On top of getting a good deal on some great service with excellent features, our interactions with Jaden and the guy that installed (sorry forgot name) was also great. They both were very nice, down to earth guys. We were very comfortable with them as if they were friends visiting. They were patient and took the time to answer all of our question with great detail. Very informative. And we love the service and features, it really speaks for itself. Happy customers here!

The sales rep and technician was very polite, awesome personality. Everything was done in a timely manner. Very accurate and consistent with walking me through how to use my device and assure complete understanding of my product. The product speaks and sell for itself. Austin came to our door in a really upbeat mood. He caught the interest of my husband and kept it WHICH IS AMAZING. It’s very hard to do that. Then comes the best darn tech I’ve ever met in the United States which was Brandon. I can’t even explain his patience and consistency on making sure he got everything done and he always checked in on us. The customer service was above and beyond from both gentlemen. The installment was fast and beyond belief. I would recommend this company and those 2 to everyone I know.

The last few days I had seen the Vivint rep in our neighborhood. I was curious when he approached my residence. He was very professional in his initial contact and explained his reason for being in the neighborhood. Just as an FYI, I am a law enforcement officer and I have a take home marked police unit that is parked in front of my residence. As luck would have it I was having dinner when he rang the doorbell when he first made contact. He infrastructure himself and the reason for the contact. He could see I was having dinner and offered to come a later time if I would be interested in the Vivint home security program. He did and true to his word he arrived at the time he said he would. I commend him for respecting my request.

We are really pleased with the service we received. We would recommend Vivint to our friends. Bao ** was a pleasure to work with. His installers were courteous and very professional. They explained everything and showed us how the system works.

I enjoyed the installation process. The rep was early, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining the ends and out. Answered all my questions. He was presentable and looked professional. He advised me of all the products I can buy in the future,

Overall was ok. Technician spent a lot of time removing a lock and slightly damaged one of the doors. Install took a lot longer than expected because of that. But overall was pretty smooth. System is nice. Clear cameras and custom rules! App is responsive most of the time but lags on occasion.

Amazing experience... I feel my family is a lot safer... sales rep and tech were friendly and made us feel very comfortable. I'm telling my friends about it in hopes that they too can have a great experience.. I truly appreciate the time they took to explain everything to me and I loved the short videos presented.

I was in the market for some smart home products. When the gentleman knocked on the door, I was interested. It was a quick and professional set up. It’s nice that it’s reasonable and I like that I can add other products like light switches to the system. I would highly recommend this system.

Please cancel my account, the sales replied about the price, told me one price. And now the price is more. The camera system has not worked since the tech left my home. I have call the main office on several occasions to cancel my account but they can’t do it for several days. I had a bad Experience so I need to cancel my account. Thank you.

We did quite a bit of shopping before deciding on a system. Vivint continued to rise to the top and thus far their customer service has been exemplary. The sales associate (Aton) was persistent, but not pushy and our technician (AJ) was outstanding in his approach and willingness to explain and demonstrate the system. We have been pleased and look forward to enjoying the elements of our smart home.

Josh installed my Vivint security system today and he was amazing! He answered all of my questions throughly and walked me through everything as he was explaining it. He went above and beyond to make our first home security experience perfect! He was very friendly and polite. Cleaned up after himself. Great experience!

My installation was quicker than I thought. Tony and Cameron were very professional, and handled any issues that occurred with ease. So far, I will recommend Vivant to anyone who asks me. It is nice to feel safe in my home.

Liked presentation so we decided to sign on with Vivint. Told the sales rep we had plans but he assured us the installers could complete installation in 2hrs. This was vastly off. We had plans for Father's Day, not only were we late but they weren't able to complete the job that day (Saturday). They left us with a front door lock (the only lock on our front door) that was defective and we couldn't lock our door. I called the sales rep, the 800 number, even spoke with a "supervisor" who told me the lock couldn't be fixed until MONDAY LATE AFTERNOON.

Anthony arrived right on time and even sent a text ahead of time letting us know he was on the way. He did a very professional job while getting us set up and was very polite and knowledgeable about his job. We highly recommend him and Vivint for all of your home security needs.

The rep was very nice and completed the install in a timely manner. She went through the entire process and explained it very well. I will recommend this service to family and friends due to my personal experience! The system is very user friendly and I like how I can arm and disarm from my mobile app. I also like how I can set notifications based on what I want to see.

I'm not a happy customer, for starters, my driveway camera continues to go offline(50+). I recommended a friend & he bought the system & is having problems. I have been misled by the salespersons, I never received the money for recommendations. I can't get through to customer service. I need someone to call me asap!!!

Did a good job. Was late showing up but weather was bad so I do understand that. Tech took care of any questions or concerns that we had at the time. Only question I have now is if the doorbell camera is still good or if it should have been updated too.

Sylar our initial rep was great! However, I felt Eric was untimely (reached out to me nearly 40 mins after scheduled appointment time) & annoyed with my questions during the setup of the device. This was my first time to have an alarm system & I apparently asked question to something he felt he had already went over & he would state things like “we just went over that”, sorry that I required more exploration that you’re accustomed to!! Customer service is everything & lacked in my opinion.

Sales rep and installation tech were great. Very friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and all-around great customer service. Both men took their time to ensure my knowledge and comfort with my new system. I’m so very happy with the service and equipment. I will refer friends and family.

Overall everything was smooth, installation contractor and sales rep quotes pricing was vastly different. Had to get on the line with both sales rep and install guy. Everything got fixed but would have enjoyed not taking another 30 minutes of my day on the phone again with both parties.

Installation did not go as planned. I didn’t intend to have holes showing in my wall. My screen door was messed up In the mist (which he fixed after I mentioned it). The Attic was left open (which he closed after I mentioned it). The sensors were left unchecked for the windows (which he checked after I mentioned it). A lot of things would not have been completed or fixed had I not mentioned it.

Installation was smooth and installer and the salesman were very knowledgable of the security system and the installer was able to walk us through step by step on how to use the system and was able to answer any questions to our satisfaction. Great overall experience.

The guy that came out was very helpful and very patient with us. Explained everything to me to where I could understand. Even though he was having issues installing equipment. He was very nice and helped set up passwords and showed me how to open garage door which is a cool added bonus.

We had a Vivint representative come by our house due to new construction in the area and were very impressed with what they have to offer. I was already familiar with the system because my father uses their service as well. The install tech was great as he stayed until after 10 pm to install everything from the smart garage to everything in the house. Such a great feeling to know that we are protected either home or away. The app is super simple to navigate. Will definitely tell friends and others about it.

The reason is was not explain on each item. Just salesman picked. Install guy did not finish install before you take money right before install wasn’t even finish. I am a person that takes a person word and sales and return to finish install. I had issues with the thermostat and to be on hold not good.

Customer care is great. My salesman was Derrick and he did a fantastic job explaining all the details and answered all my questions. 20 min. after I sign the contract the technician was at my house setting up everything. Really good job. Just a tiny complaint tech did not check batteries from the sensor. It's already telling me I have low battery. But great service.

Had no problems with the explanations and showing of system. Went through all of the things I needed to and who to contact with any problem. I really were ecstatic with the lifetime warranty and the reduction of bill in five years and the fact that you do not go up on bill.

This service is so far so good! Real easy setup, Jeffry our rep was great and Antonio the Tech was great as well! I’m already recommending people I know as we speak. Would love for them to have this service!

I am glad we did this. I just wish we had little more time to think about it since I have been burned so many times by other companies. I am little bit skeptical when the product and offer sounds too good to be true. This was good experience and I hope it stays that way.

Very good teamwork. You have same day install. Very knowledgeable about the crime activity in my area and current events in your industry. Not fond of the door to door during pandemic and it appears Zach needs a mask. The tech came with a mask and wore it throughout his time in my home.

My sister and my friend both have Vivint and I can see why. Everyone I worked with from Vivint has been super helpful, nice and considerate. The technician was very competent and taught me a lot about the system and how to use it. I will absolutely use Vivint again in the future.

I have used two other security services and there is no comparison to Vivint. I look forward to having my home secure. I like being able to secure my home with my phone. I am an elderly woman and will have some peace of mind because you furnished me with a bracelet that has a security monitor. The whole system is easy to maneuver.

Keep getting alerts that my doorbell is rang and the smart phone app loads so slow that I can’t answer the door or see who it is until it’s too late. Having smart phone monitoring is useless if the app takes so long to load that whoever is at my door already broke in or left before I can answer. The app is way too slow to load.

I love it. But I would say to the person who placed the order to make sure you sell everything that you promotes! I would like to give a big thanks to my installer, he was awesome! I know that a lot was going on and he still had so much patience.

Ananda was a great tech. He was funny informative and skilled. I explained everything I needed to know and wanted to know. He even spoke with the manager to get permission to place a camera in an unusual place based on my home layout. You guys rocked today. Thanks to Ben as well.

I was not happy about the mess that was left behind as well as the terrible patch job in my sheet rock. He also didn’t finish. Two trips and I had to find a place for the recording device. Also I can seem to get the app to sync with my google home devices as promised.

Nate the tech communicated his arrival time well and was very helpful with deciding what I wanted to have in my package. He was efficient with his time and got everything done for me and explained it in an easy and clear manner.

I must say the experience I had with Vivint was like no other and NOT in a good way. The tech guy that came and installed the equipment was AWESOME, very polite, respectful, sweet and very knowledgeable. That part I loved. Then, the wrap up, finance detail, payment set up part comes along and takes HOURS and COUNTLESS do it over and over and over again...UNBELIEVABLE!! Numerous calls, nobody could get it right. Nothing I had planned to do I could do because I had these guys at my house for HOURS... If this fiasco is what we will encounter if we ever need their monitoring and prompt response during an emergency YOU CAN FORGET IT!! I really hope their admin works better than what we experienced today. I am willing to give them a try and I really hope they don’t disappoint!!

Both representative were professional and knowledgeable regarding the Vivint Home Security System. Based on the pricing and reviews it is much more than I expected. I would recommend Vivint to many of my friends and associates. It was a pleasure doing business with your company.

Friendly and knowledgeable about his work. However I have 1 suggestion: clean up all trash and leave the home the way you met it (i.e. wood shaving from installing the doorbell, empty boxes, and and items knocked over while installing equipment). Otherwise, Great Job!

The customer service provided by the salesman and the technician was of super quality and I would like to commend them on that. My concerns and questions were answered with the salesman and the technician would definitely be on my team when I serviced clients. We were able to exchange conversation as I've done this work in the past. I purchased this service because last night the doorbell ranged and my wife opened the door without knowing who was there. I said this cannot continue and was ready to purchase a system from Best Buy on Thursday. Coincidence. Please could you come up with a user tri-fold for the client because I'm trying to find it on your site so I can explain it to the wife? The tech gave good instructions but trying to demonstrate myself is well go figure.

From the time that I called to start service until after the installation was done, all Vivint associates were very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Vivint to a friend. I was walked through the installation step by step and felt very comfortable with the system.

I love how I can unlock my door from anywhere. And I love the panel because I can look at the screen. The customer service was awesome. It’s worth your Money. The door bell panel I can stand in my kitchen and see who at my door.

Tim was very professional. He came into our home very knowledgeable very prepared. He was able to answer any question that we needed and also help us very well with maintaining and learning how to work our system. I will recommend this service to anyone. The technician was wonderful! Very kind! But the process was ridiculous. They couldn’t get the numbers right. They changed the numbers many times since day one. Signing the contracts was a nightmare. The technician had to call them because once again the numbers didn’t match and he kept getting transfer from department to department. But At the end of day I was satisfied with all the equipment! It is great!

The Vivint tech that assisted us was extremely professional as well as personable with myself and my family. He was concerned for the security of my home which is a main concern for me being in the military and having to leave my family at times. Our tech was also extremely knowledgable of the products and was able to greatly inform me on how to best to use the equipment, as well as how much was actually needed for my house. I would highly recommend vivint in the Nolanville,TX area!

The manager and tech were both professional and courteous and did a good job of explaining the whole process. I was pleased with the outcome and the system. The other install was clean and left a low profile. The system appears to be a good value and fits our security needs.

Sales was a bit pushy to get a same day install. He wanted the tech to stay until 2 am to work. Not feasible with little kids. We rescheduled for the next day. Other than that, it was great! Obvious that he got some kind of bonus for same day install.

30 min plus, wait times, dropped calls, start all over, 2 hrs w technical support and he messes up panel, bc he's working off a script. I could write a book on the HOURS I've spent on the phone & still no working panel & no one will reply to schedule a technician. BEYOND FRUSTRATED!!!

Both Kai and the technician were excellent and very professional. I had no issues with setup and they set everything up perfectly. They answered every question I had and hooked everything up in a expedited manner. I will definitely recommend their services in future to other people.

Addison came out to my home and was WONDERFUL!! He explained everything. He was super fast and had a great personality! He’s excellent. He arrived at our agreed upon time and was willing to work in my home with no AC. HE WAS AWESOME!

I have had Vivint services for about 7 months now. The system has not been working smoothly ever since. The system was super easy to sign up and buy but support has been a nightmare. There was vandalism and my cameras failed to record during this time. After spending hours trying to get through to support they finally rebooted my system. Everything worked for about two days and I had another issue with trespassing and once again the cameras failed me. Again, I spend hours dealing with support with no solution. They would not send a tech but offered to reboot the system once again. Not even a day later, cameras fail...and I'm on hold with Vivint. Once again we reboot the system and they refuse to send out a tech.

It was very easy and took less than 30min. The sales rep and technician were very helpful in getting me ready to go and understanding the system. The features of the system are solid and look to be worth it.

I’m still waiting to hear from someone as to when the installation is.. they started at 10 pm on Friday night which was way too late so it was rescheduled for Monday but still haven’t seen anyone. Hope it will be better then it’s starting out.

Our technician was on time and very thorough. He took the time to explain everything to us. Prior to starting and once he was finished with the install he walked us through how to operate our system. I would recommend vivint to my family and friends.

Jake was an excellent tech. He explained everything very well. Very nice person. He did his job very well. He was pretty quick on installing the alarm system. He showed us how to use the camera’s and set up the cell phone for me.

Jason, the tech that installed my system was nothing short of amazing. He provided me with all of the information to get started, and made the process so quick and easy to complete. I would highly recommend to go with VIVINT! I am now able to do everything from my phone, I have great security footage & most of all I feel safe in my own home.

My garage door opener hasn’t worked for a week and nobody has resolved the issue or gotten back to me to schedule an appointment. I’m very dissatisfied and would like my equipment removed if the situation cannot be resolved. The communication is horrible. The representative painted a very nice picture but I’ve had nothing but horrible experiences with Vivint.

Was very punctual and through. The technician was very skilled and helpful. He took time to explain everything to me and let me learn to work the system controls. I'm also glad to have the medical alert necklace since I have recently had medical issues. I will definitely refer friends and family to your service.

I'm enjoying it. But I'm still learning how to operate it. It makes me and my family feel a lot safer and I like looking in making sure that they're safe without getting up checking in another room, I can just pick the phone up and look in on them.

After the guy left my house with my purchase he said it would be 20/50 mins for the other guy to arrive to install. He didn’t come til a little over 2 hrs later. I had plans I had to cancel! Then he said installation would take and hour to an hour and a half. It took almost three and to top it off my A/C stopped working when he installed Vivint Smart Thermostat. They said someone would come the next morning and it’s now 2 and still haven’t heard from anyone! Good thing was I made them reinstall my old one or I’d probably still be sitting here with no A/C.

Tech was outstanding and kept us informed the whole way during installation. The system works so much better than I thought. So far we are really impressed with the system and the ease of use. Would highly recommend. Again, tech was impressive.

My wife and I are super impressed with the state of the art setup and excellent service we received with Vivint! Much of what really impressed us with the Vivint technology is their ability to be well ahead of their competitors through their innovative features to include active deterrence cameras, and continuous 4G connection to ensure constant connectivity. They also have great peace of mind features such as checking to see if you left your garage doors or front door unlocked! Now we feel safe and secure in our new home.

The ladies that came were very professional, efficient, great workmanship, knowledgeable about products and services provided. Only concern, there was a small conflict, we were told by the sales associate that the motion sensor would only affect cats over 50lbs, installers said that is not not the case. Plus, the motion sensor goes off when the system is not armed and does not go off when the system is armed! Totally backwards!!!

This is what you need in Home Security. Top notched. I don’t know why I didn’t get this system to start with. Have called my family’s and friends to check Vivint Smart Home System’s. One of the things I like about this system it’s works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa.

From the moment that we got in touch with the sales rep until he left we got this explain with all details what Vivint was about. We like the product, we like the service and most of it we like the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and he wants to help. Later that install people came and they were also very nice and professional and quickly resolved all the obstacles to put my alarm. The only thing that I will recommend is at the end with little detail with the wire installation. Need to be little neater, was not the the best. But everything else was EXCELLENT. Thank you.

Service tech was very professional installing equipment and explaining how to use equipment. Cameras are very clear. Door lock is awesome and door bell covers a lot of area in the front yard. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

They listened to what we wanted and was shocked how fast they could come out and install everything. The tech listen very clearly to where we wanted everything. Took him about 3 hours to install everything we asked for. He was really patient with our little girl wanting to keep talk to him.

Both sales and installer performed and achieved their task flawlessly. It’s too early to evaluate the overall performance of the equipment. However, so far—it's good. Thank you for this opportunity to share my impressions of Vivint, Vivint’s salesperson and Vivint’s installer.

Very happy with the sales process and pricing is excellent. Tiny delay in the install but the installer was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall very happy so far and would recommend the service/equipment to others for the reasonable cost and friendly service. It would be great if as a part of the pre-installation information we could provide more information about the location (for instance, ours is a concrete building requiring different tools) and the distance for wiring. Overall though, this has been a positive experience and despite the delay in final installation, the technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable, the sales person was wonderful to work with and we are very happy.

Vivint is a top notch company. Every representative I spoke with over the phone was friendly, helpful and efficient. The installation technician, Javier, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and secure before he left after 7 hours of work. He was extremely helpful in teaching my husband and I about all the features of our home system and did a beautiful installation job, custom fitting everything to our home perfectly. The technology is far better than anything I have ever seen and is super easy to use from my iPhone, watch and tablet. I could not be more impressed with this company’s products and their service. I switched from ADT. They bought out my Contract and I received more than I had with ADT at a better monthly rate! Salesperson and installers were great. If you want a smart home, they offer all kinds of products. I'm glad I switched!

We couldn’t be more excited to be able to use Vivint to secure our business after having a great experience for years with our home security service with them. Now that we see what all has been added we are looking to upgrade our home.

The salesman who claims to be super transparent was not at all. When the technicians come and install which I have no qualms with them they were super professional and two very nice guys however they gave me either a five digit or six digit number that I was supposed to plug into their iPad and review them, they never gave me that opportunity. They did give me the verification code however it seems they reviewed themselves instead. Anytime you try to call customer service nobody knows anything. It seems like their company is just a huge maze with a bunch of lab rats running around because nobody can tell you anything but you better have their money every month. They are very adamant about that which of course when you sign something you pay the bill. That's just how the world works.

Great system! I was so happy to get a all in one system. It's so easy to view and operate. Overly satisfied with our installer. He really made the whole experience easy. This was a old home, but we are renovating and this made the process easy. I would highly recommend this to all that need that security for the family.

The entire process was simple straightforward and on time. The comprehensive system was exactly what was needed and after consultation we added a feature for even better security. Technician was helpful and knowledgeable courteous and friendly. Vivint is the way to go.

I am a VERY new customer to Vivint. I got it installed on 6/25. The young man Derrick, who came by my house was very knowledgeable and friendly. Also, the tech David was very helpful, and quick to install. He answered all of my questions and helped my family install the app, and get registered on the keypad. The screen's cameras that replace my old system are so clear. I am so far very happy with the switch.

After equipment is paid the monthly cost will be about 1/3 of the monthly price. I would recommend it. The screen is the best part of the set up. Easy to navigate, and large enough to read and select actions to perform.

We told him we had no detectors and he said, "Ok no problem". Then when the service guy shows up he did not install it because we have to have a working smoke detector then they had to be reminded several time on where to install the door lock. And they were here till after midnight and I had to get up at 4 am and the sales guy said they could connect our garage door opener and the installation guys said we need to call the office and it would cost us $50 more. Wtf.

My technician Victoria was awesome. She explained everything thoroughly and her work ethic is terrific. I was left with no questions and no shadow of a doubt about anything. She finished in a timely manner and did a wonderful job. I would definitely give her a 10/10 on customer service. She is awesome.

When the salesman came up my first thought was here we go again, another business that's going to try to pressure me into getting their service even if I tell them we can't afford it. Well I was pleasantly surprised when the gentleman was kind and not only knowledgeable but not at all pushy. It was a great experience and we are so happy with the system even though we've only had it overnight we sheet feel a lot safer especially me being a stay at home mom.

The whole process was easy. There was no pressure to buy or get all the items they offered. The sales and installation people were very courteous and knowledgeable with their products. My only regret is not getting an extra camera for the back door.

Great cameras and awesome price. Came and hooked my service up quick. I got the door bell and the back camera. I got an outdoor sign as well. The technician came out and was very polite. The service representative was able to almost match my price with my previous provider.
