I used the online chat. The person was helpful. The question I had related to a free shipping offer. It said I was eligible for free shipping, but then showed me a shipping cost on checkout. I asked the chat person and she informed me it was because I was from Canada (free shipping doesn't apply to international). That is fine. I placed my order anyways. I think a suggestion for future is to put that qualifier on the free shipping "more details" description box, so that expectation isn't set before ordering.

I found the prices with promotion code a good savings on the vitamins I've ordered. My only complaint is that the website is so very slow in adding or subtracting items and recalculating the cart items/cost. My order was over $50, I provided both a PO Box and a physical address and after choosing the free shipping option your website kept changing my shipping option and charging me $7.00. I order Turmeric and I will get a free bottle Turmeric 180 cap. That is good deal. But it is not a lot of varieties like Vitacost. I usually spend almost $ 200 for my vitamins. With me it started before Valentine's Day (orders ** and **). Your computer wouldn't let me enter two different shipping addresses. After about two hours and a lot of work it finally went through. The next order ** you never shipped - ordered it on 2/23/17 and then finally called you on 3/7/17 to see what was going on. Your rep said it was never shipped cause D3 wasn't in stock. Would have been nice if someone look. No biggie - gift card would be nice.

They have a pretty good selection of healthy products, too. My only complaint is the Bizrate survey's misleading offer of up to $100 worth of products.
