Professional technician and well trained. He let me know ahead of time that he would be arriving approximately 30 minutes out. He was punctual and even able to come after business hours to do the install. Explained everything well on how the system worked and overall an awesome experience.

Ryan and Patrick was great! They were kind and helpful. They got the Technician Sergio to come set us up and when things was finish the first day he came but the second day on time to finish the job. The is great teamwork. Thank you. Thank you!

Mike B. completed our installation and was AMAZING. He came out the SAME DAY that we signed up for services and was EXTREMELY courteous and knowledgeable. He made a daunting task seem quick and effortless. All of our questions were answered and he was extremely detail-oriented. We had a great experience purchasing this system. They explained it really well and the demo was awesome. The installer was in and out in no time. Very professional and the system is amazing. They made sure we were comfortable with the install and the system before they left.

Daryl was very professional and responded all my inquiries, he guide me thru the whole system and teach me how to use the security system, he was in time and check all the system, he also fix one of the cameras. They was offline, he recommended a extender and system is working perfect.

Sales men were courteous and friendly, not over-pressuring. Equipment set up happened right after and took about 1.5hrs. Everything was thoroughly explained to us and all questions answered. The cameras are good quality and we’re replaced our Ring doorbell. Would recommend.

Great service throughout! From sales rep, to scheduling depth. To technician! 5 stars service. Excellent service and products. We'll see how well our system performs over the next few months, and then will start spreading the word to our family and friends. We know that there are a lot of companies out there who offer security and at lower prices, but we decided to go with Vivint because of the total package, although I would like to say, a little savings don't hurt. But overall we are satisfied with our system.

I am very pleased with the staff, service, and equipment provided. I feel bad that I didn't get the staff names of the 2 that helped me. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the packages and installation. I really enjoyed speaking with the sales rep. She is actually the one who sold me on your product. She covered all the packages and pricing, set up the installation appointment. She was so pleasant on the phone. She had a "brightness" in her voice and sounded as though she truly enjoyed her job! The young man that came to do the install, explained my equipment package. Asked if I needed to make any changes or upgrades. He worked very fast and cleaned up before he left. He was a pleasant young man. I am glad I chose Vivint for my home security service!

I love my Vivint alarm system. The lock on my front door is so convenient and being able to arm the system and make sure the garage is closed is awesome. I also love that I have live cameras on my front yard and I can review the video anytime I need to and the thermostat is great too. I leave my house the same temperature all year round. My favorite feature is that it will turn off the ac if my house is on fire.

The gentleman who installed our equipment, Chris, was incredibly kind & resourceful! He really gave a great impression for VIVINT! The installation was fast! He quickly helped us learn how to navigate everything! We are so glad we decided to switch users! Our technician Chris, helped us confirm we made the right decision!

Not only are the Vivint products we received great, but our tech Andrew truly made this a red carpet experience. He took the time to explain the benefits of every part of the system, and I truly believe that he helped us choose the best package for our family. On top of that, Andrew was extremely polite throughout the whole process and gave us his contact information should we ever need assistance with our system. 10 out of 10 product, 10 out of 10 experience.

Sales guy Jacob was good, installer was great too! Answered all my questions! Smart features are really neat and didn’t take long to figure out! I love not having to worry if I locked my doors or closed the garage door!

He was fast and so helpful. He followed covid rules. He wore a mask and very polite and he went over everything with me without speeding through it. Wish he could install every thing for me. Lol. Very great worker.

He installed my thermostat and door but they are not working. Door lock is not going to close and thermostat are not working on app. And it also not working with Alexa. Even I asked your representatives they said it will be worked. But no. He has no garage opener. He said he will come next time... I do not know when he will come. No idea. Door bell he did not make whole to close properly and he said you fix it some else then he has to remove it.

Great service, installation was quick and techs explained everything. I will recommend this service. Videos are clear. Phone app is easy and very convenient. Temperature feature is so nice. I love the fact you can check on phone all doors to make sure locked. The medical, panic and emergency was a must for me. I feel very secure now. Finally the cost was reasonable and better than I thought with all options I got. Thank you!

The salesman, Spencer was great! I was impressed that he was able to get a tech out at 8pm to install my panel and doorbell camera. The technician was also incredible, everything was cleanly installed and well explained! I can't wait to have my two exterior cameras installed this afternoon.

Our On-site tech was very friendly & he was also extremely patient. He would go over things again if you didn't understand without making you feel like an idiot. We noticed that he was also super hardworking and knowledgeable. He was able to come up with various alternatives when encountering issues with our older system. Did not show that he was frustrated at all. Great customer service skills.

Normally I’m not big on door to door sales of any kind but when the associate approached our home his demeanor was inviting and I was open to listening to him and the conversation became interesting and warranted further information. Noticing how casual professional he and Hannah were dressed and identification was visible I was really interested in having the added security for our family home. We like that we no longer have to walk to the front of the house to tell a solicitor we’re not interested and check when we have deliveries that aren’t made known was delivered. The installer was very professional and we liked he took the time to clean up the area he worked in when he installed the panel and gave us a tutorial on how it works. The security sign placement was perfect and is very cute too????

Mike was awesome yet again!!! He had great customer service, very knowledgeable and was super friendly.. He did my house in Alamo and my sisters house, he drove up to San Antonio to do my other home. Now that's what you call customer service... And I definitely would recommend him to anyone!!!

When deciding which company to use for home protection me and my wife decided on Vivint. The tech was 3 hours late, bills were wrong, and now I can't even set my alarm system without false alarms!! I have not set my alarm for over a month and I have called 3 times to have a tech come out. First two times they told me everything looks good on there and. It doesn't sound good on my end and is very uncomfortable to have the entire house alarm going off at 2am for no reason. I purchased the door bell camera and it works 25% of the time. The last time I called vivint a week ago I was so frustrated because the guy told me he sees no activity and I told him how is he going to when I don't even set the alarm because me and my wife have 5 children that wake up screaming due to false alarms. He told me now he can have a tech come out but that I would have to pay $49.99 for a service trip??!?

Vivint has very Highly professional installers. They completely explained my system, and didn’t try to oversell me with products I didn’t need. They also completely explained my new system, and gave me a very good price on my system. They also gave me their personal phone number to help me with any issues I might have.

The young man who came to my home today was very professional and patient with me. He made sure I understood how to work my panel and phone. I am very happy I chose this company for my home security.

The technician (Mark) was very professional and patience. He took his time to answer every question and explained anything that I didn't understand. Although this was a great experience, it would been better if Vivint offered more than 1 panel. It's very difficult to tell when a door is open, especially if you are upstairs or in the basement.

We are very happy with our new system. Our installer Kyle was just outstanding! He did a thorough job of installation and more importantly cleaning up after himself. Then he thoroughly explained the system. We are very very pleased at this point.

The tech who installed my system today on October 24, 2020 was great. He arrived 10 minutes early and that was good because I had to work. He also explained everything he was doing and why. All questions were answered and was given an entire system overview. Equipment package was also adjusted for what was necessary for our home as we had originally included too many glass break sensors. Would recommend this system to friends or family.

Good. Did a good job. Double and triple checked his work a lot. My house not in perfect condition but he left crumbs behind everywhere he drilled holes. He said to save the boxes in case I chose to pack up and return items installed.

I like to get a good understanding about what I'm signing up for. Therefore I ask questions. I was told I ask the same questions the same way. He said I would have to reschedule if I cont. Several question in the survey had not been asked. Before I could answer I had to inquire about them with him. He didn't have time to assist me in so many ways. Left empty boxes on table and had to call as ask about my stickers . That's when I was informed they will come in the mail. I was told I didn't have to pay an installation fee nor did I know I had to pay the first month payment. There's much more to say, but unfortunately you all only allow so many characters. Not sure if all of this will go thru.

Smooth installation if the rain hadn’t stopped him from putting in the second camera. Tech was great. He explained everything in great detail. I was very pleased. The placement of the equipment will make it easy to remove when it is time for me to move.

Installer was very clean, courteous, and explained everything very well. It was an easy process and he made it that way. He was very detailed and the installation looks professional and well done. The time he took was not bad either.

I just got my system installed. The install didn't take too long, they have interest free financing and it doesn't seem to cost too much in comparison to AT&T, which I had before. Supposedly it uses various ways to "power" the system (I.e. your phone, WiFi, and another system) so if one goes out, it'll still work. We'll see.

Upgrading to a new fiber optic router meant that I need a higher quality doorbell. I was definitely not going to spend anywhere near 300 or $400 and Vivint popped right up. Getting just the doorbell I got a full installation, and Brent was able to put the doorbell in a better location than my original doorbell even was. Beautiful looking product when it is installed, really really nice app and wonderfully priced. I feel super lucky.

Joshua was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He went over everything with me and main concern was that I felt safe and I appreciate that! He also helped me go through the whole app and software and trained me on using it properly! Thank Vivint family!

They go above and beyond in professionalism and communication. Very thorough, polite, considerate, they made sure I understood the panel and how the phone app works. Ensured we understood how each setting works, as well as each one of the electronics functioned and how to change if desired.

Spencer ** was great. He looked at my equipment and told me they could install it, other Vivint sales persons said it couldn’t be installed because it was too old. (I took it out of one my businesses and felt like I made a mistake of going with Vivint) but Spencer changed my mind, and not having to sign a long term contract was great. (I have Spectrum internet with no contract and love it, going on my 5th year with them.) It just makes you feel like they trust you so you can trust them. The installer was great too, very professional and my equipment worked like new when he left. Job well done.

I was told I would not be charged installation. I was charged for installation. Called and was told this would be resolved by salesman John **. Called support when it wasn't taken care. No action! I was charged for items that were not installed.

I had seen another Vivint system install and was impressed so I decided to change companies. I spoke to a Vivint Representative and talked about the features I was interested in and received a quote. On the day of the install I was informed they did not include the cost of a lock as had been discussed and was the wrong charge for the cameras and they could not link to existing system as I was told. The cost then almost doubled.

Leary at first, but God must have sent the right two people to my door because Geo & Alex were professional and knowledgeable and I felt really comfortable doing business with them. They worked hard and made sure I was set up and ready to go in no time flat! Thank you part of the Vivint Smart Home family.

Great guy! Great service. Recommend this company and installer. On time with great communication via text. Offered to be there if questions. Friendly. Easy to use panel with great instruction. Love the phone application with access. Kids will love it too. Like the option for police.

Everyone involved was very kind and professional and the work was done in a very timely manner. The equipment is much better than our previous and we like how customizable the settings are, and love how it won’t stop working even in a power outage. The equipment can be installed the same day, I recommend after 6pm to wait till the next day because the guy installing was at the house pretty late. Other than that we love our new system.

Update 10/21/20: 6 days later, numerous phone calls, several escalations to managers, and my 3rd appt fell through again today! So after all my complaining I received a text from one dummy who chose not to respond to me right away because of how I responded to her text. Well excuse me for being irate from feeling unsafe in my new home. And the fact that you chose to disregard me and then follow up a day and half later is unacceptable. And then someone else texted me today asking if he could call me. I was so confused as I had my in person appt already scheduled. Well when my tech never showed up, Alex called me saying he was a supervisor and that he could help walk me through resetting my panel.

He was very self explanatory as to all what they have to offer and what the security business Has to offer. How much more widespread their cameras pick up and how much more clear the picture is and sound.

Brandon was awesome doing the install and very patient answering my questions. First night using the system and it’s very user friendly from turning on the thermostat to arming and disarming the system. This is something I will be recommending to my family and friends.

Once I got my issue fixed for the other problem I had he finished in great timing. I believe I picked the best security alarm company. The installer, Steve was great. Did a good job in the install as well as explaining everything. He was on time and did not rush. I like the fact the equipment comes with a warranty and once you pay the equipment off, you pay one low payment a month.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and well seasoned and very detailed as far as instructions and well spoken. Highly recommended. As far as installation and placement he showed out helping me see all angles of the home with only 2 doorbells and 1 exterior camera.

The installer was a very great person, very nice, asked where and how I wanted stuff and showed me everything. The installers were very courteous and professional. They explained everything very thoroughly. The installer had a trainee with him, he was also very professional and courteous. He took us step-by-step through the app and showing us how to work the control panel.

After the installation, he also did a thorough tutorial on using my new system. I am excited that I have taken this step to improve my home’s security. They took money for 1st payment out of my acct. Said device would be here today and it's not.. and they called me during dinner time with wants but not doing their part. This is very unprofessional. It's them. It needed to be delivered today. They gave me their word it would.

I like the system although the sales person didn’t sell me a complete system. My windows are unprotected and the package didn’t have a padlock. I will need to buy them separately. When I asked he told me that he misunderstood and I felt like he just didn’t care or that I couldn’t afford it. I still have to figure on my own how to set up the app. The technician didn’t tell my husband how to do it.

Sean was great. He installed everything in the house. Was very professional and nice. He worked very quickly and was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products and services. He made sure everything was complete and working before he left.

Liked the product and the install and installer were great. The best thing for me are the cameras. The keypad is a great pad and the view of all the cameras on it is great. Also being able to speak through each camera is awesome.

The system is awesome!!! Also, the install guy, Ed, was super fabulous! The ability to talk through the cameras is so cool. Can’t wait to get the smart lock installed. I would say the only beef I have with the company is that the install phone number is a long wait until you reach a human. Everything else is awesome. :)

I have had a couple issues after installation. First my thermostat caused my AC to blow hot air. That was resolved that night. I was also charged a $199 activation fee that I was told would not be charged. I was told that this would be refunded and it’s been almost two weeks and still has not been resolved. I also have not received the buy out money I was told I would get to pay off my Brinks contract. I am working with the salesman trying to get that figured out so we will see where that goes. I have intermittent issues getting the app to communicate with the house mainly locking the front door or opening the garage. It’ll work sometime but not every time. The tech was amazing and he answered all of my questions. He texted me in advance before he came to my house. He was very helpful. He walked me through on how to use the equipment. He explained the payments and the process to me thoroughly. He waited until all of my equipment was working before he left. I was amazed.

Vivint installation employee was very courteous and respectful. I have a small dog and he made sure to watch for him when he would open doors, etc. so he wouldn’t walk out. Knowledgeable and quickly installed the system. Gave good recommendations on what we could add to make the system even better (smoke alarm that connects to the system, etc).

The agent was knowledgeable and straightforward. I shared a bit of my financial history with him and he didn't make it all awkward. Also, he was personable and efficient and I'm excited about my new security system that will come with easy self installation.

I am a returning customer with VIVINT as I had a 2 year at a location I could not have their service. I had a brief month with another security company that I thought would have been good but was greatly disappointed with the service of this other company. VIVINT spoiled me with quick alarm contacts, especially since I never got a single one with the other company. Another bonus is my technician that installed my system was great! Very knowledgeable and listened to every concern I had and helped me find a solution to my needs.

Our equipment does not look like it was set up correctly. Our front door continues to error even though it looks like it's locked. They didn't clean up an outlet that they used for an outside camera. I also don't think I got all my equipment that I ordered. They were here for a while but recommended that I reschedule for another installation for the remainder of the equipment I ordered but now that probably means I have another set of installation fees. Vivint is used within my family, this is our second home where we want it equipped but didn't have that great as a service as the first time.

My power is out in my living room and it’s your guys fault. So I need you guys to contact me ASAP or I will be canceling. I expected this process to be smooth and easy but instead my wife and new born have been home all day without power in the living room.

Our Vivint representative was AMAZING!! Very helpful and thorough! We were extremely frustrated with the scheduling process and no show of technicians but once we got someone to the house had a great experience. We love the equipment and are happy overall however feel the customer service side needs some work.

My sensors has not communicated with the panel for over a month. My door lock continues to get stuck. I have changed the batteries on the door lock and it still will not turn all the way when unlocking it with the code. I have to manually unlock my doctor for my children to get in. My alarm system continues to beep, and I have to reboot it every morning to stop it. I have called Vivint over two times about the issues and they are unable to fix it. I was informed that a technician had to come out to fix the issues. I was told that a technician cannot come out until the October 22, 2020 which was a month away. I told them to cancel my services. The representative had the nerve to try and sell me a new system. I refuse to buy a new system as you had my system for about 13 months.

Romar ** was very helpful through the whole process. He walked us through everything before he did it, all the paperwork, then again once he was finished. He was very friendly and professional. He got everything done in a timely manner.
