I have always had an issue with logging on and have had customer service log me on with new password before, but always has an issue the next time. Problem is online. It always says a password has been issued to my email which never happens even not showing up in spam. Today I used Paypal and so I never get to add up my points.

There is a large variety of brands and options for organic and natural items. I think a great addition would be to include Juice Beauty brand, as this is a high quality company with all natural and organic ingredients - it is my favorite makeup and skincare.

Hello. Prior to today I had not heard of your site, but I noticed an Amex offer for $10 back on an order of $50 or more which incentivized me to come and see what you offer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a huge range of brands and items that I regularly purchase at Whole Foods. I'm a busy person and the convenience of having things shipped to our home (for free) is enticing.

Good experience overall. The only issue I noticed was that the search feature didn't always turn up every relevant entry. For instance, when I searched for "blueberry" and "blueberry supplement" I didn't get very useful results. The product I was looking for "Sunkist Grower's Select Blueberry" only came up when I put "Sunkist" in the search.

I find LuckyVitamin.com one of the best sites for shopping, in regards of navigation and reordering. I have had many issues with the packing of shipments, however I have seen some improvement in my most recent orders. There is still room for improvement on shipment packing. I'd also like to note, that when I receive backorders, I get 3 or 4 small packages, one at a time, ofter a day apart. Lucky Vitamin could probably save some money by waiting a few days and packing those shipments together. Most items that I order are not urgent. Perhaps you could have an option to include backorders in next shipment or choose to have them shipped urgent. I would think it would save Lucky Vitamin some money.

I place an order on 1/8/17 and realized I forgot to buy something. I placed a second order of the forgotten item and called Lucky Vitamin to ask them to combine the shipments so I could avoid paying twice for shipping. The two orders were placed within minutes of each other and the call was made minutes thereafter. I was on the phone with LV for 20 mins, it was a torture. In the end they told me they canceled both of the orders. I tried the online chat option because I was sick of waiting on the phone. Same result, my two orders were canceled and I had to start all over again. I have been a customer for years. How hard is it to combine two orders made minutes apart into one shipment? At least LV could have waived the shipping for the second item but instead it canceled both orders. It was time-consuming and the resolution just caused me even more inconvenience.
