Don’t waste your time or money. These guys are an absolute rip off and the equipment is junk. We regret our purchase tremendously. Product and service is way overpriced. Be better than us and do your research before you get into bed with these snakes. They absolutely take advantage of people that don’t know otherwise. Would leave no stars if I could.

Drew was great! He informed when he was going to arrive. He looked around for the best placement and made recommendations of placement. I decided to have it installed in my back office. He went over the use. Great service!!!

The equipment is nice but the smart thermostat could use an upgrade. Other competitors have better options. The screen goes dark and only comes on when you turn the system on and it goes dark in a few seconds. Other competitors' devices stay on always. Everything is fine other than the smart thermostat.

My tech explained everything in detail and showed me how to do things on my own. He asked me where I wanted the sensors and cameras to go. The problems are as follows: we needed to reschedule multiple times due to issues with his car, he damaged my wall and door, and he did not have the stand for the panel and it took a while to get that set. I had to schedule another technician to come out next week just to give me the stand. The system seems pretty good though. I love the smart lock and the camera quality is good.

Just installed but like the fact that I can see the front and backyard and know what is not armed. We have a pretty good neighborhood at times I wonder this makes the wonder go away not totally enough to know I can see my vehicles.

The installer arrived on time, was courteous, and clearly knowledgeable about the equipment and setup process. Everything was explained in detail — from system operation to app features — and the installation was done neatly and efficiently. We had a very good experience together, and I appreciate everything that he did and showed me and asked me is what I needed as far as more equipment that I could use within my premises. The install technician and his team were great - friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely cared about doing a quality job which met/exceeded our expectations and requirements. Highly recommended! The back office support, however, left a bit to be desired. Was challenging for the install technician to coordinate with “corporate” which caused considerable delays and rework. He managed it to the best of his ability, but this is definitely an area for improvement in the install process.

Please don't get them. They are scam!!! They will sign you up for a 60 month contract and when you buy the equipment you are stuck for life, meaning you cannot use your equipment with no other companies.

I had Vivint home security for several years. At the beginning the system worked perfectly until it was no more. It was impossible to have a technician do an in- person visit, as everything is done by phone. We had multiple false alarms during the day and especially in the middle of the night. Eventually we were charged by the police for coming to our house due to these false alarms. With all these issues we still kept Vivint. Eventually we decided to cancel the service. In June 2025, we call to cancel our service. We were told to speak with the cancellation department, which we did and that we thought was settled.. (We were never told that we will receive an email of cancellation to return to Vivint to finalize the cancelation). We then installed a Ring camera and we went away for two months.
Fast forward on October 7th we noticed a charge from Vivint on our bank account and realized that Vivint has been charging us since June. We contacted Vivint and we're told that they sent a Notice of Cancellation email on June 18th that we were supposed to return. We checked our email and did not see the email, then we were told it was sent on the 19th of June. We checked again and did not see the email. The representative then said she could see that the email was sent and that it was opened by us. She said she was forwarding it to us but it took forever for us to receive it.
When we got the email there was no date on it, which would have verified that the email was indeed sent on June 18 or 19th. When we pointed it to the representative she stated that the cancellation dept uses an email that is different from regular email and that is why the date is not showing. Also while we are trying to cancel this account the representative also tried to sell us other plans. Any way I feel that Vivint is making the cancellation process very hard while using methods that we felt were deceptive. We were burnt by Vivint and we will never do business with them again. Canceling an account has become like like climbing a mountain!

Wonderful! The representative took the time to go over all options, prices, and instructions. Both of the workers worked hard to get everything done in a timely fashion and gave great advice on where the cameras should go. They worked with the layout of the house and problem-solved through a couple of rough patches. They were polite and cheerful and made sure this was a positive experience. I was hesitant to even reach out at first because I always feel like I’m going to get taken advantage of. But that was not the case at all. The process was quick and easy. And everything was well explained. Everyone I dealt with was professional yet friendly. My only complaint is how the wiring was done in my bedroom. I’m really unhappy about that and will be reaching out to Vivint about it. It looks really bad.

We had an overall great experience with the installation and explanation of the different equipment and plans provided by Vivint. The only downside is that we weren’t offered the 25% discount on additional equipment purchased on or before install date since we are reliant customers. That's why we chose to go with vivint from the beginning. Other than that the pro tech was great and helpful and we had a great experience. Great front door view as well. We have a little more peace of mind.

They compromised my security by giving away my safe word online without asking any security questions and they still want to charge me almost 2000 to cancel service and they want it all at once not in payments and that part is not in the contract that it would have to be paid all at once if you cancel.

I switched from ADT due to their poor customer service. Vivint was great to work with! My installation rep, Bryan, was awesome. Everything at Vivint has been super easy. I was referred to Vivint by my niece who has had their service for several years and has been very pleased. The panel is much more user friendly than my previous panel. I am very happy.

Although there was technical issues with my internet, he stilled showed me how to use the app for different features. I’ve been with Vivint for a few years. I paid off my equipment over a year ago, but I noticed that as soon as I was done, they claimed my equipment was outdated and tried to push new upgrades. Service quality was already slipping, so I decided to cancel. When I called, they offered me “discounted equipment” with four installment payments, which sounded reasonable. But when the technician showed up, he charged me the full amount upfront — a large sum all at once. When I called customer service, they told me I’d have to dispute it with my credit card company myself. To make matters worse, I was told I couldn’t cancel my service because I was “under a new 48-month contract.” I never signed or agreed to that. Be very cautious with this company. In my experience, their practices feel deceptive and misleading.

I started Vivint back in 2022 for my apartment. It was easy to use, seemed great. However, they opened a line of credit in my name for the equipment which was not fully explained. I called to cancel services in 2023. They told me they will defer the account until my move is complete. I called back in 2024 stating I want to cancel, they said I have to pay off over $1,000 to cancel the service. Absolute scammers, horrendous experience, please learn from my mistake and do not engage in business with them. After paying down my line of credit, they are charging me for services I haven’t used.

My installer, Montell, was fantastic. He walked the house with me to determine inside & outside camera placement as well as where to drop our lines since we have no garage or laundry room. We’re very pleased with our purchase. System is easy to use. As an older person, I was able to use the software to label the cameras, set my intrusion area, and change my keypad code with ease. Camera quality is excellent. Vivint called the following morning to make sure we were comfortable with the system. Had to reach out to billing the following morning as well to make sure they were aware that we did not need one of the outside camera that was on the original order. We were able to get the house covered with only four cameras. Customer Service checked on it for me and said that the technician had already noted that only four cameras were needed and that Vivint would make the necessary adjustments to my order/purchase.

I wanted to cancel my service since I am moving out of state. If I tell you, it was the worst experience I have ever had. I don't know how many times I had to tell him I want to cancel my service is unbelievable. He kept telling me what he can do for me. I told him I just want to cancel my service, and I want a confirmation number. I had to yell at him, so he finally understood. I will never ever use Vivint again.

I would give 5 stars but cost of equipment is pretty expensive. I love the service, although I had a fight with keeping the doorbell camera live. I had to keep rebooting it every day and then I had a serviceman come by and installed another router that went directly to the Vivint devices. I haven't had to reboot the doorbell since... BTW, my own smoke alarm signaled Vivint when I burnt some food one afternoon. Yep, it worked and they came a running, "Are you okay?" Monthly fee very reasonable, under $25 per month I've had a year, this month I highly recommend. Oh and if you get it, you get a discount on your home insurance and please be informed about the water detectors in case you have a leak under the sink, hotwater heater, washing machine. It's really worth it and again, a discount on the homeowners' insurance.

I had a Vivint security system installed today so this review is for all the steps I went through to get the system in. The first point of contact was Zach a sales rep. At their headquarters at UT and he was great. He gave me all the information needed, walked me through the whole process of what will be installed, how many sensors and system devices I might need. He tailored a package for me, gave me a discount and few additional parts were included for free like 2 smoke/CO2 detectors and a doorbell camera as well. He wasn’t pushing or aggressive in his approach like many sales guys. He gave me time to think over if I want to sign up with them and I took time to research other companies before I got to the decision to go with Vivint.
I had a long list of questions and concerns that were needing answers so I texted Zach after hours and he kindly got back to me letting me know he’ll call next day with answers. He called next day and went over all my questions and any concerns I had. He gave me another promotion in case I decide to go with them and I did. Zack is very responsive, professional and nice to talk to. Definitely best experience when it comes to sales reps. We booked an installation day, then a local tech showed up on time and did his job of installing what was agreed on. He was respectful, professional and clean in his work. He went over the full explanation of how to use the system and the Application and did a good job at it.
So far I’m new to their system so I will take some time to see how well this system works and hopefully it will be a good deterrent against burglaries and it will contact emergency services in case of break ins or fire hazard. After installation I had few documents to get from them and they were quick to supply me with the documents needed. They are very approachable and quick with their responses and services which is not typical these days, 5 stars for service so far.

STAY AWAY! This company makes it painfully difficult to talk to anyone in customer service to get any kind of resolution for problems. Our family went through an extenuating circumstance back in 2022 and moved from our home. Throughout the next year we called and attempted to cancel the service and were informed that it could not be canceled until the equipment was paid off. The equipment was paid off shortly there after and they jumped through more hoops. POA was provided to the company and they continued to take monitoring fees out.
At this point they have pulled over $800 over the course of 2 years. We finally have the service canceled and have reached out countless times for refunds for their fraudulent monitoring and they have offered no hint of acceptance or help to rectify the problem. If I reached into your pocket and took money out after you had over and over again said you want me to stop, you would call me a thief. This company has egregious business practices and have no sense of ethics. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. Ironic that you pay a company money to protect your home, but they are the ones taking from your wallet.

The Sales representative Mr Irvin and the installer Michael for Vivint were soo professional and informative about their product of home security. I know I will be adding more to my home. Feeling safe is very important to me with the neighborhood which changes consistently. The security System is easy to learn, so you don't have to be tech-savvy to operate your system. Vivint have soo many security equipment for all your needs, especially if you are elderly or a Mom with small children. Take advantage when they arrive in your area. Now I have spots on my walls that have to be repaired. Recently someone gained entry into my house, while I was sleeping, without any alarms or alerts going off. Nothing showed up on the cameras. Trash company that throws in a free alarm system with solar install. I said NO I don't want, they did it anyway. I used alarm 3 times in a year, the keypad failed and alarm was stuck on so I ripped unit from wall and told them to come get it or replace it.... never heard back. Now they started auto billing me for the free system I didn't want that doesn't work. Call to cancel and there's a cancel fee - any company doing all this shady billing and hidden agreements it's a ** company.

I had a great experience with my salesman Tyler and my service technician Marlon. Both took the time to thoroughly explain all of the options and features to me, the best places to put the equipment and how to use the system which has me completely covered. I have 6 Vivint accounts and the alarm service is good in general. However cancellation of a service is really pathetic. Requested cancellation in July 2025, got billed for 3 additional months after that. Now they want to redo the cancellation again, and again I have to pay for another 30 days, making it 4 months after requesting to cancel. We have moved out of the property since June. I own the equipment so it should be a 5 min process. I have been on call for 90 min, transferred from diff people and still no luck.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The customer service is the WORST. I was a longtime customer (10+ years) and hadn't needed any repairs in several years. But over time some of the sensors failed and when I called to trouble shoot and/or get new ones, the nightmare began. Charges for everything so for four failed sensors, it was going to cost a few hundred to replace. Never mind that I had been overpaying for an outdated system for years (not my biggest knock against them since Vivint certainly isn't alone in leaving existing customers paying more while they give tons of deals to attract new customers). Calls would take so long that I'd have to get off (most of us don't have two free hours to trouble shoot) and then when I would call back, I'd have to start all over again. Why bother to enter call notes if they don't get used.
Most of the customer service reps were difficult to understand, lots of attempts to upsell me rather than just addressing my issues, and with no authority to make decisions -- the number of times I was put on long holds while they tried to get approval from higher ups was mind boggling. Seven hours between calls and chats over the span of three days. One person was supposed to call me back at an agreed upon time because after nearly two hours, she still hadn't gotten permission to waive fees and equipment costs and then called me several hours after the set time when I wasn't free to pick up the call. Gave them multiple opportunities to try to make things right before finally deciding I was so DONE, and then it took an hour on the phone to cancel. Never again!

They damaged my home, the claims department will not work with the vendor to get the work repaired done. The vendor have asked for a tech on many occasions to come out while repair being done. I will preface this by saying that I do not have any complaints about the system itself and I enjoy the convenience of it. However, I have never in my life had the type of issues I am having with the customer service and the way the business is ran with any other type of company AT ALL. Their sales tactics are based on lying, being deceitful, and prying upon genuine needs parents need for their children to mislead them into a service contract that is based on false promises. I was told by the sales rep that they would buy me out of my Brinks contract. I told them I did not know how much I owed and they said over and over again, "Do not worry about it, we will take care of it." However, that was a complete lie. They only give money towards it but had no intention of buying the whole contract out.
Due to me not having an addition $800 dollars in my bank account to pay out of pocket to buy myself out of my Brinks contract, I called Vivint's customer service and explained my concern and disappointment on the deceptive sales tactics. After being on the phone for hours and talking to 4 different departments they gave an additional amount but still wouldn't cover the entire buy out even though that's why I was told and guaranteed would happen.
Due to me being a mom of 6 I do not exactly have hundreds of extra dollars that I could put towards buying myself out of my Brinks contract. So I decided to just pay both my Vivint security system and to continue paying my BRINKS every month. Because paying my monthly payment of $60 to BRINKS until the balance was low enough to use the VISA gift card from VIVINT to pay it off was the only option since I did not have the hundreds of dollars I could pull out at one time to do so. I discussed this plan with VIVINT customer service and they said that, "It was probably the best bet, because VIVINT would not give me any additional money to pay off my BRINKS account" even though that was what I was told would happen by the sales representative. Once I got the balance of Brinks low enough I went to go pay the amount off.
The VIVINT gift card that had the $1500 on it expired. I called the card company which stated that it expired and they refunded the money back to the issuer and I would need to call VIVINT. So I did. I talked to four different people, one which was a manager, who stated they could not do anything for me. That it was my fault for not paying attention to the expiration on the card. Even though I explained to them why I couldn't use the card to pay off BRINKS because it would of required me to pay out of pocket hundreds of dollars I did not have. She said, "That was something I should of figured out." "That she understood and sympathized that I was now out of $1500 dollars". She said it in the most condescending way as I was crying and nearly hyperventilating on the phone about how could their company corner people like they did to me.
That how could they not do anything when they gave me $1500 dollars that they can see I DID NOT use because it got refunded back to them and just said, "Well you should have used the card when it was valid." They then transferred me to their loyalty department who said they could compensate me $10 a month for 5 months. (Which would give me 50 dollars back from the $1500 dollars that was taken back from me) or give me 20% of any additional equipment I wanted. I then stated that I would never buy additional anything from a company that takes advantage of people and is based on deceptive sales tactics and doesn't care at all about their clients and doing the right thing.
Extremely disappointed, how can any company do this to people?? I tried over and over again to give the company the opportunity to correct this so I didn't have to write a review because I hate doing that to companies. BUT NO ONE from the company cared at all to help. Even when I asked for the manager's boss she said "They aren't going to be able to help you either".

Vivint System is installed in less than 3 hours end-to-end. From going around the house to identify spots for cameras, sensors and even installing them. The built-in sensors were hooked up to new system and other devices were added. I would have been more happier if my Z wave compatible devices from other companies, like Lutron switches, wyze cameras, door locks, and ecobee thermostats could be added to the app for central monitoring and control. All in all, the system is up and running and easy to use. Looking forward to seeing all the benefits of this system.

Started off really really rough. I was taking on an account from the previous owner and was literally a nightmare for two weeks, was told I’d be called, I had to call back a number of times, transferred for five times on one call alone, no exaggeration. Finally, I got a hold of a guy named Jordan who was an incredible help and also Kes who saved the day. There are some people who genuinely want to help, but because of the corporate nature of the company you’re not immune to a situation like this. I was able to get a direct text line, I feel once you’re able to get a person you’re in touch with it was enough assurance for me to give it a try even after such a rough experience. That is why the three stars otherwise I would’ve given it a five for the excellent customer service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Yesterday their salespeople came to my door three separate times despite the clearly posted No Soliciting sign. Later, one of them pressured my husband into letting him inside. When I pointed out the sign and told him they should respect it, he completely ignored me. Even worse, he left the door wide open, letting our cats get out. My daughter and I had to stop everything to chase them back into the house while he stood there and laughed. That is not only unprofessional, it’s downright disrespectful. I had Vivint installed in early 2024. The installation technician was amazing. It was the last good exchange I had with Vivint. The equipment starting failing within 6 months. I sometimes had to reboot the systems up to 6 times a day. They sent technicians several times. Twice the techs couldn't identify the issues. After a year my "free" service was no longer available but I could receive a discounted annual service plan. Otherwise it was $99.00++ if they came out to repair the faulty equipment installed. Part of my my escalating annoyance was the constant upselling every time you'd call for help. I was thinking why would i want to purchase more equipment when what you installed doesn't work!
The last straw for me is when the thermostat failed and they lied repeatedly about expediting a replacement. In the end they do not offer expedited shipping for any reason. It appears to me that Vivint is one of the highest priced home security systems being offered and do little to support what they sell. Their best effort is sending the monthly invoice like clockwork. I understand that their overall rating is superior. I really do hope that everyone that gave them high marks truly got what they said they received. But for me and my 50+ calls and total lack of online support, I say stay away. It's not worth the money or the headache. If you choose to ignore my review I wish you the very best.

Bought a house with Vivint. Complete circus. Poor and lengthy phone trees, rude and incompetent customer service. With military discount, $45 a month. Ring is $10... Wrong address on contract, had to call a third time. Supposed to be a 14 day trial. They tried to sneak a 3 day trial on the contract of a two year commitment. I called a fourth time and waited on hold for 10 minutes while they tried to get my 14 day trial "approved". I canceled service! Having an average of 1.0 stars on Yelp is tough to maintain, but somehow Vivint has managed.

Had an excellent experience with the technician (**) who came to set up my home security system. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire installation process, explained how everything worked in detail, and made sure I felt confident using the system before leaving.
He was patient with all my questions, went above and beyond to customize the setup to fit my home, and made sure everything was neat and tidy when he was finished. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I feel so much safer and at ease knowing my home is protected, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Avoid at all costs. Lied about length of contract. Lied about home transfer fees. Refused to cancel contract. Paid on it for 5 years without using and even know I’m out of contract it took an hour of salesmen to tell me I can’t cancel till they call me back within 24 hours. 2. Was led to believe I could add after-market equipment and that is NOT the case at all. Their equipment is (literally) ten times the price of comparable products available on the market.
As a US Navy Veteran and a current employee of a non-profit, I cannot in good conscience, recommend anyone to do business with any part of this company. Dishonest salesmen backed by very polite and professional customer service and technicians. Don't get hoodwinked.

Be aware of who you do business with. You will be entering an indentured slave contract signing up for Vivint service. The monitoring service does work but the business practices are terrible. Unless you are making a payment you would not be satisfied with the customer service. They do not want to honor ending the contract unless you buy them out basically.
When signing up for the service you are not told that you would be getting a bank loan to finance the equipment installed in your home. I found that out after the fact. Had I have known I would have never done it. They will harass you over a late payment and continue to contact you after you've said not to. They don't care about any life events that may happen. They just want you to pay for 5 years worth of their service. If you want anything to happen in your favor you have to insist on speaking with someone who can solve your issue before you get off of the phone. And mind you my last call was 2 hours with Vivint customer service agents. I would of rather bought a dog instead of this service.

We were charged $3600 for $2000 worth of equipment. Vivint says they have zero percent financing. If so, why is the equipment more expensive to finance? I did a calculation and they are basically charging 28% interest to finance. I will say, because we are 65, we were able to cancel our contract. And another thing, if you hear about or see one of their door to door sales people, don't answer.

My experience was awesome, installation was right away. Everyone was polite and friendly, felt like I was talking to my friends. I should’ve got Vivint sooner. I love the features of the security monitor and the app. 10 out of 10 for me. It’s just 6 dollars more than ADT and I didn’t even have a camera.

They didn't install all of the equipment. The panel kept telling me things were not working properly. Jeff, the salesman, came back the next day & I showed him & told him to look for the missing equipment. He couldn't find it either! I told him I had called & canceled everything THAT morning. He kept telling me to try it for 30 days. I said no, I have 3 days to cancel & I did within 24 hours! Even that phone call went bad as he**. Listen very carefully to the spiel... he told me free for the house they pick & then suddenly it wasn't and I'm being financed? Now they are taking 30 days to come get it? My state's atty General will be notified as well as my local news station if needed.

I’ve been a Vivint customer since 2017. I recently sold my home and cancelled my service but I continued to get charged. I called multiple times to get this handled and it wasn’t until today, September 8th that they finally processed the cancellation that I had made back in July! I got transferred to different individuals and had to repeat my story over and over. Never thought I’d say this but their customer service is trash. I had plans to get vivint again in the future but I won’t after this experience.

This complaint is to detail a recurring and highly concerning business practice by Vivint that has resulted in continuous fraudulent billing attempts and a significant amount of stress. This pattern appears to be a deliberate strategy to delay or prevent account cancellations, negatively impacting customers. I called Vivint to cancel my security system service. The representative I spoke with confirmed my cancellation request and provided verbal assurance that my account would be closed. At this time, I also discussed a refund of certain payments, which the representative agreed to process.
Despite this confirmation, Vivint failed to process the cancellation. A few weeks later, I received a call from Vivint stating that I owed money for the service, as my account was never canceled. I explained that I had already canceled. The representative acknowledged the error and again stated that they would process the cancellation and the refund.
This exact scenario has now repeated itself on multiple occasions. Each time, I call Vivint, and a representative confirms that my account will be canceled and any owed money will be refunded. However, the cancellation is never actually processed, and I am subsequently contacted again, now owing for additional months of service.
The most recent example of this occurred last week. I spoke with a representative who, once again, assured me the account would be canceled. They advised me to call back on Monday to confirm the cancellation. When I called on Monday, a new representative informed me that no cancellation request was ever submitted on the previous call. This directly confirms the pattern of representatives verbally agreeing to a cancellation but failing to process it, presumably to avoid a negative impact on their performance metrics.
This is not a one-time clerical error; it is a systemic and malicious business practice that is causing me significant frustration and has the potential to ruin my credit score. It is a gross failure of customer service and business ethics. Vivint is deliberately creating a situation where it is impossible for me to cancel my service, leading to continuous and fraudulent billing.

I signed up on Labor Day to get the deal. The salesperson never told me about the $2k equipment but told me my monthly payments. When the technician got here and I was signing the paperwork, I was shocked to see the $2k. We called customer service and the lady snapped at me but I snapped back. They already messed up and still being rude. The technician however was great, he spent hours on the installation and did an amazing job setting it up! He’s the reason they’re getting 4 stars.

Every person we worked with, from the initial sales rep, to an account manager, to our installation, person, to the people they spoke to at corporate while doing the installation, has been excellent and professional. We also appreciate that they were never trying to upsell us, and in several cases actually suggested we not as large as we were thinking of. Highly recommend and very impressed. Set up was very easy, and our installer, Tyler H, was amazing. It was a huge job, he was there about six hours, and I never saw him take a break. All of the technology works very smoothly, and from the start, everything works well together, even the couple things that we integrated from our previous system.

Vivint was good when I first purchased the system. I have since moved locations and have been going on 2 months waiting for the new install. I’m still paying for my current security system. Vivint only cares about me upgrading my current system that is in a box waiting to be installed. I do not recommend Vivint due to their lack of customer care.

We regret the day we let the Vivint salesman in our door!! The install was madness, but we already signed the contract so they didn't care. That is not the reason for this particular review. We had the service for 2 years, and decided to sell our home. We paid the equipment off at closing (10/8/24) and also cancelled our service. January 2025 I found they had still been charging a monthly monitoring fee on a credit card we no longer used. Brought to their attention, and they said they weren't made aware of the account being cancelled. We have all the records in our recorded closing documents.
Mind you, they owe us $$$$ for unapproved debits made on our credit card AFTER we paid off and closed the account, to which they said we will not be refunded, so they stole that money from us. Obviously, I cancelled that card, and now my husband just received this email from Vivint this morning, see photo. Seriously, a year later and they're still trying to steal our money!!! SEND US THE MONEY YOU ALREADY STOLE FROM US!!

I’ve used Vivint before and was very familiar with them however in my new home buying journey, another alarm system was provided by the builder and strongly encouraged to use. I did go with them however, some things were not disclosed about setup. I called Vivint and they assured me of their system and process. I decided to go with them and cancel the other systems but it was past the 3-day cancellation. I let the operator know of my issue and they offered a $500 credit to pay me out of my other contract which didn’t need to be paid back. The install was quick and painless and Jose, my technician, was thorough. I feel safe and secured with Vivint’s home packaging.
