I was very happy with my order. I have been ordering from LuckyVitamin for years and have never had any issues. For this order in particular I had several different products, ranging from deodorant to tea to shampoo. All items were packaged well, and I especially like how LuckyVitamin wraps seran wrap around liquids items with caps such as shampoo to prevent spillage. I also appreciate that there are always coupons included in the order!

The prices and selection are great, though we get our Vaxa products elsewhere as your prices aren't very good for those products. My only gripe is that you have an inventory issue. On nearly every order there is something that is back-ordered and then the billing gets split. For someone who tracks their expenses in Quicken, that makes it a pain. We have to wait to get the order ship confirmations and enter Quicken transactions as those come through. Plus for every backorder we have to call you up and have you run our card through again. It's a hassle. We never experienced that so frequently with iHerb - only an occasional backorder. But we tolerate it because of the lower prices.

When I order I would like to see the things I have ordered in the past, for fast easy finding, scrolling at bottom for me to see. It is a hassle to go find them in my old orders. And your search engine does not find them unless I get very specific. I like what I order and I would like to see it down at the bottom again for ideas because we reorder them every two to three to six months. So again your products are not as easy to find as Amazon's or your wish list either. When I go to delete an item out of the cart there is no "add to wish list" button or "save for later" button. Instead, at your site, I "lose it forever" and all the research it took to find it. There should be a button for "save for later" in the cart section, in and at check out so I can save things I find and save them again for later ordering.

Kal Stevia is the only brand I have found that doesn't take tons of the extract to sweeten things. Kal Stevia also has a lot less (but not completely eliminated) of the bitter aftertaste of stevia. I have found that it is not quite so noticeable when stevia is used with foods like coffee, vanilla, or chocolate where the tongue naturally expects a bitter taste to accompany the sweet taste.
