I first discovered Lucid hearing aids during a visit to Sam's Club. They were recommended by my hearing doctor and my experience with these aids has been consistently positive. I appreciate their functionality, especially how they integrate seamlessly with my apple phone. The price was also a deciding factor, as they were half the cost of what I would have paid with the hearing doctor. Overall, these hearing aids have made a significant improvement in my ability to hear clearly.

I purchased Lucid Hearing aids because it was convenient to schedule an appointment at Sam's Club. I completed the purchase in-store with a hearing specialist, and the process took at least an hour. My experience with Lucid Hearing has been positive overall. The hearing aids have significantly improved my day-to-day life. I appreciate the ability to change the mode, especially when I'm in a restaurant. Wearing them feels good, and I hardly notice them once they're in. They are powered by batteries that need changing roughly every five days. I believe the quality of the hearing aids justifies the price I paid. I haven't used the Lucid Hearing app much due to connectivity issues with Bluetooth, particularly with the left device, so I decided not to use it further.

I tried Lucid hearing aids, which I heard from my wife, after a free hearing test. The product works great, allowing me to hear things I hadn't for a long time. They're slim and sit comfortably in my ears. The features are impressive, particularly the Bluetooth capability for music and the adjustable sound levels for different environments.
These hearing aids have dramatically enhanced my life, enabling me to hear conversations I previously couldn't, especially when someone wasn't facing me. I've recommended Lucid to my family, with three members going for their own positive experiences.

My experience with Lucid hearing aids has been overall positive. I purchased my hearing aids through a specialist at Sam's Club after my family suggested I needed them. The specialist was very helpful, conducting a hearing test and explaining my options, which took a little over an hour.
The hearing aids are great. I can hear better. While I don't have a specific favorite feature, the hearing aids function well for my basic needs, though they lack advanced features like Bluetooth or activity tracking. Sometimes, I experience feedback, but this is generally not a major concern.
I haven't used the Lucid Hearing app, but I'm satisfied with the aids' quality. They are powered by batteries that I change once a week. Initially, wearing them felt a bit uncomfortable, but I've gotten used to it.
Overall, my interactions with Lucid have been positive, and I would recommend their hearing aids. However, I found them to be quite pricey.

I appreciate being able to now hear higher frequency more accurately. I like being able to switch between modes for different environments. Control of mode and environment has enhanced my living experience. I now have to fake selective hearing with my wife. I am noticing that when I set to the noisy, or music, or wind modes, then switch to google or answer a call or any app that streams sound through the bluetooth function of my phone, I am then returned to the Lucid mode rather than the mode I was in Previous. I find this to be cumbersome because I then have to open the app and reset both the mode and the volume. Also when I am streaming the app has me listed as in Android Streaming mode, yet this is not a choice in my mode selection section. Thus I can't control this function to set up parameters, volume, lucid shape, etc. I would like to control this and return to previous mode when I am done with phone streaming!

I recommend you give customers trade-in credit to change from regular batteries to rechargeable batteries. I have the regular and my husband Mark has rechargeable. I have so many problems with battery failure that I'd like to upgrade! Lucid is not responsible for the batteries but you can understand how frustrating poor quality batteries can be! Kyle, the Lucid tech at Sam's Club Flagstaff in AZ has been wonderful!

Chris said that did not hear good in high range, but when put hearing aids only there was way to much high end, he lowered them some but not right. We went to another Sam’s and looked at them and the hearing study and adjusted them which was much better. He said problem was in low end and not that bad. I kept wearing but seem to be any different when on or off. Definitely they were better after he changed them but I feel I did not need them in the first place. A lot of money spent with no results. I feel like I should get my money back. Thanks.

The right ear Bluetooth connection has failed for the second time which will cause me to make a trip to Sam's Club (way out of my way), to get it fixed/reset. Not a happy camper. Lots of other things don't work well such as volume adjustments and different programs.

I have been very happy with the service. However I have sporadic issues with the hearing devices. The tab that has the noisy / windy settings sometimes. Goes to the following wording: "iPhone. Optimized for streaming audio or voice telephone calls directly from your smartphone to your hearing aids, mixed with ambient sounds." Not sure why, and when I’m in noisy places the background noise gets WAY too LOUD. I can’t hear if I have a phone call or if I’m listening to a book.

The guys in Lady Lake Florida are great. They are the reason I purchased. Had a couple follow-ups and "after-the-purchase" service was great as well. I wish there was less screeching feedback with the units. I hope you guys develop in the ear, wide frequency range, high quality units.

I had a great experience purchasing a hearing aid from Lucid Hearing. The service was excellent, and the person who assisted me was thorough and kind, explaining everything about the product, which made the experience very easy. The hearing aid has significantly improved my daily activities as I had about a 70% hearing loss, and there's been a considerable positive change since I started using it.
One of the features I really like is the capability to connect to my phone, which makes it convenient as I don't have to hold the phone to my ear. The app used to operate it is simple, although I haven't used it much as the configuration works well from the start.
I would rate my overall experience a 4 out of 5 because I've encountered some connection issues with my phone lately—sometimes needing to switch the hearing aids off and on to reconnect. However, I am generally satisfied and would recommend Lucid Hearing. Their customer service deserves a 5, as they were exceedingly helpful.
I've noticed the price I paid was quite standard after researching similar products. Even though I cannot review their online tools or website as I've only used the app, I'd rate the app a 5 for its performance so far.

I requested information from Lucid. I was given the information, came to my house, decided to move forward, went in there, and did an exam to confirm what my other exam at the doctor's office said. From then, they gave me options and I chose one. No more than an hour and a half later, I was all done. I like that the hearing aids are comfortable. People don't even notice so far that I have one and that's cool. I always thought they were gonna be very noticeable, but they're not. I'm also happy with the quality.

My Lucid hearing aids are pretty good. What I've enjoyed the most is the app, as it offers control over various settings. But I did note that phone calls don't sound as clear as expected. It seems this could be a common issue across different brands since my mother experiences the same with her Oticon model. Beyond this, my hearing seems to be perfect with the help of the Lucid hearing aids and their price was decent.

I purchased a hearing aid from Lucid Hearing due to worsening hearing, choosing this brand largely because it was available at Sam's. The purchasing experience was very positive; the hearing specialist explained everything well and conducted a robust hearing test, more thorough than those I typically receive at work each year.
I've been using the hearing aids for a while now and find them valuable once you get used to them. It took me about two months to acclimatize, but they've significantly improved the quality of my daily life. They are battery-powered, requiring a change every three days.
One of my favorite features is the Bluetooth connectivity, which allows me to seamlessly listen to music from my phone. They certainly serve a dual purpose, acting like standard earbuds alongside being hearing aids. Initially, I used the Lucid Hearing app quite frequently. It's a good app.
I would rate my overall experience with Lucid Hearing positively, delivering good customer service and product value, despite the price of the hearing aids being on the higher side – they came up to about $4,500 even with a payment plan.

I've used hearing aids for years and decided to try Lucid Hearing because they were available at Sam's Club. However, I'm uncertain if I'm satisfied with them. I have to ask people to repeat things often, and the hearing aids don't seem to solve my hearing challenges adequately. The hearing aids didn't change my daily life—it doesn't seem much different with them on. I'm not familiar with features like smartphone compatibility and have never learned to use those functions.
In terms of quality, the hearing aids seem a little cheaply made compared to my previous ones. Those weren't exceptional either, though I may have heard slightly better with them when they were new. Overall, I'm still searching for a brand that meets my needs. I have no experience with the Lucid Hearing app. I'm concerned that hearing aid companies, in general, may be more focused on profit than on significantly improving hearing. I haven’t met many fully happy hearing aid users, regardless of brand. In social settings like dances with music playing, it's particularly challenging to separate conversation from background noise, which I find a significant issue. This limitation makes social interactions frustrating, and although they're perhaps better than nothing, hearing aids still fall short.

I was at Sam's with my wife and she insisted my hearing was getting worse. I didn't think it was that bad until I got my hearing checked there, and it turned out my left ear had a 70% loss, and the right was at 60%. That's when I decided to purchase the Lucid Hearing aids. The exam at Sam's was good and they did a good job. The hearing aids have been functioning without any problems. I particularly like the feature that connects them with my phone, allowing calls to go directly to my hearing aids. It's one of my favorite features.
These hearing aids have significantly impacted my life. I can now hear details like my radio in the truck without cranking the volume up and disturbing others. Conversing is easier too, no more needing to read lips. It's truly life-changing for me adding much-needed convenience and improvement in my daily life communication. If you're considering getting your hearing checked or suspects there's a decline, I highly recommend going with Lucid.

I purchased my Lucid Hearing aids from Sam's Club after a disappointing experience with another company, Bosnia Hearing, which never sent the hearing aids I ordered online. The Lucid Hearing aids have been great. At Sam's Club, an assistant was extremely helpful and made sure I got the right pair the same day. The hearing aids work great. One still gives me a problem every now and then where it kinda go down in my ear canal. It has been going on three months since I've had them and I still have an issue. I plan to visit Sam's Club again to resolve this issue. My favorite feature of the Lucid Hearing aids is the Bluetooth capability. It allows me to connect to my phone, which is extremely helpful when I'm driving or in a noisy environment. I also appreciate being able to adjust the volume through my phone.

I heard about Lucid Hearing through my Sam's Club membership. While visiting, I noticed they offered hearing aids, so I inquired about them. The representative, Bennett, was incredibly helpful. The hearing exam there was excellent. Bennett did several tests and he was very informative about all of it. He gave me more information than the other hearing aid provider that I went to.
The series I got was good and has really helped me, especially in meetings and conversations. However, I think there's room for improvement on how they make it and how it could be more efficient. The hearing aids are somewhat bulky. Plus, shutting off the battery is cumbersome as I have to open it up, causing the batteries to fall out. Despite these issues, it has made a huge impact on my life, and my family has noticed the difference. Before using them, I struggled the most with conversations from people with lower frequencies. Now, it’s not as much of an issue. Overall, I'd rate my Lucid Hearing experience as four stars; it’s good, but there’s potential for enhancements in the design.

I recently purchased hearing aids from Lucid Hearing at Sam's Club. My prior hearing aid's warranty had expired, and the company went out of service, so I needed new ones. My experience with the specialist at Sam's Club was positive, and they were quite professional.
The new hearing aids don't have settings; they naturally adjust to the surrounding environment, which is great because it means less manual adjustment for me, especially since I work part-time at a restaurant. Due to my small ears, my options are limited, and these hearing aids are pretty similar to the ones I've used since childhood.
The quality of the Lucid hearing aids is great, but I haven't interacted with their app. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience. I would rate the hearing aid product and warranty as a five, the overall price as a three, and the sales and marketing process a four.

My husband couldn't hear. We went to an audiologist at a hospital, and the price was ridiculous. When we went to Sam's, we got better service from the tech there than we did at the hospital. The testing at Sam's was much more thorough and there was more data from when they did it at Sam's to show what he could and could not hear. Using Lucid hearing aids has improved his life a lot for him because he can hear and he doesn't get as frustrated.

I heard about Lucid Hearing through my mom. She mentioned that they had seen them and had doctors available. My experience with the purchase was good and went smoothly. We spoke with someone in person and the customer service was really good.
Now that I have my device, I find it helps me with my hearing, and I don't struggle with listening as much. Conversations are easier, and I also utilize the Bluetooth feature, which works well.
Since purchasing, I haven't needed to contact Lucid for any issues. I just attend my appointments every couple of months for maintenance, and everything has been fine.

I recently purchased hearing aids from Lucid after not doing a lot of research, simply because they were available where I was. The hearing test they conducted was very thorough, and the specialist recommended a product that matched my needs well. The hearing aids have been working well, and I especially like the feature that allows me to connect them to my phone via Bluetooth. However, they were quite expensive, and a more cost-effective option would have been nice. Despite the cost, hearing is important, and I'm generally happy with the product. Overall, I would give Lucid Hearing a rating of four out of five stars.

I recently purchased a hearing aid from Lucid Hearing primarily because of its affordability. Having grown up wearing hearing aids, they have been a significant part of my life. Over the years, I have tried various brands, but Lucid's hearing aid stood out due to its amazing features. The Bluetooth capability and the ability to use my phone as a microphone are great functionalities that I didn't have with previous brands. The quality of the hearing aid is excellent, and I particularly appreciate the program feature that allows me to make minor adjustments to the settings as needed.
While I'm very satisfied with Lucid Hearing, one area where they could improve is the feedback adjustment. The hearing aid tries to adjust for the surroundings a bit too rapidly, leading to multiple and sudden adjustments, which can be somewhat annoying. Despite this, I would definitely rate Lucid Hearing five stars and would recommend them to others.

I recently purchased a hearing aid through Lucid Hearing as a member of Sam's Club and Costco. I found that the devices offered at these stores were more cost-effective compared to traditional specialist options. The ability to finance the purchase, an option available during my recent experience, made it even more affordable. The hearing aid cost around $5,000, which I could pay in installments over 24 months, making it a great deal considering the technology provided.
One of my favorite features of the hearing aid is its Bluetooth connectivity, allowing me to connect to my phone without needing to hold it for calls or music. While many other products have similar features, Lucid's pricing through my memberships stood out. I'm not particularly loyal to brands; my focus is on the technology that suits my needs.
I'm pleased with the device's setup, having programs tailored for different environments like restaurants or watching TV. I prefer the battery-replaceable option over rechargeable ones because it fits my lifestyle, allowing the device to last longer without needing frequent recharges.
Regarding customer service, although I haven't needed much interaction, the initial setup was smooth. The representative at the store adjusted the settings perfectly, and they also replaced parts under warranty without any issues.
Though I wish the price was lower, the quality and options provided justify the cost. Lucid offers different models, and I opted for the most advanced one due to its superior noise cancellation features. While more affordable models are available, I chose the best fit for my requirements.

I purchased my Lucid hearing aids from Sam's Club around eight years ago. The purchase process was fantastic, and I highly recommend Lucid to others. I've referred quite a few friends who have gone on to buy from them, and I couldn't be happier with my own experience.
In terms of quality and features, they have been great. I find the cost to be comparable with the quality offered. Over the eight years, I've gone through several pairs and recently bought a new pair. One thing I don't particularly like about the new ones is that they aren't synchronized with each other. If I change channels on one, it doesn't automatically change on the other; I have to do it manually for each ear. I'm not sure if that's something that can be changed, but it's the only issue I have.

I discovered Lucid Hearing during a visit to Sam's Club where they had a hearing center set up. The entire experience, from fitting to purchase, was pleasant, fast, and thorough. I've been using their hearing aids for about three years now and am happy with the quality—I like them enough to be using them right now. Recently, I purchased a new set after losing one, and the cost seems fair for the quality provided. I appreciate the Bluetooth feature as it allows me to listen to music conveniently through the app. Overall, I can hear very well, sometimes too well, given the noise at home, but that's not a bad thing—it means the hearing aids are effective.

I decided to purchase hearing aids from Lucid because the price was affordable compared to other companies like Miracle Ear. The experience of getting set up with Lucid's technology was great. The staff was very accommodating, explaining everything clearly, and made me feel at ease, almost like being welcomed into someone's home.
The hearing aids themselves are comfortable and provide clear audio. I have no complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for hearing aids. The purchasing experience was pleasant because there was no pressure to buy, unlike my experience with Miracle Ear, where I always felt forced to make a purchase.
These hearing aids have significantly improved my life. Before, I often missed parts of conversations, especially with my wife, who would get frustrated because I couldn’t hear her from another room. Now, I realize all the little sounds I was missing out on, and it’s been a relief to have that clarity.
One of my favorite features is the Bluetooth functionality, which I'm using right now. However, the battery doesn't last long when using Bluetooth, which is a bit of a downside. They are not rechargeable, but it's affordable batteries.
Overall, I'm 100% satisfied with the hearing aids. When considering customer service and the quality of the product, I would give them top marks. Although they seemed pricey at first, when I compared them with other providers like Miracle Ear, Lucid was about $1,000 cheaper, which makes them quite competitively priced.

I purchased a hearing aid from Lucid after taking a test and trying a demo in-store, which seemed great at the time. However, my experience with the actual product has been disappointing. The hearing aid sometimes makes strange noises and tends to go idle frequently, saying "Lucid" repeatedly, which is not what I experienced with the demo unit. I haven't reached out to Lucid yet because I've been busy and frankly, I was not eager to deal with the hassle. It's frustrating because I need this hearing aid for my daily life, and it's just not meeting my expectations. At this point, I'll look up moving to another product.

I recently visited Sam's Club and came across Lucid Hearing. My experience purchasing the hearing aids was outstanding – a solid 10 out of 10. The representative was fantastic, providing me with excellent service and even performed my hearing exam. In terms of comfort and quality, I'd rate the hearing aids as 9 out of 10. I initially considered going to Summit Hearing Solutions, but their price, even with a discount, was $7900, which felt like highway robbery. In contrast, Lucid Hearing at Sam's Club priced the hearing aids at $1800 out the door, which I found to be a reasonable and fair price for quality hearing aids.
The representative made the whole process smooth, and although the price was $1800, I didn't have to pay out of pocket because my boss covered it in exchange for some work I did for him. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my Lucid Hearing aids. I always joke that I have "magic ears," similar to Forrest Gump's "magic legs."

I had bought a hearing aid from Lucid back in 2014, and it was time for a new one. I spoke with Courtney from Sam's Club, and she was really good to work with, though I had to work around her schedule since she seemed to be the only one available. Courtney was nice, but scheduling could be tricky due to their limited hours.
I had to visit several times because it was hurting the inside of my ear. We had to keep cutting the device because it developed a sore inside my ear. Eventually, after the fourth adjustment, it didn't hurt anymore. But I wish it would have been cheaper. Also, I don't know if it's normal or is it just me, but sometimes I can't hear either way. I've had it for a month and I'm giving it some time to see.
