The lady on the phone was AMAZING. She walked me through step by step and made it so simple. I was a little nervous about switching over on the phone but she made it so simple. I was able to test all of the commands and add users within minutes.

It was fun salespeople and installation people were kind and friendly. They seemed to be genuine people who cared about my home and my family. I’d love to work them again or even invite them over to a family cookout. The product is great as well.

I don’t love the door to door approach, but luckily Jacob did a great job. It’s always frustrating to me having a company try to get me to buy a product that day but I did end up going along with it this time. So far I already love this product.

Installation tech was thorough with explanations, considered my preferences for camera locations, and very knowledgeable about the abilities of the products used. He arrived on time and explained the process thoroughly. No complaints about the installation process and set up of the system.

Jesse was awesome!! He went above and beyond the call of duty. He answered all of our questions, set up our system with ease, provided an efficient and thorough training, was very friendly, and helped address all of our concerns. I would absolutely recommend this service and product. This was fantastic service! It is now the next day and I already feel quite comfortable with the ease of use and user friendly security system.

My tech was enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable of his work. I felt good about my decision to have this work done. I ended up enhancing my system more than I started. We experienced a few false alarms. We had a pretty intense storm last night but I love the ease of the system use.

The technician who completed the installation of my security system was on time and a real professional. I was not familiar with this type of system and he was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. I rate him 5 stars for installation of service and his knowledge of features,.

Installers said it would take 3 hours, but it took 7 hours to do it right. We didn't mind the time as long as it was done properly. The only problems had to do with understanding the system settings. The phone App crashes but the system works well.

Jorden was very relatable and detailed about services. Wasn't pushy like most sales reps. Sam the tech that did the installation was very flexible, informed me of everything he was doing, got my feedback before placing cameras. Took time to walk me through the use of the system, replace batteries.

My final tech did an excellent job once I finally got to him. My experience with the company was not good at all in trying to connect to get service. Finally got Amelio on the fifth appt and he was knowledgeable enough to get in touch with us and set up our service.

Ace was prompt in showing up, explained everything in detail with the install and how to use the equipment. Between him and his partner, they were able to get the equipment all installed quickly. I would definitely recommend them based off the service Ace provided.

Customer service has really improved. About 3 years ago we thought we would install Vivint, but changed our minds because we didn’t like how the customer service was being handled. Much much better now. Very knowledgeable and friendly! The initial person is just a summer intern, but really seemed to know his stuff. He was extremely friendly. The installers were able to explain the system to me.

The technician was very knowledgeable, was very personable. Took all precautionary measures to ensure safety, wore his mask and gloves. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone. He did such an amazing job walking me through the equipment and ensuring that I had the correct application to my phone, walked me through the phone system as well. He was just absolutely wonderful.

We had a great experience with VIVINT. Dan was a huge help and explained everything so clearly. We had a great set up experience. We would highly recommend Vivint to any of our friends and family for their home security needs.

Love it. Feel very secure with this new set Vivint offer me. Easy to manage too. And they don't take long to set it all up. Very satisfied. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends so they can also enjoy it and feel safe too.

Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Probably one of the if not the best installation experiences I've had. He cleaned up so of the mess that was made from the drilling, he did everything exactly how he said he would prior to doing it. It was perfect!

My wife and I were at first hesitant to install a security system in our new home, but we looked into it and we both decided that we needed it. The sales representative was very informative and the technician was very helpful. We will see how this works out for us.

Katja helped me out. Had me feeling very good on joining Vivint security system and Kyle was also amazing. Had my security system up and running the same day. Kyle did amazing explaining how to use it. Made me feel safe in my home.

Cameron ** was the technician. He came in with all the know-how and drive. Was a pleasure for him to install for us. Easy to understand him teaching me how to use the system and very respectful. Cleaned up more than I’ve every seen any technician do.

My tech went out of ya way to resolve all of our challenges and give me the peace of mind and security I was looking for when I chose Vivint over other providers! I’d definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for home automation & a competent technician to help with installation/activation!

Tech was very professional and informative as well as patient with my questions. Tech gave suggestions for best areas to put cameras and which type to use. Also suggested the best sensors for what I needed and best places to put them. Thoroughly explained the panel and its operations as well as letting me practice until I was comfortable with using it.

Some shady practices coming from sales reps. Then they only give you 3 days to cancel a contract. Within my first 30 days. My door bell lost connection and it takes 40 minutes to reboot and my door lock has stopped locking. I get an error every time. This is also professionally installed. 0/5 stars. I wish I could cancel the service and never look back again.

Technician was very professional and was able to quickly do installation. He was able to install the system the same day as my purchase. He was very good and patient at explaining The instructions on how to use the app and equipment. He demonstrated how to use equipment.

Friendly and helpful service from salesman Anzac and installer Chris. Face mask worn at all times and shoes politely removed without asking. Doorbell has a nice picture and picks up sound to the road clearly. We like the high rating of the app and personally have found it user friendly.

Our experience with John and Logan was great. Both knowledgeable and efficient in their work. We are pleased with the system both aesthetically as well as for security purposes. We look forward to the ease of use for our family.

The install with the Tech was great. He went to bat for me and kept pushing for the initial rate that he quoted me after doing a walk thru around the home. When he made adjustments to the equipment, it threw the whole quote off and raised the monthly monitoring by $20 a month and increased the equipment charges by $1500. Spent 2.5 hours in the am on the phone with customer service and then another 2 hours in the afternoon trying to get the quote to match up with what we agreed to. Totally ridiculous that a 4 hour jobs took 9 hours to complete. I was ready to have him take down the equipment and look for another security system. I should be compensated for my time and frustration in having to deal with this with him on the phone for almost 5 hours.

I can’t say enough about our Security System. I feel very protected with Vivint and it gives us peace of mind knowing that we are protected with an awesome Security System. We have been with Vivint for years and we are very happy.

I’m already liking Vivint. Installer was great. Showed me everything from top to bottom, I like how he called to start he was on the way and was it a good time and came out earlier than expected. I love it and he was quick and gave me full details. I will send him store people y’all rock and roll!!!

Dominique was cool! He called ahead, showed up on time, followed up on COVID protocols and walked me through everything. Interface seems easy to use and the app makes everything much more efficient. Would recommend so far based off of initial installation.

We were on the fence about getting Vivint, adding another bill and necessities after buying a home. All the staff were very knowledgeable, thorough and patient with all my concerns. They let me know all my prices upfront (no hidden costs thrown in there), answered all my warranty concerns, etc. They had The installers there within an hour and work completed in a timely manner. They took the time to teach and make sure were were comfortable with our new system and how it works. Great customer service and teamwork from start to finish.

I like the feeling of knowing you have some security and you can see them wherever you're at and they don't even know if you're home or away. If needed you can notify police fire or medical at a touch of one button.

The service man Ejay was helpful, knowledgeable and time efficient. He was explained everything to my husband and I and reviewed all policies. He installed the equipment in the desired locations and discussed all of the new equipment with us.

Staff was thorough and provided a lot of information. One issue I have is that I was told that relocation of equipment would be free for as long as I had the service but then found out through chatting with someone on the website that this is not true. That feels deceptive.

I received great service from Ty. I received great service from the two ladies who came by to activate my services. Thank you for getting it all done in one day. Everyone was polite and kind and professional on Monday.

Had the idea of getting a security system installed in my house as I had recently paid it off. Been putting it off until a rep came and after discussing it I decided to give Vivint a try. I had 3 techs out within 15 minutes installing all the hardware and so far I’m impressed. I’ve already said hello to my neighbor who came over while I was at work and didn’t know he was coming to work in my backyard. I got a good deal on the service that I wanted and so far I would recommend anyone looking for a quality home security system to check out Vivint.

I have no complaints. The price for the equipment was affordable the sales rep was professional and understanding. The tech that came out Eric was great and went above and beyond. I do recommend them. Thank you Vivint for the security.

Great service. The crew got in quickly and were very efficient. The salesman and the installer were a very Charismatic crew. The salesman was not pushy and he was easy to talk to. The installer helped walk us through all of the options on the app and the pad.

The salesman, Sonny, was very personable & knowledgeable about the equipment. Joseph was extremely efficient in installing the equipment in a timely manner. So far, we are very pleased with our decision to have a Vivint system installed. When our doorbell camera is fixed Tuesday we will be extremely happy.

Installation took over 71/2 hours and wires were already ran. Installer didn’t know how to do a lot of things one should know during install. No instruction on how to connect phones, other users or making a private passcode. Installer also came with no booties and had to wear his shoes in my home. No follow up from company. Very disappointed!

I recently had a Vivint security system installed. I had done a ton of research and went with this company due to their “great customer service”. When the technician came out to install, he didn’t introduce himself- didn’t say his name or that he was from Vivint. He didn’t seem to have much Knowledge when asked some questions. Later I tried calling customer service to ask a question and had to wait over 30 minutes, Twice but never got through. I tried to reach out to the salesman who sold the system and he basically ignored me. This is after he told me the company never offered promotions and later I learned that was not accurate. When I tried to cancel, I couldn’t get through On the phone either. Terrible customer service and staff who are not knowledgeable of their product..I would recommend going with a another company other than Vivint.

The technician was courteous and professional; however, there was an issue that he did not address. He stated that there was a booklet that I SHOULD HAVE, BUT HE DID NOT ASSURE ME THAT I WOULD GET A COPY.

Logan went above and beyond to install our system. He was here until 12:45 am. I would recommend him highly. He explained everything and made sure we understood. He made sure to check with us on the placement and adjustment of all the equipment and cameras.

Everything went amazingly easy and they knew what to do. They immediately started working on what they were able to do because some parts of the house did not have electricity. They explained to us how to use the system and how to download app. They are not finished yet —coming back on Wednesday. They were polite and nice. Thank you.

So far am happy with system. But it's only been one day. I do like the door bell and having camera coverage. The deadbolt change and thermostat is a great asset. So time will tell regarding the overall satisfaction. But sales rep was most helpful as was the installer.

When you are pressure sold to and they speak negatively of other companies it is a red flag that this may not be a good idea. The installation was misrepresented. It is hours, your doors will be let open for your AC to escape as well as your pets while flies come in. They do not put things back when moved including fragile items (left China in the middle of the floor to be broken). It will disrupt you. I had ADT and this is virtually the same but more expensive with flashier equipment if that is important to you. Sales lady was friendly as was installer but it was not what I had been told.

Vivint has to be one of the best security companies I’ve encountered. Very friendly, and informative, showed me how to use my system and control it from the app and made sure they left with no questions lingering! 5 stars!!

These Vivint sales guys should not be knocking on people’s doors at 9pm. Blake came around my house at 9pm one night and woke both my babies up. I cursed him out and took no time to listen to his pitch. Then I saw him a few days later and apologize for my behavior. I shouldn’t have treated him the way I did but these guys also shouldn’t be knocking on people’s doors this late. I do love the product and I’m glad I signed up. But he definitely wouldn’t have got the sale if he didn’t come back to our neighborhood.

Honestly it’s a system I have to get use to, I like it overall. I like ease of the app, especially the ability to adjust the thermostat during night, only thing with thermostat is that unlike my old one I can’t see what current temperature is in house.

Both the salesman and the installer were really friendly and pleasant. The system is pretty cool too. I have probably checked it at least a dozen times already. My new stray cat likes to hear me talk to it from the microphone.

Salesman (Blake) and the 3 technicians were respectful, knowledgeable and the equipment was installed professionally. Definitely I will recommend to family members, the process was super fast and professionally done and better, clean done. Prices are fair (reasonable). Really enjoying the job!!?

The seller made it easy to understand. He was straight to the point, Polite and Very professional. They went over the equipment and made sure we understood how to work equipment. Could not be more pleased at the service that was provided. Definitely sold me the product.

It hasn't even been 24 hrs since install. So far only thing I'm not liking is the way the panel board was installed. I was led to believe it was going to be hard wired into my outlet and instead a hole was made in my wall and then wire pulled down and cord brought to the outside of my outlet and then plugged in. It's not a great look and I'm not impressed with that. Both were very nice but I was not impressed with the salesman pushy approach. Basically it came down to we were told if we didn't sign up right now and called later after discussing it as a family to sign up the prices would be different and not as good of a deal and when I asked for prices in writing so we could talk about it was told that it's not allowed.

Jay came to our home and explained everything with great customer service. Made us feel safe and completely satisfied! We would recommend Vivint to our friends and family! Great plans and no outrageous fees. Equipment safe and secure. Honesty is the most important with us!

The installation team came through and took care of the installation, including upgrading equipment, very efficiently. They put in a new set of cameras outdoors that actually blend in with the house, instead of being eyesores. They were friendly and cleanly, making sure everything was tidy when they left.

We had our Vivnt installed yesterday! From start to finish our sales rep, Haley and the two techs that came to service our home were amazing! They were all so kind. The guys selling and installing were top notch. Kind, courteous and professional. The cameras have very good resolution and good sound quality. Was very easy to add on a couple of items that I had forgotten about. We will see how the rest of our experience goes.

Everything went fine. I wish they wore masks for the install of everything. I don't like that everything has to be connected using a wall plug instead of being hard wired into the house itself. Takes up space and I have a 1 year old that gets into everything. I also didn't know that the system used bridges to connect and it is messing up my wifi. Very expensive. I tried it. I don't like it so I will have it Uninstalled tomorrow. The guys that did the work were nice enough.

Work done as promised and efficiently with detailed directions on proper input for systems both inside and outside (from various devices) of my home with possible options available to me in the future for optimum security and ease of mind.

With the equipment that was installed I feel much more safe. With this COVID-19 so rampant and so many out of a job, it could not have come at the right time. I place myself and family safety in the care of Vivint with great expectations. Thanks.

Really recommend Vivint, Ty and his team did a great job. They came in and got us signed up and the equipment installed all in less than three hours. I highly recommend this company, they care about the customers and help you get a good system to protect your home without all the upfront costs.

This system is simple and easy to use. We haven’t had any problems with activation or deactivation, and the camera gives a very good view of the front porch and driveway. I’m looking forward to continuing its use going forward.

We are still adjusting into the new system. I do like the system. However, I am concern if we have a power outage, will the system work. The salesperson was very automated about these things being okay. So we shall see.

Gentleman very courteous and did a great job putting things in. Did well with my wife on-site and me off-site. My only concern is that we did not get a lesson on how to program the smart lock. Cameras all well placed and I like the control center and phone app.

Quick and courteous. Took more time than expected. After upgrading to newer thermostats for heating and cooling, we would like to add an app for that control later. We would like to pay off the equipment sooner and arrange for paying payoff.

I'm satisfied. He was on time, polite, curious and very fast. I didn't receive any documentation at all. No terms, service agreement warranty info. Nothing.. I understand we are trying to trying to be green but it would be nice to have an owner's manual or maybe a quick start guide.

Everything about our Vivint experience so far has been great. Our salesman and our installer were both very professional, very personable and really knowledgeable about the products. When is a great things about the different system is the expandability. I love knowing that we can tie so many other products in so that we can have one hub to control all the smart aspects of our home. We’re very happy to join the Vivint family.

Our installation process was timely and smooth. Our techs were great. Polite, accommodating, and went through the equipment thoroughly to make sure we were comfortable with everything. We feel good about our purchase and have peace of mind knowing we are in a safe environment.

Sales Rep ** was very professional, he explained to my wife and myself all about the system. How it works, the tech was very knowledgeable and courteous. Great job by both sales rep and installer. All equipment was tested after installation. Mr. ** was fair and honest with his presentation.

Love the products but the sales rep, Jonathan, told us our credit wouldn’t be ran and that we wouldn’t be receiving a credit card/line of credit. We found out at the very end after many times saying we didn’t want our credit ran. It’s a 5 star rating for the products but since the rep lied to us I couldn’t give a complete 5 star.

Had its equipment. Said it's outdated. Wanted me to pay for the equipment after already paying start up fee 100.00 or sum like that. But later that day Bryce from customer service guy who started my account. Called and fixed my situation. Thanks Bryce. Give that man a raise.

Salesman said at the beginning that there would be no charge for equipment and installation but at the end he said or monthly bill would include $47.44 for equipment. Other than that everything was fine. He was friendly and helpful.

Both the salesman and the technician were very respectful, helpful and professional. The salesmen was very informative of the equipment and prices. He took care of all questions and concerns we had. Technician took his time and went over everything with me. He was very respectful of my home. I was very pleased with my experience.

Amazing service. Super friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Walked us step by step on system and on the app. Showed us all the cameras and different settings. Gave us all the information including emergency features. Super excited and feel safer now that we have these cameras.

The technician was very helpful and professional. He helped us put the cameras where they were best positioned. He was fast and accurate. At one point he encountered a problem but never gave up, worked hard until it was accomplished.

The tech was very knowledgeable and installed my system in a timely manner. Showed me how to work the system and how to download the app on my phone and arm and disarm the system from the keypad or my app on the phone.

Starting the 14-day trial but everything went great at install. Gave a good overview of how the system works and answered all my questions. The installer was efficient and courteous. Was also on time. Excited to give it a try.

The tech came to my house and put in a Vivint system. Left every pieces of paper, boxes and the old system all over my front entrance. I thought they suppose to clean up after finish installing. No mask on when entering the house. If anyone in my family get sick. I know where it came from (Convd-19).

These guys were great & answered all questions we had. They have a great knowledge of their job! Came back to Vivint after a bad experience. Hopefully won't have to leave again. The thermostat is also great, keeps the house cool at all times.

Products were exactly what we were told they would be. If anything that we selected didn’t work with our home the technicians explained what were other options. The team was here to install the equipment about 30 min later. Very clear instructions on how to use the equipment.

The new system was a great upgrade from my previous alarm system. The install technician was very knowledgeable and conscious of not making a mess. They were on time for the install appointment. The new keypad was very easy to learn.

I liked the speed to which the install happens, but the techs should not be working past 9pm. I have a lot of kids and get up early and the tech was very nice but that is not on him to finish same day! Also better sales about what you would like to protect and use your system for rather than cramming stuff I don’t need down my throat. I didn’t need the keypad, but I wanted more exterior cameras.

Just happened that by chance, the Vivint sales rep Kimmi was going through our neighborhood and I happened to catch her while I was outside unloading my car from a camping trip. Kimmi took the time to thoroughly explain Vivint and it’s capabilities. Though I wasn’t planning to be purchasing home security at this time, a couple hours later we had the system installed. It definitely gives piece of mind to have these security features installed.

I upgraded to some equipment that was never installed! Calls resulted in a reschedule that ALSO never happened! My calling Vivint revealed some lapses in communication and notification that the ordered equipment was not compatible with my HVAC system, Customer Service Rep, (Isabella) laboriously researched & corrected the issue. She then transferred my call to Chris (in ROR) who made corrections to my billing so that I wouldn't be charged for the equipment that was not/could not be installed. My frustrations were addressed and my dilemma was resolved ONLY due to the patience, understanding and tenacity of Isabella and the empathy and efficiency of Chris. My frustrations could have persisted had they not been so professional and resolute.

Recently I switched to Vivint Security System. Overall the response is amazing. Alex and installation guy Arnando was really helpful and knowledgeable. Hope Vivint provides the same kind of response in all future times. I definitely recommend to my friends and family. Their security system at least the way they explained is really good. Just hope that it remains all good.

I am very pleased with this security system. I like how easy it is to use. The installing for the system was done professionally and efficiently (less than 2 hours). The security cameras have great clarity and audio. Altogether I found the whole customer service, installment experience and product worthwhile.

This system is much more user friendly than our last one and the cameras will really help us out a lot! The garage door system will be helpful to keep peace of mind through the night. We just moved into our home. It was already equipped with Vivint home security equipment. We have been in contact with a rep’s number that was given to us by the previous home owners and the rep (Aaron **) has been fantastic is helping us. He organized for a tech to come out and help us move some sensors and get some cameras back online. The tech was able to get the cameras back up but the sensor that we needed moved fell down after about an hour of it being installed and he also left somewhat of a mess in our home. He accidentally knocked down some decor in our backyard and just left it for us to put back up, which is no big deal, but he also left his shoe covers just inside the doors covered in mud. Overall, we are excited to be using vivint and the great product that they have to offer but the technician could have possibly been more professional.

Love my new system and both the salesman and the technician who installed the system were great. They were very patient and thoroughly explained everything they were doing and gave very good instructions on how to use my new system.

We found Zee to be a very personable representative for Vivint. She thoroughly explained all my options and the cost of each. It was a pleasure to have her in our home and she felt more as a guest than a salesperson. Brad installed the system and went the extra mile when I needed to purchase an upgraded bell transformer to satisfy the system requirements. Brad and Zee are both very nice people whom we would gladly have as friends. All the cats and dogs say hi also.
