived on time and explained everything well. Selected VIvint because of very high on-line customer service rating relative to other alarm companies (including my current provider). I got two cameras for the system. It all seems very easy to operate and includes an iPhone interface.

K J was really nice and explained everything well. Josh was really nice and professional while installing the equipment. He looked like he knew what he was doing. He installed the equipment in a timely manner. He was patient and very professional in both manner and appearance. I would recommend this team anytime.

Today I received the installation today at my apartment & I am absolutely had the best experience with both the rep who came to my door and the technician who installed the product. They both were very informative about all the options I had, all the options I could get and even gave me some insight one what would be best for myself due to the thing I had been telling them about. Today was an experience within itself. I normally don’t act on things such as someone selling a product at the door. But today this changed my mind. Asona & Warren were both great, wonderful and informative. I am happy I excited about my new installation. Thank you to both those men for today!

The technician's patience was commendable with my dad. He was very professional in keeping us abreast of his ETA. As well as walking us step by step on how to download the app to my phone. His talent, professionalism, and most of all his patience is commendable. He is definitely an asset to to Vivint.

Did a really good job on the installment of my security system. He explained the usage of the Camera's, doorbell, control panel very well. And, how to download every thing to my cell phone. He also explained how to get it to come up on my phone and my sisters phone.

The purchase of my Alarm system Vivint was quick, professional and efficient. The recognition Bart was so kind and knowledgeable. My install was about 2 hours. I can see who comes to my door and can set my alarm from my phone as well as view the whole area via a camera that shows up on my alarm panel and on my phone thru their app. I would recommend Vivint to anyone wanting a professional and worthwhile alarm company.

The whole process was very easy from Josh explaining the services and related costs. The paper work took minutes. Everything was right there in black and white so no guessing what it was going to cost or the "catch" so to say. Alex was there to install the system before Josh even left and he did an outstanding job. Everything is excellent. We could not be happier. If the service is as good as the two gentlemen that we dealt with yesterday then I am sure it will be a very good partnership between us.

Very unexpected service display because we were looking into security cameras the day before. Parrish did explain Vivint to the max capacity and gave us a great deal. Installation person named Jessie was very quick and upbeat. Informed us on all his decisions and guy that helped him was very polite also. We came up to a snag with payment amount but he quickly resolved it. Overall glad we upgraded to Vivint. Jessie was awesome.

Very knowledgeable and precise workers but I did not receive my yard sign. Very clean and quick with what they do. They also take the time to make sure that you understand how to operate the system. Job well done.

I’m very pleased with the salesman, technician and the speedy installment. The Actual process was completed in 4 1/2 hours. The serves and devices were explained. I can’t comment on the services as of yet. I like there is 0 % financing and no down payments.

Sale rep Kevyn was very knowledgeable and informative. Install went smooth however install tech didn’t have ladder (so had to use mine), install tech didn’t clean up mess from drilling, nice gentleman however not equipped and felt was sloppy install. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

The sales manager was very personable & professional. The two-person install team was courteous, professional & helpful; they cleaned up the home before leaving. They went over the entire system with me before they left. It’s an easy system that I believe I’m going to enjoy.

Salesman knocked on my door at around 9:30pm, and I had to make a quick decision to proceed with a $3k system or not. Not cool but very nice system. Will probably cancel my order. $3000 is crazy. SimpliSafe is way cheaper.

I am in love with my new Vivint Smart Home System. The installation was fast and the tech showed us how easy it was to use before he left my house. I think Vivint has great customer service. I would definitely recommend to all.

Overall I like the Vivint system compared to my previous system. However, after the sales rep sealed the deal he was rushed to leave. My questions were no longer important. He also forgot to complete something that the technician needed in order to start the installation.

Jeffrey, our technician was so helpful! Our service person was also very helpful. I think his name was Phil. He showed us how to use our system. It was quick and easy. Jeffrey provides his number, and this was helpful because we had questions the next day.

I am quite pleased with the whole experience. The salesperson was professional and courteous. Likewise for the installer. Both were informative and explained the system components and use. The interface is simple and easy to use. I was very impressed at how quickly the setup occurred. The installer arrived with all of the components before the salesperson left my home. No waiting for service to be scheduled. I can't recall that ever occurring for my past purchases. Amazing!

The staff was very courteous provided answers to questions that were asked about the equipment. The placement of the control box was done inconsideration of the fact that I am disabled and would need access to the equipment. Kudos to all!

Both the salesman and technician were polite and professional. The installation was quick and everything was explained in great detail. The only problem I had was with the fact that on multiple occasions they wore their face masks under their noses. That is the reason for the 4 stars.

I wasn't planning to sign up or have it installed the same day. The process didn't take long and the technicians were very polite and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. However. I just got home and I needed to tend to my baby so it was not the most convenient time.

Our Representative Ben was great, and helped us get set up with the system that fit our security needs, and within the hour, our technician Cassie was here to install our new equipment! We love all the cool gadgets like the cameras and smart thermostat, but most of all are comforted knowing that Vivint will help keep our home safe.

Our installer, Adam, was great. Very informative and helping during entire time. Worked with us on placing sensors (my wife is VERY picky) and made sure it was all ok before final installation. Adam stayed late to set up a second control panel because the first one was not working, then showed how whole system worked and we are very happy. However, the overall process of getting this system was not optimal. I recognize that, as a company, you save expenses by trying to establish equipment needs over phone but it didn't work at all for us.

Technician did a good job overall. Could have been a little more helpful with doors and windows that were a concern for us. He did install a couple of sensors for us but the system does not react when they are open or closed. So they are useless.

Very courteous, professional staff. Did a terrific job at a competitive price, quick and friendly service and very prompt, I would recommend this company for everyone to remain safe inside the home at a reasonable price, I like the ease and using it while away from home.

The tech did a great job. He was on time, explained in detail the options and operation. He offered suggestions on equipment and locations that we feel are in the perfect locations. He cleaned up after himself and great asset to your company. I own a business and you cannot teach character. You can teach a trade or skill which he obviously has but his character is 5 star.

We just got our system but it seems to work great. Install was a easy and a breeze with Paul. Really happy with our setup. Phone app and touch panel integrate seamlessly. Doorbell camera has good quality video and range. Vivint systems are encrypted and do not allow anyone who you don't allow to access.

All the technicians were very friendly and professional. It was a late job so by the end of the night they had 4 people at my home so the job would be done quicker. They also came within 20 mins of me saying I wanted the system! I was thoroughly asked what my home security goals were and showed how to work the system properly. They will have to return to work on one camera (which is fine with me) but everything else seems to be working great.

Super fast install with the tech showing up 10 minutes after we signed up! The product shows quality video and the system is user friendly. The Smart Home features are nice and give you a level of comfort that you're able to see your home if you're away.

Well I’m not very satisfied!! It’s been over a month, that I have still not yet to receive my equipment. But yet Vivint is quick to take my payment out! I have spoke to a few representatives and they say, "Your equipment is on its way" and nothing yet.

The installation was fast and the technician was very nice and answered my questions instantly. The technician showed me and my wife how to use the system and made it make sense to us. So far we are very pleased.

I was interested in security. I contacted ADT...well, that was anticlimactic. No show for home appointment. Phoned to find out what happened...spent an hour on and off hold, being swapped back to phone trees and being hung up on. Finally was connected to a provider (contractor?) here in LA who said he could not schedule a new appointment for me, because there was an appointment scheduled...but he couldn't see who that appointment was with nor get me in touch with anyone who could figure that out. He told me it was, "Like calling WalMart and asking for information on your Target account." Seriously. Dialed the same number, every single time.

Very professional job. The price is on the high side but we’re pleased with the service. The sales rep and service tech were very nice and both professional. We had looked at some other products for self installment but since I’m a paraplegic who uses a wheelchair and my wife can’t do the installation that was out of the question.
