Absolutely outstanding. Timely, patient, seem to be happy with the company he works for and seem to be motivated to help with any other issues I may have. I would like to have him install any future security for my properties. He is exceptional.

This was the best experience with any company I have ever had. The regional manager, Tyler, was amazing. More than amazing. I will recommend Vivint to everyone I come across. I have a situation that I couldn't get help with and Tyler was more than helpful to me and my daughter.

The tech. That came to my house for my installation was super friendly and very helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I had a rough start with the customer service. I called multiple times and was told I would get a call back for scheduling and never receiving and call back. After the third call and sitting on hold for 45 plus min I was able to finally speak with someone who could/would help me.

Both my tech Brandon and my service starter Brain were great. We had to plan the install date to my off day which made it very accommodating for me. The problem we thought we had was fixed in seconds. I would highly recommend this to someone else.

The service was great and the system is super easy to figure out even without the Tech showing you everything which of course he did. First time using one and I love it. Now I can keep an eye on my kids and tell them to knock off the fighting when I am upstairs without yelling lol, plus I know we are safe.

Very informative, professional, and patient. Answered all my questions to my level of understanding (I’m not technical/digital savvy). Unit was installed in less time than expected. I still had time to fulfill some of my other errands. Would recommend to family and friends.

Field agent was very professional, knowledgeable, nice and very helpful. He had to call his manager regarding a problem and the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable also. Field manager Von was very patient and answered all my questions that I asked.

We have been so please by the service we have received from them so far. We move in in 2 days and they have assured us that we can contact them 24 hours a day with any questions or concerns that we may have. They have stayed on top anything that I have needed and any information that I have needed to get to them. They honestly did make it so easy. And because they come so very highly recommended I cannot wait to feel so secure in my new home.

I was very pleased with how the process was explained before it was actually done, and how I was asked if I had any questions before he started. He did his job and explained what he had done, how it worked and if I understood and if I had and questions.

The service was excellent, friendly, kind, and very knowledgeable. I will be recommending to family and friends. The system is user friendly and worked better than I expected. I got the service and it was installed the same day. The camera and the notifications are very helpful. I am happy with the service and the equipment as they are top of the line.

I called because I really need surveillance in my...My credit was checked and so I didn't qualify for certain promotions...I did get offered a promotion of Y sensors outdoor camera, panel and doorbell ...I did my down payment and also had problems with forms reflecting the correct amount. I called today because I did a survey on FB and got a 200 dollar credit and called so that can be applied to my account. And now the technician mention I didn't even have a outdoor camera with my contract! I would like to speak to a supervisor!

The rep was able to accommodate us with timing and always courteous. He assured us of a thorough installation and they would do everything possible to be in and out quickly. The installers called the initial day of installation but it was late and I requested another date. On the date of installation, I did not receive a phone call prior to arrival and I was not at home. They came back later when I was home. The thermostat didn’t work and they forgot to link my motion sensor. I was told they will contact me today regarding that issue.

Sales and installation guys were great, knowledgeable and professional. Had everything up and running in no time. Helped me get the app all set up so we can use it to see cameras and arm and disarm system. Works great.

One of the most delightful reps for your company. Very patient, pleasant and understanding. He was knowledgeable about the job and wore his mask. He was very neat in doing his job, not leaving trash behind. System is very easy to use. Doesn’t matter what age.

They were all very nice and professional. I hope to enjoy our new products. I would recommend them to friends at this point, I have nothing else to add. I just got this late last night. I need a few days to see.

Very pleasant personnel. They were very professional as well. The sales person was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. The installer girls did an excellent job and were also very friendly. I would recommend them to any of my friends and family!

Installers/Technicians were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. They offered suggestions, were respectful of my wife and I working from home (video meetings) and went about doing their work, not even letting my nosy dog distract them. I give the crew high praise.

The installer was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, punctual, and concise...couldn’t have asked for a better experience and super excited about my new and enhanced home security system! I was walked very thoroughly through the setup and features of the extremely user friendly control panel and system.

Equipment is top notch. Installer was very professional and knowledgeable. Wish I had this installed sooner. Equipment is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Don't waste your money on Ring or any of those other DIY video cameras.

Pretty good experience. Technician was excellent. But some things were a little clunky like the cancel policy having to be emailed even though it says it should be a paper copy. And not knowing the cameras need to be wired to an outlet making locations a little restricted.

From the sales rep to the tech, and even the equipment. Everyone and everything is top notch in this company. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I discontinued my previous company as they weren’t nearly as good as this one.

The installers were great and explained everything in detail. They were very clean and neat and asked for placement of everything. They explained how to operate the new system, and also went over what I wanted versus what was needed.

We are Highly satisfied with our tech that came out to install the equipment and everyone else that made this happen. We are so happy that we have Vivint now!! I already feel so much safer. Thank you Vivint for everything.

Dustin, my installation guy was fantastic! The guy I spoke to over the phone to set up the service absolutely sucked. The only reason I felt comfortable was because of our technician. I feel like the company is just nickel and diming you!

I used to really like Vivint but they contacted me to tell me I had to upgrade my control panel and after they mailed me the computer chip, and I installed it. Once it was installed they discovered it wasn't going to work with the cell tower in my area and the existing hardware. Therefore, I agreed to buy an entire new system as well as wait for a technician to get in touch with me so he could reinstall my existing chip because it's going to be the later part of October before they can install all the new equipment and I'm left with no alarm system.

Tech came in, installed the system and educated me on how it works. He was able to come up with a work around. I'm glad I picked this system. Only took a couple of hours. Will recommend to friends and family.

Every part of our experience with Vivint has been great! Our sales rep, Spencer, made sure everything was in order and took the time to explain the features we would receive. We had lots of questions about pricing and the packages that were available which he answered without hesitation. We spent two days speaking with him and he never got annoyed with all the questions we would ask and how it would affect the price we had to pay.

Customer service was excellent. Answered all our questions and quoted the best price for our home. Technician was Very knowledgeable and very detailed. He called ahead of time to confirm appointment and was on time. Answered all our questions. We Will definitely recommend.

Tech Andrew is very helpful and professional! He is very knowledgeable. He is very explicit explaining the software application. He was very punctual to the appt and he made sure that the apps is fully understandable. More power to him!

Carolyn did my install with Vivint. She was fantastic. Very efficient. Ran into a couple of bumps with my old wiring and she quickly fixed them. Excited to see how all the new features I have work. I would highly recommend her to do your installation.

A 10/10 to the great customer service provided by the person who came to install my alarm. He was polite and ready with an answer for any question I had, made me feel more secure with this system. Thank you to him and this service for securing my home.

The salesman was a little pushy but in the end we got what we wanted. One of the selling points was the garage door opener which wouldn’t work and the tech said he has that problem a lot. I wish the salesman would have said there was a chance it will not work. All in all the system seems to work good. Downstairs camera has went offline twice. I did get a package notification while at work this morning and it was nice to be able to confirm that it was there and have the option to turn on the deter to chirp at someone if they approach it. Only been one day but I’m satisfied so far.

Awesome job! Great attitude and done right. Kept everything simple and clean. Cleaned up after himself. Showed me all the jingle and bells about the system and was great to my dogs and was very funny guy. He knows his job and very knowledgeable about his job.

Our rep Justin ** presented Vivint and did a great job explaining what we were getting which was over double the amount of protection than we currently had. Getting the smart lock and doorbell camera were great. Give Justin a chance to see what he can do for you.

So happy to switch from ADT. Better experience all round and at a better price and modern equipment. If you are thinking of switching, do it now. Great customer service and follow up. Excellent technician installed and explained everything. I look forward to a long service period based upon the excellent service so far.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with a security system. From the customer service rep to the technician, I give 100 stars!! The cost is great, the cameras are great, the service is great!! I would definitely recommend Vivint to everyone!

My technician called me giving me an update on his arrival time which was good since I was at work going waiting for the time of appointment. Freddy was on time and polite/professional. He explained things and made sure I did not have any questions. My experience overall was very good.

I kind of ended up making an Impulse Buy because at first I did not realize he was selling me a different service than I had because of the Slick sales pitch. In addition to this during installation they dislodged one of my wires for my phone line which is still not working to this day. The product, however seems good otherwise.

Really nice and professional. They were super fast, and they cleared all my questions. They explained to me in details how to use the app and the whole system, and gave me a lot of advice. Now I feel super safe at home! I’m really happy with it!

Had a technician out today and he was so helpful and friendly! He answered all of our questions and got our system running smoothly. He apologized for the trouble and was very courteous and attentive... even walked us through setting up the app!

The install went well. I was expecting to get more money off the system and it is just far too expensive. We really like it but price is so high. I would really like to discuss other pricing options. Install was pretty fast and clean.

I was asked to meet installation technician at my home at 11, he text me & said he was running behind & walked me through the set up. He stated he needed to call me but when he did it would go straight to VM & I was unable to call him back. He now has stopped communicating with me and I don’t know if the setup is complete or not. One day in & I'm having buyer's remorse.

Extremely impressed with Brad's presentation and product knowledge. Installation technicians were thorough and efficient. The explanations on how the product works were stated in minute detail. Have yet to fully take advantage of the full product and service but are completely satisfied so far.

Great experience with both Torres and Brad. They were professional and did a great job. Just want to thank them again. Now I am just enjoying all the features I have. It is really very cool. I can’t see my home when I am away and know that my family are safe.

So far good quality, great assistance installing it. The salesman and installer both did a great job. They were both kind and helpful, and got the job done in a timely fashion. They explained all the equipment and how it works.

Ammon was a very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent presentation! Installation took about 2 hours and installers were very efficient and explained the installation thoroughly. Apparently, we were supposed to receive a yard sign and window stickers, but did not receive them.

My specialist was Esteban. He was wonderful to work with, friendly, and made sure I understood what I was doing. I would definitely recommend his services to any of my friends or family members! Give that man a raise, he definitely deserves it!!

Richard installed my security system in my home. He was very professional, courteous, kind and patient with me. I’m not real computer savvy but he took time to show me how to work the panel system several times. He is a very nice man.

Our experience with Vivint was a little rocky to begin with due to confusion in communication intracompany and having to have 3 separate appointments for primary install however, the account manager Denise and field tech Ariel made us confident moving forward and are the reason we did not cancel the service. Both individuals went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service and are very knowledgable. We chose Vivint because of their quality equipment that does not run off wifi and are going to stay loyal because of their personnel that are honest, knowledgable, and trustworthy. Both Denise and Ariel follow through on their verbal communication to us and were the saving grace of Vivint for us. System is very user friendly and I feel more secure knowing Vivint is there for us when we need them.

I am extremely pleased with my security system install. The workers were great people and delivered a great service. They were also very mindful with me working at home. I enjoyed the process. This system has thoroughly helped me with my PTSD symptoms.

Our provider was very knowledgeable, prompt, and friendly. The system is easy to use and affordable. Would definitely recommend! I filled out an inquiry on Thursday, got a call on Friday and was installed and ready to go by Tuesday.

I think Vivint has high-quality equipment. We have been happy with everything so far after using it for a few months now. I did sign up for the promo "install50" free install plus a $50 gift card that I never received. Maybe it will come after a few more billing cycles. See attached screenshot.

The agent was very courteous and professional. He introduced himself and had on uniform and ID. He explained system, help me set up password and pass code. Everything is updated, rebooted and set to work. I did not like that the question asked if the document was reviewed and reviewed. I think it should be 2 separate questions. I reviewed, but had not received it yet.

I’m a former Brinks customer and the product selection with Vivint is light years ahead. They check in on you to make sure you’re still protected even after they already closed the sale. I absolutely hated the Alarm.com integration but with Vivint I have a lot more integration options. Justin was an amazing sales guy and Jordan and Mike installed everything quickly. Y’all are next level!!

This security system is just simply awesome. So user friendly and the security camera detail is just so clear and also easy to use and record. Highly recommend this to anyone! And the customer support service is excellent. Had one minor issue that was easily resolved.

The representative was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the entire system to us and he made sure that we understood before moving to another topic. He was respectful and culturally sensitive because when he came to install the system, it was during prayer time and he waited until we were done to enter the house.

Good, friendly service. I would recommend to a friend and family member. I got disconnected from the call and a sales representative called me back within a few minutes. I think the price is affordable, and they really work hard to get you service within a few minutes.

Our tech was great! Very professional, very experienced, walked us step by step through everything. Went the extra mile to help us change key lock. Very happy with the service and the app is top-notch. Quality of cameras is excellent, customer service was wonderful.

Brian and Josh did an exceptional job. They had previously installed at my home and I was so impressed with the system and the service I had it installed at my shop. I love Vivint and have recommended it to my friends and family.

Install went fine although it took two days since they started in the evening on the first day. But when we had to shut off the AC due to an issue with it we could not get it to start the AC back up. I was working so my wife had to sit on hold with service 30 minutes before being walked through the program to start it again. All this while the AC repair tech was waiting on it. And Only to discover it kicked off again moments after getting off the phone with them. Now awaiting new thermostat. This was all within days of the install and with the Vivint thermostat. Not satisfied at the point at all with the service.

One of my door sensors had worn out, called Vivint. They troubleshooted the problem and sent me a new sensor, then gave me a credit for not being able to fully secure my house. Everything I have called them I receive professional care.

It was a great experience. The Vivint employees were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend Vivint to everyone. They didn’t take long for the set up so it is not time consuming. I see myself being a long time customer. I feel safe at my house also when I’m at work. Don’t have to worry while I’m working.

Everything went smooth from the presentation to the installation of the system. I love the Vivint Doorbell that lets them know that their being recorded, and being able to see who's ringing the doorbell, I feel better now that my home is secured by Vivint. Thank You Vivint.

We were not aware it was a 60 month contract until after we had signed the contract. Also we were under the impression that due to the “special” there were no equipment fees. We are not upset because we still feel it’s worth it, just would have liked to know the price upfront.

Excellent equipment much more advanced than my past provider. The tech was excellent explaining things during installation. The pricing is very fair as equipment and monthly service prices combined are still lower than what my past service charged for just monitoring.

I got two outdoor cameras, a door bell, all all my windows and doors secured. My technician was very professional. He install our equipment Quickly. He was also knowledgeable about all the equipment that he installed in our home. I would recommend to a friend.

Matt B. Came installed and had our system up and running in no time. Scheduling department initially had to reschedule and they called us the day of and then couldn’t reschedule us until the following week which was really inconvenient. Other than that we are happy with our new unit.

Everything seems ok, I was told there wasn't a deposit or down payment, but I see the monthly payment was deducted today, wasn't told that. All the equipment seems to be quality equipment. Installer was good and helpful. Thanks again.

Everything from the sales pitch to the Install was professional. The installer was able to install with in an hour of deciding of our purchase. He had answers for all our questions that we could possibly think of and very knowledgeable on everything. He was also very clear on his making sure of our ability to use the system before he left..

I not only got an inside camera but I got and doorbell camera too with a smoke detector and lord knows I needed a smoke detector. Overall I'm pleased and the guys was friendly as well. I couldn't have asked for more.

Amazing service from the actual rep, Gavin, that I talked about my smart home system with all the way to my tech, Jacob. Very easy to use and customize to my lifestyle. It was a Good experience as I had been looking for a system good in price with quality equipment. The salesperson Samuel and Tech person Daniel were very professional. They walked me through equipment set up as well as an overview of the alarm system. They explained the history and the quality of the security system in it entirety.

Our experience was great from the start. Max our salesman did a great job explaining the products and benefits to each one. The installation of our cameras, smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detector were done in a very clean and professional manner. I’ve seen other installations with other brands and the were sub-par. The whole family has enjoyed the cameras and I feel more secure knowing there is better security at our house.

I’m on a 30 day trial. I really don’t like technology but after sitting down with Caleb ** He had a technician here within 15 minutes. The technician had it hooked up within an hour so. I’m definitely going to give it a chance.

The technician was professional and courteous. He advised that I can call if I have questions and he instructed how to use the security system. I would easily recommend Vivint to my family and friends and I am eager to try the new system.

Wonderful service with super nice and helpful tech and salesperson. I’d give 10 stars if I could. They answered every question until I was comfortable and happy with the details. They were very transparent and worked quickly. I kept changing my mind and they patiently adjusted their plan every time. I felt good about using this company.

I am extremely pleased with the service we received today! Our tech, Kareem ** was AWESOME! Not only was he super friendly, knowledgeable but he took the time to explain to my parents how to use their phones to control the alarm system and work the cool new doorbell camera we got. Kareem was super fast with installation and even showed us how to change the battery on our alarms. He has a great personality and way of making you feel like you’ve got the right person in your home. Kareem represents Vivint wonderfully! We’ve had people come to our home before to install things like the internet or tv and they were not as pleasant as Kareem was. Best experience! I wish he worked at customer service for many other companies!! Great Job Kareem!!

Ben (the salesman) was amazing with describing how Vivint works and Lee (the technician) was fast and neat... The cost is reasonable.. I've only had it for 12 hours, but I love it and I feel so much safer!! I am definitely going to recommend it to my friends!

Great job with the installation. Very informative and respectful of property. Would highly recommend if someone is looking for an alarm system with smart home capabilities. Although it took longer than I thought, they ensured everything was installed properly and worked before leaving.

Shopped around and finally went with Vivint. The monthly service costs more than other services in the beginning due to financing of the equipment. The system is great. Overall, it took about 6 hours to install. No price tag on having peace of mind when it comes to home protection.

The installation process was fast and a breeze. Matthew, was proficient, safe and polite. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend Vivint to family and friends. I am a general contractor and will be recommending Vivint on all new homes I build.

Carlos provided great customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Installation was very quick and easy. The system is easy to use and has a ton of customization. He also helped link my hue lights to the system which was pretty awesome.

Our installation rep did an excellent job. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the installation service we received. He gave a complete explanation of all features and showed us how to adjust settings. A lot to absorb all at once but it will sink in better over time. Great customer service. They explain all step by step. Answer all my questions. Very professional and friendly. They go step by step with all so you can understand the whole system. They work fast too. Will recommend to friends and family.

The technicians that installed my Vivint security system were great. They asked my opinion on equipment locations and provided recommendations on the best options and explained what they needed to do in and out of the house. They were very fast and gave a detailed walkthrough of how everything worked.

I saw the ad on Facebook. After filling my detail the company call within a minute and they asked me about the system and they guide me very well. Even the Customer Care were very nice. They went through each and every detail in brief. Overall I love the Customer Care service.

Technician Ron ** was awesome. He was really helpful and explained and answered my wife’s and I questions. On a Scale from 1-10 I’d give Ron a 10. He was fast setting up the equipment and treated us very well. I hope to have Ron come install more equipment for me for when I decide to get more equipment.

Quick and professional. Affordably cheap with decent not cheap feeling equipment. I do feel a bit more secure. A very good answer to Amazon and post office leaving packages at my door and not ringing the doorbell. Easy setup, easy to change. They would have gotten five stars out of me if they had offered trapdoors at the doormat or a moat filled with sharks. JK.

Chris helped me get my system updated and back in working condition. Even helped me get my thermostat set up with the smart thermostat. He was very helpful and polite. Chris made sure everything was set up and I understood how to work my system properly. Thank you Chris.

Updated on 09/27/2020: This is a continuation of my previous Review. After a 6+ hour customer call marathon, they promised to refund their shady additional charge of $53. Guess what? They charged me an additional $53 before giving me the refund. They tried to sneak it pass me as well. If I wasn't looking closely at their billings, I would've totally missed it. For my previous review, they just replied and forwarded me to a standard Customer Service chat link as if that's gonna solve and remedy all their shady practice. God I want this company to go down to ashes!

An ** was super nice and very friendly perfect sales rep. Sam was also awesome he explained everything and helped us set everything up and made sure we knew how to work it before he left. Great service. Definitely worth every penny.

I did not like that the representative did not disclosed to me that he was doing a credit report inquiry on me, and he did not disclose the full cost of the service. And I did not get everything he said I would get. Now I cannot open my garage from my phone.

The duress started during a Q & A Session on the Technician's iPad with 2 officials of the company (1st. a lady, followed by the CEO of the company). The Technician demanded that I should answer 'Yes' that I have read or reviewed agreements/documents I had never read or even seen till today; and during the installation process, he repeatedly obtained my signature under duress and my initials ones, on his iPad, under documents he didn't allow me to read. He didn't even give me an opportunity to take a survey I was expected to take on his iPad. He didn't even discuss how to monitor the system using the cell phone, as my daughter who signed up for the system told me; etc. The whole process was a nightmare and I need someone to talk to about it. I feel that it was a scam.

I had the best experience with my Vivint Rep/Regional Sales Manager Nik. He ensured my security needs would be taken care of for my children and I. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do, what it will cost, and didn’t force me to spend anymore than my budget would allow. Thanks Nik!!

The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very respectful and polite. All the equipment I requested was ready and the technician did a great job putting it in. He also answered all my questions. I am happy with the job and very satisfied with the monthly service fee. The system is high tech, but easy to use. Well worth the investment.

After moving in a few weeks ago, a man came to my home saying he was from Vivint. He tried to find ways to enter my home. That didn’t work and he was told to leave while he still could. Call the company and they will set up a house call and named tech. I appreciate Mr. **.

He was on time - even earlier than he said. Very friendly and personable. Handled and answered all questions and concerns asked. Gave his honest opinion about anything I asked. Installed what this job entailed easily! Very nice gentleman. Highly recommend him!

I am not satisfied with the agent during the installation process because I don’t feel that I understood everything about the system, ie. how to operate it comfortably- as simple as how to arm and disarm, and how to access the app. The call was terminated after registration verification, when I was under the impression that it shouldn’t have terminated because I was told by the agent that he would still go over the education piece. I tried calling him back and sent a text and voicemail but no response in any form. This is frustrating for somebody who is new to Vivint, not a good impression.

We had a great experience with Vivint and setting up our custom security system! We were able to go room by room to decide what products we wanted. Super user friendly and they helped us feel comfortable with it from Day 1!! Highly Recommend!!

Our salesman was excellent and our tech and electricians were knowledgeable and informative. They came in and did a great job and let us know everything and walked us through every step. Once everyone was done, they made sure we understood what to do and left help spots in case we got stuck with not understanding what to do.

Install crew were at my house the same day I purchased the service, to do the equipment installation. Guys were very knowledgeable and fast. Great job. They had my whole house completed within a couple of hours. And they were excellent at teaching me all about the system and how to use it.

Chris was very nice. However communication wasn’t great. My system was poorly installed and I am not happy with how it looks. I was referred & Janai took care of the set up and she did absolutely wonderful. Just not happy with the install.
