My rep and my tech were amazing and very Thorough. They made sure that I understood what I was getting and how to use it before they left. My rep did not try to sell me at all. The product sells for itself and my tech took his time to explain and answer all my questions.

The representative and installation team was very nice and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly and honest with the information they gave us. Our technician was super nice and fast. I would definitely recommend them to our Deiya day family.

When it comes to my family, all things are very serious. Especially security. You all helped me worry less. The set up is amazingly set. I can sleep easier knowing this. I do not live in a bad neighborhood but this security set up calms my nerves. I will refer this security to my family.

The Person was knowledgeable and pro efficient in installing the equipment. He did not leave a mess and answered all the questions and concerns I had and felt comfortable using the system after he left. Would recommend to other people for service.

A very good install job. Explained everything in great detail. All questions were answered so the novice could understand them. Everything was cleaned and neat after the install. A perfect 10 on all aspects of the installation. I was not sure l would like the package that was installed but it turned out great.

My tech guy was terrible. He didn’t explain the service to me fully. It’s like he was in a rush. Also I felt as if he was rude and not accommodating. He blame a censor or being our fault when we were told that he could replace our sensor if we had any issues. Just wasn’t polite at all.

The representative that came to my house was very knowledgeable and explained everything great. We got interrupted several times from my business but he was patient and understanding that I was still working. The installation was great. He showed me how to use the system and explained everything great. I think In the future if someone is installing several different components you should send more than one person so it doesn’t take as long. The one person installing was going fast but it would have been nice to have it done before my son's bedtime.

I had the Vivint team setup and install a new alarm system. It was very painless. Once the installer got there - who was on time btw, everything was done very quickly. I’m very happy with the initial experience! Cameras, sensors, alarm, panel, all of the pieces were set up without a hassle.

The technician was knowledgeable & fast. He explained every step. I was very pleased. I would recommend this to product and service to anyone. Additionally, I like the way that I have a contact person and number in case I have questions.

Excellent service provided by Vivint representative on August 11th, 2020. Monica is competent and could lead a team in her area Elko. Monica is thoughtful, and high focused on the task to be completed. I highly recommend this tech service.

Jakob ** sold me a complete scheme. Do not trust him. I would file a BBB complaint against him and the company. I’m very disappointed at this company. I called the area manager a 5 days later I still have not heard from him.

I barely had my security system installed. So I can say I love the live videos from the cameras already. I would refer people I know that are searching for a system. There is a lot of things to remember but they give you resources to find out what questions you have.

Salesman was a bit forceful though polite. Install was scheduled for 8am, they showed up at 1130am. Was told it will take 1 hour, it took 3hrs. It cost me a day of work due to their tardiness. Some the services I purchased could not be installed same day, said it could a month to get it. Not a real good start to this experience with Vivint. Installer was friendly and polite. Was it worth the hassle? We shall see. They already started a fire on bridge!

We've been with Vivint since 2013. Our equipment broke in April 2020 yet Vivint never once reached out about lack of monitoring. They happily charged our CC though! We called July 2020 to end our month to month monitoring and take our business elsewhere. They talked us into replacing our outdated equipment. The monthly monitoring would have been cheaper than what we've been paying and we do like their equipment so we decided to give them another chance. Bad idea. During my initial phone call, I was asked to sign inaccurate PSA and the guy got pushy when I requested it reflect what we had discussed.

Devin and Mike were very professional and very helpful. I was very impressed about their knowledge and willingness to help assist on knowing the product. I have referred several family and friends to consider switching to Vivint from their current security system. Very impressed.

The tech, Luis was very prompt, honest, and helpful! He gave us his number in case of any technical difficulties. He also gave a very detailed walkthrough of all of our equipment. I now feel safe in my home and I am overall satisfied.

Thank you for the security cameras to keep us safe. Easy to use. Super friendly to use! I can add more users if needed but to know first responders are there to help is pretty cool and even on the go I'll feel safer that my home is okay now.

My experience was great. Ms ** took time with me and explained the products to me along with cost. At first I was not interested but that didn't stop her she was persistent and I am glad she was. I was able to get the service I needed at a cheaper cost than what I was paying. I really got more for less money. The technician installed my system the same day and he was also knowledgeable about the product and explained how everything worked. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and neighbors..

Everything starting with my setup was perfect. Good customer service from the Vivint employees and manager. Would definitely recommend to a friend or Neighbor. My family is enjoying the new features we got inside our home and out. The cameras have a good night vision.

Super awesome alarm system with many features and professional customer service! The alarm includes three cameras with superior resolution and the mic is phenomenal how it picks up the sound. I really enjoy you can talk through the cameras, just in case a threat appears and I can give that person a piece of my mind. The ringer with camera also is super awesome capturing enough of the front curtilage. The thermostat is another awesome gadget allowing me to view it on my phone and setting it on specific temperature that is fit for my family and home, also to save money on the electric bill.

This service is a replacement for an older system who had changed their name 3 times. The other service was unreliable and I had stopped setting my alarm while waiting for my contact to expire. Now, new equipment and service, sales representative took his time, discussed our security concerns and very thorough. Installation was completed a few hours afterwards. Easy-to-use controls. After years with payment but no service or security finally slept much better last night.

The sales rep returned the very next day and answered all my questions.

The team was very helpful and professional with the sales process and the install. They were very helpful in training and getting everything set up quickly. We are very happy with Vivint and looking forward to the relationship. The tech is current and quality, happy to have the additional coverage for security at our house.

The service tech who came to my home was terrific. The contact I had with phone representatives was not great. It was difficult to reach the department I needed. I was disconnected at least 4 times. When I was finally touted to the correct person, they couldn’t answer my questions.

Each time I call, there’s about a 50 minute wait, so it took a while to get things set up, but when I did get ahold of them, they helped me quickly and efficiently. They offer many services and are quite helpful.

Matt ** was a great sales rep, and Josh was a great install technician. Very happy with both of them, the products, and service. Both were very kind and got the job done swiftly and accurately, I even recommended to all my neighbors on my block. 10/10 highly recommend.

Not only is the system itself very easy to use and user friendly, but the quality of the equipment is great. The cameras are super crisp and not slow at all and I like that they’re on their own network for backup. The salesperson and technician were also AMAZING, they explained everything in detail and were just pleasant and polite to talk to. Great experience overall!

The sales person was very pushy even though we said no but kept offering longer free trial to get us to sign up. Install tech was good but the install was supposed to take 2 hours and he was here for 5. Also we talked about it being temporary since we didn’t know if we were going to keep the system, he still asked where to mount things like the hub and drilling holes into the door when you could have used double sided tape

My technician, Jesse **, was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation process was seamless, he walked me through each step, and ensured all the installed equipment was properly functioning. I was impressed by the timeliness of the appointment and the quick work from Jesse.

Technician was beyond amazing!!! Really made me & the family comfortable in our home. Very friendly and outgoing and held a conversation and kind. He sold us on the company within seconds, If anyone has questions they teach you everything.

Very pleased with the Vivint install and the products they have; the quality of the products are amazing and it’s made my older home feel much more secure. In regards to the installation my tech William was great. He arrived early and was out of the house in about 2 hours when I had 4 hours allotted. Hi. Nick was my installer. He was a wonderful person. He did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism. He explain the system to me completely as I am not tech savvy. He went through step-by-step on how to set alarm, disarmed, answers to view the cameras. I really appreciated this.

Sales person Anthony and installer Jesse were both personable, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. We have 4 kids, two are underfoot toddlers and even with the mess and noise, they were all smiles and didn’t miss a beat. They both seemed to love what they do. If the customer service team is anywhere near as great as these two, I'm sure this is the beginning of a great, loyal relationship with Vivint.

Both the salesman, Jared & technician, Oliver, were professional and friendly. They both went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. Seamless and easy switch from Arlo to Vivint. System is easy to use and adds additional ease of mind with easy to use app.

I received excellent service from paperwork to install of products. Techs were prompt, friendly and professional, as well providing safety measures in my presence. The timeframe was less the estimated with everything in place. Steven and Toma provided excellent service.

We were using ADT for many years. When looking to update our system the best value without a long term contract was with Vivint. Our installer educated us on the pros/cons of the devices we were adding. Installation went smoothly transferring the old system into the Vivint Smart Home.

Nick was very helpful and kind and so was the technician. They were respectful to what I wanted, they went their way to accommodate our needs. :) Thank you guys. I would recommend people to at least hear them out, especially to the lifetime warranty on all there equipment. Great deal in my book.

Chad was thorough and explained as he was working. Had a few problems getting everything online but after calling, one of your technicians was able to reboot the panel, and now everything Seems to be working fine. I really like the cameras, the area covered I seems to be sufficient.

I find it alarming that I purchased this on Saturday 8/8/20 and as of now (evening 8/10/20) I still do not have a copy of contract! What’s going on? I will star rate experience once I receive contract... poor rating is due to lack of receipt/contract. I will be calling to complain tomorrow if I have not received it by then!

Sales and technicians were very professional and friendly. Sales member was not overly pushy with making a sale making the experience feel more personal ultimately assisting with my decision to buy. Good video quality, the worker had his mask on while, he was working in the hot heat. He was very helpful on every part of the setup. Other than the price being a little high I say it's a good investment in your own property. The camera give you a sense of easy knowing that your stuff is under your own eye of watch.

When Juan ** came to my door to talk with me about Vivint I was going to tell him I wasn't interested. He was so personable and professional that I had to listen. He also was training another person with him. I was very impressed with his presentation of the service. Also the girl who installed the system was very professional and informative in how to operate the system.

After asking & clarifying a couple of times, I was pleased that Avery finally honored my requests and made an additional call to get what I wanted and deserved with the discounts, which were previously committed to me. I also felt that trainee Wes was a great asset to the installation today, for he had good conversation with added benefit towards my receiving total customer satisfaction today. It’s only been two days so I can really speak on it he service. So far I'm satisfied but this is only day 2, after 14 days I can see if it’s what the sales person says it is. The tech was professional and so was the salesman but new things seem to be good at first so at this time I need to see for myself and see if my mom liikes the service. Then you can ask me to comment but as for now so far I’m pleased.

We've recently bought a home and with a baby on the way one of the first items we looked at purchasing for the home was a security system. After all the phone calls and listening to sales pitches for deficient systems. Vivint was the only one who made sense and had the most value for your dollar.

Lindsay and her husband did a fast and thorough job and did a great review of the process and format!! The product seems to work just as they said it would. Your sales associate Jake did a great job of giving us all the options available.

Jay did an outstanding job on my installation. He was exactly on time (which was excellent) and very efficient. He gave me very good training and information about all of the systems, and answered my questions. We discussed a number of topics, in which he helped me make a choice based on my needs and his recommendations. Great customer service is a rarity; Jay deserves the highest marks.

Yesterday, Vivint was installed in my home for home security. The technician was very nice and listened to my needs for home security. The installation process was quick and easy. I was walked through how to operate the equipment. It’s very user friendly which I like. Also, I’m very pleased I can control the thermostat remotely. Very satisfied.

There was some miscommunication beforehand. What we talked about before the installation wasn’t right when the Technician came out. The Technician was excellent and we got everything resolved and installed. John the Technician was patience and helped through the whole deal.

Insulation went smooth and Dustin explained everything where Kathy and I both understood. We both feel much safer now knowing we have help immediately if we need it. The system is very easy to understand and the camera is crystal clear.

We’ve been wanting smart home products, but we’re intimidated by the prices and complication of choosing the right things. Glad to have knowledgeable people help us. Although it seems like the salespeople could use a little more training on what products at work for your house and showing all the options.

Excellent upgrade to my existing home security system. I'm able to activate the system thru my phone from virtually anywhere and could easily add other users to my system. The payments are affordable and I'm extremely thankful for the upgrade to make my home safer.

Vivint gives all of today's modern security needs all at the touch of a finger And for low prices and many top rewards. They even give medical security which you would have to add onto your plan with other companies and at costly prices.

Sales rep was just facts, no pressure. Did some suggestive selling, but was conversational and very honest. Getting signed up was quick and easy, the install was pretty simple and the tech walked us through everything we needed to know as well as consulting us on where and how to do the install. Anyone looking to start or enhance their home security system should check them out.

So far Vivint system is great, and I would recommend a family and friend. It’s very clear and simple to use and so far I trust it. When I have a problem I’ll let you know. It’s only been a day so far!

My experience with VIVINT has been amazing thus far! Daniel my sales rep was an absolute star! Signed and delivered within 40 minutes, within the next hour Tech Brandon another all star was here for install! Wow - talk about customer service!

Installer was friendly and professional, patient with answering all of our questions. He made sure we were happy with everything we purchased and he even found some savings based on equipment we already had. Only improvement feedback we had was some houses that have high ceilings would like to have the cameras mountable without the wiring showing everywhere.

Installation was a breeze with a professional technician and their security products are the best in the industry. Although slightly pricey than the other name brands, it’s definitely worth it. Camera quality along with the central control pad are amazing. Not to mention the great app on the phone.

Did not finish install. Did not have all WiFi equipment to make camera work. Won’t come back until maybe Monday .. Sales person was not correct on information on how lock worked. I only have a few days to decide if I want it and 1 camera doesn’t work at all and tech gave minimal instructions.

I was looking forward to getting 2 door keypads installed but was told the doors were not appropriate because they did not have deadbolts. I was not asked this beforehand. Disappointed in that this should have been discovered in initial call so I could make a more informed decision.

This company is way better than my previous alarm company (ADT)...better, more advanced technology. I have tried other alarm companies as well and not one has come close to the performance of Vivint. You can try other companies But I highly recommend Vivint...Their cameras are top quality.

Clifford our sales guy was great! Very personable. Set us up with everything we wanted. Jacob the installer started out great but was having issues getting the system to work and after 5 hours left with the promise to come back early I had to call at 10 am get get him to show up at 11. He knew that we were on a time limit and surpassed that limit by 1.5 hours and we almost missed our flight out. It seemed as though he took a short cut in wiring that he had to later fix. And had to replace a faulty door lock. But the system is up and working so we are satisfied with the system.

David was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us understand how to use our system and provided us with all of our options. He answered our questions and didn’t try to push items we didn’t need. The driveway camera is fantastic and we can see all the way to the end of the street.

Switched from North Star to Vivint. Definitely a lot better security system with multiple different options to add to the house to make it a smart home! They also have a camera that you can put in your nursery and watch your child sleep and listen to with your phone. And outside cameras that whistles when some comes up! With zero money upfront and just the monthly Bill! Had an amazing salesperson to explain everything to us and how it works! Definitely amazing to work with. If you want a great person to work with and explain to you everything and how it works.

We were extremely pleased with the services offered as presented by the knowledgeable salesperson. He explained things in an understandable manner and covered every concern. However, when the installation tech showed things detonated quickly. He provided very little explanation of any aspect, even when questioned. Then the crowning blow when he told me he would call me back to let me know the time he would return to complete the installation. He never called or came by. I finally contacted the sales person and he responded.

The installers were quick and thorough. After they were done they gave us a good overview of how the system and app work. They didn’t leave a mess behind and made sure all my questions were answered. They were probably don’t in less than two hours.

Nick was very polite and friendly during his visit. He was easy to talk to and efficient. I was shocked when the installers arrived, to see how young the men were. Glad to see young men gaining experience however. The personality of each of the 3 installers was less appealing than what we had experienced with Nick. There seemed to be a lack of concern that my toddler was asleep while they were working. I expect noise during an installation but the clattering of tools and buckets being moved and dropped was unnerving. I think an interpersonal communication workshop would improve the customer experience with the installers. Or maybe just the 3 that assisted with our residence. Overall we are very happy with the outcome.

I wasn’t expecting to spend my Friday evening getting this system, but it was great! David was very kind and knowledgeable and really cared to help us and help us find what we could afford to do. Then the tech came the same evening and knocked out the installation! These guys really work hard to take care of us and we really appreciate them and all they do!! We are excited about our new safe home!

Vivint was very responsive to our request for a security installation - their competitors quoted a wait time of weeks, but they installed the system in two days, with amazing service and a reasonable price without contracts. Highly recommended for anyone seeking home security without three year contracts.

We were very excited to start using our system. I love the inside cameras and that I can talk to my kids and dogs. The only thing that was odd was the installers were here until 11:30 at night. I finally had to tell them to come back the next day or they would be here until 1:30 in the morning. Also the final cost was a lot more than quoted. The service tech told us around $50 or $60 but our monthly bill is $106. Also, we were sold on the fact that if a new or more modern camera or system comes out that they will replace our old ones for no additional cost. Turns out that’s a lie, they will only replace with a more modern camera if they break. Other than those few issues, it seems like a good system and we are excited for it.

The guys we worked with Jay and Noah were very good to work with and easy to talk to. Noah was very helpful in directing us as to the best place for our panel and great at troubleshooting our home's little quirks. We will definitely be recommending Jay and Vivint to our family and friends. Great service guys!

Installation was smooth and the same day we joined Vivint. We love our products and the seamless app that houses all the things we need to keep our house safe and secure.

Our service tech, Roosevelt aka RJ, was so kind and helpful and stayed for hours to teach me everything and install our camera and walk me through how to use the app and panel. I had Wi-Fi issues and connection problems and he stayed the entire time and walked me through each step with a smile. He was the best and I feel confident in using my new Vivint system.

The salesman was pretty reasonable reasonable with pricing and explain to me how everything works. Just a technician took a long time installing my equipment. Other than that everything was good. This is an amazing system, it truly makes your home life automated for a great price. It is also a great product installed by great, friendly, helpful and professional people. It was a five star experience from start to finish.

Everything was great that day we talked and agreed on we needed and wanted then at time to discuss cost rep said he would waive $100 fee to make the sale, but somehow I got billed full amount! I messaged rep and told him of this for which he said he would give me credit but I have yet to see any credit.

Installer was very helpful. He answered all my questions. He went above and beyond the call of duty by helping a neighbor who was the one that recommended me to get Vivint Home Security System. The installer walked next door to the neighbor's house and took a brief look at a problem my next door neighbor was experiencing with his Vivint home security system.

The technician arrived within the established time frame and completed the work in the projected time frame. He was very informative and professional throughout and as I said in the telephone completion, I would give him a rating of 11 over and above.

Everything was great. TJ did a great job explaining everything to us about the Vivint system and our options and Royce was great with installation!! We are satisfied customers and we are enjoying this product so far. They both were very patient and kind to my whole family including our dogs.

I’m solely basing the perfect rating based on the quality of products and the technician that came to install my alarm. My feedback is more towards the quote process which was frustrating.. Your employees need to have access to what was quoted from their peers so everything is transparent and not quoting different prices which is a headache. Secondly do NOT hire contractor technicians. Jeffrey ** refused to wear a mask prior to entering my home and he proactively cancelled the work order Without even discussing with me all because I asked politely to wear a mask. He was rude and he seemed like he didn’t want to be there. He was unprofessional from dress wear to his attitude. He wore a t-shirt basketball shorts and croc shoes. He should not be working for your company especially when your company is client facing. Again his name was Jefferey **.

The process was great. The only small concern was the installer making little comments that showed his political views which was a little uncomfortable, but he did great work.The installer was having a problem with his wifi which he needed to complete the installation. It was a little slow. Overall, very satisfied.

It is easy to use and very reliable. We feel relief knowing it is looking out for us. Because we are against the mountain we are somewhat vulnerable and now we can sleep in peace. The system covers all sides of the house, can be easily disarmed by one of us inside, but the house cannot be breached from outside.
