Shipping and your prices are way higher than the other two companies I've been ordering from in the USA for years. Plus no tracking on the more expensive shipping I chose (well, it's a lot more than $10.00 which is what the other two companies charge, and one even gives free shipping to Canada quite frequently)! And, on your site my order total was clearly $120.61 CANADIAN with the shipping I chose included. Yet, when I put it through on Paypal (as I like to use it for security reasons), it came up as $140.00 Canadian. Why the difference? What would the extra charges be for now??? Can you please fix this for me, ASAP??

Since the website changes (a long time ago now), the site is slower. For example, every change in a large cart takes a long time. There also are delays in loading some pages that cause incorrect clicks and opening of the wrong page. For example, patience is required before changing the number of items per page and changing to grid view, or the click will go someplace entirely different. Some streamlining of the code would be helpful. I still found a couple of items that have incorrect information. (But I'm very glad the information is there!) I miss the routine, general %-off sales, but am still doing considerable shopping here because most of the prices are comparable to other places but not on sale.

I tried ordering Gelatin from LuckyVitamin. Though DHL Limited tracking option shipping is economical but their tracking then still be better with this digital era. Their insured tracking was 5 times more than the product value which I think was astronomical since in any country the duties are roughly 30-50% of product value and in our cases 100% of the product value here in this case, the shipping and delivery by DHL was 5 times more than product value.

I was a bit confused when trying to add the BOGO 50% items to my cart, because I had initially added ginger medallions (to compare with the other brands I normally buy) to my cart, and then when I saw it was a BOGO I added another. This didn't equal 2 with 1 50% off as I expected, but somehow added a third and didn't show the 50%. I realized it and started over by deleting all of the BOGO and then entering "2" for each. Other than that, and my failure to notice discount codes had expired, this was a good shopping experience.

I was very happy with my order. I have been ordering from LuckyVitamin for years and have never had any issues. For this order in particular I had several different products, ranging from deodorant to tea to shampoo. All items were packaged well, and I especially like how LuckyVitamin wraps seran wrap around liquids items with caps such as shampoo to prevent spillage. The prices and selection are great, though we get our Vaxa products elsewhere as your prices aren't very good for those products. My only gripe is that you have an inventory issue. On nearly every order there is something that is back-ordered and then the billing gets split. For someone who tracks their expenses in Quicken, that makes it a pain. We have to wait to get the order ship confirmations and enter Quicken transactions as those come through. Plus for every backorder we have to call you up and have you run our card through again. It's a hassle. We never experienced that so frequently with iHerb - only an occasional backorder. But we tolerate it because of the lower prices.
