ADT Security is always willing to meet my needs. Their system alerts me when things are not correct from their end. They use repeated messages on my answering machine/voice mail making sure I follow through with any necessary issues regarding my alarm. A trustworthy company!

My wife and I are so impressed with the promptness of the ADT staff anytime the alarm goes off. The secure and safe feeling my wife feels when she comes home is priceless. Even when the alarm goes off because of our fault, the response time is 30 seconds and the phone rings. I love the professionalism of the staff calling and the added safety check of the password request to confirm we are not in trouble. ADT is the best thing we have purchased that gives us peace of mind when we are away and also when sleeping. Thanks ADT!!!

After being burglarized and feeling so violated we contacted a local company and had the ADT alarm system installed the very next day. It does give us the peace of mind now to leave our home in confidence that it is protected from others. It is quite amazing that we've lived in our home for over 38 years and never once thought our home would be hit. Well times are a changing and demographics are changing. We never take anything for granted now and are very careful with posting anything on social media when we are gone for an extended period of time. You just never know. I'm glad we have ADT system for sure!

I added the water detection and temperature detection to my ADT system because we travel extensively. These two devices give me peace of mind. I would know, for example, of a broken pipe or air conditioner or furnace malfunctions because the presence of water on my basement floor or a big increase or decrease in the temperature in the house would alert me on my phone. These two less well-known services only slightly increase in my monthly bill.

The security system has given me peace of mind that I would not have had without this protection. I am gone from my home for several weeks at a time. The staff that I have had questions for were very helpful.

I've always found ADT to be responsive to any request for service. They have been good about monitoring my security system, for example, they call when the alarm has gone off, and notified me when the motion detector battery was low.

Installers had excellent PR skills. Two things I wasn't happy about is that we got a cheap pad. The pad we had at our old place had voice talking. It was convenient because it would announce if we hit "Stay" or "Away" or whichever entry was open. The second thing is that the entire system is sometimes slow to respond. There have been times where I would open the door, and it would take about 5 seconds before any alarm would go off. There was even one time where the alarm didn't go off at all.

Love the ADT product and company, that is why my wife and I went back. BUT, the service rep that we talked to apparently talked up more than he could actually do. He stated that he would be able to buy out our existing contract to set us up with ADT. This was before he even found out what we owed. Almost 3 months later, after numerous lies about check being approved, manager approving everything, checks in the mail, we find that our rep wasn't authorized to buy out our amount of contract. His manager was only a bit better on all this. After all was said and done, we got the payoff check, in 2 parts, two weeks apart. I would have been happy to stay with my existing company until I could have switched back to ADT, but they insisted and fell through until we had to push harder. Hopefully I'm not having to deal with that particular rep again with empty promises.

Overall good experience; great customer service upon installation. What I do not like at all is that I still get promotional flyers in the mail offering cheaper prices than what I pay in my current contract... I honestly find that a bit disrespectful for current clients - including me.

I was having difficulty with my monitor beeping and sending error messages. The tech that came out was very understanding of my irritation with the problem. During the whole process of fixing the problem he explained why the problem happened and what he was doing to fix it.

We had Sentry Security and was hesitant with ADT. We are so pleased. The technicians were very well versed, answered all our questions, were very thorough and professional. They were extremely focused and worked so well together with reviewing checking testing... AND they didn't force any purchases that we were not interested in. I was so pleased I referred them to several new neighbors. GREAT job these two did.

Things are going well. We had one incident where the motion detector in the living room set off the alarm (we're still trying to figure out why it happened), but besides that, we feel safer knowing we have the alarm.

Having this home security system allows me to sleep peacefully at night. It takes the place of a watchdog, but doesn't need someone to come in to feed it when I am away from home.

I have recommended this to several friends! Just 3 days ago one of the Businesses in town was broken into- cars are being stolen. My Daughter has an appointment tomorrow to have this installed. Box has been out of service for a month so makes it impossible to monitor my cameras using my phone. Called and sounded like maybe it was a large outage or issue in the area but been several weeks and have not heard anything.

Other than the routine daily services, we have had few reasons to "call for help"...... none of which were life-threatening. All have been minor to say the least. But whenever there was reason to call the person at ADT was THERE! Need I say more?

There have been times when we have had to contact customer service with camera problems, and if the problem can't be solved by them, the tech is sent to fix it at our home. Always very courteous and right on the ball to solve any problem that we have. Satisfied customer for many years!

The alarm works great. The cameras work great but you have to watch out for 82. They went into me and my wife's checking account and took money out when they was not supposed to. But the overall besides that problem they are a good security system.

I have ADT Pulse. We were on vacation last summer and the fire alarm went off twice. The reps called and the fire department came but we hadn’t given our keys to anyone, so we had our neighbors look and see that there was no fire. Sometimes the fire detectors are set off if there’s dust or insects run across them. The sales representative was fine, but the installer took much longer than he needed to. We thought it would take two or three hours and it took about five. He talked too much. Other than that, the experience we had with ADT has been good so far.

ADT gives me confidence that my home is secure. I travel frequently and for long periods of time. That security adds to the pleasure I get from travel. When I am home and set off the alarm accidentally, I find that ADT employees are both professional and pleasant. Their response is immediate. In addition, the tech who set up my system was thorough and neat. I definitely recommend ADT.

There are times when there are problems with arming and disarming the alarm. The representative stayed on the phone, helped with the status (to help me understand) and showed me how to "reset" the alarm with any problems that I had. She was very helpful and also went over the zones and which ones could have been the problems. ADT rocks!

I had ADT as our security provider for years at our former address. Actually ADT came highly recommended by our bank. We called ADT requesting service at our new home, everything went fine until the day that I talked with the installer. Originally I was going to get a camera for inside. I told the installer that I need cameras outside too. He told me that will cost me over a $1000. I said "ok". Later I discovered that for over a $1000 I get 8 cameras. I called him and told him that due to the shape of the house I would need 10 cameras and this is when I noticed a not so usual practice from the installer's part. For 2 extra cameras the price went from $1000+ to $2440+. I said nothing thinking that a good camera system will be useful. He installed the camera system and then I noticed that he sold me a very substandard system, is the type of cameras that would be used for baby monitoring. Definitely not $2400+ cameras.
He placed the alarm system on what he told me was practice mode. The siren would not go off. I called the company. They send out a technician. He told me that the screws were not tight by the previous installer. Some rooms were left out even though had monitoring before. The new technician told me if I go with him he will fix it. He wrote down the charges: Labor $123 1st 30 Minutes, $31 each additional 15 minutes. He did not completed the charge chart. I started calling ADT to cancel the service that was within the cancellation time frame. I was placed on hold for so long that I eventually had to hang up since my phone died. I called back. I was connected into a dead line. After about 26 minutes of ringing I was connected in to the initial menu. I thought to wait till Monday maybe I can talk to some more sensible people. Was I wrong. In a way a young men was trying to chew me out and then hang up on me.
Finally I was connected to (CUSTOMER LOYALTY) what ever this means. They were just as rude as the initial ones. Long story short at one call I was given a phone number in Seattle WA. The mail box to that phone was full and I was lucky and I would like to commend that young lady who give me cell phone number to this individual, supposedly a manager. After trying to convince me to stay with ADT he told me to call customer loyalty back. After doing so I obtained a cancellation number (after several days of harassment) and was told that I need to write a letter to AURORA, CO. I sent the letter with a return signature card. They received it on 26 of August. And now the good part. According to my record the alarm system was installed on August 18, when we were charged $2477.99 for an equipment worth around $300. In September while checking my bank account I noticed that some money is missing.
I called my bank asking about it. I was told that ADT charged me $70.81 on Sept 17. I was also told that ADT attempted to charge me $1465.23 on Sept 18, the bank did not authorized it. Further ADT charged me $51 on July 28, when the alarm was not installed till August 18. All this charges after a flimsy installation where I got wires all over the house hanging, the alarm control box has no door on it. The camera's wireless receivers are all over my garage, they used my bedroom electrical outlet to connect the power. Cameras has no night vision, the field of vision is very limited. The $2400+ cameras measures 3x3" wow what a serious camera. ADT please tell me why I should not take you to court for embezzling money from an elderly disabled veteran? Is practicing elder abuse become a norm with you? Or your installer representing you did not liked my accent? By the way the cancellation number is **.

We have a wireless ADT alarm system with interior motion sensors. We called ADT to add the Ring doorbell and two wireless outdoor cameras. The ADT technician told us that their outdoor cameras were not wireless. As we do not have wiring, that would not help. Also, the security package ADT offered included an indoor camera which we did not need. We ended up buying the wireless Ring doorbell at Costco. The price was great and included a free year of cloud monitoring. It was surprising that ADT who provided great wireless security for us for the past 16 years couldn't provide what we wanted.

I had ADT before in Nebraska, so this is not my first time with them and I wouldn't have gotten them back again if I don't recommend them. I'm careful and I haven't had a lot of mistakes and I do everything online. The only person that's been here was the person who installed it. He's professional and courteous. I haven't had any unauthorized entries. I had a false alarm once when my cinders fell off and I was at home and caught that. Then I've also had a couple of accidental alarms when I forgot that I had the alarm on stay, but they were quick to respond and someone came to the front door before I could do anything. Overall, I've had a good experience for both addresses.

I had an issue with my other security system so I gave ADT a shot to find out what's what. There's a vast array of options such as cameras and so forth. It's all part of what package you work out with them. Their rep explained each one thoroughly. What I really liked was he said I could make my own system and add things on it. I had a few issues and I needed to call ADT back a couple times. Their technicians came back and fixed them. I was a little disappointed since some of those should've been resolved on the first trip back. But they were resolved and since that time, I haven't had those problems. It'd be a good thing if they could come down in price, though.

I've been with ADT for quite a while. We just initiated it and then they came and installed it. They seemed to be knowledgeable and the call center people are always great. We haven't wanted to change the equipment and then when we were thinking about it, about a couple of years ago, they gave us a great rate so that we continued with them. I'm very satisfied.

Everything about the ADT service was fantastic. The guy knew what he was talking about. He fixed everything and got everything working. Even my old sensors all working, all my key fobs, the whole thing. Plus he gave me two more. Yes. I would recommend this to anybody. I have as a matter of fact.

New $6,000 has never worked correctly. I was told ADT doesn't hold my contract. Call the local defender provider. Thought I hired ADT. ALL BS!!

An ADT Authorized Dealer is an independently owned and operated company. They install and sell alarm equipment, but do not provide a monitoring service. They partner and contract with us to provide a monitoring service to their privately acquired customers and, in some instances, ADT purchases the contract from them after a pre-arranged set of time. -Andrew

I called in and told the tech that my door pad was making a lot of loud noises. She sent a tech the next day who arrived on time and took care of the situation. I just wish the lady on the phone told me the system was nonfunctional until fixed. I was out for days, and no refund either for days we were not protected.

By early this year I signed with ADT, and since then everything has been a nightmare, most of the time I do not have a camera and send technical and do not get the problem, the trouble is they charge me 25 dollars for the visit of the technical and I no longer dare not call. The application of ADTPulse, most of the time is defective, and can check my records the times I've had to call during the months of August and September 2016 and to make matters worse since the day yesterday September 20, 2016 at this time 6:30 pm Wednesday, even I have no camera. Indeed a terrible service and is painful because pay for good service.

I called to report my motion detector not working and wanted to know about getting some cameras installed. Was told they wanted me to talk to a sales person and if I went with the cameras they could fix motion detector at same time. The lady tried to transfer me, but came back on and said everyone was extremely busy and she would have someone call me as soon as possible. I have not heard from anyone.

I inadvertently hit the emergency button on my keypad while trying to cancel my alarm. Immediately the phone rang. It was an ADT representative who asked if I needed help. I am happy to say I didn't, and I was very pleased to know that ADT takes special care to act. I couldn't ask for more.

I was contacted by text and phone call when a window intrusion detector was disrupted. The intrusion was a false alarm caused by the window washer's ladder rattling the window. I cancelled the alarm and provided my code. The entire transaction was very professional and courteous.

On the morning of the 20th I received a call from ADT warning me about an error on the system and that I should check the batteries. The Monitoring unit was not showing any errors and it was on during entire night. About 20 minutes later I disarmed the system because I was about to get into garage and open garage door. System was responding well but soon I got another warning call from the ADT with the same instructions as a while ago.
I called your technical support and explained that the system shows nothing wrong and that's no need calling me for nothing then just send technician to check on it if error shows on your end. Your representative told me in a sarcastic way that in that case "since I don't want to be bothered then they will stop calling me even that's a serious matter". I told her that I'm paying for house protection and if something doesn't work properly then a technician should come to investigate. She agreed to schedule technician but so far I haven't seen any follow-up.

I am very pleased with my new ADT alarm system. It is easy to use and I am comfortable and secure. The installer was professional, Luis. Knowledgeable, friendly, and I was comfortable having him in my home.

The installer (Josh) was on time, worked efficiently, was pleasant to deal with. He did not have one piece of equipment, namely the large Fob for turning the system on or off. He left us his phone number, which we have called several times, yet he does not return our calls. He was to bring us the correct Fob. Also, we are not being charged the price advertised on TV. ($29.95). Instead it is almost double that price ($52.99). He never disclosed the monthly cost to us. He indicated that the equipment installed would not increase the monthly price, nor did he leave us a list of the equipment installed.

Best decision I've made in years. Have ADT since 2009 and couldn't be happier. I feel safe 24/7. I have the Pulse system with thermostat and cameras and can check it at any time or place on my smart phone. I highly recommend ADT. Their customer service is excellent.

We have been with ADT for a number of years now soon after being victims of a home burglary (without ADT)! We now have peace of mind knowing that our home and belongings are protected! THANKS ADT!

Had ADT for over 4 years. Remember it being an easy install process and fairly priced. Monthly cost also fair. Customer service has always been great. Times where we've set the alarm off accidentally ourselves, they've called quickly, which shows a good response time. We've not had any break-ins, so I guess it's working great, right? =]

Called to have the service price increases explained. I was complaining that my monthly service had increased so much. She offered a credit which I was very pleased with, however she said my credit will be $50.21 but yesterday I received the credit of only $11.71 and my monthly service should also be less. Very happy with her service.

I have been with ADT for almost 10 years, both for my house, and for an alert pendant for an elderly relative. Both services work well. Although both were activated accidentally (by me) the response was exactly as advertised, and local police arrived very quickly. I wouldn't consider any other provider. Too many stories about their failure while I just brag about ADT.

So far my experience is great. System easy to use and works great. No problems or frustration experienced so far. Any issues I had in the beginning which were strictly tied to rebates, were handled and resolved. So I'm perfectly pleased.

Everything was great until it came to getting my two referral bonuses. I assume it was due to the Local office. Kept getting the runaround almost 3 months later... called corporate office and the lady put in my Credit before I even hung up the phone. So I'm confused as to why that couldn't be done in the first place... That experience kind of makes me hesitate to refer people. We ought to get what's promised without having to go through any hassle for it.

I am very pleased with ADT. I have accidentally opened the door without disarming and also have hit the panic button by mistake. Each time someone from ADT responded immediately. I would definitely recommend ADT to anyone else. I feel very secure!

My wife was taken advantage of by the installer; I ordered the basic package via phone (from Germany). She was sold $5,200 worth of equipment by the installer. I was very upset. I canceled but agreed to let ADT come and take the equipment, leave the basic package. It's been 3 weeks now. Still no visit. I am definitely canceling for good now.

I had serious difficulty with increases in monthly charges -- up to $50. I began service at $20 in CA. Now retired and on fixed income, needing security more than ever at my age, and unable to afford monitoring. ADT recognized the difficulty and permanently lowered my monthly charge. This was greatly appreciated. Some attention needs to be paid for other seniors on fixed incomes.

I am very upset that an amount, UNAUTHORIZED BY ME, was automatically deducted from my bank account for the first bill. I have received an explanation but that does not alter the fact that it was taken from my account without my knowledge...makes me very nervous to have them withdrawing money each month that is not what I authorized or was originally explained to me. I feel there was also a lot of false advertising. I received an offer in the mail for $27.99 only to find out it does not cover a warranty so it was increased to $36.99... then I was billed $4?.99 for 2 months for first bill!!! As a disabled person on a fixed income, these increases are a problem for me.

We were very excited to have ADT installed. That was short lived when the installer showed up. First he didn't offer what had been discussed over the phone. We ended up having to call in again while he waited to make sure we got what we had been promised. Then when we saw a charge we were unaware of we called in asking why and why hadn't we received a statement, what the charge would be. We were told we "didn't qualify for statement billing"?!?!? Um ok. We were NOT told there would be charge going thru (even though it wasn't due for another 2 weeks we found out when we actually received a statement). They have yet to call me back. My system still needs some set up completed. Not at all happy with how this has gone, very disappointed.

ADT has done a wonderful job monitoring our home. Whenever the alarm is triggered, we immediately get a call from ADT to ensure if everyone is safe. On maybe two occasions the police were dispatched and ADT made a follow-up call to confirm the situation had been resolved.

The motion detector in our family room activated 4 times after we armed the house within a period of 3 months. We have no pets and the house was vacant. We called ADT and they sent someone out to inspect and change the motion detector. The new detector has not malfunctioned. So far, so good. Thanks ADT for your prompt attention to our problem.

The system quit working less than 24 hours after it was installed. I was notified that it would take three weeks to get it fixed. I complained and was finally setup to have it repaired in two days. The person never showed and never called. I called again and the local service manager said he would call me and arrange a time to fix it that night. Again he did not call and did not show up. I then canceled the contract and I have yet to have my money returned.

This company is very responsible. Any time that the alarm has been set off by accident they immediately call to make sure that I am OK or if I need the Police dispatched. So far, I have not had a break in, but am comfortable with ADT's ability to respond quickly.

I am renovating my home where one of my monitors is located. After waiting on hold for approx 7 minutes, I called in to ask about having someone to move it before the renovation. The customer service agent began to tell me the cost of the person to come out, how much per hour, etc. She basically tried to convince me that I didn't need someone to come out because of the cost. I didn't care about the cost. I wanted security and was willing to pay hence I made the call. I also asked if I moved the mechanism would the alarm go off? She stated "no it's fine." A few problems here. Can I literally knock off a sensor and it doesn't tell anybody I did so unless it's armed?
She could've offered me certain zones to set my alarm in moving forward. I will call in when I'm ready to have my sensor installed back in place. At least I know the agent will be able to tell me how much it's going to cost! She sure knew her pricing! As of right now, because of the renovation, I'm not even setting my alarm because the keypad is located (in the renovation area) and I allowed her to let me make the decision that I wasn't paying for a new pad relocation. I opted for a new sensor. HORRIBLE experience. It literally angers me every night I go to sleep without protection. I DO NOT want anyone contacting me to explain how they are sorry for my inconvenience. I will call back when I'm available.

Customer service was very poor, they stated they would call you back with the results yet they never did. When you did call them back no one knew what was going on and each time you had to call back for a follow-up you had a different person who didn't know what was going on. The whole process took several attempts to resolve and no one representative had a clue of what was going on with the case and have false information or incorrect. They need better training.

Although I have not experienced an intruder experience, I did have a small microwave fire in which the ADT system responded while my regular fire alarm did not sound. It's also reassuring to know that the system works when I inadvertently opened my back door without disabling the alarm first. Thank you for the peace of mind I have now that I am living alone. My children who do not live near are also reassured by the fact that I have this security.

The technology you installed works well and is not difficult to operate BUT your staff training leaves a lot to be desired. Among the issues: 1) Your salesperson misspelled my last name and no one seems able to correct it in spite of several efforts to get it right in your records; 2) Both your salesperson and installer assured me the upgraded fire/smoke alarms you installed were adequate to protect my house but would not remove the old system. When I finally got an electrical contractor in to do so (after several phone calls to technical support, customer service, etc.). I found it as not and had to spend an additional $600 to bring the system into compliance. Your people are great at selling/installing systems, not good at all at meeting my support needs.

I rate the ADT employees who answer customer complaints with One or Two stars. I had two fire alarms due to failure of the original fire detector ADT installed in my home years and years ago. I live in an all-electric home. Use a heat pump and an electric range and water heater. There was NO ignition (flame) in my home and got two false alarms.
The second time I could not respond to ADT in time and the Omaha Fire Department was knocking loudly on my front door. I got there BEFORE they broke in and explained I was changing alarm companies because the ADT response to the second false alarm was to vacuum out the sensor again. I googled "contact CEO of ADT" and got his address and thought I should tell him WHY I was leaving ADT. Corporations should know why customer's leave. His reaction was much like mine. Are ADT customer contact personnel kidding? He had the old sensor replaced in a few days. I again like ADT as my alarm company!

Recently I had an issue with the auto payment drafting from my account before my paycheck was deposited. Instead of sending me hate mail and threats to close my account like so many of my other billers, ADT simply applied the payment to the next month. I know the bill will be paid then and my account will be once again in good standing. As a long-time customer of ADT, I really appreciate the compassion in the way they handled this problem.

Every time my internet has a disruption (also a WOW! complaint) the Pulse system loses connection and does not automatically reconnect. It requires me to unplug my router, then enter my code followed by ## to reset the system. This is fine, if not annoying, when I am home - but when away it just says not connected. What good is that?

We were having a problem with one of our sensors draining the batteries (3 times in 2 weeks) and had to call for service. Mario ** came out on a Saturday, checked out the system, and replaced the sensor and re-checked the system quickly and efficiently. Great service and very competent and courteous service person.

ADT did their part in notifying us. My problem is that the 2 times w/in the past few weeks, the police were called by ADT, & the police never arrived to check around the house. My dau.-in-law waited for them, we were out of state, & the police never drove by or attempted to come by. Now what happens when a house is actually broken into, can't count on them catching the bad guy, sort of speak. I have concerns.

ADT has been good for our family. We sleep, travel and hang out at home in peace knowing our system will alert us. However, we had to figure the system out on our own. We were told from our sales rep that he would return after installation to help us figure the system. He never showed up and we never received a phone call to make sure we were set. We just had to mess with the system to figure out all of the information. Like how to record videos and such.

We recently added a new front door, needless to say the sensor on the door got messed up. I called ADT explained the problem to a very nice person and 4 hours later two really nice gentlemen came out and fixed the problem. These guys did more than the front door. They checked the alarm and all the glass breakers. Nice to do business with a company who cares about its customers. Thank you.

Alarm keeps going off at front door! The technician was I kept telling her I had to have an early morning appt, I had to be at work by 10 am! I have an appt between 8 am and 12. They have worked on this issue before. So if they aren't here early I will be gone and no one will be here.

I have had a couple of problems with the equipment, but they fixed them quickly. The repair technicians don't try to up sell when they come out to resolve the problem. The system is pretty sensitive - one time I sneezed next to the panel and near one of the glassbreak monitors, and the alarm went off. The other day the cat knocked over a small side table in the room next to the panel, and it set off the alarm. But other than these incidents I'm really happy with the system. Their customer service is very professional and responsive. I have no complaints.

Called to find out if the keypad warns of low battery in the smoke alarm. The answer is yes, so not necessary to change the battery until the warning. Usual good service from ADT; however, rep could not at first find that we have a smoke alarm. (Slightly disconcerting since we have had one since the system was installed; made us think that a fire might not be detected.) Eventually the rep found that we have a monitored smoke alarm, so all is well. Thank you!

I think there is a real sense of well-being and safety with this system and I esp. like the smartphone app. As we get older we won't hear as well if an intruder tries to enter and this gives us the reassurance that someone else will hear! But, we remain vigilant!

I've been a customer with ADT at my current address for 15+ years without any significant issues whatsoever; e.g. any equipment issues were resolved in short order via telephone. I do not recall ever having had a Service Rep come to my address. Any loss of ADT service has always been due to telephone service related issues through no fault of ADT. I highly recommend ADT because I could not possibly be more pleased elsewhere!!!

I have used ADT for almost 2 decades & have only very positive experiences with them. The techs are the best & the CSR's are always a big help with any problems that may arise. I have 3 systems with ADT & all run very smooth. ADT is the best of the best when it comes to listening & working with their customers as they always put the customer first & always listen to their questions that they may have & always have the answers. My Mom is 86 & I had her get ADT because I knew they are the best & that is what I wanted for my Mom. I feel great at night & during the day because I know she is protected. My system went off twice on separate occasions for no apparent reason. Called ADT for a repair appt. The tech that showed up had 20+ years experience and within 30 mins had my system repaired and error free. Great company with great people. Thank you.

I left home with food cooking on the stove. ADT called and told me the fire alarm went off. I went straight home and turned off the stove. Arriving about the same time was a fire truck and my friend who is to be notified. Thank you ADT for saving my house.

The service with ADT has been satisfactory and consistent. We had a problem with a sensor in the beginning. They came and fixed it. Also, I have the tendency to accidentally step on the portable remote setting off the emergency signal. The staff has been understanding whenever they follow up.

My phone provider wanted me to check to see if our alarm needed long distance service. I called and found that the notification was through an 800 number. The representative was courteous and quickly got information for me and made clear that no long distance charges were involved. I could then get back to my carrier to let them know. Easy as one, two, three.

My security panel recently lost its ability to communicate with ADT monitoring, and I had to request an in-home service call. The technician was on time, thorough and very knowledgeable. He was able to not only fix the issue, but checked our complete system and made necessary changes to bring it current. I highly recommend ADT for all security needs.

I have been with ADT for quite some time. I absolutely have no complaints and have no intentions of switching to another company. There are others alarm companies with offers that sound fantastic and offering lower rates, but I will not allow myself to be persuaded. I am content with the great service ADT has provided me so far. Very seldom I have issues but when I did, it was resolved quickly and efficiently.

I signed a contract with ADT in March 2016. I signed a 2-year contract with an agreement that the alarm would be set up in unit 1 of the building while the construction is going in unit 3 and that once a construction was done I would get free move. I moved to unit 3 and now they keep changing the story. I asked them to have manager listen to the tape what was promised but from 4 managers no one called me back. Left numerous voicemails. All were ignored. Customer service representatives were not interested in reviewing my case.
First representative I talked to wanted me to pay $180 to move one floor up the system. I asked to let me talk to manager. Told me someone will call me in 2 days. Week later I call them back only to find out my alarm was labeled unit 3 the whole time. If someone broke into my home the police would show up at the wrong unit. I had that mistake corrected and not even apology from them. Lady transferred me to supervisor Kelly who never called me back. Then I called again. Only this time they wanted me to pay for the move $180 and buy whole new equipment. I refused and was transferred to manager and was waiting on hold for 2 hours and no one called me back after I begged the manager to call me back.
I called again and the last guy laughed. He wanted me to pay $135 for the move, sign a brand new 3-year contract and pay $15 more so $49.99 a month for next 3 years. Also I was told I need to pay $75 for permit with the city I already paid in March. Now I live in unit 3. I have different tenants living in unit 1 and I can't even use the system. I even tried discontinuing the system and they want me to pay for 3 years even though I have a 2-year contract.
This company is monopoly and I feel like I was used and laughed at. No managers to help you. Representatives do whatever they want. They work on commission so they are in for the money. No trust. My husband and I were planning to get ADT for business but now we will go with different company. My sister had them for years and now after what happened to me will be changing. So many other companies offer cheaper services and have understanding for their customers. ADT used to be a quality company where people used them for 20+ years including my parents but now after these sales and poor customer service I bet they will filing for bankruptcy in 3-4 years. No one will extend and new customers will be careful not to choose them.

Just having the ADT sign in front of the house is a deterrent. Before I subscribed to ADT, my house was burgled twice. I have had no problems since I installed the system. They are excellent in getting in touch with us when/if the alarm is triggered, whether or not it was accidental or other issues.

We’ve had ADT for years. Their reps came to the house, were very thorough, and they told us everything that was gonna be done. We have motion detectors that take care of the whole house. The installers came in, put everything in and left. It works very well for us and we're very pleased.

I've been with ADT for nine years. The sales person and the guys who came to install the system were very good. As a matter of fact, the gentleman that came in here and replaced all the batteries on all my system was very good and didn't charge me with anything. The customer service lady that I talked to almost every time has been very nice, understanding and tries to help me. A lot of companies try to talk me into switching over to them, however, I couldn't see any change at all that I would do because I like ADT. It has been very good so far and it works fine. I'm very happy with it.

I've been using ADT for the last 15 years, since we first moved to Texas. We just upgraded our security system from the 15 year old system to what they call the Pulse System and the monitor that allows me to monitor the cameras has been installed now for over three months. They stuck the monitor in an upstairs bedroom, but I had health problems that won't allow me to climb upstairs and stand in front of monitors for long periods of time due to some injuries that I have. I told them before they did this that the only way I would allow them to put the monitor up there is if they would get the monitoring capabilities on my PC.
However, they could not do this and they didn't change the positioning of the monitor. I'm in a battle with ADT about getting this fixed. I've been trying to ask the ADT guys to help me get the monitor moved, but I'm not having any success whatsoever. There were some unethical practices that went on in the implementation of this system, so I'll have to give them the worst grade that I can possibly give.

An independent agent at Church asked me if we have a burglar alarm. I said yes but it's not hooked up to an answering service and if someone violates it, it doesn't have a serving company. She said, if we get a serving company, our homeowner's insurance will go down $200-$300 a year. I thought it was a good deal so I ended up with ADT.
Their sales rep was very polite and thorough. He also installed the system. I work in a business where our facilities had alarms and there was always something going on. But so far, this has been perfect and there have been no false alarms. Although one night, I set it off because I was going to let the dogs out. I didn't know my wife had turned it on. It didn't take ADT long to call me. They asked for my password but I panicked and I couldn't remember it. I was embarrassed about that, but so far, everything worked out okay.
However, their advertising is misleading. It talks about how inexpensive it is. The ad says one can get it at $29 a month and it only costs a few hundred dollars to get it installed. Well, it cost me $3,000 and I don't have anything fancy. We live in a 13 year old home with a bunch of windows. The price on TV is for 17 windows, it's a smaller amount. Our installer ended up putting 25 alarms on my windows and the bill came to over $3,000. I bet there's not one in five that gets the price that they offer unless they live in a small, two-bedroom home. The alarms they put on the window work but they charged us $100 for it. If they want a house to be alarmed correctly, they shouldn't say that it'll be $24 a month because I'm paying $54 a month. So, they're not being fair. They ought to take that ad off the TV. Overall, I like their product but it's overpriced.

The first month after I had ADT installed - ADT was used. As soon as I opened my glass sliding door at 3:26am to let my cats outside in my back yard 35 feet from where I was - two intruders were working in my area and when I opened my glass sliding door the opening voice message came on saying - my door was open and they heard it and left. That was all that was needed. The intruders have since been caught and prosecuted.

I was recently out of town and at 5:30am ADT notified me, and 2 of my contacts, that there was a burglary alarm. They notified the police and glad to report that it was a false alarm - I think my cat knocked something over and it set off the glass break alarm. Sorry to everyone that it was a false alarm but VERY glad to see that ADT does what they say they will do. I feel even better now than before that I have ADT protection.

Repair of my system - I tried to repair the problem with help over the phone. After over thirty minutes they told me I needed a tech to come to my house. The tech fixed the problem but I got charged for him to come out. I did not cause the problem but had to pay for them to fix it. I felt this was unfair.

Our house alarm has gone off two times. Once we accidentally set it off and the second time we are still not sure what happened. ADT called immediately and stayed on the line the second time till we was certain we wouldn't need law enforcement. I would recommend to anyone. Thank you ADT!

Emergency service, problems with battery. It is too long to describe all the aspects of this episode, but briefly, I was getting calls about a problem battery and then conflicting advice from ADT on how to solve it and whether I could get emergency service over the Labor Day holiday weekend. With perseverance, it was divulged that this could happen; within 20 minutes someone came and fixed the problem. Although I was charged for a service call, when I spoke to customer service, I was told I would get a refund. After two weeks I am still waiting, but expect it will happen.

Thank goodness I have not had to use my emergency remote, but I am secure knowing I have it and the system works! After walking my dog and my grand puppy I accidentally hit the emergency button upon opening the front door. The installer was not trained very well and he did not follow through. He installed the thermostat wrong. When summer arrived the air conditioner wouldn't work. So I called the air conditioner service man and he found the thermostat was wired incorrectly so I had to pay a service call of $120.00 to change a couple wires around. The ADT installer had to drill through our siding and he said he would return to caulk the hole. He never came back and I had to buy some sealant and seal it myself. The installer didn't have an ADT yard sign with him and said he would send us one. Of course he didn't follow through and we have not received the sign. The unit has been working well and we are glad we have it but I would have to caution people to make sure they have a conscientious installer.

Don't seem to care about my issue of not receiving a bill via email each month though some will tell me problem is corrected and now I will get electronic statement. Still don't get one...supposedly because I don't do automatic payments. I don't want someone accessing my bank account. So I don't get a bill. I'm just supposed to remember to pay it. Ridiculous that a company wants a payment but won't send me a bill and different people give different due days if I remember to call in. Fed up.

We signed up and paid $1200.00+ for new equipment and were told that we would be getting a $100.00 gift card in the mail for signing up. I figured since we split our $1200.00 into 3 equal installments that we would receive it after our final payment was made. A month later still nothing. A little disappointing! The alarm system, however, works as intended and that we are pleased with.

I called ADT on 9/7/16 to inform them I was cancelling my service and I will not be renewing. My service is up 10/2/16. They informed me because I did not give a 30 days notice I would have to pay until 10/7/16. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. Always paid for the service in full every year. My new service starts 9/26/16 at 5 pm with **. I am paying ADT from 9/26/16 to 7 Oct for service that is not render to me. Their corporate office called me and ask why I was leaving. I explain what is going on and received no results from them.
This company has engaged in the worst form of gamesmanship to reach their own goals. I am not asking them to built me a Noah Ark, just do the right thing. They claim that they are merging with Protection One, however that is what Security Corp/Deacon told me. I didn't receive a 30-day notice to renew from them, more like 11-day. If 30 days notice is in my contract then I don't remember after all this time and they sure did not want me to remember. Like I said the worst form of gamesmanship to reach their own goals. Ask yourself after reading the reviews, is this company for you?

Love the ADT system. Bought it for my mom. She feels much safer now and I am relieved that she has this system. Never a problem. Electricity was off the other night and the system was still on. Easy to operate...84 year old can activate and deactivate. Never any problem. Thanks ADT.

Our system showed a battery alert. After two attempts to fix it remotely (and our replacement of the offending battery), ADT sent a technician who identified and fixed a bent fitting in the smoke alarm.

I have not been receiving my bill in the mail this year. I want to receive bill in the mail. Currently the way I find out that my bill is due is that I receive a email from y'all and call to find out what the bill amount is then I pay the bill. I do not like being late paying my bill. An alert occurred that required a service call. The problem turned out to be low batteries in the various units. All were replaced and the problem was resolved expediently. The representative arrived at the appointed time, was courteous and worked quickly. The outcome was satisfying.

Alarm kept going off. Service tech made two call to correct the problem, waited the first day from noon until 8:15 for tech to show up. Said the problem was fixed. Next day alarm went off, call ADT said they would sent tech next day between 8 and 12. Second tech said first tech installed motion switches wrong, remounted left. Alarm went off again which I was away. Had to return home to turn off. Called ADT and canceled service after 25 +years.

I feel as though the remote is too sensitive. I have to be very careful when carrying it so that I do not accidentally set it off. I really do not like to carry it at all. The police came to my house twice because of its sensitivity.

Makes you feel safe that your home is secured. Does a thorough job installing sensors throughout the house. Sensitive sensors let you know when something opens. Security system is easy to arm. Makes me feel safe when we leave. May be a little more costly per month than other companies, but the installation was a good price.

My security system works great but the day after I had my system installed, I get a flyer in the mail offering me all of this free stuff and extras for much cheaper than what I am currently paying. I called them to discuss my options since I thought they could at least lower my bill or give me that package, but they told me no and that was basically it. Didn't offer anything. Definitely gave me buyer's remorse.

I love having the peace of mind ADT brings and with Pulse it's even better. I have a grandson that comes over and I do not need to give him a code. He can call me if I'm not home and if I want to let him in I can do that from anywhere and I can reactivate it once he has gone.

I have had ADT for about 5 months now and have been quite happy with my service. We had one false alarm, but I was called right away and the police were sent to my house. The police took 45 minutes, but that's not ADT's fault. The ADT app closes out on my wife and I frequently when we are trying to unlock the house when we are driving up which is quite annoying. It sometimes takes us 3-4 tries to unlock the house.

As far as the service goes it is ok. I have the hand held activation devices that I brought over from my old residence and have never had them activated because they wanted to charge a lot to activate them for this residence. I also feel like the overall service is a little on the costly side and if a less expensive service with the same service became available I would probably switch.

We went out of town and grandma was staying with the kids. She arrived at our house before the kids got home from school and forgot our alarm code. Of course she called us in a panic and we walked her through how to deactivate the alarm. Meanwhile we received a call on both cell phones, home phone and both work phones - within minutes (maybe even seconds) of the alarm activating! Thank goodness it was a false alarm - but always good to know ADT will react quickly should the need arise!

My experience will be short. MY husband and I have had an ADT acct for over q0 years and we have been current with our acct. My mother in law vehicle window was broke while she was on vacation. After the incident she no longer felt safe. My husband and I had hers reinstalled at her prior address. My mother in law is 84 yrs old. She was getting a lot of respiratory illnesses. Come to find out the home she was for over 50 yrs was Mold infested.
When we called ADT we were told we could transfer the service and the transfer fees would be waived, and we asked if the services were not needed in her new senior community living home could she get out of the contract? We were told we would have to call back. That was okay because we were not sure, if she would need them or not anyways. So we hooked up the Internet just to be safe. Long story short... customer service was the worst we have ever had. Everything we called after and try to explain. But what would be easier to explain is if someone would call us and ask us about our experience.

I canceled service within the initial 3 days due to what I consider misrepresentation, contract not seen upon installation to hide price (27.99 special to 49.99 charged), installer e-signed my initials on contract, owned functioning equipment taken without approval, and specs of promotional flyer and actual install discrepancies. I contacted local supervisor Gary ** in reference to taken equipment. He stated he would return call upon speaking to installer. He has not after 24 hours. I would like assurances of refund of installation cost, initial payment, and reimbursement of taken equipment. A company employee e-signing a customer's initial on a contract and taking personal property should be taken seriously and resolution should be completed in a timely fashion.

We have had ADT for some months now and I like it, however, the app sucks. Every time we really need it to work it doesn't. We will log in to set the alarm or disarm it and it never works. Fix the app and I will give a better review.

We bought a home that had a perfectly good ADT corporate installed system & we had simply requested that the service be transferred from the previous homeowner's name to our name. Defender/Protect Your Home came to arrange the transfer and convinced my wife that the existing system was incompatible with transmitting "the signal" now, and we would have to purchase an entirely new system. They offered a 4 payment system which my wife agreed to, but then illegally withdrew the entire $2600 fee from our bank account. Then the technician who was there from 4:30 PM until 11:30 PM left without explaining how the system operated and how to set it up.
That firm does not have a business listing where it can be contacted and left no paperwork regarding the "sale". Everything was done via an online system with no way of contacting them. After a lot of aggravation I finally convinced them to remove the system they installed but they are unable, or unwilling to reinstall the system that had worked perfectly well until the day before they showed up. Further, when we asked to cancel the contract, initially they refused, until threatened with legal action. We are still not satisfied with the outcome and are left, as of this date, without a security system. The entire experience has been a nightmare. At a minimum, this firm's affiliation with ADT leaves a lot to be desired and casts a dark shadow over the ADT corporate name.

I've been an ADT customer for approximately 16 years. In all that time I have had no problems with the system/service; and, on a few occasions I've had to call the ADT service guy out to the house to check the system/replace batteries, etc. Nothing major. I have no problem with paying $30.00 per month for this service and I strongly recommend ADT not increase the monthly charge because your competitors in the area where I live are charging that much or less for the same type of service. I am completely satisfied with ADT and plan to keep it for the future. I've, in the past, recommended ADT to friends and family. Thank you.

We were waken up by a beeping sound and could not tell what was causing it. We called ADT and the person assisting us ran some tests. She had us find a small thing that had been plugged into our electric system. She had us test the plug and it was okay. We then were told to plug it back in. We were told it was the battery and it would recharge which it DID. No further problems!

I have now had the ADT service for 2 years. They installed everything I wanted and offered good advice and opinions on what to install. The installer was great! No mess, no fuss and logically set up the naming convention. The first two months using the system was a bit rough, it seemed bad sensors appeared every week, approximately six occurrences. Technicians were on site the next day for each and I have not had any sensor issues for the past 1.5 years. I like the access on my iPhone to activate/deactivate the system. I wanted to add a camera after the install but my monthly rate would jump almost $20.00. Not worth it. Overall I like having the system.

Our home was struck by lightning while we were on vacation and we didn't understand the magnitude of the damage for a week later. We have been customers with ADT for many years and seldom need their services at all but this time the work required a service call that lasted 4 hours. Our system needed several new components and rewiring. The ADT serviceman worked without breaks until the job was complete and made sure that I knew how to use the system. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I was disappointed with how charges were applied. When I arranged for my installment it wasn't clear that the $106 was coming off my credit card at the time I made my appointment. I kept asking the rep if my card will be charged that day and he kept stating not until the installation. Plus they took my first 2 months of payment off that credit card when I made arrangement for auto-payment from my savings account. So there was a BIG surprise to see 3 different charges, 2 of which I didn't authorize, applied to my credit card.

Most of the time when something has happened, we’ve had ADT's service people come out and they have been really good. When we had some of the system upgraded, they tried to retrofit the rest of the house and it wasn't easy. I think it probably needs to be upgraded again. The system is so old and wired, they don’t use this setup anymore. However, I do not like it when the system’s down, and that’s not a reflection on them. If we have a problem from time to time and the system’s not working, I don’t like it not being on. I rely on their service. They also have to stay competitive as there are plenty of competitors out there especially the cable companies. Overall, I’d recommend them to a friend.

I had ADT for my business and I'm very satisfied. However, their sales rep quoted me one price and then when they got out it was another. We made a deal on the phone for a certain price and then it was more when we got down to it. But they rectified that misunderstanding by giving me extra sensors and apologizing. The installation went okay. They drilled a big hole in my wall trying to get cellular service. I wasn't happy with that but they covered it up with a monitor. As long as that monitor's up there it should be okay.

Impossible to get a straight answer on the cost of anything. It is a big game. If we can give you this and that and take this away to add this. But never will they give you a price until you have the guy there and he wants to install it all. Had to have a service call after having the alarm for a week, which they gave me a four hour block of time which they did not show up in that time. Which they tell you the four hour time slot is an estimated time. Called in to get a hard time and could not get a real answer. Seems hard to get good service after you pay. A lot of I don't know being said and glad I could help you. When I never got any service or help.

The monthly fee went from $27.95 to $52.95 and I spoke to customer service again that day and the person I spoke with had the attitude of 'That's the way it is. Take it or leave it.'

I'm very dissatisfied with your company and how they handle installation. I was told on the phone out of pocket expense would be 99.95 which we would get back. We were going to get all this stuff free - when the tech came after installed our box he proceeds to tell me the extra cost for extra equipment that is not what I was old over the phone and I didn't even get all the equipment I was promised. I will not recommend your company to friends - definitely not satisfied.

I had been an ADT customer for 6 years and now moving across country I don't need the service because I am moving into an apartment community. My system was upgraded in 2014, but not at my request. I was fine with it. I received a telephone call saying they needed to come upgrade. Lo and behold they conned me into signing a 3 year contract. I spoke with 2 agents and they were both very passive-aggressive and non-accommodating. The last agent said it would be $575 to cancel. I have never heard of such a thing. I am contacting my lawyer as I type and this will make the evening news. There is no way this is acceptable best practice.

I phoned ADT because I was recommended the serviced by the Realtor and had received several posts and flyers. One caught my eye ADT home security 27.99 a month - very reasonable. My reason for considering the service was the monitoring yes but also the Panic/Help call buttons. Customer service said someone would come around and build me a package - ok so maybe more to buy. Got that - but only if I want it - got that. Would I mind paying 100 USD as a retainer - it will be refunded, - also the first bill will be for up to two payments so 2 * 27.99 56 USD. Got that. The guy from Defender turns up. I was busy as it's a working day. So introduced myself and explained if need for the survey to call me. First thing he did was install the control panel. I was a little wary of this but remembered I had agreed on a basic system and this was included.
So no alarm bells went off (This was a serious mistake - I should have stopped him installing anything before I had signed for the service). We agreed the location and he spent an hour fitting it. We then did a survey and he spent another hour writing up a Personalized Plan; for my house (4B 3B 1900 Sq Ft). I was intrigued as to why it took so. So finally after almost 2.5 hours in my hour he showed me the equipment and said his plan for the house would cost 4898 USD and I could pay that over 4 months as plus first payment of 1000 today. Hmmm well I have just bought a house and simply don't have a 5000 USD sitting around. I then became very concerned that, installing the control panel and his approach was one on sell regardless. I explained this and I really did not expect the price and felt it was better for me to leave it for this day and I would go away and do a lot more research for a commitment to spending 5000 USD.
From this point it was clear he had misread the sale - way too high for me. So he pushed for an hour on alternatives and phoning head office for quotes for this and that. He finally settled on a proposal that was 1000 USD - a great deal in his mind. I tried to explain that this did not feel right - at the start I needed 5000 USD of equipment at the end I can get away with just under 1000 USD. I tried again to explain. I did not think this was right for me - he said, "Well if I don't install I don't get paid, I also hard stop for a conference call." So decided (wrongly) to go ahead with the rest of the install. I liked the system and I like the fact I could cancel if I wanted and it would all be taken away no questions and a full refund given. That evening I checked my bank account and a debit of 92 USD had been taken out by ADT.
So the next day I phoned - what was it 92USD when my plan was 27.99 a month- the installer contract said 46 USD a month. So I phoned the installer Defender who said ADT got it wrong and I would get a refund in two to three months. Well in my world that's not acceptable, taking monies not advised and without approval is immoral and to blame each other but neither ADT or Defender to offer a refund is unforgivable. It was my money. So I decided there to cancel and have it all taken out. This took a little doing - you have to FAX the form within 3 days. Can't email it? REALLY! I was told someone would call within 24 hours - of course no one did.
So I called defender back - the help desk was great. Booked the appointment and on the Monday the de-installer turned up. Did poor job really. He left two of the window sensors behind, cut the cables, so the house phone did not work and left cable tacks and holes in the walls etc. Now it's been a week and I have not received my money back. I have had to pull the wiring back to get the phone to work, and fill in the holes. I have had three calls from ADT head office trying to get me to reinstall the service. I told the last two that I still have not got my money back and until I do don't call (still got the second call). So I am owed almost 700 USD. I will be calling back today to find out when it will be returned. I just hope the next step is not a legal one.

I called and spoke with a salesperson on the phone. He told me the system would be 36.99 per month. That it would include $1500 in free equipment. He told me it was a landline system. I asked what would happen if it was cut. He told me that ADT had special monitoring equipment that could detect a cut line. He then said that they had a Cellular model that would be the best if that was a concern I had. He told me that for calling today he would give that to me at no additional cost. I asked if that would raise the monthly fee and he told me no. He then went on to tell me that I was a premier customer and that I would receive a free fire and smoke detector. He got another person on the phone to verify the information and she told me that she would throw in an additional $258 "open truck credit" so if there was anything else on the truck that I wanted, I could get it. Sounded great!
I was told that the installer would come and go over everything with me and if I wanted the system, he would install it then. The installer showed up and we sat at the table. He said the first thing that needed to be discussed was where the control panel would be placed. We went through the options and decided on a location. He then said he had to get some things out of his truck. I thought he was going to bring in the equipment and discuss the options with me. I waited in the kitchen and was working on my emails. I heard the door open but he did not come into the kitchen. I looked down the hall and he was installing the panel on the wall. He put two holes in the wall. I was wondering why he did not show me the equipment or go over anything with me. But I was happy with what I heard on the phone and I just asked about the panel. He told me it was a cellular panel which is what I was suppose to get so I let him continue.
Once done with that, he sat down with me at the table and showed me the equipment he had. He explained that I had a $1853 credit toward the equipment. He told me what he would recommend for my home and the total came up to over $4000. So much for free equipment! I told him that would not be acceptable. He then told me that he could reduce the cost by taking equipment away. We got down to 5 entry sensors, 4 glass breakage, one garage sensor, the panel and 2 key fobs. That cost me an additional $900 after the $1853 credit. WOW! Now I knew that I had more entry points than normal so I agreed to that and signed a multipage contract on his Ipad. Very fine print and as I am going through it, I am asking him if there is anything I should be concerned with or know about. He tells me no that it is just a standard contract.
After he leaves, I start thinking that the guy I talked to on the phone was going to send me an email detailing all the stuff we agreed upon. I decided to compare that to what was installed. However, he never sent the email so I started looking at the contract. My $36.99 rate had jumped to $52.99. My 30 day money back guarantee is only 3 days. Yes 3 days! So I called to talk to customer service. After several frustrating minutes and her refusing to listen to the tape recording of the conversation I had with the salesperson or honor what I was promised, I finally had to tell her to remove the equipment. She told me how to cancel the contract. I was not happy!
I called ADT corporate to file a complaint. I was told by the person that they are fully aware of the unethical sales practices of the franchisee that I dealt with. He went on to explain that he has had several complaints on them and he has reported all of them to his supervisor. He has been told that they will do nothing to that franchisee because they bring in so much money for ADT. I told him to give them my phone number. I would love to talk to them. Not one has called me back. So the company name is Defenders and they also go by Protect Your Home. They are based in Indianapolis, IN and they do business in Kentucky. I have them coming today to take this system out and I have another vendor coming to put in a new system. I would never use this franchisee or a company that knows and allows unethical practices to continue.

Called 9/18 due to sensor fell off the kitchen door and the trouble triangle was lit - we could not get it to reset. We were on hold 20 minutes until we were able to speak with someone only to learn that I had replaced the sensor upside down. It fell off in normal operation of closing the door - material is flimsy.
