There aren't enough words to tell you how excited I am about my new smile! I'm currently 8 weeks in and can see a huge difference. The staff has been amazing; helpful & friendly. I love being able to reach out with any little question and getting an almost immediate answer. I love that I am getting a new, straighter smile as well as a healthy and whiter one! I cannot thank Byte enough!

I’m just finishing up my first week of using Byte but already I can tell it’s going to be great! They’re super easy to use and the Bright Byte cleaner makes it so easy to keep them clean. I can’t wait to see my results! Also they have great customer service.

100% would recommend Byte to anyone. The results are amazing and speak for themselves! Everything from the customer service to the product itself have soared above any and all expectations so far. If you’re considering it... just do it. I have used other aligners in the past and Byte is by far the best.

I previously utilized Invisalign and it was the most expensive and uncomfortable set of braces. Including the back to back visits to the dentist in order to fix any issues. Byte has been extremely easy to use. No complicated visits to the doctor, very self explanatory and easy method. If this is your first time trying clear braces, I highly recommend using Byte. It’s much less expensive I saved about 2000.00. I’m in my 6th week and the results are already showing. I can’t wait to finish the treatment. It’s looking very promising.

So far it has been a steady ride. While no one likes to be switching aligners every time they eat it is just something you have to get through if you want your teeth fixed! BYTE journey has been great, everything has worked smoothly for me. I am half way through my treatment and have noticed the change, although it has been very gradual. People do notice how white my teeth looks. Can't wait to see the final results!

With Byte everything from start to finish has been amazing. Customer Service is great. They always get back to you within 24 hours if not the same day. I have not started using the aligners for Byte, but I can speak to the process. The process of getting a treatment plan has been pretty easy. The first set of impression trays were too big, so Byte sent me another set free of charge. The customer service representatives were really helpful, and they walked me through the entire process. I should be receiving my aligners in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

I was a little skeptical about getting aligners, but I'm glad I did. Instructions were so easy to follow and Byte explains everything in detail – what to expect. It's amazing. I would recommend to anyone with a budget and who wants fast results.

Some minor discomfort along step five. It is difficult to wear the aligners 22 hours a day so I extend each step to 8 or 9 days and roughly 20 hours a day. I can see improvement at only step six. I am happy with the process overall.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with my aligners. The first pair hurt, but now I rarely have pain and my teeth keep looking straighter everyday. My family and friends even notice! My teeth also are getting whiter every week, can’t wait for the final look!

The shipping for both my impression kit and aligners were insanely fast! The customer service is by far my favorite thing. You can TEXT them! And they answer right away. I am halfway through my treatment plan and have impressive results already. I wore braces in my teens and my teeth eventually shifted making my bottom teeth crooked again. This process has been super easy from the impression kit, to ordering the treatment plan. For someone who doesn’t have health care, having access to this kind of service is incredibly cool. I pay a monthly payment, about the same as I was paying for my credit card, and I change out my retainer every week. It’s become a habit at this point. I’m so glad I finally decided to do this for myself.

When making the decision to try aligners, there were many companies to pick from. I did my homework and chose to go with Byte. I am so very happy with my decision, and yes, all the great reviews are absolutely true! I have 7 more weeks to go on my treatment plan and it has so far been very easy in every way. As advertisements stated, customer service is amazing. After hearing this multiple times and just dealt with a horrible experience with a competitor, it helped me do my research and order the impression kit. From this point, customer service kicked in. The impression kit hadn’t shipped yet, and I was contacted by Jazminn who thanked me for ordering the kit and what to inspect. During the shipping time she continued to keep in touch without being overbearing. Once the impression kit arrived she let me know what my next steps were going to be and what to expect once the kit arrived for review. Less than 15 days later, my results on the aligners came in and Jazminn assisted me with every question. Literally EVERY question. I ended up purchasing the aligners and I’m excited to get started and having the smile I always wanted.

When I started this journey, I was unsure about doing this online but it has been great and has worked wonderfully! I am also a dental hygienist so I strive for that perfect smile and Byte me has accomplished that! Thank you!

I'm very impressed with my results using my Byte aligners. There is no pain with these unlike wearing traditional metal braces which is a big deal to me, and the fact that I can take them out to brush and floss thoroughly with ease unlike with metal braces is a plus, I'm already seeing gradual improvement and I've only been wearing them for 7 weeks! And let's be honest the price of byte aligners is a dealbreaker! Especially considering I'll be at my goal smile in less than 6 months versus years with metal braces!

I am 7 weeks into my 22 week Byte aligner plan. I chose Byte because they offer the Hyperbyte, which helps get results faster than most other aligner systems. But it also eases a lot of the discomfort that comes when changing into new aligners. Even after only 7 weeks, I can already see a difference. As someone that formerly had braces, I was upset that my retainers were broken and by the time I had enough money to replace them, my teeth had shifted and I was told at the age of 27 I would need braces again. I’m someone who has a heck of a gag reflex and I was so nervous about the whole process of getting aligners. When I received the first box for the molds the trays were way too big for my mouth. I reached out to Byte and they immediately sent me out smaller trays with overnight shipping. Getting the molds done was WAY easier to do than I expected, and the videos were super helpful. The experience so far has been simple and easy. Very hands-on customer service, they reached out within a couple of days of submitting info on the site, then kept with me through the purchase process without feeling pushy. The impressions were a little intimidating, because the guards seem really big and I was afraid I was going to mess them up, but the instructions were easy to follow and I didn't need to do them again. I just got my first set of aligners in over the weekend, and everything seems to be going well so far. The only thing I'd like to see improve is to have a mobile app, rather than always going to the website for information and having to sign back in.

I absolutely love the customer service Byte and their team offers. Communication is nearly instant when having problems, questions, or concerns. The treatment plan is also very easy to understand. Love it so far. I did have to do the impressions twice though.

When I received my impressions kit, I had a bit of an issue with the molds but our rep was immediately available to walk me through step by step so I could get them done correctly. Updated on 09/11/2020: I was concerned with my progress, so I called and spoke with Shaun and he got me set up for a review. I had to do another impression kit and keep going until my smile satisfies me. :) I was impressed with the awesome customer service and the quick response.

My Byte advisor has been phenomenal. Throughout the process he’s been nothing but helpful which is a critical part of the process since this is the person you’ll interact with for entire length of your treatment. Having someone to guide you step by step makes the process seamless. One thing that stood out to me was I didn’t like certain aspects of my initial 3D image. My advisor quickly went back to the orthodontic team, showed them my concerns, and had a new perfect 3D image to me in less than 24 hours. Byte is doing is right!

My Son had a very large gap in his front teeth, he also had some teeth shifting and a weird bite. Every week, I could see a change and the result was amazing. My Son said the aligners were uncomfortable for the first night, of every week he switched, but he didn't have any pain. My son is on week 11 of 16 and His teeth look amazing (and whiter, just using the Bright white). I highly recommend this company.

I'm a month (4 weeks) into my journey and everything is going really well. The customer service is A+ and they even check on me just because! They send you the necessary tools to ensure your aligners are comfy. USE YOUR HYPERBYTE EVERYDAY! This has drastically minimized my pain and increased my comfort level. Also the brightening/ cleaning foam is wayyyy better than any teeth whitener I have used in the past! My smile is on a serious glow up journey!

I really recommend this to anyone with severe to mild crowding! The process was very easy, support was helpful and the price was fair. No need to worry about pain as the pacing of weekly retainers was very manageable. My are also noticeably whiter!

When I first got my kit, the size was too big. It took a while for me to get my replacement kit, but after it came in, it was all pretty much smooth sailing from there. My aligners are working great (Im almost halfway done.) Communication has been great and customer service is awesome.

I spent a year considering byte and throughout that process the customer service was great. I had it in my head it would change after I purchased but it did not. Customer service is very responsive and try their best to help and if they can't will get you to someone that can help. The one hiccup I had was that my week 4 aligners came cracked. I was sent replacement that was suppose to take 3 weeks but took 2. I am a behind on the top aligners now but no big deal because I had to wear them longer anyway.

Updated on 09/02/2020: My experience with Byte has been amazing. I recently just completed my 15 week treatment. I am blown away at how straight my teeth are now! My friends and family are always looking at them and telling me how pretty they are! I am very happy with my results and how hands on the care team was. I know that I am not the only customer they have but man do they make you feel like you are! Thank you for giving me the confidence to smile wide!

I have talked with several employees and have enjoyed each interaction. Each employee genuinely cares about my personal experience, they want me to be absolutely happy with MY NEW SMILE. They have made me more excited than I was before, which I didn’t think was possible.

Updated on 10/11/2020: Unorganized. Just received my second set of aligners that I was told I was not going to receive because they needed new impressions done. Asked about them and was told, "Oh yea I guess that order went through." This second set came in a flimsy box with no explanation as to why I have more aligners than originally planned.

Any time I had a question or concern Byte was right there to help me out! I cannot stress this enough how important customer service is. They helped through the entire process and now I cannot wait for my new smile!!

I cannot praise this company enough! My experience with my Byte advisor and the care team was superb! I had questions about my insurance coverage, and I received answers immediately. The kit came within just a couple days in a beautifully packaged box with very thorough instructions. After sending the kit back, my aligners were ready for me to purchase in no time. I am so impressed with how prompt, professional, and helpful this company has been. I cannot wait to receive my aligners in a few weeks!

I was pleased with how fast customer support responded when I needed adjustments to my aligners, and the aligners themselves were easy to take care of. My one issue is how they will sometimes chip while I'm asleep (due to me having issues with grinding my teeth in my sleep), which will occasionally lead to cracks, but besides that the aligners are great.

My experience with Byte has been a great has been wonderful. They walk you through every step that you have to take. Byte made it very easy & simple to do each process from how to do the impression kit down to showing how your smile turns out. Overall great job.

I have been wanting to try out some kind of teeth aligner service for several years, and finally gave it a chance. The hands-on, personalized experience from the beginning has been wonderful! It is quick, user-friendly and helpful throughout, I even have a person assigned to my account and he (Dan) has been so patient and helpful!

I did not really know what to expect. I have been unhappy with my teeth for a few years. One tooth on top seemed pushed in and my bottom teeth were shifting. I am at week 5 and really happy because I see my teeth moving already, excited.

Updated on 06/09/2020: This is my first time ever using any sort of aligners. At first I was nervous to begin the treatment. I was afraid that my teeth would not be as straight as I’d want them to be. I have one more month left and I can say confidently that my smile is illuminating. That’s all thanks to Byte.

When I was looking for options to correct my teeth, I was a little hesitant because everything seemed too good to be true. I’m glad I started this journey, with it being faster, easier, friendlier than other competitors. Customer service is the absolute best! They treat you like family and is the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

There was one person helping me the entire time. They didn’t pass me from place to place. He answered all my questions. Did not pressure me into purchasing it right away. I’m extremely satisfied with how prompt they respond and get back to you about everything.

So far I am on week 9 of my Byte aligners. The couple of times that I've had questions I have have received a quick feedback each time. So far very pleased with customer service. I've had a few weeks that my aligners were extra tight and I had to kind of move the aligners to fit. After a few hours I was able to take them off and put them on without much trouble.
