Overall the experience has been a good one. When you go from not hearing what people are saying to hearing everything and then some. The challenge is just getting your volume and program right in each environment you're in. It's not perfect but I didn't expect perfection. I expected help to hear better. That's what Lucid Hearing aids have done for me. My husband would probably give more feedback since this was a pain point for him as well as caused him frustration. Happy with experience.

I'm very satisfied with the Lucid Hearing Aids. I don't have any problems with the quality. It's doing what I was told it would do. I also like the fact that I can change the different settings depending on if I'm outside, or it can also turn the volume, up and down.

My Lucid hearing aids are not even paid off and I already lost one of them. But that's not my own fault. I told the guy when I was buying them that I have no sense on my left side because of a stroke. But it still ended up falling out, so I was disappointed. Luckily, I purchased the insurance on it and they would replace that one. Other than that, the hearing aids seem to work for what I need them and I can hear a lot better. But the rubber irritate the inside of my ear a lot. It's like they're rubbing the inside of my ear raw. But I've gone to their place and the guy made it really easy there at Sam's Club. I went back there and they tweaked them a couple of times for me. So, overall, it's been a good experience.
On a typical work day, I put them in at 4:00 in the morning and by the time I get home at 5:00 in the evening, it's already saying it's low battery. I wish it would last a little longer than a "12-hour" work day. Also, I'm not sure how long it takes to charge the hearing aids but they're good to go again in the morning. Sometimes, I don't put them on the charging thing until 9:00 at night and the next morning, they're charged up fully at 4:00 in the morning when I get up.

I always use Lucid. I've been using it in Puerto Rico, and when my daughter's Chihuahua chewed on my hearing aid, I had to buy a new one again. It's an excellent hearing aid, and I recommend it to everybody.

Derel has been excellent from start to finish. We have already sent three of our friends to Sam's to get hearing aids, because we were so impressed with the service and testing that Derel has provided. Or prior experience with both Sam's and one other supplier were not very good. Sam's prior representative had an I don't care attitude. The other company only wanted to upsell as much as they could.

My Lucid hearing aids function fine. I have been in for follow-up appointments to adjust things just to what works best. For a while, the batteries ran down quicker than I thought. When I first started using the hearing aids, they would be a week almost to the day. It seems it has been a bit more often. Other than that, it has made my everyday tasks in life with people a lot better. I don't get as frustrated because I can hear people better. My family also isn't as frustrated because I do not saying "What" all of the time.

I lost my left side hearing aid and ordered a replacement on 8/20/24. Today is 9/6/24 and the hearing aid has yet to be delivered to my Sam's store. Ana has tried to get an update but Lucid hasn't responded to her. Having just one hearing aid has caused me difficulty in understanding people, tv, my doctor etc. This is the worst service that I've had to deal with.

I had a medical issue that caused hearing loss in my right ear. The ENT doctor prescribed a hearing test which would have cost $650 without insurance. My sister told me about free hearing tests at Sam's Club. I had the test done there. I felt as though I received a comprehensive test. My hearing loss was explained thoroughly. There were many tiers of hearing aids to choose from. I went with a middle of the road one due to the expense. I still can’t hear people speaking on the phone if I use my bad ear and forget being somewhere loud, I struggle to understand someone right in front of me. I want to think this hearing aid is helping with my hearing loss, but I really don’t know.

My Lucid hearing aid works well. I could connect it to my iPhone. I have an app for it. My previous one didn't connect to my phone. It also didn't have rechargeable batteries and because of how profound my hearing loss is, it was going through batteries really fast. My Lucid one has rechargeable batteries. I usually charge them right after I take them off. My Lucid hearing aid is good when I can wear it. I have ear problems. I had a massive reconstructive surgery internally in my ear and it hits the scar sometimes. Also, I have micro canals. I took the actual ends that go into my ear from my old one off for my bad side and put it on the Lucid one because I'm tired of it getting stuck to my ears. I knew the old one would fit perfectly and it feels better.

I went to Sam's and the lady there was nice and told me about the sounds, the highs and lows, and gave me a screen test. She was professional. The hearing aids that I got, the wind is the one that makes a lot of noise. Other than that, they work good inside the house.

I got my Lucid Hearing Aids sitting in the ashtray right now. The people up there at the Sam's were great. I couldn't ask for better people. I'm just having a hard time getting used to the hearing aids. I couldn't hear anything. My wife told me I needed to do something about it. But I wanna take them out at night. I hate them and I like to lose them. But the people up there at Sam's want me to do well. They want to work for me. They'll go out of their way and make appointments for me. They do everything they can to make me as happy as I can be.

The place I went to talked highly about Lucid Hearing. I did some research on it, and Lucid seemed good quality. They're expensive, but not outrageously. The interactions with the specialist were awesome. I couldn't thank the man enough for it. My wife was there with my son who was four months at the time, and I got to hear sounds I've never heard before in my life that my son made. It brought tears to my eyes, and was a tremendous moment.
I've been liking my hearing aid. It does a good job throughout the week. Batteries last me a week in total. I would eventually have to look at getting a different style, one that goes more in the ear instead of the over-the-ear one, but that's just due to the job. I ended up having to change the little plug pieces that go in my ears.
The first ones I've had, whenever I was outside doing work and started to sweat, would get pressure build-up like I was scuba diving and would hurt and become uncomfortable. I cut my ear with it at one point because I was trying to adjust it. So, I couldn't wear my last one for a week or two while that healed and put in a different style that got slits on either side. That helps out a lot when I'm dealing with a bunch of stuff and I don't have pressure build-up in my ears when I'm running. Getting used to how the little inner part felt took a couple of days, but I don't have many complaints on it. I wish it would sink a bit more behind my ear. I need it to be more secure.

Lucid Hearing's appointments were easy to get into. Also, the hearing aids are comfortable. I tell everybody that the hearing aids are good. It has Bluetooth capabilities. I just can't talk through them. There's no microphone on it. But I can hear my phone and music through it.

I needed hearing aids and I got them from the store with the specialist. I got a good test and they fitted me up and has helped me out a couple of times since. I can hear people talk now. The Lucid hearing aids are very expensive and my insurance takes care of most of it.

I saw Lucid Hearing when I went to Sam's Club and decided to have my ears checked once. I needed hearing aids, so I went with them. My hearing aids are doing good. I have Bluetooth, and I like that quite a bit. The only thing I dislike about my hearing aids is they keep popping out of my ear. I can't get them to stay in there. The store tried to help, but it's still doing the same thing. I'm about 90 miles from the store that I go to and one of the plastic thing that holds them in just broke again, so I'm gonna go back there one of these days. I'm gonna tell the rep that we gotta work something out. Besides that, my hearing aids have helped me quite a bit. Before having them, I usually had the TV blaring, and I was only hearing half of the conversations I was supposed to. Now, a lot of my friends realized that I don't say "what" all the time anymore. I hear what they say the first time around.

I've had nothing but problems with Lucid Hearing trying to get the hearing aids set right. Brian has been doing a good job trying to set them, but I'm constantly in there. Sometimes the right one he sent to get repaired would constantly beep. I couldn't hear it, but my mom could and it's high pitched. I brought my left one in the other day to have him tune it a bit because I only run on one hearing aid right now and it worked for a day. But I haven't worn it since Monday because it would work, but all of a sudden would quit working.
I would take it off, open the battery door, close it back up and put it back in and I hear, and it would do it again. So, I quit wearing until my other one comes. I have an appointment with Brian tomorrow to get the other one back and repaired. And I've asked Lucid if there was anything I could do to get my money back, but we were already past the 90 days. I'm having nothing but problems and I don't have time to constantly come in and get them fixed or tuned.

I'm enjoying my Lucid Hearing aid. I got it through my local Sam's Club but I wasn't eligible until I was 19. Every time I go back in for a problem, the guy knows me by name though I've only met him a few times. He's super friendly and helpful. I'm a server and whenever my hearing got so bad, I almost had to quit my job because in a loud environment, I can't hear what somebody is saying to me. With the hearing aid, it's helped with my day-to-day job mostly. I also like the Bluetooth feature and I can have music play through it.

I did the testing in the sound booth that they have at the Sam's Club with the gentleman that was there and he suggested the Lucid Hearing aids. He said that they would help, and they've helped tremendously in comparison to whenever I didn't have hearing aids. Now that I have them, I can hear my kids and my co-workers better. I didn't know what I was missing out on until I got my hearing aids. I could hear the birds chirping and other random little things. I like them a lot in my work setting as well. I work in customer service and there are a lot of background noises. I like that whenever I am on the phone, the Bluetooth is working. It blocks all that out and I can listen to just who I'm talking to. However, I wish they worked a little bit better sometimes. They turn off randomly and I wish that I didn't have so much trouble having them connect to my phone.

I went with Lucid Hearing's base model and they're fantastic. I love them. Quality is great. The interaction with the app, not so much. It's the Android, but I talked to the specialist at the facility at Sam's and she said that it was a combination between Android and Apple users. It dropped when certain applications interact with each other or you're doing something with the app and it drops. So, the app is a little fussy. I would recommend some upgrades there. Also, the Bluetooth connection is sometimes a little fuzzy. Sometimes it would pick up the left and the right. So, it has to do with programming on the app myself. But the hearing aid is fantastic. I've had an extraordinary experience. The facility was a privilege and a pleasure to be associate. They went above and beyond. I love having my hearing aids. So, I recommend them to people and tell them about my experience all the time.

We came around this Lucid Hearing where we came to know the quality is good. The size of the hearing aid seemed good. And the person in the Sam's Club, the hearing aid specialist, advised us to go with it. We went ahead and thought of buying it. However, the cost might be a little higher. Not everybody could afford it. Reducing the rate of the hearing aids would be good. Other than that, the Bluetooth where I could increase or decrease the volume or any specifications I could do in my mobile is a good thing. It's very helpful. When I saw with the other hearing aids, they were big, which I didn't like it. But mine is smaller and it fits my ear. Also, I specifically looked for the battery thing or not the chargeable. Because I had the chargeable one and it was not that handy. The others were all for the chargeable thing, which I was not comfortable with. The battery is good for me. That's why I went with the Lucid.

I would highly recommend Lucid Hearing. Sometimes when the hearing aids would switch channels, they would cut in and out. That's the part that I don't like. But everything else is okay. I put them in a little charging case and I could take it anywhere. They're so small. I find it very convenient. They have improved my life 100%. But when I first inquired about them, I was told a lower price than what I actually received them for.

When it's really windy, the performance is not very good. Even if I put it on the windy setting, I still get a lot of that noise. Also, the Bluetooth could be better. Sometimes when I'm walking, one of the Bluetooth will cut out and then come back in and if I turn my head, sometimes it cuts out and it comes back. But the hearing aids help a lot. I can hear conversations around dinner tables and restaurants. It was a little confusing when I went back in to get the second one, though, because I thought the accounts were together for the autopayment and they were not so I still gotta try to get that fixed.

My Lucid hearing aids seem to be doing what I was told they would do. They have a piece that goes in my ear and it wraps around the back side of my ear. After a little while, I have to take them out. As far as the settings, I can't tell the difference when I change from lucid to loud. So in my hearing, it doesn't really change a whole lot for it to make a massive difference between the four settings. I don't wear my hearing aids all the time. I only wear them when I'm in a business meeting or when I need them. I was having a hard time hearing in business meetings or group settings. In a large cell, I can't hear much at all when I'm trying to listen to someone who has a different vocal volume. I can hear everything now. I’m happy. I don't have a whole lot of experience with them against other ones, but overall, my experience is good.
The gentleman at Sam's was the reason I went with Lucid. One of my friends was recommending him and I went to see him. He was excellent. I'm setting an appointment with him today to take my hearing aids back in. My batteries are burning out really quickly. They used to last seven days. Now, they're like a day. So, I need to get them back in.

The Lucid Hearing aids are the ones that are most easily available and the quality is good. I like being able to connect them to my phone.

We got the hearing aids through Sam's Club and so far, so good. I hear a lot better and my wife does, too. The only thing I was a little upset was that they're about $600 more at their facility versus what I could have bought them for directly from the factory. But I had no choice because through our insurance company, we had to go to a hearing specialist. We couldn’t buy them directly from the factory.
