Overall I'm satisfied with my first Vivint experience. I'm looking forward to growing this new relationship. The technician Nick was very knowledgeable of the products being installed and had a great attitude. He was patient as I worked out the details of my contract with sales rep Houston. Overall both team members ensured my experience was pleasurable.

I had Vivint installed today. It was fast and outstanding service. The tech went over everything. I could not be happier. The various features are prompt and efficient such as notices about someone being in a certain part of the house. We like the clarity of picture and sound from the porch and we really love the weather forecast!

The technician was wonderful that came to the house. He walked me through everything I needed to know. He was very patient and got with the office to help me set up everything I needed. Do you know about my new system. I would recommend your company and him to anybody that asked me about my installation.

Jason came in and installed everything that was need and was very helpful with making sure I understood the equipment. I will hopefully never need my system in an emergency but I'm glad that it's there for peace of mind.

Installer was informative, polite and very good. He was early. He explained everything. He cleaned up. He said to call when house is complete and he will finish the job. The system appears very user-friendly. I would recommend this service to others.

Just got my Vivint alarm installed yesterday 3/4/21. It was a great experience. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He also had a trainer with him and he was very pleasant as well. He made sure I was pleased and knew how to work the system before he left. They were both wearing their masks and even swept my floor when they tracked in dirt from outside. I am truly pleased. Thank you.

Jason was great and very helpful in taking care of what I needed and explaining options available with Vivint. He made sure everything was working properly and made the activation process easier! I’m glad I chose vivint and not one of their competitors. There are so many options available for a reasonable price. I also have a personal rep that was assigned to me which makes it easier to get in contact with someone if I need something.

Noah was very helpful in explaining things and getting us setup. For future reference It would have been nice to know we were making a “loan” for the equipment. It caught us a little off guard. We would have gone ahead but would probably have paid for the equipment outright.

Julio was great. He took his time to explain everything to me. He activated and then showed me how to operate the system. He was professional and pleasant. He even tightened the screws on my door on his way out.

The technicians that came to my house were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure to address all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable with equipment we chose. They were very professional and made sure I knew how to work everything before they left.

Equipment works great and was installed just how we wanted and with care. Very friendly salesperson and installer. They were also great with our pets while at our home. Installer wore a mask the entire time. Great customer service. Very happy with our decision to update and add on to our security system through Vivint.

Had Vivint come by today to install our new system. First our technician Jesika was able to come sooner than originally scheduled, which was great. She was very professional and proficient. She made sure we understood how to use our system.

Mark and his niece Audry were amazing. They were professional and proficient in their knowledge of the products. They walked us through what we needed to know including how to use the device and how to maneuver through the intricacies of the security system they installed. The only problem was with our garage, which was out of their hands. We trust Mark so much more than our sales person. He seems much more reliable and he is a man of his word. They were very cool too and great conversationalists. I would definitely refer Mark to install for Vivint any day.

Super simple setup. Michael ** was my smart home pro. He was very friendly and insightful. I was surprised at how quickly the install was and I love the new cameras so modern and simple. I’m definitely recommending Vivint to any of friends.

My wife and I had a great experience with the Vivint installer today. Ray was very good and gave great advice! My wife was home while Ray was installing. She felt very safe and was very comfortable with Ray around. The tech Elijah was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, he felt bad that I wasn't able to get the door bell or exterior camera because of the apartment complex I live in wouldn't allow any alterations to the outside exterior. I would definitely recommend Vivint to all of my family and friends.

The tech was friendly and efficient. He got our system installed and walked us through how to use it. It is pretty user grieving and not difficult to use. We are very happy with it and will refer our friends and neighbors.

Jimmy ** was the technician who worked with me and my brother. I’m grateful for the patience he showed my brother who had questions about the whole experience. Jimmy communicated with me through text, phone and email. He was on time, made sure he understood the needs of service on the property and made accommodations where needed. He explained how the system works and gave my brother a tutorial which my brother was very comfortable with. He helped me sign up for the app, which was very easy. I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend it to others.

Drin was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job installing and explaining how to use the system, I’m going to offer him a job working for me. I am appreciative the texting and phone communication before the appointments as well.

Smooth install process for door lock, doorbell camera and smoke, door, water detection, garage door control and glass break sensors. Terms and fees are fair and competitive. Representative answered all of my questions and concerns I had at the time. Security systems have changed quite a bit the last 20 years and are much better today. I don't plan to switch companies again. I think I found the best security service in the market today.

Worst experience ever. 5 hours of no resolution. Money out my account I didn’t approve. Sales manager not really managers. I didn’t receive all my items also can reach anybody on phone that sold me the order. Unless someone reach out to me and try to resolve my issue will not continue my service.

Luis is the best. He explained everything super clearly and set it all up without issue. Exactly what I needed and I’m excited about the product. I’d want him to do any of my future units as well!!!!

The technician was very informative and took his time to give me all the necessary details to get my services up and running. He gave us a tutorial on how to use the device. I definitely feel safer and much happier. I was called before to give me details on arrival. Definitely satisfied.

Excellent from the initial phone call to the complete installation. Bryce was awesome and quick. Installation was very efficient and no trouble for Bryce. He was explained and were given the opportunity to learn the keypad before he left. I would recommend all the services from Vivint.

Missing 3 key fobs. Wrong debit card was used causing an overdraft on my account.. I gave him a card to make the initial payment and a different card to have on file to continue to make monthly payments.. He charged the wrong after verifying with me that he used the correct card.. Viewing Panel screen was not installed or hard wired to my house.. It is sitting on my dresser in bedroom.. Was told that someone would call to install it.. No one has contacted me as of yet.. He said that he did not have the part to install it on the wall..How can an installer go to a customer’s home without connecting the main source.. I was also misquoted the price..it was wavy more: Too many errors.

My tech was friendly and made learning about my new system easy. He took his time, and answered questions along the way. I would definitely recommend to a friend. My kids and I feel much safer with this system in our home now.

Installation was fast and accurate and everything was explained. I appreciate the technician's time and to come out and set this up. Changing over to this company from our previous one, I think, was a good decision. The length of contract is long but I think for peace of mind, it’s worth it.

I appreciate the service. But I was getting a bit tired of the installer trying to sell me every thing from more security service to auto insurance... home insurance and other stuff & he was quite persistent. I had to say no at least 3 times.

Everything went well... Only issue is it was mentioned that someone would contact me because I’m active military to discuss a discount but I have yet to hear anything... I would like to hear more about that...

I have family members with systems and everyone loves Vivint. The cameras are some of the best quality that are installed by security companies.

The technology that Vivint uses is so sleek and nice. But what’s even better is the well trained professionals they have on staff like Dane who go out of their way to ensure they properly explain things to you, properly install equipment, and connect with you on a personal level. Love how easy the approval process was and the installation! The system is very easy to use and it can all be done from my smartphone. The setup was done all in one day and quick. The salesman was very informative and knowledgeable.

The technician that came to the house. Braxton ** was very knowledgeable about the security system. He was thorough with the installation and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. Braxton was able to answer all question I had. Also he was able to problem solve on the spot by connecting an existing smart lock that we didn’t have the master code to.

My experience has been great from the start. The initial phone consultation gave me all the information I needed. We dialed in the plan and had me scheduled asap. The installers were most knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the best areas to place each sensor and equipment. In fact, we ended up taking off a couple of sensors because they weren't necessary. I've already recommended two people to Vivint.

Our neighborhood and city seem to be having an increase in outside people bringing violence into the neighborhood. Recently two cars having a shootout while racing on our streets. Bullets that missed their targets went into people's yards and homes. Police canvased the neighborhood looking at videos from security cameras to help identify the culprits. Vivint reps came into the area with presentations about their available system and products. We decided to improve our security with their product.

I was above pleased with ALL aspects of this company. The sales rep Chris, was very honest, knowledgeable, informative, and not pushy at all. Answered all my questions and even told me NOT to get a couple options I thought I needed and made other suggestions. Installation was the SAME DAY and only took about 2.5 hours. The installer, Andy, was very professional, installation was very clean, and he went over everything with me again.

Both Hunter and Nathaniel were courteous, kind, patient and knowledgeable. Nathaniel had good expertise for his job. I miss the nice pictures AMP provided on the panel. So far so good. Hope it keeps up this way. AMP was a good company. My cost now is about $10/month above my bill for AMP. I hope the extra is worth the change.

The initial sales person came by the house and was really friendly and explained everything to me and made me feel like I am making the right decision. Once the installer came he took care of everything and had very minor issues and setup everything great and made sure I didn’t have any questions and was just a great guy in general. So far I love my security system and feel much more secure in my home.

I have had Vivint for over 5 years. Anytime we have had a false alarm (forgetting the alarm was set). They are immediately online to make sure my family is safe. Recently I moved and the installation was so helpful and courteous. Even with our current COVID 19 pandemic I felt like was taking precautions for each other's well being. I’ve already emailed customer service. It has been over 24 hours and I do not have a response from you. Your installer did not install the back door lock correctly. There is a piece of metal in the way. He knew it wasn’t right and left anyway. Plus the front doorbell screen sometimes loads and sometimes doesn’t. It freezes. I am very disappointed. Thought I was getting a top of the line system. Instead I feel like I’ve been had and wasted a ton of money.

Leon did an awesome job on the install. The process for getting everything set up was quick. App is very useful and gives great peace of mind when away from home. Adds the additional perk of being able to control the thermostat, along with having the ability to arm/disarm remotely! Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for reliable coverage!

So far we are very happy with Vivint. The sales representatives had visited our home several times. We had a security system through our cable company that was very unreliable. Vivint's sales representative said the installation would be same day and it was. It started within hours. So far pleased with the sales experience. I gave that dude a super hard time and he was still able to get me to flip on ADT. The install was very abrupt. I had agreed to anytime and date. I assumed it was going to be under the context of a notice. But the install started right after I sign my deal at 8pm. The installer showed up right after I signed and worked till about 10pm. He answered all my questions intelligently and we discussed various strategies around how the install will be planned. Bonus I was able to reuse my ADT gear. As long as I pay my bill Vivint will cover the sensors and I'll be credited for the battery replacement. So far happy customer!

Both Zack and Oscar were professional and friendly. They answered all our questions and worked with our surroundings and limitations. Oscar ensured we both understood how to use our new panel, and scheduled a visit for after I should have the electrical issues fixed in the rear of the house. As a computer and network support team lead, I would be proud to have either one as part of my team.

Antoine ** was an excellent technician, very professional and did a great job explaining the Vivint system during set up. He walked through how to use the Sky Panel and checked all the sensors. I feel safe in my home with the Vivint system.

The salesman did all the appropriate gestures and worked real hard with me to come to a great price that I thought I could afford. It works wonderfully. The only negative thing I can report is: Andre mentioned that the discounted price is due to being very flexible to the install date.... I wished he would have stated - maybe even tonight!!!. I was QUITE SURPRISED THAT INSTALLATION SERVICE MAN WAS WAITING OUTSIDE MY DOOR. Once I gave Andre a yes, I got blasted with all this work that needed to be done. I apologize, I was not in any kind of mood to listen to instructions and sign my name on a computer screen.

The sales representative didn’t give the best overview of the products but he took his time and made sure he did everything correctly and explained everything thoroughly! Very pleased with just that alone! I look forward to feeling more safe and secure!

Characters a great job explaining everything to me and left his number in case I have any issues. Very happy with the insulation. I would recommend to my neighbors and friends for this system. I had ATT before and this is by far a better system.

The guy (Joe) who installed my security system was awesome. He made sure everything was hooked up right and didn’t try to shortcut anything. Very clean and informative. Extremely pleased with the level of service we received. To top it off, the camera's picture quality is extremely good. Very impressed.

Your service rep Mario was very professional and patient in teaching us the whole camera system. He ensured we understood everything on the contract prior to us signing which was very comforting. He was awesome!!!! The cameras were set up with precision and final approval by me with his assistant. He checked in with me when he needed additional assistance with anything within the house. He was very careful when working inside the house ensuring not to damage any my our house items.

Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. All my equipment is high tech and easy to operate. I would definitely recommend Vivint and especially Jason. My only issue was the service took several hours to install but it was done fairly quietly and without any mess.

Representative was here for 5 hours and within those hours he did an amazing job at being patient with what seemed to be 100 of my questions. Usually people rush you to make this decision and he was calm and collective.

Lovely company, fast easy consult and clearly outlined costs and options for payment. Scheduling was flexible and fast. Installer arrived on time, was amicable, worked diligently to ensure cables were secure but well hidden and walked us through the entire system's functionality. Great system. The technology integrates really well into the home. Being able to access and control everything on my phone is fantastic. The camera is crystal clear even at night. The package protection feature is really well thought out. The smart hub panel looks nice and the light underneath gives a clear indication on the status of the system. Easy to use.

Technician 10, support 3. I applied online and somehow the order was wrong. Josh the tech was outstanding in explaining what was wrong and how he was trying to resolve it. I listened to him on the phone, he was calm and patient with the several support staff he was transferred to who couldn’t help! A Vivint Supv came out and too was a very good representative of the company. Josh did a great job representing Vivint. It was disappointing the issue couldn’t be resolved about 30 min earlier, it shouldn’t have been that difficult!

The tech walked all the way around, and inside the house. While conducting the walk through explained everything he was going to do to the fullest. As he worked and explained and asked me if there was any questions. When it was all completed he showed me each Piece of equipment, and how it was connected. Then we walk through the panel and how it is operated.

The service was great and I had no issues understanding what was required of me in my package. The service time did not take too long. I was recommended by my mother. I have known about Vivint for a few years and I’m sure I will stick with the service.

I had been a customer for 6 or so years and I’ve had a number of problems with thermostats going offline but I’ve continued to work with them to fix the problems. This past December I sold the house on the 6th. On that day the new owner and myself worked with customer service to pull me off and put new owner on. I was told at that time I was done. The new owner apparently decided at some point to go another direction and did not finish the transition. Since then I have tried to cancel the account however they continue to bill me and have been rude.

Vivint Outdoor claim to have 140° but I think I’m only getting 120°. I compared Vivint Outdoor Camera to My Ring Floodlight. And it’s a really big difference. Sorry Vivint I’m staying with My old Home Security System. I will be canceling My contract.
