One of my friends recommended ViaCord to me. We just had our fourth baby. This is probably gonna be our last, so we wanted to go ahead and do the tissue banking and the cord banking through them just in case since it's our last baby. Our experience was great. The guy that I spoke with when I was setting everything up was super helpful and was really easy to understand. ViaCord is a company that I recommend, and they were super easy to work with. It is worth the money.

My friends told me stem cells are good to have. I reached out to ViaCord but unfortunately, I could not save it due to medical issues. But the customer service with ViaCord was good though the price was a little expensive.

I read information before and my OB recommended Viacord. We had an informative session with the company and liked what we heard. It was a very good explanation and they suggested asking questions. We decided to go for it for the good of our baby and chose a package. I haven't finished the process of it, but so far, it's been good.

They said once they receive the sample, they will start the process to get tested. And then they'll see if it would be safe. ViaCord has a nice program and is affordable. Banking our baby's cord blood stem cells is something good for the future in case a family member gets sick. It has a lot of benefits to it and at the end of the day, it could help save a family member's life. I read good reviews about ViaCord. Plus, my doctor recommended it. Signing up was good. The lady I dealt with was amazing, very friendly, very informative, and very on point. I didn't really have to wait long for any information. She sent it right away after I got off the phone with her. So, it was a very pleasant experience. I've already recommended ViaCord to a few friends and family that are currently pregnant. It's a great opportunity for everyone to consider and to look into.

When I called ViaCord, I got connected to a salesperson, and that guy looked like he had good knowledge. I was looking at different companies and he convinced me ViaCord was a good option. We got the ViaCord service for safety purposes. It doesn't hurt to save the cord or the blood in case something bad happens. Joanna was very nice, thorough, and patient. She was very great. It was an excellent service. So far, it's a great service to keep your child safe in case of an emergency.

There's so much research happening in the field, and it's an ever-standing field. At some point, my baby is gonna get something. Everybody gets something. Nobody stays healthy their whole life. I want to be able to get my baby the best advantage on any treatment possible. ViaCord processes more of the umbilical cord, and you get more stem cells through them than you do with the other companies that I've researched and talked to.

One of my friends who was using ViaCord gave me the contact to his rep, and then I talked to his rep at ViaCord for my service. She was great and she helped me a lot with signing up and deciding the package and explained to me what I need and why I need that services. The only thing is the signup form was too long. Other than that, the customer support has been great. From signing up to sending the cord blood, the experience was great and it was not a hard process. I'm very happy with the company. The price was great because I compared with the cord blood banking, and they were really high.

I looked up cord blood banking and ViaCord popped up. It was perfect. I had heard about it from my OB as well. The rep talked to me a little bit about it and gave me a pamphlet that I read. When I got home, I did a little bit more research about it. I haven't given birth yet, so I still have the box, but I'd recommend that others should absolutely do it.

They said the process is good for the baby. If the baby has any issues in the future, you can collect the tissues from the cord blood and they can do further procedures for that. A referral from a friend who used ViaCord led me to use me but so far, I'm dissatisfied based on the huge lack of communication from them. I have signed all the documents and paid for my cord blood kit. My baby is due in two weeks. However, I keep getting texts and emails saying that my documents aren't completed. I try to call the company, I leave messages, and they never call me back. So, I'm worried. I've paid all this money for the cord blood kit, and the day that the baby's born, I won't even be able to utilize it, because they keep telling me that something's incomplete. And I don't know what it is.

Someone called me about two weeks ago to ask how the Zoom meeting went, and the rep was super friendly. But we decided to go with another company instead of ViaCord. It was just about the money and I would still recommend ViaCord.

ViaCord offers free services for the siblings of a cancer patient. I already knew about the sign up process. I just made an order. It was just transactional to order a kit. The people are always responsive to my email. If there was something missing, they will go back to the file. It has been great. It's very straightforward, easy to navigate and very professional.

Compared to others, Viacord is well-priced, overall. Banking a baby's cord blood cells is expensive, but considering that it would be possibly beneficial for our baby's future health, ours, or one day, a sibling, we're hoping that it's worth it. We spoke to someone prior to purchasing, and he explained things and worked with us. That was really great. He was very thorough.

Our oldest son has leukemia in remission, so the hospital told us about the program ViaCord because I was pregnant at the time. This is our second time using ViaCord. They told us that if you have a sibling who has an illness or condition that may need possible stem cell transplants, that we would qualify to be able to use ViaCord for free. The first baby was not a match for my oldest son and I haven't delivered yet for this one. But you take a gamble if it's gonna be a match. Also, it's a free program. Our son is doing really well. He's finished chemotherapy, so it's unlikely that he will need the stem cell. But if it ever came back, we have it as an option. So, we’re very thankful and grateful for that. I would definitely recommend ViaCord.

I used Viacord for my first son and I liked their service. Viacord is better than the other companies and they gave me confidence about my child. The rep that I dealt with was really good. He was really there with me with another process. Overall, my experience was simple and really good.

When the lady that did the ultrasound bring back the results, they realized that I have a son that have sickle cell. So, they put me on to our next doctor. We were discussing about it and then I heard about ViaCord. I already received the kit. But I'm not having baby until next month. So far, I would recommed them.

Other than that, I don't have much more of an opinion until the baby's born and the rest of it is carried through. My understanding is we're going to bring the ViaCord kit into the room with us. The doctor is aware that we have it. We will call ViaCord as soon as the baby is born. They will be there within two hours, and collect our baby's cord blood. If it's everything it says it is, it's a small amount to pay for some mental security. We have our baby's cord blood if we need it, but hopefully, we don't.

I interviewed or spoke with someone at ViaCord and I spoke with someone at Cord Blood Banking, and it was like night and day. The ViaCord person was extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. They were very thorough. When I spoke to the person at Cord Blood Banking, she didn't know anything about what her company did. I also like that ViaCord stores the blood into five separate storage as opposed to just having one.

I would be very comfortable to recommend ViaCord. Everything has been great. I haven't banked this time around with ViaCord yet, but everything that we've been working on together has been very smooth. They've been communicative. I need to collect cord blood for my child who is going to receive a transplant later this year, so we proceeded to move forward with ViaCord because we've used them in the past for my first birth. It's great that they offer this Sibling Connection Program that I'm using this time around to support families will use the cord blood or the cord tissue that they're banking. That makes it a lot easier. They explained that the blood and tissue would be there to help any match, whether it's a sibling or the child themselves. They could use that blood and that tissue to help with any sickness. When I went into early preterm labor, they quickly helped me decide on the kit that I was buying, then they overnighted me the kit so that if my baby came early, I would have the kit ready.

I've done some research online and ViaCord seemed like a good idea for both of my kids. I went with them and they've always been great. They were helpful when we had questions.

So far, our experience with ViaCord is fine. We just started. The cost was not grievous. Our son has Down syndrome, so we thought that maybe it would be useful in the future. ViaCord seems to know their stuff, not that I drilled them extensively.

Some of my family had banked their baby's cord blood before and recommended it. I thought it will be better to be on the safe side and do it. The illnesses that can be covered by ViaCord are ever evolving, and you never really know what illness may potentially be covered in the future and whether or not it could be helpful. But we have known one child who had adenovirus, and they were able to use his own cord blood to help him walk again. So, that was very encouraging.
