Always polite customer service reps. My last issue, I was going to ask for help with my service. After hearing of my issue, the Rep. "Offered Assistance" before I had a chance to ask for assistance. It is unfortunate that there are not service providers that have "Human" service reps with a certain level of compassion. Machines/Computers cannot discern circumstances. This "Customer Service" rep. actually left me feeling like they cared.

No longer have ADT. We have had a lot of problems with our system, sometimes it would work and other times did not. Why, I don't know. But was checked by technician a number of times. Each time thought it was fixed.

Years ago, we purchased our service package from ADT, which included the window and door alarms, motion alarms and broken glass alarm. We've been with them for five years now and their services have been excellent. The sales rep was fine and the installation had been fantastic. The installer was very professional and thorough. He explained everything when he was doing it and I'm pleased with the whole thing. ADT employees have also been very prompt. If there's a problem, they do what they promised they're going to do. They also call and check on it too. They've turned on the voice box on the control panel and they talked to us through that. They're outstanding and everything is great. If a friend asked me, I'd tell him to get and buy ADT.

Installation was timely and smooth. Customer service has been helpful. Communication was swift when my alarm went off one night. It was a false alarm; but I appreciated the quick response from ADT; and they made sure I was safe and not in any distress.

We live on a farm and my daughter got ADT for her house and my house many years ago. Their installation team did a fantastic job and I've been very satisfied with the system for all the years that I've had it. I can go out and not worry that something's going to be in my house when I get home. I got the ADT medical alert bracelet as well. I love my experience with ADT and I'd recommend them to a lot of people.

I would not feel comfortable living alone if I didn't have ADT. Anytime I've had to call them with a question, or if it has gone off, they are quick to respond. It's easy to set and learn the code. Absolutely, feel it is a service I will never give up.

ADT has been reliable, easy to use, mobile use and the service works well. Comcast has been haunting me to increase my Comcast TV and phone to add the security service and reduce my overall bill. I have continued to discuss with Comcast and periodically lower my bill. I always tell them that I am satisfied with my ADT service and costs and do not want to use Comcast for security. They get upset but they leave me alone for a couple of months.

Please do not consider purchasing the ADT Pulse Security System. It is very unreliable and expensive. I had the system installed into my brand-new built home 13 months ago. Since then my surveillance camera malfunctions at least once a week. I've called technicians to come visit the house over six times, along with over two dozen phone calls to ADT tech support. Since June 15, 2017, with the new upgraded ADT Pulse System, the camera surveillance system is totally not functioning. In summary, do NOT purchase the ADT Pulse Security Monitoring System.

The trouble with the application, outlined as starting on June 15th, was a known error. We thank you for your patience as we add additional capacity to support the significant increase in usage we experienced with our latest ADT Pulse app.
With the greater ease of use and functionality introduced within the new app, the response has been tremendous. While we added additional capacity to handle the increase in volume that we anticipated, what we actually saw was more than a tenfold increase in usage of the Pulse app.
As a result, at intermittent times while logging into the Pulse mobile app, you may be required to wait a few minutes and reattempt a login. This inconvenience should diminish over the next few days as we adjust the capacity to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This issue only impacts use of the mobile app and full functionality is still available using the Pulse web portal by visiting https://portal.adtpulse.com/ .Please rest assured that your system is functioning properly and being monitored by ADT, and no action is required on your part.
If you are experiencing performance issues with your Pulse app, we suggest logging out of the mobile app or portal and logging back in. Our teams are aware of the intermittent issues and are working to resolve them. Have been a customer for many years. They are reliable and dependable. If your problem can't be solved over the phone or online ADT will send out a service tech in a sufficient amount of time to take care of your problem.

Good customer service. The appointment time was met. The tech was very polite. This was the second time we'd had an issue with this particular sensor so the tech just replaced it. I was very pleased with how this service call went.

I got the basic monitoring package from ADT. I've been with them for a long time. Their sales representatives have been helpful and responsive while the installation team was pleasant. One time, my battery went out and they sent somebody. Their service has been excellent.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by ADT and their technicians. The only problem I have is ordering yard signs. I have tried this on 2 occasions and never get them. Can you tell me why? This will help to serve as advertisement for you.

I accidentally left my stove on with a pot with a hot dog and water, and went out onto the patio and got involved in trimming some herb plants. The water boiled out of the pot and the hot dog burned, starting the kitchen to fill with smoke and the alarm went off. I had left my phone in the house. I removed the pan from the stove, shut off the alarm, and called ADT to cancel the alarm. I opened the doors and the windows, before the police dept arrived. He was courteous and prompt. The situation was under control before he arrived, so he did cancel the fire dept, call I am sorry for the incident and will be more diligent and aware to not go to the patio when I am cooking in the house. Thank you for your excellent service.

I work 70 - 80 hours a week. I have been using ADT for one year this month. I cannot even begin to express in words that one of the greatest investments I have made is purchasing the equipment for a very dependable and reliable home monitoring. This is mine and my wife's first house! We wanted to have protection for our home, We choose ADT. Every day since we've gotten ADT installed we have felt like we've made the best decision! We will always have ADT, no matter where we go and how many houses we live in. ADT will always be in our home! As long as ADT stays around we will have it! I have never had any problem with ADT. When I call they answer promptly with a friendly voice and a sincerely interest in my call. They solve the problem and it is usually taken care of in a matter of minutes. I feel safe having them on my side.

Although we're satisfied with the protection and customer service, it's always been a huge problem with the system locking up our landline service during an event or when it's merely transmitting to the ADT computerized system. When this happens, family, friends, and current and prospective business clients hear a fax tone-like squeal and hang up. While family and friends usually will try to complete the call several times, some prospective clients are lost for good. We never know when the system will lock up the landline. Yes, we can upgrade to a new, wireless system but we don't have the budget for it. Since there's no chance ADT will improve the system we purchased 16 years ago to bypass our landline, I'll continue to rate it just two stars.

I set up an appointment with ADT to upgrade my system and sign a contract for three years at a lower monthly rate. ADT called three times to confirm this appointment. On the day of the appointment, nobody showed up from ADT. I called ADT and they said that they had mistakenly ordered service from a different state and had canceled the appointment. I explained that nobody had notified me of this and that I had wasted a day waiting for a service tech who never showed. The ADT rep said somebody would call me back to discuss the issue. Nobody did. I called back twice and complained again. Both times, I was placed on hold for 10-15 minutes. In the end, ADT offered to reschedule and give me one month free service for my inconvenience. That was not enough for the inconvenience and exceptionally poor customer service.
I have been a loyal ADT customer for about 10 years. I am switching to a company that has lower rates and is more responsive to my service requirements. However, ADT also has a 30 day cancellation notice policy, which they still insisted upon in order to get another monthly payment out of me. The ADT rep even had the nerve to say that I would be dissatisfied with the other service provider and would be back. With that arrogant attitude, I fail to see how ADT has any customers in a very competitive market. After this bad experience, I will not recommend ADT to anybody, residential or business.

As usual, ADT's response was spot-on. Having the police come prior to the ambulance worked well. I have a dog that I refer to as my "guardian angel" and having my son come right behind the first-responders worked very well. Everything was fine, and my son was able to take care of Merlot and me in that order.

We just updated our ADT system to the Pulse system, I must say we are enjoying it very much, compared to the old system. The Family really likes its easy use, we can view while away, turn on and off devices at the touch on the new app that comes with the system, we like the new inside camera and may soon add more cameras for better viewing of locations around the home. It's a great system. I would recommend to anyone that needs a new system!

After some initial issues (they ordered the wrong parts) I was relatively happy. Had a full system including a camera setup for driveway. I was told that they would store 1 week worth of video footage in case there were any issues. All I'd need to do is login to Alarm.com to retrieve the footage. I'd had some issues with my camera which I troubleshot then called technical support because we had another issue (the feed was only available on my cell phone and not my girlfriend's). They said we should reinstall the app and it should work. It didn't but we figured at least the feed works on my cell phone.
Last night, my truck was vandalized. After having issues retrieving the footage to file a police report, I was told by tech support that my camera's setting were set up to only record in case the alarm was triggered. Basically, someone would need to break into my home, then once the alarm was going off, go to my driveway to vandalize my truck for the video to be recorded. Less than impressed, I called support/customer service again asking that I get a call back from the cancellation department since I was told by my sales rep (in writing and I have the email) that I could cancel if the system doesn't work properly within the first 6 months and get a full reimbursement.
I just received a call from the cancellation department saying that it will cost me $1,600 to cancel unless they need to send a technician 3 times and still can't resolve the issue. More infuriatingly, I was told that there wasn't an issue with the initial setup and that Alarm.com is in place so that I can control my settings myself. Essentially, my camera not being set to record my driveway (as I was told it would be) is my responsibility because I didn't go change the settings assuming what I was told was correct in that the footage would be recorded for 1 week. The notion that setting up a camera to record a driveway, telling me that it would store 1 week of footage, but then in reality someone would need to trigger the alarm for it to record is somehow my fault for not changing my settings is insulting. Beware.

The service tech found two of the sensors were defective and replaced them following a full system test to confirm the newly installed sensors were working properly. Test completed, the service tech reviewed the test process and results with us and provided a copy of the invoice.

We had new windows installed, scheduled an appointment the next day to reinstall our sensors. ADT technician Matt **, the most courteous and knowledgeable technician I've ever met, also reviewed and checked our entire system, ensuring that every facet of it operated correctly. When he finished, he thoroughly briefed us. If I ever need an ADT technician again, I want Matt **! Great ADT Service!

Before leaving on an extended trip or vacation we info ADT that the contacts will be gone. They are to notify the police first if there is an incident. We always feel comfortable knowing our home is protected while we are away.

Our service call was for low battery. Service date June 2017. The rep from ADT gave us a call to notify that he was on his way to our home. When he arrived he checked the system and replaced all batteries. He was very professional and answered any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this repairman to anyone. Also if we have any need for service in the future we would request this repairmen.

So far I have not had any problems with the alarms. I really like to be able to check at any time on my phone if there has been a problem at the home. It is nice that my dogs do not set off the alarm and that I can set it so it doesn't go off with me in the house at night.

We turn our system on each time we leave our house. We have cameras that we installed. It would be nice to see if we could work it with our alarm system then app it to our phone so we can take a look at what is going on. We currently only have cameras outside but we have not been contacted about an upgrade when I know of people that I have referred with a newer system. Just would be nice if we were contacted about an upgrade since we have been with ADT several years!

ADT Service is above all others. The technician was the best most knowledgeable technician I have dealt with. I would always recommend ADT above any other alarm service. They are not always the cheapest alarm service, but you get what you pay for. I trust ADT to be there for me.

Pleased with alarm system. Feel secure in my home. Comfort in knowing when I travel I do not have to ask someone to check on my home. My family is pleased that I have installed an alarm system. I would encourage older individuals who live alone to have an alarm system installed because it does give one a peace of mind.

My service with ADT is the I can say that the easy way to set the system. The pulse video that monitor the interior of my home and the keyless entry that disarm and arm my system. The gentleman that install the system was excellent and very professional, and the way he help show me how the system works was great. In 1987 I had a burglary at my house. I spoke with my neighbor across the street. She said that, after she had had a burglary, she had investigated every alarm company and ADT was clearly the best. Knowing how thorough she was, I was absolutely certain that she really had investigated each and every alarm company; so I had an ADT system put into my house. Around 2002 my fiancé had a burglary; so I had an ADT system put into her house. We were married in 2004. It is now 2017. During the last 30 years when we have had ADT protection, neither of us have had a break-in or a burglary. Our ADT system has rarely needed service; but when it did need service, the service was prompt and thorough. On a few occasions I have had questions about our ADT system. When I called, I always got the help I wanted promptly. We are completely satisfied with ADT.

We have currently had ADT for at least 17 years, and recently you made a change when doing a vacation package. It was about time. Thank you and continue doing a great job. I love PULSE, it was a life saver when my husband was in an accident while on vacation. I was able to let my neighbor, allowing her to water plants and also retrieve information I needed.

At $53 a month to have my doors and home monitored for movement, gives me peace of mind. From beginning to end the whole process was easy. Installer was informative and helpful, the system is easy to use and has an app for my phone. With an amazing discount I also got the RING doorbell which gives me the ability to see who is at my door even if I am not home. It also records the video as well.

I decided to get ADT as I am a new home owner. For many years I lived in one apartment or another where there was some security and I never thought about protection. We received a low battery signal. I called ADT and was told they no longer had our battery model. After I ordered it elsewhere at (very costly). I received a message from ADT that they had found one and it was on the way. We installed the one we had purchased and the ADT battery NEVER arrived! We used to have a local representative whom we could call who would have taken care of this for us. We no longer do!

I am completely satisfied with the service ADT provides. When an alarm goes off by mistake we get a call quickly. When I have called to change alert words the tech has been friendly and has gotten the info immediately. I have no complaints.

A representative came out to help with our Pulse concern. It was working in our cellphones initially and then was not reflecting what was showing on the main control box. I was no longer able to operate the system using Pulse. We found out that the cell power needed was not sufficient in my area to be consistent.

We were with another company that was bought by ADT. We've had really great service with ADT. This includes rapid response to our "smoke/heat" sensor that was triggered by a pest control fogger that I had set off and forgot to cover that sensor. We were about 1.5 miles from home, heard sirens and then a call from ADT folks. I also purposely trigger the system to verify it as well as the support. It's always great.

The tech couldn't have been any nicer. He was very nice, friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and really took my safety concerns into consideration. I was thrilled that we were able to schedule the installation as quickly as we did, within 2 days. He really explained things as he was going along that helped me to understand the system better. He took the time to show me and explain the panel and how to use it and had me test the stay and away buttons and made sure I was completely comfortable with turning on/off the system before he left.

Pulse icon on phone disappeared while I was cleaning up phone. Icon was still in notification settings but could not get icon on Home page. ADT person pleasant but not able to help after multiple tries to resolve. Person asked her supervisor but still unable to resolve. Twice our friend and "cat-sitter" had inadvertently set off the emergency alarm and twice the police response was fast (arrived before she could figure out what she did wrong), professional, polite and reassuring. ADT followed up with phone calls. She was using the key fob. Just a suggestion: could the key fob be designed to reduce the amount of false alarms; e.g.: if the "panic button" needed to be hit twice in rapid succession to engage? That bright red emergency button, easy to see, is also easy to mistake if one is in a hurry and has her hands full! Thank you for great service!

My husband and I had talked about getting an alarm system but never did. It wasn't until we purchased our home it became a necessity. I spoke online with a representative who was quick and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. We were set up within a day to have someone come out and see exactly what we needed. The next day, a technician came out and installed everything. He took the time to explain how it all worked. I have been recommending ADT to everyone who is thinking about getting a system. When I signed up for your service, I was to receive a $100 gift card after paying for the service for 12 consecutive months. After the end of my first year, I tried to collect my gift card and was told that it had expired, as my service began in 2016. I have had nothing but the run around from ADT since my request on June 1, 2017. Either I get the gift card or I cancel my service. The ball is now in your court.

I have called Darrin ** about this twice. I am still waiting for someone to come and help me with these issues. I need to have one camera turned slightly to cover an area that is not seen on any camera. I need someone to show me how to capture an event so that it is not erased at the end of the month. I need a manual that tells me how to use this system. I was told I would receive a text whenever there was an event. Then I was told I would receive an e-mail. When Nick set up my system, he said he didn't know how to do that. I am unhappy. I need some assistance.

I received a call that there was entry and a broken glass alarm. A friend came to feed the dog and his code wouldn't enter. Security was dispatched and no entry and no broken glass. The next day the tech came to check the keypad and all was fine. The first dispatch caller was rude and curt the second was very helpful and for that I am appreciative.

I am very happy with ADT security Service. They respond immediately; and when necessary take immediate actions to contact police if no answer on phone which has happened when I was outside and forgot my alarm was on. The police showed up to check on me. It was a false alarm as I forgot; but I felt totally safe, secure and protected by my security system from ADT. And I am very happy with all representatives that I have spoken to when the alarm goes off by accident. They are fast and very pleasant to talk to. Keep up the great work!

I'M a home owner and have the ADT service for the last 3 or 4 years. I like it, because with the app you can handle your alarm from anywhere. Don't matter the distance and you can arm or disarm it from your cell. You feel great. If have any issue at your home, they call you immediately. That happened to me. And police and firefighters were at home instantly.

First, I was very satisfied with the response time to my call for help. First responders and fire dept. came in 15 minutes of my pressing my alert button. Thanks.' However, my complaint is to do with ADT communication with my contact people (2). They were told by a ADT rep that I had been taken to emergency at a local hospital. NOT TRUE!! And First responders NEVER tell ADT such info (I checked). Of course my contacts spent much time trying to track me down at several hospitals. I never left my home. Please ensure that this type of misinformation never happens again. It caused much confusion and time wasting.

Friday, my Pulse app disappeared, I wondered why and several hours later it reappeared as the new app. After logging in and having to go find all my login info all over again I might add, my first impression was that it was not as user friendly to navigate as the old app. On Friday night, my outdoor camera, went offline for the very first time. The next morning it was back online. Monday it went offline again. Then it came back online after I called and asked to have a tech person come out to see why and to explain how the new APP works. The camera came back online before he got here. It seems coincidental that the offline has started when the new app got installed. And, on the new app, the outdoor camera takes longer to come up which it didn't on the old APP. I do not like having to go up to the 3 lines on the left to access the camera recordings when they used to be handier on the front screen. Overall, I hate your new and so call improved Pulse APP.

I needed to replace my battery after it was mailed to me but because of the position of the battery box in my closet and my balances issues I was unable to reach the box to replace the battery. I was concerned and decided to terminate my services. I contacted ADT to terminate services and a technician was dispatched. I felt my concerns were resolved and my home is protected. The battery went dead in the system. An ADT technician was there the same day to repair the wiring that had gone bad and was done in 10 minutes. I didn't think I would get same day service. That was a nice surprise.

I called to see if I could lower my bill because I had received an email from USAA that if you were a member you could get ADT monitoring for $26.99 per month. The guy that I spoke with could not get me down to $26.99; however, he got my bill down to $27.99 per month and I was happy with that if he couldn't' give me the other dollar off. I am sorry I can't remember his name but I thought he was very polite and most helpful.

I am a widow. I feel very safe having ADT. With the new Ring System I am able to monitor from whoever I am whoever is at the door. I travel extensively and knowing that I can monitor my home, there is less stress.

Dewey ** was our installer for our new home in Brimfield Illinois. He went above and beyond to meet our installation needs. This is the third time Dewey has done work with ADT on our homes and business. He is professional at all times and knowledgeable about his profession. He is definitely an asset to ADT. He should be in a management role as a preceptor instead of just installing. He sets a perfect example of what ADT should have as an employee.

While I am very happy that I received a call within one minute of my alarm going off, I am a bit concerned that this is the second time that I have received an alarm on my front door (being open) only to return home to find my front door securely closed and locked. Is there some explanation for this? What can be done to prevent this problem from happening again in the future?

Strange alarm sound went off - nothing showed on the screen - alarm was different - not as loud as intruder alarm sound. I turned it off by punching in my security code. No message was present on the screen and no doors or windows were breached, so I telephoned in to see what was happening. Employee told me it sounded like a routine check-up of the integrity of our telephone feedback loop to ADT. This made sense, so I thanked the person.

My son thought a smoke alarm was beeping. Your service man quickly discovered that it was not the smoke alarm but an outdated C02 alarm in the same area. I usually have alarm issues when I am about to go to bed for some reason and no matter how tired I am the ADT professionals are so helpful that by the time my issue is straightened out I am in a much happier mood just because they take my call seriously and start working on a solution for me very quickly. JUST YESTERDAY, I unlocked door and opened and alarm never went off until I walked in front of motion detector. Sometimes you hit the same code and nothing happens, other times it is overly sensitive. Recently smoke alarm went off and didn't have a clue to shut it off but fire dept showed me... Most of the time it seems to work fine. Mind of its own.

On Monday, June 12, 2017, while I was away from my home, some unidentified movement was detected in the hallway at my home. An ADT representative called me immediately after the system triggered an alarm. I was unable to leave the location where I was when the system went off. The representative asked verification questions regarding security codes. The representative was intentionally concerned about my well-being. The rep. also informed me that anything, even though small, could have caused the alarm to go off. I appreciate very much the timeliness of response and concern the ADT rep. exhibited in taking care of my concerns.

On April 16, 2017 I purchased the Safewatch Pro 3000EN. Security system and service with these cameras are terrible. When trying to access the view, it comes up as unavailable to view video. I have had this problem since I purchased them and I have spoken to a representative and they will not refund my money so I am stuck with equipment that do not work.

I had Brinks at first until they changed it over to ADT. I called them once because I was thinking about upgrading. I told them that I have been with Brinks for a long time but they couldn’t get me a deal on it so I told them to forget it and I'll keep what I have. I guess they don't consider that I have been a long-time customer because it's up on another company. But other than that, I love ADT. It's great service and they monitor well. Sometimes I might set the alarm and then run outside and forget to cancel it and they’ll send somebody out. Some installation people had come out last year to fix the alarm and the wires on one of our doors. They did a great job and I haven’t had a problem since. They’ve been really good and I recommend them to anybody.

I’ve had ADT for about eighteen years now. So far, everything’s been going okay. I’ve recommended them to my daughter and she had the alarm system. At first, if I had a problem figuring something out, ADT’s customer service representatives would help me out. We also had false alarms a couple of times and they were very nice about it. I have an old system. I don’t like the new ones like what my daughter has, to whom I recommended ADT to. They could now do everything through their phones and that’s too much technology for me. ADT had also screwed up on my billing, but I called them and the girl rep made an adjustment.

Reliable, intelligent service. ADT offers equipment and monitoring that is needed and tailored to the consumer. Updates and upgrades are available, but there is no pressure to do either. Monitoring rates seem to be on the high side of reasonable, but for the quality of service, they're not out of line. I would not use any other alarm service to protect my homes.

Easy to program. Company responds quickly if alarm sounds. Makes sure police need to be dispatched before call is made. Can be as sophisticated as you want to be with system additions. Do not like over-the-phone problem-solving. If I wanted to be an IT geek, I would have gone to Georgia Tech.

I have been using ADT for several years since 2010. I have never experienced any issue with ADT. As a matter of fact, they are always prompt to contact me in the event where I forget to disarm my garage before going in. I apologize for the inconvenience this causes to them, but I appreciate that ADT is always alert and will act if the alarm has not been disarmed within the time allowed. That shows me that they are on the job. Also, I never had any issues with the billing process. It is always accurate. ADT is highly recommended.

We haven't had a burglary or emergency, thank goodness, but we've had two incidents that the alarm went off during a bad storm while we were out of town. Through it all ADT was awesome and helped us navigate the whole weekend calmly.

From the moment I called to schedule my initial appointment, everyone has been courteous and helpful! When they schedule a time for some to come out they give a small time frame like two hours. Not all day to sit around waiting and they've always been on time. The phone techs have been there for me when I needed them and assisted me many time. When we mistakenly set off the alarm, the company immediately called, within minutes, and made sure we were all okay. After explaining the situation, the company was understanding of our mistake. This has happened before and ADT has always had a quick response. I feel safe knowing that if it were truly a real matter of a break-in, ADT will immediately contact me or the police.

My technician Brad has been to my house three times. He is always professional and does a great job. The only issue I've had was that one of the door sensors fell off while I wasn't home. The police were called out and I got my first false alarm report. I don't think that's really fair because I didn't install it and wasn't even there when it happened. It just came unglued.

We find that the system works wonderfully and the few contacts with the monitoring people that we have had by means of the system - such as when the motion sensor set off the alarm after my wife had inadvertently set the "away" function while I was still in the living room. When I got up and moved, the alarm immediately activated which led to the ADT monitors contacting me via the panel speaker - to have been efficient and professional. The only problem is that they need to find a more permanent method of closing the panel cover. The little plastic tabs keep breaking off and we have to tape the face-plate closed. We've had two of the face-plate covers break in the three years we've had the system.

We got ADT security service four years ago after there were some break-ins in the neighborhood. The alarm has gone off several times, but, fortunately, each time was an accident. ADT has always responded immediately with a phone call asking if we were all right and if they should notify the police. On one occasion, when we did not answer the phone, they did call the police who came to check on us. They are also very helpful when we've called to ask about technical issues. We recently upgraded the system slightly and signed another contract.

My key broke off in the door while trying to open the keyless entry. Medical alarm kept contacting ADT. Representative was awesome. Was very happy with his service. The representative made sure the lock worked well and took care of the medical which was working improperly.

I have had ADT for just over two years. This is the first time I have ever had security in any of my homes and it has been a very good experience. If I have an issue I am treated with respect and the issues are taken care of right away. Most of my issues have been with the alarm going off at night when there has been a disruption to the service or when there was an update done. I called and it was fixed immediately.

I've had ADT for seven and a half years with my house alarm system. The monthly rate is reasonable and has not gone up. Without any qualifications, I can say that I have never had ANY problems! I called once for a service call and several times with questions. The people I spoke with were professional, courteous, and informative. The technician who came to my home completed the job promptly and well. I absolutely would recommend ADT to anyone.

I am satisfied with the security services that ADT provides. I have had issues with the automatic billing payment. Twice, double the monthly payment amount was taken from my bank account, so I stopped the automatic payments. In both instances, my money was credited back to my account. When the alarm went off in my home no one was home and the phone calls to the house, the alternate phone numbers went unanswered (I had left my cell phone in the car). On my way home ADT Security reached me on my cell phone to let me know that the door inside the garage had been compromised. I told them that I was on the way home. However, in less than ten minutes from my arrival home a Security Officer arrived at the front door to determine that we were safe. We were. Apparently, I failed to secure the the door in the washroom when we left home. The wind must have been strong enough to eventually go past the garage door to open the inside door. Thank you ADT for your service.

Not too long ago, we had an alarm activate at our house. Since we had just left the house and since I didn't recall the door slamming behind me, I assumed the door had probably blown open just enough to activate the sensor. I told the ADT agent my suspicion and at that time he asked for my verification information to assure he was speaking to the owner of the system. At my request, he cancelled emergency responders. When I got home, the door had indeed not latched completely and had blown open slightly. The only concern I have with this whole process is that the caller ID that came in on my cell did not identify ADT as the caller. Normally, I do not answer unidentified callers due to the onslaught of robocalls wanting to sell me something but I did happen to answer this particular call.

Automated test worked well as far as I can tell. I did receive an automated call telling me that the unit had not reestablished connectivity and suggesting I reset the panel. Although the call indicated that reset instructions were on the panel, I could not find any. On the plus side, however, the automated call did give me the option of talking to a live person if I needed additional help which is great.

My experience with ADT was Awesome, the customer services from the sale manager and installer was excellent. The sale manager was very detail and the installer was on time as scheduled. But, I have not received my Visa Gift Card as the flyer stated.

The customer service is great and the reaction time is awesome. I made a mistake one morning and pressed my panic button but turned it right off but they called me within seconds to make sure that we was okay. The only thing I didn't like is all the stuff you have to go through just to receive your 100 dollar gift card for signing up. I still have not completed that and turned it in.

I changed iPhones and when putting the ADT app on the new phone I discovered I no longer could see the live camera pictures on my new phone. I had expected an upgrade from ADT but instead did not have what I had had earlier. What can I do to recapture the camera images?

We installed ADT when we bought our house in 2009. Their system is top of the line. As the years progressed we had normal issues like power outages and battery maintenance. Their service has been so top notch that we have never thought of shopping around. We plan on being with ADT for the foreseeable future.

The home that is protected by ADT is a second home and since we are not at this home full time we count on ADT to ensure its safety and well being. We have a security camera that enables us to see the signature room of the home when away by using the Pulse App. That gives us peace of mind. Knowing the alarm is on and that we would receive notifications if there was an issue is most reassuring to us. We are pleased with the level of service and commitment of the company.

When one of our children did not get to the alarm right away to disarm it and the alarm went off, ADT called us to check and we verified with our child that it was because of them. The police were called and informed they did not have to investigate the situation, but they did anyway, with no charge. That made my whole family feel better.
