The system seems pretty good so far, no complaints, great view with doorbell cameras, the technician done a very good job, lay out his game plan that's best for for my pocket budget. I would like to add another doorbell camera on the back side of my house.

I'm very pleased with the services, the doorbell camera as well as the thermostat control feature. I think these things are great for the consumers personal and private protection. I recommend people that's looking for home security to look into these options.

Melissa was clean and neat with her appearance. She was very courteous and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and was so patient when I had tons more questions. She was also punctual and I would recommend her highly as an installer! She’s a real plus to your company!

Christian was phenomenal and came early set us up with the correct equipment. Went through the equipment and set us up with all the knowledge to help us work our system and protect my family. I would highly recommend to anyone I know.

Vivint technician George C was very knowledgeable. Did a great job installing 3 outdoor cameras, doorbell cam, motion & smoke detectors & panel. The app is very user friendly & cameras are great quality. I feel our home is secure.

My experience from beginning to end with Vivint was great. The installation was seamless. The tech was professional and explained everything. I appreciate the transparency and the quick install time. Compared to my experience with two other major vendors my experience with Vivint has been far superior.

My technician, Bryce, was awesome and handled every question I had. He explained everything very well and was professional in setting everything up. We had a few struggles with the online system but he managed to talk to me and his people at the same time to resolve all of the issues.

Had installed a new thermostat and doorbell camera. We had an older doorbell camera, but the new one has much better quality pictures and special package protection functions. The new thermostat is compatible with iPhone app so it can be controlled while away from home. Very simple to use.

I was having a bad experience with Vivint because my original rep was ignoring my calls after telling me to reach out to him once we was ready to schedule for installation. Then the first installation rep couldn't find my house said he got lost. His gps took him to a flat land area. BUT Andy came to install and saved the sale. Andy was great! He recommended some things and also took away some things that didn’t make sense to have. All in all I am happy with my security system thanks to Andy!

Shannon was superb!! She was friendly, knowledge and helpful. She is great at her job. She was here at 8am this morning and got the job down. Made me feel comfortable about my decision on choosing your service. This is my first time having a system like this with the camera and this will give me just a bit of assurance so I will know what’s to come.

I purchased home security system from Vivint. The sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable about their security product and my home security concerns. The installation was on time, and the installer was professional and provided us with training on how to arm the alarm and view cameras and use the system’s options. Vivint delivered what they offered.

I was not totally satisfied with the service I received. I was originally supposed to have service on an existing system on 1/23/2021. I never received a call from the tech so I called and was told that it couldn't be connected because the previous tenant had not disconnected service and that would have to wait until 1/27/2021. This is understandable but was not communicated to me when I first requested service. This resulted in me wasting time waiting on a tech.

The salesperson was very polite and accurate with his information. Made sure that I had a full understanding of what would be installed and what the cost would be. They were very helpful. The system is very very easy to use. It don't have to be a computer expert to run the panel. The installer made sure I understood all of the options on the panel. We are pleased with the system we have.

Andrew was great; bless his heart; he went above and beyond to make my transition a positive experience. I really appreciated the buyout option. It was a simple and easy process. Thank you, thank you and thank you again!

Roden installed my equipment and was awesome. He took extra care and measures to make sure the cords looked nice. He gave great advice on The amount of cameras for the coverage I wanted was right to fits my needs.. So far I love the system and all its features.

Service was professional and excellent. The overall install was also fast and well done. Install tech Lopez was very friendly and explained things to me very clearly. I had used a self install home security system, Alder, but it was not very good. Vivint is way ahead of Alder in both service and technology.

Our tech, Richard **, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. He explained everything as he went about the installation. He gave me an in-service on the app and the panel which was very easy to comprehend. He was quite personable... making for a pleasant experience.

The last technician seems to have resolved the issue. Once we changed the system over to be in WiFi on the home network only (rather than wired). I believe the issue is the distance the panel is from the router, as we have WiFi repeaters, once we used ours rather than the signal coming from the Vivint devices it seems to not drop out so much. Not as strong but works nonetheless.

Joseph is a great worker. He explains everything and answers any questions. He has a great personality. I would recommend him very highly to anyone that wanted Vivint installed. He is also very patient with the customer's dogs. Their barking didn’t bother him at all.

Installation was a success and the products being used are an asset and a great investment to my new home. Installer gave me a lot of options to choose from. Also gave great insight on which products to use and not to use.

Great system for upgrading to a smart home. All locks and cameras connected to an easy to use app. Easy to use & affordable. Installation was quick, tech was helpful explaining how to use everything and showing all available features. Camera doorbell has a good picture.

Installation was a breeze. The tech that installed it was very personable and professional. Also wore his mask while inside which is good. It’s nice to have a doorbell and camera out there now. There were no surprises and overall it was a good experience.

The installation tech Joe was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the system to be installed, my available options, and the associated costs. I chose a couple of extra features and we completed the paperwork before installation. The whole installation was completed in one day and holder devices were tested and working before he left. He gave me all the time I wanted to discuss the operation of the system before leaving. I am well pleased and happy to recommend Vivint.

We researched a lot of companies and chose Vivint because of the good reviews, great sales experience and option to go month to month on the monitoring with no required contact term. The technician who installed our equipment was knowledgeable, professional, took the time to answer our questions and walked us through everything.

Luke my salesman was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and just an overall great young man. My installers were super nice also. The one trainee made a few mistakes, leaving my windows unlocked after he left for one but tried really hard and was very friendly.

The installation was very professional. Everything was quite clean, and the instructions were exceptionally clear and easily understood. Michael is a credit to your company. When he arrived he introduced himself and worked very hard to complete the install. We couldn’t be more satisfied.

I would definitely recommend someone, the service was awesome and they are willing to work with you and have different options available. My technician Zoe was awesome. He explained every detail and went through how to use the system etc. This is a great reasonable system!

I’m glad we have it, but thinking back on the initial meet and greet late in the evening wasn’t the best approach for a salesman. It was around 8:30 in the evening when two men rode up to our open garage door on a Segway. After a few minutes of telling us who they were and about Vivint he said he needed to inspect our doorway to the house and proceeded to open the door and go in. This could have been an imposter or someone wanting to rob us. Then, he said he needed us to come inside. Thinking back on it, it really was a scary way to confront someone about sales and we shouldn’t have let him into our home like that. We would have gladly had him here with a call first from Vivint.

I really think the equipment is awesome and works well. The sales and tech guys were friendly and informative. They have a variety of gadgets to choose from and maybe things you didn't know they had. I really recommend this security service.

Great system. Connie was really awesome with the installation, clean habitat in the job site, great explaining and instructing how the system work, also a good person. When we asked questions she was there to answer and help us out with anything we need to know.

The process from start to finish was pleasant. The salesman and the technicians were all very friendly and professional. My only complaint was not being informed when a device placement challenge came up and resulted in some brick damage. It’s no fault to the tech... it’s old mortar. I would have preferred the camera just be placed on a different surface if possible and the options were not presented to me before installation was completed. Other than the device placement not being brought to my attention beforehand I am very happy with the service provided today.

My customer service technician was personable and helpful and the secure payment system was just as amazing. I felt violated after someone broke into my house, but the staff was amazing in helping me feel safe and back to normal.

Mitchell was informative and knowledgeable about the system. Very patient while system was definitely slow. He offered to wait while system rebooted. Offered a referral code for me and another friend of mine. He transferred me to troubleshoot department to figure the system error.

My first experience was amazing. It was overall a five star experience. The reason I gave it a four star rating was because I was given misinformation which would’ve almost cost me an additional $1400.00 had I not asked the right questions. But nonetheless I enjoyed my first experience with Vivint.

Got my smart home system installed today. Took about 4 hours. The home pro was respectful, knowledgeable, resourceful, and personable. He was patient and very friendly. Everything is working flawlessly and I couldn't be happier! Thank you so much Vivint!

Installation and customer service was excellent. I like how what I wanted and when the guy came he went over everything and didn't try to sell me extra stuff. When an item didn't integrate with the system he took it off and still didn't try to upsell me other products.

The installation was fast and the installer made it easy to understand how my system works. He made sure it was installed properly and asked where it was ok to install it. The system is easy to use and I was able to connect my whole family.

My technician did a great job and explaining and going over the service. Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same about the salesperson set up the service. She left out many details that would have changed my mind about possibly fulfilling this service. If I could rate the technician I would give him a 5 star but because is total satisfaction I had to change my rating. The sales time have to do better at explaining terms and conditions.

Installer was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he would do, and didn’t try to sell us additional services we didn’t need. He was efficient and explained exactly how the alarm worked. Really took his time. He was very respectful and mindful of COVID mask requirements and physical distancing guidelines.

The sales rep was very polite, detailed and professional. The team was in place in minutes and install was quick and painless. The install crew were polite, fast and professional as well. The monthly cost is actually less than I thought it would be with the included equipment. I think the whole process only took about 30 minutes for the initial questionnaire and sales pitch. The install took about that same amount of time. Altogether about 1.5 hours of your time to make a happy home a safe home as well.

I just had my Vivint system installed yesterday and I am so happy with it so far, camera views are so clear and the system is so easy to use. Best of all though was the service I received from Tim and Efren. They are a great team and made sure they went over everything with me.

He ensured a safe and efficient installation around the home walking us through the steps of setting of the control panel to downloading the app to ensuring we was comfortable with the devices before he left. Mike was helpful, patient, informative. We are older and our tech savvy is lacking, but he showed us how to do things and offered his services anytime we need it. We asked so many questions and I felt we were taking up his time but he assured us everything was fine and he wanted us to feel comfortable.

Vivint in a first class home security company. I was very impressed with my installer Fernando. He was polite and gracious, very conscientious about the COVID situation, even wore shoe covers. He gets an exceptional rating, in client care. After about 2 minutes I knew he was tech-savvy and at the top of his game. He clearly explained the steps of the security package that I purchased. We did a walkthrough to determine proper placement of cameras and sensors, etc. Installation went smooth and Fernando teaches me how to efficiently use my new system. He then makes sure everything is good before exiting the property. I’m very happy with my Vivint system, very clean and accurate. Thank you!

The salesman, who is pretty new, did a nice job, the installer a young lady was polite and knowledgeable. Both did a nice job. It's nice to see two young people work hard. The installer was fast and helpful in positioning the equipment, and assisted in removing so old equipment we had mounted. Fast and friendly service was provided by both.

When I called to set up account I was never told that activation would be a phone call. I have never had an alarm NOT set up in person. During the call the man asked us to take the motion detector front off. We couldn’t get it off. We asked why we didn’t get a technician out here. He said it would be $50. We paid $50 for that phone call. He is having someone come today now but we better not get charged another $50. Thank you! Otherwise I think we will like the system.

The new security system works great. Ted is a professional. He was well informed, capable and personable. Ease of use and setup are intuitive. The main panel and cell phone app are user friendly. I tried the online registration but it didn't work. The

Friendly people, gave me a quote less than 15 minutes, was able to install the same day and had equipment needed as well for the home. I.e. needed smoke detectors and they had them. Easy set up and went through how it worked less than 10 minutes and everything seems to be working great.

I will refer Vivint to my friends and family. We are looking forward to adding more to our package later in the year. I liked the fact that your employees are willing to work around our schedule. God Bless you.

The sales person was clear to the point, usually I would have rushed a door sales away, John presented himself well and I felt safe...the installer was respectful and I feel pleased with the installation....I feel secure, at ease and I believe my transfer from ADT was a good decision thus far and I hope to soon transfer my home in Louisiana also...I'm happy to know I am also saving money with my upgrade to Vivint.
