Ark Health stole $300 directly from my bank account when they knew I set up a plan through affirm to make payments. When trying to get my money back they denied it. I even went through my bank to help dispute the matter and prove to them they took $300 dollars from my bank account at the same time they took $300 from my payment plan with affirm. This was back in December 2025. And they still have done nothing to help me. I have been complaining to them for 7 months now to get my money back. They don’t even respond back to me now!

My shipment was plagued with issues, from UPS, not Ark. Ark worked with me to rectify the issue. They are a business, so be patient, but ultimately I received my treatment and was even returned some money (without asking) for my troubles, which were again to no fault of their own. Customer service was wonderful. I'm only a week in and am starting to see some losses.

Since I started in late December I have lost 28 pounds. I’m very happy with the process and progress. My appetite has decreased significantly. I no longer crave the foods I did before. No more night snacking. The company is great, I have no issues with them.

I recently had a little hiccup in my plan, but with the right people, this issue was resolved, and Parker went over and above the customer service that I even expected. I have been using Ark (tirzepatide +B12) since January 2026. Currently it's the end of May and I'm down 51 pounds. I take small daily walks, use a vibration plate a few days a week, eat high protein, lost my desire to consume alcohol. I feel great! I still have a little bit to go but Ark has been great. Customer service has always been perfect as well.

I am so frustrated this Ark at this moment! I got online last week and requested my refill on the chat portal. I specifically stated that I purchased monthly @$225. I even said please Do not charge me the quarterly price because I can barely afford the monthly price. They charged my debit card. Then I see another shipment. It is for the quarterly price of $599! I immediately said I did not request the quarterly charge. They said that I ordered manually. I don’t even know how I did this! I told them obviously it was an error. Look at my notes (you can’t talk to a live person) ridiculous!! I said you can see where I said please do not charge the the quarterly fee because I can’t afford it!!

Package was delivered timely and secured with ice packs. The follow up is also appreciated. I can follow up in three to four weeks to let you know experience with product. I’m excited for outcome and will definitely share with friends and family.

They have been amazing! Very clear on the price. They have answered all questions promptly. There was no hidden fees, and very affordable! I literally had an inquiry on Monday and by Wednesday my medication arrived! They have been quick to respond to all inquiries! And I highly recommend to anyone!

I have had very few side effects, some nausea after injection for 1-2 days. The best part is that the food noise is mostly gone. My appetite is less, just wish the weight would come off a little faster, but I am patient.

Ark is a super easy company to work with and their pricing is super fair. The only reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is navigating the app. It is a bit cumbersome but when you reach out to customer service via the chat they are super fast and responsive. I will take a great product with a great price and great customer service if their only drawback is an app. That’s an easy fix!

Very responsive to requests for assistance. Their nausea medication is a lot more expensive than other providers but all in all I am very pleased with the price of the Tirzepatide. It is very reasonable and is shipped promptly.

So... then price was right after dealing with another company that tried to up my charge over 50% more... then I found Ark was able to save by doing 3 months worth AND use after pay to do so. My first shipment took long but was around Christmas time. I was able to use After pay again for my next 3 months with great savings and this time, it arrived in 2 days! I already know Tirzepatide is a great product. The difference here is part of the compound has B-12. If you are currently taking it with another company, I would suggest changing to this company. I have really seen some great results. I’m not even kidding when I say I used to weigh 345 lbs. I was wearing size 56 pants. Now as of this morning I am at 190 and size 30/32 pants. If you are struggling to make a decision, DON'T!!! I did and right now I regret not starting this several years ago. The embarrassment of going to six flags to find I didn’t fit on the Superman ride. And they asked me to walk across the ride to the other side. Everyone looking at me while my 12 year old daughter rode by herself.

Ark was very easy to deal with. Mail comes with tracking, price was 1/3 of other places. It has been very easy to give myself shots, each delivery comes with specific directions. Someone always answers quickly if I have any questions.

When I first ordered from Ark Health in 2025 the experience was great. Great support and timely fill on the prescription. However this year has been quite the opposite. I ordered again in January of this year. It took almost 3 weeks before I got my order. I had to follow up a couple of times for it. It did finally arrive. I believe this is a medical site run by poorly trained AI and any customer service is offshored. It’s a huge waste of money, and I don’t believe the compounded medication is actually what they say it is. I could never get a doctor (or NP) to contact me or respond to my messages in the portal, but I got constant text messages with upcoming promotions and asking me to fill out a review so here I am telling the truth.

I first started with another company the first of the medicine was too expressive and I'm very pleased with the results. When introduced by my daughter in law Jessica ** I was happy they the cost was better so I switched. Thank you.
