I must say I am very pleased with the service I received yesterday. I must thank my tech Stephen for helping me learn the system and making sure I felt comfortable before he left. I would definitely recommend this company and I love all the equipment I received. It’s super easy to use, thank you for a great experience.

My installer Jason was very knowledgeable and professional, he explained everything in great detail. He answered every question and concerns I had. I would definitely recommend Vivint to my friends and family. He left a pamphlet along with the customer service information for any other concerns or question I would have in the future.

The service I received from Robert and Isaac was “Top Notch”. They explained the entire process of my security system and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. They were meticulous and thorough in their work and were courteous and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend Vivint Home Security to my friends.

The tech was polite. He showed me how to operate everything, but it will take me some time to get use to. He answered the questions I needed. He walked me to each door to show how it operated. He gave me the notice for cancellation if I decide not to go with it. He even presented me with a card to invite friends and family and a welcome book for me to learn how to use my panel.

Excellent sales, installation and service! Would highly recommend them to anyone. Installing only took a few hours or less. Very knowledgeable and polite. The system is very user friendly from phone app and also keypad. Very inexpensive for a peace of mind for home safety when I’m at home or away. Notifications are very nice also when motion is detected.

Awesome service... all sensor are working, app is easy to navigate. The looks of sensor are really aesthetic and pretty. I’m really enjoying the quality of image in both of my cameras. Customer service has been great as well. All questions had been answered. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a lot of back and forth on the fee and people disconnect phone calls by accident. Tech who installed was the best! Live in person talking was great but phone support was long time wait and not as helpful as in person.

The installer was courtesy, thoughtful, capable, and very professional in his expository as he moved from one task to the next. I was treated with dignity and was made to feel his competence was going to be most beneficial to me.

Installer arrived 2.5 hrs after install window of 8-12. I had to call Vivint twice to inquire on the status of the install. While he was professional, he did not wear a mask at all times while in my house. He did not clean-up before leaving. Also I just found the two new keys of the new door lock he installed, on the floor next to the front door. No yard sign was left apparently because they are out of stock (I know this because I called Vivint inquiring about the sign). On a positive note, he was able to get me the right starter package based on my needs and the fact my home was pre-wired with alarm devices already installed.

Excellent service. I feel that my home is very safe now and that I can use this equipment successfully. The technician Enrique explained everything in detail, answered all my questions and was very professional. Showed me everywhere he set up the equipment. Very professional. Very detailed. I’m very happy.

I can’t say that I remember his name but I will say that he was very pleasant and Extremely informative making me feel comfortable with the decision I was making since I was so undecided previously having ADT come to my home on the previous day. He was extremely hospitable and efficient.

I was satisfied with the technician. He was very friendly. He made sure to let me know how to work my security system and answered all my questions. The whole installation was done neatly and rapidly and most of all safely. I would recommend them!!

This company is misleading. I asked if you would pay off my previous account... and sales person said yes... now it's the next day and I am being told no!! So disappointed in your company. I will not recommend to my neighbors.

Dave was very nice and polite. He was very educated on the equipment and took time to explain everything to me. Dave had no problem taking down my old equipment to put up the new equipment. I hope all of the workers are just like him.

The biggest thing that I was very disappointed was with the installation. When I spoke to the representative and ordered the service I was told I could add my home cameras that were already installed. Just to ask them, they said most cameras are compatible. When he came he said no, didn’t try to see if it was compatible, he said if it’s not Vivint they are not compatible. I explained that when I ordered they told me they are compatible with most cameras. The technician didn’t even try. He said iIf it’s not Vivint we can’t. Very disappointed with that.

Instalation didn’t go well. They had to come out 3 times. And the tech ruin my custom front door. Was very very rude... I’m very sad because of this. Call Customer Service. Not helpful. Didn’t do anything really to resolve the problem. I don’t recommend the service nor the company. I was going to promote this company as part of my business but would not want my clients to go through this bad experience.

The sales guy and the installation guy were good. The company need a little restructuring. The company wanted to give me an old doorbell for the price of a new pro doorbell and would not bend on the price even though my old panel would not support a newer mode ringer. I guess they dont need the business.

It’s as easy as he said! It sent me texts every time someone was on the front porch and doors opened and shut. The salesman and installer were very professional and polite! We enjoyed our experience very much. Would recommend them to any one of my friends!!

Very pleased with the professionalism showed by the technicians. Appreciated the attention to detail during installation of the numerous home security products. Very satisfied with the security system as it comes with a central hub, video doorbell, surge launch camera and numerous room and door sensors. The App is also helpful with a quick loading time to address any needs.

The comparative high charge is compensated by quality equipment and reliable service. The technician responsible for installation was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend to sign up for the home security package offered by Vivint and feel secured day and night.

At first I didn’t want this device because I already had the Ring. However I noticed what I was lacking with the Ring was their customer service is non existent and I loved the technician Krista and salesmen Caleb! Great team effort!

Recently moved into a home where the previous owner had Vivint already installed. The process to get it unlocked and transferred to my name was frustrating and difficult. I tried the online chat, no help. They gave me a number to call.. I was transferred multiple times and put on hold almost every time. Someone finally got on to help me that I could understand and we were finally making progress. Then he told me that I HAD to pay an activation fee (understandable) and then had to pay for a month of service even though I didn’t want it and expressed it multiple times and asked if there was any way I could get any kind of discount or anything. No luck.

I love Vivint. I have had it at my house for the past 6 yrs and now I just had it installed at my Mom's so I don’t have to worry so much about her. I’m sure that she’s also going to be happy with it. The installer was great too.

You learn fast to use the system. Not difficult at all. So far so good. The camera are very clear. You be able to communicate without stepping out of the house if someone at the door. If I recommend it yes no doubt. Great system.

The technician was punctual and very professional. He addressed all questions and concerns that I had. From calling to find out information about the system to installation was 3 days.... Installation was quick and efficient and the system and equipment is perfectly priced. Clint ** the Vivint technician that installed my home security system did a fantastic job. He called me the day before his visit to tell me what time he would arrive and was on time. He showed me how everything worked and walked me through setting up the system and the finer points of operating it. Now all my home systems are linked together through one access point.

So far, I have been pleased with Vivint. Kenneth, the installer, was thorough, informative, and personable. I have used the in home and app made for this system, and both work well. One concern is that the door lock doesn’t have a handle for those who need to replace the door handle to get the remote lock. I’ll need to manually install a handle to open the door. Other than that, I’m impressed with the system.

I made a decision to change alarm companies from ADT to Vivint since I was at the end of my contract. I contacted Vivint to see what they offered. I was able to run down all my current options with sales and they provided a quote. For the most part this what was discussed but sensors was bumped up in numbers. This was no big deal as the on-site tech would review options when they showed up.

WIlliam the technician was very professional when it came to the installation of our security equipment system. Furthermore he explained every detail on how to use it. He was very informative to my family and took a step-by-step on how to use the pad. He was very friendly and very patient and answered all of our questions without a problem. All paperwork was handled before the appointment even began making for an easy installation. The tech called before arriving and was very polite and professional. Installation took about 1.5 hours. Use of equipment was explained along with any after appointment support tools we may need. Very happy with our experience.

Everyone I have worked with on the phone and in person has been purely professional & inquisitive and respectful to our needs and questions for the equipment and services we might need. James our sales rep was exceptional in helping us develop a plan, Pedro our installer was very kind and professional during the entire setup process. We now have a sound basic security system for our family that provides a sound sense of security for me and my wife.

When deciding which security company we would choose I had an estimate from ADT & Vivint. My estimate with ADT for equipment was $2300 and when I spoke to Vivint it was $78 including monitoring fee for a 3 year commitment. Not until the day of installation I find out it’s $4,000 for a 5 year commitment! This did NOT include monitoring of $39 per month for 5 years is another $2340. I should have known this info when signing up for service not be surprised at installation.

I needed a new alarm system and the transition was seamless. Michael came and set up my alarm with ease. Instructions for usage was simplified. The camera views are excellent. So many options in making every aspect of your home controllable through their system. Definitely recommend using Vivint.

First time home buyer and I wanted a security system. Everything went smoothly from the first quote request I sent to the installation. The technician that came out to do the installation explained everything well to us and was very nice.

AJ installed our cameras and system. He was absolutely amazing so professional. And our cameras and alarm are great! The clarity is outstanding! The control panel is so easy to use, along with the Vivant App. I love the night vision and how you are able to take with the cameras.

Installation was quick. Making an appointment was fast and easy. They were able to come out same day. Sales Representative explained the process along with everything else involved and answered all questions. Paying is simple and convenient. I am happy with the service. Images are clear and live feed and recorded events are easy to pull up.

I signed up for Vivint in 2016 after being assured that I had the option to cancel at any time so long as I pay off the equipment. I was specifically trying to avoid a long-term contract. I was told they were giving me their "buyout promise" and they would be required to honor it. After multiple connection issues with the devices, their technicians' recommendation was to upgrade the equipment that would require me to pay off the existing equipment then have a higher monthly payment. I declined and have been trying to cancel service for several months since.

The whole process was very easy to get started. The installation process was very fast and efficient. Our technician provided great customer service for the entire time of service, and his explanation of the system was very thorough. Thank you, Vivint! We feel safe and sound in our house now.

Excellent services with Tim. He answered all my questions and very polite. He didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied. Tim went over every detail of my pad to make sure I was comfortable with the alarm system. I’m completely satisfied!

I just became a customer and it took 3 days to become a customer. The experience was terrible. Customer service was not good at all. I was provided 1 price and when I called back to provide my card information I was quoted a different price. The call was recorded and confirmed that I was given a price but they still was not willing to honor it.

The installer was a pro. He had to overcome the misinformation disseminated by your sales staff just to get a customer. If it were not for Joshua and his professionalism I would not be a client. Tune up your sales staff to the quality of your install team.

Everything went great, the tech installing explained everything to us and helped a lot. As well as the first agent who we spoke to on the phone. Very good service from beginning to end. Everything was explained in a way we could understand.

First of all, a lot of the information I received when I called versus during the actual visit by the technician was different, second the Technician did not want to work with my needs as far as camera installation location and quantity and was argumentative. Third, the installation itself is very unprofessional and incomplete because she did not cover the holes after installing the wires which gives a way for the bugs to come inside the house. Fourth, the system is very intermittent and not working as advertised, cameras Don't give a timely alerts and unable to take pictures while watching live cameras as I was told. So we're totally unsatisfied with Vivint.

Tech showed up and completed work in a timely manner. Explained how the system works and how the app functioned. He also reviewed the web-site with me. He also answered my wife's questions about the app, website, cost per month and questions about our previous system with Vivant.

The sales department lied to me about being able to use the Simplisafe equipment so it cost me a lot more. For 4000.00 I expect something much more professional looking than the placement of the most awful jumble of plugs sticking out or hanging off the walls.

Installer was fast and professional, not to mention very patient with us, there was a mishap with hardware ordering and it was resolved very well, I’m pleased with the system, with easy of use and mobile access to the camera and alarm system.

Very nice installer. His explanation was very simple. I will express my opinion to anyone. It is so important to have a safe feeling secured home. It is also safe to feel comfortable when you are sleep or when you are away from home. The option is so comforting. I feel so much safer now that we have this system installed.

Christian was great. Nice professional and patient. However the financing side was a complete nightmare. This was eventually worked out. But was very frustrating. Seems that maybe there is a communications problem. It took quite a bit of time, most of it on hold, before this situation could be remedied. Also the “FaceTime” survey did not respond to verbal answers and that about doubled the time it took to complete survey.

Great experience with Seth. We appreciate all his hard work and patience. System went in quickly and is easy to use. Nice clean look and we feel more secure already. Wish all customer service could be this easy and fantastic. Highly recommend Vivint!

I haven't fully used the system yet, but going through the tutorial and experimenting with the panel, I'm quite impressed. I'm really impressed that the front door locks automatically. The camera range is also impressive, better than the ring doorbell.

Friendly, honest and upfront. She walked me through everything and gave me options and explained everything in detail, leaving no stone unturned. Installer was awesome. I look forward to Vivint holding her standard! I hope that they give me the service and integrity that she did.

The sales person, Uriah was very knowledgeable and helpful. The equipment was expensive, but once that is paid off, the service fee will be lower than we paid previously. It makes us feel more secure with cameras at our back patio, driveway and front door.

Got a great deal for financing and equipment was installed quickly and works great. Fast response! I accidentally tested that out. I feel safer with the videos and picture quality is great. They offer a lot of bells and whistles but we only got the door bell, interior motion sensor, and one backyard camera. If you are into easy mobile techy system. This is an all in one for sure.

I am happy with my purchase! It gives me all the features I wanted, nothing more, nothing less. The technicians that came to my my house last night left my house very unsecured. All window sensors are not synced to the system, neither is the motion detector. In addition, the front door lock is not synced to the system, my previous codes do not work. My daughter could not get in last night. She rang the doorbell, it doesn't work. If I leave, my house is going to be very unsecure. Oh, I forgot to mention I don't even know the passcode to disarm the system. I am afraid to arm the system.
