However, ADHD Advisor clinicians do not prescribe stimulants, like Adderall, or benzodiazepines, like Xanax. Patients requiring these medications are referred to in-person providers.
Does ADHD Advisor take insurance?
No, ADHD Advisor does not directly accept health insurance. However, it will provide an itemized statement that patients can submit to their insurance companies for potential reimbursement. Additionally, a patient can use their HSA (health savings account) and FSA (flexible spending account) funds to cover the costs of services.

Finding a provider, setting up the appointment, completing online information, to the appointment itself was all seamless. The whole process was quick and easy. It only took a couple of days the schedule. My only concern is a mixed one: The call was remarkably quick, but for an important diagnosis that gave me pause. However, the diagnosis confirms my therapist's expectation, and my own experience, so in this case it worked out.

I talked with Charles and explained my symptoms and my previous experiences with ADHD. He was able to give me a letter of official diagnosis, and now I can get back on my prior prescription and go back to normalcy. Charles was professional, polite, and helpful for the whole process.

Terrible company. They canceled my appointment 20 minutes before it’s due and then tried to reschedule me 4 days out from now. I only picked this company because it said they had availability for the next day. They took my money and lied. I don’t recommend this company at all. Terrible service.

The doctor Joseph ** asked for a medication verification, which I had, but would not help me figure out how to get it to him through the app. I have been being prescribed this medication since 2018. I had what he wanted, and instead of helping me get the medication verification to him like he asked for, he cut me off and said he couldn’t help me and ended the Zoom meeting. Biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent.
