Insulation went smooth and Dustin explained everything where Kathy and I both understood. We both feel much safer now knowing we have help immediately if we need it. The system is very easy to understand and the camera is crystal clear.

We’ve been wanting smart home products, but we’re intimidated by the prices and complication of choosing the right things. Glad to have knowledgeable people help us. Although it seems like the salespeople could use a little more training on what products at work for your house and showing all the options.

Excellent upgrade to my existing home security system. I'm able to activate the system thru my phone from virtually anywhere and could easily add other users to my system. The payments are affordable and I'm extremely thankful for the upgrade to make my home safer.

Cameras on exterior of home. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and not pushy. We were very impressed that there was an installation technician readily available and able to be at our house almost before the sales guy left. I will recommend Vivint to my friends. I hope the system is not plagued w/ problems, as we just received two notices indicating problems.

Vivint gives all of today's modern security needs all at the touch of a finger And for low prices and many top rewards. They even give medical security which you would have to add onto your plan with other companies and at costly prices.

Sales rep was just facts, no pressure. Did some suggestive selling, but was conversational and very honest. Getting signed up was quick and easy, the install was pretty simple and the tech walked us through everything we needed to know as well as consulting us on where and how to do the install. Anyone looking to start or enhance their home security system should check them out.

So far Vivint system is great, and I would recommend a family and friend. It’s very clear and simple to use and so far I trust it. When I have a problem I’ll let you know. It’s only been a day so far!

My experience with VIVINT has been amazing thus far! Daniel my sales rep was an absolute star! Signed and delivered within 40 minutes, within the next hour Tech Brandon another all star was here for install! Wow - talk about customer service!

Installer was friendly and professional, patient with answering all of our questions. He made sure we were happy with everything we purchased and he even found some savings based on equipment we already had. Only improvement feedback we had was some houses that have high ceilings would like to have the cameras mountable without the wiring showing everywhere.

Adam did a great job explaining the project and the installation was quick. The installation guy showed us exactly how to use the product and made sure to answer all questions. We have been happy with how the system has worked thus far and look forward to using it to protect our home going forward.

Jean the technician who came is awesome. Very knowledgeable and professional. He represents Vivint very well. Although l am a lawyer l am not techy at all. Jean worked me through patiently. He took his time. So also is the customer service guy and Nick who set my account up. They are customer service friendly. I recommend Vivint.

Technician was prompt, professional, clean, knowledgeable and courteous. All wire and connections were neat and orderly; she showed us how to use system; and she cleaned up thoroughly and ensured all devices were properly working. Thank you and I would highly recommend.

Installation was a breeze with a professional technician and their security products are the best in the industry. Although slightly pricey than the other name brands, it’s definitely worth it. Camera quality along with the central control pad are amazing. Not to mention the great app on the phone.

Did not finish install. Did not have all WiFi equipment to make camera work. Won’t come back until maybe Monday .. Sales person was not correct on information on how lock worked. I only have a few days to decide if I want it and 1 camera doesn’t work at all and tech gave minimal instructions.

I was looking forward to getting 2 door keypads installed but was told the doors were not appropriate because they did not have deadbolts. I was not asked this beforehand. Disappointed in that this should have been discovered in initial call so I could make a more informed decision.

This company is way better than my previous alarm company (ADT)...better, more advanced technology. I have tried other alarm companies as well and not one has come close to the performance of Vivint. You can try other companies But I highly recommend Vivint...Their cameras are top quality.

Clifford our sales guy was great! Very personable. Set us up with everything we wanted. Jacob the installer started out great but was having issues getting the system to work and after 5 hours left with the promise to come back early I had to call at 10 am get get him to show up at 11. He knew that we were on a time limit and surpassed that limit by 1.5 hours and we almost missed our flight out. It seemed as though he took a short cut in wiring that he had to later fix. And had to replace a faulty door lock. But the system is up and working so we are satisfied with the system.

Nice. I feel like my home is protected and I love the equipment and easy to use. I'm glad I heard about and glad your people were in my area to tell me about it and I'm glad I was able to be approved for it.

David was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us understand how to use our system and provided us with all of our options. He answered our questions and didn’t try to push items we didn’t need. The driveway camera is fantastic and we can see all the way to the end of the street.

Switched from North Star to Vivint. Definitely a lot better security system with multiple different options to add to the house to make it a smart home! They also have a camera that you can put in your nursery and watch your child sleep and listen to with your phone. And outside cameras that whistles when some comes up! With zero money upfront and just the monthly Bill! Had an amazing salesperson to explain everything to us and how it works! Definitely amazing to work with. If you want a great person to work with and explain to you everything and how it works.

We were extremely pleased with the services offered as presented by the knowledgeable salesperson. He explained things in an understandable manner and covered every concern. However, when the installation tech showed things detonated quickly. He provided very little explanation of any aspect, even when questioned. Then the crowning blow when he told me he would call me back to let me know the time he would return to complete the installation. He never called or came by. I finally contacted the sales person and he responded.

The installers were quick and thorough. After they were done they gave us a good overview of how the system and app work. They didn’t leave a mess behind and made sure all my questions were answered. They were probably don’t in less than two hours.

I was not looking to get another alarm system. I had just acquired one about 30 days prior and I was completely satisfied, even though I felt somewhat swindle. Todd explained everything and I was sold. I balanced the pros and cons and within minutes I switched.

We had been wanting to get home security for a years now, but just thought of having to call gave my husband and I a headache thinking it would be sales pitch, but your staff made it so easy! No pressure to feel committed to anything. Thank you Vivint!

Nick was very polite and friendly during his visit. He was easy to talk to and efficient. I was shocked when the installers arrived, to see how young the men were. Glad to see young men gaining experience however. The personality of each of the 3 installers was less appealing than what we had experienced with Nick. There seemed to be a lack of concern that my toddler was asleep while they were working. I expect noise during an installation but the clattering of tools and buckets being moved and dropped was unnerving. I think an interpersonal communication workshop would improve the customer experience with the installers. Or maybe just the 3 that assisted with our residence. Overall we are very happy with the outcome.

I wasn’t expecting to spend my Friday evening getting this system, but it was great! David was very kind and knowledgeable and really cared to help us and help us find what we could afford to do. Then the tech came the same evening and knocked out the installation! These guys really work hard to take care of us and we really appreciate them and all they do!! We are excited about our new safe home!

Vivint was very responsive to our request for a security installation - their competitors quoted a wait time of weeks, but they installed the system in two days, with amazing service and a reasonable price without contracts. Highly recommended for anyone seeking home security without three year contracts.

We were very excited to start using our system. I love the inside cameras and that I can talk to my kids and dogs. The only thing that was odd was the installers were here until 11:30 at night. I finally had to tell them to come back the next day or they would be here until 1:30 in the morning. Also the final cost was a lot more than quoted. The service tech told us around $50 or $60 but our monthly bill is $106. Also, we were sold on the fact that if a new or more modern camera or system comes out that they will replace our old ones for no additional cost. Turns out that’s a lie, they will only replace with a more modern camera if they break. Other than those few issues, it seems like a good system and we are excited for it.

The guys we worked with Jay and Noah were very good to work with and easy to talk to. Noah was very helpful in directing us as to the best place for our panel and great at troubleshooting our home's little quirks. We will definitely be recommending Jay and Vivint to our family and friends. Great service guys!

We are brand new to Vivint and already super pleased with the process and the products. The Vivint salesman, Casey **, was friendly and helped us choose the right equipment for us and gave us a quote before we made our decisions. The price was great. Installation was smooth and the same day we joined Vivint. We love our products and the seamless app that houses all the things we need to keep our house safe and secure.

Our service tech, Roosevelt aka RJ, was so kind and helpful and stayed for hours to teach me everything and install our camera and walk me through how to use the app and panel. I had Wi-Fi issues and connection problems and he stayed the entire time and walked me through each step with a smile. He was the best and I feel confident in using my new Vivint system.

The salesman was pretty reasonable reasonable with pricing and explain to me how everything works. Just a technician took a long time installing my equipment. Other than that everything was good. Barely going to try out the service. I’ll write another review after a week of use of this company. Thank you guys.

This is an amazing system, it truly makes your home life automated for a great price. It is also a great product installed by great, friendly, helpful and professional people. It was a five star experience from start to finish.

Everything was great that day we talked and agreed on we needed and wanted then at time to discuss cost rep said he would waive $100 fee to make the sale, but somehow I got billed full amount! I messaged rep and told him of this for which he said he would give me credit but I have yet to see any credit.

Installer was very helpful. He answered all my questions. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping a neighbor who was the one that recommended me to get Vivint Home Security System. The installer walked next door to the neighbor's house and took a brief look at a problem my next door neighbor was experiencing with his Vivint home security system.

Although I was not anticipating purchasing all of the various features in my package, the price was right, and I felt like I got a better deal than I was initially searching for. The security I feel for my aged mother whenever I am out of the house is something I am very grateful for. And, I feel like I’ve entered the 21st-century! The technician arrived within the established time frame and completed the work in the projected time frame. He was very informative and professional throughout and as I said in the telephone completion, I would give him a rating of 11 over and above.

Everything was great. TJ did a great job explaining everything to us about the Vivint system and our options and Royce was great with installation!! We are satisfied customers and we are enjoying this product so far. They both were very patient and kind to my whole family including our dogs.

I’m solely basing the perfect rating based on the quality of products and the technician that came to install my alarm. My feedback is more towards the quote process which was frustrating.. Your employees need to have access to what was quoted from their peers so everything is transparent and not quoting different prices which is a headache. Secondly do NOT hire contractor technicians. Jeffrey ** refused to wear a mask prior to entering my home and he proactively cancelled the work order Without even discussing with me all because I asked politely to wear a mask. He was rude and he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was unprofessional from dress wear to his attitude. He wore a t-shirt basketball shorts and croc shoes. He should not be working for your company especially when your company is client facing. Again his name was Jefferey **.

The process was great. The only small concern was the installer making little comments that showed his political views which was a little uncomfortable, but he did great work.The installer was having a problem with his wifi which he needed to complete the installation. It was a little slow. Overall, very satisfied.

It is easy to use and very reliable. We feel relief knowing it is looking out for us. Because we are against the mountain we are somewhat vulnerable and now we can sleep in peace. The system covers all sides of the house, can be easily disarmed by one of us inside, but the house cannot be breached from outside.

After reviewing various home security companies, we chose Vivint and we couldn't be happier with our experience! The initial phone conversation with a representative did require us to make a tentative list of the equipment that we wanted to install, but the installation technician arrived with everything needed to customize our system. Upon arrival our technician walked with us through and around our home, giving us recommendations for our desired security and helping us to tailor the package to our needs. We were able to add some features that we were previously unaware of and, more importantly, we left out some pieces that would have been redundant or unnecessary.

He was very nice and helpful. It made the whole process go so smooth. He explained everything I needed to know. I’m not very technology savvy and I was in a hurry but he did his best to explain everything the simplest way possible.

My technician, who was Julio **, was very professional, patient and courteous. The downside for me and the technician was the wait time on the phone for actions by Customer and Technician Support. I give Julio an A+ grade on his customer support.

Very thorough and fantastic products. Feel much safer. Worried I would be oversold or sold devices that weren’t as good as described but everything is wonderful, modern but user friendly. I have only had this new system for 1 day, but am extremely impressed already. This system has a talking camera doorbell with different ring chimes you can choose and the system itself is awesome because it has the camera too and talks letting you know exactly where the issue is when the alarm goes off. It has police, ambulance, and fire buttons. It also has all information and phone #s for this company Vivint Security. The guys who came out immediately were awesome and fast and very knowledgeable. This system can be operated on your phone too. Cost is $60 mo and free install. Sooooo much better than ADT!!! I feel safe with this one and if there is a problem, no hassle, they come right away and fix So far????

Great workers came in, asked a couple of questions and went to work. I was very comfortable so I left them to do their job and went to watch back to watching TV. When they were done I was set up with the app and and walked through in how to work their equipment.

Josh and Logan have been Great and the system seems to be working great! I especially like the doorbell camera and how it warns. I also like the other camera pointed at my vehicles. I also like how it tells you what door was opened which will help a lot when my kids become teens. I will be telling friends and family about it.

Initial contact from Cage was great and professional. Install team was quick and professional on installation very informative. Only complaint I have is the phone application has not worked at all since purchase, so I haven't been able to finish set up or view my cameras yet.

Yes I would. The technician was real friendly and knew what he was doing and explain everything to us. Also told us if we had any problems to make sure and call and they would get somebody over soon to look into the problem.

Purchased our new home and it had an existing Vivint system, which looked great. That was the very short lived and deceiving. Had a representative come out to show us the system and update with new cameras which costs $299 each, but when we called they lowered to $99. That should have been a red light there. The technician put the cameras but in the last camera he put it in the wrong place, so he had to drill more holes into our home. Patched up the wrong holes horribly.

Much easier to use and navigate through than what we previously had, ADT and Ring doorbell. Everything was rolled up into one package. The lady on the phone was AMAZING. She walked me through step by step and made it so simple. I was a little nervous about switching over on the phone but she made it so simple. I was able to test all of the commands and add users within minutes.

Installers said it would take 3 hours, but it took 7 hours to do it right. We didn't mind the time as long as it was done properly. The only problems had to do with understanding the system settings. The phone App crashes but the system works well.

My final tech did an excellent job once I finally got to him. My experience with the company was not good at all in trying to connect to get service. Finally got Amelio on the fifth appt and he was knowledgeable enough to get in touch with us and set up our service.

Customer service has really improved. About 3 years ago we thought we would install Vivint, but changed our minds because we didn’t like how the customer service was being handled. Much much better now. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The initial person is just a summer intern, but really seemed to know his stuff. He was extremely friendly. The installers were able to explain the system to me.

Tech was very professional and informative as well as patient with my questions. Tech gave suggestions for best areas to put cameras and which type to use. Also suggested the best sensors for what I needed and best places to put them. Thoroughly explained the panel and its operations as well as letting me practice until I was comfortable with using it.

Some shady practices coming from sales reps. Then they only give you 3 days to cancel a contract. Within my first 30 days. My door bell lost connection and it takes 40 minutes to reboot and my door lock has stopped locking. I get an error every time. This is also professionally installed. 0/5 stars. I wish I could cancel the service and never look back again.

The install with the Tech was great. He went to bat for me and kept pushing for the initial rate that he quoted me after doing a walk thru around the home. When he made adjustments to the equipment, it threw the whole quote off and raised the monthly monitoring by $20 a month and increased the equipment charges by $1500. Spent 2.5 hours in the am on the phone with customer service and then another 2 hours in the afternoon trying to get the quote to match up with what we agreed to. Totally ridiculous that a 4 hour jobs took 9 hours to complete. I was ready to have him take down the equipment and look for another security system. I should be compensated for my time and frustration in having to deal with this with him on the phone for almost 5 hours.

I can’t say enough about our Security System. I feel very protected with Vivint and it gives us peace of mind knowing that we are protected with an awesome Security System. We have been with Vivint for years and we are very happy.

I’m already liking Vivint. Installer was great. Showed me everything from top to bottom, I like how he called to start he was on the way and was it a good time and came out earlier than expected. We were on the fence about getting Vivint, adding another bill and necessities after buying a home. All the staff were very knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all my concerns. They let me know all my prices upfront (no hidden costs thrown in there), answered all my warranty concerns, etc. They had The installers there within an hour and work completed in a timely manner. They took the time to teach and make sure were were comfortable with our new system and how it works. Great customer service and teamwork from start to finish.

I like the feeling of knowing you have some security and you can see them wherever you're at and they don't even know if you're home or away. If needed you can notify police fire or medical at a touch of one button.

Staff was thorough and provided a lot of information. One issue I have is that I was told that relocation of equipment would be free for as long as I had the service but then found out through chatting with someone on the website that this is not true. That feels deceptive.
