    I initially got my mother and my aunt the Lucid hearing aids. I'm their Uber driver, and what led me into getting my ears checked was because they were hearing so good and I was still saying, “Huh? Huh?”. The lady who helped me is an excellent person. She helped me make decisions, like the goods and the bads. I got my hearing aids two weeks after I had my hearing checked. And she even stopped in the middle and asked if I had ever been around an explosion because of how bad my left ear was. Had my left ear not dropped five points more below than what my right ear was, she would have said, “Just keep an eye on it.” But it dropped so drastically and it's what alarmed her on what was wrong with my ears. We connected it back to me being in the fire department.

    She gave me the reasons, all the do’s and don’ts, and what she all said made sense. But she didn't pressure me. My mom and my aunt had a fellow who was helpful about letting them know why they need hearing aids, but he didn't give the reasons why we might want to consider something. She's a little more compassionate and knows what she’s talking about. When I was figuring out the earpiece and the little pieces that I needed to change out, because I was getting too much feedback, squelching my ear, or I couldn't hear clearly, I went up there twice in one day and she never blew at me. We tried different pieces and once we found what it was, she noted it in my file.

    My aunt stopped wearing hers because she wasn't told by the previous person that she could get the pitch changed. The lady who helped me, figured out she had to have a smaller earpiece on one ear than the other ‘cause her ears are not the same. She also worked with my mother and aunt, just as if she were her customers. She's just not taking care of people she deals with, she's taking care of anybody who makes an appointment or stops and asks questions. That goes a long way.

    We all paid $1,620 a piece for our hearing aids, which insurance doesn't cover, and we're all retired. It would have been better to have a payment plan like pay half down and then pay the rest off in a couple of months. The hearing aids are worth their price, but it’s a lot of money to pay out at one time.

    I've never bought hearing aids before, but there is a world of difference in my hearing. I feed hummingbirds all year long and I could hear their wings and chirping. I forgot what an oscillating fan sounded like and I haven't heard rain hit leaves in probably 20 years, and I could hear that now. And there's no feedback. I've not ever had to use the noise filtering on the phone. My wife said I might need to get protection for my hearing aids back because I hear too well. I can even hear conversation in the backseat.

    I like the way that it hooks to my phone to where I can mute it if it is too loud, which has never happened to me before. I connect the audio during a phone call and so, I can hear a conversation a whole lot better now than I used to. I also used to watch TV at volume 26, and now it’s at 16. I charge my hearing aids every two days and I wear them about 10 hours a day. If it’s connected to my phone, it lets me know when it's low or I can see the percentage.

    I have recommended Lucid to people in the Sunday school class and buddies of mine who's always going, “Huh?” I told them the hearing aids are not like the old days where they’re big and bulky.

    The Lucid hearing aids are good, 90% of the time. Initially, I had the feedback. I took it to the person at the Sam's Club and she fixed it. And it was really good. The only problem that I have now is it drops on the charge. I don't know if it's a charger issue. One of the hearing aids doesn't keep up the charge. But it's not always. One day, it charges and it keeps the charge for all 10 hours. The other day, even though I put it on the charger at night, I have experienced like three hours tops and it would be already saying, "Low battery". So, I took the aid in for the battery too and the rep replaced the battery on the hearing aid. It is not consistently happening anymore, but it's the same hearing aid. In 30 days, I'm experiencing it like in three days. Apart from that, it's good. It's well connected to my Bluetooth and I'm hearing well. It doesn't hurt that I use it for long hours which was one of my biggest fears. So, overall, it's good.

    I'm partially deaf in one ear and completely deaf in the other one. So we went to do the hearing test and tested the Lucid hearing aids out. I really like them and I like the person who was doing the test. He was very helpful. The product's great. I haven't had any trouble with them at all. They're easy to use and I like that they connect to my phone. The biggest thing for me is I'm able to work because it was affecting my ability to go to work at one point.

    I work in a restaurant as a server. I first started this job earlier this year and I could not hear any of the customers talking to me. I always had to say, "Can you repeat yourself? I'm so sorry. I'm partially deaf." And now, with my hearing aids, I don't have to do that. I've had three tables come in that were deaf and only knew sign language. And I don't know sign language, so I type on my phone. And I got to tell all three tables about Lucid Hearing in Sam's Club hearing aids and everything. It was so cool.

    I can go out with my friends now and hear them. I don't feel left out of the conversation, same with my family. I don't have to say, "Huh?" every 5 seconds.

    The Lucid hearing aids are definitely worth it. I chose Lucid more for affordability and convenience because it's located in the Sam's Club that I'm a member of. It was actually just down the road. Wendy was the consultant and she was absolutely phenomenal. She was extremely thorough and patient. During my appointment, she was very attentive to my needs making sure I knew how to take care of the hearing aids, and how they worked. And she was very attentive.

    The hearing aids are wonderful. They've been very helpful. The set that I had gotten has a charger, so I can take it with me on the go to charge them. It will Bluetooth to my phone so I'm able to take phone calls and hear better in crowded areas. I know the aids are in my ears but it's not uncomfortable. I’ve actually already recommended them to my uncle, which he also got and he's been very happy.

    I went in for the free hearing test and I chose to use Lucid. The product works great, actually. I'm hearing stuff that I haven't heard in a long time. Their hearing aids are pretty slim and they fit comfortably in my ears. It's great. I can also listen to music and stuff online with the Wi-Fi or the Bluetooth. It's not a noise cancellation, but I can turn it down if it's loud. I really like the features.

    Before, when somebody was walking away from me or if they weren't facing me, talking, I couldn't really hear them. Now, I can. I've actually sent three people from my family in, for them so that they got a good experience like me.

    My family told me I needed hearing aids. They made the appointment at Sam’s Club. The specialist did a test. He showed me how bad my hearing loss was and some options for hearing aids. I bought Lucid hearing aids. The process took a little over an hour. It’s great that I can hear better. The quality is pretty good. Sometimes I get some feedback on it. But for the most part, it's good. At first, when I stick the aids in, it's a little uncomfortable in the ear because it feels funny. But I got used to it.

    I appreciate being able to now hear higher frequency more accurately. I like being able to switch between modes for different environments. Control of mode and environment has enhanced my living experience. I now have to fake selective hearing with my wife. I am noticing that when I set to the noisy, or music, or wind modes, then switch to google or answer a call or any app that streams sound through the bluetooth function of my phone, I am then returned to the Lucid mode rather than the mode I was in Previous. I find this to be cumbersome because I then have to open the app and reset both the mode and the volume. Also when I am streaming the app has me listed as in Android Streaming mode, yet this is not a choice in my mode selection section. Thus I can't control this function to set up parameters, volume, lucid shape, etc. I would like to control this and return to previous mode when I am done with phone streaming!

    I recommend you give customers trade-in credit to change from regular batteries to rechargeable batteries. I have the regular and my husband Mark has rechargeable. I have so many problems with battery failure that I'd like to upgrade! Lucid is not responsible for the batteries but you can understand how frustrating poor quality batteries can be! Kyle, the Lucid tech at Sam's Club Flagstaff in AZ has been wonderful!

    Chris said that did not hear good in high range, but when put hearing aids only there was way to much high end, he lowered them some but not right. We went to another Sam’s and looked at them and the hearing study and adjusted them which was much better. He said problem was in low end and not that bad. I kept wearing but seem to be any different when on or off. Definitely they were better after he changed them but I feel I did not need them in the first place. A lot of money spent with no results. I feel like I should get my money back. Thanks.

    The right ear Bluetooth connection has failed for the second time which will cause me to make a trip to Sam's Club (way out of my way), to get it fixed/reset. Not a happy camper. Lots of other things don't work well such as volume adjustments and different programs.

    I have been very happy with the service. However I have sporadic issues with the hearing devices. The tab that has the noisy / windy settings sometimes. Goes to the following wording: "iPhone. Optimized for streaming audio or voice telephone calls directly from your smartphone to your hearing aids, mixed with ambient sounds." Not sure why, and when I’m in noisy places the background noise gets WAY too LOUD. I can’t hear if I have a phone call or if I’m listening to a book.

    I had a great experience purchasing a hearing aid from Lucid Hearing. The service was excellent, and the person who assisted me was thorough and kind, explaining everything about the product, which made the experience very easy. The hearing aid has significantly improved my daily activities as I had about a 70% hearing loss, and there's been a considerable positive change since I started using it.

    One of the features I really like is the capability to connect to my phone, which makes it convenient as I don't have to hold the phone to my ear. The app used to operate it is simple, although I haven't used it much as the configuration works well from the start.

    I would rate my overall experience a 4 out of 5 because I've encountered some connection issues with my phone lately—sometimes needing to switch the hearing aids off and on to reconnect. However, I am generally satisfied and would recommend Lucid Hearing. Their customer service deserves a 5, as they were exceedingly helpful.

    I've noticed the price I paid was quite standard after researching similar products. Even though I cannot review their online tools or website as I've only used the app, I'd rate the app a 5 for its performance so far.

I decided to move forward and did an exam to confirm what the other exam at the doctor’s office said. I chose a hearing aid and no more than an hour and a half later, I was all done. They are comfortable. People don't even notice that I have one, so that's pretty cool. I always thought they were gonna be very noticeable, but they're not. I’ve had it for less than six months and I'm happy with the quality.

    I couldn't hear very good. I saw Lucid Hearing in Sam's, and the hearing specialist explained everything. A test was done and it was a little more thorough than the previous hearing tests I’ve done.

    The hearing aids are pretty nice once you get used to them, which probably took about two months. I have to change batteries probably every three days. I like that the Bluetooth connects to my phone so I can listen to music and stuff like that on it. I used the Lucid Hearing app a lot, at first. But now, I don't. I just set them and forget them.

    I've had hearing aids for years. I don't know if I'm really that happy with the Lucid hearing aids or not. I don't think they are the answer to my hearing problems completely. I purchased them at Sam's. The quality is all right but it seems like it's a little cheaper made. They're way too expensive. I think all the hearing aid companies are more interested in getting my money than if I hear that well. The hearing aid industry has a long way to go. Very few people I know with hearing aids are completely happy with them, very few people.

    I do a lot of socializing and dancing, which means I'm around music. And people who are talking to me nearby and keeping the music separate is almost impossible. Here you're talking to an individual and you get background noise. It just is really a challenge to decipher what everybody's saying.

    I was in Sam's and my wife told me that my hearing was bad so they checked me. It said that my left ear was 70% bad, and my right ear was about 60%. The hearing aids have been working great. I like the feature that when my phone rings, it'll go to my hearing aids. It's been life-changing for me. I can hear things that I didn’t used to. I can hear my radio in my truck and I ain't got to turn it up real loud. I recommend to people that think their hearing might be bad to go get checked and go with Lucid Hearing because they've done well for me.

    I purchased my Lucid Hearing aids from Sam's Club after a disappointing experience with another company, Bosnia Hearing, which never sent the hearing aids I ordered online. The Lucid Hearing aids have been great. At Sam's Club, an assistant was extremely helpful and made sure I got the right pair the same day. The hearing aids work great. One still gives me a problem every now and then where it kinda go down in my ear canal. It has been going on three months since I've had them and I still have an issue. I plan to visit Sam's Club again to resolve this issue. My favorite feature of the Lucid Hearing aids is the Bluetooth capability. It allows me to connect to my phone, which is extremely helpful when I'm driving or in a noisy environment. I also appreciate being able to adjust the volume through my phone.

    I visited Sam’s Club and noticed that they had hearing aids available. I inquired about it and Bennett, the rep, was very helpful. The hearing exam was great. He gave me more information than I did with the hearing aid provider that I went to. He did several tests and he was very informative about all of it.

    The hearing aid is good. It actually helped but there could be some improvement. It has been helping for my meetings and more conversations in general. It's been 90% a lot more helpful. Before, I can have a conversation with someone that's high frequency and not have an issue but when I have a conversation with someone that has a low frequency, it tends to be an issue.

    There's room for improvement. For one, they're very bulky. Also to shut it off, I have to open it up and the batteries fall out. There's definitely some opportunity in the building phase, how they make it and how it could be more efficient.

    The warranty expired on my last hearing aid, and they unfortunately went out of service. So, it was time for me to get new hearing aids. I went to Sam’s Club, and the specialist was good and professional. The Lucid hearing aid is about the same as when I got them when I was a child. It’s a bit different in the sense that it doesn’t have settings and naturally adjusts to the surrounding environment, which has been good because I work part-time at a restaurant part-time. So, there’s less having to adjust the functionalities. However, I have really small ears and so my choices are very limited. Basically, all the ones that I’ve had are pretty much the same.

    My husband couldn't hear. We went to an audiologist at a hospital, and the price was ridiculous. When we went to Sam's, we got better service from the tech there than we did at the hospital. The testing at Sam's was much more thorough and there was more data from when they did it at Sam's to show what he could and could not hear. Using Lucid hearing aids has improved his life a lot for him because he can hear and he doesn't get as frustrated.

    The hearing test was very thorough and the specialist just told me that Lucid Hearing seems to be the right product for what I had going on. The hearing aids are working very well right now.     I'm satisfied with the Lucid hearing aids. They are amazing. I like the quality. I like the Bluetooth capability and also being able to use my phone as a microphone. I love the actual program, too, where I can still modify the hearing aid to make minor adjustments. The one thing I noticed that's kinda annoying is the feedback to where the hearing aid tried to adjust for the surrounding, which is a little bit too fast and it tried to do multiple adjustments.

    I am a Sam’s club and a Costco member. Watching the market, if I go to a regular hearing specialist, I will always be asked more than I can pay for the same thing at Costco or Sam’s Club. I made a trial and it worked fine. The first time I bought at Sam’s Club, I was told they had no financing plan. But the second time, it was available. It was like five grand and I could split the payments. Lucid was the best deal for me considering the technology, costs, and payment option, so it was a good deal for me.

    The first time, when I was a new user, I went back for service during the four months because I was really confused about the new noises I was receiving. I had to call and tell the guy, “This noise is not good.” He configured it. I tested it again and the sound from the phone was not good. After 45 minutes, the guy had the best configuration for me. That was the only time I needed their service. But when I go to the store for groceries and I see the guy, he replaces the little outside pieces around the speaker. When the clip that holds the speaker was a little bit old, he replaced it under the warranty plan.

    It’s my third time buying a Lucid hearing aid. I’m going to buy this again when I’m a member because they give me more best priced deals. I’m not really a fan of a brand, but I’m a fan of the technology. My favorite is that I can connect it to my phone via Bluetooth, and then I don’t need to hold my phone to talk to anybody or listen to music. This is by far the best feature I have. Most of the solutions in the market, they have a similar feature. I have three programs already set up on my devices. If I’m going to restaurants, for example, and have to have a conversation in a very noisy place, I can set up this programming.

    In terms of the battery, there are two options. The first one is rechargeable, and the second one is the battery replacement. I really much prefer the second option because the rechargeable one lasts 11-12 hours. But I stay awake 18 hours a day, and so I remove the hearing aid after 12 hours and it takes some time to recharge. How can I keep living? The batteries last 4 to 5 days so, it’s much better.

    The price could be cheaper since it’s still very, very expensive for the entire market. They have a $2,500 option, but the noise cancellation is not so good. It doesn’t work for me. The more expensive one has it, and so I really much prefer to go to the more expensive one.

    I purchased my Lucid hearing aids from Sam's Club around eight years ago. The purchase process was fantastic, and I highly recommend Lucid to others. I've referred quite a few friends who have gone on to buy from them, and I couldn't be happier with my own experience.

    In terms of quality and features, they have been great. I find the cost to be comparable with the quality offered. Over the eight years, I've gone through several pairs and recently bought a new pair. One thing I don't particularly like about the new ones is that they aren't synchronized with each other. If I change channels on one, it doesn't automatically change on the other; I have to do it manually for each ear. I'm not sure if that's something that can be changed, but it's the only issue I have.
