Very untrustworthy. I paid for a year of meds in advance. My first shipment wasn’t even enough to get me through the first month, and they claimed to have sent 3 months of medication. I have attempted multiple times to get the situation resolved, but I keep getting the runaround and they still have not refunded any of my money nor sent me the completion of my order. Do not waste your time with them.

If I could give it no stars I would do that. I ordered a month supply of tirz on Sunday 8 days ago. Still nothing. They made a tracking number but nothing else. I wrote to their chat agent and they said they don’t ship Friday thru Sunday. I got a tracking number on Thursday. Do not order from here. Worst experience I have had and I still don’t have my meds. The whole reason I was switching to Wellmedr was the fast shipping.

I joined in May and paid for a full year. I have been trying to reach customer service about canceling and cannot get a response. Finally after disputing it with my card issuer they got back to me. Still trying to get a refund for the unused meds.

Terrible customer service. Company sets up scripts to scam customers with delaying tactics. Poor responses if any untruthful representations and do not honor promises made.

If you inquire about anything they will not stop calling you. They call up to 6 times a day with different phones numbers so you can not block them.

Awful company. I cannot get in touch with anyone. I have sent numerous emails as well as messages through the portal and have not received a response. They were quick to take my $2000 however they can not reply to emails. I am pursuing further action as I no longer want to engage with this company.

I highly recommend you do not use this company, I have been waiting for my GLP1 that was paid for the day I signed up. Put on my portal that making label for delivery. Sat there for three days now nothing about delivery, label where it’s at just showing I paid, but I still have not received. I spoke to a manager today, not gonna mention a name yet. Told me it was going to get overnighted tonight. If not, I will mention names and it will get out to more people so I expect you to do the right thing? It’s ridiculous that it has to get to this point, to get something you paid for.

I switched from another provider. Regret. I can not get customer service chat, phone or email. I'm bombarded with join now emails. Even though I paid over $1000... I can not get assistance. Medications X 4 arrived hot. Not warm, hot. REGRET THE SWITCH.

I have been completely disappointed with this company. The first month, my dose was so low that I actually gained 2 pounds. It felt like I was taking a placebo. When I reached out, they did provide a complimentary second month. However, I ran out of medication by week three and began experiencing extreme side effects. Because I did not have enough medication to complete the month, I became concerned that something may have been wrong with my dosing instructions.
The only way I was given to communicate with the company was through email. I reached out asking for guidance regarding both my dosage and the side effects I was experiencing. Over the course of a week, I sent four separate emails and did not receive a response to any of them. I am now off the medication, still have not received a response, and have only recently started feeling better as the medication has begun leaving my system. I want to share a few facts so others can make an informed decision. I have used GLP-1 medication before. The only reason I chose this company was the lower price. With another provider, I started on a beginner dose and lost 18 pounds during my first month. With this company, I gained 2 pounds during the first month.
After that, I was moved to what I was told was the second-highest dose available. During the three weeks I was able to take that medication, I lost 7 pounds but also experienced significant side effects. While everyone's experience is different, my results were dramatically different from what I experienced with another provider. At the end of the day, what concerns me most is not the weight loss. It’s the lack of support. When someone is taking a prescription medication, has concerns about their dosage, and is experiencing significant side effects, they should not be met with silence. Buyer beware.
