Chris was very thorough and found the best deal that fitted our security needs. The installation guy, I think Jake was his name, made sure that we thoroughly understood our new security system. I really appreciated Chris and Jake's patience.

We had Brian as the technician to come out to our residence yesterday. He did and off awesome job. He explained everything to us. We're forward. Showed us on iPhone how to work out doorbell camera and he hooked everything up. Let us know what he was doing. Took his time. My husband and I was very satisfied with his service. Told us to give him a call if we have any questions or issues. Left his card. We had questions he answer them diligently. I will recommend him to a family member or friend in the future. The installation for our security system was fantastic. Alex was incredible and able to answer all questions that I had regarding the equipment and installation. He was very professional and he needs a promotion and a raise. I hope he continues to stay with your company and providing good customer service.

Jackson Was very respectable and courteous. I felt safe in his presence. He explained everything to me and was very patient. He is highly recommended. If there was a higher score than 10 on a scale of 1 to 10 then he would definitely get it.

Josh ** was our technician today. He was by far one of the best technicians I have ever had. He took the time to do his work correctly and answer any questions that I had as well. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. We were highly satisfied.

Michael **, our technician was prompt, polite, and extremely professional. He showed both my wife and I of how to use the system and we would recommend him and Vivint SmartHome to any of our friends and associates. The system is very complete and thorough and is much better equipped than my previous one.

We were very pleased with our installation. All the explanation that was given to us as being installed. They were very patient with us and making sure we understood how it worked and how to use it. And what other services we could add.

Jake was very friendly and courtesy when coming to my house. He wore face mask and identified himself that he was there to install equipment. He stated all what he had to install. Informed me on how to use equipment and app. Very knowledgeable. Thanks in advance. ☺

Happy with the salesman and with the installers. When the installers arrived, which was within the hour requested and went right to work. Had a few bugs in the system but once the bugs were gone everything was fine. Pictures are clear. I'm happy with the system.

Edwin did a super job with the install and was very thorough. The whole process could not have been any better, and I am very happy with our update and Rusty did a wonderful job as well with my questions over the phone.

We received great service from Jacob ** and the trainee as well. They were both very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They explain the system how to use it and answered all questions we had.

I went with Vivint based on the conversation I had with an agent about the things I wanted in security system (outdoor camera, video doorbell, etc.) and agreed to a price that I thought included that. While the price was more expensive than other companies, I was willing to pay it to get the features I wanted. In the end, none of that was installed and apparently not in the package I had discussed with agent/signed up for. Now I have to either go through installation process again or get a separate system for outside.

I am pretty disappointed with how the installation went with our equipment yesterday. I feel like it was all done very sloppy. I feel like there was a lot promised to us and then when the tech showed up it was all under delivered.

Everything was great. They explained everything to me. I thought that was great deal. They helped me making my decision on getting everything. The installation with perfectly whopping three step by step on how to use it. Would definitely recommend.

This is above a great system at a very good price. Low monthly payments and Easy to operate! I love the system! I would recommend this to all my family and friends and anyone else that needs a nice security system! The tech was friendly and very knowledgeable. The salesman Parrish was knowledgeable and friendly. The technician put the system in the same day. They were professional wore mask and kept distance. Answered all the questions and made sure I could operate and understood the system before leaving.

Our previous security provider would not deliver in a timely manner, so we reached out to Vivint. The representative was super helpful and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We would recommend to friends and family. Thank you!

Had a good experience overall, but will have to contact Vivint with some questions. The salesman told me that some of my existing equipment could be use, but it was not connected to my system. I like the equipment and its convenience, though.

Installation was great. Service was great. Had a little miscommunication on install date from the original phone call that was made to set it up. But when Monica showed up and installed everything was good. She was on time and stayed on track. She was helpful with the whole system and meet all my needs in what I wanted covered! I have used Vivint at home for the last 8 years and they have come a long way since I had that system installed. I think I will upgrade at home too!

Tim got me installed in no time. He helped get my stem up and going for me and showed me how to operate everything. Tim also have extra care in installing all of the equipment!!! Everything looks great??!. and Vivint’s entire team saved me a lot of MONEY??? This control panel is EVERYTHING!!!

Jamal was AMAZING! He explained everything to us and walked us through all of our questions. He's a true customer service provider!!! I don't know how much he gets paid, but...Give him a raise!! As business owners, he is exactly the type of person we would hire to represent our business.

The technician that came out did a good job and was very nice. The only concern was he was in such a hurry and didn't spend enough time going over things before he installed sensors etc. And when he was finished. I didn't know that they would be drilling into my doors for the door sensors.

The install team was great as was the sales manager. Easy to swap from ADT to Vivint. The installers did leave boxes all over, but that’s no price to pay for good service. Would recommend to anyone who wants good service.

Vivint’s team was wonderful from start to finish! The salesman who spoke with me about the system (Nate), took his time and answered all of my questions! He was extremely personable and really made me feel he had my best interests at heart! On installation day, Justin, was just as great! So polite and courteous! Yes, I would recommend several friends and family members. The best service was the installer, Everett. Awesome smiles and customer service!!! I looking forward to seeing what Vivint have to offer in the future and hope the price drops somewhat...Lol.

The installation process was not covered much at all. It took 2 guys 6+ hours to do the work. And not all the items needed were present. The time needed and what would be performed by installers was never touched on. Also the actual breakdown of the charges that make up the fee was not explained until after I had agreed to Buy (and that a loan was required or about $4K upfront).

Yes, I would recommend Vivint to friends and coworkers. The salesman and installation tech were stellar performers. I would especially like to commend my salesman, Abraham **. He was very knowledgable and made my decisions for my final set-up very easy.

We are in the midst of looking to upgrade but don’t have the time. Mr. Brad ** stop by mentioning about upgrade of security system plus equipments upgrade. He went through the package, explaining it with videos, pricing & payment details. Very transparent and we sign up on the spot. The installation was efficient and was done the same evening. After the installation, Technician, Kely, walk us through how to use the new control panel, apps download, & apps integration. Highly recommend this services & team.

Guys were great!!!! Technicians and Salespeople were just Great!!!! JACOB AND OREY. Can't remember tech's name but they both were from Minnesota. They were fast and knowledgeable. Honestly felt like I already knew these guys and that they weren't strangers.

Just got it installed and love all the features. Camera picture is great. The sales rep was knowledgeable and well informed on the service. The installer was early and worked quick to get the system up. So far the service does what they stated it would do.

The salesman Stephan A. was very nice and welcoming and thorough. I appreciated him so much. The technician was not. He appeared to not know what he was doing. He kind of complained the entire time. And he also invited two other technicians into my home to help with some of the work. With COVID-19 and everything going on I was a bit bothered. I also wondered why it was taking so long. I do like my Vivint smart home system, the cameras are great and the alarm makes me at least feel safe.

I had a great experience with the recruiter and technician. This alarm system looks to be better than my old one. I am excited to use the new system and see if it really works. I really like the cameras and all the features that come with it

My previews alarm company (Hawk) did not have the quality service that Vivint has offer us. We got the service and immediately we liked it. Especially the doorbell caption and ratio coverage. We can zoom the camera something that we couldn't do before.

The system works. That's all I can really say. Haven't had to use it for alarms yet, the system looks good and modern which is a plus. Cameras are good, sensors work, customer service seems good. So far I have no complaints.

I love everything about the Home Security System. I got 2 cameras, a doorbell camera, 8 sensors for windows and doors, and glass sensor for a great price. The cameras are very clear, I can hear a conversation clearly, and the whole household can monitor the cameras. I love the size of the cameras. The tech was courteous and expert in connecting devices. Everything was simply explained on how to work device including uploading app.

Taken care of greatly. Definitely recommend to anyone. The salesman made sure I got everything installed the same day. Kyron was a pleasure to talk with and he made sure everything was taken care of especially when it came to having the admission.

We had an existing system on a business we purchased. I called Vivint on a Friday morning and they had someone out that afternoon and my system fully functional by 4 PM that afternoon. The tech was knowledgeable and did a quality job.

Brad was punctual and polite. He wore his mask at all times. He was knowledgeable and patient. My system required a lot of maintenance so he was in my home for an extended period of time and we had a very professional conversation. It was similar to talking with an old friend. The service was good except when trying to call for help! I experienced long waiting times on the phone several times! Not sure why your service cannot pick up the phone and help its customers in a more reasonable amount of time?

The tech John ** was phenomenal with his exemplary customer service, hospitality, his orientation to detail, and his patience to teach me how to utilize the system. He went above and beyond his duty by explaining how to set everything up with google to make it easier for me to utilize my home as a smart home! He definitely deserves praise from upper management!

My technician was extremely polite and helpful. He’s was punctual and when he arrive he explained the functionality of the system as well as the different options that I had available to me. He was also able to link my door lock to the system.

We were impressed with Mr ** presentation and was more impressed to have an installation team install my system that same night. They were professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Going to bed that night with a running burglar, fire, and Monoxide alarms working were peace of Mind. Plus the outdoor cameras recording activity outside my home was a relief for my family.

Everything was great and we are really happy with the service and equipment we got, but they started installation when the sales rep left our house around 9 pm and didn’t get done until 2 am. I wish the rep had told us how long the install would take and given us the option to do it that night or the next morning.

Alarm installation overall went well. Installer was friendly, courteous, and respectful. Installer was about 30 mins late though and between the thunderstorm and traffic that’s ok. We have had issue with cameras going offline intermittently but my biggest complaint is the garage module not always showing true position of garage door. Seems like sensor is not communicating all the time. System seems nice and I hope it does last for the price I ended up agreeing to pay.

The young man was very informative and explained the devices properly. He was very respectful and efficient. Will return to install the cameras tomorrow and will call to make sure we are home. I am looking forward to having the security cameras installed.

I would recommend to friend and family. I think it's affordable the installer was running a little late but didn't take him long to install it. They demonstrate it to me, downloaded the appointment was ready it's simple to use. My camera on back facing driveway can be moved a little so I can see both sides, backyard and driveway. Other than that, love it.

I got an installation appointment the same day and my monthly rate for two outdoor cameras, new lock system, smart panel, and 6 window sensors is only $81 per month and will reduce to $30 once devices are paid off. Tech was efficient and friendly. Only criticisms would be 1) Not making it clear a loan is involved on initial call. 2) Tech didn’t clean up drywall for outdoor camera installation. Very happy with system.

I think it’s really cool that you can see you comes and go to your house. Especially on your phone when you're out of the house. I think it’s neat that you have an app and you can actually control it from there too.

The only complaint I have is the installer was in my until midnight. I have to be at work by 6:30 am and I don't think they should keep people up so late. I am pleased with the new system. Thank you for the new security.

My experience was a pleasant experience. The salesman and the technician was very efficient and nice. After the salesman came through within 10 to 15 minutes the technician came put in my alarm system it took them about 2 hours I was amazed by the speed that everything happened. I would have given it five stars but the financing and price was a little high for me. But, I was looking for a while at different systems and I just didn't like the fact that every time I went to go forward with one it was I was a little uncomfortable with the some of the security problems. So, I guess you have to pay to get a really good system and I'm pretty satisfied with my system.

Sales rep and Installation rep made this process so easy! Installation occurred within 10 minutes of confirming order with Sales rep. Everything was complete within 2 hours. I would recommend anyone looking for home security and smart home features to go with Vivint.

While everyone I communicated with was extremely helpful, Brennan ** went above and beyond! My situation was a bit difficult with trying to close a current account and then activate and set up a new account and Brennan helped through every step, even when the baton had been passed to someone else he still followed up with me to ensure I was being taken care of. James was wonderful; however, I had to take that silly survey three times and there were/are a lot of glitches in the software. I'm still not on the app properly. I will need tech support. This is ridiculous. Why are you making write stuff.

We had initially denied service, but had a follow-up appointment with a manager. He explained more in depth and really worked with us and reassured us about our doubts we had. The techs were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to friends. They installed a camera, sensors, etc. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I was happy about. They made sure I knew where everything was installed and how to work the system before leaving my home.

Everyone I have worked with over the last 24 hours, from the Sales pitch to the install, has been absolutely amazing. I really disliked my ADT system and we were looking at alternatives we could get setup. Luckily, you found us. Both people I met in person were fantastic. Both installers were very polite, thorough and helpful. They were careful to clean up after the installation. The system was double-checked to be certain it was working for us. Also, they explained how to use and made sure we knew how to use the panic feature. Now we just need to remember all of it.

The installation tech walked me through installation and the system giving me information that I hadn’t even thought of. He was very patient, informative, and cooperated well with our home environment needs; I have an active 4 yr. old son who needed to be fed and given attention. Installation went well and the system has been working well since!

Our salesman was awesome! The guy doing the installation was ok but he showed up 30 minutes late and then stayed at our house until 11 at night knowing we work the next day. Said he would be back at 9 in the morning to finish. He didn’t show. My husband was even later going to work waiting on him. Now he calls and it will be 630 this evening to finish after my husband lost time at work. Impressed with the cameras but not impressed with the installation and customer service.

Kaylin was a great salesperson. INSTALLER WAS REALLY HELPFUL. SO FAR LOVE THE SYSTEM. I FEEL SAFE AT NIGHT, LOVE THAT I CAN SEE THE ACTIVITY AT MY HOUSE. Love the nest system as well and that I can easily dial up the temperature and reset as necessary.

Both Andrew the sales rep and Tyler the technician were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However they were completely unprepared for installing the system in our space. They were not able to deliver the exact products that were promised because our space was too big for them. They also were not able to install the thermostats as promised because of an apparent wiring issue. I just wish that they would’ve done a more thorough job investigating our property before they told us what services they could offer.

Was told I would receive a call then received text message to setup. Didn’t receive a text for setup until I recached out the next day. Text was prompt. But left out steps I later had to go to a chat for. How to connect WiFi and how to set up app.

Everything was great but I was informed by the salesman that everything as far as the pieces of equipment goes was in a 4K resolution but after the technician informed me that it is a 1080p resolution for the panel I was a little annoyed that our salesman did not divulge that information.

Everything was good except didn't get any signs installed outside in front and in the back. If you can send those signs that would be great. Person who came to install was helpful too. Please send me signs for outside.
