Very Pleasant, professional and punctual! I would refer to all my friends and family. I was a little skeptical at first and then when they arrived and explained the problem and took care of everything, my refrigerator worked and all was well.

I love the service I receive with you guys so far. The technician are very professional. I only have problems with the customer service side very unprofessional. Spoke with a representative about the problem. Hopefully they can resolve the problem on the customer service side.

I have never had a bad experience with this company. If something breaks they have someone come out very soon after to fix it. My washing machine broke and they replaced it without a problem. The first one they picked I wanted to change to one with an agitator and it was not a problem they changed it. I will continue to recommend this company.

Great response time, good service. Very satisfied. The technician was really well informed on the repair of the freezer. Would recommend American Residential to all my family and friends. The tech was very friendly and definitely knew his trade. Well. If I were to have him again it would be a pleasure.

The customer rep. I spoke to, was kind and helpful to me. Answer all question. They help me understand the claim. It was enjoyable speaking to them. After giving me the answer they call back see if everything was ok.

Very good on replacing my disposal. I would recommend them to my friends. The customer service I received was top notch. The vendor was very prompt and knew what he was doing when he got to my home. The install only took about 10 min to do.

We Purchased an Extended, Full Coverage Warranty on our new home purchase in FL, yet upon numerous attempts to file any routine claim, ARW Customer Service declined opening any Claim, whether it was large or small and also Denied us any service assistance under our contract. Furthermore, when requesting a supervisor in Corporate, the calls ALL LOOP back to customer service with a Recording indicating they are closed no matter what time of day receive the recording. After months of this nonsense we gave up though continue to receive 10+ Sales calls daily, exceeding 2 months now, harassing my employees.

Thank you for being prompt, professional and genuinely concerned. The phone operator was pleasant. The technician that came out found the problem and ordered the proper equipment immediately. Now my stove is in tip top shape. Thank you so much!!

Because they set a time for them to receive a call and they come out to fix the problem and if they can't they come out as soon as they got the parts. I was very pleased that they gave me the choice to choose my own repairman or to use theirs and I decided to use theirs. I only had to call them out twice and they did the repair in a timely manner. I really was grateful that the repairman called before coming out and also they called a few days later to see if I was satisfied with the work that they had done. I would recommend their services to others.

Plumbers came out to service my hot water heater in a timely manner to find it in fairly good condition. Friendly and great service. Home Warranty Services always come through at all times and follows through with whatever needs to be done. Home warranty's services are satisfaction guaranteed!

I have had nothing but a great experience with this company. As soon as I called to get my air conditioner fixed, they gave me the information I needed so I could get that done. By the next morning we were enjoying nice cold air again.

Very reliable service. Allows you to find your own service person if none is located in your area. You can select the services that you want covered within your contract. That will determine how much you pay each month. When service is rendered, the price is always $55.00.

We had two separate issues with our dishwasher after we purchased our home. We felt like American Residential was fair with their response. The first issue was repaired promptly and the second found that the unit could not be repaired. ARW gave us a reasonable amount to apply to a new unit.

The service we received from American Residential Warranty was professional, true to the contract, smooth in and out customer service and overall a great experience. We would recommend to anyone. We have no complaints. If we ever need their service we would come back without a problem. I would definitely recommend ARW to family and friends. It's worth the money you pay, compared to what you would potentially spend even on one home repair. Because it seems as though home repairs happen when you can't afford them, and the raw warranty comes in handy when money is tight.

American Residential Warranty has been our home warranty company for 7 years. They have always been responsive to our phone calls and have connected us with selected technicians within the hour. When their technicians have a scheduling problem, they allow our own technician to service us with preclearance. Their deductible is fairly low. Some years we have had multiple claims and they have never dropped us or wriggled out of servicing us. I have recommended them to family members and friends who have purchased homes recently.

We were having issues with our air conditioning unit. The service rep came to our home the same day we contacted him. They completed the job and the issue was resolved. So far there have been no further problems as of today's date.

Best service and experience ever. Courteous. On time. Best results. At least a 1000 score. They did all appts. Called the accredited service companies to service my appliance. Service company also courteous and on time. American Residential called me to make sure I the customer was completely satisfied. And I certainly was.

When my oven failed it was concluded by the technician it could not be repaired. The failed part was not available for replacement for our model. In accordance with their agreement ARW paid us the full amount allowed by the warranty agreement. They are an honorable company.

None I would recommend them to anyone that needs a great home warranty. I feel that they were great pick. They were very fast and efficient. They called within the next day or hours in making the arrangements. I just feel comfortable with this home warranty.

After reviewing ARW we cancelled the warranty that we had. We have had two claims and the first one was settled promptly and we are waiting for the billing on the second claim but have received 2 calls giving us the email where to send the billing when it comes. We rate them a 5 star!!

I am very disappointed with American Residential Warranty service. I have to wait a long time to speak to a representative and then they give you a choice for a callback if you do not wish to hold. I still have to wait an hour or more for a callback. I have been waiting over a week to have my central air unit fixed. They give me several repair places to call. When I called one repair service the technician said he couldn't get to me for 5 weeks. I called another place and their voicemail was full. When I did get a technician to my house he couldn't fix my unit.

Thank you to ARW for replacing our washer that literally blew up! I was so stressed out and concerned that I wouldn't have a washer but within 3 days of the incident I had a brand new washer! With a full house of kids & dogs, I could not go without a washer and I didn't have to for long thanks to ARW! We are so thankful for our warranty!

When Lowe's delivered the refrigerator they were nice and courteous. We like the fridge and we want to stay with you. Thanks, they set it up with no complications, took all the plastic off and they explained a little on the functions.

Experience was positive was well worth being a members. Response time was great, however, getting a contractor in a time manner was very challenging and therefore I had to find my own contractor and make payments out of pocket and wait for reimbursement.

The technician was very professional and courteous. The work was top notch. No issues whatsoever. Everything worked out exactly like I anticipated. Warranty customer service worked with me to make sure everything went easy as possible. It didn't take a lot of aggravation when going thru this process.

I would definitely refer to a friend because customer service had someone come out immediately. After they decided the washer wasn't worth fixing, they sent me a check within a few days so that I could buy a replacement. They even went so far as to give me pricing for washers at Lowe's to keep the cost down.

Dishwasher: The adjuster actually arrived ahead of schedule which worked out even better for me. He identified himself, came in and explained his part in the process And next steps of the process. After locating the problem, he showed it to me. He proceeded to order part. He gave me a time frame for when the part would arrive and showed me how to twist it on.

They repaired my pool motor rapidly with no issues. Starting from filing the claim rapid and quality service. Authorization for repair was in minutes. Provided recommendation and explanation so the equipment will last longer. Make sure you add pool to warranty.

Since becoming a member of American Residential Warranty the service I've received has been exceptional and it's not all based around service. It's the way you're treated. You expect quality when you purchase a product and when you become a member of American Residential Warranty you get a degree of excellence that's rarely provided by a business. When you submit a claim it is received with concern and respect. My dishwasher was not working and the pipes under the kitchen sink were leaking. I called American Residential Warranty and the next day they had people calling me for a time to come and fix the problems. Dishwasher was a bust and pipes were fixed. American Residential Warranty called the next day to replace the dishwasher. I am very happy with the care I was given and will recommend American Residential Warranty to all my friends.

I received very prompt service and the representative was professional. My issue was resolved within one phone call. I received the check and my appliance was replaced in less than a week. Other companies have taken 2 weeks a more just to issue a check.

Had issues with my main sewage line. The warranty department was able to assist with providing me with a plumber the same day to correct the problem. The contractor remained an extra 20 minutes testing the line before leaving. Great job and follow up.

We have been very satisfied with the service we have received. Although we have had only two repairs done; the microwave and garage disposal, the repairs were done in a timely manner. Customer service is way above average. The last representative I spoke with was awesome, not taking away from the other reps but Jackie is at the top. If American Residential Warranty had more reps like her, you would get 5’s across the board, regardless of the experience with contractors.

This supervisor (Nancy) was not helpful and she basically told me it was okay for me to cancel my policy because she refused to help me with my issue. I would like to talk with a manager regarding my issue because I don't feel the supervisors have good customer service skills. I'm so ready to just cancel my service and tell everyone I know not to deal with this company.

Excellent service. My hot water heater was replaced in one day!!! Am Warranty was so on time with my needs that I recommended my cousin to them. By doing this they gave me a $25.00 credit card my monthly bill. I will always be satisfied with their services.

I am a customer with American Residential Warranty. I had a problem with my oven and refrigerator. I called and filed a claim on both items. American Residential Warranty sent out a repairman to evaluate the problems. He had to order some repair parts for both items. When the parts came in the repairman returned to my residence and repaired my oven and refrigerator. Both items are working like new. I am a very satisfied customer.

I recently had plumbing problems with my tub not draining well and a broken pipe behind washer. I called America Residential Warranty. In the past they have been very quick in getting a service person here. They said they couldn’t find one for us to and they sent us a check to pay for service. The plumber was more than the check amount but America Residential Warranty sent a check for the difference. I have been with this company several years and have been very pleased.

During a recent storm, our washing machine stopped working properly. Since we had purchased American Residential Warranty when we bought the house, we called and reported it. They immediately dispatched a repair person to our residents. He got the washing machine working again and it only cost $55!

My experience over the years has been very satisfactory. I have had my heating repaired, my oven replaced, plumbing work and new toilet and all these things were done in a timely manner. So I say this is the best thing you could ever have if you have a house.

Called in problem w/ refrigerator. They sent a repairman out to the house a couple of days later. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. A couple days later he came back, installed the part and got the refrigerator working. The repairman was very nice and professional.

The work was done, but the work order took forever. Almost 2 weeks to get to the people that were suppose to come and fix it. But it got done. It was a garbage disposal that needed it fixing. It was broken and now it works like a charm.

My experience with American Residential Experience was top of the line. Everything was on schedule like they promised. They stayed in contact with me until our business was consummated. They explained where my product was coming from, and the time of arrival. In my opinion, everyone was prompt in the completion of my claim. My claim was promised a solution in a matter of weeks (3) I believe. My replacement washer arrived on time, and I was given a choice, a day before arrival, to chose between two washers. I have called several times about various appliances that was broken and also my garage door. And I got the help I need it each time that I have called. Within the same week that I called my appliances were fixed.

I have been a customer with this company for approximately 3 months and had one service in my home that was acceptable. Recently, I had an electrical problem; an electrician was sent out, but the problem was not rectified. I was told yesterday, by a representative in the corporate office that they would send someone back out to re-check the problem. Today, I received a phone call from another representative, from the corporate office and was informed that they were not going to send out an electrician to re-check my problem, because after 1 visit (cost was $1.69.00), I had just about reached my electrical quota ($300.00) and they could not afford to send out another electrician. We all know that electrical service work can be pricey.

They have been Excellent Company for me. Been valued customer for years. Love this company. They are respectful a great support team. I'll always be with company. I have recommend this company to my family and friends Quick services provided help on spot service. Very good to my family needs. That's all I have to say now. I did research (on this site, Consumer Affairs) and determined that American Residential would be a company I could trust. One month later, after committing a 1-year subscription (to show my good faith and commitment). I purchased the Platinum Premier with the Deluxe Advantage add-on. On Day-31 (after the required 30-day wait period) I submitted a claim (for sewage odor in my home), and they immediately denied it without any effort to investigate. Told me that if there was no evidence of sewage clogs or blockage, then it's not a plumbing issue. They told me I had to pay for my own licensed/insured plumber to diagnose it as a plumbing issue.

I have been with American Warranty for 7 years. There has not been a claim that American warranty has not paid. Their speedy response to service requests and smooth claims experience helps relieve the stresses of household repairs. Their followup to ensure repairs were completed accurately is great.

They have been, as always a wonderful experience to deal with. I have been very happy to deal with the friendly customer support team. They always call you back when they say they will. The service with the contractors is great.

True story. I saw the commercial so many time so one time I watch the commercial so I call and the salesman explained everything to me the way that I thought that it was too good to be true because I been tricked (fraud) so many time that I didn't trust anyone. But I'm so glad I signed up because my oven went out and they send someone to fix it without red tape so thank you. You're better than any homeowners Insurance.

We needed our dryer repaired or replaced. The technician came out and did an awesome job. We saved money by having this great service. If we didn't have this service, we would have been forced to spend much more money replacing an appliance that simply needed to be fixed. I highly recommend American Residential Warranty services.

When I purchased my home (new) in 2009 the Kenmore Microwave came with the house. Since 2014 I have had problems with the settings/panel... I have had it replaced 3 times and each time I called American Residential would send someone out. They would order the part, come back and replace the part. They were always courteous, and friendly. They worked with my husband and myself about times they could come out to fix the microwave. They never inconvenienced us. I appreciate American Residential Warranty company.

Very dependable and responsive when you call. They are quick to respond to your questions, give a detailed description, ask for any more concerns that you might have. If you're not satisfied they will work with you and for you until everything is to your satisfaction.

It's difficult to rate my overall experience because of where I live in the desert. In home appliance repairs have been ok but things like the a/c unit outside have not. In the future please do not send ARGO A/C repair here, they are the worst. I guess I would rate you a solid 7+.

Gentlemen was extremely polite and showed up on time. He explained the damage and how it could be fixed in detail. He had to order a new part for the stove but we were able to use the stove in the meantime. He came back within a week with the new part. We were very impressed and satisfied.

I joined ARW about 14 months ago. In that time I have used their service 3 times. Once - for a microwave then my air conditioner unit went out and just recently my dryer. Each time they responded quickly found a service tech to come out within 24 hrs. If it could not be repaired they notified me and replaced it in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with ARW and recommend them to all.

Garage Door Opener Installation - I was called this morning about this installation by Grant at American Residential Warranty company checking a job that was done by one of their contractors. There was a discrepancy on the payment and Grant took the time to research this problem and got back to me in a short while and all has been taken care of and I will be reimbursed. He was very helpful. Actually I have recommend this company to a friend who is interest in contacting them after their warranty service contract expires.

American Residential Warranty has been so good to us. We had a repetitive problem with our dryer, and so A.R.W. just replaced it with a new one. They even had it installed at no cost to us. In another situation, A.R.W. offered to reimburse us for plumbing expenses because the leak was caused by a repairman who accidentally injured our water hose. A.R.W. offered to do this on their own. Their co-pays are less than most home warranties and really do aim to please their customers!

American Residential did not have a pre-approved heating contractor in my area that could service my furnace for about 3 days. They allowed me to pick my own contractor. I did so and they were at my home within 45 minutes. The repairs were made, I paid the bill, submitted the bill to American Residential and they sent me a check very quickly, less the $55.00 service charge.

With a number of issues facing me I made the decision to discontinue my membership with ARW. I made the call and got a hold of Jackie. I'm a busy hot shot dispatcher. So after numerous putting her on hold. Her and I were able to move and fine toon my account. Her interest was I believe was to protect me as a homeowner, while also helping my budget. So, at the end of the conversation I walked away being a happy customer. Note: I felt like I was Jackie's most important client. Thank you!!

This warranty has given me peace of mind. I recently has my air conditioner go out and parts had to be replaced. They sent someone out replaced the parts with me paying only the $55 payment. It was wonderful.

The operator that receive my request was thorough as anyone could be. The service men was very professional and courtesy and also to the cause and effect of the heat pump. This type of customer services causes a person to return for future services.

Expensive repair that was fixed the first time for warranty deductible only. Parts had to be ordered but that is normal for any appliance repair. Took 3 repair people to fix due to weight of range. Good job by competent repair personnel.

Called in to get dishwasher fixed, however repairman said the unit was very old and couldn't be fixed. He call American Residential about his findings. Someone made contact with me and a week later I had a check to purchase a new dishwasher.

I have been with you for over a year and have had to use your services 4 times. I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and in the country and definitely have a ''challenges". After NOT having much luck with the customer service in Mexico, they were just NOT understanding, I asked for Corp offices and called them, and first spoke with Katherine **, who was just FABULOUS. She REALLY wanted to help me and did!

American Residential Warranty sent out an unprofessional technician who caused damage to our home while trying to diagnosis problem he was called out to repair... and it just got worse from there! I had to spend HOURS trying to speak to right person to let them know of this problem. Each person I spoke with gave me different answers and promised a customer service agent would call me back. I never received a callback and had to call again and go through the whole process again! I was given erroneous information by 13 different agents.

I’m very satisfied with this company with 1 exemption. They take my call fast & open a ticket. Within minutes/hour to schedule the appointment, the contractor gets out within a day or Monday if it’s weekend/Friday. I have even got contractor out 2 hrs after my call to ARW. The contractors are very professional & friendly. My only complaint in 7 yrs is no follow up on a major fix on my ductwork. I need All New duct but I’ve called 3 times on it?

American Residential Warranty has been very helpful and professional when considering our claims concerning our home. I would recommend their service to anyone that owns a home. Their price for our warranty is cheaper than any other Home warranty I've owned and the service has been outstanding.

Refrigerator repair - Very knowledgeable repair technician. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the amount of time it took to get the parts. As soon the parts came the technician was on the scene. He promptly resolved the issue. It took approximately 8 days for the parts to come in.

When there is a problem with my appliances I can contact American Residential Warranty and put in my claim for repair or just to make sure everything is working accordingly. This puts my mind and ease knowing I am covered and will be provided quality service.

American Residential Warranty was very helpful when we need service for our oven. I need to contact them a couple times to get service done because the service people did not contact us. But they did help us to get someone out to our home.

Repair person was on time in spite of the snow and repaired the dryer very well. No problems with the service. The repairman knew exactly what had to be replaced and he had the part in the truck and it took under an hour.

The company that came to do the repair was very courteous and friendly and very professional. The repairman was also knowledgeable with the questions I had and did not treat me or my electrical issue as unimportant but with respect which set me at ease with them.

I saw an ad on a commercial about Residential Warranty. I was very cautious but impressed by the coverage. First I signed up and after 30 days I had placed a claim for my heater. First, the customer service was very knowledgeable and polite. Secondly, a certified technician replace a part for only $55. The technician was so polite and cleaned up after himself. My heater and air condition have not ran so efficiently since I have been in my home. Since then, I have used this company for plumbing and appliance services and I received the same respect, knowledge, dependability and warranty at all times. I have recommended my friends and two have signed up and have received the same type of services. I thank God for this company.

I made my first call to American Residential insurance because I was having an electrical problem in my kitchen. Well between the receptionist, and the fast response I got from the company that came out to fix my electrical problem I was totally satisfied how smooth everything went. Prompt, courteous service done timely and professionally by knowledgeable technician! Technician had all parts needed to fix refrigerator/freezer in a short period of time while educating us as how best to keep appliances maintained. I am very happy with American Residential and I definitely will Recommend the service to friends and family.

My hot water heater had to be replaced due to a crack at the base. I submitted a claim online and assumed that they would cover the unit. I called today to find out about the refund check (9 weeks after the claim) and was told that it was mailed. I happened to ask how much the check was for and I was told it is for $500. The new hot water heater cost $1,900 to replace with the exact same brand and size. At the same time I had to replace my booster pump and they don't even cover them. I had no idea that there are coverage limits and found them on page 8 of the Homeservice Agreement. I cancelled today and switched to American Home Shield that does cover the full cost of your appliances.

The guy that fix my dryer knows his job and he is very professional. Everything was fix perfectly working and he did cleaned up after he finished which to me is very professional. The only thing I waited one week.

I had electrical issues in my bathroom and a fan in my living room and when I called American Residential Warranty. The customer service reps were very professional. Two technicians were sent the next day to fix the problem. The service received was fantastic.

Call center is good. I got my stuff taken care of with the first phone call. The person I talked to knew their job well. They was very helpful when I had a question about how to file the form and what to do with it.

Easy to reach by phone and It was Easy to set up schedule, they were prompt, and the repair was fast. In addition, the repairman was courteous and professional. There was no hassle with the washing machine repair. Not much else to say, haven’t had to call them much.

Our garbage disposal being fixed was the first time using. Very satisfied. Kept in contact with us from Lowe's calling us then installer called. Came out next day. Very professional. I had an electrical problem about two weeks ago, I called American Residential Warranty and they didn't have an electrician in my area so it took three or four days before they found someone who would do the job and they wouldn't do it until they got their service fee of 88$ first. Now mind you my service fee is 55$ so I had to pay the additional 33$ in cash, but the warranty company did reimburse the 33$. What I don't understand is why didn't they pay the service fee so I didn't have to come out my pocket. Also it took 3 weeks before I got the check for 33$. The electric company did an awesome job, please try to get them on the warranty team so I won't have this problem again. Thanks.

This company is a SCAM. My washing machine is leaking water from the door. I called put in a request for service, had to pay a service fee, a repair appointment was made, they never showed up for appt. Contacted Precision Services, stated they make their own appt., not ARW, made new appt., they showed up, said they had to order parts, came back two other times, needed more parts, never returned. This went on from December 2017 to the end of February 2018. Contacted Precision Services, stated the order had been closed to contact ARW.

Whenever I call American Residential they're fast in responding and checking on customers after the job have been completed. They are honest and recommendable company to refer other potential homeowners. I never have a long wait before I hear from anyone. Without Residential Warranty I would be behind on appliance. I had a problem with my dryer and I was sent a company to repair my dryer. I had a problem with the repairman, called ARW to explain the problem and they took care of the problem. They called out another company never showed up. I got a personal representative and he ordered me a new dryer for all my troubles.

The service was fast and the associate who helped me over the phone was very helpful and professional. I received service the same day. The plumber himself was also very professional and prompt. They explained what was wrong with my hot water heater so I could understand.

I have several services provided thru this warranty company. Every time I called they provide me with a company to come out and repair my appliances. I would recommend this company to friends and family. They send a check to pay for a new dishwasher since my old one couldn't be repaired. The last service was repair to my garbage disposal.
