They would let me return it as long as I donated it but the Salvation Army couldn't come until November 15th this year. Then a month later, it seems like the back and neck problems went away and my body must have started to get used to it. The mattress is a memory foam while my old one was a spring mattress. I started to get more used to memory foam and now I like it more so I'm probably going to keep it.

The delivery was good. There were no issues with the mattress. It's heavy, but can be inflated quickly.
