I was pleased that I was able to use my $5. credit from accumulating points (sometimes I have to call because the code doesn't work) but for the 2nd time it seems that I am not being credited the correct number of points. When I searched for Sovereign Silver, the top of the page claimed I would receive 5x points for any of their products but at the bottom of my shopping cart page and also in my email receipt the total was only 68 for my purchase of a 32oz Sovereign Silver at $68.79. Other than that, I usually have a good experience shopping with Lucky Vitamin and when calling everyone (with one exception about a year ago!) has been friendly and helpful. Most of your prices are competitive and the items are usually fresh. I would like to point out that the phone number listed for Nature's Answer hasn't worked for many months and it may be that they are out of business because the Better Business Bureau couldn't get a hold of them either!

I are very happy with this product and the website purchasing system and the delivery time to Australia. My only criticism is the cost of freight to Australia which seem to actually go up disproportionately when I order more (larger amounts) product.

Bad order made right! Received several bad bags of chips out of an order of 12 and emailed asking for replacement or refund and got a quick response saying I would get a refund. Thank you for improving shipping packaging! My initial experience with LuckyVitamin was not good--boy am I glad I gave you another try! (How could I not with your excellent prices?!) My very first order contained multiple bottles of shampoo. When the products arrived, I discovered that the bottles had simply been placed in a large box with no packing--in transit, the bottles were tossed around so much that almost every bottle tops had popped open and the contents of the bottles had spilled everywhere. I called to let LuckyVitamin know, and I was able to get a refund, although I could tell that the manager wasn't thrilled about my pushing for the refund (I couldn't use the products as they had spilled everywhere).

I did have trouble with placing an order in that with the Renew Life Ultimate Flora probiotics, there was not the pertinent information in the visible description. I needed to click on each option and wait for that page to load, then click the arrow back and wait for that to load and do that for EACH item. I needed to know how many caps and how many billion active bacteria, and the name of that type of RLUF.
