Our technician was absolutely amazing. Very professional and took his time to go over available upgrades as well as why they were important. He also took great care in showing us how to work the system! He was also very personable and respected our home came with his shoe covers.

We had our Vivnt installed yesterday! From start to finish our sales rep, Haley and the two techs that came to service our home were amazing! They were all so kind. Looking forward to having this system in our home! *I wish I could remember our techs names (please look up if you can!) They were fantastic!

The installation process was so easy and the rep who came was very professional and nice. He walked us through everything and was so friendly. He answered all our questions and made sure we knew how to work everything. It was late at night but he stayed as long as it took and said so efficiently. We really enjoy the cameras.

Tech was very kind and knowledgeable. We had an ugly experience when upgraded. Hopefully from here on it's smooth. Tech came in early which was perfect and did what he had too. Quick and professional. Thank you for making this right.

The guys selling and installing were top notch. Kind, courteous and professional. The cameras have very good resolution and good sound quality. Was very easy to add on a couple of items that I had forgotten about. We will see how the rest of our experience goes.

Both Sales & Installation Personnel were professional and courteous as well as understanding of the customers needs/wants. Sales understood I needed to get my buyout price before committing. The Tech had great work ethic and completed the installation in a timely and professional manner. When asked, I’d definitely recommend to anyone.

Everything went fine. I wish they wore masks for the install of everything. I don't like that everything has to be connected using a wall plug instead of being hard wired into the house itself. Takes up space and I have a 1 year old that gets into everything. I also didn't know that the system used bridges to connect and it is messing up my wifi. Very expensive. I tried it. I don't like it so I will have it Uninstalled tomorrow. The guys that did the work were nice enough.

Work done as promised and efficiently with detailed directions on proper input for systems both inside and outside (from various devices) of my home with possible options available to me in the future for optimum security and ease of mind.

With the equipment that was installed I feel much more safe. With this COVID-19 so rampant and so many out of a job, it could not have come at the right time. I place myself and family safety in the care of Vivint with great expectations. Thanks.

Really recommend Vivint, Ty and his team did a great job. They came in and got us signed up and the equipment installed all in less than three hours. I highly recommend this company, they care about the customers and help you get a good system to protect your home without all the upfront costs.

This system is simple and easy to use. We haven’t had any problems with activation or deactivation, and the camera gives a very good view of the front porch and driveway. I’m looking forward to continuing its use going forward.

Process was easy and everything was explained very well. Installer was professional and wore a mask and gloves the entire time. Installation was done very well. Very happy with how everything turned out! I would happily recommend this to a friend or anyone who is interested in a security system.

We are still adjusting into the new system. I do like the system. However, I am concern if we have a power outage, will the system work. The salesperson was very automated about these things being okay. So we shall see.

Gentleman very courteous and did a great job putting things in. Did well with my wife on-site and me off-site. My only concern is that we did not get a lesson on how to program the smart lock. Cameras all well placed and I like the control center and phone app.

Quick and courteous. Took more time than expected. After upgrading to newer thermostats for heating and cooling, we would like to add an app for that control later. We would like to pay off the equipment sooner and arrange for paying payoff.

I'm satisfied. He was on time, polite, curious and very fast. I didn't receive any documentation at all. No terms, service agreement warranty info. Nothing.. I understand we are trying to trying to be green but it would be nice to have an owner's manual or maybe a quick start guide.

Everything about our Vivint experience so far has been great. Our salesman and our installer were both very professional, very personable and really knowledgeable about the products. When is a great things about the different system is the expandability. I love knowing that we can tie so many other products in so that we can have one hub to control all the smart aspects of our home. We’re very happy to join the Vivint family.

Sales Rep ** was very professional, he explained to my wife and myself all about the system. How it works, the tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Great job by both sales rep and installer. All equipment was tested after installation. Mr. ** was fair and honest with his presentation.

Love the products but the sales rep, Jonathan, told us our credit wouldn’t be ran and that we wouldn’t be receiving a credit card/line of credit. We found out at the very end after many times saying we didn’t want our credit ran. It’s a 5 star rating for the products but since the rep lied to us I couldn’t give a complete 5 star.

Had its equipment. Said it's outdated. Wanted me to pay for the equipment after already paying start up fee 100.00 or sum like that. But later that day Bryce from customer service guy who started my account. Called and fixed my situation. Thanks Bryce. Give that man a raise.

Salesman said at the beginning that there would be no charge for equipment and installation but at the end he said or monthly bill would include $47.44 for equipment. Other than that everything was fine. He was friendly and helpful.

Both the salesman and the technician were very respectful, helpful and professional. The salesmen was very informative of the equipment and prices. He took care of all questions and concerns we had. Technician took his time and went over everything with me. He was very respectful of my home. I was very pleased with my experience.

Amazing service. Super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Walked us step by step on system and on the app. Showed us all the cameras and different settings. Gave us all the information including emergency features. Super excited and feel safer now that we have these cameras.

The technician was very helpful and professional. He helped us put the cameras where they were best positioned. He was fast and accurate. At one point he encountered a problem but never gave up, worked hard until it was accomplished.

The tech was very knowledgeable and installed my system in a timely manner. Showed me how to work the system and how to download the app on my phone and arm and disarm the system from the keypad or my app on the phone.

Starting the 14-day trial but everything went great at install. Gave a good overview of how the system works and answered all my questions. The installer was efficient and courteous. Was also on time. Excited to give it a try.

The tech came to my house and put in a Vivint system. Left every pieces of paper, boxes and the old system all over my front entrance. I thought they suppose to clean up after finish installing. No mask on when entering the house. If anyone in my family get sick. I know where it came from (Convd-19).

These guys were great & answered all questions we had. They have a great knowledge of their job! Came back to Vivint after a bad experience. Hopefully won't have to leave again. The thermostat is also great, keeps the house cool at all times.

Products were exactly what we were told they would be. If anything that we selected didn’t work with our home the technicians explained what were other options. The team was here to install the equipment about 30 min later. Very clear instructions on how to use the equipment.

The new system was a great upgrade from my previous alarm system. The install technician was very knowledgeable and conscious of not making a mess. They were on time for the install appointment. The new keypad was very easy to learn.

I liked the speed to which the install happens, but the techs should not be working past 9pm. I have a lot of kids and get up early and the tech was very nice but that is not on him to finish same day! Also better sales about what you would like to protect and use your system for rather than cramming stuff I don’t need down my throat. I didn’t need the keypad, but I wanted more exterior cameras.

Just happened that by chance, the Vivint sales rep Kimmi was going through our neighborhood and I happened to catch her while I was outside unloading my car from a camping trip. Kimmi took the time to thoroughly explain Vivint and it’s capabilities. Though I wasn’t planning to be purchasing home security at this time, a couple hours later we had the system installed. It definitely gives piece of mind to have these security features installed.

I upgraded to some equipment that was never installed! Calls resulted in a reschedule that ALSO never happened! My calling Vivint revealed some lapses in communication and notification that the ordered equipment was not compatible with my HVAC system, Customer Service Rep, (Isabella) laboriously researched & corrected the issue. She then transferred my call to Chris (in ROR) who made corrections to my billing so that I wouldn't be charged for the equipment that was not/could not be installed. My frustrations were addressed and my dilemma was resolved ONLY due to the patience, understanding and tenacity of Isabella and the empathy and efficiency of Chris. My frustrations could have persisted had they not been so professional and resolute.

Recently I switched to Vivint Security System. Overall the response is amazing. Alex and installation guy Arnando was really helpful and knowledgeable. Hope Vivint provides the same kind of response in all future times. I definitely recommend to my friends and family. Their security system at least the way they explained is really good. Just hope that it remains all good.

They were efficient and friendly. Cleaned up afterwards. Explained everything. Great prices for all the features we had installed. Would recommend to friends and family looking for a system that will provide you with peace of mind knowing you are safe.

I had a problem in the past and was leery about starting again but Evan and the Service Tech was very thorough at explaining everything about the system to us to better understand and so far so good. This made me feel like giving you all another chance.

I am very pleased with this security system. I like how easy it is to use. The installing for the system was done professionally and efficiently (less than 2 hours). The security cameras have great clarity and audio. Altogether I found the whole customer service, installment experience and product worthwhile.

This system is much more user friendly than our last one and the cameras will really help us out a lot! The garage door system will be helpful to keep peace of mind through the night. We just moved into our home. It was already equipped with Vivint home security equipment. We have been in contact with a rep’s number that was given to us by the previous home owners and the rep (Aaron **) has been fantastic is helping us. He organized for a tech to come out and help us move some sensors and get some cameras back online. The tech was able to get the cameras back up but the sensor that we needed moved fell down after about an hour of it being installed and he also left somewhat of a mess in our home. He accidentally knocked down some decor in our backyard and just left it for us to put back up, which is no big deal, but he also left his shoe covers just inside the doors covered in mud. Overall, we are excited to be using vivint and the great product that they have to offer but the technician could have possibly been more professional.

Love my new system and both the salesman and the technician who installed the system were great. They were very patient and thoroughly explained everything they were doing and gave very good instructions on how to use my new system.

We found Zee to be a very personable representative for Vivint. She thoroughly explained all my options and the cost of each. It was a pleasure to have her in our home and she felt more as a guest than a salesperson. Brad installed the system and went the extra mile when I needed to purchase an upgraded bell transformer to satisfy the system requirements. Brad and Zee are both very nice people whom we would gladly have as friends. All the cats and dogs say hi also.

I wasn’t offered the military discount despite my mother being a veteran and living with me. I was lied to numerous times, despite me having ok credit and being approved by Citizens Bank I was then told I was not approved. I told them to cancel the order. They didn’t and then I was charged the full price.

Sales guy was nice, installer was nice, but unfortunately a couple hours after set up, the doorbell camera went offline. I followed all the steps and nothing worked, I had to speak with customer service and eventually came to the conclusion that I needed a service tech to come out. It may just be a fluke that the doorbell camera malfunctioned but when I can’t get a tech out to fix it in less than 24 hours, it’s just not acceptable. Service tech wouldn’t be able to get to me for 3 days. This is my home security! Also the car guard was never able to connect. The installer is supposed to contact me today to bring out a new device, at which point I intended to have her fix the doorbell camera. I may just go ahead and cancel; 3 days to try out the service just isn’t enough time especially considering that it malfunctioned after only a couple of hours.

Very professional, most information was accurate, seamless installation, friendly. Took time to teach how to use the new system, how to work the app and the door lock, the camera and all emergency buttons. Wonderful experience... Door sensor wasn't registering. Per control panel recommendation I changed out the battery, then spent estimated 20+ minutes on the phone trying to correct the problem. The customer service support tried to set an appointment for Friday, but I insisted it be done today since it is a new system installed yesterday.

Just had the system installed and it appears to be working well - may have a learning curve for me to learn how to do everything correctly. I have never had a security system before. The garage door detector will be especially nice.

Technician Braxton ** is very patient and knowledgeable! He started the experience off right by confirming by text message and being very punctual. The information and features were explained easily with a great sense of humor, and suggestions were very valuable to help me make an informed decision. He also showed me how I can refer the service to others! Definitely a great experience, and I am very happy with my purchase!

Great service, professionalism, Very helpful & thoughtful on explaining the system. Only Ding is the salesman needed to find out what Wi Fi system you have before starting pitch. Seems pricy but can stretch payments over several years. Looks like a good system to use.

Stephen was great with installing our Vivint alarm system. He was very professional and personable. He made sure I was comfortable with the instructions before leaving our home. He was great with our dogs who were often in his way.

The sales guy who came to my house started off really nice but soon after was very pushy. His attitude seemed to have changed once we had agreed. Installation guys showed up unexpectedly while sales guys was here. It was late and I needed to work on dinner and prepare for an overnight procedure for my child. I said no for the install but the sales guys said, "Oh it will be quick." The guys left and didn’t even show us how to use the lock on the door. Very upset with how they handled everything. May decide to cancel.

Our Technician - Jeff, is the only one who gave us real customer service. We had issue, upon issue with you guys and he’s the only reason we kept Vivint. So much miscommunication happens in your office. It’s unbelievable. Really hope we have better experiences now that it’s installed, thanks to Jeff! Really great.

Love the system! It is so cool and interactive. Our installer, Aaron, was very diligent, professional and respectful. Our sales representative, Jeremy was knowledgeable on the system and provided good feedback and recommendations. In fact, you are allowed to make changes to your set up when the installation is about to begin. The system is easy to use, not an eye sore and inconspicuous.

Very professional Sales and Installation Techs. System seems to be working great. Thought it was going to be very difficult to operate as Ben (salesman) was explaining everything that I can do with the system. But as I tried setting up the parameters myself, the easier it became.

After seeing our son’s Vivint security system, we decided to get one as well. We got the same technician who was very professional, polite and very knowledgeable about the system. So far we are very pleased with Vivint and all it has to offer.

I had a SmartHome system installed in 2017. I don’t have any negatives concerning the equipment and install was painless. The system even caught a small oven fire that started when a plastic item placed inside to dry was forgotten about and the oven was turned on to preheat (not my brightest moment). I was out of my home follow hurricane Florence and I got alerts when the heat went out and my home temperatures dropped to a level that could have ended in frozen pipes. It is great to monitor when away and to keep an eye of packages. In the beginning, if I needed customer service there were small wait times. I have had to call three times in the past month and 40 minutes is now my average wait time. With something as important as my home security I would expect better customer service.

Switched back to Vivint from a short stint with ADT. I’m so happy to be back, and highly recommend! Vivint actually found me after I complained on Twitter about ADT, and made me a pretty great offer to come back. If you’ve switched away, definitely consider coming back!

Took a while to set all the equipment up due to camera issues. Very time consuming. Technician was there until 10:30ish and had to go to work at 4:00 am. As well as my wife. The technician was very polite and courteous though!

Friendly, fast and efficient expertise. Answered all questions. Explained a step by step tutorial. Able to complete the job before a power outage. Step by step visual tutorial explaining the equipment how the equipment operates. Instructions on who can call to receive further help or troubleshooting with any issues.

The salesman and the installer were awesome. I’m thinking now I wish I would have got the outdoor camera also. I will like it much more when I havE wi-fi. You should feel fortunate to have such good employees. You should give both a bonus.

The sales guy was great and the installer was nice but it took entirely too long. He arrive at 830 pm and finished close to 3am. My wife my kids was sleep. Maybe you guy need 2 installers after a certain hour.

Our salesman, Sam **, was professional and courteous. He explained the product, the accessories and the billing plan. The installer, Bronson, was professional and courteous as well. Bronson showed us all the features, set the system up professionally and walked us through the system. All in all a pleasurable experience which I would highly recommend to my sphere of influence.

Very informative, helpful, and friendly. He took is his time with me explaining about the equipment to me. He took the time to explain by different product the company had to offer. He just really took his time with me.

Salvador really helped. He was patient. He listened well and was proactive in helping us figure out where to set up the equipment when we're at a stand still in deciding. Salvador cleaned up after himself which made the world of difference and my wife very happy... we love our system and slept well.

Obtained quote from sales rep, be aware if you purchase on 5 year contract the equipment price over doubles. I signed up equipment cost if paid upfront was under 700, however when the sales reps emailed me the quote the price went up to 1799 with a 5 year contract at zero interest. This was not explained to me, I called to cancel the installation. Bayley ** account manager fielded my call & totally understood my concerns and many of the negative reviews. I’ve been on the fence about which way to go with a security system, reading up on different brands the past few days online. A Vivint salesman showed up at my door yesterday and pushed me off the fence. A few hours later my Vivint system was up and running! I have only had service for 2 days. 1st day camera stopped working, today I notice I can't review events on all cameras, and when installed they didn’t install door bell or fire alarm and I was charged already for it. I am going to cancel service. Too many issues to start out with! Nope ain’t doing it!

Everything was great. The salesperson was low pressure and had a very pleasant personality. She was very informative. The installation guy arrived within an hour of the sale and immediately started the installation. He was very informative and help us set the system up and answered all our questions.

It only has been less then 24 hours, but I do like the system so far. Also ever thought a 360 degree camera? So far it is easy to work with system and the technician was helpful. I greatly appreciate the fast installation after only calling the day prior.

Emmanuel was great during the entire install process! Explained everything from start to finish and worked with us during the layout of our camera on the exterior of the house. He just didn’t install the cameras and walk away. He took the time to work with us on the angles the camera would cover in the yard to give us the best coverage. The walk thru at the end of the install was great and felt extremely confident in our system when he left.

I appreciate the sales rep for explained all the pros about this service. It just so happens my ADT contracts expires in less than a month so it seems they were right on time! Austin the installer was also very knowledgeable and experienced in his job.

Not only was Nathan an amazing technician, I am one month into using my service and am still in love. Vivint has certainly made me feel so much more secure at night and while I’m away. My family couldn’t be more grateful for Vivint and for the opportunity to work with an extremely nice and knowledgeable employee such as Nathan. The product itself we have no issues with. Fortunately the system has never been tested with a true break in. We have set it off accidentally a few times and they have phoned right away to check. My issue is with the customer service department when I phoned to ask a question about my billing. I got transferred to the loyalty(?) department and the man I spoke to was rude, completely disinterested in helping me and spoke in a dismissive and condescending tone of voice. Very frustrating and negative experience. I will likely not renew our contract once it’s over because of this.

Very knowledgeable salesman. Aim to please. Went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Even during installation when I wasn’t pleased I was able to contact the salesperson directly and they made sure things were installed to my satisfaction. They paid off the obligations I had to the previous security vendor by keeping their promise and delivered a check the following morning. Took awhile to get everything installed but from the point of contact by the salesman, it was immediately followed by the installation person arriving and going to work until the job was finished. One minute I had a system I was barely pleased with and within hours I had a system I really like.

The two representatives were very knowledgeable and professional. There was no ounce of mistrust and they definitely did not sound like robots. I'm very glad that they helped out with placing the cameras, where to install them, gave advice, and even a little tutorial on how to use everything. If I could have one complaint, is that in one outlet he plugged in the doorbell ringer, but the plug took up both outlets. Now we are wondering if we can unplug it and move it down to have one outlet exposed.

The SmartHub design is awesome, with same day installation, a great deal. Did I mention the activity log format its great and easy understand, one more time, AWESOME! And yes, I would do it again. What other options can I add?
