My vision got worse from using these. They also cancelled my subscription without telling me during the pandemic and I couldn't get to an eye doctor, didn't respond to my emails, then randomly restarted it three months later. Cancelled it without telling me again two months ago, then when I went to an eye dr and got better contacts (which were actually cheaper with the rebate), they told me I had a new account under my work email (don't know how they got that), and started charging me again. Refused to refund, even after shipping one of the orders to the wrong place. TLDR; dangerously low oxygen flow with these, which will degrade your eyesight, sneaky and highly unethical company. Will see if they actually stop charging me now.

I love the Hubble daily contacts. They’re great and comfortable and I have zero issues with them. Getting them monthly is SO EASY. I am giving four stars due to a customer service experience although this would NOT prevent me from using this company. I moved and forgot to change my shipping address, I was notified of the charge but my items had NOT yet shipped and wouldn’t for 1-2 days. I emailed twice to change the address and never got a response which was frustrating. Fortunately the new owner at my old address let me know and I picked them up. Otherwise, very happy and will keep using them.

Updated on 04/29/2021: After several attempts to get a refund and cancel my subscription for the contacts that they shipped me automatically they again charged my account, at this point they are stealing my money. I just discovered they charged my account today and now I'm unsure if they will refund me because they did not the previous time. I cannot express the anger I feel towards this company enough. I feel robbed from my hard-earned money!
Original Review: I started using Hubble as a quick way to get contacts without going to the doctor plus the $1 start cost lured me in, 40$ AUTOMATIC charges begin each month. Even if you decide to cancel by emailing them they'll still send them and tell you to return. Which I've had to "cancel" once before because I had too many of these contacts. I didn't need to be charged for a month which they did refund me that time.
However, this last time I tried to return this unopened SEALED contact box back to hubble because I went to an actual eye doctor so I no longer needed their service, they send me an email saying they cannot issue a refund because it was already shipped to me. Keep in mind I've already sent this unopened box back to them. Now I'm out contacts (Could've used as back up especially if I knew they were going to switch up like that) and my $40. STAY CLEAR OF HUBBLE, you're better off paying cash at an optometrist, you'll end up paying more in the long run with this service.

First off the only way to interact with these people is email, which I normally prefer. About 4 months ago my Hubble order did not show up. I made the mistake of emailing and asking where it was. A few weeks went by still nothing, I emailed again and got a response that they were canceling my service, I went in and reactivated it. I have not received any contacts since then. I email them about every 3 days and they just keep telling me different things. My wife still gets hers every 28 days. I think the first missed box was probably the responsibility of the USPS, but I am certain these idiots at hubble are charging me each month, knowing they are not shipping them. We all need to hold these companies accountable. Switch with me to Waldo.

I believe that it's a fraud company. They are telling me that they are sending contact lenses for 1 dollar. But they got 38 dollars extra. After canceling the subscription they are taking money but they don't send products.

This was probably the worse client service I received. After telling them I never received the order they answered with a very sassy message including a picture letting me know they have rescheduled a new delivery for the full price (knowing that I had a discount on the order they lost). I do not recommend them, it would be worth paying more for not having to deal with them.

I was initially happy with my subscription with Hubble; I moved from NYC to Northern VA last year. I gave Hubble my updated address, and within two months; I stopped receiving my contacts! I contacted Hubble who provided me with a tracking number that said it was delivered (it wasn't) and pretty much told me that my only recourse was to file a claim with the postal carrier. No apology, no offers to replace my order, not even a flicker of protest when I asked to cancel my service- just "sucks to be you, have fun battling with USPS".
Putting the burden of proof on the ostensible receiver is shoddy customer service - how can one prove they didn't receive it? Fighting a battle with the USPS should NEVER be a retailers' FIRST recommendation. Additionally, my eye doctor stated that she would never recommend Hubble as their lenses are made from a cheaper material than most other brands. If you're looking for good service, don't choose Hubble - they will absolutely not go out of their way to help you if something goes wrong with your order!

I signed up for a free trial. I did not have any issues with cancellation as I did it straight away. When I put them on I could immediately tell they were not my RX, even though it showed they were right on the box. Same base curve and diameter as well. I checked the expiration date, and they were still “good”. I wear a -3.00, and it felt I was wearing half of that - possibly -1.50 or less. So, not much improvement with them on vs off. The only other explanation is I received a really bad batch (cause, hey, they are “free”).
They at least didn’t initially cause irritation, and they felt comfortable on (minus the extreme blur) in the short time I had them in. I took them out and put on my back-up glasses. I’m not playing around with my eye health. I wear Air Optix and was looking for a good alternative when I stumbled upon their trial. This was not it, by far. Went right back to my Air Optix (same script) and I can see crystal clear again. I’m happy where I am and won’t venture into unknown contact territory again. Learned my lesson.

They provide good daily contacts, however, their customer service is impossible to reach.. I have been trying to cancel my subscription due to financial hardship and have not been able to get ahold of anyone for over a week. Between work, school, and being a single mom of 2 boys I don't have time to sit on hold forever or struggle to find their phone number which isn't listed easily on their website. I can't afford the monthly cost anymore.

They deliver straight to my house always on time. The contacts are daily wear and so convenient and comfortable. If I don't have enough money in my account to pay they keep trying until I do and I'm not charged extra. In my bank or by Hubble. It's a great way to get your contact lenses. Better priced than my glasses store.

Hubble is by far the most convenient and affordable company I've used for contacts, and their house brand contacts are the best I've ever worn! I've been a contact wearer for well over 15 years and have always purchased through my optometrist. I recently decided to give dailies a go, and Hubble is half the price. I've been a subscriber for a little over 6 months but I don't see myself stopping any time soon. No issues with customer service or billing, either.

After signing up for the trial, I was charged for a entire subscription ($128) before receiving the product. I called customer service for cancelling and receiving a refund. I then told that they cant cancel the product, so I have to wait for the product to be shipped to me, then I have to return, and then they will refund me. They suspend my account to allow me a trial period. I receive the product multiple weeks later, have to attach the emailed shipping label and send product back (within 15 days of receiving the package, which I did).
Based on the tracking number they received it on January 6th (I called them about this December 15th). On January 18th I call again because I haven't received a refund yet and I want to cancel because the product is too dry and uncomfortable to wear only after a couple hours. The customer service agent "Allen" tells me he is going to prioritize my cancelation for January 28th, then tells me that it will take up to 15 business days for the refund to be processed (January 27th). Now it is January 28th, I have no refund, have no been charged an additional $128 after canceling my account (total $256), and no terrible product. Do not buy from.

Not wanting to be harsh but you have been sending me the wrong contacts. I haven't been using them. I've been trying to get with someone to stop my account but kept on getting ignored. I'm tired of you taking my money for something I can't use. That's 7 months of my money I could have used for my family during this pandemic so let's fix this. I still have the contacts. If you want them back for my reimbursement plus s&h and please do something with your customer service. They are rude and I could hardly understand them. Also why don't you respond to emails? I've sent 3 or 4 emails about stopping you but was ignored.

Very easy to order. the only complaint that I have is sometimes they get my prescription wrong and also I would love to be able to see different colors as far as what color contact I was like and also sometimes they send more than what I ordered and I get charged for extra but I do have to say I use them but it does kind of

I wish I would have gotten onto some of these reviews before I started my subscription with Hubble in 2017. It went well for a couple of years while I was still wearing contacts and then I called to cancel my subscription in May of 2019. Or so I thought... after reviewing my finances for the 2020 year I realized they had been charging my account and sending contacts to an old address where I no longer live. After emailing with a customer service representative for two full days they only found that one package was returned in March of 2020 and could refund me for that package.
They refused to refund me the rest of the $300 that they owed me for contacts that I did not approve of nor did I know we're being sent to me. I even called to try and talk to someone else to see if there's anything they would do for me and they refuse to acknowledge that I had canceled my account in May of 2019. I am very disappointed that there is no way to dispute their records. A bunch of scam artist! I hope that this reaches the right person so I can be reimbursed. They should be ashamed of themselves - stealing money from people especially during times like these.

I’ve used Hubble Contacts for a while. They don’t compare to what you’d get from an Optometrist, but they’re cheap. Their customer service however is equally cheap. Once an order is charged to your account, you can’t change or cancel it. You can only pay to ship it back and pay for them to restock it. They’ll refund you what’s left over. You have to call to cancel your account, and they are ridiculously difficult to reach. If you have any issues with your account, like an order being placed that you didn’t want, they don’t care. I sincerely think that even if your order is fraudulent, they wouldn’t refund it.

Their website sucks. Two days ago, I logged in to change my subscription date. After I changed it to June this year then I changed the frequency, and the page refreshed, my subscription date became something in the past, which is March 2020. Since I don't want it now, I didn't pay attention to it, thinking I can change it later when I am going to make the next order. The next day, I got a notification of my credit card payment with it.
But I didn't get any order confirmation nor shipping confirmation, which I've got last time. I contacted them and they said once you see the charge, the package is already sent because they use a third-party service... Blah... What I can do to get my money back is to wait for them to send me a shipping label and return the package when I get it. This is such **! Why should I pay for something not ordered by me? They forced you to buy the package if you don't want it you gotta wait for it to arrive and return it... They use this kinda scamming way to make money. No matter how good the contact is, their marketing method just made me sick. Don't recommend them at all. Poor order system, so lame.

I bought these contacts because they were like a dollar plus shipping but afterward the company was a mess to deal with. I had tried to cancel my subscription with them four times before they even got around to it and the only reason I found out they hadn't canceled my subscription was the charge on my credit card and the package of contacts that arrived at my door which I returned but have yet to receive my refund for them. The contacts hurt wearing them for longer than an hour and I genuinely do not think it's worth it, just go to your eye doctor or another website with contacts that won't hurt.

I began using Hubble about a year or so ago because I wanted the ease of getting my daily wear contacts without having to visit the eye doctor every 3-6 months. True to their branding, Hubble is incredibly user friendly, and I receive my contacts on time every month before I am ever out. I love how simple the automatic withdrawal is, and the timely service!

Please, if you cancel your order, call twice to make sure. I cancelled my account by calling and they still took money out of my account for another box of contacts. And they did it on a Sunday so I couldn't even talk to anyone until the next day when it was too late and they had already sent out the contacts that I did not want. The money on my card was to pay for my kids' Christmas layaway. Now they said there is nothing they can do. So please, call 2 times maybe 3 just to be sure Hubble didn't make any mistakes.

I was under the impression that I’d cancelled over 2 years ago, given that I no longer received the subscription and payment was never taken again. Alas, 2 years later, £27 has been taken from my account with no prior notice, just a week before Christmas when I have bills to pay and a 2 year old to feed. Hubble are not interested in my situation, showing no empathy whatsoever, almost robotic responses, stating that I need to send them some lenses back that I’ve A-not yet received and B-never asked for! So that that can refund me MY money. What a joke of a company.

I tried their lenses with the 1$ trial that forces you to sign up for a subscription. The lenses were ill fitted and very uncomfortable. However you cannot fully cancel the subscription without calling and with my work hours I did not have time right away to do so, instead I was able to put off the payments for the next time but they charged me anyways! Without my knowledge my credit card was charged and only when I looked at my bank statement did I see the charge. And now I can't cancel their shipment according to the very rude customer service representative because the shipment was sent out already. Extremely annoyed they would charge my credit card with my knowledge and when I had already stopped the payments in their online system.

I had called and canceled his account months ago and yet I'm still getting charged for contacts that I do not want because they are deformed and defective. They obviously have issues following through with canceling accounts because I am still being charged for these contacts. Customer service is awful. They won't refund my money that they had taken out of my account even though I had already cancelled my account. Apparently I shouldn't be refunded my money when I never place the order to begin with since I had already cancel the account... Not cool.

I have worn contacts since 1996. I have worn multiple brands made of multiple materials, including funky colors during my rocker phase, and tried every contact lens solution available. I have had approximately 10 different optometrists in several different cities as I’ve moved around in life. First, let me address some of the claims/concerns I have seen regarding Hubble’s “material”. It’s the same material that has been used in contacts since 1986 and it's the same material that’s been in contact with my eyes thousands of times over the years with no issues.
I have seen bizarre claims that Hubble contacts don’t allow your eyes to “breathe”. This seems more like propaganda produced by optometrists because they are losing business. When most contacts were made of this material, I never saw anyone running around holding their face screaming “my eyes can’t breathe!”. Do your eyes “breathe” while your eyes are shut sleeping all night? I, personally, do not oxygenate my eyeballs all night. Plus, the Hubble lens material actually does allow oxygen through, just not at the rate of the newer silicone gel lenses. But I guess some people need an iPhone 12 pro max when an iPhone 7 still runs the same iOS.
I am happy to avoid going to my optometrist because they, in my opinion, can be the real crooks. They always try to upsale me, never offer me options in the contacts they suggest (often recommending whatever a sales rep wants them to prescribe, it seems) and then try to get me to buy an expensive pair of frames and lenses each time when I don’t need new glasses. So, it’s like the pot calling the kettle black when I see optometrists “not recommending” services like Hubble. Give me a break.
Anyway, if your eye requires a gas permeable lens, you would be prescribed the specific gas permeable option. The contacts that Hubble sends me are not designed to be slept it, worn multiple days, or reused at all. They are daily disposables and as long as I change them out and throw them away at bedtime, I have zero issues with irritation or dryness. I am a plumber by profession so it works in my favor to dispose daily (bacteria, dirt, dust, and sewage in general doesn’t sound like a good idea for multiple day use of lenses), so they are perfect for me.
The lenses are comfortable and rarely do they move around at all. I have very slight astigmatism in my right eye but have never required a special lens. Hubble lenses feel exactly like what I have been accustomed to for my entire life. If you have significant astigmatism, you will require a different type of lens. Again, I am very pleased to be able to skip the middle man and get my lenses through Hubble in a quick and convenient way.
Next, let me address the concerns I keep reading about the cancellation policy. I signed up for the $1 trial and it clearly stated that I would be billed $36 plus shipping after 16 days. Ok, fine with me. They also had a disclaimer that some shipments are slowed due to COVID. Ok, fine with me. Thanks for the heads up. They also clearly describe their cancellation policy on their site. Would it be more convenient to be able to cancel online? Yes. But, phone cancellation is common with subscriptions (I had to phone cancel a monthly subscription clothing box and even had to phone cancel my Experian account and my New York Times account).
The idea is that they want you to speak to a customer service representative in order to make sure you are aware of the pause option. I don’t blame them, it is after all a business. I am willing to risk having to make a phone call and be put on hold for a moment in order to avoid having to sit in a waiting room at my optometrist’s office.
My contacts always arrive on time and I am always satisfied. I have never been over billed nor have I had a package lost. I feel like Hubble has been very transparent in their policies and procedures and are on par with most any online subscription service (I’ve tried them all). I am a happy customer and will continue to wear Hubble lenses as long as they are a thing.

I called to cancel my subscription because Covid hit and I no longer left my house and had no need for contact lenses. They cancelled my account for me, or so I thought. Next month comes round and I see another charge to my account. So I write them an email asking what is going on as they should not be taking anymore payments. Someone responded saying that my account was indeed deactivated. Of course more contacts show up. And contacts keep showing up, and they continue to take payments.
So I finally called my bank to put a stop payment on this company. At which point I send them an email notifying them I have put a stop payment and they ask me to call to cancel my account. I've already done that, should I have to call daily to make sure my account is deactivated? I am STILL receiving emails from them saying whoops, your payment didn't go through. Thank God! This company will take your money forever, don't let them start! Find a more reliable company! Cannot believe their terrible service. I now have about 8-10 boxes of contacts I will likely never get through, my prescription will probably change before that happens, rendering them utterly useless. Hoping a women's shelter can use them so they don't go to waste.

I canceled my contacts account in September of 2020, and in November they decided to take $128 from my account. The dummy I spoke to on the phone DID NOT cancel my account after I asked her to! I called and demanded a refund, I was told I have to wait to receive contacts I did not order in the mail, which takes 1 month both the way and then send them back taking another month before I get my refund. THAT'S 2 MONTHS I HAVE TO WAIT!!! Do yourself a favor and do not deal with this company as they steal money from your bank account without your permission or consent!! These guys are crooks and idiots!!

Hubble is a convenient service that delivers your contacts each month. It is great to expect them without having to place an order after realizing you are out of contacts in just a few days. I also love that you are able to skip a month or two if you need to. I typically am able to skip a month a couple times a year if I have been wearing my glasses often. This option is also very easy. Hubble has a user friendly website and I have not attempted to try another contact company because they have fit my needs perfectly.

I learned of Hubble through ads several years ago. The process was so easy - my doctor wrote the prescription; Hubble followed up with them. I don't always use contacts so I was able to control online how often I wanted them shipped. If the frequency wasn't available, I emailed customer service and they would respond within a business day. I don't have to think about ordering contacts now but they arrive within a schedule.

My doctor rejected the prescription they provided. Hubble then charged me for the contacts. I reached out to them for a refund since they cannot legally send me contacts after the doctor rejected it. They refuse to give a refund and legally cannot send contacts. I don't see how this is legal to keep money when you cannot provide the product the money was for. Be better humans Hubble! Do not work with this company, they are not helpful and will screw you over as soon as they can. I have filed with BBB and will keep filing.

TLDR; Very difficult to cancel. Can only be done over the phone and during business hours. Be prepared to tell them your eyes have been totally corrected and you don't need contacts anymore as they will not accept any other reasoning for wanting to cancel. And be prepared to hear the script "why don't we just put you on pause for 6 months and see if you change your mind, it's less hassle that way" at least 5 more times after that.
I switched over to Hubble from 1-800-contacts over a year ago since it is way more cost effective. I was happy with getting a box mailed to me every month so I wouldn't have to find space to store a bunch of contacts- plus I never had to go without contacts if I forgot to order them! Overall a decent experience in the beginning. My first complaint is I could not get any type of invoice from Hubble's website without contacting customer service and I need it for my HSA reimbursement for every month I'm billed. However, I emailed them and they got me the invoice pretty quickly and it was exactly what I needed for my HSA.
My BIGGEST COMPLAINT is that it is nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. You must call during business hours to cancel (unless you're in California) which is inconvenient but not terrible. I called the number and talked to a rep for 20 MINUTES! It took 20 minutes to convince him that I actually wanted to cancel and not just pause. I am cancelling because my new insurance pays for Acuvue contacts through my optometrist so they are going to be free to me. But he would not accept that and said I might change my mind. Even if I told him I lost both of my eye balls I think he would have said "Well they might grow back one day so why don't we just pause for 6 months."
We did this for twenty minutes until finally I was so frustrated and said I will NEVER use Hubble again cancel my account now or I am changing my credit card number and reporting Hubble. He FINALLY agreed to cancel and all I got was an email from him after saying it was cancelled. I am not confident it actually was cancelled and I am going to be furious if I get charged again and have to go through this again. I had a decent experience with Hubble in the beginning but that experience changed my whole impression of them- it feels more like a scam than a legitimate company.

All of these good reviews must be fake because my experience was HORRIBLE. I ordered the $1 box August 11th 2020. Was charged continuously and when I called to cancel my subscription they would not let me, they kept telling me they were going to 'push back' my fee date. I also could not receive a refund because they have no refund policy which is clearly extremely unprofessional and unorderly. I will continue to fight for my refund because the website clearly says I can get one if I get a shipping label and return it. DO NOT BUY! Horrible company.

I used Hubble for many years with no issues, but once I moved, I wasn't getting them sent to me anymore. I was still getting billed however. I called Hubble and confirmed my address and they had the correct information. At this point I had been billed for two sets that I didn't receive. The representative on the phone confirmed that the contacts were returned to their facility both times. I had not been made aware of this until I called for some reason. So I asked for a refund of the last set (not even both sets) and I was just going to switch to someone local. They then refused stating all they could do was resend them. So if you can't get them to my address, you're going to keep resending instead of issuing a refund? I ended up having to go through my credit card company to get my money back. I cancelled my service and my daughter cancelled hers too after this incident. We just pick them up locally now. Same price, way less hassle.

I was ecstatic to have found the Warby Parkers of contact lenses. One minor detail, contact lenses are worn on your eyeballs which are an important organ that needs to see and Breathe. I am not a medical professional nor a biomedical anything so ..as a consumer I was not satisfied. With the surprise charges after I canceled my trial (to give myself ample time to test). The process of ordering again with them after the trial; yes, I wanted to give them a shot in earnest because I thought of the cost-savings!
These lenses are not comfortable; not in the least. I do NOT have an astygmatism. I do not have really poor vision or other special conditions that would warrant the discomfort. I thought the initial discomfort was due to allergies... After wearing these exclusively for 3 weeks (non exclusively for ~6 weeks) my eyes were irritated, itchy and became consistently bloodshot. I recently had an eye exam and my doctor noted the difference of my eyes and asked if there was something wrong. I had tiny scratches on my cornea due to rubbing them. They were tired and bloodshot.
People: I love finding a good deal. These just arent it! Wear glasses or go ahead and spend the extra bit on good lenses. Other than cost, I love my Acuvue Oasys lenses. ALSO beware of Contacts Carts which is a sister company of Hubble contacts. They advertise lower prices and give you promos... but there are other sites that sell lenses for less. Also, this is A SUBSCRIPTION service too which is NOT clear. Very misleading. STAY AWAY FROM HUBBLE AND CONTACTS CART. Still dealing with customer service and really wishing I had not learned the hard way...

I ordered Hubble contacts on behalf of my mother. After one box, we realized these are not the right prescription or the right doctor, and I wrote that I wanted to cancel via email since there are no phone numbers in the website. The help just sends you to write an email. Over 3 months, I sent a total of 9 emails from 2 email addresses asking to stop sending contacts as my mom was receiving them and I was being charged even though I cancelled. I finally received an email saying to call this customer service number to cancel, which the girl did.
I wanted to be refunded for the other contacts (2 months worth) because I consistently asked to be cancelled, plus their own guidelines say “WE CHECK WITH THE MEDICAL PROVIDER BEFORE SHIPPING OUT EACH BOX PRODUCT” which is a flat out lie, since the contacts we received were incorrect prescription AND incorrect physician, so there is no way they checked. After 3 weeks of me calling, I am STILL waiting for the supervisor “Reuben” to have time in his busy little schedule to call me to resolve this. I’m going to the Better Business Bureau, since they have never given me a refund, ignored my emails and phone calls, and flat out had no respect for health guidelines. Disgusting.

Hubble contacts are a great product if you only want to wear them comfortably for about 4 hours. If the wind is blowing, or your child happens to shoot you in the face with a squirt gun, then you should plan for all day discomfort no matter how many rewetting eye drops you try. My optometrist has told me this is due to the outdated material the contacts are made with. Another factor is the illegal practice Hubble uses called, floating prescriptions. They do not require prescriptions to be within the legal 1 year period, and will keep expired prescriptions. My doctor told me that many people, like myself, will skip their annual exam, as Hubble will keep shipping more contacts. The material these contacts are made with has irritated my eyes, resulting in damage.
I am hoping that my eyes will someday heal enough for me to wear contacts again. As for now, my eyes are so damaged from wearing Hubble contacts, that I am stuck wearing glasses. Hubble also billed my credit card after I emailed them telling them I was no longer their customer. It seems childish and vindictive that I tried for weeks to make another order, unsuccessfully. Only after I found a new doctor, informed hubble of my eye damage, and told them I was no longer their customer - did a new order of contacts get billed and shipped to me.
I have been trying for over a week to return these contacts and get my money back. I have only received computerized replies, via email. When I call them from my phone number (registered to my account) a recording plays, telling me that I have reached the cancelation dept after hours, and to try again. I have called many times during their hours of operation, but always hear the same recording. I realize that the $36 doesn't seem like much, but our family has struggled greatly for the last few months, as many families have. The money Hubble charges us without permission, caused another very important payment to bounce. I do not recommended Hubble contacts to my worst enemy.

While I have to say the contacts have been delivered quickly, are comfortable and very few defective, customer service is lacking. I tried three times to cancel due to needing a different prescription, they do not make it easy to do so. I requested to pause until I could get a new script and was still sent more. Now I have sixty plus contacts that I cannot wear and out a good amount of money.

I started using Hubble as an alternative because of price and the fact that they could deliver (I move around a lot and couldn't pick up the contacts at my local eye doctors). Compared to the contacts that I get from my eye doctors, Hubble contacts are very drying within a few hours of wear. They tend to hurt my eyes after a few hours.

I tried the trial and was waiting for my eyes to adjust to this product. I did not particularly like the way my eyes felt. I go to cancel and am told I have to keep the next box because it was already shipped. Meanwhile it was not. The tracking number does not exist and I did not get my money back. Happily cancelled the subscription. Truly unhappy with the customer service because to start the agent told me it was no problem to cancel since it was not shipped. Then turned into "oh well I can't cancel because it was shipped." Not right.

Sometimes there is delay between an order being fulfilled and us receiving a tracking number from the shipping carrier. Was charged for my first box before I even opened a sample box because of "shipping delays". Turns out I needed a different prescription because it had changed slightly (my fault) however, it wouldn't have been an issue if I had time to try out the sample and adjusted my prescription before they sent out my first box. Alas, my first box showed up the same time my sample did.
Then I talked to customer service and they said they would send a new box with the correct prescription free of charge as long as I sent in the box of lenses with the incorrect prescription. I waited and waited and my sample ran out, meanwhile I'm over here blind so I had to open the box with the incorrect prescription (because half of that box I could use in both eyes). Finally I reached out via email to customer service and they told me my new box was delivered a month ago? Excuse me, no it was not. So I called and it took them half an hour to figure out that the shipment had been returned to them. So why was customer service saying it was delivered?
Meanwhile I just wanted a refund because everything was a mess and the representative kept saying it was policy that he couldn't give me a refund unless I sent the box with the incorrect prescription back. So frustrating...they need to update their policy if they think it's okay for sample contacts to be sent after their first box charges to their client's account. Also, the contacts themselves are not great. They are dry and uncomfortable and I think my eyesight has gotten worse since I started using them. What a hassle!!!! Don't even bother.

The contacts themselves are okay. They're nothing spectacular. You can still feel them every now and then and they dry out pretty easily before the end of the day. Customer service makes it impossible to cancel your subscription. You can I only cancel by phone call and they take forever to connect with a person. Dispute numerous calls and emails, they still charged me regularly and they say the have canceled my subscription but don't really do anything and refused to accept returns on the contacts I dont use because I switch to a better brand.

Signed up for the $1 promotion but the trial pair irritated my eyes. I was then charged $39 for a monthly subscription which I was unaware I was auto-enrolled in. When I called Hubble, they were not willing to remove this charge. Poor business habits for overpriced contacts of low quality. Do not recommend!

Don't order from these guys. They don't email you back, they don't like to cancel subscriptions, their contacts hurt my eyes. I cannot even keep my eyes open when they're in, they feel like they're scratching my eyes. They then charged me a month after canceling AGAIN. Then told me they couldn't refund it even though they charged me this morning. So now I've paid for contacts I can't wear even though I told them I wanted to cancel over at month ago????

Hubble Contacts do not fit my eyes well and to cancel I have to call instead of just going online. Much harder to cancel than to order, this makes me suspicious. My guess is they are counting on people to fall for the $1 offer, forget to quit and then milk their bank accounts each month....LAME. It is 2020, we should be able to cancel once we log into the website, not wait until 9-5 M-F and call....LAME.

I got these contacts for the first time in June of 2019 (15 day trial (I still have 8 pairs left) they weren't bad, but since I also have glasses I didn't need a box every month normally I'd get online and say I wanted to skip the next month and everything was fine. Until last month...I tired to log in and skip my next order as I knew it was coming up soon, and the website wouldn't load AT ALL. Then I got the email saying they were unable to charge my card to which I responded "Good because I wanted to skip anyway but the website wasn't working". I got a response right away but they did absolutely nothing to help.
The next day they charged me EVEN THOUGH I had told them I didn't want them. I tried calling the number twice and never got an answer always just sat on hold waiting. They don't even have my correct address and although I've written 4 emails since telling them that they are shady and completely ignore people just to get their money they have since stopped responding to me at all, I keep getting response emails that tell me I have to give them more info yet before then they responded just fine. It's garbage and they don't care about their customers at all. Not only that my prescription expired in MAY so they shouldn't be sending me anything at all.

I tried the contracts out but they are made with old material. They do not breathe at all. After 2 days I was in the eye doctor's office with spots on my cornea. I'll find out Thursday if they are permanent or not. My doctor said you get what you pay for and that is very true. I'll stick with my Acuvue that actually breathe.

I began my subscription with Hubble because of the $1 trial they offered on Facebook. I received 15 pair for only $1. This was my first time trying daily use contacts and I fell in love immediately! The price is fair and they always arrive early. When I receive my monthly box, I still have half my previous box left. I haven't had one issue with these contacts and will continue to use them, instead of going through who I went through before, spending much more $ for less quality.

This company isn’t the best with customer service. I decided I wanted to cancel my subscription after finding the contacts themselves were very uncomfortable for my eyes leaving them very dry and itchy. I went to my optometrist to get actual glasses and called Hubble customer relations or whatever they call it to cancel my subscription and I’m floored with how little the woman I was speaking to wanted to pause my subscription instead of canceling it like I asked, and I had to repeat myself more than once. Not at all happy with my experience. Won’t try this company again.

Hubble has an advertisement going around for an offer of $1 on your first order of contacts. This signs you up for a subscription service but promises you'll have two weeks from the first set of contacts to cancel. What they DON'T tell you is that you can only cancel by calling their customer support line during certain hours - it's MUCH harder to cancel than to sign up. They also don't mention that the next set of contacts is going to very fast and at full price (the first order takes quite a while to come).
This is what happened to me - I had barely tried on one pair in the first set (which arrived only one week ago) and IT'S THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION! So now I have two boxes of contacts that I cannot use, a $40 fee on my cc (with more coming soon) and I have to deal with customer service hell tomorrow. If you are less stupid than me and take the time to research Hubble before signing up, I hope this saves you.

I placed an order to try their trial of 30 contacts for $1. NO where does it say you need to cancel or they will keep shipping. It took 3 full weeks for the contacts to arrive. Worst contacts EVER! I look at my bank account and they charged me $39 before I ever got the trial. I email them because they are only open 9 am to 5 pm. When most Americans are working. I get rude people who tell me, "Too bad we dont do refund or returns." I did NOT agree to be charged. I will continue to fight this charge with my bank. This company is a SCAM. Run, dont walk away from this company. The contacts are terrible. Their customer service is the WORST!!

I ordered the trial box, says 5 to 10 day to receive. I ordered 7/7, received them 7/22 afternoon. Less than 12 hours later I was charged for the next month. How can someone possibly TRY a product if they don't have them. I called. I was told I should have cancelled or skipped the next shipment before yesterday. I didn't even get to try them. No refund... I don't want products from liars and rip off products. I cancelled... Warning... Get your "free" (haha) trial and cancel in 2 or 3 days... Or they will "take your money".

I have been received Hubble Contacts for a long time. They dry out very quickly but for the price, it was worth changing them out twice a day. I was satisfied until I went tried to cancel my subscription. What a nightmare! The companies FAQ says you are in control of your subscription... LIE! They only have phone hours during the normal workday. Not convenient for most. I left work 30 mins early one day to try and call to cancel my subscription. I was on hold for 29 mins! Once I got through the call disconnected. When I called back, I got a voicemail that they were closed. I have never wasted so much time trying to cancel a subscription. In the past, I have recommended Hubble to others. Never again would I put someone in the situation that they can't cancel something they no longer want!

I have had allergies to other contact lenses but have not had any problems with these Hubble lenses. The lenses are very comfortable and easy to insert into my eyes. I do not need a monthly subscription so I called customer service to pause the order. They were very accommodating and said I could pause the order for up to six months and would not be billed.

This company does not comply with the AOA and Texas Optometry Board regulations. Hubble keeps sending me contact lens even my rx has been expired. Also, I cannot cancel the subscription via their website. The customer services line only open from 9 - 5, which is not convenience at all.

It's a scam guys. It may be a $1 trial box but what they're trying to do is charge you for your next box before your trial even arrives. Tell me in your own words Hubble and try to defend yourselves, why do you think that's a good business model for happy customers? No you won't get offered a refund. "We don't accept returns for refund." Not if you try to reason to customer service. Not even if you offer to send the box back unopened. Hubble is a great option for contacts and eyeglasses, UNLESS you have an astigmatism. Unfortunately, they do not support those types of lenses. But I think the theory is great and they would be a good option for people!

I have had a subscription with Hubble for a few months now that had been been on hold because I got contacts elsewhere. I started that account again, and Hubble created a second account under my name and card. I saw the second full charge in my bank account, and immediately called them. It was within an hour or two of the money being pulled. There was no response to my email, and on Monday I called customer service as soon as they opened. They said that the contacts had already shipped, even though I still have no verification of that, and they wouldnt refund me the money for the second box. Upon further inspection, the second subscription is from an eye doctor in a town I've never even been to, so it's not even valid, I'm not sure how they can legally sell it to me? This company ignored my requests until it was too late for me to get my money back. They will scam you out of money and then blame you.

I ordered a box of Hubble contacts. Shortly after, I received an email stating my box would arrive in a few days. A few days to me means approximately 3 days. They didn't arrive so I contacted customer service through my email. They replied saying the box would be shipped out soon. Strike one - "a few days" promise was not fulfilled. I let it go and expected my delivery to arrive shortly after that. According to tracking it was to arrive Tuesday 6/23. Tuesday night came, Wednesday morning came and there was not a package in sight.
Tracking had not been updated either. It is now another week, totaling 2 weeks. I emailed Hubble again asking for a tracking number. I received the general message asking for your order #, account email and shipping address. I replied filling it out and was provided a new tracking # beginning with an 8. A week later I still have not received anything. I tried emailing and got no reply. I called customer service and the man who I spoke to simply told me that I need to contact my post office, USPS to be specific.
I contacted USPS and they did not recognize the tracking # because their tracking do not begin with an 8. Called UPS and got the same thing. Called hubble a second time and was given a new tracking # beginning with a 9. Tracked it through USPS online and of course it had no update. Called USPS a second time and was told that tracking # did not exist. Called hubble a third time and spoke to a woman who kept making excuses saying the delivery was still within their window. I tried to explain that when you are given a specific date for a package to arrive, it should be fulfilled. If it is not, there should be some sort of action taken.
I asked for a new box because this one clearly has been lost or stuck somewhere. She refused, so I asked her to cancel my subscription. She still tried to get me to stay through excuses but I was irritated and tired of the back and forth for over an hour. Very unprofessional, the business should not have the customer try and track down a package they paid for. As a business, they should be doing whatever they can to track it down for the customer and they should do what they can to compensate. Very disappointed with this company, but I'm also not surprised. After all of that I researched the company and it turns out their contacts are terrible for your eyes! They are known to cause permanent damage. I guess it's a blessing in disguise for me.

I thought I'd give Hubble try, being a contact user for many years. Their scam is they let you think that you have 16 days between shipments before charging and shipping next order. However, when you order your first order the 16 days starts, not when you first receive the contacts. I had less than a week to try them out, and went to cancel within what I thought was the allotted time, only to be told that they had without notice sent me a second shipment and charged me $40. I thought I had 16 days from when I received them. Buyer beware! I would never use them again. The contacts are trash and their customer service worse.

I had called back on May 12th to cancel my subscription. I called customer service yesterday, after noticing I had been charged for may, AND this month (june) for a contact subscription that was supposed to be cancelled and was NOT cancelled due to the company's lack of competent customer service reps. When I spoke to a new customer service rep yesterday she told me there was no record of my call on May 12th, 2020 to cancel my subscription so she could not refund me any of my money, including a PENDING transaction from yesterday for ANOTHER box of contacts I can not wear! They are too dry, extremely painful to wear, and they make my eyes swell. This is now almost $100 worth of contacts I CANNOT WEAR!!!! She PROMISED a supervisor would call me back yesterday, I never received a call. I am beyond upset with the level of customer care this company has.
The supervisor I FINALLY got a call back from today said that due to the terms of service I “agreed” to they couldn’t refund any of my money. She said “she was only calling me back to explain that I was not going to be issued a refund.” So now I have 2 whole boxes that I can’t wear, which I offered to send back because I want nothing to do with them, & she said no. I wish I never gave this company my bank information, it’s a scam. Not to mention they never called my eye doctor to confirm my prescription, which they state that they do. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY! They will “lose” your phone records & continue to charge your account even after you’ve cancelled your subscription.

Hubble Contacts WAS my supplier for daily wear contacts. Their service used to be impeccable, then it became horrible. I've been a customer with Hubble since Nov 2017. Their service fell apart when they only billed and shipped a half order for March 2020. Then, they didnt bill or ship me an order for April. May 7th, they billed me for an order that finally arrived June 15th. This is unacceptable and on June 13th I placed an order with another contact supplier, one that supplies name brand contacts for less money. Their order arrived June 18! That is the type of service I respect. I would never recommend Hubble Contacts to anyone. Their customer service department is very non committal and terrible. I am substantially happier with my new supplier.

TRULY amazing, love this brand of contacts. It’s legitimate, comfortable, and affordable! It’s so hard to find good deals on contacts nowadays and Hubble is just the perfect fit! They are very helpful and quick to assess and assists, I will 100% recommend to all.

I am very disappointed in the conduct of this business. I ordered the trial Hubble contacts for $1 and according to their "terms of service" it stated that I would be billed every 28 days until I cancelled my subscription. Well I barely received the trials and then got charged 2 weeks later! It is not clear about the subscription process and it really needs to be because this comes off as very shady and deceiving to consumers. I tried to email and call to cancel my subscription and request a refund right after I was hit with this charge which I cannot afford right now. They stated they could not do anything to help me which is ridiculous and poor customer service.
Plus these contacts are so uncomfortable and they lie stating they will contact your Doctor to verify your prescription which they never did and news flash my prescription is expired!! So please tell me how you can justify any of this?!! Do the right thing and refund my money and be CRYSTAL CLEAR on your terms of billing. I will be reporting this company to the FDA for the very unprofessional business ethics and I will be disputing these charges.

This review has been 3 years in the making. Hubble daily contacts is what I started using 3 years ago. I have the same vision in both eyes 2.75, so I thought Hubble would work for needs. Yes they charged me before I got the quote on quote free trial. The contacts dried out after 2 to 3 hours of use. They are only good for backups. I would not recommend using these as your primary source of vision. You will definitely experience discomfort and irritation. My eye doctor informed me discontinue using Hubble.

I have very nearsighted vision, and these contacts did not work well. I couldn’t see momentarily every time I blinked. I’ve been wearing other contacts for 15 years and have never had a problem. When I examined the lenses closely you could see that there were two separate parts of the lens, the center which seemed to have my full strength prescription, and an outer ring, which didn’t seem to have the correct prescription at all. This meant each time I blinked and the lens moved slightly I couldn’t see clearly, and my peripheral vision was blurry to boot.
They also branded the contacts so that if you look closely you can see an opaque “hub” on the outside edge of each lens. I could see it in the corner of my eye all day and it made me feel like I must’ve had something in it. They also make it impossible to cancel your subscription without calling during business hours. For an online subscription company marketed to millennials this seems like an intentional way to try to keep people stuck in the subscription as long as possible. Would not recommend at all.

I have been a customer of Hubble since 2017 and it was a great decision! I moved from a big box brand that I had to order through my eye care center which was sometimes a hassle. Besides the comfortable and affordable contacts, what Hubble really excels at is their Customer Service. Numerous times they have helped me get contacts when needed, seamlessly change my prescription, and send replacement cases if things get lost in the mail which happened when I had to move. The customer service from this company is what keeps me from looking anywhere else. Switch to Hubble!

Absolute scam. Stole my money. First got me for a dollar. Then was supposed to get a ‘Trial’. After trial of one week then start subscription. Then all of a sudden $34 charge. I call say, "What is this?" They say ‘oh your subscription started.’ "Um, no that can’t be because I never receive a trial, please reimburse." They say, "let us look into it." Then get call next afternoon and they say ‘oh, so sorry, we could have stopped it but it shipped this morning.’ Wow, you could’ve stopped it when I called, but instead ate up a day & pushed thru then say because it shipped not refundable. DO NOT GIVE THESE CONS YOUR BANKING INFO!!! How dare you, during an economic pandemic and riots you're going to put your foot on innocent people’s necks & rob them further! I hate that people like you exist. Just make the world so ugly & untrustworthy. UnAmerican Thieves. You are worse than the looters.

I have been using Hubble contacts and have had pretty good customer service. I have had prompt and on time delivery of the product. Product is of good quality. I have only been overcharged one time in my customer experience with this company. I have been with them off and on for 2 years.

I sent my prescription for contacts. 2 weeks later nothing. Then received an email… stating they couldn’t verify my prescription & I had to pay $50 for their visit test in order to receive contacts. Even though the prescription clearly stated that it expired 8/20/2020. I did this order the first of May 2020. I will not be using this company in the future. Just a money racket.

I really like this company. The lenses fit perfectly and are very convenient. They are mailed to me monthly without the hassle of having to physically go to the eye doctor. Another reason I chose this monthly subscription is the price. I am saving a lot of money in comparison to what I was paying for at my eye doctor's office. I have been using Hubble Contacts for OVER 2 Years!! And I LOVE them! Not only are the contacts GREAT, good fit, comfortable, correct prescription, but also the customer service has been SPOT ON! I have had 2 “issues”. I was hospitalized for 1 month & didn’t wear my contacts so I had a “stockpile”. They let me skip a month of service which was great, and the other time I just needed to change a credit card number & they were nothing but helpful! I plan to be a Customer for as long as I wear contacts. I tried one other company and had 3 orders from them and each order had at least one “dried up” contact in the box upon receipt & they did NOT offer to give me a replacement. I've been using Hubble Contacts for about 1 year and they are great! The same as any other contact. Only difference is that they cost a lot less than buying your contacts anywhere else! If you have a subscription you get contacts every month and you receive the contact before you use up all your contacts for the previous month which is great because your never waiting for them with no contacts to use! I signed up and paid for $1 sample lenses from Hubble Contacts on 5th May, and as of today 22nd may I didn't receive any. However, without my consent I was charged $128.00 for 3 month subscription. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! And a company cannot charge me, first without consent and secondly without me receiving and trying a sample lens! When I called for refund, they say the order is already processed and they can't stop it. Hence I asked for tracking number, and they can't provide me with that since it hasn't been generated yet. My concern is if the tracking isn't generated then the package isn't shipped yet and they could have gave refund right away. But instead now I've to wait for the package to arrive and then I send it back on my expense and then I'll get my refund!!!

The sample contacts barely arrived out east and already charged for a month. Terrible. Out of principle I will not use these. Not sure I understand the tactic.... You should let the client review the product. I might of loved these. will fight the CC charge due the actual date the sample arrived.

I would not advise anyone to use this company. I gave the trial a chance, but was charged before even getting a chance to use the trial pairs because they arrived so late. They claim that they make it clear, but it was not clear to me that I would be charged so soon for another pack after receiving them. I have had these contacts for 10 days and was planning to cancel today because they are damaging my eyes. These lenses are horrible. I can barely wear them for a few hours because they are drying my eyes and hurting them.
I called less than 12 hours after being charged and they tell me that they can’t cancel the shipment, I can’t return them, and there is nothing that can be done. I also have no email stating that the contacts have shipped or any tracking information. Any other company would allow you to cancel and be refunded so soon into the trial, but not this one. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
I have seen comments from the company - one here telling the person to send them back and be refunded, so I know they do refund some people. I’m now being charged over $44 dollars, which is also not the amount they claim to charge monthly when you sign up, for contacts that I can’t use. I might as well have flushed money I don’t have down the toilet. During a pandemic when I am out of work, I am being charged for more of a product that is damaging my eyes, and they claim there is nothing they can do.

I work as a frontliner at this current pandemic and it's easier for me to use contact lenses instead of glasses. Now, I tried Hubble for about two days and it really didn't work out for me. It was very uncomfortable and hard to take out too. Since I've been busy helping during a pandemic, I wasn't able to cancel after trial. They charged my account and I called right away to cancel the subscription. Apparently the lenses already shipped and cannot be cancelled. I reached out to see if I can still get it cancelled or maybe returned the unopened box but no. I think Hubble is a greedy company and also the reps need better training on how to be more considerate to their customers. Never again.

This company lies and does not verify the prescription. They misread my paper prescription, never contacted my optometrist and sent sample contacts that are completely wrong and then charged me for the next completely wrong prescription order!! They refuse to do anything about it and will not refund!! I will be reporting this company to the AOA and the FDA.

Do not give your credit card information to Hubble by signing up for a sample. I was charged $39 for a subscription I had not authorized. I initially signed up for a sample through an Instagram ad, which did not contain any information that my card information would be stored and used to automatically enter me into a subscription service without my consent. I also did not activate an account with Hubble. Furthermore, Hubble should be reported to the AOA because they do not follow standard procedures to verify contact prescriptions. They did not call my optometrist or ask me for my prescription. Read more here: **.

I ordered my trial box for $1 and I never received them and they have done nothing to help me get another set and then they went ahead and still took out $128 out of my account and it wasn't suppose to be until 12 weeks later and won't refund me my money, I am laid of work right now and they are not helpful whatsoever. I personally do not recommend this company at all.

I can not believe the customer service I received from this company. I ordered monthly contacts. Within 2 days of receiving the first package I was charged for 3 months. Not an email confirmation before or afterwards. Only reason I knew is because I went grocery shopping and my credit card was declined. I had been laid off because of covid. I call them and they tell me there’s nothing they can do because even though it hadn’t shipped yet they couldn’t stop it. Told them that was my grocery money and I was only supposed to be charged for 1 month, not 3. Apparently the deal I saw and was email confirmed to me was American and not Canadian. They tell me I can send it back when it arrives the next week, take a picture and they will give me the refund.
THREE weeks later it finally arrives and I can’t go to the post office nor do I have access to a printer to print the return label. Was told I’m not allowed to return to sender and put in mailbox. This lack of empathy and treatment during a pandemic is unbelievable. They are truly banking on people not being able to return the contacts or don’t notice or care about the charge. But for people like me who aren't working and need money for food... I find this completely unacceptable.

They have tried to bill an old card on an account we let lapse well more than a year ago and when the card was declined, they sent me an email with an embedded link to update my card info. This is the second time they've done this and both times the link to update card info went nowhere but a 404 error page. First, we haven't ordered contacts on that particular account in years. Second, they do not have permission to attempt to charge that card. Third, the least they can do is provide a good link. This just shows me that we should never go back to Hubble regardless.

Easy to try 15 pair for a $1 no shipping fee, I have never wore contacts before, great way to try them and when you do, you will be sold! Very comfortable like you are not wearing them at all, and I can see No Glasses. No high price for great contacts. Fast and easy! Love Hubble contacts!

After hearing great thing about this company I wanted to give it a try. As they were convenient, for my eyes they were too soft and tore easily trying to take them out. Decided to cancel, and after emailing them on how to go about that, they returned saying just to give them my order confirmation number and it’d be cancelled. A month later I received them in the mail and was charged, emailing them again I was then told I had to call them instead. More steps taken to call and cancel, I gave my information and the person said okay it’s cancelled. Well I check my account and yet again I was being charged. I called and asked why if I cancelled I’m still being charged. The lady was helpful and officially cancelled it with proof this time but I won’t be getting reimbursed. Absurd when you just took it out of my account today. I will caution anyone after my experience.

My job requires me to wear contacts over glasses and pretty much guarantees that a pair will be destroyed with powder and gunk within a few days. That means my super expensive, monthly contacts were dry and itchy by the third day. I ordered the trials and I had to call them to stop my full order from going through before I even GOT my trials. They never sent a confirmation or tracking number. Then I got them and the first day, they were uncomfortable. Literally every day since, they have been amazing. They are SO comfortable compared to my old ones. I love the quality. They also come out really well, whereas monthlies tended to feel super-glued to my eyes. I get them every month, but I still don't get confirmation or tracking numbers. More customization online and tracking numbers would make this a 5-star company. Also, I wish there was a good way to recycle the packaging.

I had only worn glasses for 6 months before realizing they were not for me! I made a quick Google search for contact lenses, and found Hubble right away. I did not know the first thing about contact lenses, but their Help section and included instructions made it perfectly clear! (Pun intended). I got my first box for 2 dollars, which provided me 15 days of carefree livin'. I didn't feel them on my eyes for the first day or the next two weeks! Without a doubt, I would recommend these contacts for anybody. The price is fair, the customer service is amazing, and the convenience is outstanding. (Also, they let me skip a month of deliveries while I was laid off during COVID-19 and was forced to use my glasses! I am extremely thankful to Hubble!)

I ordered the $1 trial box, and received them about a week later. Only had a few days to wear them before they charged $39 more and shipped another box of uncomfortable contacts. Also, you must call in to cancel your subscription, and customer service is not helpful at all. First rep I talked with acted like she couldn’t hear me as soon as I said I wanted to cancel my subscription. DON'T FALL FOR THE TRIAL.

I have regular prescription contact lenses sent to me for 2 or more years now and feel that these were suited to my needs. I’m able to change how often/regular I have them sent to me and this is very easy to do online. Any queries I have I get a quick response and they’re so helpful to assist and any issue is resolved leaving a very happy customer. I have found these lenses to be just the same as the ones you would get from your opticians but at a slightly cheaper price which is great. I very much recommend Hubble. They provide a great service. I decided to give Hubble Contacts a try in at attempt to receive quality contacts for less. They claimed that they had sent my sample pair (which I never received). Then after receiving notification that I had been charged for my first month's supply, I contacted them to immediately cancel. They claim that the order had already been processed, and that they would not be able to cancel or refund. I questioned how this could be possible since they had never received my prescription... Their customer service was terrible. :( By writing this review, I hope to save someone else the same frustrations, headache and loss of $...

Hubble contacts double billed me $118 and $128 on March 27, 2020. I emailed them sending pictures of the proof that they did this AND I called to try and get my Money refunded. They claim that they can’t see the $118 and there is nothing they can do (EVEN THOUGH I SENT THEM PICTURES OF MY BANKING) and that the other $128 is contacts they shipped (supposedly) and that when I get them I have to mail them back for a refund. I’ve heard this happens with them a lot. They double billed me and are refusing to refund my money. In a time that is hard money wise due to the virus I’m very very discouraged. Regardless, this is not ok. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They only post positive things on their IG and delete all the negative comments showing that they scam people. They stole my banking and my money. Don’t let them do this to you!!

I ordered a box of contacts to try them out from this brand, while their initial deal is good I now understand why. The contacts I received are cheaply made and don't even last the one day they are supposed to. Even with eye drops I couldn't stand the dryness after about six hours of use. When I then tried to cancel my subscription, I was told via email that I had to call them between 9-5 in order to do so. Wow, how very convenient for a place that I went to for convenience (That's sarcasm). That was about a month ago...then I was charged again. Now I'm out $39 for a product that I already canceled. Customer service was no help as it was "against policy" to refund charges that were already processed even though I contacted them the day of. Save yourself some time, money and energy and use another service for contacts.

These are the best most comfortable lenses I’ve ever had. To be honest, I only signed up for them to get a free box and was intending to cancel my subscription straight away, but I have kept it going as they are brilliant. I have was using a very well-known brand before, and still have loads of them leftover, but Hubble are so comfortable and fit really well. I love them. I find the shipping a bit complicated, it would be nicer to be able to just order them directly online without some sort of subscription situation.

Paid $40 for *literally* nothing. I've been using contacts for over 5 years now, and decided to try Hubble when an ad popped-up on my Instagram feed claiming a "$1 Trial." I thought "there's not much to lose," right? "I'll give it a try, see how their contacts are, and if I don't like them I'll only be losing $1." So I signed up and waited for my $1 Box. I kept waiting, but it never arrived, so I stopped expecting it and eventually even forgot about it. I recently got charged an extra $39 for a second box of a product I haven't tried, don't know if they work for me, and haven't even seen. I wanted affordable contacts and these were the first thing that popped in my head. The price is awesome, I ordered the $1 trial and realized they weren’t for me (sensitive/dry eyes) so I didn’t bother ordering more. Not realizing this, my account was on a trial with my visa where they took $128 for a contacts package or whatever and I had to return them to get my money back because I can’t wear them so what’s the point. I mailed them back the unopened package in November of 2019 and still no refund April 2020. I’ve called many times and sent photos of the shipping package but they refuse to authorize a refund and no one knows where the package is. Would not recommend authorizing your card since you probably can’t get a refund anyway.

I started using Hubble 2 months ago. I was recently laid off due to the corona virus issue we are currently facing. I tried calling twice 1 week prior to my charge date and sent an email 1 day before. My email was not responded to until 1 day after my charge. When I finally was able to speak to someone I was told I couldn't get a refund because it had shipped. I offered to ship it back and was still told no. I will not be doing business will Hubble any longer.

Tried Hubble Contacts and was charged for subscription 16 days after order when they gave me 15 pairs of contacts. They do not allow time for shipping of the contacts and enough days to use the contacts. I did not have time to use the full trial before I was charged. Called customer service and they said they could not do anything. Feel like I was forced to purchase something I do not want.

One of the worst investments I have ever decided on. First off I got my trial pair and it was the cruddiest pair of contacts ever, went through the whole 15 pc trial pack in a matter of like 3 days since they kept popping out of my eyes. Secondly, it's a monthly trial so I ordered mine the first of March and already got charged on the 20th. That makes no sense. First and most definitely the last time I ever order from them. Claiming that it's good for everyday use and last all day is such a false advertisement. You're lucky if they even last you an hour before they become irritating and garbage. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT Purchase. Save your money and go to an actual eye doctor and get yourself a REAL pair of contacts.

I found Hubble after seeing an Instagram ad, and have been very pleased with the flexibility of the service. I primarily wear glasses, but wear contacts to exercise or go out, and the model I was using before (Specsavers) did not fit this - I either had no contacts at all or enough to last 6 months on a monthly service. With Hubble, I can pause or extend when needed, and have also been able to send some back when not needed and they refunded with no problems. I also have dry eyes, and they last longer than previous contacts I have had! Overall, very positive experience with this company.

I tried the Hubble daily contacts and found them to be uncomfortable from the start. Taking them out and rinsing with more contact solution seemed to help, but by early evening my eyes hurt so much that I had to take them out for the day. When I called to cancel my trial, the helpful rep said the daily contacts are only good for 10 hours wear at a time. This isn't printed on the box and searching deeper on Hubble's site, it says they can be worn all waking hours and "all-day comfort". I've worn Acuvue Oasys for 12+ years and can wear them all day without any discomfort, but Hubble contacts only last me half a day before they are too uncomfortable to wear. This isn't practical, especially for long work days.
Also, I just bought a year's supply of Acuvue Oasys 2-Week with Hydraclear Plus on sale for $121.88. In the past I have paid more, but Acuvue almost always has rebates available and it's cost me about $170 for a year of contacts. Hubble contacts have a monthly cost of $36 plus $3 shipping for a total of $468 a year. Hubble advertises that the lens packs and packaging is recyclable and this is the case for all contact lenses and blister packs through drop boxes at many eye doctor offices. Two week or monthly contacts generate less plastic from the start, which makes me a little more comfortable. **

I started using Hubble approximately 10 months ago after switching from a highstreet brand. I've loved using Hubble contacts, they are always on time just when you need them via their recurring subscription, and I first made the switch to Hubble after I looked at their £1 trial box which contained 15 pairs! Hubble has been extremely useful when I've needed to suspend my services with them whilst I've had a stockpile of contacts, and they have made it super easy to restart my subscription again. Their customer service team has been second-to-none and are always available to chat when you need them.
I have given Hubble 5/5 stars and totally would recommend this product to a friend. The only downside I have currently experienced is that some contacts do not fit right or irritates my right eye and I have to use another contact (typically resolving the issue), however, this may just be my eye as it only happens in one side. This being said, the contacts have never dried out whilst wearing them, and they last for hours in the day. Hubble has been a great value for money. As a student, I'm always conscious of how much money I am spending, and Hubble has done a good job of saving me money and providing a great customer experience and feel with their contacts. I would very much recommend these contacts to anyone who is looking for an alternative to the expensive highstreet brands; via their £1/$1 trial box. I am using contact lenses for almost three years. I've been using only Hubble. They didn't disappoint me. The delivery is on time, the contacts are easy to put and very comfortable. Sometimes, (it happened to me once or twice) you might find one or two lenses that are a bit bigger than your eye. Rather than that I am very happy with them. I changed to these contacts from a different brand after a recommendation from a friend and I am very happy with them. They do not irritate or break, they arrive on time and they come in a compact box and are easy to open. My old contact lenses were half the price but were also not good quality so I am happier paying more for these. I get all of my contacts from Hubble now- the dailies are comfortable for 12 hours without issue, the deliveries come through the letterbox so there's no dealing with "Sorry you were out slips. While it's useful not having to remember to reorder, as someone who only wears them for going out I often end up with far too many even at the longest delivery spacing so have to remember to tell them to cancel boxes to avoid stockpiling. Otherwise an excellent service.

Clearly there is a pandemic going on in the world right now, jobs are being laid off everyday and this Coronavirus is spreading like crazy, so receiving a package in the mail is really the last thing I want to do right now. My card was showing a pending order and I contacted them to cancel this and refund it back to my account, even with the order still being pending and not even going through yet, clearly there would be humanity in the world? Not from this company. A “Lovell **” keeps saying there’s absolutely nothing they can do. Working in customer service myself there’s ALWAYS something you can do. Don’t use this company they are not worth the headache.

Hubble lenses are so convenient for me as I have a family and work full time so I'm not always able to get to the opticians etc. They are such a good price too. I have really liked these contact lenses so far. I have liked how easy it is to alter how often you receive the contact lenses as I sometimes wear contacts more and at other times I wear glasses more so I have appreciated the flexibility. The quality has been excellent and they are generally very comfortable. What I would say is that they are slightly less comfortable than some more expensive contact lens types which offer more breathability but price-wise these are much more affordable! The contacts are comfortable and and don’t get irritated. The only thing I would say is that sometimes they are upside down in the tub and I put them in the wrong way around which is uncomfortable but I think you get that with all contacts.

Have had my Hubble Contacts subscription for a while now, I much prefer the delivery subscription based method rather than having to go out of my way to a high street store. The contacts themselves are comfortable, better than other brands I've tried. My use of contact lenses is irregular and I usually end up changing my order date, I'd recommend ordering contacts at least a week in advance of needing them since it can take a while for the order to be delivered. Only other annoying thing is having to call in to cancel a subscription rather than cancelling online. I have been a customer of Hubble for quite a considerable amount of time now and can only say good things about them, their daily lenses are much better than the ones I had got from my optician which tended to dry out much quicker, they are delivered straight to my door which is really convenient and means I never run out of lenses, I would highly recommend them to anyone! I like the fact that you can vary your dates for delivery as some months I do not wear contact lenses and I save them up and have a lot left over. However, I have had issues in the past which has caused a lot of frustration. This included the fact that Hubble failed to deliver my contacts as I live on a restricted road and this caused more hassle than what it was worth. I had to then wait another month which was not realistic due to the fact that I had an exam the following week and no glasses at the time.
It was impossible to get through to anyone and the American voice over when you call is quite irritating when you are from the UK. I then had to pay for another lot to come using my husband's details which now makes it impossible to cancel so now two lots of contacts come instead of one. The contacts themselves are good. They are comfortable. However they hurt by the end of the day and need to be removed. When originally ordered power strength was incorrect. They do not call to confirm that you have a current prescription or current power. My doctor office has never spoken to anyone from Hubble. Once corrected they still send wrong power. I literally have ten boxes of the wrong power. Continue to charge bank for contacts when we have cancelled our account. Jan 21st took money from my account and never received any contacts. Both my son and I have had the same problem. We just want it to stop. DO NOT WANT CONTACTS FROM HUBBLE OR THE OTHER COMPANY CONTACTSCART.

Having used Hubble contacts for close to a year and having tried other brands the experience has been good. They are easy to order and competitive on price. They work fairly well.
1. About one lens ever two boxes is dried out or faulty.
2. They are not the most comfortable in the market.

I started using Hubble after trying them on the back on an ad on Instagram. I didn't realise initially that it was a subscription service but actually it's been really helpful. I used to order 3 months of lenses online at a time but would sometimes forget to order them which I now don't need to worry about. I wear lenses all day everyday and haven't had any issues with these. I find them comfortable even after 12 hours, often longer. I've tried quite a few brands and I'm pretty happy with these. I think the packaging is really nice too.

I started using Hubble Contacts last year and I absolutely love them. At first I was a little bit skeptical as I joined on their amazing £1 box offer. After getting used to the lenses I have had no issues whatsoever. They’ve very easy to put in and get out and there’s no irritation. I can wear these contacts all day without my eyes becoming dry. Hubble daily’s are a quick and easy solution to making your eyesight better. Also the best alternative if you don’t like wearing glasses. 10/10

Started with these as I saw a free trial. I did not think I would be sticking with them 6-7 months later. I originally thought with them being shipped they would always be late but this has never been the case. The quality of the lenses are excellent, after having tried Dailies Total, Acuvue and various others I can honestly say these are up there with the best and feel comfortable compared to some of the cheaper brands. It is important to note I have never had a lens split on me from Hubble which I have had from elsewhere. My only issue is the monthly frequency, as I am not a daily wearer so I have ended up with a few boxes extra. However this is not a problem. I first joined Hubble due to the advert I saw on Facebook for a month's free trial, and I’m so glad I did. I order my lenses for a delivery every 2 months as I don’t wear them every day, but I know that I’m always going to be able to rely on my delivery coming through before I reach the end of the box. I’ve recently had to change my prescription, and send back an unused box and the customer service team were so prompt, efficient and helpful with my query. I really felt like I was in good hands. The lenses are comfortable, it’s not very often I feel discomfort whilst wearing them (maybe if I’m getting close to a 12 hour day but that’s to be expected for me personally). This company has charged me over $200 so far in contact lens I never ordered. This company is EVIL. I absolutely 100% NEVER signed up for anything intentionally. When I first noticed they were billing me, I cancelled the bogus subscription immediately. Yet they have continued to take money from me via Paypal. Scam.

Wear Hubble lenses for physical sports and when using my motorcycle helmet so may not be every day. Daily contacts suit me very much as I can open each individually when required. Have been using them for 2 years and very occasionally have surplus stock so I am able to cancel my next months supply without any problems sending an email and receiving confirmation within no time from their admin/orders department. Excellent prompt service. Each month delivered at the correct time needed.

The Hubble website is so easy to use and the subscription means I never have to worry about running out of contacts! I can get the contacts delivered when I want and the delivery is always fast. I have used Hubble regularly for the last 2 years and for their price are probably the most comfortable daily disposables I have used, comparing well to more expensive brands. My only negative of Hubble is the delivery service to n Ireland is really inconsistent. It's delivered via royal mail so service should be fine but delivery times of up to 7 working days are ridiculous and compare poorly to rival sellers. Also I've had instances of packages going missing then turning up 2 or 3 weeks late.

I started to sign up for Hubble's "free trial" which means that I gave them my payment info and they promised 2 weeks of free contacts and it was understood that if I didn't cancel my subscription within that 2 weeks, I would be charged for the first month and sent my month's supply. Without completing the process, I realized I didn't have a valid prescription since I hadn't been to my eye doctor in over a year, so I left the Hubble website... Never did I finish the process, never did I get any verification that it was complete.
Over a month later I went to my eye doctor and purchased contacts through his office. A week after that, I noticed that Hubble charged my bank account. OVER A MONTH LATER. When I tracked down the customer service phone number (not easy to find), I was told that a refund was unavailable since the contacts had already shipped. Even though I was upset that they charged me with no verification and held my payment info for over a month until they could verify my prescription and basically force doing business with me, I decided to let sleeping dogs lie and keep the contacts.
Now, the next day I got BOTH the free trial box and the first months supply in 1 package. Which means they werent even going to let me try the samples without again FORCING their business on me. When it came time to try these contacts I quickly noticed that the prescription was totally wrong. I put 1 in and immediately became dizzy. So AGAIN I emailed and called asking for a refund. They basically blamed me for the mistaken prescription and again refused to return my 30 dollars. I guess they need it more than me. Now I am stuck with 90 contacts I can't use after a 2 month long ordeal. Not at all how I would do business. Go with monthly contacts, skip wasting all that plastic, and save your personal financial info for legitimate businesses with ethics.

Good quality lenses, last well all through the day without drying out. Easy to put on and come off very easily too. Deliveries are always on time so I don’t miss out. I don't wear contact Lenses every day but especially for some sports (I play golf and snooker) they are invaluable, also wear them for days/evening out when I want a change from glasses. I've tried all the main brands but nothing comes close to comfort for long all day wear. I started using Hubble Lens because of a free trial, there was nothing wrong with my previous lens other than the fact if I wore then through day to night I felt my eyes were heavy. I tried out the sample lens and all day and evening, no heaviness! So I continued to use Hubble, they arrive on time, I never run out and they are the most comfortable lens that I have tried. I really like the pack too as it's really easy to open and remove the lenses from the pack. Top marks all around.

I find these lenses comfortable as far as dailies go. They are cheaper than going to my local optician. If ever my lenses have gone astray which has only happened once in a year Hubble are always really helpful. I have no complaints so far.

I began using Hubble around a year ago and I can say they are the most comfortable lenses I have ever worn! For the price of them I was worried they may irritate my eyes but they are better than the higher end prices Lenses I have tried from the opticians. It is so easy to have them delivered to the house, without having to repeatedly visit my opticians. They fit perfectly in my eyes which I find with some cheaper brands the contacts are too big. These are brilliant and I wouldn't use another brand. I can comfortably wear these all day which is great as I work long shifts and sometimes glasses are too much of a pain to deal with daily! I would recommend these lenses to everyone!

It’s so handy getting them to my door every month and at such a great price they are comfortable in the eyes too! Can’t complain. However, if I were to suggest an area of improvement it would be; an option to change how often you would like them delivered. For example, every two months instead of every month.

Their website said I was in control of my cancellation. Guess what! That's a load of bull. Trying to cancel my account was like pulling teeth. 14/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy. Called their cancellation line at least 3 times but still got charged for contacts I never wanted.

I am really disappointed in this company. I ordered the trial pairs, assuming that I had 30 days to try them before I would be charged for the next shipment. However, the fine print is that you have 16 days from the ORDER date (not when you receive them and I received mine a full week after the order date) to make your decision to cancel or not. Because I was currently wearing monthly contacts and was almost done with the month, I chose to wait before I tried them-HUGE mistake because by the time I tried them, Hubble already charged my account and sent out a month's supply.
When I contacted Hubble about this matter and inquired why I did not receive a preliminary email before charging and sending as I do with every other subscription service I have, they said that they don't have a system put in place yet. To me that is not good enough. It makes me feel like I have been scammed, and they are hiding behind their "fine print." They are quick to highlight the fine print to make sure that you know you are "wrong." While extremely annoying, this is not the biggest deal.
The biggest deal is that these contacts don't work!!! My vision is extremely blurry with the Hubble contacts, despite having the correct prescription. I do not have an astigmatism or any other abnormality that would suggest that these contacts would not fit/be the right strength/etc. When I contacted Hubble, they referred to all the fine print provided on the website, refused to give me a refund, and refused to accept the shipment back, even though the package was never opened--citing health regulations. So, now I'm out $39 and the landfill has 30 pairs of contacts that can't be used. What a waste!

They sent wrong size which you can't detect if you don't open shipping package, then they will not allow returns or refunds if shipping package opened. Even if you didn't open actual contact lens box with the sealed lens they still refuse refund or return. They will not stop subscription till they have sent you at least one shipment at 390 % of the cost of first shipment. They start the return clock when order is placed not when they ship it or when you get it. Total scam approach, not customer friendly, real money grab bait and switch. On top of this they lie about what they said online. Now I have two shipments I can't use and I am out all the money they charged on my credit card. Do not trust these people!!! :-)

I was a Hubble customer for two years and I thought it was great. Comfortable contacts, they came every month right on time. The website is pretty sucky and low-budget but I figured it was because they were new. Now my eye insurance has me change doctors so I change to the one covered by my insurance and submit my new prescription. (Also they cancelled my account because my prescription wasn't current and I had to create a whole new one instead of just updating the old one which was annoying but ok fine.) Hubble doesn't have a form for updating your prescription, you have to email their help email with the information. You also can't include an attachment so you have to type out the information and provide all of your personal info to update your prescription. They say okay and I'll get my contacts in a while.
One week went by and I emailed to check on them. They said it was processing and they still had to check with my doctor (who is open 7 days a week so I guess they were just backlogged). Then this morning I get an email saying my account was cancelled AGAIN! I have no idea why this time and they give no explanation. There is no phone number to call. This is a company that just tries to get new customers and doesn't care about keeping their existing or continuing customers happy.

I love the idea of Hubble Contacts but AVOID if you plan on submitting to your insurance or using a flex spending account. I paid with my FSA and so have to submit receipts for each purchase. My first order was only $1.00 with the promo. Upon logging into their surprisingly awful website I couldn’t locate my receipt. Didn’t show up in my email either. I read the FAQ page, which states that receipts have to be manually requested via email. WHAT IN THE WORLD?? So every month you’ll need to manually email someone to receive a copy of your receipt to send to your insurance company, which is a total waste of time.
I’m already planning on stopping my subscription but still have to get a receipt for my FSA. So I email as requested and guess what the response is: there’s no receipt for the $1.00 promo. Now, that can’t be true. If I paid $1.00 with a card there absolutely is a record of that transaction. It’s just that they’re refusing to send it to me, for some unknown reason. They better be prepared to reimburse me for this $1.00 or get me that receipt because I’m not going to let this nonsense go, lest I get penalized for using my FSA without providing receipts. Also, if you want to cancel you have to call and speak to someone during business hours Monday-Friday only. What a mess. Not worth it.

When I first started Hubble it was great until their contacts started to burn my eyes when the expiration date was a good two years away. I no longer wanted the subscription so I called and cancelled and also got an email confirming my cancellation. Well several months went by and I was no longer being charged until today, I simply emailed the email on their site and that gave me a number to call so I did. In the end I had to talk to four different people all saying I was still subscribed even though I gave them my cancellation number several times and I was not refunded my money. ALSO I have moved since my last subscription so my shipping address was not the same and they claimed the item had already shipped so there was nothing they could do. Let me remind you I was charged less than two hours before this call so I know they was lying about it being shipped already. I will NEVER go back to Hubble.

In 2019 I ordered a testing box to review with our influencer group in Utah; even though I had set the account to cancel, they charged for another box. After talking it out with a supervisor she refunded it and resolved it. HOWEVER. I got a notification a week ago of another full charge. I looked and the email address is a promotional forwarding from Instagram and my six year old niece ordered because they DO NOT have any authorizing steps in the process. The response is that they will not issue a refund, they would rather I file a full dispute and fraud charges. This is a complete joke. I don't have the product and I don't want it. I have disputed the charges and would never trust this company or recommend them. These business practices are completely fraudulent and misleading. They do not care or protect their clients from children placing orders or from unauthorized activity.

I’ve been wearing contacts for 20 years. I decided to give these a try for convenience sake. Horrible decision. My eyes have never been more itchy or dry. I can’t believe I haven’t seen more complaints on this. When looking up more info on them, I saw that they use an outdated material to produce their contacts and it doesn’t allow your eyes to breathe like other lenses do. Very disappointing, but I can’t even get through 2 hours of my day without having to adjust my lenses and use drops to moisturize my eyes. Never had any issues like this before with my Acuvue.

I have been using Hubble for the past year. It is half the price of the dailies I used to purchase which is why I continue using them. They fit well even with my slight astigmatisms and I can usually wear them for 12 hours comfortably. The only issue I found is that you absolutely cannot have a nap in them! Even after 10 minutes of my eyes closed will leave them feeling super sticky and dry and feeling like they will pop out (although it does re-moisturize if you keep them in). I have had no issue with shipping or receiving them. The monthly plan was too often for me so I switched my subscription to quarterly without any issues. Would recommend this to anyone who does not use them everyday and find the boxes piling up. And not gonna lie, the second reason was because they were offering a week's worth of free lenses on Facebook. I was unwilling to go back to my binoculars (I have very high myopia, 9+) and was frustrated, needed something super fast. Was running out so I thought why not give it a chance! Was quite happy with the free trial so I decided to stay.
My opinion of the lenses is that they're alright. They're not the "woooow" kind but they get the job done quite well for their price and I really appreciate that I don't need to do anything, they just show up at my doorstep every month! So far I haven't had any issues with infection or breakage and I can see properly. They do get dry occasionally but I think this heavily relies on your eyes, daily routine and environment. I work in a kitchen which puts massive strain on my eyes due to high temperature but I carry eye drops with me in case that happens. When I'm not at work they feel fine and natural, never even notice they're there. Sometimes there can be an odd lens or two but it's not often and with the schedule I'm receiving I always have extra on the side.
I love that I can request earlier delivery if I need to or change my address. Never had a delivery issue so far although sometimes they did take longer to arrive, up to 8 days, which not sure if it was them or the postal service. Never had to contact any form of support so can't say I have an opinion about that. But all in all I'm happy with this brand and will stay a customer. I have been using Hubble contact lenses for a couple of years now. They arrive on time every month so I am guaranteed never to run out. I wear them daily and find them to be very comfortable. Hubble have excellent customer service. When I need the prescription changed all I need to do is email Hubble and they change it for me immediately. Any queries are dealt with in a very timely manner. With them being delivered through my door monthly I don’t have to worry about trying to find the time to get to an optician. I have been getting contact lenses through them for 2-3 years now. I've been wearing the same dailies for over 2 weeks now as a result of the following experiences: My jan contacts never arrived. It is now mid-February. I reached out over 2 weeks ago and explained the situation. With any other subscription I have received for years, they generally send out another box free of charge. Not the case here but that's fair, I agreed to pay for another box with expedited shipping. They said it was too late to send out that day but they would the next day. Notification of my CC charge came through my phone.
Week later, no contacts. I contact them and they say I never approved the invoice so they withdrew the charge without communicating this to me. Now I'm frustrated. This is a week into wearing the same dry dailies that are made with old technology. I approve the invoice. 4 days later, still no contacts. I check my account and even though my card had been charged, it did not register the order. I contact them again. The next day, I get a helpful representative, but she lies and says my order was sent out days ago and that they aren't responsible for how long it's taking. I check my tracking number and it was sent out today from the warehouse. I tried to cancel my order, but there is a small window of time that you can call and cancel. I will try to cancel tomorrow. I signed up for Waldo instead; apparently they're around the same price, better technology (contacts are more breathable) and it seems like their customer service is better.

I have used Hubble for around two years now and found them to be reliable and easy to deal with. Of all the companies that I have used over the years Hubble have been the best, even when there is an issue. I recently did not receive a delivery and Hubble promptly resent my order. No fuss No faffing about, just great customer service.

I have tried many contact lenses in my time, ranging from the very expensive to the cheapest on the market. Hubble Contacts are the perfect match for me, both in quality and price. I found other brands often went cloudy by the end of the day, or irritated my eyes. These do neither (other than if I’m tired, which is no fault of the lenses!). The online system, delivery and packaging add to the faultless experience. A great find in my opinion???? Ordering contacts through Hubble takes one thing off my to-do list - which I really appreciate. They come reliably every month and the price seems fair. I'm really happy with this company and have been using for at least 2 years now. Always arrive within 3 days of payment. Comfortable lenses, good packaging. They last all day and evening without drying out. The only negative I can think of is that sometimes the lenses are packed inside out and if you don't check they feel uncomfortable, but removing them, flipping them and putting a bit of solution on them and they're fine. Customer service is also very good, had a seamless experience when I wanted to change my payment date, unlike Waldo who I left to join Hubble. Have loved getting my contacts through the post from Hubble, after an initial teething trouble of the next box not arriving soon enough, the service has been smooth and flawless and I have had absolutely no problems with the lenses themselves. Really happy with the service, it is easy to join and manage your subscription online. The daily contact lenses are very comfortable compared to other brands I've used. It's great that it's a rolling subscription that just gets posted through my door each month. Would definitely recommend. I signed up to Hubble because I found that high street retailers charge a fortune for my prescription, I was offered a free trial box and instantly loved how they felt. The delivery was quick too. I signed up and have been with Hubble for about 3 years, I pay every payday and within 3 days I have 30 new pairs delivered and I’ve never had any damaged parcels. If I haven’t used them up I can take a holiday for the month which is great! Would highly recommended Hubble!

I have bought my son's contacts through Hubble for a while now and the value and service are second to none. Any problems with the delivery and Hubble customer service will quickly rectify. They always arrive on time before he runs out no going into town and facing queues and waits for them. Ordered in now. We just wait for the delivery. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wearing contact lenses for quite a while now and based on my experience the ease of using Hubble has really made it worth it for me. You don’t have to worry about running out of lenses as they just come through the post, it’s also super easy to delay the next batch you are sent if you have contact lenses built up (which I often do as I try not to wear them every day). The contact lenses are fairly cheap but the quality doesn’t seem to have been sacrificed, as they are comfy and I am able to wear them all day. I did once have a problem whereby a couple of lenses in a pack were split - however I contacted Hubble and their customer service was super quick and I was very satisfied with how they dealt with my complaint. Overall I’m super happy with Hubble and will definitely be using them for my lenses for the foreseeable future!

I have been using Hubble for over a year now, I've had to change my prescription in that time too and it was really straightforward. I find the quality of the lenses to be on par with other more expensive daily lenses. It's really easy to skip a month if needed and the delivery is always prompt - great that the box can fit through the letterbox too without lots of excess packing. Would recommend to anyone. Been happily using Hubble contacts for over 2 years now. It was easy to set up and has been easy to use during my time with them. The contacts themselves are fine, never really had an issue with them. Unfortunately they don't fit through my door's post slot as intended... but not much can be done about that! All communication I've had with their customer service team has also been great and responsive, so would happily recommend them to others.

Hubble is a lot cheaper than my previous contact lenses supplier, really easy to order and receive although I don't get them as quickly as my previous supplier. (Delivery takes approx a week.) Only negative I'd have is for recurring delivery options, they don't seem to align with me using the contact lenses daily, I either end up with too many at the end of the month or run out! Great service means everything is simplified, no issues and thus no need to contact their support. The account is easy to access and I can easily change my subscription if needed. Good quality contacts too. All in all, great place to buy your contacts.

As it goes, I've been wearing glasses for several years now and have wanted to try something different for some time as I'm tired of having to relentlessly clean my glasses, smearing god knows what chemical all over them. I figured I'd give Hubble a go as they seemed reasonably priced and the free trial offer was tempting, order number #**. However, it was from there it went very wrong, very quickly. After ordering on the 29/10/2019, my lenses didn't arrive until the 13/11/2019. On the 14/11/2019, I'd been charged for another full months worth of lenses, before even having taken the trial lenses out of their box.
Subsequently, I requested a refund for these lenses only to be told that if I've been charged, it means they've been shipped and can only get a refund after they've been returned of which they provided a returns label. So, the full set sent prematurely and shouldn't have been charged, refund impossible until they've been returned and received and it's all Hubble's fault.
18/11/2019, the full 60 lens set arrives and is swiftly returned on the 19/11/2019. 12/12/2019, I contacted Hubble to find out where my refund is and on the same day I get a scripted response saying they're still waiting to receive it after nearly 1 month. 30/12/2019 I email again, asking for my refund and I get the exact same scripted response on the 31/12/2019 saying they're still waiting to receive the return.
It's now February 17th 2020 and still no refund. Obviously, the parcel has been lost or they're refusing to refund. Either way, the label they provided cannot be tracked as there's no tracking number. So not only did they take payment for something they should not have done, they also provided an inadequate returns procedure and refused to refund without proof. So I'm £27 short with nothing to show for it. Complete scam.

They do not allow you to cancel the subscription online and you MUST call so the email team is useless. They Do not email you until 9-5, charged my account at 1am, called the next day and was told it was "too late" to send a refund. Basically stole my money by charging me for the contacts before I was able to actually even try them out since I literally received the shipment of the 10-day trial lenses only one day before being charged for a whole month's worth. ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE. Not even worth it, Waldo was way more convenient.

I never thought I would wear contacts at all until I heard about Hubble's $1 trial box. They deliver right to your mailbox so there's no need to go to the post office. The frequency of delivery can range from every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks, but you can change the date of your next delivery to outside of that timeframe. I prefer daily contacts because I find them more hygienic. Packaging is cute, minimal, and recyclable! One suggestion to improve transparency is an email to advise when your contacts have been ordered and your credit card has been charged. Hubble Contacts are great contact lenses! They fit well and are priced well, especially for a daily contact lens. They have nice packaging and arrive in a relatively quick manner. Where they need improvements is on invoicing. Every single time I receive new contacts, I need to write to Hubble to get the invoice, so I can submit it to my benefits company. It would be incredibly helpful if the invoice was included in the box or emailed when the order was placed. Thanks! :)
