The tech that came to my house was very professional and was very informative about the information that she needed to tell me. She explained everything so that I was able to understand. She wore a mask to keep both of us safe.

We Really love it. It is Very user friendly. Will recommend it to all of our friends and family. I will spread the word with our neighbors. The camera is one of the best part of the security alarm. Thumbs up.

Everybody did their job amazingly! Will recommend to friends. Definitely like all the benefits involved with having this system... Mainly using it to keep our twin boys IN the house when we switch them to real beds. Both employees we dealt with were great and install was quick and easy.

Had no issues with Vivint. No pressure salesman (Greg). Did not try to upsell us. Let me decide what was needed. Arron was our installer and was tremendous. They came out quick and on time and walked me through everything.

The technician was prompt and pleasant. Answered all of my questions. Personable and helped me understand my system without rushing me. He was near and assured that he cleaned up any area he did work. He also used Covid Safety.

The salesperson was very informative, the only issues were that the salesperson had confirmed an appointment for equipment installation on Thursday and no one came to the appointment, I contacted the salesperson again and he had to resubmit the order again, I was not contacted for scheduled appointment time and had to call myself to know what time my appointment had been scheduled for on Friday.

Great! He was very informative. Helped with everything! He showed me how to use my brand new system. I was told that I would get a camera with my package but I did not receive it. I still would like my 3rd camera installed.

Chris is knowledgeable about his job. Decent, polite and friendly young man, knows what he is about. I would recommend him and the technician to my families and friends. The technician did a wonderful job of explaining everything he installed. He had a lot of patience because we kept asking him a lot of questions. He told us he would come back the next day to go over what the family did not understand. God Bless them both.

Everything was explained, installer worked really well, also explained everything in detail. Made a good impression. Everything was done step by step, clean and orderly.at the end of the job he made we understood everything and checked if we have additional questions. Also let us know we can contact them if we have more questions or problems.

David did a great job with explaining the services to us and was very respectful throughout the entire event. When my family and I had a few miscommunications, he was patient enough to reiterate what he meant to help us with any confusion we had and even stated that he had absolutely no problem helping us out.

Jonny (badge id **) was great, fast, prompt, understanding to my questions, professional, informative. I am so impressed with the cameras clarification and all over system itself, I know that we will be secure and that's a great feeling. I just cant say enough great things. Daniel with Vivint was super informative and absolutely delightful. Great product. Great representation. And at 63 yrs old, I didn’t think this would be inviting. I was wrong. Thanks Daniel for persevering the weather and making sure we heard the presentation. My family is excited completely satisfied!

Both the sales man and the technician were very friendly and informative of any questions I had. They were very helpful in where to place cameras and what range would be seen by those cameras. He cleaned up after himself when he left.

Honestly I must say that our technician was excellent. He was polite, very helpful, super informative, and most of all he respected our household. In a nutshell, our technician is exactly what you want when it comes to customer service. 100% satisfied.

System was set up very quickly. I’m excited to start using this security system. I was very happy with the sales representative that came out to help me. He knew exactly what everything would cost and made the process easy.

Install was excellent due to the experience of the installer Danny. He worked through some difficult issues with the package proposed versus our needs. Install went well. Explained all the aspects of the System. He is a real credit to your company.

The technician who installed my security system was very professional. On the other hand, the Representative who work for this company needs to be on the same page. I was told one thing by one representative and then I was told something different by another representative. I will try this system out for 30 days and if I’m not satisfied and I will return it. We just had our system installed and worked with Isaac who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He took the time to walk us through the features. Seriously considering adding another system to our primary residence. Excellent service from our first touchpoint with Brent through The installation with Isaac.

I had a complex installation and the techs were great. Arrived prior to appointment and verified all items needing installation. Techs were able to complete all needed items needed in a timely manner. Techs were polite and made sure all items were installed correctly.

The installation process seemed ok at first until the technician ran into an issue with running power to the main unit inside the house. After trying in several different areas of the house the tech could not get the cable to route through a “fire block”. Each time the technician removed an outlet cover and wedged his tools into the drywall there was a mess left on the carpet/floor. When removing the doorbell from outside of the original doorbell button was broken into several pieces and left on our porch. The trim was broken and “covered” by the new doorbell camera. There are scratches and scuffs left in our hardwood floor.

I have zero complaints about my installation. It was on time and very efficient. He cleaned up after himself and tried his best to do the least amount of drilling of any sort. The installer gave me very detailed information about my system and how it works and how to arm and disarm or hit the panic button. It was surprisingly easy.

The gentleman that sold me the system was very knowledgeable and tried his best to get me what all I wanted. However, for some reason my credit didn’t approve even though what I show in my apps should have worked. He still did his best to help me.

Julio was very professional and informative from set up to finish. He demonstrated and educated all the products for installation. All of my questions I had were answered. Julio was very transparent about products, pricing. He made sure to cover important information before leaving.

Great technology and we feel safe, however when purchasing the products we were told they were all compatible with our Google Home system- which it is not. We ARE able to lock the doors with our google home system but we are unable to view the security cameras which would’ve been a deal breaker because I would’ve purchased google cameras instead as I found them to be cheaper. Overall, I’m pleased with the product, the installation guy came the same day, and worked into the night until another worker came to help him finish. They stayed until 11 PM to ensure everything was done correctly which we greatly appreciate.

We had great service from Ryan. He explained the products and pricing very well and they were installed the same day! We love the front doorbell camera and smart security features!!! A+ service. We couldn’t be happier with the service!

Guys doing the installation were very great. They were knowledgeable about the system, answered any questions I had and explained how the system works. I would recommend them to anyone interested in a security system for their home or their place of business.

Marion ** did a fantastic job of installing our new system and taught how to exactly use the system. Semisi ** did a great job selling the system as well. The system is so much easier to use than our old one.

The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable about the system and showed me how to operate it and compared other systems against Vivint and how to recommend other people to Vivint to receive a 50 dollar off with a maximum of 12 people for a total of 600 off a billing period.

Nic at Vivint was great! Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and did excellent work while answering all my questions! This product is awesome. Amazing technology and so simple to use. Simply blown away by the capability of this product. I should have done this sooner.

Installer was quick, friendly, masked and helpful in describing the installation package. His work was clean and I felt like he did a great job answering questions. He called when he was on his way and walked us through the surveys and password stuff too. It was overall a very good experience.

I am currently out of state, and wanted security for my home and neighbors. Vivint made it possible to see my home and neighborhood on laptop or phone. I can arm or disarm my system from any location. Installation was quick, installers courteous. Great Experience.

I was so thankful that Tre’ came knocking on my door! My prior security system “Hawk”, was not reliable when I would attempt to connect to my doorbell camera. It often made me nervous as my husband is overseas a lot, and I’m home alone with my baby. I’m thankful for Vivint being such a prestigious and reliable company with the newest and latest technology.

The salesman and installer were very nice and personable guys. They install went quickly and he explained in detail how to use our new system. He cleaned up his equipment and any debris from drilling. The cost was a bit high for the equipment, but it works very well.

Sign up agent Granite ** was horrible, lied, wouldn’t return my calls, texts, or voicemails. Every day calling dedicated Primerica line, no one helped me. All lied to me every day, saying warehouse got my order. Will be shipped out, nothing. I lost appts because of poor customer service. Sup Michael stepped in. Did wonderful job in recovery. Leaders with Primerica and Vivint stepped up, got involved and surprisingly helped out. All claims expedited overnight shipping, today still no delivery. Vivint Area manager ended up giving me two months free service because of all the horrible experience I had with Vivint. Shocked since I am a Primerica agent and having this horrible experience makes me think Vivint will treat my customers the same.

Matt did an awesome job and was very professional! Equipment works like a charm and works as expected. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family. The features are definitely above the competition in the quality and look of the equipment.

Everything was done very professionally. Worker was very nice and productive and helpful. He also had on a mask. He made sure that every question was answered. He made sure I understood how to work everything. He told me about everything that he installed with the app.

Vivint had phenomenal customer service. They bought me out of the remainder of my ADT service, and had me set up ready to go within an hour of me signing up. I would highly recommend them over ADT. Pricing is better as well.

The guy that hooked the system up was real nice and helpful. He showed me how everything works and even went further as to tell me how to set up the system with individual settings. I love how everything came out looking also.

I had Vivint before and liked it. The installation went smoothly. The cameras are clear. They notify people that they are recording if someone lingers. They cover a broad area. There is also a list of every time something is tripped.

Sales people (george) was great and respectful. The installer had helpful ideas and excellent installation and very helpful getting me started. If the whole company is reflection of these guys you are in good hands. Hopefully the support staff will be as helpful.

I have not received my home security package yet. I paid the first installment. I'll give a better review another time. Vivint did not leave me a customer support contact. So I'm gonna have to look them up. I'm hoping the security system is what I'm hoping for.

2 calls in the first night. System was not functioning properly. It was sold to me as a system that could work independent of wifi. "It's what sets us a part" according to the salesman. Also the salesman didn't ask if I was referred by someone else. Which I was. Not a good first impression.

Extremely knowledgeable technician. He answered all questions I had about the app, cameras and other devices. He was thorough with the install, making sure every window sensor, door sensor, etc. was working properly. I will definitely recommend Vivint and the technician gets 2 thumbs up!

Derrick came on Saturday. Went over everything about the Alarm system I enrolled and like a hour later David was ready to install. David was helpful and explained everything well to us. Guy did a Great Job. We were very satisfied.

Great customer service. Finished in a timely manner. Very respectable and knowledgeable of his job. Answered all questions. Gave clear easy instructions on operating the system. Two of the door censors that were already in place Were not compatible. The tech discussed it with me prior to adding New door sensors. Explained that the cost for the 3 sensors was only one dollar extra a month.

Everyone was polite and good at the job. Fixed all the problems before they left! Everything looks great. Explained all the functions of the alarm system and demonstrated how they worked. Very professional workers. Everyone had on their badges and displayed them correctly.

We delayed way too long at getting a security system, but we are super happy with the Vivint smart home system. Very user friendly, and if you’re lucky enough to have Gray, or David do your instillation they will keep you very entertained. They did a great job installing, explaining, and loving on our pets! Couldn’t be happier.

Not at all impressed with Sales Rep customer service. Once they sell the service to you, they will not return your phone calls. I have questions about my contract, but cannot get my Sales Rep to return my calls. I have called and left texts for over a week. Unacceptable.

The service technician was punctual and knowledgeable about his job. I would recommend this alarm service to all of my friends. The service technician explained every aspect of how the system worked, how to change your password, how your camera worked and show me twice how to get to the support person.

Sonny sold us the system and he was pleasant and personable. Phillip and Donny started the install with Phillip completing it. We were highly impressed with Phillip. Donny seemed like a good guy too. He wasn’t here long enough to make a good determination. So far we like the system. Still getting used to it. Techs were professional, answered many questions, showed us how to use the system. We were impressed. Sonny who sold us the system was a fast talker, but his presentation was good. They were all professional and knowledgeable about the system.

The technician was an awesome tech. He was very friendly and communicated everything clearly. I also believe he was very punctual. He was just amazing. His name was Shauntay. He walked us thru the process of usling it, he also watched them videos with us to make sure we understood. He definitely will take the buyers remorse feeling away if you have it.

Have only had the system for 12 hours so I can’t give a good response on it. But the installer did an amazing job, very friendly and informative of what he was doing. Courteous with the work he did inside making sure my family was ok with him making loud noises.

Great customer services. We have an issue with the alarm system, it is not working properly. The alarm system doesn’t have the sound and the indicator when we open any door or widow. I spoke with a Vivint representative and a technician will be here on Tuesday.

This was our first experience with Vivint, and Jubal made a very good first impression for the company. He explained each step and answered any questions that we had. He trained us in how to use the equipment and gave us some good pointers on how to avoid false alarms. He was very thorough and we feel much better now that we have the system installed. Yes, I already knew about your company from Sam's visit one time and was interested. Then another one came by but I was planning on moving and then signed a longer lease and decided to go with it. After signing the install team showed up within a short time. My wife and I were able to continue our jobs at home while they worked with very little disturbance from the installation process.

You all should get 10 stars. The service was exceptional. I would recommend your company to everyone. Thank you very much for going above and beyond to get the job done. After a 12 hour job being completed on an install they went above and beyond to rectify any problems and made sure we had service by all means!

So my technician killed it! He was on time, and worked fast! He was sure to sanitize and make covid accommodations! I wish every company had workers like him. You guys need to give this guy a raise! The sales guy Jake was great explaining everything and the insulation guy Paul was great as well explaining how each product worked. Both guys were very professional, I would highly recommend Vivint to anyone. When had discussed for quite some time about purchasing a home security system but with so many out there you really don’t know who to trust. We feel we made the right decision in choosing Vivint.

They came at a time I needed them. My truck was broken into the previous night. The salesman was one of the best and the guy installing was equally as great. Both were personable, professional and efficient. I feel much better especially having children in my home.

Salesman explained things extremely well and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Installation went smooth and the picture quality on the cameras are fantastic. The price could be less but once the price of the equipment is paid off the monthly service prices is low.

I am more than happy with what we received and know that the additional security will add another layer of safety for my family. The technology is more than we could have hoped for. Wonderful product. Cameras amazing, easy to use. All security integrated on your phone and on tablet. Can control everything from your smartphone. Voice activated cameras and doorbell. Records all events and keeps them for thirty days which is included in a low monthly fee.

My salesman was terrible! Talking trash about the competition, lying and omitting offers available to me. The installer was a rockstar! Spent all the time trying to make me stay and be happy. Did a phenomenal job! Would recommend him personally any way I can.

I’m totally satisfied with the installation and instructions given by the technician. The technician showed us how to view and save camera files. We were showed how to change code for the keypad along with adding another user. Panic and remote usage was shown as well. The tech gave very good instructions. He asked if we understood and if we had any questions. Location of all items were place in good locations as well.

Brian, the tech, was outstanding. Always has been. I’ve dealt with him for years. The corporate customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with with any company with exception of the government or Wells Fargo. I spent 10-12 hours on the phone over the last week to simply get the account out of my ex wife’s name and into mine. She moved out of the house and I stayed. Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time it took not to mention several calls to my ex wife to make this happen. Don’t waste your time calling me now as I was promised a call from management last week a few times to straighten this out & never heard a word.

Really nice young lady. Glad to see that you have women working as installers. Not that I have difficulty with male installers. It’s comforting to know that this is an option. She was extremely polite and patient. Commend her for a good job!

I only gave a 3 stars because the installer was fantastic. Thanks Shareef. Trey was the worse. Bad information provided and he didn’t listen to my needs. He played in words and I canceled the service for my second home and lower the service for the first only because my installer was great.

I had put off buying a home security system for years and years. My parents got Vivint and the system looked super slick. When a rep (thanks Francois!) came by and showed us everything the system can do, it checked off all of our boxes and then some. We had wanted smart locks and a way to check our garage door since we moved in. Our installer Obi couldn't have been nicer or more thorough. Yes, it's more expensive than some other options out there, and I like saving money. But going cheap on keeping your family safe seems like the wrong place to be bargain hunting. We're paying the same as what we're paying for our internet service, and this is no less important. I'd recommend this to anyone. Happy to be a Vivint home!

I really appreciated our technician who performed the installation. I was not able to be there at the install, but he thoroughly explained the process to my father who was in attendance. The tech called at times to advise me of the process that he was making and the steps that I would have to go through in order to sign appropriate documents and set up an account on my smartphone.

We were sold a security system by a man named Ben who came to our home. He is wonderful at what he does. He Thoroughly explained everything, how it works, costs, and how user friendly the system is. A man named Austin came to install it the next morning. He knew his stuff and went right to work. Very pleased with the whole experience. Put contact in our phone if we had any questions or concerns.

Both the salesman and the tech were very friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Everything went very smoothly and fast and my previous security system didn't have some of the things yours came with. The technician worked very fast and clean too. And my salesman is very easy to get ahold of if need be.

Our experience was great. The sales persons were friendly and relatable. They listen to our needs and got us everything we wanted for a reasonable rate. We were able to secure a same day appointment. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain all the products and the process he would take to install them.

The Vivint technician was very polite and professional, he ran my wife and I through absolutely wonderful demonstration of the whole system, from activating it to disarming it, and walk us around the home and pointed out the camera locations.

Feeling better now since I have this system in place. I had Adt for years but their equipment doesn’t equal yours. I’ll recommend it to others because of the quality work that’s performed and installation service I received. I hope the same service will continues as I learned this new mechanism. This is my second go around with Vivint. I left for a short time and instantly regretted it. I am happy to be back and the experience is exactly as I expected it to be, top notch. Everyone has been professional from the salesmen who knocked on my door to the installer that came within a reasonable time within the schedule appointment. I feel safe putting my security in vivint's hands.

Just upgraded our security system from ADT to Vivint and could not be happier. Their technology is so advanced. Their salesman was so knowledgeable and the installer was a perfectionist. The cameras are amazing and app is so easy to use.

Excellent technician. He installed our unit, explain as he was here the ins and outs of the system. Set up each camera and walked us through each step. I would recommend him to all. I will be contacting family and friends. I'm pleased as to the ease it is to use.

During the installation, Dustin was very rude. At one point he wanted to change the location of the keypad, because he had to do extra work. When I did not want it in that location he began throwing things out of his work bucket. Then he needed a survey complete and was adamant about doing at the time, my husband was busy at work and he kept insisting. I explained to him he would need to come back to finish the survey and he disagreed with me and stated he would not be upset for someone interrupting him at work. He then apologized for arguing with me.

I purchased a home with a current security system but I had no access to the hardware. I really knew nothing about the system or if it was even working. Other than my name being misspelled on my account I have no complaints. Fast service, great customer service. I was impressed.
