What is JRNYS?

JRNYS Wellness was started in 2022 by Dr. Henry Legere, who remains Chief Medical Officer of the company. The company offers online health services for weight loss drugs where patients can get a GLP-1 prescription and ongoing support from licensed providers.

Although the company primarily serves patients seeking prescription weight loss solutions, it also offers services to treat sexual health issues. It prescribes Viagra, sildenafil (generic Viagra) and tadalafil (generic Cialis).

How does JRNYS work?

Like most telehealth platforms, you’ll start by completing a medical intake form about your weight loss goals and health history. You’ll then choose your drug, select your membership level and pay before being prescribed any medication.

A licensed provider then reviews your answers and in most cases writes a prescription without a face-to-face consultation. You may need to submit lab work, which can be done at a local facility or with an at-home testing kit. Brand-name prescriptions are sent to your local pharmacy, and compounded versions are delivered directly to your home.

You can cancel your membership at any time, but your request must be received at least seven days before your next billing cycle to avoid new charges. Customers may receive a prorated refund for unused days in their membership, but any prescription products that have already been shipped aren’t eligible for a refund.

JRNYS weight loss medications

JRNYS Wellness offers several medication options, including both branded and compounded GLP-1 agonists and dual-agonists. These drugs work by regulating blood sugar levels, suppressing appetite and slowing digestion.

Branded GLP-1 options:

  • Mounjaro
  • Wegovy
  • Ozempic
  • Zepound

Compounded GLP-1 options:

  • Tirzepatide (oral tablet or injection)
  • Semaglutide

JRNYS also prescribes fat-absorption blockers and appetite suppressants, and you can add supplements like collagen peptides, protein powder or B12 injections.
