I like Appliance Direct's location and convenience. I like the steamer in the dryer I purchased. Their sales rep was good but I wish the delivery guy would have done a better job. He said he would not be able to hook the dryer because he didn't have a valve. He ended up selling me a hose he said was needed for 30 bucks. However, he ended up not using it and also was not able to hook it up, my husband had to do it. It was not the greatest service by the delivery guy but Appliance Direct was decent overall.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliance Direct because of the price. They were really good on the cost. They were a couple hundred dollars less than most of the stores in the area on that particular size refrigerator. Moreover, I had a good interaction with the sales rep. He showed me the products that they had available and explained everything to me and made the deal. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a great experience. Also, my refrigerator keeps everything cold.

We recently walked into a close by Lowe’s, but nobody acknowledged us. And since I do not like Home Depot for personal reasons, I told my wife, “Let’s go down to Appliance Direct.” A young salesman greeted us and left us to look around for a washer and a dryer. Finally, I called him over, asked a few questions, and then got basic Maytag washer and dryer from them. We hadn’t planned on buying a dryer, but we decided we’d go ahead and buy both of them. The salesman said they could be delivered the following day, and their delivery guys were fantastic. They brought the washer and the dryer in, took the old ones out with no problems, hooked up the new ones and bingo. It was excellent. I probably am going to buy a new range too and I’d definitely go to Appliance Direct first. Their service is great too and I’m real happy with it. It was a pleasure to do business with them. And, I also like Sam Pak and his ads.

The price from Appliance Direct was phenomenal compared to anywhere else. I got a washer and dryer from them and their sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. Had a good interaction with the delivery crew as well.

Only Appliance Direct had the stackable washer and dryer combo that I wanted in stock. Their sales rep was very easy to work with and their people were much nicer compared to the other places I was looking at. Their delivery team was fast - got the stuff all set up and left. I like all of the product's features. Everything went fine and it was all around a good experience.

I found out that a leasing company I've dealt with before were also working with Appliance Direct, so that was very good for me. The salesman of Appliance Direct was knowledgeable, consumer-friendly and provided excellent customer service. The washer, dryer, and freezer I got from them have outstanding quality and price and they work - so that's a great feature. Their delivery crew was very good as well. They went ahead and set up the appliances. I had to go and pick up the freezer myself, but outside of that, everything was wonderful.

Appliance Direct was our favorite and we prefer them over other retailers because of the price. We got our dishwasher, fridge, microwave and stove from them. Purchasing from them was great, quick and easy. Their sales reps were nice and informative. Whenever there's a promotion, they would give us the promotion price. The delivery guy explained all of the appliances' use. We have manuals for all of them and installation was quick.

It's always been great dealing with Appliance Direct. The guy that I dealt with answered my questions, told me about the stuff and was willing to work with me even though we messed with each other sometimes. Other stores didn't have all the Maytag stuff that Appliance Direct did so I got their Maytag kitchen appliances which were all stainless steel as I wanted everything to have that feel to it. Then when I saw that the backend of the Maytag range was all black and stainless steel as well, I ended up with it, too.

Appliance Direct is a good company. I like the washer and dryer we bought from them. We’ve had a Samsung which I hated, it is horrible. With our Appliance Direct washer and dryer, I can soak things. It is a plain, ordinary, good wash and that’s all I wanted. We like Appliance Direct, no muss, no fuss. They did a good job and we’re happy with it.

I’ve shopped at Appliance Direct quite a bit. I went there to buy a washing machine and when I walked into the store, I knew which washing machine I already wanted. And when I told the sales representative which one I wanted, he immediately told me, “Oh, I wouldn’t buy that one. I would buy this upgraded one. You know it’s only $100 more.” Well, to me $100 is a lot of money and I don’t like the fact when I walked in there, they’re trying to upgrade and sell me something else that I don’t want. So I was quite upset. But the store itself, Appliance Direct, is a good store.

I've bought from Appliance Direct before and this time around, I got a microwave, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washing machine from them. They had the best prices and product quality is good. They did a good job in the delivery and installation as well.

I had a Whirlpool before, which I had no problems with. But when it started making some funny noises one day, I bought the same thing and I've been very happy with it. I’m planning to go back next week because we just got a new home and we need a refrigerator. Appliance Direct has the one that we want for less price.

I had a great experience with Appliance Direct. We got a range this month and a microwave and a washer and dryer which I love last month. I was looking for a top loader and I got it. The range I got has a warmer that is something new which I like a lot. That’s very nice. We got our purchases delivered and their delivery team was very professional. The sales rep. Jeff at this location was very rude to my wife and she asked what would I have to do about cancellation of the microwave. So he said she would have to come down to cancel the order and I told her not to so they called her saying the microwave was in and within the hour we went down to pick it up. He went and sold it to another customer when it was still on hold for us. Then when we confronted him about it he said they will have to reorder it and now it is on back order and said it would be in on April the 28th. So of course it isn't in. Now a week later it still isn't in and he is saying if they reorder it again it wont be in till March 10th. So how many times do we have to order the same appliance. This will make it 3. Not happy with this location or the sales rep. We will never go here again.

Appliance Direct is famous locally. I bought an oven range and a dishwasher from them and they did a good job as far as explaining the features of the products. They were informative. Sometimes I go to other stores and ask the people there about the product and they don’t know much about it. It was different with Appliance Direct. I liked that they know what they're selling and what’s the difference between all of them. That’s a plus on their favor. The price is pretty competitive. It was a little cheaper. I like the service, too. It was positive and easy experience with Appliance Direct.

I bought from Appliance Direct before and this time, I bought a KitchenAid refrigerator, stove and microwave. I like that the refrigerator is spacious and that the microwave is made of stainless steel. Everything went smooth and I had an awesome experience with their staff. ’l recommend anybody to go to Appliance Direct.

We got a washer and dryer from Appliance Direct, and the sales guy that we spoke with has been very thorough. Only one delivery man came to deliver our orders, and there were supposed to be two. But still, he did the job so that was good.

My family and I have always gone to Appliance Direct. It’s familiar to me, and there’s no way that anywhere else will be able to beat the prices that they have. This year, I bought an over-the-range microwave, and then two days later, I went back for a dryer. The sales rep was very friendly and willing to help and go out of his way. I needed my dryer ASAP and he made sure that it was done. He told me that it would be brought that same day, which was on a Friday and that the driver would be calling me shortly, which he did. The only issue was I had an emergency and had to step out, but we agreed that on Saturday by 10:00 o’clock in the morning, my dryer would be here, and he sent it. I have no complaints and I definitely will continue being a customer.

Our washer and dryer were delivered to us, and the delivery crew was fantastic. They did a great job. One of their guys didn't hit a wall. The Appliance Direct sales reps were very helpful, too. Appliance Direct is a great company and they went above and beyond. They also have comparable prices. I would recommend them to anybody.

We went to Lowe's and Home Depot and my husband suggested trying Appliance Direct. We went and did a comparison shopping. We got a stove from Appliance Direct and their salesman was really knowledgeable. He was very enlightening on the stove itself and pointed out some factors. I’ve used stoves for years and didn’t know that technology had gotten that advanced with them. I thought I knew exactly what I wanted but in talking to him, he brought some things to light for me and I very much appreciated that. I wasn't here when they delivered it but my neighbor let them in and worked with the delivery crew.

I bought machines from Appliance Direct which consists of a Whirlpool, dryer and washing machine. The sales representative was good but the delivery people were not. The time frame they gave me was from Monday to Wednesday. It's hard because we're working people. You need a day off. They took forever. I waited a little bit more than a week to get my machine. They didn't stick to the date they said we were supposed to get it and I had to take a day off for no reason. And even the time, they told us about 4:00 o' clock, between this time and that time but they didn't show up until almost 10:00 o'clock at night. But so far I don't have a problem with the machine. It's not noisy and they lasted a very long time.

The gentleman at Appliance Direct was very pleasant and helped me make a decision. The transaction went smoothly and was a very good experience.

Appliance Direct used to have a little bit of a larger footprint in this area and opened a store in my vicinity. I purchased a washing machine from them. The experience with their sales rep was good and quick, and he was helpful. It was an efficient process. We got there a little bit before they were closing and they did a good job for us. We found what we wanted and we took it that night because our washing machine was broken. My wife likes this new one for its large capacity and it does a good job washing. He told us everything about what we’re looking for and compare what I wanted to what he thinks was better. He also shipped for us. Everything was perfect. I scouted around and bought a microwave a couple of months ago and a refrigerator a couple of weeks ago from Appliance Direct because of the price. The young salesman was good and knowledgeable. When I looked at the refrigerator, I told him that the things they have were all stainless steel and I needed a white one. He went into the office and a manager was there. He came back and said, “Hey, this refrigerator here dropped $100… but today is the last day.” I told him that I'd get it, and as thing went on to be finalized, I asked how long it would take to get a white refrigerator. The manager then refused and changed the situation, and told me that I won’t get the $100 off if I wanted to buy a white one. To me, that wasn’t right and I didn’t like that. We were ready to walk out and he never changed it back, so he made a major mistake.

We purchased a washer from Appliance Direct 14 months ago and it totally tore up. It was 14 months old and had a year's warranty. The part was going to cost $500 and a new washer was $599. I have bought quite a lot from Appliance Direct because I could buy from them cheaper than have something repaired. They have such huge quantity that they can price things lower and usually, most things would last longer. It was only that washer I have really been dissatisfied on, and the repairman I got out here said that Whirlpool must be having huge problems with the washer. I would still recommend Appliance Direct.

I recently got a stove from Appliance Direct because it was cheaper than Lowe's or Home Depot. I liked the six months no interest on the payment and that they had everything in stock. The quality is awesome. Also, delivery went off without a hitch. Everything was done well. We're in a small apartment and they were masterful in getting the washer and dryer in our laundry closet. Nothing was scratched. It was perfect. Appliance Direct not only have the best people, who not only advise me for my needs but give me the best value. They've done a great job. I'd never go to anyone else.

I recently bought a dishwasher from Appliance Direct because of the cost. The sales rep was good although we had a problem as far as we bought the extended warranty and there's been some issues in how that was represented. Actually, we've been on the phone with them yesterday trying to get things ironed out. Initially, we called the warranty company to check and be sure that our warranty was registered and they showed nothing. That was a couple of weeks ago and they said we could call Appliance Direct. And the latter said, "Oh, it's just not in the system yet. Give us two weeks", and call them back.

I've known about Appliance Direct for about 10 years now, and recently bought the entire kitchen from them. They have the best prices and as soon as I walk in, I'm greeted. I'm very technical and I do research beforehand. I tell them what I want, they ask one or two questions about various other models and then from there we initiate a new purchase. They had good prices and their sales rep knew exactly what he was talking about compared to some of the other folks that I go and talk to. The price at Appliance Direct was better than other retailers so I bought my dishwasher from them. The sales rep who helped me was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him. I told him my price range and he showed me all of the dishwashers and told me the pros and cons on each. I didn’t feel pressured to find something that was out of my price range. On the day they were going to install the dishwasher, the installers called to tell me, "You know, there’s a dent in this one. Can we do it another day?” I explained that I had taken that day off work and they said, “No problem. We’ll be there.” So however they did it, they found another one and was right on time.

When we shopped around for a new washer and dryer, Appliance Direct's cost was a bit cheaper and the last one we bought from them, the quality was super. So we purchased it from them. My niece is a contractor and she buys everything from Appliance Direct, so I recently purchased a Maytag washer from them. The sales reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. I had the washer delivered and the delivery team was efficient and pleasant. I love the washer so far and I like that it has a deep water that covers the clothes. I hate the new machines where they just spray a little water on the clothes and the washing machine and clothes smell like BO in a month. I also like that it's Maytag and the price was phenomenal. So it was gonna cost me $285 to repair the Whirlpool top of the line supposedly, but this brand new Maytag cost me $399, plus an $89 service call. I'd definitely go back to Appliance Direct and I'd definitely recommend them.

I purchased washer, dryer, refrigerator, garbage disposal and dishwasher from Appliance Direct. They're a local business, and U.S. made products is what drove a lot of it. I also like the consumer feedback that they have. We mostly dealt with one person, Doug, and he was always very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. We have some of the products delivered and the crew who did that were very nice and professional. I have a pleasant experience and I would continue going to them for the other appliances that we need later on.

I recently purchased a gas stove from Appliance Direct which I picked up myself. It was an excellent experience with them.

I had the displeasure of doing business with the Fruitland Park store. I purchased a washer and dryer from them and to be fair, their rates are good. Once the items were bought, I scheduled the delivery and installation for Saturday. The manager Jeff said that I would be contacted between 0800-0900 that morning advising when they'd be by. Did I mention, that I'm in the middle of moving? Did I also mention that I'm moving from Orlando to Eustis, an hour away? Well I got to the house in Eustis by 9, and was waiting. Around 9:30 I called the store and Jeff rudely says that if I was going to get a delivery I would have gotten a call.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliance Direct. My decision came down to price. Before that, I had a Samsung refrigerator. I've had the repairman here a couple of times and he told me that it's a piece of junk. There's just a point where after spending money on something, one will finally say that it's a piece of crap and throw it away. The repairman further told me that there are good deals in Appliance Direct and they don't sell crappy things. I loved the salesman, Luis. He's from British Guyana and he spoke English very well. He was a really nice guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to deal with him again. I paid for the fridge to be brought here and the delivery people who were subcontracted also did a nice job.

I bought a washer from Appliance Direct that has multiple cycles and different options for settings. Their sales reps were helpful. But I’m not sure how the finance program that we chose to do works. That’s a bit unclear to me. Nonetheless, it was a simple and convenient experience with a good value.

I got a refrigerator from Appliance Direct. I appreciate the guys who work there. They were great, helpful and friendly. The only thing I am wondering is when I will receive my first bill because I financed $300 of it at $50 a month for six months. Three guys delivered the kitchen appliances, and they were experienced, able to handle everything, and took care of some problems for me. Everything went very smoothly. When I needed a washing machine, some guys from work said, "Why don't you go down there and get a price?", so I did, and purchased from them. Everything was great and they were easy to deal with. They had a nice selection of products and they had what I needed.

I buy all of my appliances from Appliance Direct. They seem to be cheaper and I get better customer service there. I bought a refrigerator from them and then about a month or so, I had to buy a washing machine. Their sales people recognized me because I was there before for the refrigerator. With the washing machine, they told me which ones they had actually purchased. They found one that had the similar features on it and was discounted. They brought that to my attention and I ended up getting it. I had my purchase delivered and their crew was very helpful. They even remembered delivering the refrigerator when they brought the washing machine out. They worked with me. The guys at Appliance Direct were honest.

I have purchased a few items from here and never have been given such a hard time as recently. I purchased a washer and was told that my existing washer would be hauled away at delivery of the new one. It was left in my yard. When I called back the delivery guy he told me that he would not come back and pick it up because the casing was not intact. So I called Ed the store manager who was argumentative and told me that I signed a paper stating that this machine would not be taken which I was not provided with a copy of so I am unable to verify. I then said I'd rather return the machine and buy from your competitor and Ed told me I'd have to pay another $50 to do so.

I bought my washer and dryer first, and then I bought a 4-piece kitchen. The sales rep Trace was the reason why I went back to Appliance Direct. He's an honest guy and he explained all the ins and outs, and the differences between what I was being shown in other places. However, nothing seems to dry in my dishwasher even if I put it on the dry cycle. Everything stays wet, but maybe I need to go over the directions. Aside from that, they're very good.

Their representatives are right there to assist with anything that we need. I went to two different stores of theirs, and the one in Merritt Island had very quick and courteous staff. I had to wait for the washing machine because they didn't have it in stock, but as soon as it came in, they called me. I also went to their store in Titusville for the dishwasher and the gentleman there was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through all of the different aspects of each dishwasher. They operate wonderfully and I'm very satisfied. I would shop with them again.

Appliance Direct had the washer and dryer that I needed so I bought from them. However, the sales rep was like a car salesman trying to upsell me. I did a lot of research and went in wanting a specific model, but he kept telling me he didn't have it in stock. Then he said that for a couple hundred bucks more, I can do this one, and then for a few hundred dollars more from that, I can do this one. The haggling kind of made me angry. We picked up the product ourselves because delivery was expensive. It is a newer one, doesn't have the agitator in the middle which I'm not used to, and also takes over an hour to wash one load of laundry. But I like the ding that it makes instead of the buzzer noise and that it has clear, plastic top lids. I would return it but couldn’t because they say I can't return anything to Appliance Direct. They don’t give refunds at all which makes me mad.

We purchased an Appliance Direct refrigerator and had it delivered. The delivery crew were excellent. They were gentle with our fridge and they were in and out really quick. The sales representative was knowledgeable, able to answer our questions, and we had a great experience with him.

The sales rep tried to approve me for the credit but I was told it would take seven days to find out whether I'm approved or not which was crazy. Their financing needs to be better. So I paid cash upfront but there was no discount for paying cash. There should have been so I was disappointed in that.

I did have little problems with the knobs that go to our refrigerator that I was supposed to get, because the agent said they were going to order it and then when I asked he said they don’t sell them anymore. Then when I went to purchase a dishwasher, another gentleman said, “You could order those knobs.” So I did but I'm still waiting on those knobs.

We bought a refrigerator, microwave and stove from Appliance Direct several years ago, then we recently purchased a washing machine and dryer from them. We had a very good experience with their sales rep and their delivery crew was very helpful and efficient with putting and hooking it up. They knew what they were doing, although I feel that they may have been a bit rough with it because I found a couple little scratches on the front of the machine. But it's not enough to worry about and I would never send them back for that reason. Putting it into the laundry room was a little tight, but everything went fine. Also, I had the 13 years old agitator so I had a few questions with the new digital after we purchased it, but through asking neighbors and trial and error, I found out what I was supposed to do.

We decided to purchase the whole kitchen – microwave, stove, a dishwasher and refrigerator from Appliance Direct and they gave me credit and some discounts because we were buying the whole thing. We saved a little bit of money with this purchase because my wife looked up the items at Lowe’s afterwards and she noticed a couple of differences in price. Other than the microwave, we’ve never used anything else because the house is up for sale. The sales rep I spoke to was great and had a good personality. He made sure we had a matching set. He helped us a lot and we were in and out of the store pretty quick. He said the one-year manufacturer’s warranty can be passed on to the new homeowners but I’m not sure how to do that. But overall, we had a good experience.

I went to review Appliance Direct online and they have good reviews. I also looked at Home Depot and online to make sure I was getting the best value, and I was. We purchased the kitchen package. He worked with me and delivered everything like he said he would. He called me back when I had any problem. We did everything over the phone and that’s another thing I liked about them. My situation was unique because I have a second home and I couldn’t make it down there. I’m going down in a couple of weeks to look at them. If I have an issue, I’ll call the manager and I’m sure he’ll straighten it out.

I purchased a dryer from Appliance Direct for a rental property. We've checked everywhere and it's the cheapest in the area, plus they had it in stock. It was ideal for me to pick up on that day and I can take it straight away and fit it. I've already checked the item I wanted on the internet then I went in and asked them if they had one. They said, "Yup." Everything was great from the start of me getting there, to being told they got it, to me paying for it, and to them helping me load it onto the truck. It’s all brilliant and I’m very satisfied.

I am well satisfied with the people I dealt with at the store as well as the person who installed the cooking stove. I don't know too much about hooking gas stoves up, and I didn't want to take any chances so I had it installed. Appliance Direct happen to be right at the street from my house, and I purchased a fridge, a dishwasher and an oven from them. The sales representative who was there to help me out was awesome. I had my purchase delivered, and the delivery crew was really good too. My fridge does not fit inside the wall so I've got the wall knocked out. However, my refrigerator makes a sounds like it's grinding inside when I try to get the water to come out. I don't know if that's normal or not, but it sounds weird for something that cost that much.

A lot of people say that Appliance Direct is a good place to go, and there's one right in Merritt Island, so my sister Loretta brought us down there to pick out a washer/dryer, but they didn't have it in stock. The sales representative was very nice and said, "I'll give you all the paperwork on it and call you as soon as it's in stock." As soon as he had them in stock, he let my sister know and we were able to get the sale done quickly. With everything, she ended up paying about $1400. She also got a good warranty on it.

What we like about our washer and dryer is that it cleans clothes and it's big. We went with Appliance Direct again because they did good for me last time when I bought my stove. I did have some trouble with my washer -- it was leaking. But this guy came out and looked at it, and we realized that when the installers hooked up the washer, they didn't tighten it enough, so the water was leaking from one of the hoses. But once the guy tightened it, everything was fine.

Our microwave from Appliance Direct is doing good and I've enjoyed using it. I like the reheating which works pretty well. Everybody from Appliance Direct seems to be extremely helpful. We've gotten a refrigerator and a range from them as well, so I would recommend them.

Everything went fine with Appliance Direct. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do. The stock came on time and it worked out. I had bought a stove from there before and I shopped around a little bit and it was about 40 percent cheaper than the cheapest place I found. The salesman was nice and very informative. He tried to sell us other stuff we did need and it was delivered in two days as he said. It was a weekend and it was installed on the next Monday. I couldn't say enough good things about them. We chose them because they were convenient and we were happy with their products. Furthermore, everyone we saw in the store was very cooperative, friendly and acted very professional. Their delivery guy took out the old stove and refrigerator, put in the new ones and took the old ones with him. So far, we haven't found anything wrong with the appliances. The washing machine and dryer we bought from Appliance Direct were excellent and the prices were great. We were very happy with the service and the people. They were very good to us. The sales rep was very good and he explained everything. The delivery crew was very fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them.

The other dryer I had was not working so my husband purchased a dryer from Appliance Direct. Their sales representative was very nice, he told me how the machine works. I had a problem with the door because I needed it to swing open to the right instead of the left. He told me that the person that was coming to bring it would change it for me. The delivery guy came exactly at the time he set and he was really nice. I was told that the door will be changed but he'll charge $25 because he said he's a subcontractor and does not work for Appliance Direct. No one ever told me about it so I said no and they didn't change it.

We looked at other local places, but we found that Appliance Direct had the best price. The sales representative, Bert, was incredible, very knowledgeable, and a very good sales person. My only heartache to the whole process was that we thought the delivery was paid when we purchased everything, but it was a separate company, so we had to make a separate payment when the delivery folks got there. When I walked in the door, somebody was right there to greet me, "Sir can I help you?" I said, "Yes. I'm interested in getting a washer and dryer." He said, "What price range are you looking for?" I said, "I'm looking in a $300 to $400 price range." He then showed me a couple and I picked the Whirlpool washer and dryer that I want, they helped me load it up and I took off. It was a great experience and I would recommend them.

We purchased a Whirlpool front load washing machine from Appliance Direct, which does a very good job at cleaning. The pricing was about $100 less than the lowest price I could find locally. Communication with the sales reps were very good and went very well.

I'll definitely be back to Appliance Direct. Their prices are good and so far the service has been fantastic, and it's very encouraging. I live in the neighborhood and had driven by there. I got a dishwasher from them sometime last year and I made another purchase of a refrigerator last week. I first got the refrigerator floor sample. They delivered it and everything seemed fine. It had a little dent in it but for the price, it seemed like a really good deal. But after delivery, the lights weren't working. They would come on sometimes, flicker, or just didn't work at all. I'd kept calling Appliance Direct and they set up an appointment and didn't show up. When I called, they said it showed that it got postponed. So I set up another one and then two days before they're supposed to show, they called and said they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted to reschedule.

I bought dishwasher and refrigerator at separate times. The dishwasher I took delivery myself and the price was better than competitors and has worked flawlessly and is so much quieter than my old model. The refrigerator is a French door with 2 freezer drawers. I was looking at a higher priced model and the salesman actually directed me to one that was less but had same features I was looking at. I had reservations about a French door from reviews I had seen. The salesman was able to address my concerns and I have been very happy with the fridge. I did use the installer company that Appliance Direct recommended and found them to very good. They delivered and installed the unit, provided some helpful advice about the ice maker and cleaned up after themselves.

Spent $2,300 on new washer and dryer. Dryer had a large dent on the side when delivered. I called the store and was told they would order a new panel. It's been 5 months and I still cannot get a straight answer from the manager, jerking me around. It's bad enough we had to wait a month and a half to get the appliances and now this. People, please understand Appliance Direct return policy. If you used the appliance, they will not take it back. My husband spent a lot on a new washer/dryer set of Maytag Bravo XL's. The worst set ever! Clothes gets so tangled into a ball after wash, going by the instruction manual and comes out super wrinkled. The dryer is not able to bring out the wrinkles. Appliance Direct is not willing to do anything, they diverted us to the manufacturer, of which doesn't want to stand behind their product. Have peace of mind and purchase from another retailer! I would give them ZERO rating if I could!!

I purchased a GE French door fridge from Appliance Direct. The warranty that came with it I had already used. The stripping around the third door came off. It's never worked since. I went to other Appliance Direct stores to get help since the one I bought it from went out of business. It's a beautiful item. All my appliances came from another store but today I spoke with a ** who said I'd have to pay $98.00 for service call and parts. On the site I see several people have had problems with the French door. I don't feel I should have to pay. I didn't get a year of service out of mine. I NEED it fixed on their DIME or DOLLARS rather.

I was told by the salesman, who happened to be a general manager, that the range I had selected was a Gold Series, I wanted the Gold Series to match my dishwasher and future appliances. I was told the range is a Gold Series because the ring in the Whirlpool logo is gold. That is not true, all the rings in the logos are gold. I went to another appliance store where I purchased a refrigerator and microwave and there is where I found out my range is not Gold Series. Why did the person at Appliance Direct have to lie to me? Just to make the sale? Now I have a range that does not match all other appliances. I will never purchase any item from Appliance Direct.

I am having the exact problems the other person with a french door refrigerator I bought from Appliance Direct. It doesn't make ice, they have been out 3 times. Replaced the ice maker the last time - now it not only will not make ice, it constantly has water running all over the floor from ice I buy and put into the ice bin. In the past several years, I've bought many appliance for our business and home. This was the last time. I just bought a new stove and convection microwave from hhgregg. I hope I have better luck with them. I guess Appliance Direct has gotten too big and forgotten the customer service they used to have.

After we renovated our kitchen, we purchased all appliances from Appliance Direct in Melbourne. First the roof of the microwave/oven combination began to peel. We contacted Appliance Direct and were told that there was nothing they could do after we spent about $2500 on the appliance. We purchased a second one directly from GE. Then our dishwasher began to leak and has ruined part of our wood floor! The repairman told us that the dishwasher had been repaired PRIOR to our purchasing it...we bought it as new!

Purchased a convection stove and refrigerator, paid full price. I paid for new and got dented. Smashed and scratched stove and refrigerator, I spoke with appliance direct in Cocoa Fl. He said they would pound out the dents could not fix the scratches. I said I purchased new not fixed. I want a new appliance in a box, these we're delivered out of the box. One of their repair people said the stove was dropped. I have no choice now except to file in small claims court. No one should buy from appliance direct. They do not stand behind their product.

We gave our daughter and son in law a $780 Edgestar wine fridge from Appliance Direct. After a few years it stopped working. Appliance Direct offers no solutions. Better to buy from a company that stands by products they sell. This is an example of why it is scary to buy from online sellers. This company doesn't care that they sold us "junk".

Purchased a French Door Refrigerator Approximately less than 3 years ago. Experienced Problems with the Unit. Immediately called Appliance Direct and we were sent to service. It was the Ice Machine not making Ice. 3 times we had Service to Fix it but they could not figure out the problem and we were told its just the model or our water supply, etc., etc., etc... WELL less than 3 years later, I HAVE A HUNK OF JUNK. The unit leaks water all over our floor because Ice builds up on the bottom so we have had to put a towel on the floor so we don't slip and fall.

We were building a new Townhouse in Grand Haven, Palm Coast. We searched the appliance stores for the best appliances at the most reasonable price. Not only were we exhausted by the high prices and uninformed salespersons at Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's and H.H.Gregg but we were weary of salespersons who simply were so rude that they were not interested in hearing our dreams of what our new Townhouse could be for us. Once we visited Appliance Direct near us, not only was the salesman courteous to the other salesperson ready to help us as well, but he was courteous to us. I was in a wheelchair and my husband knew what kind of refrigerator he wanted, so I could reach the drawer below instead of above, etc. We wanted all stainless steel. The salesman knew all about the latest perks in stoves and what they can do nowadays.

I went to the Winter Garden store to buy a refrigerator and the manager on duty named Ron ** was rude and simply unprofessional. I will never go there again. Come to find out he's a felon. I don't know who the owner hires but buyer beware.

I purchased three appliances from this company. The deal was a good one, almost too good...

We purchased a new expensive dishwasher from them and signed for it upon their delivery people leaving it. We just got around to unpacking it a few months later and found out someone had dropped it denting the stainless steel! They said there was not anything they could do since "we had signed for it"! They use local "poor un-bonded delivery firms" to deliver their goods and are at best "delivery monkeys".

I bought a washer and dryer less than a month ago from Appliance Direct. Neither one worked properly from the time I got them. The delivery men stated that something was wrong and I called the store. I was told to see if the problem continued and that if it did, they would exchange it. Of course, the problem continued so I called back and was told a repair person would have to come and try to fix it before they took it back. The repair person came but the problem with the machines have not gone away and now they refused to take it back. They want me to wait for another repair man to come out and fix the machines that never worked to begin with. At this point, I don't trust the company and just want my money back.

I bought 4 appliances unfortunately from these people and brought them home, had them installed and 2 of them don't work. GE Microwave blower/vent fans don't work. After I paid to have it installed, had to pay to have it uninstalled and returned to store to get my money back. KitchenAid diswasher, paid to have it installed and during installation, we looked up online to KitchenAid website and saw that half the parts we needed were missing. I have to pay more money to order parts! This was not what I had bargained for now that dishwasher is costing me more time, headache and money. Be very careful of what you buy at this store.

I bought new in the box but they tried to deliver floor models or scratch and dent models. Neither machine's serial numbers matched what we saw in the store. Delivery was by a subcontractor who did not wrap either machine with as much as furniture pad. When I called to dispute it with Jason, he offered me money off or come all the way back to the store, 35 minute drive, in order to get my money back. The driver was arrogant and just wanted me to take what he brought so he could move along to the next stop.

I put my oven on for self-cleaning for 2 hours. When it was done my oven inside glass completely cracked and glass went into the oven. My oven is now unusable. Is there anyway I can get compensated?

Appliance Direct is selling an LG refrigerator French door stainless steel/black/white for $1377 like it said on the TV commercial. And when you go to the store, they sell the stainless steel one for $1777 when the TV commercial advertised the LG refrigerators for $1377. I'm not the only one who noticed the deceitful commercial.

Appliance Direct is currently advertising LG french door fridges for $1377. The commercial that is currently running on TV shows a black, a white and a stainless refrigerator and a price on the screen of $1377. Also, the guy in the commercial says $1377. However, when I called Appliance Direct to check the stock only the white and black ones were $1377, the stainless was $1777. I asked how can that be the commercial clearly shows all three colors and only one price.

I've done explaining what happened. This is my second complaint. I need to know who to contact to get my money back from Appliance Direct. They sold me a bad washer that is not working and want me to pay for that. It's not going to happen. I will take it to court first. I want my money back or talk to someone that will help me get my money back.

I've got only one wash out of this machine and I was told that I couldn't bring it back and that I had to use the service department first to see what the problem was before they could do anything. That was fine. I did that now. The service technician is telling me that the parts is overseas and he don’t know how long it is going to take for the part to get back, maybe 1 week or 2. He really don’t know where the parts are coming from and all I want is my money back.

My refrigerator was not working properly the weekend of Feb. 1, 2010. The bottom part was not cold and the top part was too cold. I called Appliance Direct and left a message because they were close over the weekend. On the 2nd of Feb., Appliance Direct called and said they had a work order for me and wanted to send someone out. However, the refrigerator seemed to be okay that day. I called them back and told them that the fridge seemed okay.

I have had 3 new ice makers installed. Now my lights didn't turn off and melted the whole top of the refrigerator and all the food on the top shelf. I purchased a 4-year warranty from the store, thank goodness. But it is going to take the repairman 2 weeks to get a new kit. I am not sure how this is going to work. I am afraid that even with a new kit, we will have a fire. The top above the bulbs is bubbled and dripping. I am not sure if there is any alternative. I really want to give this $2100.00 hunk of junk back.
