All great and nice staff. Forrest, Kim, Sean and John were great techs and helped make it fun and gave someone to talk to when I needed it. Elle was great, awesome attitude. Nurses were nice and helpful. Sabrina was fabulous.

Awesome and loving staff. Very caring and willing to help. Ideal place for people coming off drugs. Sabrina and El and Ms ** were game changers on whether I stayed or leave. Mark and Nicole were great when I was frustrated and really helped me with my detox.

My therapist did a great job and I was very satisfied. Intake technicians very professional. Ms. ** went out of her way to help me with anything I needed. El was also very professional and energetic and happy. Mark made sure that I got to every appt. and answered any questions in a professional manner.

Very good detox, helpful and very friendly. Amazing staff that helps you out so much. Ice cream and food available all during the day. Tons of activities and meetings that are helping. Help is always there for you no matter what.

Staff was very friendly and always helpful esp Mark, Rose, Sissy, Tamra, El and John. The medication taper was helpful and the facility was always clean. I like the fact that cigarettes were given out everyday for going to group.

My stay at Detox of South Florida has been a great help along the way to my recovery as it is a daily process. Just one day at a time and the help here has been doing a great job to help me with everything that is going on With me.

Since I've been here which has been about two days I feel like I have been treated fairly and the staff seems to be professional and at the same time are nice. They are understanding of what we are going through and treat everybody the same as long as patients haven't been disrespectful.

I have been to 4 Detoxes prior and this is by far the best yet, from the moment I walked in the front door till my last day. The intake process was quick and painless. The medical staff was very helpful and attentive to all my needs and addressed any questions or problems that I had. The tech staff made my stay at Detox Of South Florida easy going and was always there for my every need.

Staff here was very pleasant. I have no complaints about procedures. The food was good also. The nursing staff always followed policies set in place and was very nice, also the doctors. And Rose the tech was wonderful throughout my stay.

This place was amazing. Staff comforted me and checked on me to make sure I was ok or needed anything, Meant a lot considering what I went through before coming here! The food was amazing and I loved the fact we did groups especially that both NA and AA meetings were brought to us! And all the arts and crafts I was able to do was very therapeutic!

They went above and beyond for all my needs. They were kind, care and treated me with respect and kindness. I would recommend this detox to anyone saying that they're great. I loved the nurses and all made my stay the best.

This experience was extremely helpful for my mission to get clean and sober. All members of the staff are always polite, respectful, and very caring for our every need. Techs here are wonderful. Mary Ann is so patient. I was the first intake she had done since starting her job here. It was 4 am, but she was in great spirits and we still had a good time. The night tech Mark (there are two) is hilarious. He really made me feel welcome. And the day tech Mark, his Christian values, are wonderful. He is always talking about his love of God, but I never once saw him look down on someone for having a different belief. Totally recommend. Would come back but hoping I don't have to!

My experience at this detox facility has been the best thing for me in my life. It has got me to the point to where I can think more clearly and am going to now be able to focus that much more on my future day to day recovery. I have not only gained wisdom from the counselor, therapist, and Doctor; but also the techs.

Mark ** and Deforest ** both did exemplary jobs as behavioral technicians. Not only did they continuously keep me in high spirits throughout my stay, but both made sure went out of their way to make sure my time here was as comfortable and copacetic as possible. The entire medical team handled themselves professionally as well and out of the many detoxes I have been to I believe this one to be the best overall.

The care I received at Detox of SF was the best. The staff, from the doctors, nurses and techs, all were so caring and made this experience as painless as possible. They really care and it means the world. They listen to what you have to say and your needs and go above and beyond to help in any way possible. Mark especially, was amazing. I'm so thankful for all they have done to help get my life and also my friend's life back. They even let him come here as a scholarship when his insurance wasn't accepted. I highly recommend Detox of SF to anyone struggling with addiction.

Every step of the way including pick up at the airport, everyone has been extremely nice and very through. All the staff makes sure you understand what will happen at each level. This is very reassuring because most of us have a lot of anxiety coming into this process. Day or night if you have a question they will answer it.

Every single member of the staff from the techs to the medical staff was extremely helpful. Every need I had was met promptly. I can't recall all the names of the techs but every single one was genuinely great. They attended to my needs and put a smile on my face. I'm very grateful for everyone at the facility. The food was also amazing, big thanks to the culinary staff. This is a great facility and I'm grateful they saved my life.

My experience of Detox of South Florida was very comforting. The staff was always considerate of all clients' well-being. And they were very concerned on how our daily routines were going. Not anyone of them was against lending an open ear regardless if their schedule seemed busy. If anyone is struggling with substance abuse and need help coming off of their addiction I highly recommend this facility for someone in need of a chance to better their chances of success. I cannot thank the staff members or facility enough for all their concern.

This place is very neat. A cleaning lady comes in to change all of the seats and towels daily. The techs are very kind and courteous and care about the clients. The doctors are very educational and help with knowledge and a proper medication taper. All in all I am very comfortable with my stay. I wish we had more detox like this of "Detox of South Florida."

I was detoxed comfortably and was able to talk to staff when needed. Groups were very efficient and the doctor was available to see everyday. I enjoyed speaking with my therapist and overall my stay at Detox of South Florida was great.

This has been one of the nicest detoxes I've ever been to and they couldn't have hired better techs such as Kevin to work here especially Shane. He made my intake process go very smoothly and other staff and clients made me feel extremely welcomed and I would most definitely come back. When I found Detox of South Florida I was in need of a lot of care and concern for my addiction. This is the best place I have ever been to! Honestly I wasn't expecting the level of care I received. The rooms and grounds were beautiful and very comfortable and clean. Kevin and Chris went above and beyond to care for me when I needed help the most. The staff is laid back and approachable but very professional. If a friend or loved one asked me where to go to get help, I can truly say I wouldn't recommend anywhere but DOSF. They have changed my life and I am grateful to have found this facility.

I've been to multiple treatment centers and detox. Bar none, Detox of South Florida is the best care I have received. The staff is compassionate and upbeat. The supervisor (behavioral health tech) Kevin is caring and works hard to make sure all patients are safe and well taken care of. I am grateful for this facility and hope anyone in need of detox chooses this place. The facility is clean and the food is good. I am a critical person and cannot find any issue to complain about. If you have any problem while you are here, the techs and Kevin help resolve the issue in a professional manner. If Roger Ebert was still alive, he would give Detox of South Florida two thumbs up! I am happy to be here and I know anyone that comes here will be happy too.

My stay here was great. They take care of you and make sure you're comfortable. The staff is awesome and food is great. TV's in the room with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are really on point. It is a very well structured environment and all the staff cares and gives great advice. They give you cigs so you do not have to go without if you are indigent. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of help including close friends and family.

Coming to DOSF has been the best experience I've had in my life. I was at a time in my life where I needed a lot of help in my life and they were there with open arms. Wendy, Nancy and Kevin helped me through a lot. And for that I am forever grateful.

The techs, directors, doctors, and nurses all treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. I would definitely recommend this detox to a friend because of the great treatment I received from this facility. Outstanding staff and facility.

The nurses and the techs and all the staff are incredible. They go above and beyond for all clients. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful George, Nate, Brenda, sissy Kevin were. Honestly am beyond grateful I met them.

During my stay here I have been treated very well and have been respected by every employee that works here. I've been to many other programs and have never been treated so fairly. It seems as though every employee actually cares about you for who you are and they all get the time to know and understand you for who you actually are, and they don't judge you just because you're an addict or because of your problems. Some of them even make you feel comfortable because they can relate to your problems and the lifestyle you live.

This is my first rehab and I can honestly say everyone was nice and respectful and they give you some great tools how to stay sober. They are very accommodating and are really concerned for their patients and I had to rate the 1-5, I would definitely give them a 5-star review. They truly care about the patients' well-being and are there to help in any way possible.

It's a very relaxing detox that medicated you comfortably. Their food is great - better than The Gardens and they will help you with cigarettes and hygiene products if you are indigent.

I can't even put into words how thankful and grateful I am. I'm a 21-year-old heroin addict that has been dealing with my addiction for almost 6 years. My family and friends have given up on me. They had cut me off my insurance in the beginning of 2016. So as a 21-year-old with no insurance nobody would take me considering I'm a scholarship. Detox of South Florida has taken me twice. The first time everything people told me went in one ear and out the other. The techs, the tech supervisor Kevin and the awesome nurses here are the reason I came back the second time. I felt like my life was over and I had no more chances left. I thought I was gonna be the addict that dies on the street and if it wasn't for Kevin I wouldn't be here today. They go above and beyond for their clients to make sure they feel comfortable enough and have enough courage to stand up and survive this disease.

The people that work here are very respectful and helpful towards my recovery and have my best interest.

The staff here are great. They are always accommodating. They definitely take care of you and show you they care. They give you the perfect taper so you're not sick when you leave like other places. The people behind the scenes that are great. They truly show that they care for each individual patient.

Everyone here is amazing. The staff is there for you with anything that you need. They actually care about you. ALL of the nurses are great as well. Brenda and Sissy the nurses are amazing and will take care of your needs at any time to keep you feeling well. The whole staff -- Shane, Al, George, Kevin, Roxy, Angie, DJ, Maggie, Cassy, Chapman, and Nicole, the cooks -- EVERYONE here is amazing and I would definitely recommend any of my loved ones to come here. And the doctors are great as well. They are very smart and keep you comfortable during your detox. I would come back here again and I have been extremely happy with my experience here. I give them a 20 out of 10!!!

Nursing staff has been helpful and attentive. Facilities are clean and meals are nutritious. Beds were a tad uncomfortable and some of the clientele were unruly. Overall it was a very positive experience and eased my withdrawals greatly. I would highly recommend.

From the min I walked in I was hopeless. The first Person I spoke to was Kevin. He made me feel welcomed and let me know how I'm not alone with my feelings. It will get better for sure. In the morning I was very sick waiting for the doctor and nurse Beulah made sure she called the doctor to give me something before I saw her. I have never been in a place that really cared about the way I was feeling and trying to do as much as they can to help me get back to myself. They kind of gave me my self-worth back. Tech Alsha and Olivia helped me through every little issue I had mentally. I almost feel sad that I can't do more treatment here. I'm not sure everyone's names but everyone who came into contact with me really tried to put their all into helping. It is very rare for places to have all these concerned people. I feel blessed and thankful they were here for me. I know I'm worth it now.

My stay in the Detox of South Florida was one of the best stays in a detox facility that I have experienced. Unfortunately I have had many different detox experiences, but this is one of the only facilities I would recommend to anyone. The staff was pleasant and cared for all my needs in a timely manner, the medical staff was very thorough with explaining my condition and what they were going to do for me, and lastly but mostly the food was on point!! Overall like I mentioned I was very pleased with my stay and I feel I have gained adequate care to move forward in my journey to recovery.

This place is amazing. The staff is so attentive and caring. My first day they helped me get everything set up and get my things in order. The whole next week they catered to my every whim and were personally concerned with how my life would be after detox and rehab. Activities were really fun and the food is really good. Very laid back which I think is good for a detox environment. All the staff are nice and welcoming.

Outstanding experience, people were great, concerned, and acted more like family. I am sad that I am leaving!!! I have never been to a place that cared about me so much, really sad to leave.

Thank God for all the people at Detox of South FL. They were all so very caring and nice to all of us. The food was wonderful also and the place was spotlessly clean.

Enjoyed it very much, everyone was so helpful when I first came in. They were always there to help 24/7 and it was my first detox. I was so grateful to come to a place like this.

Staff was nice, food was good... treated me well. The staff cares and catered to all my needs. The one recommendation is to look into hiring more people that have experienced detoxification and treatment themselves. Overall great experience, much more structured than other detox centers.

I absolutely loved Detox of South Florida! I've been to my fair share of detox/treatment centers and this one is BY FAR the best of them all!! All of the staff, from admissions to techs to the nurses&doctors, go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. They're all super friendly and welcome you as soon as you come threw their door. The therapists do whatever they can to help you get ready for your next journey in recovery. But the best part of it all is the food. OMG, it's so amazing! The chefs actually care and go out of their way to make sure you love each and every meal. Overall this place is wonderful, they make you feel like your at home and comfortable. I honestly have not one bad thing to say about this place, which is rare to find because every treatment center or detox has its negatives. I just really enjoyed my experience there and I would definitely recommend Detox of South Florida to anyone!! !

Everyone here needs a pay raise. This is the best treatment center that I have been to. Cooks are amazing. The staff was the most caring that I have come across.
