They seemed very helpful. And we are very excited for our new system. We have had people lurking around our house so this will give us a peace of mind at night and when we are away from the house. And we like the lifetime warranty.

As he was working I have a very curious 6 years old daughter that keep him just as busy with talking him deaf but he chimed right in with her and keep her just as busy. That was personal rapport. I love people that take the time out their busy schedule and thank you so much for just being you and by the way the camera are a plus for having security measures right on your phone to monitor. I love that I can monitor what’s going on around my yard. I will be recommending Vivint to my family and friend.

Insulation was good until my front was damaged, this is 2500 dollars door with installation. The door and frame will need the be replace. I’ll still get three stars professionalism of the installers of letting me know of the door damage.

Install team was quick and friendly. I was told there would be no visible wires. They did a great job making them inconspicuous, but they are visible. They couldn't get my garage door linked to the system as indicated by the salesman. All in all great job and very fast.

Very friendly and very informative. Was able to answer any questions we had. He was well prepared and was able to speak on the product with great knowledge. I would definitely refer to a friend or business that was looking for security system. I feel safer being able to monitor my home with my phone while I am away.

Sales agent Annabella was nice and knowledgeable. They came to my house same day to install all my home security needs. Would rate 5 stars but just 4 for now because the installer didn't have everything I asked for to install that day but Wes the installer was also helpful and friendly in guiding me on how to use my new alarm system and he did make a follow up appointment with me to finish the rest of the install.

My technician was very nice and talked me through everything. He made sure I understood everything and even offered me some additional equipment that would be useful. Really great experience overall. I would highly recommend Vivint to all of my friends and family.

Great experience and same day install. That’s some service. Blake was excellent. Not a pushy guy at all. Showed me what he had to offer and showed me the benefits of this security that I didn’t have with my previous service provider. Install was quick and smooth. Could have asked for better service.

Like the system especially the cameras. Like how the cameras pop up on the panel. I like how the temperature for the next 4 days pop up on the panel. The whistle is a great part of the cameras that help prevent crime before it happens.

From our initial contact with Sales to our installation today, this company has been very good to work with. The installation in particular was pleasant; the installation crew (2 of them) set a land speed record for installation and it’s very clean - no wires or ugliness at all. So far, a great experience.

We are Excited about having a updated security system in place! The technician was prompt, and knowledgeable. The system is easy to navigate. We have the indoor and outdoor camera, the door bell camera and the door sensors. The attachments are low profile and blend well with my decor. So far I am very please with the product. We had a different system from a different company that was old and outdated. This system has all of the new technology and features.

The installers did a great job. I thought it would take hours, but it didn’t. They made good suggestions on placement and cleaned up after themselves. We had a problem with the app because of me and Romeo stayed until we figured it out. Very courteous and helpful.

Great job by both the sales and installation people. Very happy with both. Haley needed a different tool to remove the front door lock and she got it and came back to finish the job. We had an overall poor experience. We somehow wound up with a device on our purchase agreement that we were not told about and when we tried to have it corrected it took an extra long time to correct the issue and the sales rep we worked with stopped answering calls because it was after work. The install team was constantly running into problems and was asking us to help problem solve their issues which included them asking if they could take the chain off our ceiling fan to use for some purpose. They also did not do a thorough job cleaning up afterwards.

From start to finish I was very impressed with their service. Vivint salesman and installer was very professional and very informative of their service and product. I would recommend Vivint home security to family and friends. The system is user friendly!

These gentlemen were so accurate in their work and explained very clearly how the system worked. I was highly impressed with their work and with the system. I would write 10 if possible. Never have I met such a friendly sales rep and tech! Pricing also is very fair compared to our previous provider! World worth of difference on camera quality! I definitely feel way safer at home and even away for several hours at work!

Was able to buy the smart doorbell online for a good price and the company quickly set up a tech to install within 1 day. Camera and doorbell works well and no complaints at this juncture. Everything was signed electronically and the tech wore a mask and used hand sanitizer.

Both the sales person and installer were great to work with. Better video quality and same cost. Great upgrade from security we had. The system is easy to use. It tells us what is going on with it. With the rules it will be easier to use.

The representative and technician were outstanding. Highly knowledgeable, friendly, but not intrusive, and flexible to my needs. While the experience and service may merit five stars, I personally believe that there is always room for improvement. Ultimately I am looking to evaluate the companies ability to stand up “service wise“ to that displayed by their reps.

Installers could use a crash course in customer service. The installer spent more texting than he did completing the job. Manager had to come to assist the installer. Installer never asked me where I prefer to have motion detectors installed. Prior to the manager arriving, he did a poor installation and had to redo everything.

Best service ever. Best timed emplacement of a security system I have ever seen. Quick and easy. Guys were very respectful and made it too easy to understand how the system works. I think this will work out great! Very excited to see what this system has to offer.

The salesperson were very professional and knowledgeable about Vivint. They knew what should be the main equipment for a house and weren’t pushy about adding more. The installation person was also extremely competent and knew how to install the equipment efficiently. He was also very good at explaining how to use it!

I have been without a working alarm system for about a month. The cameras are offline with the driveway camera constantly going out before all cameras were disconnected due to troubleshooting. My smart lock constantly malfunctions, reading that the lock is jamming. This happens almost daily. Then, I was forced to go on vacation without home security because the technician, Tanner, never showed up as scheduled. I have called customer service over ten times and while the problems are not the fault of the agents, they are not given very many tools to help consumers. Today, all that was able to be done is schedule another appointment that would put me at two months without a functioning security system. Of course, there is no guarantee that anyone will even show up.

I really don't care for this new technology things. But since the tech showed me how to work my Vivint security camera system. I love it. I'm getting ready to get the A/C thermal hooked up to the security system too. I really like the system.

I was very pleased with the way he spoke and explained everything. Also very pleased with the work and how fast everything was handled. They also cleaned their mess after they was done. Then when finished they showed us how to use the system.

I enjoyed the sales representative even though he talked a little too fast and forgot to initially add some stuff that I asked for. I am upset that he said I would be able to record with the doorbell camera 24/7 but I learned later after he left that I would need an additional piece of equipment to do so (The 24/7 recording was one of the main reasons I wanted to switch security providers). I enjoyed working with the technician that came quickly to my house to install the equipment. He was very patient and explained everything to us in detail. Based on the information provided, I believe the Vivint Security and Camera system with the doorbell camera and the camera installed in the back yard will provide satisfactory coverage to monitor activity in both front and back of the property. In addition there is a clear view to the side door as well the double doors providing access for my vehicle.

Was sold on electric door lock and fire alarm and CO2 alarm. Got home and none of these items were installed! Tech had some excuse why he couldn’t install them. If there was a problem he should have talked to the salesman that sold the unit to me and worked it out. I ended up with half the equipment I was promised! Not happy one bit. Will not refer your company to any of my friends.

The Salesman and installer are each very knowledgeable in their work. The equipment is very well up-to-date. The equipment is also more expensive than that which we have had with other companies in the past. In the beginning, the payments will include a 5-year loan for that equipment but with 0% interest. Cameras are hooked up to our electricity and don't require battery charging. No more climbing ladders to get them down, and to put them back up. So far, I would recommend Vivint to all my friends for their home security.

Overall my experience was good, especially with the installer. The installer was really courteous, professional, and did an excellent job! The sales guy was too, but he did oversell the camera quality a bit (it’s not 4K like they say, it’s just average like 720p). The equipment itself is very high quality, and is working great so far!

After swapping from Simplisafe, this has been a much better experience. There were a few hiccups in installation, but they were resolved by the technician at no cost (some hardware was damaged during install due to wiring, but the tech fixed the wiring and replaced the hardware). Everything seems to be working “turn key” and have been very happy with the customization available through the app.

I met Ryan and discussed his system, very impressive and while not cheap, do you want the cheapest security? You get what you pay for and this stuff is the real deal, far superior to any system I’ve seen in 50 years of being a real estate agent and I seen lots.

Tried to up my monthly payment with Fortiva & was told I could stay with the MINIMUM or pay entire balance. Very expensive.

Happy to assist with the credit for the door lock and kept in contact after installing the system. Technician was very helpful with everything and making sure we understood how to use it. Very much appreciated all the help in making sure that we are safe and satisfied.

This is by far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. I have been using this service for less than a month and have encountered more issues than I care to mention but the most concerning is the lack of honesty this company operates with. When I contacted Vivint about installing cameras in my home I had requested a total of 8 cameras. During the initial sales call, I was told that 8 cameras would be fine and told all these amazing things about their system.. So of course when they said they could send out a technician to finalize my package and talk about camera placement I agreed.

Sales person was very courteous and knowledgeable about the system install. I was pleased with the entire process. Tech was very nice and stayed focused on his work. Very hardworker. He did an excellent job. Waiting for techs to return to complete installation of where they did not have all of the equipment to complete the installation.

They did a great job and were very helpful but little pricey when purchasing the equipment. Feel you can get more bang for the buck if they brought down their prices more. Overall it is what it is and still a good system.

From the first knock on the door, Vivint employees were awesome. System is far superior to my previous system and they didn’t plaster their name all over my windows either. So glad I made the switch to them. Will definitely recommend to others.

Installer was professional and courteous during the install. Recommend to install cameras outside at a later date. He put covers on his shoes and treated my home like his. He even helped my painters look for some equipment that they misplaced so overall really happy with job.

My alarm system was installed today and I couldn’t be happier with the installation and the step by step instructions by the gentleman who installed it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you Vivint for securing my house. I’m one happy customer.

I was very pleased with the gentleman. Very polite. Asked questions, answered all my questions. He was patient - left me his name and number in case I have further question or issues. I am very satisfied with the cost of the equipment and services. I will have peace of mind now while I’m away from home and while I sleep. Thank you Vivint staff.

Setup of my security system was simple; however, I wish there would have been more transparency in the initial process with the walk up sales rep. No mention of a credit pull or credit account opening was ever given and it was only after the rep told me I’d be paying $85 a month for security service, which sounded great, did I find out that a credit check was needed and then I was asked to complete a credit application for Fortiva. Further, the rep stated that the inquiry was a soft pull and it was not. Mind you, the security system does provide peace of mind, but baiting consumers in with videos of Snoop and only mentioning the monthly security payment and no mention of the credit application applicable can be a cause for concern.

Tech was on time, quickly installed the system & explained the whole system thoroughly. Maybe explained the system a bit too quickly but all is well. I will either practice with it or call support. But everything seems to be working well so far.

Everything went very well with installation, but I just wish Vivint required employees to wear ID cards. We easily confirmed our technician’s identity with his ID number and online employee lookup, but it would've made us more comfortable to see an ID on person.

Sales rep lied and did not provide us with all the information we needed to know before we signed the purchase agreement. A credit card account was opened under my name and maxed out in the amount of $4000. Sales rep never said this would happen and when asked specifically if our credit would be ran, he said no. Not only were two hard inquiries taken on my credit, my credit score dropped 100 points because of the account opened with Fortiva. This is a terrible business practice and I will not do business with Vivint again.

This is our first time with a system, but I grew up with one. The guy that was sent out, William, was really great. I can’t think of anything that couldn’t have been better. The pricing is really reasonable and process was really smooth and he explained everything as he went. It was a wonderful experience! Hopefully the system works and we have no issues.

The tech was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable of the equipment. Was very patient in showing me how the system works. It took a little time because the system needed to be set up and some of the parts needed to be re-set.

The tech who came had to have another tech come out because he wasn't sure how to install a doorbell only. They commented on how nice the house and items in it were, which made me uncomfortable. The microphone doesn't work outside.

I’m lovin my new cameras and system, they were installed quickly by Noah and Carlos gave us great knowledge on our system. If you need a security system, choose Vivint, they are the best. Try the system and you will see.

Good professionalism from system installer. Unfortunately, installation challenges added more time than expected. Back door camera worked, but did not stay online. Problem could not be resolved by tech support. Currently not happy with my choice. I have 3 business days to decide to keep the system.

The tech ran into some power issue and had them resolved quick and without further issues. Very competent and knowledgeable. Great personality and a pleasure to have in our home. I would definitely recommend this tech. Thank you so much!!!

My sales rep was extremely late for our scheduled appointment. When I decided to purchase the system your technician changed his arrival time twice. From 830 to possible 930pm and then arrived to my house at 1015pm. He said it would take him about 4hrs to install the system. Then he didn’t have all the necessary equipment. He left my house at 1am and have to reschedule for august 9 at 6pm. My question to Vivint…is this the service to expect now that I’ve made my purchase? Very sloppy work and customer service. Extremely disappointed!!!

I really like having everything in one app. The cameras and amazing and they double as an intercom system. Installation was quick but the DVRs were back ordered. Only real complaint was guys didn’t clean up most of the messes they made. Otherwise, they were really nice and knowledgeable.

I had a very great experience from intro to completion. The sales person was thorough, explained everything clearly and everything she said was true. I would recommend their services to more of my friends and family. This was a very positive experience.

The guy that installed all our security stuff was super helpful, even helped us out with things other than the security system. Any questions he had were answered. Now we have security and hard lined our PCs. Felt like he was just an all around electrician. Super awesome.

We had Vivint in our previous home and we’re happy with the service so when the sales person, Johnathon, knocked on our door we were already thinking about getting an alarm service. The crew (including Nathanial?, the technician, hope I remembered his name) was friendly and very helpful. Contract signed and equipment installed same day.

They were able to come out and install equipment later that same day of signing up. I found that amazing, The only reason I give it 4 stars is that they weren't able to finish the entire work order because they had run out of equipment from the busy work day. We scheduled for them to come back and finish. Still a quick turn around.

Everyone was awesome. The seller, the technician were very professional. I look forward to recommending to friends who need the service. I enjoy learning how to work it and review the videos from activities. My children are enjoying it and knowing that we will all be safe. The panel is easy to use and also the mobile app is easy to use.
