The installer took time to explain everything he was doing and how to operate the system. I have a large home with many windows and he checked every one of them to make sure that they were all working properly.

Both of these gentlemen were awesome from beginning to finish. Everything was done in a timely manner. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing and kept my home clean. Very helpful explaining the system. I would highly recommend them.

What a terrific installation team! They answered all my questions and were never condescending or impatient. They worked until the job got done and everything worked perfectly. I was so pleased. They arrived on time, which was also quite nice. I’d be glad to have them back for my additional installation.

Was promised 2 outdoor camera when I signed up, no email confirmation for the camera, and no note left on my account about the camera. Seems like it’s a sales tactic to get customer to sign up with Vivint. Please check recording.

Tech arrived on time. We had difficulty getting the correct address for my location. I thought the correction was made but notice on emails that it was not. Tech explained everything very well so I understood how to use the system.

I signed up on a Tuesday and installers were there the next day and had things up and running. Even though there were some complications, he stayed until it was up and running. Love the ease to arm/disarm the system. The app is also very intuitive and simple to understand.

James at Vivint, who initially took our call was great. Explained everything and set everything up. When it came time to activate the panel, there seems to have been miscommunication as to what phone number to use to call us to activate the panel. After an hour and 5 different calls to Vivint, someone hanging up on us, then someone telling us there are a lot of places where notes can be added so they don't know why no one called the correct number, we finally received a call from a tech to activate our panel. During that call we were told that we would receive an email on how to set up the mobile app. That never happened. I now have to go back out to the rental property to send out a request from the panel. I like the technology and the quality of the product but not impressed with the customer service. 2.5 stars.

I do believe the company to be reputable and dependable, however, I apparently got an installer that was very nice but WAS NOT familiar with the equipment. He was determined not to follow the request of the customer and installed cameras his way that turned out to be not servicing the customer's wishes. As it stands, I would have faired better with a self-installation system.

Our experience with Vivint was a pleasant experience. Both, our sales representative and our installer were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. I have vivint for my house and now my shop. I have referred them to friends in the past and will continue to refer them to anyone I know.

The salesperson was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about the alarm system and conducted himself as a good hearted person. My alarm was installed that night. The installation would be easier if the installer was provided with a device to thread cords/wires from exterior to interior.

Guided me through everything, cleaned up messes, looks and works great, easy to use, clear picture, financing was easy, pricing is fair, features are very user friendly, makes me feel safe being home alone, sales person was very professional and worked quickly.

From start to finish everything was exceptional. We like everything about our home system and our sales rep, along with the technicians who installed everything were amazing. They all made the experience wonderful. Explained each new device to us and how to utilize each one.

Happy with system. Installer did a good job. Did Not get the sign and 4 stickers that I was supposed to get and installation was not complete until 10:00 PM. Need to schedule jobs earlier to complete at a decent time.

We were satisfied with how fast the system was added. The sales rep came early morning and by 6pm we had the tech there installing. Our tech was friendly and gave us all info. The only problem I think was he was not to sure of where to put the sensors and actual panel. We had To tell him where to place our motion sensors and panel. Other than that service was great. Will recommend.

Great knowledge and service!!! Both the sales rep and install guys were great to work with!! Very helpful going over everything, so I knew how to work the systems. Love having all the systems linked to my phone, so convenient!!!!

My sales representative was great. In fact he was one of the best young men that I've met in a long time. He took the time to explain my questions and very helpful. And Tech he was great as well. He was very efficient, professional. These two young men truly represent your company.

I had an adequate experience with customer service. After the initial activation call, I was transferred several times. I finally ended up with a nice guy who told me this wasn’t his area and wasn’t sure how I was transferred to him. He still took the time to walk me through the features. So, whilst several dropped the ball, the final player scored for the team. Good thing I am patient and didn’t get frustrated with the transfers!

We just received a new alarm system in our home from Vivint and the employees were very helpful and answered question that we had. They explained the whole process to us and detailed certain parts that we didn't understand until everything was finished.

There is still one more camera to be install but he tech was very respectful. Had Patience when explaining every question we had. We are very happy with the new cameras and everything that they do we will be having. Vivint a long time is what we need since we live alone. Thank you for the hard work.

The Vivint Team was friendly, helpful and patient with the initial set up. They were not pushy or intrusive as you find with some companies. My Vivint technician, Chris, was excellent and he made the Installation process very smooth. Chris explained all Products very thoroughly and gave me some good tips for my home security system. I went back and forth between deciding to use Vivint vs. ADT but I'm so glad I chose Vivint. I had ADT before and I I didn't like my long contract and high service price. Vivint has a much cheaper service price and good system.

I was very impressed with the Vivint advertisements for their product capabilities. The installation was efficient and thorough. Existing security features that I already had were easily integrated into this new system. The equipment was all the latest versions. The technician, Michael, took extra time to ensure I was informed of all the features and that the system was fully operational. The financing had an amazing 0% rate for 60 months which essentially made my total cost for a state of the art Vivint system slightly more per month than my existing home security monitoring charges alone. I highly recommend this company for your home automation and security needs.

Service committeemen the and I called one day and they were on the next day doing the installation. The representative was respectful, adhered to the safety precautions due to Covid 19 and wore his mask during the duration of the installation.

Luis installed my Vivint system today. He did a awesome job and was very professional and polite. He explained everything and answered all of my questions. I really like the new smart doorbell and the package detector. I really feel a lot more safe and secure. I would one day like to add other features!

We called Vivint and were able to get someone out to our home fairly quickly. After discussing our needs with the technician we decided to move forward with the install. Installation was fast and our technician was great at answering all of our questions.

I don’t know where to start but I will do quick review. For months of November and December my system have done self triggers setting off alarm causing police to come. Smart system malfunctions, sensors failing, door not locking. Someone was suppose to walk me through door changing because motor out. No response. I called multiple times troubleshoot, get run around, and it work temporary then fail. Typical response update panel every month. Uninstall app. Ask for technician to come out. More troubleshooting. Nothing resolved. Never come.

Chris came install our new alarm system. Explained very good. Made sure we understood everything. Showed us how to set up the app on our phone, how to use the microphones and camera. Showed us how to change our code on the box and how to add someone to our app on our phones.

The technician was awesome, very friendly, and polite. He explained everything to us and answered all of our questions we had. Would highly recommend him to family and friends again. We can’t wait to start our journey with the Vivint home security family.

Our installer was friendly and quick and gave us a complete rundown of our system! We feel great about our purchase. The system will provide a lot of security and the ease of adjusting things from our phone wherever we are is so nice!

Had Vivint professionally install their alarm system in my home. Installation was not done well and had several returns. The worst issue is the alarm actually activated and I could not cancel the alarm dispatch on the phone. I called five times to their cancellation line and was disconnected each time. I called back and tried and was transferred but they could not help me after 30 minutes on the call. I would avoid this company and go with real professionals. When you need an alarm to work go to another supplier. You need security when you are away that you can rely upon. This company is not the company to rely upon. Choose another.

Expectations were set in advance of my installation. Techs showed up on time, professional and ready to work. They communicated proactively throughout the install. Work was clean, efficient and professional. They even made sure that I knew how to operate the system before they left.

The technician was efficient and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did. Since this was my first system he was very patient and helpful in answering my questions as to what was the best location for my cameras. He offered to vacuum up where he had to drill. Kudos.

Installation took too long, I felt they weren’t totally earnest with me in what went wrong and what they did about it! The tech didn’t have the knowledge necessary to do the job right! He called for assistant and did the best he was able to do.

The experience is about being average Services because we wanted much more video Cameras than to what we have received. It is very expensive to afford additional cameras because each additional camera is over $400.00. Therefore we had to limited ourselves with only 3 camera instead of being able to have 7 cameras. The financial is still expensive over the 60 months contract agreements.

Expediency of follow up from company - service install within one week. Expert trained installer Nikki. Quality of equipment (former CPI customer). Have CEO call me ** - I think he needs to personally give Nikki promotion / surprise commendation etc. She is that amazing! Running out of space to share more on my positive experience.

I contacted the company at the beginning of the month for a quote. They said it would be $50 to activate, then $35 per month. I called on Wednesday to set it up and they said it was $50 to activate, and $50 per month. I told them I was quoted something else. They said they would have someone from sales contact me on the day of installation with an updated price. They never did. However, they made me sign their contract and said sales would reach out later that day. I told them I did not want to move further with anything until I got the price I was told. They said okay, and we would not go further. That was a lie.

I called soon after the guy left and I could’ve get them to send the guy back. Instead they are going to send one in 7-10 business days. Also was ask to sign forms I which one was for a loan. Didn’t realize at the moment but the loan I don’t need.

Mr. Hector informed us of the program works and how it was going to be installed. Where the cameras to be so we can see what's going on in the house and outside the house. He also helped us download an app To our phones For a More secure access. Mr. Michael was informative of how the system was to be installed and how to operate it. Both gentlemen very polite.

The system was just installed today, so we haven’t used it yet. Our installer was very pleasant, willing to instruct us, and was not pushy nor in a hurry to finish the job. We look forward to a long and productive use of the system and will certainly recommend to as many other people as we possibly can. We believe we made a good choice.

Yes I most definitely would recommend Vivint to a friend because they’re great customer service and professional service and installation. From speaking to Chase in customer service and working with Tyler the technician who installed the system they’re amazing. Detailed explanations and recommendations made the process so much smoother. My service tech Chaz was great! He let me know exactly what they had to offer and was very informative about what I did and didn’t need. His goal was to get me covered and safe and still be cost effective for me. Honesty is the best policy and I got that from Chaz.

Installation technician was awesome. He not only dealt with my unruly puppy running amuck, but was very nice to myself and my family. He went out of his way to make sure all of my existing home security equipment worked with the new equipment. I am currently immobile, so he brought the panel to me and went over everything to make sure I had no questions. Also allowed me to save his number for assistance in the future if needed. So far, so good.

The guys that came and explained the system to me were very informative and made sure I knew everything I needed or wanted to know. And I am very pleased with the quality of the equipment. I definitely feel so much safer and at ease whether I’m in my home or gone doing errands.

While I do like some of the features in comparison to our current security service, I was frustrated with the time of the sale. I explained to the sales person it was not a good time to have an appointment, and he said it would be quick. While I was interested, it was dinner time and bedtime in my house and inconvenient. They did try to install immediately, but 9:00 at night is not a good time to start. The salesman was also misleading in the price and cost of the system. We already have equipment that we paid for, and when I told him, "No thank you," he reduced the price which made it more appealing, then continued to increase through signing the paperwork. He mislead that the cost of the equipment would be included in the promotion.

Vivint is without a doubt the best security system available. As someone that leaves home for work a lot I feel way better knowing I can see everything inside and outside from anywhere on my phone!!! Johnathan ** and his installation team were very kind, informative and professional. Felt like we had been friends for a long time and install team was there on standby ready to start as soon as we decided to get the security system which I am positive we will not regret and will have forever.

The system seems pretty good so far, no complaints, great view with doorbell cameras, the technician done a very good job, lay out his game plan that's best for for my pocket budget. I would like to add another doorbell camera on the back side of my house.

My experience from beginning to end with Vivint was great. The installation was seamless. The tech was professional and explained everything. I appreciate the transparency and the quick install time. Compared to my experience with two other major vendors my experience with Vivint has been far superior.

My technician, Bryce, was awesome and handled every question I had. He explained everything very well and was professional in setting everything up. We had a few struggles with the online system but he managed to talk to me and his people at the same time to resolve all of the issues.

Had installed a new thermostat and doorbell camera. We had an older doorbell camera, but the new one has much better quality pictures and special package protection functions. The new thermostat is compatible with iPhone app so it can be controlled while away from home. Very simple to use.

I was having a bad experience with Vivint because my original rep was ignoring my calls after telling me to reach out to him once we was ready to schedule for installation. Then the first installation rep couldn't find my house said he got lost. His gps took him to a flat land area. BUT Andy came to install and saved the sale. Andy was great! He recommended some things and also took away some things that didn’t make sense to have. All in all I am happy with my security system thanks to Andy!

Shannon was superb!! She was friendly, knowledge and helpful. She is great at her job. She was here at 8am this morning and got the job down. Made me feel comfortable about my decision on choosing your service. This is my first time having a system like this with the camera and this will give me just a bit of assurance so I will know what’s to come.

I purchased home security system from Vivint. The sales rep was helpful and knowledgeable about their security product and my home security concerns. The installation was on time, and the installer was professional and provided us with training on how to arm the alarm and view cameras and use the system’s options. Vivint delivered what they offered.

I was not totally satisfied with the service I received. I was originally supposed to have service on an existing system on 1/23/2021. I never received a call from the tech so I called and was told that it couldn't be connected because the previous tenant had not disconnected service and that would have to wait until 1/27/2021. This is understandable but was not communicated to me when I first requested service. This resulted in me wasting time waiting on a tech.

The salesperson was very polite and accurate with his information. Made sure that I had a full understanding of what would be installed and what the cost would be. They were very helpful. The system is very very easy to use. It don't have to be a computer expert to run the panel. The installer made sure I understood all of the options on the panel. We are pleased with the system we have.

Our tech, Richard **, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and so easy to work with. He explained everything as he went about the installation. He gave me an in-service on the app and the panel which was very easy to comprehend. He was quite personable... making for a pleasant experience.

The last technician seems to have resolved the issue. Once we changed the system over to be in WiFi on the home network only (rather than wired). I believe the issue is the distance the panel is from the router, as we have WiFi repeaters, once we used ours rather than the signal coming from the Vivint devices it seems to not drop out so much. Not as strong but works nonetheless.

Joseph is a great worker. He explains everything and answers any questions. He has a great personality. I would recommend him very highly to anyone that wanted Vivint installed. He is also very patient with the customer's dogs. Their barking didn’t bother him at all.

Installation was a success and the products being used are an asset and a great investment to my new home. Installer gave me a lot of options to choose from. Also gave great insight on which products to use and not to use.

Great system for upgrading to a smart home. All locks and cameras connected to an easy to use app. Easy to use & affordable. Installation was quick, tech was helpful explaining how to use everything and showing all available features. Camera doorbell has a good picture.

Installation was a breeze. The tech that installed it was very personable and professional. Also wore his mask while inside which is good. It’s nice to have a doorbell and camera out there now. There were no surprises and overall it was a good experience.

The installation tech Joe was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the system to be installed, my available options, and the associated costs. I chose a couple of extra features and we completed the paperwork before installation. The whole installation was completed in one day and holder devices were tested and working before he left. He gave me all the time I wanted to discuss the operation of the system before leaving. I am well pleased and happy to recommend Vivint.

Luke my salesman was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and just an overall great young man. My installers were super nice also. The one trainee made a few mistakes, leaving my windows unlocked after he left for one but tried really hard and was very friendly.

I’m glad we have it, but thinking back on the initial meet and greet late in the evening wasn’t the best approach for a salesman. It was around 8:30 in the evening when two men rode up to our open garage door on a Segway. After a few minutes of telling us who they were and about Vivint he said he needed to inspect our doorway to the house and proceeded to open the door and go in. This could have been an imposter or someone wanting to rob us. Then, he said he needed us to come inside. Thinking back on it, it really was a scary way to confront someone about sales and we shouldn’t have let him into our home like that. We would have gladly had him here with a call first from Vivint.

I really think the equipment is awesome and works well. The sales and tech guys were friendly and informative. They have a variety of gadgets to choose from and maybe things you didn't know they had. I really recommend this security service.

Great system. Connie was really awesome with the installation, clean habitat in the job site, great explaining and instructing how the system work, also a good person. When we asked questions she was there to answer and help us out with anything we need to know.

The process from start to finish was pleasant. The salesman and the technicians were all very friendly and professional. My only complaint was not being informed when a device placement challenge came up and resulted in some brick damage. It’s no fault to the tech... it’s old mortar. I would have preferred the camera just be placed on a different surface if possible and the options were not presented to me before installation was completed. Other than the device placement not being brought to my attention beforehand I am very happy with the service provided today.

My technician was knowledgeable, courtesy, professional and funny. The equipment install was efficient and quick. My customer service technician was personable and helpful and the secure payment system was just as amazing. I felt violated after someone broke into my house, but the staff was amazing in helping me feel safe and back to normal.

Mitchell was informative and knowledgeable about the system. Very patient while system was definitely slow. He offered to wait while system rebooted. Offered a referral code for me and another friend of mine. He transferred me to troubleshoot department to figure the system error.

My first experience was amazing. It was overall a five star experience. The reason I gave it a four star rating was because I was given misinformation which would’ve almost cost me an additional $1400.00 had I not asked the right questions.
