Our tech was great and very knowledgeable. Will recommend Vivint to everyone. The doorbell camera is so clear. I love being able to have peace of mind while I’m not home. Also like being able to see my packages delivered.

Steven ** was an exceptional technician. Carefully set up our equipment and displayed great customer service. He understood and gave great recommendations (add-ons) to protect our home. Fully gave instructions on how to work the panel and Vivint app. We are appreciative of his work knowledge and customer service.

Trey was very pleasant to speak to when we call to apply for service and Louis was great and very respectful. He explained everything and did not leave until everything was set up how we wanted and needed it. We are very happy with our new security system. Thank you for being great.

I think there is a noticeable 2 second delay when having a conversation with someone on the phone- I think that was a cause for some confusion. The sound quality coming from Vivint is quite choppy at times, so that probably caused some other confusion as well.

Mr. Ish ** was very professional. He walked me through the entire process and was able to answer all of my questions. He is a subject matter expert and I will recommend him when the opportunity presents itself. Thank you Mr. **!!

A complete system with 12 windows, 7 doors, doorbell cam, front door lock, medical alert key fob, auto garage door opener controller and a Nest Thermostat. Very clean job. The installers were the best. Best of all $$ THE PRICE $$.

Initially, everything went well. Equipment was explained thoroughly. Got the agreement, signed and the installation was the same day. I gave it 4 stars due the extensive time it took to get me set up. I previously had an alarm system, so I figured it should be fast. It took almost 5 hours. He showed up after 7PM and was done at 12AM. I just found it odd, he was a young man and another young man showed up a couple hours later to help him. Also, I was told I would get a Nest thermostat and he wasn’t able to install it, so they installed a different one. They didn’t even bother cleaning up their mess after.

My technician was great. He explained everything to me. He was detailed and he cleaned behind himself! Very good representative of Vivint. I would recommend my neighbors, my friends and my coworkers for sure. As long as the service remain the same and the equipment proves itself Vivint has my vote!

Chad was terrific. He was very professional. He was very clean and did a great job cleaning up his mess. He took time to explain the system to us. Clint who sold us the system was awesome too. I’m so glad I changed companies!

Jesus (technician) and Austin (customer service representative) were both friendly, courteous and efficient. Both gentlemen exemplify excellent customer service. They made my experience with Vivint pleasurable. I am hoping that all of my encounters with Vivint are as seamless as my recent experience.

From start to finish I felt comfortable in the behavior of the sales representative and the technician. I have friends and family who use Vivint, and was excited to have a chance to use it myself. The services have been excellent and the system runs beautifully. I was afraid it would be too complicated at first but it was explained to me very simply and it is a comfort to have. I’m very pleased.

The installation process was awful. They made a huge hole in my garage, where they were supposed to install the garage camera, and filled it with clear glue. Complete mess. Then, they messed up my garage door sensors, my door wouldn't close, then the manager wouldn't allow the installer to help fix it. I told them that it worked before they messed with it, and he refused to let them help me. He even uttered multiple racist statements that were ironically caught on my new Vivint cameras. I asked for help, again stating it worked before they worked on it, and he just shook his head and made them leave.

I understand of the explain how to operate the unit. The tech ozzy and the sales person celeb they have such a warm heart. They explained it to my mother and the she understand everything and the timing was great.

Yesterday we got sold the products and service. The installation was a terrible experience, rushed and careless. After actually using the products for a few hours we are dissatisfied with the end result and want to cancel. Alex, our salesman, mentioned he would give us a call today to follow up with us, but he has yet to call us. We’ve called him 3 times, left a voicemail, 2 text messages and no response. We want to cancel immediately and we are having trouble getting a hold of someone to do so. I recommend researching the entire security market before settling with Vivint, because if you change your mind it will be difficult to cancel.

Best decision ever! Great prices and excellent customer service. Devin ** as well as The Tech guy Chad, went up and above. These guys definitely deserve recognition. I’m happy, really happy with my system. I will be happy to refer this amazing system (Team) to my family and friends.

The only issue I had has having to purchase new equipment after being told my current equipment could be synced to Vivint's system. I would also suggest customers have knowledge that they are financing the equipment for 5 years and should have a equipment buyout option. During the installation I heard the tech on the phone with customer service and the issue was my "new" system was a refurbished system still attached to a customers account. My question to myself was what's the difference in what I am financing for a refurbished system than a new system. It shouldn't be the same price. The installation took about an hour. Mainly technical issues and the representatives were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. It looks professionally done and I feel secure with my new system.

The technician was very very knowledgeable, very real, well mannered and very helpful and helping us to install our systems and I appreciated everything that he did for us and he was very professional very very professional and I would refer him to anyone that I know that needs any type of alarm system.

The team that worked on my project was friendly and professional. I have had the same security system in my house for 7 years or so, haven't had a reason to change, nor did I want to. After dealing with the team that came to my house I am happy I did. They were not pushy, they didn't try to sell me everything under the sun. Henry made me question how much I was paying and what I was getting for my money. I told Henry at first I needed to talk to my wife about the change and would call him and let him know. In short this means "I don't want to buy your product" in a nice way. After he left I checked my bill with ADT and found out it had went up again. I then went and talked to my wife and quickly called Henry back. Within the same day, I had my new system installed.

Our salesman persisted to give us good info, complete info on the Vivint product. Our installer came in a couple hours and showed us all the features and how to use them. I have concerns about the financial papers we signed but hope all is well.

Our tech guy Edwin was awesome. Very helpful with my questions. Very professional and friendly.. He explained all the products and was very knowledgeable. He was very safe by wearing his mask at all times. Great guy. Highly recommend to friends and family.

I had a very positive experience with the installation of my new alarm system. I’m very pleased with the Vivint system after having been an ADT customer for so many years, I already see features with the Vivint system that I’m happier with versus ADT.

The tech had explained the system very well and showed me everything that I needed to know on how to work the system, the cameras, arming and disarming through the app, etc. He explained to me how the doorbell works and how I can review the cameras from both my phone app and the alarm system. He explained how if there's glass breaking The system will pick that up and alert Vivint and the police.

Our technician Seth was awesome. Explained everything so I could understand it. Gave us all the equipment that we wanted and was helpful in explaining how each worked. We added more items as we were unsure what we needed with our home.

Technician was knowledgeable and installed my system with no issues. He explained to me how the system works and installed another camera to ensure that I have a full view coverage of my home. Vivint home security gives me a peace of mind. I'm very happy with my system.

I love this system. It is so easy to use. Our 12 year old son knows what to do in an emergency; it's that easy! The camera has such a great picture and picks up such a large area. You can even adjust the cameras to pick up something new.

Bill and Randy worked very hard and installed our system in a timely manner. Bill placed the cameras and equipment were I asked. When they were done they cleaned all the areas they were working in. We couldn't be happier with these two gentlemen.

They were on time. Respected and followed the guidelines of COVID Protocol. Very thorough of explaining how the system works. Walked me thru everything from the phone app to the home base tablet. Did amazing job setting up everything and it was quick.

Nick arrived right on time looking like Santa (to me) carrying all of the boxes of hardware. From the moment he showed up, I just knew that this guy knows his trade. Our tech Jessie did an awesome job installing our system, was knowledge on the products, and handled himself professionally. There was a bump in our installation plan and he went above and beyond to repair the problem and ensure that it was done perfectly. Compared to other companies' technicians, Jessie blew them out of the water.

First of all I don't typically take time to do reviews. This point in and of itself should be a sign of total satisfaction. Both the teams Abdi ** & the technical team are excellent at their jobs. I was even making plans to come out of retirement I ask for a position with Vivint.

I’ve always been very comfortable with Vivint. We have installed four systems so far. To be honest I haven’t tried any others because I’ve been very happy with them. They don’t charge a lot monthly and their service seems to be timely. Also, I’ve always had good experiences with the installers and with everyone that I have called on the phone. No company is perfect and I’m sure there are people out there with complaints but I don’t have any.

I feel that the wiring should've been ran through the attic so, I don't see visible wiring in the rooms. He needed a outlet for cameras. Looks really tacky. He didn't put a fitting around the wire in rooms so I've hole with wiring in it. I've seen better installations in my time. And also your first tech canceled on me because he had a doctor's appointment so he sent Evan in his place.

I switched from Brinks. The rep took his time to explain everything to my husband and since I wasn't available at the time he explained it to me also. The installation was amazing and done within 30 minutes of signing the paperwork. It only been a day but based on customer service I'm very pleased.

I requested a total of 6 cameras and a doorbell. Although I made it quite clear that I needed to see the products, I was charged and money immediately withdrawn. Feb 12th 1 installation was done and eventually completed on February 17th. I installed a total of 4 cameras- cannot contact CS and a further charge was taken out of my account. Communication with the company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Still waiting to hear back.

My sales representative was very polite and professional, explained the system and its functioning versus the system I had already installed but was very professional as to not belittle the other company. Installation was done with regards to how the homeowner wanted the camera to be arranged for viewing. Overall experience was very well presented and done.

Negotiating the deal was great and the pricing as well. However, my only complaint was that the installment was done immediately. I would not have complained if the negotiation was at an earlier time in the day, but it was late in the day. We were waiting for the crew to finish, but once they were finished, they were done at around 12 am. Overall, the crew was very polite and kind.

The initial gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant, but in training and had to wait for his supervisor to arrive to give me more details. The supervisor arrived and was very thorough in explaining the product. What he didn't tell me was he was running my credit AND opening a line of credit. My credit monitoring service notified me after it was already done. Had he asked me, I would've declined, but it was too late. The supervisor, also rushed me through the disclosures and insisted on which answers I should select during the survey. It was very heavy-handed and discomforting. On a positive note, the installation technician was very patient and he did an amazing job installing the system and showing us the ins-and-outs. Overall, kudos to Tyler (the trainee) and Peter (the installer). Not so much to Tyler, the supervisor.

Love the new monitoring system! Great customer service. The sales rep Johnny was really helpful and informative. The tech installer Billy was fast and knowledgeable. He helped me get the system up and going right away and showed me how to use it, it was real easy! Very satisfied with my interactions and now new monitoring system.

Installation went well. System works good so far! I like the cameras that allow me to see the entry areas front and back. I also like the remote control features that allow me to open the front door and garage from my phone, as well as, the ability to activate and deactivate the alarm from my phone.

Shaun did an amazing job setting up our home security system. Our home was built in 1977, so the electrical is pretty rough. Shaun climbed up into our attic and wired everything like a boss. It was very impressive to watch. We love our new home security system.

We had a home break in Wednesday and many things were stolen, to include our car and house keys. We knew we had to get a home security system asap. My wife called Vivint because our daughter has been very pleased with the company and gave us a referral code to set up service for our home. We spoke with Aton in Utah and found him to be not only extremely helpful but sympathetic to our need to get our security system in as soon as possible. As promised our system was installed the next day by Sheena in Lawton Oklahoma. She gave us excellent customer service and explained everything we needed to know to operate our system. My wife feels safer now, as do I.

My system was only just installed last night, but I already feel peace of mind knowing my valuables are being watched over. The sales team and technician were all very efficient and super polite. I would recommend Vivint to anyone and everyone.

The sales rep that visited was professional, friendly, and well informed. The time he invested to walk us through each step was greatly appreciated. This can also be said for the tech who began our install. He took his time to carefully discuss placement of the products to meet our desires and give us the most esthetically pleasing result. As a whole, so far, everyone we have encountered has been done so with a positive result.

It’s only been a couple days so my review is more on customer service and feasibility than the product itself. Our door to door salesman was beyond informative and amiable. He presented himself and then answered every question and concern is such a genuine way we couldn’t help but keep listening. He was also training someone that was with him and he was very open about that from the start as well. Then as he taught her the of VIVINT it became even more clear that this company is straightforward and sensible in its nature. He sold us on the product and thus far we have no regrets.

I didn't get everything that when I talk to the peoples about I was supposed to get two camera & a doorbell camera. That is the only thing so if y'all can fix that problem with the same price that I'll be paying every month with military discount if y'all can't do that I am okay what I got.

I had Vivint alarm system 6 years ago. I had a chance to get it again, so I did and they are the best. I had to go back. The installation was very professional and quick. Now I have outside cameras and a better system.

The controls for the garage are not compatible and technician didn’t installed new sensors for all my doors. He use the same that were in the house, He left the old ones and some of them the batteries are low.

Equipment is easy to use, but I love the features. I also love that I can give my kids a different pin to limit their accessibility to the cameras. My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the system itself was better priced than competitors.

Had a great overall experience with customer service and install. Only complaint, is that the prices given to me were a bit off. The first person I spoke to gave me diffident information than the prices seen in writing on contract. A bit annoying, I don't like surprises or lies.

Compared to what I have gone through with the last company I was with Vivint has so far been very professional and very very good customer service. The tech that brought the product to my home and installed everything was very professional and very curious and has very good customer service. On top of that he knows his products very well. I have only been with the company for a very short time but because the tech knew his products and was very professional and very curious I just said yes. I want to be with this company even if I am going to spend the extra. It's worth being with the company that knows what they are doing on top of knowing their products and how it works. 100 percent happy with Vivint so far.
