Orlando was wonderful! He answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable and polite. If I get anything else I would want him to install. He is professional and personable. He is knowledgeable about all of the equipment and can explain it to a layman.

Great experience. Satisfied so far. Highly recommended. Great equipment. Great set up and instructions. Hopefully, everything will be great for years to come. Customer service very helpful and informative. Billing is straightforward. I plan to pay off equipment and only have the monitoring fee.

I feel like I got great value for my money with Vivint and their representatives exercised excellent customer service. I was not inclined to buy anything at first, but they showed me what a great value their product was and went the distance to satisfy me as a customer.

Service was great, tech guy was awesome and very attentive. He answered all my questions, very direct. When he didn’t have the answer he called the company to get it. He also explained everything I needed to know about the service and equipment loud and clear. The tech also practiced social distancing and wore a mask. Thanks again for great service.

Although the technician was late he had called and explained the delay - he worked well and was very clean especially where drilling had to be done - and three he explained everything very well - overall we are very happy with the experience.

Eric was tremendously friendly, helpful, and engaging. Appreciate all his time spent getting me up and running! Each Vivint staff person I interacted with was extremely pleasant and helpful, and it was great to feel that I was truly in contact with a real person and not someone who’s gotten robotic after too many calls in the day. My only complaint is more a comment to help close a possible gap on the Vivint side. I was never actually trained on how to get my smart home app up and running. I believe I’ve figured it out just fine and I’m able to see and access my system from my phone now. It just took me a while to do it by myself. Thanks Vivint for an altogether positive experience!

Great price, latest technology. I’m very satisfied with all the equipments and services they gave me for the price I paid. I have other companies before and can’t not compare with the service Vivint is offering. They have a great team of technicians capable to help above and beyond in our property.

Mitchell is was professional and thorough with his job start to finish. We had some garage wiring issues but he was able to efficiently come up with a solution and make the job look seamless. I've been needing security cameras! And no not only did they coming knocking on my door for only cameras? But had a lot of great add ons! You would think for all these gadgets it would be expensive? But it wasn't! Very affordable and they are very professional! Their workers speak volumes about this company Vivint Smart Home! I highly recommend them if you're looking for a all around safe system!! I promise you they deliver safety at its finest!!

Thank you for the awesome tech. My phone experience wasn’t the best and I don’t enjoy the long wait times but the technician was excellent. We have trouble with our cameras and can’t view the live feed. Hopefully that resolves.

Sales guy was very professional. Install guy was very professional. Equipment was installed quickly and the installer had very good knowledge of the equipment. Only gripe is the amount to finance for equipment but I know it’s not cheap to give free.

Having a security system I feel very safe. I lived in Chicago and had Vivint there. When I moved to Texas I brought my equipment with me and reconnected it. I would highly recommend Vivint to friends and family.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. From the Sales rep to the technician couldn't have been better. Really can't say much more than that. I would highly recommend Vivint to anyone who is the market for a security system.

We had a technician come to the house to install the alarm. He never included the upstairs windows, basement, motion detectors or patio doors. We tried for two weeks to get someone out to connect the system properly, but every time we called, the hold time was about 45 min to an hour. Finally got through and set up an appointment, and they never showed up. Also, if you have an issue, you have to work with someone remotely who is reading a "how to manual" and pay for someone to actually come out. They asked us to pay for someone to "fix" an alarm they installed 2 weeks prior.

Had a new security system installed with the newest equipment to allow me o feel safer in my home and can see the person approaching.l feel it is a help of safety for me and my feeling of comfort in my home.

This Vivint company has disappointed me from the beginning. I was told false information about pricing & billing followed by hard pull on credit I was completely unaware of. I was on the phone with Vivint for an exhausting amount of hours and multiple days. I would have loved to have my home secure with top notch technology that vivint provides but not at the expense of being lied to on so many occasions.

I sought out Vivint due to the great service with friends. I found the entire process to be stress free with no surprises. No hard sell or up selling. I told them what I wanted and they made it happen quickly. They seem to have it down.

Equipment was installed professionally and nicely done. Using the equipment is fairly easy to navigate with no issues. I really liked that our doorbell was fixed after it not working after months and we now have a nice doorbell camera, as well as the outdoor cameras which are very nice!

Installation tech did an awesome job and really explained things to us. System definitely looks nice and we are excited to have it. It’s nice to have some peace of mind when we leave the home and when we sleep.

The sales associate I had was great, he has been very responsive. However, the activation team missed their appointment with me, then tried to handle activation over text. They got halfway through and the tech just abandoned me, and stopped responding to texts. I spoke with several people the next day and set up an appointment for them to finish the installation, and again they failed to keep the appointment. Note they want me to take a survey??? Are you kidding me? Call someone else!

Brandon was awesome! The process was quick and everything is fully explained. I have motion detector, sensors for the door and a sensor to detect if glass shatters. The camera you can sit and monitor outside all day long, as well as head all the sounds of.

Technician took longer than half an hour cause my house walls were wider than a normal home. He tried to do what he could with what he had and got the job done. He was friendly, kind and respectful wearing he mask at all times.

My home security system was installed today with Vivint. Jimmy, the technician, installed the system with ease, and did everything with precision and serious attention to detail. I had smart locks installed on both the front and back door, and he did everything in one afternoon. The system itself is so user-friendly and has many different options for personalized use. Highly recommend!

I selected Vivint as my home security for the past year. I can only say my experience with both the equipment & customer service. I have to rate a fail on both. There is no follow through from Supervisors or phone reps. The customer loyalty department baits you to resign with a extended contract. If I'm not currently happy, what would an extended contract change? There are times when my app wouldn't work in the midst of an active alarm. The system at times would allow me to view my recorded video camera clips. I initially at sign up paid off my equipment so I wouldn't have any issues with long contracts. I moved & the tech was supposed to uninstall & reinstall at my new place. Unfortunately that didn't happen. I explained that I was a disabled veteran & needed the tech. I've been reaching out for the past week but customer loyalty hold times are massive. I finally get someone on the phone to be advised my services were cancelled.

It was a super easy transfer and the technician did an amazing job of explaining all the feature very well! I love all the features and especially the fact that I can access everything from my phone. So happy to be a part of the Vivint family!!!

I am not happy or satisfied with the outcome. After about 4 hours of installation was completed, I was able to recognize, that my expectations were not met. I am very disappointed. I had a car come to my driveway & my phone never advised me of the car being parked in my driveway. I tested the system with my own car several times, it never notified me on my phone, & it wasn't recorded in the system either. Also my garage overhead door, was never set up to alarm me on my phone or home monitor, the same for my door bell & back door camera movement. I was also very disappointed, because my equipment, which was removed, monitor etc was taken from my property without my permission or knowledge. I plan on canceling my service within the next 24 hours.

Christopher and his technician were both very polite and nice. Christopher explained everything very well and his technician was always so polite. He was asking for permission do things and get everything installed. I highly recommend Vivint to anyone. I was overall very happy and satisfied with the service.

The sales rep followed up after a few months. We had previously been interested in the system, but didn't qualify. We did this time and are happy so far, the install was pretty quick and the tech explained the hub and the app very thoroughly. The thing we like the most was the fact that we can move it if and when we move.

Mr ** with Vivint stopped by and offered Vivint security. He promised I would not be unhappy. For starters I got the doorbell camera and alarm system even though they offered so much more. I am extremely happy with the service and I will be coming back for additions. 5 out of 5!

I absolutely love the outdoor camera pro and Ping camera. Now I can capture any activity any time inside or outside my home. The best part will be recording scaring my roommate! Lol! Good installer, some disparity between what was quoted on phone and what was final price! Flexible system that can be modified is a big plus! Too much paperwork and you really don't have to have my email address! Too many questions!

We have only had the product for a day but so far so good! There are tons of ways to personalize our system so we are still playing with it! But the employees were great and quick about installing it. It's a little bit more expensive but we got so much more than we had!

I was unpleasantly surprised to be charged installation fees when I was lead to believe there were none. I also did not appreciate that the equipment was much more expensive than I was told over the phone. The tech was excellent and I understand it was not his fault. My issue is with the misleading information/pricing over the phone.

Cecil is a great employee to have for installs, he took his time to explain and made sure he didn't miss anything. Also made sure I was satisfied with the equipment and system before leaving my house. 10 out of 10 on customer service.

Had a great installer today! Matt was very professional and on time. He cleaned up his mess and wore all the correct PPE during this COVID Problem. My system was installed quickly/professionally. The equipment is a little on the pricey side, but it's a good replacement to TWC's IntelligentHome that was phased out after their merger. We will see after using it a bit more, I like that it's compatible with Alexa as well.

From when the rep talked to me about Vivint to the technician installing the equipment, I’ve had a great experience. They were all knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. The technicians installed the product quickly and walked us through every setting of the smart hub. Overall, had a great experience and will highly recommend Vivint to anyone.

Uriah was very professional and explained everything very well. Stayed very late until dark to get cameras and equipment set up. He took his time to make sure things were working. He wore shoe covers which I appreciated. The other worker didn’t.

Tech was great and got everything working.. Worked with us to find best location for cameras and what it would see from where... Had a slight issue with the Garage Hub but that was do to the distance from the wifi downstairs.

I don't think I made a good choice after sitting and reading the who papers this morning. I don't think that I will be able to afford this. It is very expensive and the doorbell is not ringing or letting me know when someone is at the door. And I was told I would not have to make a payment until November and this morning the money was already moved from my account.

Timely, clean, friendly, knowledgeable. Equipment was installed with skill, wires concealed. Software is straightforward and easy to use. Setup is complete, cameras work better than expected. Looking forward to new options also. Would definitely recommend Vivint over any other major vendor I researched.

I’m going on my second billing cycle with no access to my panel, wires are still exposed, and not a call or return from the guy who came out September 14th. I’ve called multiple times, submitted surveys. This is supposed to make me feel safe with Vivint? NO.

I have no complaints, and I must say me and my wife picked the right security for our home. Thank you so much for becoming a part of the safety for our family....Most of all the young man that came to our home and showed us everything we thank you as well because you done an outstanding job.

My 2 installers Phil and Tyler were awesome. Very professional. They knew their stuff. Polite and patient. Great job. Quincy salesman took great care that I got what I needed. Will recommend to my friends. I am glad I waited for this security system and installation.

The technician who came out today to upgrade our equipment was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was also incredibly respectful and considerate of our health by keeping his work space clean and wearing a mask. I will definitely let people know about my experience! Thanks again Vivint!

Install went well and was done rather quickly! I have never had a security system before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Very cool equipment. The ring bell camera has a very wide angle! My home is older and doesn't have a wired indoor bell, but that was not a problem for the technician.

Vivint home installers were professional, Polite, knowledgeable, and quick. They gave a quick tutorial and made sure all my questions were answered. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. I would recommend vivint to friends and family.

The technology does not work as well as the sales person explained and the system cost significantly exceeds the benefits. The install was sloppy and the tech left a big mess to clean up. Disappointed in the overall system for the cost and would not recommend.

Had a young gentleman show up at my house. Very polite, very easy going to explain everything very thoroughly. He is dressed very clean cutting, very well spoken and had a team over here to install our cameras and security system and no time. What impressed me the most was the time of night that they were out working to think there were here until almost 10:00 10:30. We had a couple minor complications but the gentleman took care of our bill and knocked a couple months off and couldn't be happier. I have recommended you to multiple people and will continue to do so.

I was very impressed with my technician, he really took the time to make sure I had all my cameras exactly where I needed them to be and covered all areas that I was concerned with. Having a business run out of my home I had a lot of concerns and he really made sure everything was covered, and walked through using the app on my phone. Tech arrived on time. Called another tech to help with the install. All went well. Installed four camera, 9 glass breaks, door lock, and four-door sensors. Did a good job explaining how to use the Vivint system. Pleased with the install. Can't wait to use the system.

Ricky was fantastic. He worked through the needs we have for our home based on the area and even willingly dealt with our 175lb dog. He explained things clearly and the installer was a rockstar. We are bummed the garage door system didn’t work with our garage but we will add it after we finish building our new home.

I love the system. So far the only issue has been with a camera going offline for no reason and not getting our 5g router to stream the video to my phone. The sales guy was helpful and the installation was quick. Shelby and Donald are great.

I operate short term rentals and I love that I can have secure keyless entry, cameras and thermostat all on one app. The panel needs to upgrade periodically but it all works smoothly from anywhere. Makes it easy to keep track of what is happening at my places.

Service was great... The only issue is different referrals.. Some say 50. Some say up to 200. I feel like it should be same across board... This should be offered the same to everybody.. Love smart home so far.. It seem to work great and eager to use it.

I'm very pleased with the system itself. My only issue was the sales rep describing some awesome cameras with all the bells and whistles. When the installer arrived, she had basic cameras and I had to pay about $100 extra for each of the 5 cameras to upgrade to the cameras that were described to me. I didn't even know there was a basic camera. I thought I was getting the cameras described to me. And because I went over the credit limit with the upgrade, I now have to pay an additional "large system" fee every month. I feel like I was bamboozled. The system is great though.

The guys were very nice and very helpful. The setup didn't take too long. And even offered to sweep the mess they had from the drilling. Something others don't care to do after work they do. Both guys were very talkative while still working making it not be so uncomfortable.

My tech, Reuben, was here for 11 hours for my install and made sure everything worked before leaving. He had to replace a couple of different parts to get my install right and never complained or tried to put to the next day; just got it done. He was great and hope he’s my tech moving forward!

Best experience! Before the call I was sent email reminders and text messages to remind me and have me sign needed paperwork! Mitch did amazing explaining everything and making sure I understood everything! He walked me through all steps! I will be sending others to sign up for this service!

Husband and I are very satisfied with the customer service we received from Vivint. Cameron was able to come over and within the same evening have everything installed so we could have peace of mind during the night after an attempted break in. He was very nice and answered all of our questions. Would highly recommend to our family and friends.

I don't know if their timing was just right, but these guys were great. The only reason we were staying with our cheap crappy monitoring company was because I couldn't buy out the rest of our contract of nearly $1000 and I wasn't sure anyone else would be affordable on a monthly basis as well as quality. We're excited for our new system!
