Carlos, the Vivint Tech that installed my parents security system, was incredibly professional & most important, extremely patient explaining how to work the new system to my 82 y/o parents. He would not leave until my parents were completely comfortable & confident using the new system. We purchased additional equipment, not b/c we were pressured, but b/c Carlos's knowledge & expertise what would be best & provide the best security for my parents. Attention to detail is essential when setting up a home security. Carlos was never rushed, taking his time to determine the best location for cameras & other equipment. As I initially mentioned, Carlos patiently worked w/ my parents, explaining & demonstrating how to work their new system until almost 11 o'clock on a Saturday night. It's very rare to see such a high level of customer service. Because of this customer service, I'm going to purchase the same system for my home.

Wonderful technician, excellent work and very pleased with company and technician on a job well done. Explained everything in English and left me feeling secure in my home. Technician was very knowledgeable and seem like he really cared. Would highly recommend the company to anyone.

My Technician Daniel ** was amazingly caring of my needs and questions. The reason I decided to get a home security system was because someone decided to do a drive by on my house and nearly killed myself and my son. So thank you Daniel for your help and courtesy. GOB BLESS.

I would recommend to a friend. Your salesman Jaylen I think his name was. He was very professional in showing the product. The technicians were very professional in installing and explaining how to operate the system. I just hope I can remember how to operate the system. Your salesman gave me his number and told me to call him if I had any questions.

Good deal for home security, the driveway and doorbell cameras are amazing and have 4k video! I would highly recommend Vivint to a friend, they had their technician here within 30 minutes to install everything. 5/5 for sure. A huge upgrade from the ADT system we had installed previously.

All working with us were great! The sales and installation went well. We learned what was needed and process went smoothly. It was nice to have good workers to help us! Any questions were answered and complete. We look forward to upgrading in the future.

Great presentation and technicians very professional. The system gives a sense of security within the home while away. Very user friendly and compatible. The installation was completed in a timely manner and didn't require any major components. Vivint sold itself, I am satisfied with my decision.

Replaced my ADT with Vivint Home Security. Very impressed with the sales representative as well as the installer. Both was very professional and courteous. The only downside is with the Coronavirus Pandemic going on, they need to wear a mask when showing up to people houses.

The live salesperson, Braxton and the Technician were initially not on the same page. Sales said one thing and the tech was saying another! Very unnerving!! The tech initially started off with negative answers to my questions and I actually said I was Canceling until he checked to see what I had initially paid for and was able to calm me - He even forgot the co2 sensor so I said never mind to it .... He also was supposed to have brought 2 yard signs and he only brought 1 .... My paperwork even said 2 signs ...I had to ask that he order me an additional one - (The 2 yard signs were a Huge deal breaker for me)! I am sad that the smaller keypads, 1 in my master bedroom and front entry do not light up like my older ones did - that’s make it very difficult to see in the dark! This is why I only gave 4 Stars! I do love the system and I am glad overall that I chose Vivint instead of ADT.

Very pleased with the service and product. Our salesman’s name was Bishop, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation technician was professional and the installation was fast. They took the time to go over the system and answer any questions we had.

Great deal, super fast, immediate, same day installation. 2 installers who were respectful and worked into the night to get the job done. Great high tech system. Lots of perks including cheaper homeowners and car insurance. Feel much more protected now, thanks Vivint!

Professional, prompt installation and our sales rep, John, was very knowledgeable and polite. The cameras are high resolution, great quality, and the app is very user-friendly. It’s nice to have the ability to control our thermostats remotely, as well. The camera system is excellent quality and we are very happy with the product.

I had a positive experience with David who explained everything about Vivint. Sergio the technician took time to explained everything how the product works and he’s knowledgeable in installing it. He was patient in explaining how the the logging in and how the keypad works and how to get in touch with the customer service people.

The technician was very knowledgeable and super patient with my handicap husband who is also hard hearing and needed extra time to answer all his questions and many concerns. He also spent extra time talking with his manager to make sure I have everything I wanted for a good price.

From the salesperson at my front door to the installer, equipment and service. I’m very happy with the decision to bring Vivint Smart Home to my home! I would recommend to my family, friends and neighbors. Peace of mind!

The install team was great, very friendly and courteous and upon exiting they explained how the system worked. Excellent service $. My only complaint is that we REALLY wanted the Garage Door opener to be installed but it wouldn’t work, this was one of the main selling points of the system, very disappointed.

The tech was very informative and perfectional his work was finished in a timely manner. He wore a mask and appearance was neat and clean. He explained everything clearly. He provided good information and went over the system with us thoroughly. He installed everything in a good location.

Very satisfied with the cost and services provided. Installation was fast and the tech friendly. We had been looking for a camera solution due to stolen packages and some reported vehicle break-ins in our neighborhood and were able to get them in a package with other security options.

Yes I would remind this for every home and apartment. So far this has been great. They have helped with all my questions and are easy to get on the phone. I feel like my apartment is very safe when I am away and at home.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and outstanding service provided by the sales rep and installation tech. I was particularly blown away by the installation tech. It was great 2 see another woman not only working but excelling in a predominantly male industry. She was quick and very knowledgeable when dealing with my less than cooperative router/network. Give that girl a raise!

Technicians were extremely friendly and helpful. They exceeded our expectations and were great with our kids as well. The installation process was very seamless and there were no unexpected problems at all. I would highly recommend the experience to anyone who asks.

We are new customers. The only thing we have to go on at this time would be sales and installation. The guys were very professional and friendly. Both arrived on time and knew their jobs very well. They were able to answer all of our questions.

Enjoyed meeting with Nick and setting up our new system. We now have a true SmartHome that monitors everything from security to flood to fire. The process was easy and we were pleasantly surprised with same day installation. We like the new keypad lock on our doors which now offer us three options to lock or unlock our door. The app also offers peace of mind in being able to monitor the entire house when we’re out.

Sales and service installation were very courteous, informative and professional. We are very pleased with the product and especially the people. After we had a good experience with our sales rep, the installers were there within minutes. In a matter of only a couple of hours we had been completely installed and went to bed feeling completely secure for the first time since we purchased our home some 9 months previously. Your salesman and serviceman were of high quality. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable. When the installation was complete I felt very comfortable with the new system. I want to say that the whole time there with the technician & his services were outstanding. I didn’t however appreciate that customer service told me that the tech would be there between 12pm-4pm causing me to have to leave work for the entire afternoon just to have the tech get there right after 4pm. I understand that he is a busy but customer service should not have scheduled me at that time if it wasn’t going to be honored.

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe and he was protecting me by wearing his mask at all times. Had to make a few choices as to where my screen would be placed but we did it. Customer service is already important to me.

I was able to buy the system and get it installed all in the same day. It’s been great so far. The camera are crystal clear and being able to talk to people through the system gives extra safety. We are also able to see your cameras through your smartphone.

Very professional and efficient with the installation. I was able to receive my new home security at my convenience and to my desired level of detail. The smart panel and window-break detectors were key features for me, but the MVP is the mobile accessibility that comes with my Vivint home security system.

I had a system with another company. My sales guy Tristan was awesome and made the transition super smooth, for me. My tech Seth came and set me Vivint system up, with no issues. I had a problem the very next day. I reached out to Tristan and he was on immediately. My tech Seth came right back and fixed the issue. Both of these guys were super professional, I definitely will be referring them.

The system is fairly easy to use. So is the app. I really appreciate the techs and salesman. The techs were super friendly and communicative, they were helpful when explaining the system, cost and technology! I think I’m really going to like the system.

The technician was excellent. Very professional and patient. He came in and installed our security equipment and explained all of the features. Aaron showed us how to download the information on our phones. I commend this young man and his work.

Willow came first and explained the service really well so well till she made me want it. My installer was next and I think he was Brandon. He was very knowledgeable and provided quick service. I hope I love my new service.

The person come to install the Cameras should be train more, he leaves a mess, he Looks very annoying, impatient.. My contract was on his phone, he don’t want me read it.. He talked me, "I'm all ready to explain it to you, you will take forever to read it.." Horrible experience.

Jacob great at responding and pitching the sale. Installers were professional and definitely appear to know what they were doing. Only hiccup was it appeared the installers were worried about the buyout with current service provider which I feel should be more on the sales list of things to take care of. So far all around good experience!

Paul was incredible and very thorough in explaining everything to me. He took his time to make sure I understood what was offered, what each item could bring to the table, and how to interact with each individual piece. He was very patient as I was having to take work calls in all of it. Very very good.

Maybe because I've been in sales before but I can tell this guy was scripted and just wanted/needed a sale. As soon as he shared the information about the product and got my credit card info he was quick to end the call and I still had question and he missed the service end of the customer service by not providing me with the information on how to make payments. So he gets a 3 for info.

I had the best experience. The seller was very nice and he told me exactly what I needed to know about their service and equipment. I love the service, I had CPI but it is definitely an upgrade. You won’t be disappointed.

My installer was Jesse and he did a fabulous job of installing and explaining everything to me! I even had to have him come back and move the main panel screen because of a mistake I made and he did it without any question!!! Although when he came back another man accompanied him. Don’t remember his name and that day I had a lot going in with my kids and stuff around the house and the man was trying to make phone calls and my kids' school computer was pretty loud that he took it upon himself to make himself at home roaming around trying to make his call which I do not appreciate! I had to stop what I was doing and check to see where he was. If you’re going to send more than one installer they should remain where the work needs to be done. Jesse did an amazing job and I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a system!!!!

They did a respectable job. Sam was very professional. I would recommend them. To a friend or relative no problem at all. As long as they keep their word and no contract on the table. Month by month let's see how things go for now. But all good.

The tech needs a raise ASAP. Very helpful and taught us a lot about our system. I will be telling all my neighbors and friends and the fact this is our first alarm system really shows us that we picked the right place.

Our salesman Brad was excellent. Not pushy and all but calm and professional. Even there to help with questions the next day!!!! Total system installed and working in less than 24 hours!!!! Quickest response I have ever seen. The camera install was in a difficult spot but the tech handled it well!!

Setting up panel today was poor service. Once they activated it they hung up still yet to receive email to set up app. Texted the number that was texting me to set it up my account stop texting as well. Not very happy with the service so far.

Happy with the salesman and with the installers. When the installers arrived, which was within the hour requested and went right to work. Had a few bugs in the system but once the bugs were gone everything was fine. Pictures are clear. I'm happy with the system.

Edwin did a super job with the install and was very thorough. The whole process could not have been any better, and I am very happy with our update and Rusty did a wonderful job as well with my questions over the phone.

We received great service from Jacob ** and the trainee as well. They were both very knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They explain the system how to use it and answered all questions we had.

I went with Vivint based on the conversation I had with an agent about the things I wanted in security system (outdoor camera, video doorbell, etc.) and agreed to a price that I thought included that. While the price was more expensive than other companies, I was willing to pay it to get the features I wanted. In the end, none of that was installed and apparently not in the package I had discussed with agent/signed up for. Now I have to either go through installation process again or get a separate system for outside.

I am pretty disappointed with how the installation went with our equipment yesterday. I feel like it was all done very sloppy. I feel like there was a lot promised to us and then when the tech showed up it was all under delivered.

Everything was great. They explained everything to me. I thought that was great deal. They helped me making my decision on getting everything. The installation with perfectly whopping three step by step on how to use it. Would definitely recommend.

Had a good experience overall, but will have to contact Vivint with some questions. The salesman told me that some of my existing equipment could be use, but it was not connected to my system. I like the equipment and its convenience, though.

Installation was great. Service was great. Had a little miscommunication on install date from the original phone call that was made to set it up. But when Monica showed up and installed everything was good. She was on time and stayed on track. She was helpful with the whole system and meet all my needs in what I wanted covered! I have used Vivint at home for the last 8 years and they have come a long way since I had that system installed. I think I will upgrade at home too!

Tim got me installed in no time. He helped get my stem up and going for me and showed me how to operate everything. Tim also have extra care in installing all of the equipment!!! Everything looks great??!. and Vivint’s entire team saved me a lot of MONEY??? This control panel is EVERYTHING!!!

Jamal was AMAZING! He explained everything to us and walked us through all of our questions. He's a true customer service provider!!! I don't know how much he gets paid, but...Give him a raise!! As business owners, he is exactly the type of person we would hire to represent our business.

The technician that came out did a good job and was very nice. The only concern was he was in such a hurry and didn't spend enough time going over things before he installed sensors etc. And when he was finished. I didn't know that they would be drilling into my doors for the door sensors.

The install team was great as was the sales manager. Easy to swap from ADT to Vivint. The installers did leave boxes all over, but that’s no price to pay for good service. Would recommend to anyone who wants good service.

Yes, I would recommend several friends and family members. The best service was the installer, Everett. Awesome smiles and customer service!!! I looking forward to seeing what Vivint have to offer in the future and hope the price drops somewhat...Lol.

The installation process was not covered much at all. It took 2 guys 6+ hours to do the work. And not all the items needed were present. The time needed and what would be performed by installers was never touched on. Also the actual breakdown of the charges that make up the fee was not explained until after I had agreed to Buy (and that a loan was required or about $4K upfront).

Yes, I would recommend Vivint to friends and coworkers. The salesman and installation tech were stellar performers. I would especially like to commend my salesman, Abraham **. He was very knowledgable and made my decisions for my final set-up very easy.

We are in the midst of looking to upgrade but don’t have the time. Mr. Brad ** stop by mentioning about upgrade of security system plus equipments upgrade. He went through the package, explaining it with videos, pricing & payment details. Very transparent and we sign up on the spot. The installation was efficient and was done the same evening. After the installation, Technician, Kely, walk us through how to use the new control panel, apps download, & apps integration. Highly recommend this services & team.

Guys were great!!!! Technicians and Salespeople were just Great!!!! JACOB AND OREY. Can't remember tech's name but they both were from Minnesota. They were fast and knowledgeable. Honestly felt like I already knew these guys and that they weren't strangers.

Just got it installed and love all the features. Camera picture is great. The sales rep was knowledgeable and well informed on the service. The installer was early and worked quick to get the system up. So far the service does what they stated it would do.

The salesman Stephan A. was very nice and welcoming and thorough. I appreciated him so much. The technician was not. He appeared to not know what he was doing. He kind of complained the entire time. And he also invited two other technicians into my home to help with some of the work. With COVID-19 and everything going on I was a bit bothered. I also wondered why it was taking so long. I do like my Vivint smart home system, the cameras are great and the alarm makes me at least feel safe.

I had a great experience with the recruiter and technician. This alarm system looks to be better than my old one. I am excited to use the new system and see if it really works. I really like the cameras and all the features that come with it

My previews alarm company (Hawk) did not have the quality service that Vivint has offer us. We got the service and immediately we liked it. Especially the doorbell caption and ratio coverage. We can zoom the camera something that we couldn't do before.

The system works. That's all I can really say. Haven't had to use it for alarms yet, the system looks good and modern which is a plus. Cameras are good, sensors work, customer service seems good. So far I have no complaints.

I love everything about the Home Security System. I got 2 cameras, a doorbell camera, 8 sensors for windows and doors, and glass sensor for a great price. The cameras are very clear, I can hear a conversation clearly, and the whole household can monitor the cameras. I love the size of the cameras. The tech was courteous and expert in connecting devices. Everything was simply explained on how to work device including uploading app.

We had an existing system on a business we purchased. I called Vivint on a Friday morning and they had someone out that afternoon and my system fully functional by 4 PM that afternoon. The tech was knowledgeable and did a quality job.

My system required a lot of maintenance so he was in my home for an extended period of time and we had a very professional conversation. It was similar to talking with an old friend. The service was good except when trying to call for help! I experienced long waiting times on the phone several times! Not sure why your service cannot pick up the phone and help its customers in a more reasonable amount of time?

We were impressed with Mr ** presentation and was more impressed to have an installation team install my system that same night. They were professional and knowledgeable with all our questions. Everything was great and we are really happy with the service and equipment we got, but they started installation when the sales rep left our house around 9 pm and didn’t get done until 2 am. I wish the rep had told us how long the install would take and given us the option to do it that night or the next morning.
