CBR's reps were great. They answered all my questions and they gave me more information than I really needed. We had issues during the delivery, but the biological father dealt with all that. All in all, I am extremely happy that I decided to go ahead and bank my cord blood with them. It's worth it and I tell people all the time about them, even if they don't ask. You get insurance for everything like your car and your house, why would you not do it for your child?

We had the kit and it was easy. I have two accounts because I have two children, one’s in June and the other one’s in July. Every year, it almost always ends up that I have to get on the phone with people instead of trying to pay it over the online because the two accounts are for two different kids. But that's not a big deal. I just get on the phone and we straighten it out, and pay for both at the same time.
