Ark Health was extremely responsive to each and every one of my questions (over a week's span!). They completely explained the process and provided exactly all of the information I needed to make an informed decision that best suited my needs. I just received my first shipment and and excited to start on this journey. I love the fact there are no hidden charges, shipping was quick and you are not required to sign up for a subscription like most others! I started with Dr. ARK as I’d like to call them, a little more than a week ago, I’m now down 4 1/2 pounds, and the food noise is at bay. I’m on the lowest dose of Semaglutide, 10 units and already feel better. I was with another company a few months back, and there was never correspondence from the company as to my progress or failure. Dr. Ark is always texting to see how things are going and they promised my meds would be there in 3 days and it was! I was also able to use their affirm payment plan which made it much more manageable for a retired person. And, this company had no lowest fees with no surprises once you got through the qualification form. I must have filled out 25 forms with various companies, only to discover at the end, the prices were exponentially higher. In conclusion, I’m grateful to Dr. Ark and the ARK company for finally finding “my people!”

I filled out the questionnaire. Was contacted immediately with pleasantries and information. Every question and concern answered. Because, I started my process with another company I was worried about. The team assured me that they will be with me for any and all questions. I am over the moon at how they held my hand and put my anxiety at rest. They really are an amazing team of people who actually care. I personally decided to go with the 6-month program. However, they have many programs and payment options to help work for you. The Facebook group is helpful. But, the fact that I can shoot a text and it’s answered is my favorite.

I have had the ability to work with Zach on my initial purchase and follow up quarterly purchases. He is patient and answers all my questions. I’ve tried a few telehealth prescription providers, and this is by far the best experience. Great customer service and fast shipping. My prescription arrived with 1-2 days. They also respond to questions fast via text. Not my usual experience with companies.

My experience with ARK has been very good. I referred 2 friends and they also have been very happy with the product and the customer support. The customer support for me has been great. There hasn’t been a single time in 4 months that I quickly haven’t received a response and help. They are helpful and kind even when I have been spicy lol.

The product is excellent. My only issue is that it took 10 days for the shipment to reach me. The shipment originally had the wrong zip code on the shipping label. I have been using the product for six months and have lost a significant amount of weight. I would definitely recommend Ark to anyone I know!
