Had a Smart Home security system installed this past week. The installation tech went above and beyond. He was very professional and did a great job teaching me how to use my new system. I love the cameras and features that the system has. I am definitely happy with everything so far.

I was delighted with Vivint when installing my alarm system. They worked with me to get peace of mind after voicing my safety concerns. I would recommend Vivint to anyone. The staff is friendly and understandable; they're there to help and not to judge your needs.

Chaz was an outstanding installer, he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions me and my wife had. He did not try to upsell us on things we did not need and gave us exactly what he would recommend for our home. I feel very confident in Vivint after having Chaz install our security system.

Our technician Nathan was very knowledgeable and courteous and the system itself is really cool, user friendly too. They install it quickly and you can download the app on your phone for easy access anywhere and anytime. Will recommend it to a friend for sure.

Melissa was great! Showed up on time, was professional, and efficient. I appreciated the time and advice she gave to help us come to a mutual decision on where best to install the equipment. I’m guessing Vivint trains their employees well and has a proper workflow in place.

Paul and his team were professional and helpful in the install of our security system. We were felt to be a part of the team in selection of products and placement of items both inside and outside of our home. We HIGHLY recommend Vivint and ask for Paul.

I love my new step up, the smoke detector and my door bell and If you want it done right make sure you request Ben with the beard. He takes his time and thoroughly explain everything with demonstrating while explaining.

The installation was done in a timely manner and everything is working as it should. The installer was polite and had a good knowledge of the product. Now it's just a question of us old people getting the hang of using it.

I just feel safe with Vivint, no worries about computer hacks and the camera range have awsome coverage. I also Love that each family member can have their own code. The install tech was friendly, professional and cleaned up after himself. Thank You Vivint.

Vivint just installed our new alarms, doorbell and monitor. He did it all and walked me through everything. He showed me how to use the panel and my phone and described how all the different alarms work. I Would recommend so far.

Dane is very professional and knowledgeable. The doorbell was a little bit crooked and was sticking out of the wall, but he fixed it right away. Very prompt and even cleaned up after he was finished. We love our experience with the company.

John did an excellent job installing my new alarm. He was knowledgeable and kind. I would refer him to a family or friend member. He made sure I was completely satisfied before I left. He answered all questions before he left.

Sales rep to high pressure and didn’t seem that knowledgeable. Installer GREAT!!! Worked well with us for final design and prior placement of equipment. Trained us on system. System easy to use. Very much like a smartphone. Great interface with smartphone or smart pad. Limited interface with a computer.

My installer was very informative, respectful, and quick. He explained everything from start to finish on what he would be doing and how the systems works. Very professional tech, he contacted me way before the appointment was set to let me know he would be running behind which I didn’t mind. Overall the whole process was great.

Vivint is a great upgrade for my family. Trista gets a 10 out of 10! She was wonderful, personable, and very knowledgeable on the equipment and service. We would most definitely recommend this service to a friend and plan to do just that!

So the technician That came to my house was very neat, professional and very courteous. Only thing missing is on the back door on the jam side, strike plate. The technician had to chisel out some wood for the dead bolt. I gave him a five star and I would recommend your service to all my friends.

We just got our system installed yesterday and it seems great. James ** was very helpful and professional in doing the installation. Beforehand, we needed some time for me to commit to calling you back, but I kept getting calls - 6 in one day until I blocked them. Then I was ready to make the call and it went smoothly from there.

Our technician Davis was very professional and informative. We were told that the service would work in our shop as well but once the technician got there he said it probably wouldn’t work so we opted to only do the house.

Why do I to pay again to link my garage to the system? Watching the installation video everything was included on the package. That is not how you do business, communication is very important. Besides I am unable to check my driveway for the apps.

Angel was very honest and straightforward. Making sure I was getting what I paid for and that there was no miscommunication. He make calls and fix everything and you can see he was not trying to trick you. Thanks, Angel.

The technician that came out did an amazing job. He worked diligently and made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Will highly recommend. The system is very user-friendly and simple to use. My favorite feature is our doorbell camera.

Vivint pairs their superior technology with integration for my existing smart devices and also tried and true methods of home security. During the install, which was expeditious and clean, I found out that some of the equipment that existed already in my home from ADT wasn’t actually operational. I’m happy to have Vivint monitoring my home and the peace of mind that comes with that.

Everything went smooth. I got everything switched over without much hassle. The guy on the phone helped me switch everything into my name with no issues so far. Was pretty easy to do over the phone since I already had all the equipment. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Ian my install tech was awesome, very friendly and easy to talk to, he made my wife feel very comfortable. His work was quick and clean. He was on time and even willing to take a break when I had to leave to pick my kids up at school. Great experience.

Installer did a good job but he ran into some frustrations due to connection problems and switched to a different monitor. When he left I looked on my phone and it said the monitor is in maintenance mode. I turned my TV on and saw that it freezes up or has a black screen and indicates problems connecting. I have DIRECTV. Possibly some compatibility issues with the security system but I’m not sure. I’ve had DIRECTV for years and a new television I purchased six months ago. I don’t know what the problem is because I’m not that tech savvy.

Everything from the consultation to the installation was great. Smooth and transparent process. The technician came on time, the install was quick and the system works flawlessly so far. No complaints so far and I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Kyle our representative explain everything beforehand. He spent some time figuring out our best options for the camera installation. After that was all business for him doing all the set up. I kid you not we feel safer already. I don't know why didn't we do before.

Professional and thorough in explaining how system works and how to use the system. They took the time to clean up the mess that came from the installation of equipment. Made sure to correct billing error before I signed agreements. They wore protective gear face mask and shoe covers when they entered my home.

Had the service for 2 yrs. On and off problems with the equipment, taking several hours on the telephone before they will send someone out to repair. Repair specialist take several hours to discover the problem. Most recently the downstairs thermostat malfunctioned leaving me without a/c, after another 1 hour call I was informed a service technician could not come out till 5 days. Living in Florida temps up to 90+ degrees depending on the day. The day before the repair, the appointment was cancelled and I was told they would send an emergency a/c tech out to repair. Well that didn't happen and went another weekend without a/c. Finally repaired on Monday by the emergency repair company, then 3 days later Vivint tech came out. I requested they uninstall the thermostat upstairs as well. He uninstalled it and did not wire it properly. My upstairs thermostat was set to emergency heat and the temperature registered at 99 Degrees.

The service was spot on just what they told me, they were going to do, they did. I would definitely recommend their services to the masses. Thank you Vivint! I was very well informed on the service, I was kept in the loop the whole process.

Will not come install window sensors. No call no show 3 times with no explanation. I waste my weekends waiting and they don’t show up. If I could leave zero stars I would. No accountability and no one calls me to reschedule. I just get passed around.

After 1 delay and almost a second delay due to equipment availability, our installer came out and did an excellent job. Quick and thorough and very kind. Did a pretty good job explaining equipment and usage. Quick scheduling and nice phone contacts as well.

Installer was supposed to be here between 1100-1200 but didn’t show up at around 1:15. I understand other jobs can take longer than expected but a simple text or call would have been appreciated. Other than that everything went well. Salesman and installer were professional and explained everything.

Well, I had ADT and to me, Vivint beats ADT Hands down, so many options that you can get now, or add on later, And after my equipment is paid off, my bill is lowered, and the equipment is for a life time, oooh yes I’d recommend it to a friend or to anyone…. Thank you Vivint….CGS

Stefan was great. He had great customer service it quick and fast. He gave me his direct contact to him just in a case I have any questions which I did. Once I tried to log into my account it denied me so I call him right back. He answered and we was able to solve the problem. It was a great experience.

Technician that came out for installation was great. Super quick and easy process. Unfortunately they charged me about double what I was told back in July when I called to have services set up, not to mention, they charged the card that I had on file instead of giving me another way to pay, so now my rent money is gone until they can refund it. They seem to be trying what they can to make it right. Hopefully they will because I like the system, it's exactly what I wanted.

He also mention that the equipment comes with a lifetime warranty. I normally shy away from what I may feel is an unnecessary bill however, the security system I received today made me feel it was an necessity. The customer service received was excellent.

Despite just having the system installed, I am very impressed with the functionality and the integration of the component. Compared to the system I had before, it is a degree of quality improvement. The installation is clean, with fewer components around the house.

I found the work ethics of the installers to be positive. They called and texted to alert me of their imminent arrival, and arrived at my home on time. They were diligent in completing the installation properly. After installation was complete, the installers explained how to use the equipment. I was pleased with the entire process.

The tech was professional. He explained how to use the system in detail. However after he left I noticed that my window detectors were not active. These detectors were already in place from my previous alarm company. However Vivint used all of my previous detector contacts anyway so that’s not a problem. But I need to have my home fully secured. If someone was to break in if they came in thru a window my home would not be secured and I wouldn’t be notified. I’m hoping someone from Vivint would contact me to correct this as I really want to love my new system and feel totally safe.

I am just thrilled that I chose Vivint for my home security needs! The entire process from my initial order to the completion of my set up in the instructions that the tech gave me were right on point. I had several contractors in my new house at the same time and when the Vivint representative left, I really felt more secure and empowered to use the product site purchased officially and effectively. Very happy with the installation of our Vivint Home Security System. Kudos to Rudy C. Cameras work well, still waiting on an indoor camera to arrive. Overall very satisfied with the installation quality and price. The system works well and is user-friendly and easy to use.

On-time arrival. The only reason it took as long as it did is the panel didn’t work, so tech brought a new one. So satisfied with system capabilities that I upgraded with two more devices. The cameras are so clear, and with a little practice, the panel and app are easy to use. There are many companies out there, but the Vivint team definitely makes a difference!

Had this service previously and switched to Ring when I moved to an apartment. Can’t compare quality equipment and top notch installation and integration of all systems. Yes it's a bit pricey but I can’t put a price to the safety of my family.

The best video surveillance company I’ve ever had experience with. Customer service and technician was great. The price per month for what we chose for our system is very good. We are very happy with our decision to move to Vivint.

This company has double legal remedy and leaves the customer open to just trust them. I was told some account named “Citizen’s Plus” would be owe for equipment. No interest and only $67 a month. Then my credit score takes a hit for a third party inquiry. I follow up only to realize I owe “Citizen’s One” a loan for the whole $4000. I this company tells me they lend money at zero interest. Of course Vivint just got paid about $4000. I don’t know how they can pay the person I am speaking to with a “Citizen’s One”, loaning money at 0% interest? Now I have two websites and two bills with another at Vivint for about $2,700 for 60 mo. Service and this is billed as advertised, but the total cost seems a little high for property theft protection, but personnel safety. Yes. We shall see?

Our techs went above and beyond for us because is special circumstances. When I had to leave unexpectedly, they did the close out and training with my wife who understood it perfectly. Thanks guys for a top notch job!!

RJ was very good, and very patient in teaching us how to work the system. He answered all our questions very patiently. He walked us thru with all the aspects of the new system, how to add users, also on how to install the camera when we receive it. We appreciate him a lot!

Vivint is truly the best! They get in and out with a job well done! I will always recommend them! My family and all my friends are happy with the service as well. I use it for my business and home and I am happy with both. Especially that part where I can check the cameras at anytime and anyplace really makes it well worth it.

The installation specialist, John, was great!! He installed the alarm system at my small business location and so am now thinking about switching my home alarm system to Vivint after seeing the differences. I also enjoy the intuitive, easy to use, and modern alarm system installed. The install was very clean and fast. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to family and friends.

My interaction with the sales team and the installer was pleasant. I love the new system. They were able to use the alarm and sensors that were already installed. I really like the deadbolt lock on the door. I was happy to refer the company to my neighbors.

Great product and great people who installed the system! The system is super easy to use. I love that I have access on my phone to see what’s going on around my property. Our technician showed up on time, answered all of our questions. He was able to accommodate changes we need to make and made great recommendations for camera placement. He also showed us how to use all the equipment and how to use the app. Overall a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

Zane did a great job of explaining how everything works and also about installing wires through my house. He was amazing with my install and was so nice to my 3 year old who was probably driving him nuts. I would highly recommend them.

Switch to a new service, went smooth with instructions, pleasant conversation and equipment works great, would recommend to others, and you can speak to a live person 24/7.... Give them a try, many companies out there but try this one, you won't be disappointed.

The installer was fantastic. Name Eric. Billing and account set up was not so good. They had a hard time getting my deposit correct on contract. In return ended up just paying for equipment in full. That’s was the biggest complaint.

I love how updated the equipment is and how clear the cameras were. The technician was extremely nice and helpful! He thoroughly explained what everything means and how to work my system from my cellphone. I would definitely recommend in the future!

The young man who helped us sign up was extremely friendly and helpful. He wasn't pushy at all and answered all of our questions quickly and clearly. He seemed to genuinely want to help us and his positive attitude was a major deciding factor in us choosing Vivint.

I've contracted a leading camera manufacturer for both of my houses for at least 7.5 years with several high impact events which were never recorded. Vivint sales, and install techs have been absolute professionals across the board, which I worked for a top five corporation over 25 years installing, and servicing similar equipment. Pricing contracts for both house was totally fair. Instead of cameras recording only on motion, all cameras will be recording even if power is lost under power failure because each system is programmed into a cellular service. Vivint has covered all communication options.

My technician Devonne was wonderful. She installed everything with precision and made each device look nice and concealed perfectly. She never rushed me through placement decisions. She was very pleasant over all and I would recommend her to friends and family.

Salesperson and the installation person was fantastic. Everything went well, the alarm and camera doorbell also the window and glass break monitor was install very professionally. The installer stayed really late and a great job. I’m excited about the new system. Hope everything goes well.

I'm new to the Vivint family but is the best choice for home security by far. I have been able to talk to a live agent within seconds of calling for assistance and the tech they sent out was helpful as well. The installation process went well too. So far no complaints and the system is very user friendly for all ages.

I had a Vivint home security installation done. I'm satisfied with how it went. The technician was respectful. He kept his mask on for hours, until I invited him to remove it, if he wanted to, for his relief. My home is all vaccinated and has a low risk of being infected by someone. The technician was very careful to not interrupt my furnishings (as far as I could see), while he moved around to get things done. He did well to explain how things function & also listened very well.

We've had Vivint for at least 15 years (and had APEX before Vivint bought them) - had great service and have even purchased more products over the years. We have Vivint thermostats and two fixed cameras. We've had occasional issues with the app being a little temperamental and our thermostats losing connectivity but tech support has always been able to help us resolve the problems.

The customer service here is excellent! The technicians were very informative and quick with the installation. I love how thorough the technician was ensuring I understood everything. What was even nicer he gave me a direct number to reach him if I had any issues instead of jumping through customer service to get an issue resolved. Now that’s excellent customer service! I’m also very happy with the new technology! I’m super happy!

The team that came out, Ariel and his trainee, did a great job. Ariel kept me informed of what was going on while explaining in detail what, why and how the installation was being done; changes and why; and cleaned up immediately.
