From the salesman to installation. Everyone was very professional. Will recommend them to all my friends and family. They explained everything to make it as easy for you to get everything started. Also was nice they could use some of the existing system we have.

Larry was awesome! From start to finish he was helpful and made the whole experience enjoyable. He ended up having two other technicians come out to help speed the process up as well. They too did a fantastic job at helping us. I was excited about the install. But they made me feel even better about my choice with Vivint.

Super excited about this system, it is the perfect system for my barber shop with all the features and options I could ever ask for to keep my shop and employees safe and my business running smoothly and efficiently. From start to finish Vivint did a great job making sure I had all the equipment and knowledge I needed to run the system smoothly and efficiently.

I ordered Vivint security. A salesman showed up and the same day was installed. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The same was with the technician. He went out of his way to suit the system as we needed it.

Tech was thorough and efficient. She explained to me exactly what I needed to know and showed me how I could find the answers to other questions if I was unsure of things. She could be rated a 10 out of 10.

We are so pleased with our Vivint Security System. Their customer service is fantastic and the alarm system is just what we needed for an added sense of security. It is also reasonably reasonably priced. We highly recommend this service!

Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped walk through step by step. He was able to answer all my questions that I had. He even showed me some of the extra things I could do to make it fit what I wanted. I am very happy with Oliver on this install.

Xavier did a amazing job! Excellence service! The two ladies that installed did amazing as well they worked quickly! Everything was fast and quick. We were installed in 2 hours the most. They explained everything. My favorite is the keyless entry.

Mike did a very good job and was very personable. I would not have selected Vivint if it wasn't for him. He seemed to care and address my concerns. He knows the industry well and sold me the adv advantages of Vivint to other products.

Obtained quote from sales rep, be aware if you purchase on 5 year contract the equipment price over doubles. I signed up equipment cost if paid upfront was under 700, however when the sales reps emailed me the quote the price went up to 1799 with a 5 year contract at zero interest. This was not explained to me, I called to cancel the installation. Bayley ** account manager fielded my call & totally understood my concerns and many of the negative reviews. She was very helpful, honest & wanted to keep the business. She provided me the following:

Very knowledgeable about the equipment and how it works. On time and very professional with installation. Equipment working great so far. Just started using it and getting used to it. I’ve been on the fence about which way to go with a security system, reading up on different brands the past few days online. A Vivint salesman showed up at my door yesterday and pushed me off the fence. A few hours later my Vivint system was up and running! Perfect timing for the salesman and a great benefit for me to get such a good system.

After doing some research...the sales person wasn't truthful in his answers to some questions. And after testing some of these devices after install, not sure if they will work for us. The install guy will be back in 2 days because one of the items we purchased doesn't work.

The whole experience from sales to installation was professional. Everyone was exceptionally knowledgeable about the product. We love our new security system!! I felt safe immediately and slept better. It took a lot of stress off of us and the kids.

I have only had service for 2 days. 1st day camera stopped working, today I notice I can't review events on all cameras, and when installed they didn’t install door bell or fire alarm and I was charged already for it. I am going to cancel service. Too many issues to start out with! Nope ain’t doing it!

Everything was great. The salesperson was low pressure and had a very pleasant personality. She was very informative. The installation guy arrived within an hour of the sale and immediately started the installation. He was very informative and help us set the system up and answered all our questions.

It only has been less then 24 hours, but I do like the system so far. Also ever thought a 360 degree camera? So far it is easy to work with system and the technician was helpful. I greatly appreciate the fast installation after only calling the day prior.

Emmanuel was great during the entire install process! Explained everything from start to finish and worked with us during the layout of our camera on the exterior of the house. He just didn’t install the cameras and walk away. He took the time to work with us on the angles the camera would cover in the yard to give us the best coverage. The walk thru at the end of the install was great and felt extremely confident in our system when he left.

I appreciate the sales rep for explained all the pros about this service. It just so happens my ADT contracts expires in less than a month so it seems they were right on time! Austin the installer was also very knowledgeable and experienced in his job.

Not only was Nathan an amazing technician, I am one month into using my service and am still in love. Vivint has certainly made me feel so much more secure at night and while I’m away. My family couldn’t be more grateful for Vivint and for the opportunity to work with an extremely nice and knowledgeable employee such as Nathan. He made my entire start up experience a breeze and as a first time homeowner. I can’t express enough gratitude for that.

The product itself we have no issues with. Fortunately the system has never been tested with a true break in. We have set it off accidentally a few times and they have phoned right away to check. My issue is with the customer service department when I phoned to ask a question about my billing. I got transferred to the loyalty(?) department and the man I spoke to was rude, completely disinterested in helping me and spoke in a dismissive and condescending tone of voice. Very frustrating and negative experience. I will likely not renew our contract once it’s over because of this.

The installation guy worked extremely hard to get our home setup correctly. That done correctly was the best part of the program. Love the new setup with camera and ring doorbell. Will recommend to friends and family. Thanks for the great service across.

System installation. Eric was very friendly, neat, explained everything in detail, showed me how to talk through the camera. He also helped me set up the app. Picked the best location for the cameras. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend. He was also very nice to my grandson that wanted to see everything that he was doing.

The technology in general is a major upgrade compared to what I was paying for with ADT. Technicians were very knowledgeable and super friendly, Cole was extremely nice and helpful. Will definitely be recommending to my friends and family!!

Very knowledgeable salesman. Aim to please. Went out of his way to accommodate my needs. Even during installation when I wasn’t pleased I was able to contact the salesperson directly and they made sure things were installed to my satisfaction. They paid off the obligations I had to the previous security vendor by keeping their promise and delivered a check the following morning. Took awhile to get everything installed but from the point of contact by the salesman, it was immediately followed by the installation person arriving and going to work until the job was finished. One minute I had a system I was barely pleased with and within hours I had a system I really like.

The two representatives were very knowledgeable and professional. There was no ounce of mistrust and they definitely did not sound like robots. I'm very glad that they helped out with placing the cameras, where to install them, gave advice, and even a little tutorial on how to use everything. If I could have one complaint, is that in one outlet he plugged in the doorbell ringer, but the plug took up both outlets. Now we are wondering if we can unplug it and move it down to have one outlet exposed.

The SmartHub design is awesome, with same day installation, a great deal. Did I mention the activity log format its great and easy understand, one more time, AWESOME! And yes, I would do it again. What other options can I add?

Matt ** is an excellent salesman! He’s very thorough in the explanation of all aspects of the sale and set up. The service tech who installed the system did alright. But I was told the system runs on 4g..After installation I’ve could not get the system to connect with my phone. The service tech told me I needed a 5 g system!!!! Also, I was told the motion sensor inside would not pickup my dogs if they are under 80lbs. But it does and I had a false alarm and the police had to come check. Not very happy about this right now!

I have recommended to friends. Those we worked with were polite and thorough. Installation was completed quickly and neatly. So far are very happy with product. We have several neighbors with who have this system and are very pleased with the product and service.

Andrea, my sales person was more than pleasant to talk to. She gave me a full breakdown and told me exactly what the cost would be, what I would receive, etc. Matt, the installation technician was also a pleasure! This company is very professional and has given me all the bells and whistles I never thought I could afford! I will highly recommend this alarm system to anyone I speak to.

The sales tech stayed to his word and the installer went above and beyond to make sure he did Excellent work. GREAT WORK. The quality is better than some of the other that we have had. Aba and Billy did a great job. Taking care of everything in the heat.

The installation turned out very nice and the installer was very neat and informative. He gave good instructions on how to work the alarm system and he was very clean with the install. He was done in a timely manner and he was very polite.

So far so good! Got signed up and they showed up within 2 minutes of finishing the paperwork. Quick set up and thorough walk through of products. Very crisp clear view on the cameras. Love the fact that I can talk to whoever is at my door from anywhere. It’s only been one day but it’s something we are happy with and may upgrade to different products in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about Ray, the installer that came out to put in our system. He was very kind and patient, even when I was stressed out about a few things. He had to stay late to fix a faulty camera, but he maintained a great attitude the whole time. Help us figure out the best places to put the different devices we got.

On 6/22 I signed up for the basic security package deal that included a door bell camera, a motion sensor and two door sensors for $364.46 in which I paid outright for. Now I am paying $46.47 per month for monitoring in which I have paid on time for. Yesterday I received a letter in the mail from Vivint that my application for a Vivint Flex Pay installment financing has been denied because of my credit score. Then it goes on to list what my specific credit score was on 6/19. It also says I have existing financial obligations 90 days past due. The letter was sent to my neighbor's address who happens to be my father in law, who also has a Vivint account. I never applied for any financing. It was very embarrassing that my father in law now knows my personal information and I am concerned about the inquiry to the credit bureau.

Although the staff arrived late (they at least called ahead of time), the staff went over everything and they completed everything very efficiently. In addition, the product was easy to use and they made sure they addressed all questions. Good job overall and recommend to anyone to use Vivint in the near future.

Cameras are constantly buffering & can't do a live playback. Disappointed in this system so far & the $2500 cost. We have a tech scheduled for next Friday, July 31 so hopefully he can figure out the problem. So far we have been very disappointed in a security system that we thought was a good one.

Vivint technicians were very Professional, courteous and knowledgeable with the installation and operation of my home alarm. So far alarm system is very user-friendly, control panel very easy to operate. Very happy and satisfied so far and would recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Not to mention very informative and friendly, I appreciate how well they represent themselves and Vivint. When they advised that they would not be able to complete the remaining 2 cameras, they asked for me to call them as soon as I finish my project and they would return to complete the install. Buyer beware. Get everything in writing and read all fine print. Do not take their word for it. I was told I could get out of agreement for $100. Apparently I have a $2000 loan on ** equipment. They will promise the world and honor none of it.

We are a state agency and our procurement process is very different than that of a typical customer. Brandon from Vivint's customer service worked with us throughout the planning portion and scheduled installation without a glitch. The technician that looked at the existing system and installed the new system, provided us an option of using some of our existing equipment. This ultimately saved us a lot of money. Excellent service and customer support.

Holland the first guy that came out was a great and friendly man. He sold the product to me. The installers were here 30 minutes after, I signed the papers. They all were very nice and did a great job of installing the equipment. The main installer, (I forgot his name) walked me through how the system worked. He did a super job. I met Jeremy yesterday and he explained everything they offer in great detail. I was skeptical at first, but after listening to what he had to say I was surprised it had everything my husband and I have been wanting. We don’t have internet where we live and that was a big issue with other security companies. Jeremey assured us that it would not be an issue and our home will be secured without internet connection. He explained each device they offer and customized the security to our needs. He also explained everything we will be paying and ensured us our rate is locked in and guaranteed it will not increase. We were also surprised that a technician came to install everything the same day within the hour.

I was never told I had to sign some form when they tech was scheduled. When I had scheduled I made it clear I would not be home and someone would be there in my absence. I had to stop what I was doing at my job to take care of this matter. I was also never told I was going to be charged for the panel install. I was charged for a panel install and 1 month.

It’s a great system. High value for American made components and American monitored products. The security cameras allow us to keep an eye on the kids and see what’s going on when we aren’t at home. Never going back to any of the other companies again.

Overall very pleased with sales manager Chase and technician Michael. Just installed yesterday. Will see how time, service, and equipment turns out going forward in the future. I thought it was a little pricey for basic service which includes only 4 total cameras but Willing to pay for anticipated and explained Quality.

My experience was very pleasant, the salesman spoke to my father first and he’s a bit hard to convince but kudos as he was able to specially with the language barrier, he was very professional and nice to my family and that is greatly appreciated. Also the tech was super nice as well, he showed me the system and it’s actually super simple to use. I’m pleased with our experience so far. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names to add them in here but very nice workers.

The camera system is crisp and clear and the modernization of the Vivint program has exceeded my expectations. I’m is much better than my old alarm system, which was not the best at all. Vivint is the way to go when to comes to home safety systems.

Took longer to install than we were told. Got to be close to midnight. Had to come back next day to finish. Pleased with the system so far. Will feel safer while away from the house and also when we are home.

I was actually looking into home security systems recently, when we got a knock at the door from a Vivint representative. He was very friendly and was able to answer every question we had. We couldn't say no to the deal that was offered. They were even able to set it up the same exact day. I was excited about that part first, but then quickly realized I wish I would have waited until morning. The reason I say this is because the guy that came to do the install, was already working 12 hours that day, and it was already late when he started. He was practically falling asleep at one point. He left a small mess and he didn't hang the indoor camera or adjust the outdoor cameras. This was the only downside (so far) and reason for my rating. I see a lot of similar reviews like this. Hopefully the company will learn not to work their people so hard because they can't do their job, leaving customers unsatisfied.

Our technician was great, very professional and informative. He made sure we were 100% happy with everything before installing and went over any issues we may have, also answered numerous questions we had. Great value for money for what we have purchased and great financing options with 0%.

Sales rep, DJ was great. Vivint was first choice and love the service. There were some technology issues, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Installer came on time and set up everything to perfection. Might suggest offering inside cameras where cords can be ran through wall so they don’t show or dangle on wall if camera is up high.

Installation. Absolutely wonderful experience. James was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was efficient and made sure I understood everything. It was a pleasant experience! Everything looks sleek. He even went above and beyond when there were studs in the way. He found a way to make it all work!

Although I already had a security system the Vivint salesman Showed me their state-of-the-art system. Very impressive and so much better than the ADT system I had. They were able to install the same day. The only problem was the Tech had problems contacting to get the final paperwork completed And was at my house past 9:00 p.m. The system is up and running and it's only been one day but I'm very impressed.

And he showed me how to work all the system even the cameras and he showed me with the cameras does Inside the house and outside the house. He is very good at what he does.

The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. I 100% give him a 5/5 star rating. He answered all the questions I had and educated me more about the system. He walked me through the settings and informed me about the silent alarm and many more settings with the panel.

Both Xavier and Cesar were great. Xavier explained everything well and helped me choose services that were good for me. Cesar was great and got everything installed very quickly and efficiently and showed me how to use the key pad and the app on the phone. The cameras look great and the service works great as well.

Was really nice installers and so far we love our system. The salesman was really nice and was professional and came back out today and seen if we liked our system. This system should be good for my family and I will recommend this to our friends and family.

I recently got Vivint installed and I love it. Matthew did a great job of installing everything quick, fast, and easy. I got the doorbell camera and also 1 camera for my garage. I have door and window sensors as well, I’m so glad I can leave my home and know it’s well protected. Not only that but I have the Vivint mobile app which allows me to view my cameras, disarm, and alarm my house right from my phone. Great service!

Install started late and went late into the evening before I asked the technician to come back tomorrow. Not his fault. Install was lengthy but professional. System looking good. Salesman was personal no high pressure sales pitch. Did a good job explaining the system and available devices.

We didn’t qualify for the entire package to be financed but Joe was able to assist us with the best package for the best price. It took a couple of hours to complete the transaction due to wait time with customer service. Other than that, I would have given a 5 star. The system is not installed yet therefore I can’t provide any feedback regarding the actual service other than provide feedback only to the rep Joe. Thanks.

The associate was very good at explaining every in and out of the system, including comparisons to other brands. And when we had trouble getting approved, he went the extra mile to find an option that worked for me. The installer was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He began installing within an hour of the associate getting me approved. He checked with me on each and every decision to place equipment. Very happy with the experience.

I made the mistake of volunteering the information that I was in the market for home security. The sales guy took off running with it. After signing paperwork for a then unknown final amount (was never notified of the installation fees), I laid in bed all night replaying the conversation. He started by telling me there was a promotion in which they would be taking care of all my up front equipment charges. That’s just a nice sounding way of saying “you’re gonna pay like crazy for the next 5 years for this”. I asked him what qualifications there are for promotion several times and he just kept saying “we will get to that”. I need to learn to set limits and not be so weak, but there shouldn’t be sales people out there like him either. Calling right now to cancel and return the outrageously overpriced equipment.

Mike was very professional and explained how the system works. He was very thorough in explaining and he also helped with the Apps for the phone. He also kept asking if we had any questions and made sure we understood the system. We highly recommend him.

The process of getting Vivint as security and home monitoring was so easy from start to finish. We are excited to see more of what goes on around our house, and give our kids the feeling of security when they’re home alone. The technician was knowledgeable and quick. My car got broken into 15 feet away from my camera and it didn't record the footage. And when I call about my system they gave me the run around and want me to spend more money for new equipment and sign a new contract. And than when I call back and wanted to speak to a manager or the CEO of the company that couldn't give any information. Vivint Smart Home is not willing to work with you. The service is so bad I'm willing to break my contract.

Person who came was great! Very pleasant and understanding! He kept me up to date with everything that he was doing. Very organized and finished in a timely manner. He took his time and informed us in everything that we needed to do.

My experience with Vivint Was Somewhat frustrating the and Mishal person that I talked to over the phone About what type of security I needed and wanted was not too great because she Told me that my cameras would work without Internet. She said that they would just feed off of a satellite which myself and the installer found not to be true. And when I try to contact her on different occasions all I will get was a text message saying that she was on the phone with the call and she would get back with me. This happen 2 to 3 times and I never heard from her again. It seems like all she wanted to do was make a sale which I was very disappointed and that part of the customer service.

She was extremely kind and patient with the setup. She even asked we would like for her to wear a mask. Her superior customer service was the top of the line. She is truly an asset to Vivint for sure.
