I walked in at Appliance Direct one day and the sales guy was really nice and sounded knowledgeable so I went back to him. He waited for hours but was very courteous, took his time going over different products and helped us choose which one we’re most comfortable with. I bought a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a French door refrigerator. I got a really good price for the four pieces and I had a great experience at Appliance Direct.

Appliance Direct had a household sale and they have scratch and dent appliances. I bought a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher. The sales guy was fine and very helpful. Appliance Direct is very easy to work with and I would return there if I need something.

I've purchased so many things from Appliance Direct and the most recent ones were a washer and a dryer. Ed, a sales guy there, knows exactly what I like and gives me the best deal. Also, Nyron, who does the installation, gets stuff installed and working before one even knows it. Everyone at Appliance Direct is fabulous and they make it easy to get the job done. I go in there and they take care of it. No mess, no buts.

I saw Appliance Direct's prices on tv and I bought a silver dishwasher. Everything's working good and I'd recommend them to my friends.

I love Appliance Direct. They are very quick and friendly and they did a great job sending the washer and stove. The sales representative was excellent. And the guy that I spoke with was extremely friendly and very helpful. They were all really good because they couldn't get me both pieces and they looked around to see where they can. Then they told me which store has both of them and then I called that store and fortunately, they had both the pieces together so I was able to buy them.

My experience in buying an electric range from Appliance Direct was wonderful. The sales rep was very professional and listened to every single thing that I needed, and I had no complaint at all. Delivery was done well and on the same day. The delivery guys took the range to my tenant and she also had a wonderful experience with them. We'll do business with Appliance Direct again when we need to and I'll recommend them to my friends and family.

I’ve been to the Appliance Direct store a long time ago. I recently bought a microwave and a range and everything went well. It has been quick and easy. The sales reps were nice and friendly and the delivery team was very good.

I am in the market for a washer and a refrigerator and went to the store on Babcock St. When I walked in, there were three employees at the counter and they made no attempt to help me. I asked where the Scratch and Dent items were, they pointed in a general direction and again made no attempt to find out what I was looking for or to assist me in any way. That is a piss poor way to do business. I am quite sure that they are on commission, I just guess they didn't need my money. Needless to say I didn't purchase anything.

I went shopping and Appliance Direct had a better pricing and really high-quality stuff. I bought a set of washer and dryer for my daughters and my wife. I also bought a refrigerator and dishwasher for my friend. I got them a bit cheaper than I would anywhere else. The reps were knowledgeable and the manager there was really good. They deliver promptly and that’s important. That’s one of the reasons I like Appliance Direct. Nobody likes to pay and wait a freaking week to get the items when you’re paying them $4,000. I spent about $15,000 in total there. The other thing is the people that they subcontracted were awesome. I’m very satisfied with Appliance Direct. Anytime you save money, you make a profit. I probably will go shopping again in the 11th house. I’m in the real estate business and I’ve used Appliance Direct many, many times over several years.

I got a washer and a dryer from Appliance Direct and the auto sensory feature which lets me adjust the water accordingly was my favorite feature. I did some research and Appliance Direct was the cheapest one and yet, they have a good reputation. I needed the appliances to be delivered and handled as well. They were the closest one to me and the delivery and set-up weren't going to cost an arm and a leg. I also went to Lowe’s, Home Depot and other appliance places at the mall. I went to the Scratch & Dent site and when I started to look, the costs were mostly comparable.

I shopped around for two months and I was going to go with Sears Outlet Mall because they had better prices and I was going to go with Kenmore. And then, we found an Appliance Direct store on the way home. And when we stopped there, we're pleasantly surprised that the prices were a lot less than the other competitors. Also, they were selling Maytag and it has a 10-year instead of a two-year warranty, which made it even better.

A neighbor told me about Appliance Direct and their prices seemed to be better than anywhere else so I bought a washer and dryer from them. Their sales rep was good and answered all my questions. They delivered the appliances and the washer and dryer worked. Overall, everything went fine and it was a great experience.

The gentleman who assisted us was very knowledgeable about the appliances that were offered to us and the guys from the delivery team were courteous and on time.

I’ve gotten a lot of appliances at Appliance Direct over the years and I kept going back because the service, prices and quality were good. They were convenient, got many store locations and there were lots of options. We got a refrigerator and a dishwasher. It was for a rental property. My recent visit with the store was when they didn’t have the exact model or color that I wanted. And the other store had it but wouldn’t give it to them so I actually had to drive to the other store and buy it from there. But that was a little bit inconvenient but I made sure that the salesman that I originally spoke to got the credit.

The products from Appliance Direct were cheaper so we got a refrigerator from them. We had our purchase delivered and their delivery crew was good. Their sales rep was good as well.

The pricing, service and installation were the factors I considered when I bought a microwave oven and a dishwashing machine from Appliance Direct. They pick up old appliances and take them back. Their sales reps were also very knowledgeable and professional. I was really in a hurry and it took me less than an hour to get everything done. Appliance Direct is close to home. I talked to Lisa, the manager of the store here in Fruitland Park and she's very good. She spent quite a bit of time with me with the measurements. I got a microwave, a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher and I like them all. The delivery crew was okay but they were just too matter of fact when I'd ask a question. Also, they didn’t have the hardware that mounts the dishwasher to the counter to hold it in place. They had one in the package but they didn’t have the other and there were supposed to be two them. I went back to the store and Lisa gave me the part. So far, the equipment is working. Also, the refrigerator freezes colder than the ones I had before. I would go back to Appliance Direct and I would recommend them to anybody else.

Everybody I spoke with at Appliance Direct was great and one of the managers that I worked with was fantastic. I bought a dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator from them and the quality is the same in about any big box store. It's the same product, just different price. I'd recommend buying from Appliance Direct. The store has everything I needed to do all the comparing right there. They have a giant TV screen hooked up to a computer so you can surf all you want and compare while you are in the store. They also pretty much have everything in stock. I bought my appliances there for the convenience and price. I also knew I could go there and pick them up.

I had looked at 12 other appliance retailers and Appliance Direct had a refrigerator that was on sale at a reasonable price which was exactly what I was looking for, so I bought it. I've always had the double refrigerators and I liked that this one had the drawer with the freezer on the bottom. I would absolutely recommend Appliance Direct because my service with the guy in the store was really good and the two people that delivered the refrigerator were very friendly, and everybody there was topnotch. In fact, I've already recommended Appliance Direct to two people.

I’ve never had any problems with anything I bought from Appliance Direct and that's why I came back and bought a stove. The sales reps were very good, explained the product to me and we’re very helpful. They have great customer service and a good price. Considering the quality of the stove, I got a good deal on it. We purchased a washer and dryer from Appliance Direct because of the price. The sales representative was fine but my gripe was the waiting. We had to wait a week before they told us to get it, and then it wound up being about three weeks. When we picked it up and hooked it up at home, we had to change up the washing machine because it didn’t work. Then we had to wait another three weeks to get another one.

The salesperson in Appliance Direct was more considerate than some of the other appliance places. I wish the refrigerator and the freezer I bought had more shelves. When I had it delivered, other than hitting the wall and cutting one of the gaskets on my front door, the delivery person was great. It was a good experience and I'd recommend it.

I was with my mother at Appliance Direct when she bought the Whirlpool stainless steel refrigerator with the freezer on the bottom. She loves the freezer being on the bottom. That’s what she's always wanted. We went to a bunch of other used appliance stores and they were not good. I would rather have a little scratch or a dent and have a brand new one, than one that was used and not right. I can live with the scratch or dent as long as it’s new and I got a warranty on it.

I bought a Maytag washer and dryer from Appliance Direct because of availability. The cost was better than others and I picked my purchases myself. However, I had problems with the washing machine since I purchased it. I contacted Appliance Direct about it and the response was that I needed to contact Maytag because they do not provide support or service. The service provider that Maytag was sending out was saying one thing and Appliance Direct was saying another. I was stuck in the middle and I was left out to dry by the retailer and have to fend for myself. There are other companies out there that are willing to provide better customer service and support. The savings wasn’t worth the aggravation. It took me over a month and three trips from the service and we finally have the issue resolved yesterday. But I will never purchase from them again.

We purchased a washer and dryer, a refrigerator, microwave and a stove from Appliance Direct for their prices. Also, there was news that said the quality was great. It was the store manager who assisted us and he was very helpful. Everything was great.

The owner of Appliance Direct does the ads himself and I'm a business owner so I like buying from other local business. I told the gentleman that was helping me that I'm looking for a washer and dryer which is not too expensive and he showed me the first one that was standing in front him. When I asked him what the options are he asked what I wanted the washer and dryer to do. I told him to wash and dry clothes. Then he goes, "Well, it's that."

I love Appliance Direct's commercials and that’s why I go there. They keep the stuff in stock although the store in Titusville doesn’t have enough in stock. If they had more in stock, they would sell more. Otherwise, when you go there, you can pick your purchase up, put it in the back of the truck, and take it home. Also, the sales rep answered my questions. I recited the commercial back to the sales rep until they laughed. I like the washing machine I got from them.

We did comparisons with Home Depot, Best Buy and a couple of others, and my mom wanted to go to Appliance Direct to buy a fridge and a range. The sales rep was very easy to work with, nice and knowledgeable and my mother was pleased with the delivery. Overall, I had a positive experience. It was very convenient and good.

I purchased a Whirlpool fridge from Appliance Direct. I got it for a reduced price because it was dented on the back side. But still, the quality and cost of the product were excellent. Also, the sales representative was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was in a rush on the day of the purchase. I was about to go on vacation and my fridge crapped out. I went into Appliance Direct and the representative asked me what my range was. He then showed me what they had. Before I knew it, I had signed up and gotten the fridge. The fridge was delivered that day and their crew was cool. They came in and they had to take the doors off to get it through one of the doorways and then they put it all together super quick. Overall, my experience was convenient and so I was a happy customer.

Bought 2 refrigerators and a washer and dryer from Jeff at Appliance Direct in Palm Bay Florida! Went back the store to discuss our displeasure of the Whirlpool washer he sold us! During our conversation Jeff became combative with me and bowed up in my face! Not gonna happen! I'm an unhappy paying customer. Jeff you need to grow up and make this right! Very unprofessional. Is this how Appliance Direct conducts business?

We're very pleased with Appliance Direct, from buying there over the last few years. We're pleased with the products that we purchased, with the service, sales and repair people. We liked working with them. Their prices are better and the people in store that we had used in Auburn were knowledgeable, friendly, and treat us good. We got a microwave, a stackable washer dryer, and a refrigerator. All of the items happen to be Whirlpool and they work good. There was air leaking from our refrigerator which I never heard of and a nice guy came out and fixed it. He's a separate company but working with Appliance Direct. I've recommended other people to go to Appliance Direct. The big thing is the service and the people that we came in contact with were very good and timely.

My husband buys appliances from Appliance Direct regularly for the resort he manages, so we already had a relationship there and that's where we went. We purchased a Whirlpool dryer from them and it had a good price. My husband had dealt with the sales rep before, and he offered us a good deal and we brought the dryer home. Appliance Direct offers good value.

I bought 5 complete kitchens, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, for some apartments from Appliance Direct. It was a pretty big order, and the delivery took almost a day. Their price is pretty good. It wasn't the absolute best I've had, but the sales rep was willing to work with me. He was very patient and that was fantastic. He gave me customer service and I appreciated it. I'd recommend Appliance Direct.

Appliance Direct delivered the washer and dryer on the day that I wanted which Home Depot couldn't accommodate. Their cost was a little bit cheaper with a $100 difference but fairly equal with Home Depot. The sales rep and the delivery crew were nice. Everything was fine and I would go back there again.

I bought a refrigerator from Appliance Direct because of the great price on the model we got and the location of the store. We’re happy with it. Their sales rep, Jeremy, came over and helped us out when we were looking around. He pointed us to the direction of the ‘scratch and dent’ ones because that was what we were looking for because they had great prices on those. The delivery team told we’d get a two-hour window, but they never told us that the earliest window could be within 15 minutes of the phone call. I had to race home to get here hoping they wouldn’t leave before I got there. Other than that, everything was good.

I got brand new stackable washer and dryer for the house from Appliance Direct and they're both not working the first time I'm supposed to use them. They're dented too. Customer service was good when I purchased the washer and dryer. But when I called them back and told them the products didn't work and that I can bring them back and get other ones, they said no. And they are under warranty but the warranty works for something that quit working but mine never worked. The service guy came last week and I couldn't take off from work so I told him the door was unlocked and that he could just go inside. He said they couldn't do that and he would wait for five minutes and then he left. I got to call Appliance Direct and get them back out here this week. I'm also going to Lowe's right now and buy a new stove. I would have bought from Appliance Direct but this was how they treated me.

Everybody knows about Appliance Direct. I've dealt with them twice in the last 20 years and I've had a positive experience on both times. The store is a warehouse and they don’t waste a lot of money on decorations. The products are good, they are well-warrantied, and the price is right. Fifteen years ago, I purchased a refrigerator from them which I was happy with. This time I bought another refrigerator. It’s got everything you want, refrigerator’s freezer, side by side, ice, and crushed ice.

We were looking for less expensive appliances. We went to a place which didn’t have the selection that we were looking for and they told us to go to Appliance Direct. We purchased a stove, a dishwasher and an overhead range from them. We bought them because of the price and we were putting them in a house that we’re selling. Being able to buy some name-brand and not spend as much was important.

I'm glad Appliance Direct is back in town. I bought all my appliances from them eight years ago so I was so excited that they're here in Fort Orange. We then bought a new fancy stove at $1,100. I shopped around but I knew I was going to end up at Appliance Direct although I was discouraged because it was only $1 cheaper. Other than that, I love the convection oven on it and I like that it's one of those new sliding stoves so that made my kitchen look pretty. We decided to try them first, and then go to others, but when we got there, the guy at the store was very good. The quality of the refrigerator is good, we're enjoying it, and I'm glad we bought it. The overall experience was great. Soon, I’ll need a new washer and dryer and I’m definitely going to Appliance Direct.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Appliance Direct for the second time. All I was looking for was cost and quality and compared to other retailers their price was better. Also, their sales rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I like the functionality of the products as well.

We went to Appliance Direct when we were looking for a washer and dryer. The sales guy we dealt with was real nice and knew what he was talking about. There were three models I was interested in, and I told him we wanted it pretty simple. We didn't want a top load and didn't need a steamer that steams pillows, so I got it narrowed down to the one we got. And as I was getting on my cellphone to pull up Home Depot's price, the sales guy put it up on the TV screen, the exact same thing that I would display. I thought it was pretty funny that he knew what I was doing. He was a good salesman and I like the Maytag washer and dryer that I got. The wife likes them too.

We've been here in our place for a long time and we built a house in '98. We bought our refrigerator, washer, dryer and all the stuff in here. However, things wear out so we bought our refrigerator 18 years later. We like KitchenAid and there are not many people that have more than one KitchenAid in the store. In '98 when we bought our stuff, we purchased it from the owner of the Appliance Direct store, Sam. This time when we bought our refrigerator, the manager I spoke with was an impressive young guy who was trained by the owner. He listened and had the information. A lot of people don't know what they're selling. I'm an engineer and I like to know what I'm buying. You ask the average person that's selling something and they go, "I don't know what all it can do. It's red or it's green or it's white." But the manager had the technical background. When I asked him a question, he had an answer.

I got a washer dryer from Appliance Direct and I love the ability to program it. With a normal washer and dryer, I turn to it to cycle and it just goes but this one, I can set it up to delay wash and to dry overnight. It's very hard to find a program like that other than the usual program I get. I was very jittery whether or not I was going to make the purchase and the delivery date would have been two days later, but the rep made it so that I could get it the next day which was nice. I also liked the fact that I could do the progressive payment plan which I had used before to buy other things. Also, I had a very simple and straightforward experience with the delivery team. They set the washer dryer up, made sure it worked, told me a few things about the product and left.

I got a Whirlpool washer/dryer from Appliance Direct. The thing I like best about the Whirlpool is getting the most features for the best price and it's also one of the most reliable brands. Appliance Direct was $130 cheaper than Home Depot, on the same set, per piece, so $260 cheaper per set. That was the next closest cheap price. Appliance Direct gave me a good deal and a good set of equipment, so I'm very happy with it. Plus, the young guy who helped me there was good. The employees were also great. I would recommend Appliance Direct.

We got a KitchenAid refrigerator and dishwasher from Appliance Direct. Our friend had used Appliance Direct for years and had always had a good experience. They took us there and we found these appliances and got a really good deal. The refrigerator had lots of room and we love it. But I'm not so happy about the dishwasher. It doesn't get the dishes dry. There's a lot of moisture in the machine itself. The things on the top shelf that you can bend up and down and the little shelves on the sides that you can put down, they get wet and there's water standing on them that doesn't get dry. So, it gets water into the dishes. I'm going to buy some of the drying stuff. They gave me a little sample of it. It does get them clean, no doubt about that. It's disheartening when you have to dry your dishes after you take them out of your dishwasher. But other than that, I don't have any complaints.

We purchased two dryers, two washing machines, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher from Appliance DIrect within the last 10 years. I like everything. The washing machine and the dryer that I have now, it's more advance so I like it a lot. It's nice. When we first started travelling down to Florida, we were renting and we didn't have money at the time and the prices of Appliance Direct were good. And they're brand-new appliances regardless with just fewer damages. So Appliance Direct is cheaper than other stores. Plus the sales representatives were very courteous, helpful, and reliable. And the delivery team was perfect. They install, and explain it to you and they don't rush. So overall, the prices are good and the customer service is great.

I called Appliance Direct to see if they still had at least one set of the washer and dryer available. The sales rep said that it's a hot item and he was nice enough to put my name on it. I saw him the next day and he had it ready for me. And it was a pretty good experience. Then we picked it up and did the installation. And installing the machine was very quick and easy. But I've used high end efficiency washer and dryers before, and this one just doesn't sud enough. It doesn't put enough water in there. And when you look at the reviews, it's probably one of the biggest complaints about the machine. Other than that, my experience was quick and efficient and got value for the buck.

Our fridge broke down and we needed to get a new one. We were stopping at a couple of different stores and the guys at Appliance Direct were nice, and the price was good. I ended up getting the fridge from them. It was a great deal because it was a lot more expensive at the other places I was looking at for the same type of fridge. Their reps were real quick. In fact, I went to two different stores. The first store I went to, their reps were amazing, very welcoming and friendly. However, the shopping center where it was located was a little tough to find. When I got back home I realized there's another store that's closer. So, I went to that other store and their reps were also very accommodating, and they helped me out a lot. I had a great experience on both stores even though I only bought from one. I even got the warranty. So, the next time I need an appliance, Appliance Direct is the first place I'm stopping.

I've been shopping Appliance Direct for a lot of years and I bought a dishwasher this time. I strictly looked through the cheapest stainless on stainless. The sales representatives were fairly nice people but they were definitely not knowledgeable on the models, features, prices, and what they had. They almost sold my dishwasher out from underneath me because I didn’t pick it up. I gave them a call and told them that I’ll be there on Saturday and then called them back and said that I’m not gonna be there till Tuesday or whatever. They actually sold my dishwasher and then got another one in, but it wasn’t a major ordeal. They had it when I was there but they said they came close to reselling. Nevertheless, I picked up the dishwasher and the installation wasn’t hard. I screwed it up and left a part on my old one that I should have taken off, but that was my booboo.

I wanted a washing machine that was not electronic and that would have the top opener, so I recently bought a Maytag washing machine. The quality has been very good so far. The sales reps at the store were very attentive. We went in there and they helped us find those specifics that I wanted. He showed the thing that they had available and he also showed us other one's that could have interested us. Everything was very good, including their prices.

I like the price at Appliance Direct and their cost is cheaper than other stores. My interactions with their sales reps are all good and they are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I drove by Appliance Direct at the Port Orange location. Their price was better so I bought the washer and dryer from them. Their reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. The store manager assisted me, explained everything about my questions and guided me towards what I was looking for. They didn't have the dryer that I wanted in stock, but he said he could order it. I called them up when I needed it delivered and they ordered it and everything worked out perfectly. The delivery crew got there and I was their first stop that morning. But the dryer didn’t fit perfectly because I didn’t measure out the space. So, they switched the positioning of washer and dryer in the spot and they just put it in. They were friendly, organized, neat and they got the job done. I like the steam feature on the dryer and the quietness of both items. Overall, it has been an amazing experience.

We have an Appliance Direct in my town and I know what they do because they have commercials. Their prices are less by a couple of hundred as compared to other stores. They also have a wide selection. I purchased a washing machine from them. Their sales rep, a younger kid, was extremely helpful. Appliance Direct was able to hold on to the washing machine for a few days until I got transportation to be able to pick it up. It has been about a month that I have the appliance and my favorite about it is its functionality.

We live in Leesburg in the area where the Appliance Direct store is and decided to bring there my sister to get a washer. She just moved here and her dryer had gone. Then my husband wanted a new refrigerator because our refrigerator is making a big noise and he was looking at the refrigerators there. The refrigerator had to be shipped so we didn’t care if it was damaged or scratched a little bit because a lot of it was gonna be inside. That was one of the deciding factors why we chose it along with the price and the size that we needed. We have a manufactured home so not everybody carries the sizes that we need and we had to make some accommodations. We dealt with the manager and she was very, very helpful especially since we had to change from a Whirlpool that we looked at first to a Maytag refrigerator because of the size. We were very satisfied with our experience with her.

I needed a dryer and Appliance Direct gave me the best deal. I walked in, priced on a couple of dryers, went back, and sat in my car for a minute. I already drove around to Lowe's and other stores, so I went back in there and the sales representative offered me a good deal, went over a couple of the features on the different dryers and that was it. After that, I put it in the back of my truck. Everything was great. I couldn't be happier.

I purchased a $338 dollar dryer from Appliance Direct and the delivery service that they hired (ARMS) Affordable Reliable Moving Service damaged my entrance gate. The $900.00 worth of damage for a 300 dryer! The delivery service use U-Haul rentals and have basically a liability policy not worth the paper it is written on. When trying to deal with the Clermont Appliance Direct people they said they were trying to help... Appears now that it was just a stall tactic. If I had gone to Home Depot I would not have to go through all of this mess. No customer satisfaction from either Appliance Direct or the less than desirable service they hired. ARMS seems like a fly-by-night, scam company to me!

They are fast to sell you a washer that is claimed by the salesman as the best washer out there. Less than 18 hours later I take it back and asked for an exchange or refund on the washer based on that the washer doesn't wash the clothes on the top half. Showed them a video and once after that they are sorry to say "no. We can't help you. You used the washer." I asked for a manager and no one to be found. So they called the owner Sam that's on the TV ads and he clearly said no exchange no return because I used it. I said, "how am I supposed to know that the machine does not wash clothes on the top half,"] and I proved it to them with a video. So I leave and Sam the owner is going into the building through a back door as I'm leaving and I recognized the owner so I go back and request to speak to him and the salesman states he doesn't speak to any customers at all. No policies ever given too on the day of purchase.

The day of the delivery and install they called me and increased the price of the install. Then the delivery driver called and told me that he was going to charge me more money for parts even though I purchased the installation kit. Also if I refused to pay the extra money and refuse delivery he was still going to charge me the delivery and install fee. So I called the store to complain and they said that they didn't want to hear my complaint and that I should come back to the store to get a refund. I have never experienced anything like this before. I have never seen a store that treat customers so badly. I don't know how they stay in business. I am going to tell everyone I know including social media not to shop at Appliance Direct. Worst sales people ever!!!

I've been an Appliance Direct customer for 20 years. I've gone to three of their stores, from Orlando, Titusville and here in Port Orange where I purchased a full kitchen - refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. I like the French door refrigerator with the two upper doors and the lower drawer. I've also found their representative to be very nice and helpful. I gave him my price range and he showed me my different options, and we got it done. I scheduled them for home delivery and I was extremely happy with it. The delivery people went above and beyond. Those two guys worked really hard for two hours, bringing all the appliances in, taking the doors off the refrigerator to get it through the door and drilling the hole above the stove to put the microwave with the exhaust vent in. I had a very good experience and I'm enjoying my appliances.

I had bought a washer-dryer twice from Appliance Direct and I had a pretty good experience with them. Their appliances are good. I get the price right and I get the quality with the price at the same time. Everything was good.

They answered any questions I had, listened to what I wanted and that's what they showed me. The delivery guys have always been very respectful and friendly as well. Appliance Direct's store was close to my new house so I was able to just stop in and the purchasing process went quickly. They only had one or two options for the freezer I was looking for. But they were able to confirm that it was available on the date that I wanted it, so we just sent in all the paperwork then. Apparently, the refrigerator that I bought was in high demand so I was concerned when we chose the delivery date. We were moving in a brand new house and I really needed it that day. But I really commend the team. They called me and said that it was out of stock. I thought they were about to let me down but they provided a different model for me on the day that I needed it. And it had an extra icemaker but they did not charge me any extra, so I'm very appreciative of that. The delivery team was great, too. They came early, installed it and left everything tidy.

I like all of the items I got from Appliance Direct, a washer, dryer and stove. Their store is conveniently located and their items have good prices and quality. Their reps are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Although the installation guy didn't quite do the install on the dishwasher correctly. He left a plug in there, so the dishwasher didn't work right. And, their reps were very nice and knowledgeable. Everything went through very quickly so my experience was really good. The washer and dryer are very easy to use and that’s the best thing. In fact, my husband had to wash clothes for the first time ever, and I was able to tell him what to do just by phone which was really nice.

He set up everything for us, and was very professional. I couldn't ask for more. Overall, it's a great experience for me. We'll definitely go back there whenever we need to buy something else. When we got our place, I thought the people were leaving the washer and dryer but they didn’t so I had to go and get one. The guy from Appliance Direct that I worked with, Doug, was the manager and he was very nice. He helped me with the answers I needed to have, so he was good. I like the big capacity of the washer that I got.

I dealt with Appliance Direct before and I always go there. I like the store. The last item I bought was a refrigerator. My wife and I liked it. We bought it because of the price. The cost and the quality is more than 20% compared to other stores I considered. The sales representatives are excellent. I like those guys. I just go over there and make some jokes. And like an independent contractor, the delivery team did everything. They removed the old fridge and placed it outside and they brought the other one. They installed it and gave us instructions. The only thing is that I was over there today because I thought I was going to get a $50 rebate. I said, "Oh I have been here a long time." They said, "You did not fill the forms." I did not know I had a form to fill out and I couldn't get my $50 rebate.

It was a good sales time when we bought this glass top range. It seems like all the stores were getting rid of the old models and bringing in new ones because there were some really good prices but we ended up going to Appliance Direct because they're the closest and we’d bought there before. It's is our first glass top, so it's our favorite. It has a convection oven which we haven’t used yet but we’ll probably use on Thanksgiving. When the delivery crew came, we forgot to take our pizza pans and everything that we use for baking in the oven out of the bottom drawer of the old stove. We only realized it the next day when we woke up, so we got on the phone and it took two days for them to gather it up.

We've been going to Appliance Direct since when we lived in Altamonte Springs for 20 years. We heard about it on TV and then checked out the prices. Their costs are better than anything else we've looked at. I've purchased a dishwasher, refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove, and microwave. I like them mainly for their durability, and I usually put white in the rental units so I like the color, too.

The delivery guys were excellent and very helpful. They even took our old refrigerator, which most places won’t do; and if they do, they charge you. We bought the refrigerator from Appliance Direct because it was on sale and they could deliver it immediately that same day. We previously purchased a cooking stove and washer from them, and they turned out well. So far, I'd recommend them.

They usually have availability of the product that we're looking for and have a pretty complete line of stuff. The price is important because we don't want to have to pay more than we have to. We have other big box stores here locally but Appliance Direct is able to compete very well against them. We usually try to give Appliance Direct the business. We have the items delivered and installed and the delivery people have all been good, very professional and have taken good care to do the work on time. They call ahead and give us the window when they're going to be here, and they're always here. It couldn’t be better.

We've purchased from Appliance Direct years ago. We've lived in the area for a long time and we've known about them. This time, we went there with the intention of getting a new refrigerator. We were in desperate need because our ref had gone out the night before. We needed a little help from the sales rep, and everything went well with him. We purchased the ref and they delivered it. We were very happy with the way everything went.

I’ve used Appliance Direct about 14 years ago in my other house. The washer that we had lasted 14 years with no problems so I decided to purchase a new washer and dryer from them recently. The guy at the store was really good. I had the items delivered and when they arrived, I hooked it up myself. Overall, my experience with Appliance Direct was satisfactory.

I've dealt with Appliance Direct for years. A few years ago, I got a washer and dryer. Then I bought a refrigerator. I like the LED lights they're using now and they're really economically cheap to run. The sales reps were very helpful and able to get my refrigerator delivered on time. However I had an issue-- it has a button on the refrigerator for low humidity, and since my refrigerator was out in the garage, it was dripping and leaking. I had to call them out a couple of days later, and apparently there was a button on the top of the refrigerator that I was not aware of. They just pushed that and it stopped perspiring. Other than the quick issue I had there, I had no problem with it.

I have been an Appliance Direct customer for a long time and I have done several purchases in the past. I like their price and recently, I bought a dishwasher from them. Though they try to do an upsell and show me the values of the next step up, I just get the most inexpensive piece there is that I can get. Other than that, I always get a great service. When I need service or I have questions, they’re always very helpful and knowledgeable. And as long as they keep their prices right, I’ll keep on coming back.

I was looking for some appliances and Appliance Direct was one that we've seen somewhere, so we figured we'd go by and check it out. If I had known about it sooner, I'd probably have gone there instead of Lowe's. I bought appliances for the whole house at Lowe's but they didn't have the dishwasher I wanted. We went to Appliance Direct and saw the dishwasher I liked. They had a pretty good price, so we went ahead and got it. I like the stainless steel inside and it also has pretty good warranty. However, they were shorthanded as far as help goes. It was a Sunday, and they had one guy working in the store. He was really nice, but he had a few customers during that time and he had to keep leaving us on hold while he went and did the tickets and stuff on other people buying. He kept going back and forth, but he was helpful and I liked him.

Usually, I do the research ahead of time and then look around to see the pricing and even if theirs and Home Depot's are within a couple of dollars, I’ll still go with Appliance Direct. The salesmen have all been knowledgeable and nice - no pressure sales. They also got me a dishwasher that was a bit better for not much more money. They knew what I was looking for and what was better. The delivery people were awesome and incredible. They had to install the dishwasher and the icemaker and I was blown away by how nice and funny they were. I was glad that we did it.

I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator from Appliance Direct and I got the fridge I wanted for a very good price. It’s the first time I’ve ever had the water connected to it for ice and drinking water and it's my favorite feature. However, they don't do their own delivery but hire a company. Then I was told that I would be notified the evening before delivery and I wasn't. When I called, they said they would be calling in ten minutes but I was definitely on the list of deliveries for the next morning. However, nobody called.

Appliance Direct was very good. We're building a small house, an apartment, and we bought some apartment-sized appliances from them as they usually have the best prices. The reps knew who I was when I walked at least on the second time, and they made it very easy for me. In addition, they held the items for me until I needed them since I was building the house. When I was ready for it, I went over there and they helped me put it on the trailer and away we went.

We bought our washer dryer from Appliance Direct years ago. Recently, my husband and I looked around, walked in and found a really good price on something I liked. Everybody was great. We really liked the sales guy and the delivery guy. The sales reps were very polite, gave us time to talk, and showed us what they had available in the pricing that we had. I was able to ask for him when I went back, and that was nice. I went back the same day. He remembered me and said, "Here's what we looked at." It was good. The dishwasher was delivered and installed by one guy. He said he'll take care of everything, and he did.

We purchased the Whirlpool Gold Series from Appliance Direct. We were looking for a good deal (a sale) and they pointed out some of the different appliances. The sales reps let us look and they were able to give us a good price on them. Also, the store manager is a plus. He had good prices and the customer service that he provided was great. He pointed out that the dishwasher is very quiet and it really is. I’d go back any time to get appliances just because of interacting with that store manager.

The representative in Appliance Direct was very friendly. However, the ones who delivered my appliances were not great at all. They hooked up the refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but they didn't hook up my dishwasher even though we paid to have them all hooked up. They couldn't install my dishwasher because the rep didn't know how. They did refund us a little bit of money, and I wasn’t very happy with that. My husband ended up watching a YouTube video and reading the manual that was inside and did it.

I’ve been using Appliance Direct for years. In fact, they have most of my major appliances. That’s where I go first and I never have to go to a second place to figure out if I like it or not. I recently purchased a gas dryer from them. I asked them to show me what they’ve got and how it works. And then, I looked at what I like. I told their rep where it was going and he gave me exactly what I needed for dimensions. So I ran back to the house and made sure it would fit and it was perfect. I came back and told them that they saved me from buying something that could’ve been too big, too small or something that would not fit.

I bought a Maytag washer and dryer from Appliance Direct because they have a fair price. The washer is great but the dryer is horrible. It just doesn’t dry. I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t work. Appliance Direct's office in Titusville is right across the street from my shop. They had products that we're interested in. I've bought a couple of times there and I'm very happy with everything. We got a stove and their price was $21 less than Home Depot's where I frequently buy and usually get a good price. Their sales reps were all good and didn't push us on any one product. They were very informative on any questions we had and helpful all the way from coming in to buying it, loading it up, and heading out. We picked up the stove and I had my guys install it. My wife likes the stove's conventional oven and I like that part where she is happy and not griping about her old stove. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I picked up the dryer but I had the fridge delivered. I had some issues with the guy who did the delivery, though, as he was supposed to call in the morning but I never received a phone call even though I had my phone on me constantly. He lied and said that he called. Other than that incident, everything was awesome.
