The website usually works well, although it can be SLOW. Pricing is pretty good, although not always consistent. Customer Service is good, packages arrive in good order, and the samples you send are fun to try. Sometimes items arrive very quickly and other times it takes much longer. All in all, I am satisfied to happy in general.

I think the shipping costs are very high. There is no alternative to DHL for shipping.
