I thought that the site was very slow when changing over to different products. I was disappointed that you cannot use the rewards for the automatic shipments of subscribe and save. I don't know why you cannot also let the rewards last longer, after all we earn them.

I found you a few years ago and was skeptical since I had never heard of the company. I checked it out and saw that it was legit (I even called one of the vitamin companies directly to ask). You tend to have most of what I want at good prices. Also the search engine is fairly good in terms of labeling it all veg, kosher, aspect you want vitamins for, etc. One time something was damaged (lipstick) and you refunded my money w/o problem. I always check with you when ordering vitamins. I got vitamins at a good sale price today.

Everything was easy to find and not overpriced. Please make sure that anything you label as vegan does not have any form of beeswax. Beeswax is not vegan. I ordered some vegan lip balms last time and was sad to see that two of them contained beeswax, even though it says they are vegan on the website.
