We had bad experience with Panasonic TV (which I and my Brother) MODEL had purchased at same time. Model TH-42AS630D smart TV in Nov 2014, Both TVs panel damaged within a 5 years and we had to shell out exorbitant amount to repair it. Later I got to another friend of my in neighboring building had also purchased Panasonic brand 32 Inch. His also panel was damaged. So in all 3 TV of Panasonic having issue, it's very disappointing that Panasonic selling such high priced product deliver sub standard product. I recommend not to buy Panasonic TV or you would regret, as this is no coincidence that 3 TV all Panasonic are damaged approximately same time with same issue of Panel.

Panasonic TX43 GS352B. Bought in UK with 6 years warranty. Very good picture and sound on 43 inch led tv. We have had recent Windows 10 update which affected broadband router but once sorted out the smart tv works very well. Not fault of Panasonic which some owners seem to be confused with. The tv is ok, it is the configuration with existing router which causes any problems. At £279 it is an extremely good buy. The travel programs are exceptional with the wide panoramic screen. The colours are sharp and natural and the Dolby sound suits are needs. This is my 3rd Panasonic tv over past 18 years and they get better as technology improves each time.

Bad experience Panasonic 2x gx880z & 1x FZ950 oled. Avoid these tvs like the plague, it seems they have a fault that most people are unaware of. They have the tendency to lose their vibrant colour and contrast and end up displaying a mediocre washed out picture that is nowhere near the image these tvs are capable of displaying when performing correctly. This intermittently happens on all content, it has nothing to do with streaming speed or streaming quality as you can be playing from a blu ray or media player and the same thing happens. Been an absolute nightmare of an experience since this has happened with 3 Panasonic high end TVS!!! Don't get sucked in by the Panasonic "Hot sale" pitch. Next purchase will be a Samsung Qled 80R.

I request all public, please do not buy any Panasonic product. Bcoz, the Panasonic service provider is given service free in warranty period, but repairing part will be charged. See, when we purchase a simple 5000 mobile then repairing and cost charge will free of cost and here we purchased 24000rs product and repairing part charges is applied. So please don't buy Panasonic products.

My only two years old Panasonic TV having display issue from last 20 days. One of their engineer visited but unable to resolve the issue. I am continuous in touch with Panasonic but response was very-2 poor. Today my TV even not getting start/ON. Once I informed them about it, they said come in our service centre along with TV. They said that they will try to understand the issue but at my cost which they are not disclosing. Actually they people are unable to diagnose the problem. I am fed-up with the product where I spent a huge amount. I heard that this is a big brand but sorry to say that it is not what I have to do...

Dear Friends, Avoid buying Panasonic TV and that to from Vijay sales due to poor service. Kindly note Self purchased Panasonic smart LED TH43FS600D dated 6th April 2019 cost 36500 rs from Vijay Sales. While we were watching the TV suddenly one small spot was noticed at the center of the screen, same kept increasing after some time. This problem was reported to your customer care number. Their representative reported after 4 days and after several follow up. After having a look he said the display panel is gone and will need to be replaced costing 23000rs. and payable by me.

This is totally unacceptable as there is no sign of any scratch or damage on the screen, which was shown to your service engineer also it is under warranty. To which he said agreed no damage from outside but says there is no problem from inside also so we are not responsible. Please avoid buying Panasonic TV. I have offered them to take the 3 month old TV back free of cost in written, still no reply from last 10 days to all in mail.

We looked at all the TV's in the store and this one had the best picture quality of them all. We wanted a simple TV and this fit the bill. The sound quality is good and we couldn't beat the price. We will buy another one when this one needs to be replaced.

I've had this tv for a number of years and have never had a repair bill for it. The picture is clear and the sound is great too. The price was reasonable. What more could one ask for? I would buy this brand again.

You have to be clear on what you want for TVs. If you want to see vibrant colors and fine details, go for the 4K or even to the latest technology. Comparing Panasonic 4K with the others as well as the features, you will get value for money. Ergonomics is also very good and user-friendly!

My tv is five years old now - still working great. At the time of purchase it was best bang for the buck. The only downfall is its larger than normal power consumption, but resulting picture quality was well worth it.

Have used Panasonic for many years- trouble-free and excellent quality. The tv has been moved numerous times from house to house, been stored in warehouses for many months and still operates trouble-free. What more can you want?

The picture is clear and is truly HD quality. It is a smart TV and the apps are really handy in watching programs that are not on regular TV. It has HDMI, USB Fiber optic connections. I use an LG soundbar which is very compatible to this TV. The next time I need a TV I will be looking for another Panasonic.

I bought my Panasonic 55" tv over 10 years ago and have only had one part that was replaced 6 years ago. It is still going, can't get better than that!??? I would purchase Panasonic again. It has a great picture but I will say I added a soundbar as the speakers on the set are not the best.

Our previous television quit the day after it was complemented. The power supply will turn on and then off immediately. The Panasonic was an off season pick but had the best picture and price for a 45" screen and it mates perfectly with our Panasonic entertainment center and Blu Ray players. Great Xbox S definition as well.

I have a 65 inch plasma. Picture is incredible. Very sharp and absolutely no blurring no matter what is on the screen. I would definitely buy another when the time comes. Of course finding another plasma tv could be a problem. However Panasonic would probably make a great set no matter if it is LED or whatever.

I have two large screen Panasonic TVs, one a year old and one about 8 or more years old. Both have great picture quality, I've never had any trouble with them, and the price for the quality is good. The remotes are mostly easy to figure out and so is the on screen programming information. One has wifi connectivity which works well. My remote controls various functions for Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other services.

Purchased a new Smart 55 inch Panasonic and after bringing it home could not get it to connect to the WiFi. Phoned Panasonic and no one could offer any advice. Took the TV back and swooped it for another one, same model and the same thing, would not connect. After phoning Panasonic several times, they eventually said they would come look. After waiting a day we gave up on Panasonic and took the TV back and swooped it for an LG which connected straight away, no problem!! My guess is the Panasonic TVs have this fault which no one will admit to. Be aware!!

Don't buy a Panasonic Smart TV. Seems Panasonic only supports their Smart TV Apps for 3 or 4 years then you need to buy a Roku if you want to stream video or look something up using the browser on the TV. Because their apps don't work because they've outdated and there's no updates available. I'll not purchase another Panasonic product.

I've had Panasonic televisions over the past 20 years, they're always reliable, and the picture is always great. My last purchase must have been on the lower end of Panasonic TVs; yes, the price was low, but the features aren't many. Overall, this TV does the job I wanted.
