Installer did a great job installing other system. Very efficient, extremely courteous, and very knowledgeable. I will recommend Vivint to everyone I know. I feel much safer in my home now, and my girlfriend loves the convenience and sense of security.

The security products appear to be great. The salesman was fantastic. They have products of all sorts to provide safety to your home. The installer is who made the whole setup go bad. It took him several more hours than it should have. He did not speak fluent English which made learning the system nearly impossible. He forgot what he was suppose to be installing. He asked us where we wanted things but we wanted a recommendation from a professional. Would ask me to read things to him. After 4 hrs. I had to go to bed not knowing how to work my system. My home is suppose to be connected to one app and he could never get that to happen. They're sending another tec today. We'll see how this goes.

My technician was the most courteous and explained everything in detail. My agent was also the perfect person. Thanks, Keegan and Mike for making sure my needs were met and I got just the service and quality of what I requested.

Was little weary of a security system. This company changed my mind. Couldn't be happier with install and ease of use. Marty, installer was great, very neat and professional but also very personable. Would and will recommend to neighbors, friends and family.

The customer service is horrible and has no idea what they are doing. I was kept on the phone over a hour doing the job of a serviceman and it took in 5 minutes. I asked over and over to have a service call sent to my address. I am very unsatisfied with this company. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. He rest everything back to normal that the call center messed up. I would say that working with customers over 30 years that how your call center handles call should be fixed.

The representative Jake was so helpful and went over and beyond for me to be able to get service. He called me back at the time permitted and set up everything I needed. I will have services on by the close of this work week.

My experience with Vivint from signing up to installation was awesome. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I appreciate how the technician walked us through each aspect of the systems we have. He also did some on-the-spit trouble shooting of the Vivint virtual feedback system - very helpful. The systems we have work great, and customer service is very responsive. I would add that the camera quality is excellent. I recommend Vivint without hesitation.

The technician was very professional and explained and showed me how to work the program after the setup. During the installation the technician was pleasant and made sure where I would like my cameras installed. He went over the order before installation. I would recommend Vivint to others based on professionalism and equipment.

My installer was amazing. He did everything I asked and he was very knowledgeable. I’ve had a lot of Vivint people come to my house and he is by far the most knowledgeable as well as the person that uninstalled it he was also knowledgeable.

The service tech was friendly and knowledgeable. Installation of the panel look great. Tried out the system and it works great. Very reasonable in price. The tech ask me about my habits and put me on the plan that was best for me, very appreciative.

New Vivint Alarm is amazing. Sales to installation was A+! We’ve ADT for years and this was the best transition for me and my family. Door bell alarm is awesome! Professional, informative, made sure job was 100% complete when before leaving, answered all my questions, I felt comfortable with system, and I like the system, it is easy for someone who is not a technical person, this system is better than systems I have had before, this is an easy system to work.

The technician that set up my system was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & he finished the job in a timely manner. He made sure that I was fully aware of all of the system’s functions and capabilities. He had no problem answering any questions that I had. I’d definitely recommend Vivint.

Door alarm: I enjoyed Vivint installation process and also I enjoyed Troy that installed my door alarm and yes I would recommend a service to all of my friends and family. You must have a great Internet service to have Vivint. I like the security of my home and I like to know what is going on around my home. The installation was very quick. Installation was great. Good help and great walkthrough with the system. The system is pretty fancy. Better than what ADT had for me. Definitely the peace of mind I needed. I just have problems with the setup prior which we spent an hour of trying to move pass it so we could start the installation. But that’s the administrative and financial departments fault. Needs a lot of improvements. Just not what I expected when I did all the setup over the phone prior. I honestly felt like nothing got through the tech. We had to work through it and that’s crazy because he’s paid and not me.

Excellent customer service from both our sales rep to the technician, who came to our home. The technician installed our equipment very fast and explained. Gave us a step by step on how to use the phone app and the equipment.

John answered all of my initial questions as well as following up and additional questions during the installation. Joseph did a great job answering all questions and the installation was professional quality. I will highly recommend Vivint to family and friends.

Excellent and affordable service. Technician Art was easygoing and efficient. They have their own products and they customize to your liking and the liaison was very helpful in finding what works best for my home. This modernized system is wireless and has all the smart features you would need. Love this system!

Vivint’s customer service is great! From the initial call for information to the installation, each person I interacted with was attentive and pleasant. Lee, who installed the system today, was extremely polite and patient and took time to answer all of my questions. When we ran into an installation hiccup, he troubleshooted all the possible solutions. He was careful and attentive with both the work that needed to be done (including making sure to clean up after he had drilled, etc.) and to Covid-19 precautions.

Great customer service. And I am now feeling much safer at home. Thank you so much Vivint! I think ???? this system should be in every home in America. I would recommend this security system to all my friends. I am really happy to have something so special in my home.

The technician, Eddie, was professional and courteous throughout the process. Wonderful service and install. Punctual and assisted in identifying best coverage for our home. Suggestions made sense and did not feel like items were being pushed into services. Cameras and other devices have clear picture and easy to use on phone app.

Satisfied with the equipment. Tristin was excellent and going over every detail with me. The time it took to install the 4 cameras outside, 2 inside and having everything connected was very proficient and done in a good amount of time.

Vivint home security system is awesome! Sales rep/installer Steve ** is exceptional! I am legally blind, and disabled. He was professional, patient, and explained everything in detail, and answered every question I had! He help me to work the system a few times to make sure I knew exactly what to do. The system itself is so, and I mean so user-friendly! The information on the screens are large enough for me to view. I still need to use my magnifier for some functions, but it is 100 times better than the system I had prior to this one. The camera is very clear, the notification beeps are loud enough for me to hear anywhere in the house, and you can add items in your system if you choose.

I am so pleased with my Vivint experience. My installer was very friendly and efficient. The system is super easy to use and so much more reliable than my previous experience with Ring. I love the equipment financing option because that meant that I could have the smart home I wanted immediately while fitting nicely into my budget. All in all, I am very happy and I cannot recommend Vivint enough.

He did an awesome job. He installed everything fast, he did not do anything that will make a damage to our newly built house. We have discount and they allow few more cameras to be installed. Vivint is highly recommended. The safety of their clients are their no.1 priority.

Install went smoothly and system looks easy to use. I didn’t ask if there was more cost to add sensor in garage. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about setting the Alarm system and phone. I was impressed how smoothly the system was sold to me. I wasn’t interested but in the end I purchased it. I think it will be a good system.

Awesome products. The cameras and sensors work great. Technicians were informative and friendly. Definitely gives us peace of mind when we’re out of town or not home. It took a little bit of time to get the appointment scheduled but that’s my only complaint.

My only hesitation with the process is the equipment being delivered before installation. I prefer technician bringing all equipment during install to avoid any tampering or other issues or concerns with equipment. The Vivint representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Benjamin courtesy and willingness to help receives higher marks than the actual process.

The Sales rep Angelo ** was courteous, very helpful and sold me what I had asked for. He explained to me in detail the process of the installation and gave an appointment that was suitable for me. David ** the installer was also very courteous and helpful. He also explained to me the process from financial and installing aspects.

Quick and easy panel activation. Paid an extra 50.00 to not be in contract. I think a 30-day trial should be offered for new customers or maybe there is one but not offered. It would also be nice to have different price points or packages that better suits the need of the subscribers.

The woman that helped me was great. She was patient yet diligent in getting things done. However I gave Vivint only 4 stars because the gentleman that originally took my call received the very same info from me but simply passed me off to someone else where I had to give all my info and reason for my call again. If only Shane was as helpful.

We had a very professional sales and installation team. Very happy with purchase!! Quality of the cameras and system as a whole should work very well for our safety and security. I like being able to add more features as needed. I will be recommending them in the future.

We were billed almost $500 for work that we didn't ask for. We were not told we were being billed for anything. If we were asked we would not agreed to spending $500. Then it took almost 4 months for Vivint to refund our money. Every time I called they gave me a different excuse. I would and will not recommend Vivint to any friends or family members.

I was very pleased with the install and the representative was very nice, I love I can control my door with my phone and don't have to use a key! I would recommend this service to anyone looking for home security. Very satisfied customer.

Installer arrived to home. He installed alarm system, camera on the side of home, and reactivated the doorbell and camera in the front of the home. However, he did not show us how to set the code on the front door. He said that it needed new batteries and that the door code should be easy to do, once the alarm system is set and new batteries were put in. Well we tried Sunday morning with the new batteries and tried to set the code ourselves, but with no success. I am requesting that someone else come out to correct this. He did not clean up the mess he made nor take the boxes during installation. Metal pieces were left on the floor that could have easily been picked up. He was in a bit of a hurry.

Both the salesperson Ethan and the installer were exemplary in their profession. I would say they singlehandedly made this a great transaction. The system works perfectly and my family and I feel much safer now that we have it. Great job!

I was very pleased with my installer and am far more likely to recommend Vivint because of him. Elijah answered my questions even before his prompt arrival at my early morning appointment. He was knowledgeable about the equipment needed and made helpful suggestions about how to protect my home. He was patient in answering my many, many questions and helped me to move forward within my budget while addressing the electrical limitations of my older home. He also did his best to clean up after drilling. I sincerely appreciate his help this morning and cannot say enough about how much safer he helped make me feel as I move into my home today.

This is my 2nd home where I have a Vivint system. The quality, advanced technology, detail is unmatched. Indoor cams are incredible, outdoor cams incomparable being 4K with deterrents. Smart homing my Home created convenience plus energy savings. Worth every penny.

Happy with results. Service reps were great and system works fine. Only problem is an inability to permanently delete images on phone apps. Still waiting for tech support to call me regarding a fix. Again, only issue is for tech support to call with a fix.

The young man that came explained everything very well. Was well informed on the equipment and what we may or may not need. He answered all questions that were asked and made sure we understood. He cleaned and vacuumed any area that was necessary. He did not leave our home until he was sure we understood how to activate and deactivate the equipment.

On the day the equipment was installed there were two failures on the system and one week later they are still there. Battery related failures are unacceptable a day after install. The thermostat was not installed as promised. I’m a very disappointed with the install.

Staff extremely nice. Expert installation and fast work. Only issue is smoke detector didn’t work properly and had to send it in for new one. Besides that the app is super easy to use and user friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for new security system.

I have only had the service for a few hours and so far so good. I would like to comment on the installation. The gentlemen was very timely, polite, and knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and made sure he updated me on all of his whereabouts in my home. Although my son is learning remotely and I was working from home, he was very considerate and not a disruption at all. He was very thorough in his explanation of the services and utilization of the equipment.

Smartest thing I've done in a long time was getting Vivint installed in my home. They are so professional and the system is top-notch. I can't recommend them enough. Cost is super cheap for the amount of quality and peace of mind. Love it!!!

Driveway camera records 2 hour delay from current time. Chatted with several agents & spoke to Rocky who installed system. Stated camera/app needs update. Activity log & Notifications is showing current time for driveway and doorbell, but when Driveway is recording, it displays 2 hour delay.

The process was almost painless, the equipment is high quality and very modern. Salvador was amazing at putting everything in/setting up the correct way, and took the time to show me how to work the equipment. You can use the camera to talk to people as well, and it sounds very clear, even from the street.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. The installation went fast and equipment use and phone app was explained. I like the system and ease of use. The doorbell camera is viewable on phone app as well as smart panel.

Technician installed the doorbell and said it would work until the doorbell transformer blows. Not good. Said I need a bigger transformer and to hire an electrician to replace the existing one. I did hire an electrician but it will be a while since they are busy.

Cecil was very professional and did a great job installing and talking to my wife and I explaining what he was doing how the system worked and what we all was getting from Vivint. Knowing that we have a safe security system my wife and I feel safe.

The person that went door to door, and he told us about Vivint alarm company. I heard about them years ago, I was with ADT at this time. Before I talked to this person, I call ADT to find out if I can cancel my contract, and he told me my contract has expired, I said I was just wondering. I got screwed by ADT. I was lied to, now they want to charge me $300 for a early cancellation. But I did sign up with Vivint so far. I ADT corporate office and explained what happened with one of their employees, so they knock off $200. It should of been the whole thing since it was their mistake. ADT is a good alarm company. Never had a problem until this time.

Had 2 reps stop by home and they provided great information regarding Vivint services. Rep included on how I can switch over to them since I was unhappy with my current provider. Orlando is not only knowledgeable in what he does but also provided great customer service.

Salesman showed up at my door at 8:30 pm. Told us they would buy out our contract with existing security company which didn't happen. Then the installation technician didn't show. Up until 10:30pm that evening and didn't leave until after 1:00am. Took them a week to come back and finish the job. Added additional products and was told it would be financed with the initial set up. Then received a bill for the additional product. When we called about it they said it couldn't be added and we would have to pay for it. Bad experience all the way around and would never refer anyone to Vivint. Felt that we were given bad information just to make a sale. Very unprofessional.

This is our 2nd home w/ Vivint. We will be adding another product w/ our family's home. Our install tech Brandon was amazing. Professional and knowledgeable. Brandon allowed the new system installation to be flawless. Knowing we have protection in the home puts our souls at ease.

No one ever followed up on anything they said they would do by phone or email. Even when the equipment was finally removed, my CONFIRMED time for the technician's arrival was different than what he was given. Glad to be done with them.

Great company, great service! The team members are all very knowledgeable and personable. I was referred by a family whom has had Vivint for 5 years and counting. The app makes it very easy to utilize. When I am not home I feel very comfortable that my home, family and assets are all safe. When I lay down I feel confident that my house is guarded. Peace of mind is what I feel!

Very upset that when prices were given to us that it was never mentioned that the price did not include tax and when technician arrived and spent 45 minutes on paperwork instead of actually installing the equipment it was outlined for the first time the 2 video fees totaling $10 for cameras another increase in fees over what we were planning.

They have ran my credit twice, but the second time to be not approved and they charged my card twice. Now, they are giving me the run around to get my money back. They are a scam and not a good business.

The look and features of this doorbell camera are way better than any others that I’ve seen out there. The Deter feature is cool too...It lets people know they're being watched, which I’m guessing is the largest part of deterring crime rather than just getting them on camera.

From the first call to post install I have been beyond pleased. Over the phone “rough drafting” your security system was explained thoroughly and any questions were answered and explained. Install (I wasn’t home, wife was) she said he was great! Knowledgeable and experienced in his craft. He knew exactly how are where to put the exterior cameras to maximize views, and this guy was fast! We are very pleased and will certainly be recommending Vivint to everyone I know!

Your app isn't the easiest to use! I've been trying to login since last night and have clicked on the forgot password and 12 hrs later and still have not received a temp password. I've tried both of my email addresses and nothing.
