We had initially denied service, but had a follow-up appointment with a manager. He explained more in depth and really worked with us and reassured us about our doubts we had. We signed up and the next day Ahmad everything installed. The installation was easy and done professionally. It’s been working great and have had no issues. Highly recommend.

Alec was of great help to explain everything needed for my home. He provided the support fast and got all installed same day. I appreciate his expertise and great attitude of customer service provided. I would recommend them to my close friends.

I had a great experience with your technicians. They were knowledgeable, super friendly, patient with my many questions. The techs were very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to friends. They installed a camera, sensors, etc. They also cleaned up after themselves, which I was happy about. They made sure I knew where everything was installed and how to work the system before leaving my home.

Everyone I have worked with over the last 24 hours, from the Sales pitch to the install, has been absolutely amazing. I really disliked my ADT system and we were looking at alternatives we could get setup. Luckily, you found us. Both people I met in person were fantastic. They answered all of my questions and made sure they reviewed everything with me before they left. 10/10 would recommend.

Both installers were very polite, thorough and helpful. They were careful to clean up after the installation. The system was double-checked to be certain it was working for us. Also, they explained how to use and made sure we knew how to use the panic feature. Now we just need to remember all of it.

The sales rep provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions and was very patient with me with this being my first security system. The installation tech walked me through installation and the system giving me information that I hadn’t even thought of. Every question I had he answered and even shared his experience with Vivint with me. Glad I chose Vivint.

Mike ** was VERY polite and very informative. There was a gentleman with him as well, I didn't catch his name, but he was nice as well. Both very professional. The installation guys were quick, thorough, and answered each question I had. 10/10 would recommend.

It’s all easy to use and very simple to work with and the technicians were awesome during the install. Very professional and walked me through every single step of the process then showed me how to use all the equipment properly.

Our technician Trevor was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions and was quick with completing the job. He walked us through the entire process and made sure we knew how everything functioned before he left.

Our technician Amari called before my appointment time and arrived early. He was very patient, informative, and cooperated well with our home environment needs; I have an active 4 yr. old son who needed to be fed and given attention. Installation went well and the system has been working well since!

Our salesman was awesome! The guy doing the installation was ok but he showed up 30 minutes late and then stayed at our house until 11 at night knowing we work the next day. Said he would be back at 9 in the morning to finish. He didn’t show. My husband was even later going to work waiting on him. Now he calls and it will be 630 this evening to finish after my husband lost time at work. Impressed with the cameras but not impressed with the installation and customer service.

Kaylin was a great salesperson. INSTALLER WAS REALLY HELPFUL. SO FAR LOVE THE SYSTEM. I FEEL SAFE AT NIGHT, LOVE THAT I CAN SEE THE ACTIVITY AT MY HOUSE. Love the nest system as well and that I can easily dial up the temperature and reset as necessary.

Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable when explaining the products. I was very happy that all my home security was reliable and easy to use. Derek came out very quickly and installed the equipment with no issues. Highly recommend using this company.

Liked the salesperson who presented the system to us, very knowledgeable and informative. The installation personnel were very efficient and knowledgeable with the operation of the system. When the installation was complete their attention to clean up after the work was done and greatly appreciated.

Tech and salesman very professional and very knowledgeable. Vivint alarm is a great product... Very genuine people that I worked with. Great experience. Tech came over within an hour of the salesman. He took a few hours to install everything and didn’t show any wires.

Great and quick job. Crew were very professional. Chase did a great job explaining the system and how it would work. Cameras are very clear and system is exactly what we needed for our business to be secured. Love that we can have numerous users and administrators logged in.

I think this is a great product. I look forward to using it to my best application so that my property is probably overlooked by would be robbers and maybe have confidence in the security and the quality of the product that’s was or is going to be installed.

Great company from start to finish of the purchasing process and set up. They explained everything very well and took time to answer all my questions. I love the Vivint app and the ease of use of the devices. I was very happy with the quality of the video as well.

Both Andrew the sales rep and Tyler the technician were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. However they were completely unprepared for installing the system in our space. They were not able to deliver the exact products that were promised because our space was too big for them. They also were not able to install the thermostats as promised because of an apparent wiring issue. I just wish that they would’ve done a more thorough job investigating our property before they told us what services they could offer.

Good experience. Everything made easy. The agent was well round and easy to talk to. Agent was very helpful and clear about the equipment that was provided with the system and how it works. He was also help with location of devices. Overall good experience.

Justin ** was great in explaining the Vivint system and being patient and Shane the technician was very knowledgeable and was great at explaining the schematics of the Vivint system. Very satisfied and excited for our new Vivint Alarm System.

Was told I would receive a call then received text message to setup. Didn’t receive a text for setup until I recached out the next day. Text was prompt. But left out steps I later had to go to a chat for. How to connect WiFi and how to set up app.

Everything was great but I was informed by the salesman that everything as far as the pieces of equipment goes was in a 4K resolution but after the technician informed me that it is a 1080p resolution for the panel I was a little annoyed that our salesman did not divulge that information.

The associate was amazing! Best service ever! He was polite and kind. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with quality assurance. I would definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family!

Tech was very experienced in what he was doing and fast and efficient and very nice. We talked a little. I told him that I was glad to have this security system and I told him that now I feel more safe for me and my family.

Everything was good except didn't get any signs installed outside in front and in the back. If you can send those signs that would be great. Person who came to install was helpful too. Please send me signs for outside.

3 things were not deliver to us as promised, I came to find out after I myself printed the contract and realize that 2 of them were not installed and one was not in the contract. We are even thinking of canceling the service, but the 3 days you guys give does not give a real time window if the installation happens over the weekend.

Wasn't planning to get sold on a home security system last night, but couldn't say no to such a great deal with modern technology and cameras. Also wasn't expecting that the installers would be here within 15 minutes after I bought into it! Everyone was very professional, fast and informative, and over-all an awesome experience. The only issue I have so far is the app seems a little glitchy, but I'm sure that will improve with time, and it's certainly not enough to say I would deter anyone getting set up with these guys. The app still works fine, just could use a little fine tuning is all. The customer service, the deal they provide you and everything else that went with it is enough for me to give 5 stars, really great company so far!

I had no plans for getting service when I woke up but I was quickly sold on the idea. I probably purchased the services at around 12 and within 20 mins the technician was at my door. Really friendly and straight to the point. Helped me understand everything that was going on and how the whole system worked.

Kevin helped me set up and pair my system with my phone. I will refer VIVINT to my friends, coworkers and family. Finally Kevin had his mask on and kept his 6 feet distance at all time.

Had a complete Security System installed in my home and shop. This includes 5 cameras, sensors, wiring, motion detectors, and etc. I signed the papers and within 4 hours the technicians had installed both systems. The technicians were great to work with.

The salesperson was very informative, the only issues were that the salesperson had confirmed an appointment for equipment installation on Thursday and no one came to the appointment, I contacted the salesperson again and he had to resubmit the order again, I was not contacted for scheduled appointment time and had to call myself to know what time my appointment had been scheduled for on Friday.

We just had our system installed and worked with Isaac who was extremely friendly, professional and helpful. He took the time to walk us through the features. I had a complex installation and the techs were great. Arrived prior to appointment and verified all items needing installation. Techs were able to complete all needed items needed in a timely manner. Techs were polite and made sure all items were installed correctly.

The installation process seemed ok at first until the technician ran into an issue with running power to the main unit inside the house. After trying in several different areas of the house the tech could not get the cable to route through a “fire block”. Each time the technician removed an outlet cover and wedged his tools into the drywall there was a mess left on the carpet/floor. When removing the doorbell from outside of the original doorbell button was broken into several pieces and left on our porch. The trim was broken and “covered” by the new doorbell camera. There are scratches and scuffs left in our hardwood floor.

I have zero complaints about my installation. It was on time and very efficient. He cleaned up after himself and tried his best to do the least amount of drilling of any sort. The installer gave me very detailed information about my system and how it works and how to arm and disarm or hit the panic button. It was surprisingly easy.

The gentleman that sold me the system was very knowledgeable and tried his best to get me what all I wanted. However, for some reason my credit didn’t approve even though what I show in my apps should have worked. He still did his best to help me.

Julio was very professional and informative from set up to finish. He demonstrated and educated all the products for installation. All of my questions I had were answered. Julio was very transparent about products, pricing. He made sure to cover important information before leaving.

Great technology and we feel safe, however when purchasing the products we were told they were all compatible with our Google Home system- which it is not. We ARE able to lock the doors with our google home system but we are unable to view the security cameras which would’ve been a deal breaker because I would’ve purchased google cameras instead as I found them to be cheaper. Overall, I’m pleased with the product, the installation guy came the same day, and worked into the night until another worker came to help him finish. They stayed until 11 PM to ensure everything was done correctly which we greatly appreciate.

I was so thankful that Tre’ came knocking on my door! My prior security system “Hawk”, was not reliable when I would attempt to connect to my doorbell camera. It often made me nervous as my husband is overseas a lot, and I’m home alone with my baby. The salesman and installer were very nice and personable guys. They install went quickly and he explained in detail how to use our new system. He cleaned up his equipment and any debris from drilling. The cost was a bit high for the equipment, but it works very well.

Sign up agent Granite ** was horrible, lied, wouldn’t return my calls, texts, or voicemails. Every day calling dedicated Primerica line, no one helped me. All lied to me every day, saying warehouse got my order. Will be shipped out, nothing. I lost appts because of poor customer service. Sup Michael stepped in. Did wonderful job in recovery. Leaders with Primerica and Vivint stepped up, got involved and surprisingly helped out. All claims expedited overnight shipping, today still no delivery. Vivint Area manager ended up giving me two months free service because of all the horrible experience I had with Vivint. Shocked since I am a Primerica agent and having this horrible experience makes me think Vivint will treat my customers the same.

I had Vivint before and liked it. The installation went smoothly. The cameras are clear. They notify people that they are recording if someone lingers. They cover a broad area. There is also a list of every time something is tripped.

I have not received my home security package yet. I paid the first installment. I'll give a better review another time. Vivint did not leave me a customer support contact. So I'm gonna have to look them up. I'm hoping the security system is what I'm hoping for.

2 calls in the first night. System was not functioning properly. It was sold to me as a system that could work independent of wifi. "It's what sets us a part" according to the salesman. Also the salesman didn't ask if I was referred by someone else. Which I was. Not a good first impression.

Extremely knowledgeable technician. He answered all questions I had about the app, cameras and other devices. He was thorough with the install, making sure every window sensor, door sensor, etc. was working properly. I will definitely recommend Vivint and the technician gets 2 thumbs up!

Derrick came on Saturday. Went over everything about the Alarm system I enrolled and like a hour later David was ready to install. David was helpful and explained everything well to us. Guy did a Great Job. We were very satisfied.
