James was awesome for installation. He was very helpful, professional, and informative. I have zero complaints about the installation process. I am still waiting on my doorbell camera and DVR, but he is coming back in a couple days. I am confident everything will go as planned.

The sales team and technician were precessional, honest, and informative. The install ran a bit late but that’s what worked for our schedule. If you're a new home owner, they will more than likely find you so do your research and come ready with questions. I believe the price is worth the product in the end as long as you're willing to make a 5 year commitment for the gear.

From start to finish everything went accordingly. No hidden fees and tech even helped me out with sensors when he was installing the system. Coming from ADT’s poor service, it was important to me to get all info upfront and I got just that with Vivint. I’m definitely happy.

My tech Luis was very good and very informative. He explained everything before he did it so I knew exactly what was going on and how to work everything. He was also very efficient, friendly, and clean. I would highlight recommend Vivint security and Luis to all of my friends.

Tech was respectful, helpful and quick! Rep was awesome! He sold us on the equipment. So far we are loving our new security system! Cameras are working awesome. Lock is great. Panel is the best I’ve seen, and thermometer is so energy efficient!! In love!!

Eric was informative and explained system to us. Plus explained pricing and service agreement that the guy on the phone did not. Still having a problem signing into the app, waiting to see if it resets overnight. Otherwise we will call customer service.

Hi. Everything was awesome, my Technician was very informative with the product he was installing. The door and thermostat features were added after he was almost out the door, and he was very willing to accommodate my last minute request.

Excellent customer service with the whole purchase and installation! The technician Gabe explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, took all my concerns into consideration when designing the home security package! Very happy with my purchase and I feel much safer now, just having that extra peace of mind.

Layne did a great job listening to our questions and Alleviating any worries we may have had. He took the time to explain everything concerning camera placement and how it would look cosmetically. We didn’t want wires exposed. The job was done professionally and attention to details. Now if we can just remember all the information that he imparted to us.

Quick and easy. The installer made it so easy to activate everything. He showed me step by step how to use everything. Really appreciate them getting out here as fast as they did and installing my home with little to no haste on my end! Definitely recommend anyone looking for service to go with Vivint.

Very pleasant willing to teach. Little disappointed that you have to pay extra for video and smoke detectors. Feels like nickel and diming to death. The equipment is very good. But feel that it should cover all of the house in a package deal.

Tim did a great job of installing my system, explaining how it works, and cleaned up everything after. He was kind, helpful, and I would recommend him and Vivint to others! I’m excited to feel safe and secure. I appreciate all the security features that come with the system as well.

Company is great and our tech Trista went above and beyond helping to make sure the cameras were exactly where we wanted them and ensured we understood exactly how to use the equipment, all while dealing with horrible cell service in our area and never complaining once. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My technician was excellent! Very professional and personable. He went above and beyond to make the wiring look how I wanted it very late at night. A great worker! I however do not plan on keeping the system as in known to me, the owner of the property already had the same system.

Got my security system set up at my house. It’s a very nice system that I think I am going to enjoy. The technician was very thorough in installing the system. I love it so far. My cameras cover the dead spots so I can see what is going on in all areas of my yard.

Josh was great. He was informative, knowledgeable and very friendly. He worked diligently and made sure we understood the system before leaving. We came from a different service that we were not satisfied with and Josh made us feel comfortable with our decision to go with Vivint.

We were happy with the installation except for damage left to our home’s exterior. The installer mis-measured and filled the hole with silicone. Is there any way this damage can be repaired in a more acceptable way? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My technician, Marco (badge ID: **) was amazing! He was on time and very friendly. The installation was smooth and easy. Marco was very understanding that I needed to change/remove one piece of my security equipment. He was very accommodating and quick to work. He also took the time to walk us through the features and any questions we had before he left. He really made this installation/ new move really great and I’m happy to have installed Vivint.

Recent install in October. Left the system incomplete.. Guarantees were given at the beginning of the install that all equipment would work together… Well, they did not complete… Left system with a whole bunch of problems and promises to come back.... 5 days later, still not completed. Promises again made to come on Friday - 4 days from now to complete…. Wow… It’s unfortunate this Phoenix location is plagued with problems, my system from Vivint in Edm Canada is very good…

Gene was professional, prompt and really worked hard to make sure we got the most out of our security system. He asked about our preferences and matched our expectations for the company. Really an asset to Vivint. Excellent work. Happy to have gone with this company.

I just bought a house and there was a Vivint security system already and taking over the system and the setup was very easy and the system is very easy to use. Definitely would recommend to someone who is looking for a security system.

He was very helpful and informative walked us through our system. He made everything easy to work and understand. Also set up the system on our phones. Tim cleaned up all his materials that was leftover. We are very impressed by him being so quick and understanding of our situation and needs of what we wanted and needed he did not leave until we were understanding.

Really happy with my system. Easy to use and is so practical. I had a Vivint system a few years ago and loved it. My internet and cable provider convinced me to go with their security system. I hated it. Switched back to Vivint. Installation was fast and professional. Camera resolution is great. Equipment is top quality. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Very good experience all around.

I appreciated that I was able to get set up fairly fast. The tech support people were friendly but also fairly quick. Directions were easy to follow and tech team very knowledgeable. I appreciated the chance to do it myself instead of paying $100 for a service call.

I’ve had a great experience so far. Derek was very informative and did such an amazing job on my installs. He set up my cameras in great places where I have beautiful views of my home. He also told me stuff about my garage I didn’t know that helped me out in a tremendous way.

Kevin was awesome. He moved through the installation process so quickly and answered all questions from both my husband and me. He also helped with downloading the mobile app and setting our passwords. All that in less than 3 hours.

I emailed the company on a Thursday, received a follow-up call the same day. The system was installed on Friday and fully functional. Easy app for all of the features and great instructions from our installer (Jay). So far I am very impressed.

Came on time. Efficient install. Communicated well and relayed arming/disarming instructions well. Would highly recommend Vivint. Have worked with other security companies and I would say Vivint is heads and shoulders above their competition. System operation is simple and can be used and monitored from your phone.

Appears to be quality parts. Touch screen control panel. Yard cameras are 4k, very clear. Yard cameras has flood lights that are supposed to come on with video but doesn't, going to call them today. Our installer, Roden, was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Technicians very knowledgeable and respectful. Answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this! They spent time with us to help us understand how the system works. We are seniors and technology can be scary. Technicians cleaned up after themselves!!

The tech came during the specified time window. My service was set up smoothly. The tech went above and beyond including checking all sensors and replacing old batteries. Vivint’s app is user friendly and makes our home a true smart home!

Installation went OK, but he had a little problem with the wiring of the camera in back of the house. I had small repairs to make afterwards. This is a brand new built home so I didn't want any mistakes taking place.

Excellent interaction from sales to installer to quality of products. We have used ADT and Comcast Xfinity Home in the past and Vivint has been miles ahead. Appreciate the expertise of the installer and walked us through all the features without showing any impatience with our stream of questions.

This is Texas and leaving it off too long, lets it get too HOT at night and day!! What happens in the winter when it gets too cold and things freeze??? I have NO instructions for me to control this problem!!! In fact I I have NO instructions at all…. I’m 80 years old and not in this new world!!! Doorbell is located where I can’t hear it!!!

Our installer, Christian, did a great job and was super nice! Kept me updated prior to his arrival and throughout his setup. At the end I had no questions because he answered them all before I could ask. 10/10 would recommend.

Me and my wife moved to a new house recently. The neighborhood is very quiet but we love on the main exit road and have constant traffic. Was getting my security system set up and Ben did amazing in trying to get connected to the right customer service Dept for a change in my account. What I would have been frustrated with, he handled the call and finished the system setup.

My technician is Michael (English accent). This is the easiest installation of any home system, appliance, fencing, anything home related in the 40 years I’ve been a homeowner. Michael is the consummate professional who is patient, ensuring the customer has a high understanding of the system. I was dreading this experience and am so pleasantly proven wrong. I greatly recommend this company. Everything is upfront, there are no questions left unanswered and the courtesy extended by everyone to whom I spoke is outstanding.

The service tech came to transfer the system at my house to my daughter's house because that one was in her name and we advised him that we wanted one of our own. He came in we got approved and he went above and beyond to get it set up quickly and answer any questions that I had so that by the time he left I was knowledgeable about everything that happened and was going to happen on my account. I was advised that I would have all the features of the existing hardware; however, the technician insisted that I upgrade the system to gain backyard camera access. I am not completely satisfied because the backyard camera is offline. The technician could not explain WHY but insisted that an upgrade would provide the backyard camera.

Andy did a wonderful job and was very polite and on time. He also showed me how to operate the new device completely before he left the job. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs to install home cameras.

The technician Jonny was a great help and installed everything flawlessly. He also stayed and help me set up the app and walked me thru using the actual tablet that’s mounted on the wall. It was, overall a lovely experience and I would happily refer my mother.

The actual installer was professional and knowledgeable however getting to that point was ridiculous. Vivint cancelled the install twice for various reasons such as car trouble or delayed on first client install and actually told me that they had sold my equipment at one point thus delaying delivery and install yet again and told me this on the actual day of install when they hadn’t shown up. It appears that they use both contractors and employees so it’s a toss up of what you might get and it’s unreliable. Communication for install was terrible and disorganized. Whole process was unprofessional and conflicting info. If you are older and not comfortable with just learning how to use the system via the app you are out of luck on getting any printed material to help for reference.

Hello, when I scheduled the first time, the technician didn’t not come, he lied to the tech team about he showed up and called me about install, he was never there, I waited entire day for it. Second time he show up finally got installed. The third time I have a little bit problem with my doorbell camera, need to reposition, scheduled again, I took a day off again, he said he will be here from 12pm-4pm, he didn’t showed up at all, I called the tech support and he said he will be here at 7pm, and yet he didn’t show up again, the technician then text me he is not gonna be here today. He will fit into a different day! This is ridiculous!! Again I ask to have a day off from my work, and I just wasted because the technician wants to do whatever he wants!

I would highly recommend Vivint and the services they provide. The equipment is of very high quality and easy to operate. All our questions were answered and the process for financing the system was quick and easy. The technician was on time, friendly, and presented the best recommendation for our camera placement. Give them a try.

I had a great experience with my install and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in all of the devices. I think is system is a great investment and worth every cent! He took his time with the install which I really appreciated and asked where I wanted the hub place and gave his professional recommendations. He was very friendly to us and my fur baby. This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. The initial technician was double booked and they have sent someone else who came at 12 pm with a very unpleasant attitude and making fun of my lack of knowledge. At some point he even called me darling. After several arguments we have agreed on what he needs to install but even he was booked from 12 to 4 pm, he had to leave at 3 pm and he came back at 5 pm to install everything. He made a mess in the entire house and he didn’t clean after himself. He said he is usually bringing a broom but today he decided to not take it. Cables leftovers, packages and white dust from the walls is all over the floors.

Eric arrived at the time he said he would and was very professional. He walked me through the paperwork and immediately got to work setting up the system. He then went over all the features of my system and even set up existing equipment I had to the system. I was very pleased with his work.

There is nothing better than outstanding customer service! Friendly knowledgeable reps, that are efficient and professional. I would Abso-freakin-lutely recommend Vivint to a friend or family member. Getting qualified was painless and installation was seamless. The camera picture has to be the BEST in the business! The price for the service and equipment is competitive and maybe a little higher than some, but you get what you pay for! After the lifetime guaranteed equipment if paid for the service is all you pay for which is extremely reasonable! I'm pleased with my choice to have Vivint in my home.

Rep was very nice and knowledgeable. Took time to show and explain everything as he was putting in equipment. Then took time to show me and my husband how the system worked. Showed all the great functionality we now have.

I recently ‘Refurbished’ My 1960 MKII 3.8 ‘Jaguar. It's kept in a ‘Secure Parking Site, with the ‘Vivint Security Camera’ on 24/7! Also, I just love the ‘Remote Door Bell’ feature which ‘Monitors’ as well as allows Me to respond to all guests, and delivery personnel arriving at My door when home or away! Martin

Marco was quite pleasant, personable, & informative. It was a very pleasant experience. He took me through exactly what would be necessary for the install. However, I was disappointed that it will be necessary to wait until Wednesday next for the completion of the video cameras.

My experience was great with the installation, except they did not have the exterior camera pro I ordered. They will have to come back when he gets the cameras in stock. He estimates that it will be at least 2 weeks. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Tech showed up on time, was very thorough in his work and patient in training us. System works great and remote access is great. We are able to control access on our phones and monitor the status including the garage door.

The installer was capable, however, he did not have the yard sign over the window stickers which I need because I am going out of town. He did an OK job installing the equipment but he did not go above or beyond.

Tech was committed. Struggled a bit on Door Bell Camera. Felt bad for him since he wasn’t provided with the tools needed. He did what he could with what tools he had. I drove to my warehouse to provide the tools he needed to complete the task. Good Night!

Our installation guy ivan was one of the best customer service reps I have had come out to my house in a long time. He is definitely a pleasure to work with and I look forward to him coming back out to add in cameras.

The technician was very patient in getting his job completed and he work very diligently to get it completed. He tested all doors, windows, smoke alarms sensors, batteries in the sensors. He checked all cameras individually. In general he did a very job, well done.
