    The agent lied to me when I specifically asked upfront about termination policies. She said I could cancel the policy anytime and didn't reveal termination fee. They can lie anything to rip a big chunk of money off you. Each time you call customer service or loyalty department, you get different answers and they never get back to you if when you leave a message. I have had many services as I frequently move to different state. This is the worst available.

    I'm extremely impressed with the customer service already. We are setting up an appointment in February with ADT also for even more security. The gentleman who installed the system for us was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful every step of the way. He had great advice and answered all our questions. We called ADT after we came home from a trip to all our doors open and all our animals gone. Thankfully we got our animals back, but we aren't taking any more chances, so ADT was the way to go.

    Had a great experience with the installation team on 11/29. They were thorough and explained the system to my husband and I. I didn't realize what the additional costs were going to be, so I was a little taken aback. They did ask for my approval before any work was done, it was that some of the additional costs were not mentioned to me when I made the first initial call for installation.

    I am about to send in my $100 Visa Card reimbursement and did not find the $4.95 S&H charge necessary. They are also asking that it be either a cashier's check or money order which means it will cost additional $$ and I need to visit the post office in order to send this in. So this is actually not a $100 gift card. The system itself seems to be working fine and the installers were very professional.

    We had Brink’s before then ADT bought it and we kept it. The service has been fine so far but I had a problem. The alarm kept going off and said that there was an emergency. I called ADT and the girl on the phone told me to look at something but I couldn't. It was like she was talking about a different house than I was in. She then said that she'd report it and that they'd try to fix it. But then the issue fixed itself. That was the only one we've had. However, I'm not thrilled that it's getting more and more expensive.

    We've had ADT for some time now for our office and our homes. I availed all in their package like security, digital keypad and interior motion detector, and it's been working well.     Every person on phone and installer were told ahead of time that we have Straight Talk home phone service. After install told us it couldn't be used and monitoring went from 29 to $52. Your credibility is zero. Hope we get our credit card refund soon on extra charges. Wife and I are left with sad sick feeling on ADT. Our Home8 is much better for our needs.

    There was one incident a few years ago which was really bizarre. I called ADT immediately, but it ended up being someone that called from their personal phone and said he was an ADT representative. The guy said, "Well, what's your address?" And I said, "Well, if you have my account you know my address." We didn't know if it was an ADT guy or not. ADT called the police and had them double check our house. I said, "Okay, this is a little freaky." But the ADT customer service people were extremely cautious about the issue, so they went above and beyond. Plus, the technicians have been fine. We had some sort of upgrade done and they were great to work with. The system works fine. We're satisfied, and have had a great experience.

    Much better than the first tech who came out. Did NOT try to upsell, which was a major improvement. Tried to adjust the cameras and give me a better field of view. Unfortunately, the cameras still do not pick up anyone coming through the gate so we are waiting for a sensor to come in. I certainly hope that will help because that is a major reason for the system.

    I am moving and needed to get another security system. I TRIED to cancel my ADT several times with no avail. They are worse than Comcast in the cancellation phase. It took almost 45 minutes, from a very bad ADT customer service man, to hopefully cancel the service. They have a 30 day cancellation time frame which in itself is a total rip off. Add to that the almost impossibility to cancel the service... took me 4 tries and over a week to hopefully get the cancellation through. There has to be better services than ADT!!! Almost anything would be better than ADT. I say... BEWARE!!! You will not be happy with high monthly costs and terrible service. I will be complaining to the Illinois Attorney General and Better Business.

    A couple of times, we couldn't figure out how to re-arm the system. It said "no ready" and showed there is trouble from or the other places and we couldn't figure out how to get that off. Also, there is a code to use where I could go into the basement and we can still be in "stay" and not have the alarm go off. A lot of times it's good to arm it when we're home but sometimes when I go to the basement, I make the alarm go off. We forgot the code that the rep gave us for the door in the basement, and they told us about that and it works fine again. They're always eager to help. Overall I know I can depend on them.

    The installer Robert was on time and very professional; I was disappointed that my credit card was overcharged, it took several phone calls and the better part of the afternoon to resolve the issue.     Do not sign a contract with this company. They lock you into a 3 year contract, and if you try to move, you have two choices. You can either pay to "buy out" the rest of your contract which is all of your remaining months bundled into one large payment (mine would've been $900) OR you can bring your contract with you. Now, isn't that so, when you bring your contract with you to your new home, you have to start the 3 years over again! This is a COMPLETE damned if you do damned if you don't. I spoke with them on the phone 3 separate times, and each person told me something different. First I was told that the remaining months would carry over to my new house, but after my 3rd phone call they told me it would have to start again. Overall I am completely dissatisfied with my service and as soon as my contract is out I am cancelling all service.

    I spoke with Valerie from ADT about lowering my rate since I am paying TWICE what other companies are charging. She transferred me to Denise in their customer loyalty division. I was quickly instructed that as a "loyal customer" there was nothing that could be done to lower my rate back to where it was earlier this year. I know for a fact that this is not true. If ADT wishes to create customer loyalty, and since I was paying the lower rate for 6 months already this year, they could have certainly lowered it back to remain competitive in the world of home security. I will be leaving ADT and closing the bank account that is connected to this system. I am truly disappointed in ADT. I was with my previous alarm system in another state for 15 years and would have been a loyal customer to ADT.

    We’ve been with ADT for a very long time. I have remote controls and light-up panels as part of the package I got from them. We used to be wireless but the installation team came back five years ago to rewire and did the hardwire.     ADT's installation team has done a great job. We've got door and window protectors, motion detectors and fire alarms. Everything works. We were getting along fine as long as the system keeps working. If it doesn't work, we give them a call, they come out and check it, and everything gets taken care of.     I met with Brandon at the house Sat Nov 26th. When I asked about the "package" for the areas I discussed on phone with sales rep I was told he has the info and will discuss after he installs the panel. When I brought it up again I again was brushed off of the subject. I later realized that was the sales gimmick to mark the job in a obligatory way. Once started harder for customer to say no to additional equipment. I felt very sales pitched dealing with ADT and would not recommend them with out a lot of caution.

    I also felt mislead that there was actually a lesser monthly payment for the first year and then to find out it's a gift card is just outright lying. Let alone the hoops to jump through for the VISA refund is just silly. $4.95 money order OR cashier's check. Really? Then to top it all off I received a statement for a electronic withdraw I never authorized after I had a conversation with him about the bill being sent on a monthly invoice to the house address is just wrong to seek that in. When making the call to correct this I find out that the tenant's info was never entered as he acted like he was doing I guess. What was to happen? I would get a call for a alarm when I'm a 100 miles away and I don't live there?

    And speaking of the monthly bill I was told that I had to wait a week before the system would actually start being monitored. When I asked why he said because people make mistakes and set off by mistake but billing will start when system goes live. That turned out to be another mistruth since I was billed for a first week that the mongering wasn't in place and when speaking to customer service over billing issue they were unable to tell me when it would go live a week later. To summarize, you got me for you 3 year deal good for you.

    Wanted to protect our home, decided ADT was the right choice. ADT agent went to the house, looked through entire house to see where issues were at. Husband purchased $1,866.66 worth of hardware to protect our little house. Since my husband was getting ready to retire we bought the house and put the alarm system with the understanding we were moving to that house. Because of an injury my husband sustained while at work, we have to stay in NY so we had to put our little house for rent. I called ADT and asked to have the monthly service cancelled because the renters did not want to pay for an alarm service. I was informed I had to pay over $1,000 to get out of the contract. If the hardware was given for free I could understand ADT wanting to get some money for their work but we paid for the hardware and now cannot live in the house indefinitely.

    I cannot believe that we have to pay a penalty for getting out of a 3 year mandatory contract, which was not verbally expressed to us by the agent. If we stayed in the house I would have gladly continued to pay for the service but we lost money in hardware we cannot use. So can ADT help us? I know from speaking to the agent over the phone we had to pay over $1,000 to get out of the contract and in this economy where many are still living paycheck to paycheck, that penalty is grossly expensive. So ADT, can you help or not. Depending on your response will depend if I will EVER use ADT again in the future. ADT has to be understanding to clients that need to get out of their contracts because of specific reasons.

    At first it went well, but after a while the installer keep trying to sell me more and more. It took me at least 6 or 7 times to tell him I only wanted what I told him the first time. He seemed to get mad about that and had an attitude that was not nice. He then forget to tell me how to get my gift card. I called myself and got it going.     The Sales Tech recommended the car garage door to be alarmed - I agreed. But he left without installing. I called into customer service and they said no problem and sent a Sales tech out. When the sales tech came - he said he could not fix the issue (and also said his supervisor agreed) as it would upset his "inventory"... And the original tech would have to come. Well I have not heard a word back and still waiting for the door to be alarmed... So they left the customer hanging due to their process...

    When we signed up on a deal, it was subcontracted through someone else even though we were being billed by ADT. We weren't having very good luck with the product that we got so I contacted ADT and they came out, upgraded for me, replaced it. It was the actual ADT representatives at that point so I was very happy with the upgrade and the change through ADT themselves.

    I contacted ADT when the product was not setting and we were having some problems with it. They came out and took care of it right away. Then, I had a minor issue with the payment. Apparently, they were unable to get a payment but they were very good about that. They contacted me and I've had no problem whatsoever.

    The only complaint I have is that when they came out to repair, they said that they don't stock the product because it's really not theirs which was a little disconcerting. I bought a little bit to have it replaced by an actual ADT product and they charged me a minimal amount and I was willing to do that to upgrade and be direct with ADT, instead of a subcontractor. But I had to wait 10 to 12 days for them to come back and install the product. I'm used to alarming my home every day so it made me a little nervous that I couldn't alarm the home at night. I was here by myself and my husband was out of town, so it was more distressful.

    Other than that, they're a great company. I have been approached by others but I'm not interested in making a change. I'm very happy with them and the service. There are lots of deals out there that they offer to new customers for a year to two and I don't think they offer many deals for their loyal and long-time ones. I noticed mine keeps going up but that's okay and I have no intentions of leaving them either. Overall, it's very positive. I have recommended them to two of my immediate neighbors.

    I had my appointment 11/25/16 to have my home security system installed and was made to trust and feel comfortable by stating I would not sell you anything I wouldn't sell my mother she has a system. I can only say that I thought I was pretty good at checking out for people but I am just as much a sucker as others have been. He sold me over a thousand dollars worth of un-needed equipment.     Beware of ADT installers in South Louisiana who work with Defenders Security/Protect Your Home out of Indianapolis. They are dishonest and not trustworthy. Breon ** was the one who came for the first visit. She came to see if my current wiring (which worked fine) would work on their system. I told her that if she couldn't make it work I wanted her to plug the system back in the way it was. I was assured she would. Instead of taking a picture before unplugging my wires, she tried to make their system work. When it didn't work, she sent someone else to try. He couldn't get it to work. When I ask him to plug it back in, he couldn't because the prior tech (Breon ** ADT representative out of New Orleans) didn't take notes or pictures. They now have taken their equipment and now my system that was working before doesn't even have power going to my control panels.

    When I put the power on it isn't working because the second tech attempted to figure it out and apparently wasn't able to accomplish what Breon should have recorded in the first place. Once they figure they can't make any money off of you they don't care if they fix what they have taken apart "they aren't trained to install other systems"... Really, well maybe they should train the Installers to take a snapshot before they unplug a working system... A quick photo snap would have saved me and the second tech a lot of headache. All they had to do is plug the wires into the board just as they were before. Breon ** is someone who will tell you what you want to hear even if it isn't the truth. I learned that the hard way. I had to pay out of pocket to get someone to reconnect my wires in my security control panel.

    Our experience with ADT has been good. We've been using our ADT security system for 10 years now. A couple of years ago, we switched over to the Wi-Fi. It works fine, and I like it. We don’t have the wires all over the place now. I go in and reset it, but our old plan used to call me right away. At present, I don’t know if there’s a delay.

    Also, I really wish that they would add the going away function online. Brink used to allow me to do that. I could log in online and say I’m going to be away for two weeks, so if the alarm goes off that means I’m not home. Now, if we went away and we’re out of the country, it doesn’t allow us to do that. If they saw me go in and out that day I can understand that, but if we were gone for a period of time, they could see that a person is at home. No one should have been going in. The only thing we can do is to rearrange our contact situation, which is one of the system's neat features since we can set it up ourselves and we don’t have to freak out the person that we put first as the main contact.

    The day my home was broken into, with the police still there, my friend who came to my house to help me called ADT for me. I NEVER SPOKE TO THEM. As a single woman living in my home alone, I was a complete wreck. Two days later a rep came to my home and tried to sell me $800 worth of security as I was a blubbering mess still trying to deal with what happened. I agreed to $400 worth of security because I still needed to pay for the repairs to my home from the break-in, broken windows, etc. I told him that I was selling and moving ASAP, and he said, "No problem. Just give us a call and we can move everything to your new house." So I signed, not reading the contract and never once being told it was for 3 years and would start over every time you transfer to a new address. Oh and the equipment I purchased did not move with me, I had to buy all new!!!

    I have since lost my job, moved out of state, moved 4 additional times, and all the while still paying $44 a month for a service that I have not used in over a year, and only used for 3 months. The rep that came to my home completely took advantage of me. All he saw was a sale. I was in shock still from the break-in and should not have signed anything in the state of mind I was in. I have called ADT so many times to see if they can lower my monthly because I DO NOT USE IT, and even though I knew nothing of a 3 year contract, I will pay but I just don't understand why they will not work with me in lowering the price!

    I was eager to sign up for ADT, until the installer got to my house and explained ADT uses local sub companies. He installed the equipment before explaining all of the charges, including the 3-year contract. I immediately cancelled (within the 3 day cancellation window, which is another story), and was redirected through the phone tree no fewer than 8 times, was told to print out a cancellation form and fax it in within 48 hours, because everyone's just got a fax machine laying around, and then hope and trust that they'd actually cancel it. Then I was not issued a refund in a timely manner. The installer took an entire 21 days to come and remove the equipment, so there was nowhere to put my new equipment from a competitor.

    Finally they issued a refund and then they charged my credit card the monthly monitoring fee. When I called to inquire about the fraudulent charge, they put me through the phone tree again, shuffling me between sub companies and departments for a half an hour on hold. To top it off, the customer service rep talked over me, raised her voice, and was dismissive of my concerns at being charged $52 fraudulently. She would not transfer me to her supervisor nor would she help me. I have to dispute the charge through my credit card company because ADT obfuscates their billing department and denies wrongdoing.

    I called ADT after the initial false alarm at my house on Nov 9, 2016 after my alarm system went off after NOT being set. I received a frantic call from my daughter who was home sick saying the alarm was going off. They stated they would send out a request for a technician, but that in our area the technician makes his own appointments, fair enough. The following week the same thing. I called ADT and they said they would get a technician out and put a stat order on it.

    This week today Wednesday Nov 30 the same thing happened and I called again. They laughed and said there was nothing they could do and because the technician made his own appoint I cancelled with ADT. Of course there is a longer version to this nightmare but end result ADT did not care. They also did not seem to care when I cancelled and when I asked to speak with supervisor I was put through to vm which is really not great customer care. With ADT for 6 years, pretty sad they aren't into client retention with all the competition out there these days!

    I had a representative come to my home Sept 2nd. He sold me an upgrade to my existing ADT system (Pulse He sold me). Since September, my system is still incomplete, leaving my home exposed without proper protection. The bills continue to come in at full rate, even though service is incomplete. I called at least 8 times, had 3 installers here. One day, they decided just not to show up or call. I spoke with at least 3 managers for resolution or cancel. The rep told me, to make up for the problems he would give me install credit. That never happened and now bills are showing as late. I have an incomplete system that needs to be resolved or removed, and I can't get a competent person to help. My only option next is small claims court. I DO NOT recommend ADT to anyone. I use Simply Safe at my business. It is very reliable. Service is great.

    I bought my house a year ago and signed up for their 3 year contract. The tech that came to set everything up was a huge help and put in above and beyond service to get our system going.     ADT was installed 12/2010. Learned recently, 11/2016, that the wiring was not connected. Alarms never alerted their call center nor the local sheriff's office alarm center. Thought that was strange but assumed they changed the sensitivity of their alarm system because it used to generate calls at other home installations I had over the years. And now it did not.

    When the motion detector alarm sounded recently and ran through its programmed period of sounding the alarm and ADT and the Sheriff's office alarm centers did not contact the house by telephone or arrive, I knew something wasn't right. Called ADT to check the second in line phone number I gave them.

    Turned out they'd not had any alarms signaled on my account the entire 6 years.

    ADT says in May 2016 a technician tested the system from my home and it worked. He'd re-secured the sensors on windows and doors that were coming loose or falling off. And he checked the system. I don't know how it worked then but not now? Nobody has touched this system except to set and turn it off as needed. I told them to stop my monthly payment and cancel my account. They told me I had a 30-day notice required. They told me all the services I would no longer have if I cancelled the account. I told her those were the services I didn't have while paying them about $35 monthly for the past several years, so I thought I'd be okay.

    Called and even wrote to CEOs, who are all new as of May 2016 for some reason. You never reach CEOs. Only techs who take the heat and push you off.

    I guess I'm going to lose this battle. They offered to give me a one month payment back, $33.99, for my troubles. I don't know if I can take that. Golly gee. What a wonderful way to thank an old disabled woman for her monthly contributions to their empire the past 6 years and for my continuing business with them since about 2000. Anya sternly told me they certainly were not going to refund 6 years of payments. They claim to be the top alarm system in the USA. I have to wonder how many other people have had systems that didn't do anything but provide a false sense of security.

    During a 45 minute phone call to ADT to cancel service, the customer service technician insulted me several times all the while trying to stall and retain me as a customer. He told me his name was Joseph **, however, he refused to provide his employee number and would not transfer me to a manager. Mr. ** insisted that we have a 3 year contract with ADT but refused to provide proof when I countered that we were month to month.

    He kept stalling with supposed computer difficulties and would not send our contract via email. He insulted me several times saying things like, "If you didn't read, then that's your problem," "I see here that you've had a problem with not wanting to pay for services before." and "Maybe I'm just telling you things you don't want to hear." I don't know what he was talking about regarding us not paying for services as our account is on automatic debit... Perhaps he was referring to the fact that we've negotiated to go back to a promotional price after the promotional period ended.

    Despite being on the phone for so long, we were unable to cancel our service and are now waiting to receive a copy of our contract in the mail. Mr. ** also said several times that we "will lose" if we try to investigate the matter any further. I would not be surprised if we don't get this copy of our contract. I have been with ADT since 2003 and was very disappointed at being met with such rudeness and outright insults in our attempt to cancel service. Meanwhile, the technician with our new security company overheard the entire conversation while installing our new equipment and they have volunteered to give us a credit close to the cost of any penalties and fines from ADT.

We talked and other ones came in and we all communicated and showed them the different locations that they needed to go to. And they gave me some insight on some things. When I called and have an issue with something, the people on the phone would direct me on how to resolve it and go from there.     I have ADT pulse with multiple cameras and sensors. Someone robbed a car parked on our property. I After discovering robbery from car parked by our garage, I discovered ALL ADT video cameras and home alarm sensors were not functioning for 1 week prior to robbery. There was no notification from ADT that system was not functional! ADT was immediately contacted. They failed to correct the problem; failed to offer an explanation and failed to even offer a service call to correct the problem! ADT charges high price but fails to deliver ANY security. They just take your money. They provide NO security!

    ADT has a fine product but you are a bit deceptive in their sales pitch. I was told that I qualified for a free system and in the end I had to fork out over $2700.00 to get started "TO BE PROPERLY PROTECTED". The customer service is good but I have received different answers from different representatives. I.e. - billed two months first time, called and I was told I would be billed at the first of November 2016 for another payment for @ $49.00 per month. Never received a draft so I called and I was told I was misinformed and would have a draft. 1st of draft in December for @ $52.00 per month. When I signed up installer told me my monthly bill would be less than $50.00 dollars a month.

    Have called installer twice due to outside alarm not being very loud and under house motion sensors no longer blink as they did when first installed. I also asked about price of an additional door sensor being installed. He set a date, never showed, and I called back and he apologized and said he forgot. He called again and said he was on a job that he would not be finished until late that evening. I told him I understood. No problem. I have not heard from him since.

    So far not the best customer experience! At this point I do not have a warm fuzzy feeling about ADT. ADT may be too big at this point to meet customer needs. You have great monitoring and response time and very friendly representatives which I love. Wait time on the phone can be lengthy. Had I done my research, I would have went with SimpliSafe!

    I received a flyer in the mail, I called to get details and was told I would get 15 pre-wired sensors (I didn't know what pre-wired was and it was not explained to me). I was under the impression the entire time I was getting 15. The only reason I went on with this was because the nice guy that did the install had come from Phoenix City and had already installed the system and was about to do the sensors and he started asking me where I wanted them and I was still under the impression I was getting 15 so I proceed to tell him and he was like "Nooo.     I got the service package that included the alarm and the ADT internal computer thing that I can see who's walking through the house. The installation team installed those cameras and I've had good interaction with them except with one guy. I called his boss and he came out and took care of it. The guy wasn't trained enough to understand how I can walk out from my bedroom to the front door and the camera didn't pick me up until when I walk in back, so it was a timing thing and lack of training coupled with his attitude. But then the service has been great so far. I feel very secure with the treatment, the instruments, and the system we got. I've been with them about 20 years and if I have any problems, they solve it. They’re a pretty good company.

When the power went off a couple of nights ago, they called me about the medical alarm I wear around my neck 40 minutes after the power went off since it shows that I've had a power loss. I didn’t know that they could tell that but I was glad to hear that they could. Then the last time I accidentally tripped the alarm system, they called within a couple of minutes to check to see what the problem was and I said there was none. I gave them the code and they said that it was fine and they appreciate the business and that was it. The only other thing I wanted is for them to get the alarm system itself billed to the same credit card where they bill my medical alarm.     I would say that our A.D.T system works very well and I would recommend them to everyone. Only one false alarm that was an "exit error" in about two years now. Very acceptable in my book. The only fault that I see is in the quality (or lack there of) in the manufacturing of their "hardware" materials. Our "key fob" broke almost immediately where it goes on your key ring. Too thin and poorly made. The other issue is in the unit itself on the wall by the back door. The door that flips open and closed has two thin "catches" on each side that holds the door closed. Well again, too thin. Almost immediately one of them broke and the door sometimes swings down (open) on its own. Not good. The quality of the "service" I think is excellent! The quality in manufacture of the hardware itself really needs some improving. That being said I would still rate them 5 stars!

    I had ADT security as my security monitoring company for a property that was about to be sold. I contacted them in August to make them aware of the pending sale and that the service would be continued by the new owner. (This was a requirement for me to avoid the early termination fee). After the transaction concluded, I was told that I needed to wait for the new owner's credit approval before my service would be deactivated. On September 12th the new owner's service began and I was still charged for service at the property. I was then told it took 30 days to turn off the service (it only took an hour to turn it on). So, I had to wait until October to end the service and stop paying for it. They also had to conduct a verification that this want a case of early termination.

    On October 26th ADT contacted me to tell me that I wouldn't be charged an early termination fee. They said the service charged for the month of October, which they had just debited, would be refunded. On November 14th, they took $1081.17 from my bank account for an early termination fee. They said they sent a letter to the service address which is not the billing address. I called them yesterday and they acknowledged they were wrong to take it. The representative, Kashari, told me that because of I had bills that were pending payment (mortgage), they would expedite the refund and I would see it in my account today. My money is not there.

    I spoke to the manager, Kenyatta, today who informed me that the funds won't be returned for 3-5 business days. So, I hope to see my funds in a week, if they keep their word this time. That's a LOT of money for me, especially during the holidays. I will incur late fees on my bills and credit dings as a result of their error. This company has horrible customer service! They are polite but have been a source of misinformation and lies from the beginning! I would never do business with them again and I will inform people considering them of my experience and advise them to reconsider.

    I am in a contract with these people until January of 2018 which I am trying to uphold, but I moved back into the house I originally signed up with in 2013. My current contract is for a house in Florida that we were renting. I was under the impression that I was signing a contract so I didn't have to pay all over again for the equipment to be installed in the rental house. Now that I'm living back in the house I had secured by ADT in 2013, (so it doesn't need any equipment), I called to have the services that I pay for every month to be moved to the house I'm living in, not the house that we no longer have any connection with. I was told that my contract follows the address, not the PAYING CUSTOMER and that the only way for me to actually get the services that I pay for every month is to sign ANOTHER 36 MONTH CONTRACT! I guess this is the only way these vultures can stay in business!

    I am literally paying for services on a house I have no connection when all I'm trying to do is uphold my contract and get the services I'm paying for at the same time. Is that too much to ask out of a business? To actually get what you're paying for? Call me crazy, but I will tell everyone I know about this. Current customers that I know will not sign another contract and people I know who may be looking for a security system will not go with ADT. This is the most horrible treatment that I have ever dealt with! I would rather have my home unsecured than deal with these awful people. They're the ones robbing me anyway.
