We are very happy with our package! Everything was super easy and explained to us very well. Technician, Chad was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable. We trusted his judgment in placing our cameras and motion sensors and we are very satisfied. Thank you Chad for a job well done!

Everything is great. Only thing that was a little off was when I spoke to the rep to set the appointment he made it seem as I wouldn’t have to but found out I would have to finance it. Travis the tech did great! He ran into a few problems but he corrected them and took care of everything. Explained the system very well.

ADT didn't care that we never had our system running since last March. Left us without service for a year and still billed us every month. Vivint was responsive and beat the package we had with ADT. Vivint was friendly and made sure we as customers felt comfortable with their service.

I am was very happy with the whole journey. It started I needed some cameras and I emailed the Vivint security cameras. That’s when I met Payton. This guy was great. He told me about everything. I started out just wanting to know about it and then by the end of the conversation I am having a make appointment and having someone come out to install the cameras so I want to give big kudos to Payton.

Quick, easy and very helpful. Went over and above with helping to figure out problems in other devices. Made sure I understood each device and the app to get the most use out of my new system. Would recommend to friends looking for an easy alarm installation.

Danny was very professional, attentive, and neat. He even helped to understand the importance of having camera installed with the alarm, and also he helped me to save some money!! Also, he cleaned everything, did not leave any garbage, and answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing.

Being a first time homeowner, Vivint experience from Sales to installation was pretty amazing and smooth. I would recommend it to all those who are looking for really great deal without compromising on equipments and home automation. The app is really easy to use.

The reps I talked with were very professional and friendly to talk to. The panel I have is very sleek and fancy but inexpensive. The overall cost of the system is very reasonable and I love that there is no contract. Highly recommend.

I had a system already in the home when I bought it so only needed it connect in my name. The tech was courteous, professional, and answered all my questions. The setup was simple and the tech made sure my phone app was configured as well.

We had an amazing tech who went out of his way to come on an off day to install. The system seems pretty easy to use and like that I can do everything from my phone. Glad to know my home will be protected at all times!

It's super bowl sunday for us all... The tech arrived at 1020 and was here for near 5 hours. He was respectful. Most of the day, became frustrated occasionally due to what appeared to software and internet issues. During the survey, there was yes or no questions regarding receipt of an email from Oscar ** the sales rep. Did not receive the email at time of the 1st survey, thus could not answer yes. The tech demanded I answer yes and when I did not, he became agitated, said it was not his issue and if I did not respond yes, he'd have to call his supervisor. He did, I asked him to stop with the attitude.

The representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed to genuinely care for my wife and myself in regards to our safety and in the trust of the product. The price for the services and equipment seem to be good compared to the other security providers.

Their equipment is top drawer and their representatives are courteous and professional. Generic sounding praise, but earned. What was clear from the start is that Vivint has a much more forward-looking vision of this business than that to which we’ve grown accustomed. They want to be much more than a bunch of window and door sensors that set off alarms and emergency calls. For example, if it is the installation type, WHEN you arm the system and leave the house, THEN the system is armed AND the doors are all locked, period. You don’t have to run around and check the doors, much less worry about it after you’ve driven away. If you must, then a glance at one’s phone can confirm it. From the phone or control panel, one can lock all the doors, and/or confirm the doors are locked. Indeed, one can do just about everything from the phone or control panel.

Everyone was nice and professional, she explained the system in details and made sure I understood. There was a second installer as well and he told was nice and professional I had and have no complaints. The system is easy to use and kind of self explained.

Jimmy did a great job with his promotional pitch. It was a little misleading to be made to feel that you are being given an offer that includes several devices just to be told at the end that it's being financed for 5 years. I wasn't made aware of that until after I started the process and it said I was approved. Approved for what? Nonetheless, I continued the process. Five years is too long for me. I would rather have a shorter term, even if it requires paying more upfront. I feel you should provide customers with more payment options. Setting that aside, the installation went well. Mr. O was very professional and provided guidance on set up and use.

Salesman guy won me over first and then The Tech guy. He was super friendly. Fast and knowledgeable. Knew the answers to all the questions I had in mind. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Love all the upgrades. Will be adding on more devices in due time.

The system appears fully integrated into the house, and Joel made sure that all of the wires were smartly concealed using the existing details of the home. I would highly recommend Joel to anyone. They are awesome, technician was right on about everything! Very friendly and would Definitely recommend them! Price is also fair to have all the cool stuff they offer. We originally had ADT and it was horrible. None of our stuff even worked! Vivint came out, replaced all new and it’s easy to use. We love it!

Sales and install was great. Kevin was very professional and the install tech was very good at the install. He went above and beyond and did a clean job. He then explained how everything works in detail. He never showed annoyance with my questions and left my house clean.

Love the service. The tech was here for majority of the day doing installation. He had a tough time at first due to the unique features of our home. He was able to talk to me about what he thought would be best for our home and we got it taken care of.

Installation of Smart Home Hub, Sensors, Camera, smoke detector and other equipment associated with my order. Bart, my technician contacted me and arrived on time. He took the time to walk around my home, listened to my security concerns, and explained the action needed to address those concerns. He was excellent in that he was focused, patient in that he took the time I needed to honor my request, patiently educated and demonstrated how my security system will work. He also allowed time for me to test my system, and answered all questions, some of which were redundant, but needed for my understanding. He was just awesome! Thank you Bart for making this wonderful a experience!

Everything went smoothly. Marc was able to install everything in a timely manner and did a great job of explaining to me how everything worked. I feel confident in the security system as well as my abilities in using it.

Nikki was a great rep, very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. I appreciated her attention to detail and hard work. The system seems sufficient for my needs and secure. Everything seems to be working well so far. I wish the EMS and panic buttons were available in the app. Also was not prepared for the length of installation time. It worked fine for me, but a head’s up would have been helpful.

Everything was good. However they told me I’d have a sign left in my yard to help them market but that didn’t happen. The sales pitch was pretty good, the financing part wasn’t very clear and was a bit surprised to find out that I had financed the system for $1,200.

Tech was very friendly and courteous. Explain the system very well and thorough. Helped with connecting all of my compatible devices. His work was done neatly and professionally. He was very respectful and make sure I understood how to operate the system. Great job!

The Vivint system seems to be quite good. Cameras and control panel are simple to use. The sales approach promising “free” equipment and installation was misleading and deceptive. We actually are financing the equipment for five years. Installation staff was very competent and friendly. Explained everything.

Awesome install. The guy was professional and understanding. He worked hard to get everything put in. However, I was told that the cameras were wired in and not plugged in. He had to drill a hole in the wall to an outlet in order to plug it in the wall. That was my only downfall of this installation.

Excellent work. The only disappointment is that our garage door openers were not compatible with the system. Installation was professionally done. The installer Was polite and knowledgeable. The system is easy to use and works very well.

Five stars for Seth, our installer, he was thorough, professional, and patient. I’m taking off a star for the overall experience because of some frustrations with the scheduling of the appointment and my dislike of the sales push for insurance and other additional products which made me a bit uncomfortable.

I had a smooth process and the products are more impressive than I could have ever imagined. The video quality is clear and the ability to add multiple users is an added benefit. Very thankful to have this system in place at time when our country is at its worst and protection is the most important.

Both the sales rep and the product installer were great. So far so good on the system too. Our sales rep explained each product, was friendly and informative. The installer was quick and efficient but also friendly and informative. Overall better experience than last time we were with Vivint. I’m not a big fan of salespeople but our Vivint sales rep made the experience pleasant and stress free. He (Michael Las Vegas) was very informative and was able to answer all our questions well and execute a flawless install. Vivint is not the cheapest way by any means but he tries to give me as many incentive they can to accommodate our needs and budget.

It is early in experience, so far so good! Our Sales rep was very personable, knowledgeable. Bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.. Installers, very respectful, knowledgeable and personable. The same day was great. We look forward to a long relationship with Vivint.

I already had ADT set up in my home, Vivint salesman said they would buyout the contract for full amount of the contract but they only paid $1000, the total amount I owed is $1791.96, leaving me with an almost $800 bill I had to pay out of pocket.

I called a few days ago because I was recommended by a friend of mine to order the service. I spoke to the agent on the phone for over an hour describing in great detail that I wanted to use the service and in this conversation I specifically and very clearly told him that I did not want my credit card billed after the initial deposit was billed to my card. I wanted to pay the rest in cash and they assured me that the technician would come out install everything and I could pay the balance remaining in cash.

Very nice guy. Made everything look very neat. My installation wasn’t the easiest but he got the job done. I would definitely recommend to a friend. I feel safer already! I have outside, inside, and a doorbell cameras. He had to go up in my attic, of course, and was met with company. My house is a flipped home and still have a few things to fix up, like the friends in the attic. He had a great sense of humor.

The guys did a great job installing aNd explaining the system well. I also like the pad more than I thought I was going to. Didn't even notice that he was here. Got my whole house secure for less than I thought I was able to. Would recommend to a friend anytime.

I feel like this kind of thing is usually a difficult process but it was made very easy and intuitive. Activating my Vivint was something I put off for a while and now I feel silly for that because it took almost no time at all.

Our tech Justin was absolutely amazing. He explained everything detailed and the product just nails what I’m looking for. The product overall was excellent. The camera comes in crisp and clean. Hardly any lag time at all and I like the fact about the protect your package from porch pirates.

Rep was knowledgeable, patient, and proactive about making sure everything was all squared away. Had to do very little during the setup process, and finishing up the install on my own end was quick and simple. Very happy with the setup today.

My overall experience from my intro conversation and installation appointment setup with Nick to the installation with Ish was absolutely flawless. These guys are amazing!! Nick was so easy to talk to and explained everything so well, not a push sales type. Ish’s installation was just gorgeous! Very professional and as a woman I felt comfortable with him being in and walking around my house. He explained everything so well and just did an overall incredible job. I am definitely recommending Vivint to all my friends and neighbors and to my realtor.

The installer took time to explain everything he was doing and how to operate the system. I have a large home with many windows and he checked every one of them to make sure that they were all working properly.

Both of these gentlemen were awesome from beginning to finish. Everything was done in a timely manner. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and kept my home clean. Very helpful explaining the system. I would highly recommend them.

What a terrific installation team! They answered all my questions and were never condescending or impatient. They worked until the job got done and everything worked perfectly. I was so pleased. They arrived on time, which was also quite nice. I’d be glad to have them back for my additional installation.

He also took his time and stayed later than needed to make sure things worked correctly. Was promised 2 outdoor camera when I signed up, no email confirmation for the camera, and no note left on my account about the camera. Seems like it’s a sales tactic to get customer to sign up with Vivint. Please check recording.

Tech arrived on time. We had difficulty getting the correct address for my location. I thought the correction was made but notice on emails that it was not. Tech explained everything very well so I understood how to use the system.

I signed up on a Tuesday and installers were there the next day and had things up and running. Even though there were some complications, he stayed until it was up and running. Love the ease to arm/disarm the system. The app is also very intuitive and simple to understand.

James at Vivint, who initially took our call was great. Explained everything and set everything up. When it came time to activate the panel, there seems to have been miscommunication as to what phone number to use to call us to activate the panel. After an hour and 5 different calls to Vivint, someone hanging up on us, then someone telling us there are a lot of places where notes can be added so they don't know why no one called the correct number, we finally received a call from a tech to activate our panel. During that call we were told that we would receive an email on how to set up the mobile app. That never happened. I now have to go back out to the rental property to send out a request from the panel. I like the technology and the quality of the product but not impressed with the customer service. 2.5 stars.

I do believe the company to be reputable and dependable, however, I apparently got an installer that was very nice but WAS NOT familiar with the equipment. He was determined not to follow the request of the customer and installed cameras his way that turned out to be not servicing the customer's wishes. As it stands, I would have faired better with a self-installation system.

Our experience with Vivint was a pleasant experience. Both, our sales representative and our installer were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. I have vivint for my house and now my shop. I have referred them to friends in the past and will continue to refer them to anyone I know.

The salesperson was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the alarm system and conducted himself as a good hearted person. My alarm was installed that night. The installation would be easier if the installer was provided with a device to thread cords/wires from exterior to interior.

Guided me through everything, cleaned up messes, looks and works great, easy to use, clear picture, financing was easy, pricing is fair, features are very user friendly, makes me feel safe being home alone, sales person was very professional and worked quickly.

From start to finish everything was exceptional. We like everything about our home system and our sales rep, along with the technicians who installed everything were amazing. They all made the experience wonderful. Explained each new device to us and how to utilize each one.

Happy with system. Installer did a good job. Did Not get the sign and 4 stickers that I was supposed to get and installation was not complete until 10:00 PM. Need to schedule jobs earlier to complete at a decent time.

We were satisfied with how fast the system was added. The sales rep came early morning and by 6pm we had the tech there installing. Our tech was friendly and gave us all info. The only problem I think was he was not to sure of where to put the sensors and actual panel. We had To tell him where to place our motion sensors and panel. Other than that service was great. Will recommend.

Great knowledge and service!!! Both the sales rep and install guys were great to work with!! Very helpful going over everything, so I knew how to work the systems. Love having all the systems linked to my phone, so convenient!!!!

My sales representative was great. In fact he was one of the best young men that I've met in a long time. He took the time to explain my questions and very helpful. And Tech he was great as well. He was very efficient, professional. These two young men truly represent your company.

I had an adequate experience with customer service. After the initial activation call, I was transferred several times. I finally ended up with a nice guy who told me this wasn’t his area and wasn’t sure how I was transferred to him. He still took the time to walk me through the features. So, whilst several dropped the ball, the final player scored for the team. Good thing I am patient and didn’t get frustrated with the transfers!

We just received a new alarm system in our home from Vivint and the employees were very helpful and answered question that we had. They explained the whole process to us and detailed certain parts that we didn't understand until everything was finished.

There is still one more camera to be install but he tech was very respectful. Had Patience when explaining every question we had. We are very happy with the new cameras and everything that they do we will be having. Vivint a long time is what we need since we live alone. Thank you for the hard work.

My Vivint technician, Chris, was excellent and he made the Installation process very smooth. Chris explained all Products very thoroughly and gave me some good tips for my home security system. I went back and forth between deciding to use Vivint vs. ADT but I'm so glad I chose Vivint. I had ADT before and I I didn't like my long contract and high service price. Vivint has a much cheaper service price and good system.

I was very impressed with the Vivint advertisements for their product capabilities. The installation was efficient and thorough. Existing security features that I already had were easily integrated into this new system. The equipment was all the latest versions. The technician, Michael, took extra time to ensure I was informed of all the features and that the system was fully operational. The financing had an amazing 0% rate for 60 months which essentially made my total cost for a state of the art Vivint system slightly more per month than my existing home security monitoring charges alone. I highly recommend this company for your home automation and security needs.

Service committeemen the and I called one day and they were on the next day doing the installation. The representative was respectful, adhered to the safety precautions due to Covid 19 and wore his mask during the duration of the installation.

Luis installed my Vivint system today. He did a awesome job and was very professional and polite. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I really like the new smart doorbell and the package detector. I really feel a lot more safe and secure. I would one day like to add other features!

We called Vivint and were able to get someone out to our home fairly quickly. After discussing our needs with the technician we decided to move forward with the install. Installation was fast and our technician was great at answering all of our questions.

I don’t know where to start but I will do quick review. For months of November and December my system have done self triggers setting off alarm causing police to come. Smart system malfunctions, sensors failing, door not locking. Someone was suppose to walk me through door changing because motor out. No response. I called multiple times troubleshoot, get run around, and it work temporary then fail. Typical response update panel every month. Uninstall app. Ask for technician to come out. More troubleshooting. Nothing resolved. Never come.

Chris came install our new alarm system. Explained very good. Made sure we understood everything. Showed us how to set up the app on our phone, how to use the microphones and camera. Showed us how to change our code on the box and how to add someone to our app on our phones.
