I bought a Zinus mattress. It became DEFECTIVE and still under warranty. In fact, it's the second time I tried to seek assistance. I complied with everything asked of me. I took the pictures, etc. Zinus tells me because I did not have the receipt they could NOT help me. That receipt was mailed into them when I sought relief for the first mattress that clearly was defective. They do not understand this. I file a complaint against Zinus with the BBB. But they REFUSE to respond to the BBB. My dealings with ZINUS gets a THUMBS DOWN. In the meantime I have filed a complaint with the CA Attorney General's Office and at the time of the writing they are looking into my concerns. STILL SLEEPING ON THE FLOOR. THANKS ZINUS, NOT.

I was really excited when the mattresses arrived. I waited 72 hours to open the two rolled up spring mattresses that I ordered per the instructions on the outer box. After pulling the rolled up mattresses out of the box, there were no instructions to be found. My sister and I started to cut it open. I then noticed a sticker on the bottom and bent down to read it. Just as I read the words “high pressure” the mattress exploded from roll to flat in less than 1.5 seconds. It happened so fast all I recall is fighting back to avoid hitting my head but I lost all control. I knocked me 4-5 feet across the room whilst trampling me.
I penetrated my neck with a knife and hit my head on the wall. It was very scary and to this day I’m very thankful our two toddlers did not coming running by from the other room. Zinus was contacted twice with no real resolution. I begged them to add warnings and instructions to their packaging to avoid a situation that could be worse similar or worse than mine. They didn’t seem to care and I was never contacted after making those calls.

In August 2018, I purchased the Zinus Memory Foam 12 Inch/Premium/Cloud-like Mattress, Queen size; the product has a 10-year warranty (replacement or pro-rated refund), per terms of purchase with properly supported base and mattress protector. Due to the poor construction of materials, the mattress began breaking down, contributing to significant back pain and loss of sleep within the past 14-months, well under the product’s warranty, and was releasing fiberglass particles into my home.
On October 11, 2019, I purchased a new mattress to replace the faulty Zinus mattress, and began the claims process with Zinus, informing them in advance that their product was being removed from my home, along with screenshots of verification from my building management that the mattress would be removed (at my own expense), screenshots of my order (both the new mattress and of their product), pictures of the faulty mattress with the protector and tags, and information on the Zinus brand support system and separate mattress protector required to maintain warranty.
The support representative did not review my submitted documentation, and responded with a canned general response asking for all of the information again, to which I requested further review. The representative “Michael” claimed he had reviewed the information and was aware of my request. I sent the original invoice purchase order as requested after twelve additional additional exchanges. Well after the mattress was recycled and removed from my home at my own expense (the company was aware of this), they requested additional photos of the mattress on 10/23/2019, days after removal.
On they requested the same photos previously submitted for a third time, and I informed them I would be submitting a complaint due to the handling of their warranty and faulty product after their failure to acknowledge and address my prorated refund under warranty after several emails and (12) items of documentation submitted. After sixteen exchanges, the representative refused to submit my warranty claim because of the mattress removal from home—I believe they did this purposefully to avoid issuing the pro-rated refund. Hundreds of individuals have similar complaints with this product.

I bought a Zinus twin mattress (Night Therapy 10" Supreme Pillow Top Spring Mattress - Twin) through Sam's Club online. It arrives rolled into a tight bundle, one unwraps the bundle and allows the mattress to "plump" into shape for 48-7s hours. One side of the mattress NEVER "plumped" and sags down about 2 inches. The mattress claims to be "very supportive." IT IS NOT SUPPORTIVE. I sank into the mattress right away. Aching back every morning.. I couldn't figure out how to file a return to Sam's Club, since I live about a hundred miles away with no way to transport a mattress. I left an unfavorable review on Sam's Club and Zinus contacted me, saying they would be happy to help me (they are not happy), since it was already past time to return it to Sam's Club.
This mattress is under 10-year warranty. I filed a complaint with Zinus on June 20, 2019. It is now October 15, 2019. I have made at least 3 complaint tickets and there are currently 29 pages of emails between Zinus and myself, with multiple requests for pictures -- including shots with rulers, even though the sagging can plainly be seen without rulers. Each time I take a picture I have to take the bedding apart and put it back together, which includes the mattress warmer which must be fastened over the bottom of the mattress, so mattress must be turned over. This results in my having sciatica for at least 2 days following that. They refused to reply to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I have told them if they asked for another picture, I will sue them for their obstruction and refusal to deal with my complaint. They DON'T need another picture to see the sagging. And, yet, today they asked for another picture. Worst customer support ever!

I ordered this mattress on September 3. As of September 28, FedEx tracking shows it has not even left the facility, so I’m guessing it won’t be arriving anytime soon. The website says that delivery will be 5-17 business days. In this day and age I can’t even imagine why it would take a month to receive a delivery. It’s not like it’s a custom made item. I will never order from this company again and if possible will cancel my order.

Haven't received the product yet, but it's been 2 weeks and my shipment of mattress cannot be tracked. Only response from support is wait 2 more days and this is happening for 3 times. Hopefully product would be good, but Shipping Experience is worst.

Zinus fails on so many accounts - they did not deliver their product when they said they would (fine), but when asked for an update, their staff was anything but helpful. Asking me to do things I already did, making me wait 48 hours before a response. They raised their voice at me on the phone. My guests had to sleep on an air mattress because they missed their commitments, and their response was to give me a 10% discount and implied that's what I agreed to. They asked me to DM them on Instagram, which I did, to which they did not respond, and instead, they blocked me on Instagram.

I don't think I've ever written a review before in my entire life. My experience with Zinus customer service, however, has been so frustrating and so disorganized that I feel the need to open this Pandora's Box. Before I begin, I want to say that I have not yet received my mattress so I can't comment on the actual product's quality. My good friend bought from Zinus and loves her mattress. It's also one of the cheapest options for a foam mattress out there, so overall probably a good deal. If I didn't think so I wouldn't be here writing this review, because I would have given up on the company a long time ago.
That aside, though, I have had a thoroughly nightmarish experience with their customer service team. Three days after my expected delivery date went by the FedEx tracking page stopped updating altogether. I waited a few additional days, in case it was a glitch, but still no updates and no mattress. At that point, I contacted FedEx to see when the package would be arriving. They said it would come "tomorrow" for three consecutive days until they finally admitted the package had been lost (I could write a whole other review ranting about FedEx, but I won't bore you with that here). Throughout that entire week, from Monday-Friday (the week following the Wednesday the mattress was supposed to be delivered and the Friday that the tracking stopped updating), Zinus had no information for me. They told me to stay in contact with FedEx, because they had no idea what was going on.
Finally, on that Friday, FedEx declared the package lost and I sent the FedEx Claim No. to Zinus. They said they would escalate the issue to their "Tier 2" team and get back to me within 2 days. They never did. I called again to check on the status. On the phone they once again told me to wait for a response from the Tier 2 team. This time I asked to talk to someone in charge of the case. They said no one was available but one of them would call me back in an hour. Spoiler alert: no one did. I called back 3 hours later and finally got a hold of someone handling my case, only to have them tell me, finally, that they thought the package was lost. They sent me an email telling me to "stand by" for the tracking information for a replacement mattress, which I thought was promising. Of course, it's been three days since then, and I've received nothing.
Further correspondence with them has gotten me responses like "Please wait until the end of the day tomorrow for your tracking information" for three days straight. Long story short, their customer service blows. Big time. And if you made it to the end of this review without hating me (or at all), I commend you. I would hate me too if I saw me like this. TLDR Zinus customer service is destroying me day by day and plunging me into madness.

Updated on 05/21/2020: We purchased 14” Cal King Zinus gel foam mattress about 8-9 months ago. Finding fitted sheets that fit and stay on this mattress has so far been impossible. We had to get suspenders for the sheets. Changing sheets is a huge pain. Try lifting this mattress and hooking up the suspenders when changing sheets. I wrote Zinus and “Angel” from Zinus customer service wrote back to go to a tailor and have custom sheets made! I’m writing Sams Club as well.
This is the worst possible customer service response I could have imagined. We had 3-4 different fitted sheets from our old mattress we replaced as well as we’ve purchased a couple more sets from different places. The corners lift up when you’re sleeping in the mattress. The sheets clump up. The mattress is comfortable to sleep on but really heavy to move when changing sheets and having to lift mattress to get suspenders on sheet corners. Frustrated with Zinus lack of care with their product not being a market standard size and not being helpful with sheets not fitting!!!
Original: We purchased a Zinus Cal King 12" gel foam hybrid mattress 2 months ago. We have 5-6 Cal King fitted sheet sets and none will stay on the ZInus mattress corners. When I contacted ZInus. They say my sheets (the Cal King) are the wrong size. First they said I needed a new mattress cover which we had bought brand new when the mattress was delivered. A Cal King cover. I usually have to pull the sheet corners back to cover the corners of the mattress at twice a night IF I don't want to sleep on crumpled up, wadded sheets. We have sheets from our old Cal King we got rid of when we purchased the ZInus mattress. Some are older than others and they all are different brand sheets bought at different online or local stores.
The Zinus customer reps deflected any input from me on that maybe the Zinus mattresses need a "certain sheet" and I wrote to see if they'd recommend a manufacturer that fits their mattresses. But, got no help other than make sure I bought a 84" x 72" inch sheets which is silly. That's what all Cal King sheets are. So, we're still wondering how to solve this. We just ordered sheet corner suspenders to try...for both the sheets and the mattress cover. We never had this problem with our old mattress we just gave up. So far, not a big fan of Zinus customer service. The mattress sleeps pretty comfortable...although I find myself sweating more than I did with our older mattress. I picked out the mattress saying it had a cooling gel in it. But, hmmm. Not so much.

I should have insisted on what I knew I really wanted. Like the mattress and frame, it is level firm just as I wanted, however, I wanted to order the taller frame and thicker mattress. Reason: All the blankets and coverlets that are made for the size mattress I have hang too low. Nothing fits without overhang flowing on the floor. I have to tuck it under or push the covers under the mattress, This has limited my options.. This happened because during ordering settings have a tendency to move from presets and or what you have chosen as I moved around the site making decisions. It was not till after the purchase did I realize the changes. I called immediately and they said it was already processed and could not be changed. Rather than go through the hassle Of returning I will keep this and purchase my next beds somewhere else.

Purchased a mattress topper, something that's not very expensive but still supposed to be warranted through the company. Less than a day in I noticed the topper was defective with tears in the foam, so instantly I got the email address from the inside information. Needless to say they have done nothing but give me the runaround about replacing. I provided photos of the item and the online shipping and order info as they don't seem to ship receipts with online order. Finally after a week I get a response saying they would be glad to help but I needed to provide better info and more info, so again I sent the same information. They replied that they needed a receipt, so again I explained that my purchase order online was my receipt, and now it's been another week and to my dismay, they have yet to respond again.
I have now since filed a complaint against the company with the BBB, not that it will do much good I'm sure, but whomever I am dealing with, does not respond to emails, and when they do they seem to repeat the same info. I have asked for a phone number to the company and they have failed to provide even that. Seems to me that if I could give them zero stars I certainly would. I don't think I have ever had an experience that was this bad regarding a warranty item ever in my life. And all I asked was for a simple replacement of an item that was under fifty bucks and they can't even do that. I definitely will never purchase anything that has their company name on it... Absolutely horrible customer service...

Zinus mattresses in my experience are no good. I bought a full-size mattress that showed a defect within a year. Believing in the 10 years warranty, I contacted the company and the after-sales was very very bad. They kept asking for more pictures and responded late and finally wanted a lot of my time. I never got any replacement either. Even after sharing a video of the defect, the examiner could not find any manufacturing defect. Very bad experience. Would never recommend if you want good after-sales. I will not recommend it to anyone.

I ordered a King mattress frame, a week later I inquired about the order status being that tracking showed it had been ordered but not shipped. I tried numerous times to call the 1-800 number to no avail - nobody ever answered. I kept my phone on to see how long - it was over an hour, the same song playing over and over.
I tried using the online chat, asking to check the status of my order. I kept getting the response that they were passing it off to Operations Management and that somebody would email me "soon" with a response. It's been 24 hours and still no response. I went with Zinus' website instead of thru Amazon bc it was a little cheaper, but I wouldn't recommend it, at least Amazon has customer support... I will never buy something through this company again.

Zinus has really decent products for the prices. Their mattresses have plenty of options and are really good. The biggest problem with Zinus if you buy direct, is they will ship thousands of dollars of furniture on Fedex without a signature required as part of an inclusive price. Almost all companies worldwide that ship merchandise with value over $100 will require a signature. In this case we bought about $4000 worth of furniture and it was all stolen because it was left in the driveway because nobody was home. Fedex is not liable, because Zinus has chosen to save a few dollars on shipping and enable Fedex to do this.
Zinus also is assuming all risk that the customer will receive all goods. And legally they just didn’t understand that. There are no terms on their website or receipt when you checkout on their website. So essentially every time something like this happens, it is a failure to provide goods sold. And we spent weeks with their customer service and management explaining it. They continued to be stubborn and kept pointing at Fedex. In the end our credit card company just refunded the money and they have yet to change their policy. I’m sure all customers would pay an extra $20 for peace of mind. Please be careful if you are going to buy direct on their website. Hopefully you can find somewhere else to buy their product like Amazon.

I purchased the smart base, steel bed frame in the twin/full size from Walmart. The frame is a good frame. The problem lies with the company. The box promises two brackets for attaching a headboard. They are missing from the box. And were mistakenly not packed at the factory. When I called the company to ask these be mailed to me I was given the runaround and told that they couldn't verify that they were to be included. I provided pictures of the box showing that they were promised. I also provided pictures of the product number, the receipt of purchase and pictures of the instructions as requested and still I was refused the parts that are missing. The company is hard to deal with and won't honour their product warranty or promises.

Zinus may have a good product but their customer service let me down in a big way. When ordering a mattress at their website the site lead me to believe delivery would be less than one week. After the order was placed and my card was charged I discovered delivery is 7-15 days. I called customer service right away and requested expedited shipment. I was assured this would be handled but it was not. The order was shipped regular and even thought I had it shipped to a business address. They listed it as residential. I know they offer 100% return policy but that does not help as now I have to find a mattress locally as it’s needed before the schedule deliver date. Order # **.

I bought one Mattress and my name was actually chosen to receive a product of my choosing. I chose another mattress for my daughter and son in law. After a few weeks my son in law is in pain from it being too soft. The old bed is long gone. Zinus and their touted fabulous Warranty/Exchange is not available because I won the product. Even though the product is unacceptable. I wish I had read all these nightmare reviews prior to ever getting involved with this Company. DO NOT BUY FROM ZINUS.

Extremely disappointed. Bought the mattress, and in time, it is bent in the middle like no-one´s business. I went through the process, and it turns out that they say "they don´t want to provide me a shorter warranty period than the 10 years they offer." The label in the mattress states that it was made in November 2013. Therefore it is under warranty. But it is defective. But they "cannot" award the warranty. I have no way of finding the proof of purchase and the seller has even provided a statement that they cannot go back the 4 years that we need to process the replacement. I am not asking for money back. After a month of back and forths. So they don´t want to provide me "a shorter warranty than I deserve". They just refuse to provide any warranty at all. And they call this customer service?

I bought a Zinus mattress to go in my couch. The price was only like 99 dollars. It has great support and no springs and is cool and not hot. It also folds up into the couch nicely. I would recomend.

I really think I made a terrific choice in buying two of these mattresses. This mattress is comfortable and sturdy. I have had it three months and only in cold weather but it seems to be temperature pleasant!

Ordered a twin mattress from this company on 2/20/2018. By 3/14/2019 they still had not shipped my bed and were not responding to calls or emails. I finally received my bed on 3/28/2018, they never returned my calls or emails. Mattress that arrived was a queen, not a twin like I ordered. Between 3/29/2018 and 5/9/2019 I made multiple calls and send many emails before they finally replied and sent me a return form. Returned the bed and finally got a refund by 5/11/2019. 79 days. SEVENTY NINE DAYS I was waiting on this, still needing a bed the whole time. This company is TRASH.

Do yourselves a favor and don't order from Zinus website! You can get their products elsewhere, even cheaper and immediate delivery or pick up in Walmart for example. I made my order on Thursday Feb 21. Only after ordering I read in the email that shipment will take 7 to 10 days and had seen the same platform at Walmart.
So 2 days later seeing that the order status hadn't changed, I contacted customer service email. Then they magically provide a FedEx label, which only after contacting them appeared in my order account. Anyway, I couldn't cancel order because the label had been created, though there has never been any shipment history in 10 days!!! I have written to customer service a couple times about this issue and they keep redirecting me to this FedEx label number as if the order is indeed about to be shipped. They said it will take 1 to 3 business days for them to scan. Well it's now 10 days, 7 business days and nothing has changed.
This was the first time I ordered from zinus and it's my last for sure! I have no idea if I'll ever received this frame and customer service hasn't helped at all even though I contacted them early. Without any chance to cancel my order, but no platform to put my new mattress on, I have to now spend twice the money to buy a platform locally.

So four days ago bought a Slumber One mattress coil pressure relief. Ya right this is the worst mattress I have ever bought. I literally can not even sleep on it so I called them to try and get a return. "Oh you must take it back to where you purchased it." So I call and try to tell them what Zinus said and they will not return it even though it has not even been slept on. It has been out of the box. Yet their website states you can return within 100 days. Nope sorry. You must return to where you purchased. Well they won't accept it so now I am out 225 dollars because you are out here scamming people for the worst mattress ever. Kinda pissed off and I will never buy your product again and I will be telling as many people as I possibly can about this issue.

Beware this mattress! My 3 year granddaughter was playing on the bed and started complaining of hurting all over. Look initially looked like she was getting a rapidly spreading rash. On closer inspection I could see something shiny covering her whole body. Looked at the mattress and it was covering the whole bed! Looked at the label on the mattress and it says 64% glass fiber. I can't believe it's even legal to sell this product!

The Zinus return policy states, on their website, that the mattress can be returned within 100 days for a full return as long as there are no smells, stains, etc. There is a bolded sentence that states you have to contact them about a mattress that has been decompressed. It turns out, once you take it out of the box, they will not take it back. You have to find a place to donate it to and then send the donation receipt. While this seems like a environmentally friendly idea, there are very few (I haven't found any in my area) places that accept mattresses as a donation. The other option is to throw it into a garbage bin and take a picture of it in the bin to prove that you no longer have it in your possession. I wanted to post a free ad on Craigslist or other website and take a picture of it being driven off by a community member but that was not an option. This is just poor service. Bottom line, if you want to return the mattress, don't take it out of the box.

I bought this Zinus mattress because of the warranty. I purchased in my local store. When I arrived home unpacked it. Let it rise for the full 72 hours. Didn't rise all the way has unleveling throughout the mattress & is killing my back! Walmart won't take it back because it was opened & used. Zinus has been a nightmare .I sent the pictures now including this morning. 4X my phone carrier even sent them and said they received them. I just want my money back which is one of the options. The warranty is only a gimmick! I have been satisfied with my mattress for the last 10 months that I’ve owned it. However, recently I vacuumed the top pad with a light duty hand vac and it started to suck threads out of the mattress. Not just a few but long 4 foot strings. Looking closer I could see the thread surfacing all over the mattress in places I hadn’t touched with the vacuum. So I contacted Customer Support (which I have never done on any product before. The first response was to recommend a warranty claim. So I followed their lead and filed a support ticket, In it, I described in detail what I saw and gave my opinion that it was a manufacturing flaw that could just be batch related. I attached pictures of the issue. After a week this was my response;
“Thank you for contacting Zinus. For cleaning purposes, we recommend spot cleaning the cover with cold water and light detergent. Using a vacuum is not recommended as it can cause damage. For this reason unfortunately this is not covered by warranty." Honestly, I wasn’t fishing for a new mattress, I was just wanting an explanation about how a product 10 months old was literally falling apart when I lightly hand vacuumed it. I have a one bedroom apartment, exchanging that mattress would create more of a headache anyway. However, the response I got was a short, insensitive, and legal one regarding my dilemma and NOT one that should come from “customer service”.
I mean this is a clear issue. If the mattress is so fragile that running a hand vac over it destroys it speaks volumes about the quality. Granted washing it, I would use light soap as they instructed, but just getting the dust and dander off of it with a hand vacuum not a full-sized one, shouldn’t damage it... Certainly not the way I witnessed. It goes without saying, That I am very disappointed, since I chose to go with the underdog in buying this mattress in the first place. I personally would recommend going with some of the more reputable manufacturers as I hear they stand by their warranties... More than likely because their product doesn’t fail like Zinus’s did for me. Buyer be very very wary!

I purchased a bed from Zinus on Amazon in August. Two weeks after assembling the bed, I notice how poorly the materials have been machined. The three center support legs were poorly designed and could not properly hold the weight of two adults (less than 325 lbs) without loosening up due to a lack of support at the connection point. The bed dug into and permanently scarred my bamboo floors because the legs were angled during normal use. I rent my home, so now I will be out a security deposit, and a hefty one at that. Naturally, I went to get a refund and/ or replacement for the bed. Zinus answered me promptly at first, but when I provided proof of purchase they ghosted me. Two weeks pass, and at this point the legs at the foot of the bed literally snap, leaving the bed at 45 degree angle.
At this point, I'm sleeping on the couch and contacting Zinus daily with no response. I decide to reach out to Amazon for help. They send out a replacement and demand that I disassemble and box up the other bed to have sent back. This is incredibly inconvenient as the bed is 80 lbs and 10 feet long when boxed and I did not have the materials lying around to complete this task. So I go through with all of it. Source a box, take it apart. In the process my stereo was damaged beyond repair. Technically my fault, but 100% related to me having to take this cumbersome, heavy bed apart to return a frame that has snapped in half...felt unnecessary to have to send it in, but I wanted to play ball so I could get the customer service I expected.
Literally the day after I receive my replacement from Amazon, I hear back from Zinus and they say they're sending a replacement. I told them to cancel it, they said they couldn't, but that I could deny the package when it arrives. So I take a vacation day to intercept and deny the package. The package shows up a day late. I lost a vacation day based on their poor timing and problem solving. Meanwhile, Amazon sent UPS to pick up my return way earlier than they said they would and so I miss my window for the return pick up. So now I've got two massive boxes on my porch; one incoming, one outgoing. My house is so small that this was a big deal for my roommate and neighbors, not to mention myself.
Zinus asks me to send the outgoing package to them direct and they'll refund me for the bed. I do this and now they're stiffing me, refusing to refund me. This customer service team is the epitome of poor online buying experiences. No storefront to drive the bed to and just get it all over with. This process has taken over a month and a half and I have still not received my refund and I'm giving up. I can't put into words how frustrating this entire experience has been and how much stress it has introduced into my life.
I've spent hours on the phone, on customer service chats and dissembling and assembling this awful product. None of my qualms have been resolved in one or two correspondences. It is literally work to deal with this people. I highly recommend avoiding this company. They make poor to mediocre products and they do not have the infrastructure to take care of their customers when the inevitable happens and your product breaks or isn't what you expected. I'm giving the company's customer service a 1 star review, however, the product I purchased also gets 1 star due to the IKEA-like lack of quality. Poorly made, built to be replaced sooner rather than later.

We purchased this and opened it to expand. We smelled the chemical smell, but thought it would clear up. 2 weeks later my daughter can't sleep on the mattress nor in the room that it is in. She has complained of headaches and this morning, had to go the E.R. for a breathing treatment which may have been triggered by the smell. I'm taking this back. I'm curious and very concerned about what that strange smell is.

This memory foam mattress I purchased on Walmart.com for my new apartment immediately emitted an overwhelming chemical smell when released from its plastic packaging. The chemical release with odor ended up lasting for over SIX weeks even with windows open. I had sharp headaches, chest pain and my first ever bright red, peeling eye rashes with extreme swelling early mornings each time I tried to sleep on this mattress. I still had access to the studio I was moving out of, and had to sleep there for the entire month. Repackaging the product for Return is not possible, as it comes pressure sealed.

I've purchased 2 items from them in the past, a bed frame and mattress, and they're decent quality for the price. Happy with the purchase overall. Ordered a couch as well but decided to cancel the order. The issues come when it's time to talk to customer service. I cancelled the 3rd item I purchased from them 3 days before it was set to ship out. They decided to ship it out anyways. Told me to refuse the shipment when it arrived and I would be refunded as soon as they confirmed it was heading back their way. Instead of waiting days for it to arrive from the other side of the country, I called FedEx and was able to refuse delivery before it even arrived at their delivery center. FedEx immediately emailed Zinus about the item returning to them. Zinus took 2 days to 'confirm' (finally look at the email and call to confirm) that the item was indeed returning.
Don't give them too much credit, I called them and refused to let it go until they contacted FedEx directly. They now said a refund has been initiated, and funds will be back in my account in 2-3 business days. That was a full week ago. Thankfully I had email confirmation of that refund promise. Called once more to ask why I haven't seen the funds: "we'll have to submit your refund request to management for approval once we receive the item". Refused to acknowledge promised refund from previous discussion. Would not email me to give me a paper-trail of them submitting the (2nd) refund request or doing anything at all. Sent them one last strongly worded email describing everything, stating my intent to issue a charge-back in a week if they do nothing. Somehow I doubt I'll be able to get a dime from them without a charge-back.

It's less than a year that my husband and I have been sleeping on this 12" foam mattress. Odor not bad upon opening and comfortable at first. Now 9 months later I'm waking up with backache and rolling into the middle of bed. The mattress has been turned around with no difference in sleep. My husband gets up during the night due to heat and sleeps on a 15 year old mattress in another room. Sorry we purchased this foam mattress.

Here my history. I bought this Zinus Memory Foam mattress 12" on December 8th and was delivered by FedEx on December 19. My first red flag: The package was sended by Amazon RETURN CENTER (Can I assume was a product returned by somebody else?). Second red flag: The package was in a terrible condition. Third red flag: After opened the box and decompressed the mattress, came out a terrible odor and it smells really bad. My entire apartment smells of mold and mildew because of this mattress. I have almost a month (01/02/2019) and after several calls to Amazon finally they gonna pick up the mattress tomorrow. The mattress never took the size that suppose to be (12") and the mildew odor still terrible at home. Finally I'm really surprised Amazon still selling this brand. I wished read all reviews on a different websites before entering to this nightmare. I think Zinus should be investigate under The Consumer Protection Act.

I ordered a bed frame and mattress thru Costco. It arrived on time but my room remodel wasn't done so it was stored in my garage. When I did finally get to installing the bed I was impressed by the clear instructions, ease of assembly, and quality of the product. All tools and fasteners required were included. There were no flaws in the materials. The mattress had a slight odor, which is mentioned in several other reviews, but it dissipated in a few hours, and it's winter here, windows closed. I'm a furniture engineer and appreciate well designed and manufactured product. I will recommend this to friends.

I ordered a mattress during Zinus's Black Friday sale. I understand they got a higher volume of orders than they expected and shipping is taking long. BUT FedEx lost my package. Dealing with FedEx and Zinus has been a nightmare. In mid December I emailed Zinus after my order was a week past the delivery date with no tracking updates. That first customer service representative told me a new order would be sent to me and a new tracking number would be sent. After not getting a tracking number after 3 business days all my emails went unanswered.
The following week I left voicemails after calling. None were returned. One call when I actually got through. That customer service rep told me there'd be nothing she could do until December 28th because that was 15 business days after my package stopped tracking. WTF. Who counts shipping days from when a problem occurs and not from when the package left the warehouse?
I sent another email the following week and that customer service rep told me FedEx lost my package and they'd be sending out a new one and that I'd get the new tracking number sent to me in 3 business days tops. Now it's past three business days and again I have no tracking number. No one is returning my calls, picking up the phone, or returning my emails. Their customer service is a nightmare, there's a reason other mattresses of the same type cost more. It's probably because they pay and staff a competent customer service team.

I ordered a king size bed from the company on November 29th. I have yet to receive it and today is December 20th. My credit card was charged. Every time I ask about my bed I'm told someone will email me. Now I think they've changed the settings so that whenever I call, their system requests that I leave a message. I did email their customer service department twice, as instructed on their website and during my 20 and 30 minute hold times, but I have yet to receive an email back. Please do not order from this company.

They keep on telling that upper management will revert back to me regarding the order and still no reply and I get the answer every time. I have had the green tea foam mattress for 6 days now. Upon opening it there was hair and seeds in the mattress. No big deal. I take it outside - I let it air out for two days then I bring it inside and let it air out for two more days. My house still smells terrible and now my son won't even sleep on it so we have a useless mattress now. I have regret purchasing this. I wish I would have read the reviews first. My bad. Big mistake - big big mistake. I hope this review could save someone else from the big mistake that I made. Please do not buy this mattress. Spend a couple extra dollars more and buy an American-made mattress that does not smell this bad for I have many family members that have foam mattresses don't smell this bad.

I ordered the King-sized cooling hybrid mattress (memory foam on a mini-spring base) and have been blown away by the comfort and quality of sleep I have been getting. Keep in mind I am coming from a lower quality spring mattress from one of the big American retailers, but either way I did shop around and try out a Tempur-Pedic and Sleep Number at a store in our local mall. My Zinus mattress is just as good (if not better) at a fraction of the price. I think I paid about $350 after a coupon which is unheard of for a king. I could not be happier. People complaining about the smell of the green-tea mattress need to air it out for a few days LIKE THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY. The cooling mattress I purchased did not have any unpleasant smell, only that it smelled like new shoes - not a bad thing to me.

I purchased a mattress from Zinus the early part of this year. Overall, customer service and delivery was fine. No issues. The comments about the odor are spot on. I followed the directions to let the mattress air out because of the compressed gas which helped some, however I added some dryer sheets to the head of the bed under my mattress cover to help the odor dissipate. The issue for me is the comfort level. Mattress is way too firm and I was in such pain that I had to stop sleeping on the mattress. Couldn't donate it as customer rep stated to get refund so it's in my guest room for now. Since purchased a mattress 5x the price but a good night's sleep and my back is worth it! Lesson learned. If your preference is a more traditional mattress, then this mattress is not for you.

Zinus' customer service is a joke. An assemble-it-yourself furniture company who can't supply the individual parts required for assembly to a customer after they shipped the product out with those products missing? I'm not talking screws you can easily replace at the hardware store, I am talking actual pieces of the furniture item. The person I spoke with on their customer service line just kept repeating there was nothing they could do, that I'd need to go back through the sales website they sell through's returns to send it back for a refund.
In essence, I was told to play "phone tag" between two customer service lines, neither of which could assume responsibility. Now at my great inconvenience, I am re-packing the entire bedframe I ordered, scheduling with a family member whose vehicle is large enough to take it to the postal service dropoff location, and being force to re-arrange my busy schedule because of their failure as a company to provide four assembly parts! I'd say buy at your own risk, because if there is an issue like this, there is no support available through Zinus. I cannot believe a company can't ship out the four missing brackets which hold the frame together which were missing from the package.
I am done with Zinus (for their total lack of support in not providing the missing pieces to a customer who has bought their products several times in the past) and with their relationship with the sales website I purchased their product through (for advertising a 'like new' complete product but delivering me half a bedframe then forcing me to return it at my inconvenience). I guess some "deals" should be passed up! They should reconsider who sells their products and how they package them, and at least make it easy on the customer. This is now my problem when it should be theirs. There was nothing wrong with the product, I just wish they had sent all of it. Makes me uneasy to ever order their items again or recommend to others.
I've had luck with their products in the past, but not since having to return a whole (and huge) item because somewhere between Zinus, their suppliers, their sellers, and my door, four parts were lost. And then to be told to talk to someone else, and that nothing can be done? I really hope they make a change in how they handle these sorts of issues from a customer support and distribution standpoint.

I was anxious after reading comments about chemical odors, since my daughter has seizures triggered by almost anything. On opening there was new product odor not unlike other items I've encountered. I aired the mattresses for maybe three days in an enclosed room, with a fan on sometimes the first couple days. The odor was pretty faint by the time I enclosed them in waterproof covers we bought, which we use for hygiene reasons and against cat fleas. In the last four months I've opened my mattress covers to check if they were indeed waterproof on three or more occasions, and I noticed the mattresses themselves had no odor. They are great and I appreciate the courteous treatment we've received from Zinus!

On July 30, 2018 I purchased the Zinus 12" Full Green Tea Memory Foam Pressure Relief Mattress for $243 via the Zinus website. The online order and delivery process went fine. The mattress arrived compressed and within a sealed plastic bag to keep its compressed form. I opened the bag and the mattress decompressed into the full mattress size. I noticed a foul odor coming from the mattress but thought that it was simply due to shipping or the memory foam smell. I slept on the mattress 1 night and noticed that the smell hadn't dissipated. It smells really bad and my entire apartment smells of mold and mildew because of this mattress.
I then looked online for other consumer reviews of this mattress and noticed other people who purchased the same mattress also noticed the strong mildew and mold smell. I called Zinus 3 times and left 3 different voicemail messages for them to return my call and to process my refund and/or replacement. Zinus customer service never answered their line NOR did they return any of my 3 voicemails. Long story short... do not order any Zinus products. They literally sent me mattress that smells like mildew and mold worth $243. I am now at a loss of $243. Zinus customer service does not answer the phone and they do not return voicemails. Do not waste your time or money.

I ordered a mattress and box spring from Zinus. I kept checking the status of my order online and noticed that the status was not changing as days passed. The system showed a printed label status for 3 days. Once I finally received a delivery date, I made arrangements to be home on the day of delivery. The night before my delivery I received a message stating that my delivery would be delayed by another 5 days. This was a huge inconvenience because I had family coming to visit. I tried contacting Zinus via phone, email, Twitter and online request forms. They never responded to my request for assistance.
I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Only after filming a complaint did I finally receive an email follow up. There was no phone call, no apology or anything resembling customer resolution. Just “we cannot cancel your order after it’s been shipped. We will refund you once you call to arrange return with Fedex”. I will never do business with this company again. Their customer service is terrible. You’d be better off going with Casper or by visiting a brick and mortar store to purchase your items. I now what to return this order that I requested be canceled before it was delivered. Incredible. Extra unhappy with this company.

I ordered a mattress and platform bed on 6/4/18. I received the mattress in a timely fashion, but to this day - almost 8 weeks later - I still have not received the platform bed. I can't even begin to tell you how many emails have gone back and forth, they keep asking me for the same information that I've already provided multiple times. 3-1/2 weeks ago I even spoke with a Zinus rep on the phone that a FedEx person did a 3-way call because I was getting nowhere with the emails. Still no bed has been delivered. To this day they are saying it was delivered and that I need to provide a FedEx Case ID # and an invoice, of which I've sent to them at least 2X, probably 3X. They now say they will refund my money, but it will take 2-3 business days to process. I really don't have much confidence in seeing my money refunded. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I think Michael J. Breus Ph.D. should be contacted about his bad advice about Zinus Mattresses. I purchased a 12" -- suppose to be plush -- Order # **. I called and talked to someone because the bed had two boxes and you could get it in either FIRM or PLUSH. I told them I could not check the plush box and they assured me I would get the PLUSH. The bed is so FIRM I cannot sleep on it. I have osteopenia and my couch sleeps better than the bed. I ordered it through Amazon believing that Michael J. Breus, Ph D would not be used by you if he was not credible. Now I am stuck with bad bed and no sleep and no money to order another bed. You need to quit using his advice as I feel he is in it for kickback from Zinus. And you need to make Zinus give the people they have wronged the bed they describe and refund everyone if they can't. They should be closed down.

12 inch King Cooling Gel Memory Foam: I took a risk of this company seeing many negative reviews but also having 2 family members that had a good experience. First of all, it takes a week or so to receive their product as FedEx does not pick it up right away and you will see that a shipping label has been created for several days. Upon receiving the mattress, I opened the box and plastic just a bit to see if it reeked of mildew as others have complained and found it was a chemical smell similar to wet paint. It has now been 4 days and the off gassing did tend to smell like mildew but upon smelling the mattress, it was just the off gassing thankfully and is nearly gone.
You will need to help with the off gassing by walking and jumping on it, opening windows and leaving the fan on and remember to turn it on its side as a good majority of the smell came from the bottom. I have slept on it and my boyfriend and I have had a great night's sleep and love this mattress. I never had to deal with customer service so I can't comment there but please understand that negative reviews are always around, but you need to focus on the quality of those reviews and find ways to prepare for a similar circumstance.

I never thought that a bed in a box would be a good mattress. This mattress has exceeded my expectations and this mattress is great. I could not believe but I would end up getting a good night sleep and my back doesn't hurt anymore. Sleeping on this mattress is firm yet soft. I'm a large woman and the springs hold up very well. I would recommend this mattress that is sold by Walmart to anyone, especially for the price...

I ordered a king Zinus bed mattress from Amazon. When I received it, the pamphlet said that it may have a distinct odor, being that it was from a box and vacuum sealed. I smelled a distinct MILDEW odor immediately. I brushed it off as the odor that the pamphlet had mentioned. One week later, I have a brand new MILDEWED mattress and I can’t sleep in my room. It is awful. Amazon did refund my money with no problems. I googled the brand of mattress and found that there are MANY complaints just like mine. Buyer beware.

I've never written one of these but based on my experience with this company directly, I figured I should. I was looking for a good bargain on a new mattress. I ordered a king sized 8 inch memory foam mattress for 130, the shipping was free. The next day; on 4/24, I received an email confirming the shipment for the order. It wasn't until Monday the 28th that I gave them a call regarding the shipment status of my purchase.
It still said that the shipping label was made but it was not on its way. I gave the company a call and when speaking to a representative she stated that she had contacted the shipping department and that she had to remind them to ship out my order because it should've been shipped out days prior. I also asked the representative when I should expect my order to be delivered. She said it should be delivered between Wednesday and Thursday. Thursday being the latest. Comes Wednesday and my shipping tracker still said the same thing, there was no progress.
So I gave them a call once again and the representative stated that there was an issue with FedEx scanning the orders into the system and customers being able to track their orders from Zinus. She said I was not the only one having this issue. I then asked if it was going to arrive that day or the following. She told me that the product should be delivered by the next day, the same as the previous person I spoke to. It is now Friday and I have yet to receive my package. I am able to now track my package and it is stating that it should arrive on Saturday by end of day.
I am very disappointed that the people I had spoken to assured me that my order was going to arrive by Thursday end of day and now I have to wait until Saturday. I guess it's not that bad if you have a mattress that you're sleeping on right now and you're just waiting for the new one to arrive. But in my case I moved to my apartment on 05/1 expecting my mattress to get here by then or maybe the day after.

I ordered 2 full size mattresses from Zinus. I opened upon receipt. Both reeked of a mold, wet dirt smell. Assuming it was off-gassing, I allowed them to air out for a few days, the smell never dissipated and triggered an allergic reaction in 2 of my family members who have mold allergies. I contacted Sam's club.com where I ordered the mattresses in which they sent 2 new replacement mattresses, which also have the same smell. I reached back out to Sam's advised of the issue, requested a pick up of the mattresses as well as a refund. I am now 3 weeks into this issue and still no pickup. I am unable to get a refund until these contaminated mattresses are retrieved. I advised Sam's you cannot repackage and resell these mattresses as something is seriously wrong with them. My house smells of mold and dirt due to these mattresses and for 3 weeks I have gotten the runaround that various carriers are picking them up.
Sam's reached out to Zinus, who sends a generic email advising me to go back to Sam's Club to handle. Sam's submits another ticket, First carrier was supposed to be MSD, no call/no show. Next, was to be Pilot, no call/no show, then FedEx who did come but will NOT take open mattresses and since they were cryovaced there is no way we are able to fit back in box. Now, we are back with Sam's looking to get MSD again. Still waiting and aside from my family members have a serious reaction our house now smells of mold and wet dirt due to the mattresses. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Read every recent review as these are also being sold on other websites including Amazon where there are numerous complaints such as mine. Do not waste your money!

I ordered the 13 inch Pressure Relief Euro Top, Pocketed iCoil Hybrid Mattress. The product is described as a "plush feel". I don't think that is an accurate descriptor; the springs in the mattress are very firm, and this is one of the firmest mattresses I have slept on in my lifetime. My primary reason for the poor review has been my experience with Zinus customer service. I decided to return the mattress and emailed Zinus for return authorization. It took customer service over a week to respond. I followed the return instructions (They asked me to donate the mattress and furnish a receipt of the donation). I furnished these documents on March 9th.
It's now April 7th, and I haven't received any response from customer service (or a refund), despite several follow-up emails. When I call customer service, I am routed to an answering machine. I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. I also left a negative review on the Zinus web site, but the web site moderator did not approve the review. All of the reviews on the Zinus website are 5 stars, and now I understand why!

I was looking up reviews online for Zinus beds when I came across this site. I had already ordered my bed from the Zinus website and got SUPER nervous after reading all of the horror stories with customer service, shipping and reading reviews saying the company is a scam! I'm here to tell you that I had a great experience with Zinus!
I ordered the queen 12 inch memory foam bed for around 185$. (CHEAP RIGHT?) The price already made me nervous but my current bed was hurting my back so I needed something else. The bed came in about 2 weeks in perfect condition. Last time I measured it came up to around 11 inches or so... and it smelled good! The mattress was such a good price I'm not going to complain if it didn't get up to the 12 inches, nor am I going to measure again because the bed is SO COMFY. I really don't care. I don't have back issues anymore and I sleep all the way through the night. I got a microfiber 2 inch mattress pad so I wouldn't sweat on the memory foam and I sleep like a baby on a cloud. I'd recommend Zinus to anyone! Paying 900 plus dollars for a bed is outrageous, in my opinion.

Spent $250.00 CAD + tax on an 8" Green Tea Foam Mattress that never got passed 6.25". The company Zinus never answers their customer service phone (800 613-1225) but has stupid greetings try to make you feel as if they cared. Completely ignored 3 voicemail messages and 1 email we sent, just to try to find out if we received the wrong product, or if the product is faulty... The stench gets on any blanket or sheet you put over the mattress and I am so disappointed and upset. OK, I gave them a chance, between Amazon, Zinus & even the so-called Rating/Certification? Org. which is CertiPUR I believe is the proper spelling. They Certify that Products with their Certs are Safe, & Free of Harmful Chems. Well, Not True. Apparently many who Review, as well as Certify do so totally Biased, In One way or Another. Do Not go by a Few Reviews or Use one Site for enough Honest Reviews, because it's clear by now too many Products ordered over past few years, to Current Last Purchase, these Reviews & Certifications are Biased. We purchased a product, a Zinus Mattress, A Queen Sized SO-Called Green Tea, sure, that should've been My 1st Clue, but I did Not buy because of Reviews, We bought because a Couple we know DID Purchase one of these, but a few months ago.
Obviously, a Different BATCH. These Products DO Come from China, the Foam IS Cured & Does Have Chemicals even though Certipur's Certification states, they are NOT harmful. Well, after 7 Long Days & Nights, with Thankfully the ability to have an Open Window, a Turbo Fan going entire 7 days & nights, & because I am an Asthmatic, I am though NOT the only one who is bothered by this Stinky, Not Tolerable SMELL. My husband who is NOT sensitive like I am, Also today tried to Tolerate it, & said, "WELL, that's a couple hundred in the Garbage". Because that IS where it will end up, being Picked UP for what they call a Bulk Waste Pick UP by Our Sanitation Co. While it's ONLY $234 Shipping was free. Good thing, if not that would be More Money Wasted. However, to a lot of people, $234.00 is a Lot of Money, it's still a Lot of Money for US too.
Would be for anyone to just Throw Away, Literally. The Co's involved have answered not One communication, Not ONE Email, Not One Question. The more I research now, After we had this thing Delivered, the More I see they are Not Customer Service Friendly, Nor are any of the REST of the Co's involved, or the "Certification Org". I originally placed an order for a twin size mattress and a twin box spring for my daughter. I decided to go a different direction for these items and canceled my order about 15 minutes after submitting it. I reached out to Zinus at that time and told them to cancel it. Two days later, I received a shipping confirmation e-mail and told them DO NOT send these items, this order is canceled. No response. Still received the items. I have reached out several times to getting a shipping label to return these with no response. I have even left them a voicemail on the answering service, since you cannot speak to a live human. I would NEVER order anything from this company again as I am still waiting for a refund and a shipping label 3 weeks later.

I purchased a mattress and frame set through Sam's Club's website on 2/17/18. It said it’d be delivered by 2/28/18, so of course I was ecstatic. Cheap and fast delivery! I only get an email showing it was purchased. Fast forward to 2/22/18, I receive the corner covers of the bed frame. Still good, I’m trying to be home from work to make sure I’m there to receive the bed. It is 2/29/18, it says that the delivery is ‘pending’. I’ve been emailing them since and trying to call but my emails are never answered and the phone states to leave a message. No one ever picks up.
Then on 3/2/18, the rest of the frame got delivered. I check the status again and it shows that it already got full delivered. I call Sam's, and to Sam's it shows that everything was delivered on 2/22/18; when in reality only the corner covers were and then the full frame on 3/2/18. I have called Sam's Club as well, and the rep called FedEx and they state they haven’t even been given the bed so of course they can’t deliver something they haven’t received. I’m going to give them another week, if no success then I’m going to dispute through my bank.

I had specific questions about Zinus platform beds. I tried writing them. After about 3-4 days I received a form letter response saying there was a glitch in the system, when clearly my question appeared in that same email. I noticed their location is only about 1hr away from me so I called in the morning. I got a message saying to leave my number and they would call me back. It has been about a week and no call. I will not buy anything from a company that does not even respond to questions about their products.

I ordered a mattress set through Sams.com. Seemed like a good deal. Boy was I wrong!! The only thing that was delivered was the box spring. A label had been created for the mattress itself but no one can tell me why it hasn't been shipped. I received a computer generated email from Zinus saying they were investigating. No one will answer the phone or return my phone calls!! They have NO customer service!! I am 9 months pregnant and I just wanted my mattress before my baby arrived!! We are trying now to get a refund from Sam's club so that we can go out and buy a mattress. I will never never use this company again. I feel like I'm getting scammed!!

Expected my mattress and frame to be delivered on 2/14/18. I was excited to have my frame delivered a day early but it was missing pieces. I notified Zinus on 2/14/18 with no response after a week. I called and was told their email wasn't working right but I had to submit my issue via their online portal. I did this and the next day I received an answer on my original email telling me that I had to submit a copy of my invoice for proof of purchase (supplying the invoice reference # was insufficient) as well as a detailed list of missing parts (by guess only even though I had already done that).
I then received a response to my online submission about a week after that and finally... I got another response that they would send me a new frame, I could select the missing pieces, and then repackage and send back the remaining parts in a pre-paid package. Since then, nothing. I have emailed Zinus 3 more times and still I have nothing but a mattress on the floor. The mattress, by the way, is solidly average. Good price but it isn't amazing and nothing I would buy again. Very, very, unsatisfied and will never use them again. Ever.

Ordered our mattress on 1/17. When ordered it said that the mattress would ship in 3-5 days. We got an email saying our order has processed. A couple days later we received tracking info including a FedEx tracking number. It’s been 10 days now and nothing has changed. The order never got passed the shipping label being created. Contacted customer service via email. Received a blank response. Asked for a refund. Still no response. Worst company ever.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Experience!!! I ordered a King Mattress. I never received an email notification. A few days went by and I decided to call to find out the status of my order. They gave me a tracking number and the status of the order kept saying pending for a week. I called FedEx and they stated that the manufacturer never sent the order out. I called Zinus and they said the order went out. I called again and let me add that it takes at least 15 minutes to get someone on the phone. She had told me that they had factory issues and some orders went out and some did not. Mine did not. She said a project manager will get back to me but they are behind on their tickets.
The customer service rep wanted me to create the ticket after all of the problems I already had. I said, "I am not doing it. It is your job". I then came to my senses and said "I want a full refund." She then said, "Ok" and hung up on me. I called back and had to wait another 15 minutes. While waiting an email came through that said I was refunded $34.20 when the mattress was $342.00. I finally got the same person on the phone and they said they would issue me the remaining amount but it will take 2-3 days. I am hoping that it comes through and am quite nervous about that. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with a company in a very long time. Do not waste your time or money on them.

They will not respond to contact attempts. I ordered a mattress 13 days ago, still not shipped, still no response to my inquiries. This company is absolutely horrible. I don't just have money to go out and buy another mattress and wait to be able to get a refund for this one. It looks as though I will be sleeping on the couch for another month because of the lack of customer service and timely delivery. This company deserves to fail hard. Reported to BBB as A SCAM.

I placed an order for a mattress on Feb. 6. They removed money from my account the same day, however, I have yet to receive any email confirmation. I assumed it was a mistake so I tried emailing and calling customer support. The calls were useless. I called multiple times throughout the week, and not once was there ever an agent to take my call. Email was also useless as my question was met with an unhelpful, automated type response. I have left messages and have had no type of response. I have no type of order number, or a bed to sleep on and I doubt they will ever return my call, so I'm out on my money as well. Awful company, awful customer service. Will never order from Zinus again, nor would I ever recommend anyone use this company.

I ordered a full memory foam mattress with Zinus on January 18th, got a email following day that it would be shipped out. 4 days pass and still JUST the shipping label was created, nothing else, even though the estimated shipping date was that January 22nd. I call them, on January 22nd, and FINALLY after waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes I get to talk to a person and they said "oh it's been picked up from the facility. FedEx just hasn't scanned it yet." It arrives 2 days later and the box says "Queen" and it also looks NOTHING like what they have advertised on their Instagram account nor do I see "Zinus" written anywhere, so I'm thinking hmm maybe they reused the box (because I do this at work when sending out merchandise). I really regret not opening the box to check immediately because it actually was a queen size bed, not a full like I had ordered.
I had just moved out of my old apt that I had been living in with my now ex-boyfriend and it was his bed, SO I now have no mattress to sleep on. THANKS ZINUS. I'm only giving you 2 stars because your customer service reps are pleasant other than that the experience was trash. Spend less time/money on branding and pretending to be something you're not when you need more people to fulfill the orders and make sure it's the right mattress.

Purchase the bed on January 3rd and still to this day they did not ship it out. FedEx said they didn't receive it but Zinus always says they do. I talk to one of the supervisors at wanted a hubs. They said all their stuff has been tracked and already logged in but they don't have it.

Ordered a Queen and a XL Twin in August 2017. After about 30 days with no feedback, I called the customer service. I was told that the twin was back ordered and they do not ship partial orders. I asked them about when to expect the back order and they had no idea. I then asked them to ship the queen and I would wait for the back ordered twin. The notice I got claimed the 2nd item on the order was shipped, which should have been the twin as it was listed 2nd on the order.
About a week later we received the queen. (We absolutely love the queen mattress.) I contacted them about the twin and was told they no longer carry the XL Twin and told me they would credit back to me that cost within 5 business days. Two weeks later, no credit. Called them again and was told the credit would made within 5 business days. Two weeks later no credit. Two more phone calls each of which their "system" disconnected. A few days later left a message and no return call. So in October I disputed the charge for that item with my credit card company. Beginning of November I received a letter that Zinus claimed all products were shipped and delivered so the credit was reversed and charged to my card. I am still attempting to dispute this charge. This has been some of the worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

We have ordered three mattresses from this company. Our first purchase worked out well and we like the mattress we purchased. However we bought a second mattress for our spare bedroom and this has been a disaster!!! The Zinus mattresses come in a small package. Our queen size mattress came in a box that is about 2’x4’. Once the mattress is opened there is no possible way to get it back into the original packaging. The mattress did not inflate properly. We gave the mattress 2 weeks to expand and nothing ever happened. The corners are still compressed from how it is vacuumed sealed down. We contacted the company and they sent a new mattress to make things right. The second mattress did not properly expand either but at this point I can’t imagine dealing with returning TWO dissatisfaction mattresses!!
Trying to return the first mattress has been a nightmare to say the very least. The company doesn’t send packaging for the mattress to return in after you take it out of the vacuum seal it no longer fits in the box. We were told to just let UPS pick it up as is without packaging. I took a half day off work to be here for UPS to pick up. UPS arrived and refused to take something the mattress unless it is packaged. I had to purchase plastic from a mattress store to package it, at my own expense. We were then threatened by Zinus to be charged for the second mattress since we could not return it. To top the whole ordeal off UPS is still refusing to pick up the mattress as “it is larger than their pick up dimensions”. Zinus has done nothing. This is a nightmare. We will NEVER order again. You would think Zinus would have thought of a way to return their merchandise when it is defective!!! What a horrible design and lack of customer service!

I ordered a 12" king foam mattress & frame on Sunday 10/1. By 10/6 I hadn't received a email with tracking info & was concerned it hadn't shipped. When I arrived home, a big package was outside. It was a mattress... a 10" queen mattress. The worst part; had to call customer service all day, literally from noon-4 before someone answered. As others mentioned, it redirects to voicemail after 5 minutes.
The rep said I will receive the return label by email tomorrow (normally are off Saturdays but "have to catch up to workload"). I will have to call AGAIN to get a second return label whenever I receive the frame. She recommended I call, even if it takes all day, instead of email "because they get too many emails to respond to them all." She actually said that, even though their email is specifically for returns... Maybe their mattresses are great & very well priced. But you'd better hope you don't have issues. Think twice before ordering with them. I've never had this happen before with online shopping. Ever. I will provide follow up when my case comes to conclusion.

I ordered a mattress on 10/4/2017. I created an account on that date with Zinus as required by their website. I received a confirmation email verifying the creation of my account and a confirmation of my order, an order number, and an order status as “pending.” The purchase price was taken out of my account immediately. I checked the order status the next day; still “pending.” Next day, “pending.” Waited until today, only to discover that while clicking on the link to my account via the confirmation email it resulted in a “page not found” error message. I tried to log in with my username and password through their main page, and got another error message. I tried the “forgot password” function, only to see “no account associated with that email” message.
I tried calling the customer service number and got a voicemail indicating they were “looking for their customer sales representatives,” and offering me the option to leave a message. After hearing that maybe five times I wasn’t given the “option,” anymore, I was given a recorded message to leave a message and a beep. I then looked online and reviews, which I should have done before ever placing an order with them and found this site. I then called my bank immediately and filed a claim. Never again. If it isn’t a company I’ve done business with before any transactions will have protection through my CC company.

I ordered a Zinus memory mattress and bed frame (5 yr warranty on frame) from Amazon, back on 10/05/2016. A couple months ago, the frame literally broke - snapped at one of the joints. I've been trying to get warranty support to no avail. I have tried emailing them twice at customerservice@zinusinc.com. No response at all. I have now called them twice, and waited. Nobody answered, and I did not leave a voicemail, as it appears to be futile, based on other's experience. This is possibly the worst customer service I have ever experience.

This is what you are suppose to get from Zinus. A good order and delivered product in 2 days processing and 4 or 5 total business days delivered. What you get is company that will gladly promise you the world. Order was processed in two days, they wanted my money. Shipping label was created. 4 business days later half the order was given to FedEx. Status of the rest of the order, label created. FedEx can't deliver it if they aren't given it.
This company cannot spell customer service. I think all they have is a phone number. If you call during their business hours the first thing you get is, "We are closed." If you stay on the line, you are supposed to be transferred to a customer service representative, all that will happen is you will shortly be hung up on. So you can't contact the company if there is a order problem.
Heaven forbid if you need a warranty service. GOOD LUCK!! Maybe their mattresses are good. I don't know, can't even get it delivered, to my daughter. The worse part is she will not have anyone to help her with it by the time they decide to get off their butts and ship it, as promised. If they ship it. I don't even know that is going to happen, no customer service ever available. A frame without a mattress is pretty useless. My experience from the start with this company has not been pleasant. I was going to purchase some other beds, yes plural, but I don't think it will ever happen with this company. Any company can promise the world, but I can already see Zinus isn't capable of delivering their promises.

I don't even have to exaggerate the problems I have had ordering from this company. The facts are simply: I ordered this product and a frame to match on August 9. As of August 22 I had no contact from Zinus in any way, and no product had yet arrived. Of course, they had billed me the cost of the products within 48 hours of ordering. When I finally called customer support to see why I hadn't received anything they simply said there was a 'problem' with processing because the products they were advertising were not actually in stock and had to be backordered. My order had never actually been in stock. They've offered me a refund in full, but it will take even longer until I receive that much. Don't get ripped off, go buy a mattress from some other vendor.

I recently placed an order for a 4" box spring, and have only had my order in the "processing" zone. I recently moved to a new home, and currently have my mattress just on the floor, and this is just unbelievable! I have tried 5-6 times calling their customer service line, and tried about the same on the online chat and have NOT gotten through. I have even tried just calling to cancel the order so I can purchase a box spring in person but can't get through there either! I will certainly not be recommending this company to anyone, regardless of the quality of the box spring. The amount of time I have wasted on waiting for these people to get back to me is unacceptable.

One week ago today (June 13) I received a very damaged 4" Queen Bi-fold box spring. I called the customer service number to ask what I needed to do to return this item and get a replacement. I was told to take pictures, send my name, invoice number, shipping address and phone number. I did all of the above immediately. I have yet to hear from anyone about this issue. I have called several times and have not been able to get a customer service representative leaving 2 messages. Yesterday I was lucky enough to speak to a lady who told me that I should receive an email by that afternoon and if I did not by 2:30 p.m. pacific time to call back. Well of course I did not receive an email and I did not have time to call back. This morning I called again and of course could not get anyone to answer the customer service line.
Needless to say it is ridiculous to not even get a confirmation stating that you all received my email and letting me know what will be done about the damaged box spring. I would like to receive a replacement but I am pretty much at the point wanting a refund to take my business elsewhere. Pitiful customer service to say the least. I will give this another day or two and if I don't hear back from someone I am going to dispute the charges on my credit card and put the damaged box spring at the road for the garbage people to pick up!

I have bought this mattress a year ago through Wal-Mart. In the Wal-Mart website when one searches for Spa Sensations Memory Foam Mattress in the product description states that the mattresses has a 10 year warranty. I had a few issues with my mattress and decided to give Zinus, Inc. a call to see if I could get a replacement unit. I would call in the morning, afternoon even in the evening before they close and no one would answer. If you want proof, dial their customer service number wait 5 mins and 25 secs and the automated system will tell you that there no agent at this time and to leave a message and someone will call you back. No one called. I been trying for weeks to get a response, even through e-mail.
Finally, I got someone to answer, this first agent told me that in order for me to get a replacement unit I needed to call this following telephone number. 1888-746-7226, if you call that number the system says "this call cannot be completed as dialed." I did research on this phone number and of course this phone number does not exist. Suspicious? I think so. I call back after 6-7 more times of calling, got a second agent, this person said that I had to donate my mattress to Goodwill if it was not working properly. Why? So then, I asked him to verify the telephone number that I was given for the warranty, the agent said "the correct telephone number is 1-888-746-7726."
When I dialed this number it takes me to the Sam's Club credit card services number. I do not know what this company is trying to pull. I EVEN called Wal-Mart's customer service to get some information, they could not get in contact with the company. They even had a direct number and when dialed the representative told me that the number is no longer in service. If someone, is thinking a buying a mattress or any other product from this company, my recommendation to you is to go somewhere else. If you want proof try calling their service number. No one will answer. If someone does however, try asking about their warranty, you will be suspicious of what you hear. I feel that I got scammed from this Zinus company. Lesson well learned.

With the constant call-ins to both Zinus, FedEx, emails -I'm not sure what's going on. They should at least switch to another carrier.

Ordered a new mattress from Zinus directly instead of Amazon for my fractured tailbone. Regretting it now. Basically, they have order issues from Memorial Day weekend, offers 2 free memory foam pillows (never received), then somehow FedEx sends mattress BACK to shipper as per SHIPPER'S REQUEST (??). I call back. They offer expedited mattress to a clarified apt# I provided, then saying I'll have confirmation email. I call back next day because no confirmation email received. They say wait 1 more day. I waited 3, called back again, spoke to supervisor. Supervisor said they'll call FedEx and call me back, never did. I'm beyond frustrated at this point, not to mention the back pain.

I have a 14-inch Zinus dual mattress, like foam and coil and it's great. I love it. The mattress is real comfortable and so far, durable. I'm getting a better night's sleep with it, and it's pretty good with not transferring motion so when my girlfriend wakes up, it doesn't wake me up like the old bed did. I also got a mattress frame and it's sturdy, looks good and durable as well.
But the shipping was one of my only bad experiences with it. The mattress was delayed, and when I picked it up, I had to go to the FedEx store and the box was completely disintegrated so portions of the box were completely missing. I would have definitely contacted them if there was any damage to the mattress but it was fine because it was wrapped in a durable plastic. Basically, I just threw out the box because it wasn't doing anything and then just manhandled the mattress to the jeep. But overall, it was a quick process. It was easy to order and the prices were competitive.

I purchased seven beds and bed platforms from Zinus for a vacant house, which I set up as an Airbnb or vacation home rental. I went with Zinus because of the pricing and the great reviews on them. The beds were delivered on time and the service was great. I was able to sleep on the beds for a couple of days and they were super comfortable. I’m happy and very satisfied and have recommended Zinus to several people.

We love Zinus. It’s the best mattress I've ever slept on. My wife picked out a king size and then a queen and memory foam and then there were platform snap-together frames and we're really happy with them. The deal was very good. For both beds, the price was $800 with the platforms so it was a really good price. Zinus is who you want to deal with if you want to purchase something. They're excellent.

We have a summer-like cottage home that we just purchased and we were setting it up to have four bedrooms with some bunk beds in it to accommodate a lot of people so we bought 10 mattresses and a bedframe from Zinus. I looked at some of the reviews of Zinus then ended up buying a queen size version initially just to try it. I was pleased with the product and how it felt so we went ahead and made the purchase of the rest. We’ve had a couple of situations where we’ve had friends and family over and everything's been great with the mattresses. The frame was also very good and sturdy. We purchased the king size frame that was sort of the platform bedframe and it worked out perfectly. Shipping was fast and we got them as promised. Everything worked out great.

Prior to Zinus, we owned a bed for about 10 years. I then decided to get a hybrid mattress from Zinus because of the reviews I saw and its pricing. It's all right. But, it's not as good as the one that I had before. Other than that, everything was fine. It was a simple and straightforward experience. It's comfortable and I am sleeping better than I was since my mattress just died.

A year and a half ago, I was in a car accident and broke my back. I opted not to have surgery on my broken back and shattered leg. I worked third shift and I spend a lot of my time in the morning throughout the early day in the bed sleeping and the bed I had was really awful so I decided that I needed to do something for me so that I was more comfortable and bought the bed. I bought a queen size frame and mattress with the inner coiled springs from Zinus and never regret that money I spent on this bed. I have it for about two months now.
I had been all over town looking at ones that prop me up in mattress outlets. I was looking at $3,000 to get a mattress and can't do it so I started to look for it online. I had looked at a Helix and a couple of other ones out there and this one gives me the opportunity to check it out, see if I liked it and I cannot say enough good things about this bed.
Also, it was here exactly at the date that they said it would. I actually waited. It was on my porch and I'm like, "All right let's get it in the house." My 10 year old and I pushed the frame in the house and I left the box out with the mattress out on the porch because I knew I couldn't lift it. And my daughter's boyfriend came over and he helped me get it in and set up. When I needed to speak to anyone, the website was phenomenal and the questions on what I would need and the tiny space, they give dimensions. Everything on the site was exactly as they said it was. It was a good experience with Zinus. And it's continued to be a great experience.
I got onto it on the first night even though I was supposed to let it rest for 24 hours and it was phenomenal. I don't have the numbness that I have. I'm a side sleeper and it's really fantastic for it. It doesn't push in the spots that it's not supposed to. Because of those injuries to my left leg, my right hip takes all of my weight. They're actually talking about fusing my ankle because I have no motion in it so the little bit of motion I have creates a lot of pain so I walk with a cane and my right hip takes all of my weight. That's the side I sleep on and the other bed was causing a lot of pinching and I couldn't get comfortable but this one eases support where it's the whole hip, not just one area where it created so much pain.
I spend all my time in my room now. And I also have three kids and my son has decided he's not sleeping on his mattress anymore so he sleeps with mom. The only downside to the whole bed that I can see is my son is very restless at night and he has not figured out how to turn over in it. People would just kind of roll. And that's what he does. He winds up over on my side. I'm like, "Dude, you're 10. Get over it. You have to get on your side of the bed." But this was one of the best purchases I made.
I even recommended it to my ankle doctor. He and his wife were actually talking about buying a new one. I told him, "It can't hurt to check it out because if you don't like it, there's a warranty on it. They'll take it back and it's so worth it." And when you can recommend something to your doctor that makes me have a lot of confidence in the bed I purchased.

I wanted to try something different and was interested to see a mattress arriving in a box instead of as they normally arrive. And Zinus was a new company with a novel idea. It wasn’t until after I received the mattress that I was able to determine it was made in China so who knows what they put inside of it to create the firmness of the mattress. The spring mattress is firmer than what I would have ever anticipated but I’m adjusting to it. It felt like sleeping on the street due to how firm it is.
I’ve had to change how I sleep and I’m thinking of getting a comforter to put on top of it because I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to get that thing to soften up. I got the one with the pillow top. For the money, it’s what I thought it would be. It cost $3,500 for the mattress and $600 for everything else. It’s an adequate product for the price. But I was wondering how to send it back if something goes wrong with it. I’m not going to be able to deflate that thing and put it in a box.

I was having some shoulder and knee pain on my old mattress that we had for 15 years. The old bed had seen better days and reached the end of its useful life. We liked the price of Zinus and we could return it if we didn't like our purchase so, we got one. We bought a 13-inch king size, memory foam gel mattress, and a gray fabric bed frame. We like our new bed and it’s meeting all our expectations. The pain I was having has gone away and overall, it has been easy and excellent experience with Zinus.

I bought a metal bedframe and a king size mattress from Zinus and then I bought two queens for my boys, as well. My boys love them and I really like it too because it’s a little firmer and I tend to sleep a lot better on it compared to my old bed. It’s meeting our expectations and it’s a good value, overall. I bought two mattresses and two beds with the frames from Zinus because of the reviews that I have read online and their price fits my budget. Shipping is really fast. We ordered on a Tuesday night and we got it on a Thursday. However, one of the wood platform bed base came chipped but we contacted them and they shipped out a new piece with a warranty within a week. I purchased a hybrid mattress from Zinus, Inc. I wanted to try a hybrid. It was the cheapest on the market that I could find and it had good reviews. It was easy to set up. But, as far as sleeping on it, I'm still having some lower back issues. The memory foam gives a little too much right in my hip area so if I'm lying on my back, my butt sinks way too far and it makes my lumbar over curve. It's not quite as comfortable as I was hoping.

Online reviews on Zinus were good and they had the option of using a firm for a payment plan. We purchased a hybrid mattress, a bed frame and a couple of pillows. My husband set up the bed frame and he said it was heavy but he was able to do it on his own. I set up the mattress by myself which was also pretty heavy but I was able to do it following the directions. The new bed is much better and we’re happy so far. It didn’t really have a weird smell like a surgical smell and that was good.

We got the plain memory foam bed from Zinus three months ago. It came through the mail and we were able to get the box springs all within a relatively good price. Also, putting it together was easier than what we anticipated. It’s great and we love it. It took about a week to get used to but after that, it’s good. We sleep well and we’re happy with the price, value and quality.

I ordered this product online based upon the reviews from previous consumers. It has been nearly two weeks and I still have not received my mattress. I have called Zinus multiple times and nobody has returned my phone call. This is the fifth day without any type of contact or return phone call from Zinus. At this point I would like to cancel my order however I cannot do that because of the status of the current order. We will end up cancelling this order and sending the items back based upon their lack of customer service and follow through. In the meantime, for the past 2 weeks, I have over $500 on an order that I have not received and I cannot cancel.

I was looking around for some thick memory foam mattresses and price-wise, Zinus was very competitive and they offered free shipping. I bought two memory foam mattresses and two box springs. The old one was pretty much worn out and this is definitely much more comfortable. This is the first memory foam mattress so, it took a little getting used to, but we like it a lot right now. We're very happy with it. It's very comfortable getting a good night’s sleep and no complaints at all. We’re pleased with them and I’d buy them again.

It's been a great experience with Zinus so far. I purchased a memory foam from them because of their price and quality. Before I purchased my Zinus, I had a bed for five years. It is very bad compared to Zinus, and now I'm sleeping better. It's very good quality, and my husband feels warmer at night than with the other mattress we've had. He thinks that the memory foam retains more heat.

We bought a couple of mattresses and some bed frames from Zinus because of the price. Compared to Tuft & Needle or Casper, they're affordable. It was really easy to unpack and assemble, as well. The instructions were straightforward and I put them together by myself. They're also comfortable and I'm more satisfied with it than my old bed. I also had called and spoke to the company to check about the warranty. The rep told me that I just need to keep my receipt since I purchased from the company online. And he was friendly and it was a good customer service. It has been an easy and great experience with Zinus. I would recommend them to a friend or family.

I had a fairly expensive Stearns and Foster mattress for seven years. It had gotten so old and it was hard to sleep on. I liked the price of Zinus and decided to get one. I got their best mattress, a king coil mattress. I've been using it for 10 months now and so far, I like it. It's very comfortable, nice and firm. I've been getting a good night's sleep.
I like the delivery process, as well. I just popped it open and it fits right on the bed. The only problem I had with it is the handles. If I try to pull the mattress spot to straighten it out on the bed, they seem to come loose. I'm hoping in the long term it doesn't misshape the mattress. I called customer service and the guy was very good. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He said there's a 10-year warranty on the mattress and he described the process. He said that if something happens, I should take a picture, they'll replace it and have somebody donate the old one. Overall, it's been excellent. They did what they said they were going to do and they delivered a good product.

My wife and I own and operate an Adult Care Facility in Ohio. Since the bed bug outbreak we have changed all the beds in our facility to platform beds to eliminate the need for box springs (hiding place for bed bugs). We recently bought for the first time the Zinus platform bed frame. It was simple to put together. It even came with a hammer, how cool. The wood slats are connected by together. The bed frame has wonderful storage room underneath. The frame makes an inexpensive mattress feel like an expensive mattress. We will eventually replace all our prior platform beds to the Zinus Platform Bed Frame.

I bought the 14-inch hybrid bed with the iCoil through Zinus and it's way better than my previous bed of 9 years. I have a degenerative and multi-herniated disc and other health issues going on. I also got diagnosed with Raynaud's disease. So, pressure plates in my body needed to be relieved. My mattress needed to be firm enough to keep me leveled and my old mattress wasn't doing that with. Also, my husband and I have very different schedules. With our old mattress, there was a constant moving around and every time he moves, I knew it and it woke me up. Our Zinus bed kind of eliminated all of that.
I also kinda have insomnia and horrible vertigo, but at least I'm able to get some sleep now which is averaging about five hours from maybe an hour and a half before. I'm sleeping much better now. And before, I was sleeping on six to eight pillows. And now, I only need two. Also, the cost is phenomenal because I have been looking at similar prices and comparable beds in town and they were retailing it for about $1,300. What I paid for my Zinus was less than half of that.

I have always slept on the traditional spring mattress. I wanted to try something different because my bed was old. Also, I was having tons and tons of back issues because I totaled my car in January. So I got a hybrid mattress from Zinus. The purchasing experience went smoothly and it was awesome. The bed was really affordable and I liked that everything was so transparent. I like to research to be able to see what I'm getting and I definitely researched tons of other brands but I liked the mattress' hybrid option. It didn't seem like there was pressure to buy as well. Since having it, I'm sleeping much better. I really love the mattress. In fact, I suggested it to my dad, stepmom, my sister and her husband and my ex-boyfriend. I went to Zinus' website after seeing their products at Sam's Club. I saw that they had a customer whose mattress was defective and it was replaced for free, plus free shipping and the old defective mattress was donated to charity which was awesome. So I got a soft-medium mattress and the bed frame from them. It was timely shipped. They're a reputable company. They also got an A-plus from the Better Business Bureau.
The bed has a cooling agent that prevents sweating during the night. It's a queen bed, better than my twin bed I had since I was in middle school. I'm 6'1", so the bed is a lot bigger. In addition, the one thing I liked about it is when I set-up the bed frame, it comes in with the headboard on it. So, it lifts up from the back, you put everything from the actual bed inside and you carry it. There's no box spring that you need either. I have a lot of back problems and the bed has helped, but I still have some problems since I usually work at a desk all day.

We had the 14-inch hybrid deal that had both the memory foam and spring mattress. They’ve got a superior product and I love it. I've already told everybody about them.

I bought a Hybrid mattress, a contemporary bed and pillows from Zinus and I've had them over a month now. It was cheaper and they would deliver the products to my house quickly. If you're living in New York City and have a contemporary flat or a small studio apartment, their furniture is perfect. But if you're living in a really big house, their scale is a little small. They need to scale larger for a real big house then it would be fantastic. The mattress is great for the price that I paid for. I couldn't be happier with the delivery because it was a lot of fun. My kids enjoyed watching me unpackage it and carrying it up the stairs. It's like wrestling a small Ox but so is everything else in life. I've already recommended Zinus to several friends.

I ordered the delivery of Zinus 12 Inch Gel-Infused Green Tea Memory Foam within 48 hours for both the 14" frame and the 12" mattress. The frame came within the 48 hours but the mattress which tracked as shipped the same day and received a UPS # was already being delivered. My assumption is that the bed was vacuum packed when it left their warehouse. It didn't arrive the same day as the frame. It still hasn't arrived and it has been 144 hours since it has been in the box. This is terrible customer service. I live in Long Beach CA, this is not some foreign third world country. Get it together Zinus. I will have to really inspect this whenever it arrives. On Amazon, they recommend that you unpack it within 24 to 48 hours of their packing it. That time has already passed. Just terrible, terrible delivery service.

Prior to Zinus, we had a 20-year-old mattress. We hated the pillow and that mattress just broke down. My husband and I couldn't sleep on it. So we purchased two 14-inch Green Tea Memory Foam from Zinus. We had a bit of a problem with the delivery though. We were included in the evacuation due to the Oroville Dam being in jeopardy. We ordered the mattress before that and we could have received it before the evacuation but for some reason, I was dealing with FedEx and they said that they got the mattresses and that they're coming from California. We're from California and it's just a three-hour drive so we should have gotten the mattresses a few days but we didn't.
Then the evacuation happened and the delivery got further prolonged. That was a little frustrating because Zinus was showing that the mattresses were good to go and they should have been out for shipment. However, when I called FedEx, they said that the mattresses were stuck on their docks and they can't move it so we have to wait longer. But it's all right.
The mattress was a little harder than I had hoped but it's about getting used to it and so far we've been sleeping really great on them. We were taking our chances when we bought the mattresses. We saw a couple of our friends' online ranting and raving about their Green Tea Foam Bed. They said they loved it and that they ended up referring a couple of their friends to it and wouldn't go anywhere else for it. It'll be interesting to see how long they last. Even though we couldn't stand the pillow top from the old mattress, lasting for twenty years is a long time. It didn't break down until the last couple of years that we had it. We're just hoping that these new mattresses will stick with us for a while. We love the new bed and would highly encourage someone to give them a try.

I have a friend that bought one of Zinus' mattresses and was satisfied with it. So, I thought I'd do the same. It seems to be very good and everything went smoothly. But it would have helped on my end to have two people help get it into the house. It's a little heavy for one person, but I managed. Also, I wish I would have looked into the bed frames a little closer because I got the basic one and it might have been nice to get something a little more decorative, but that's my mistake. It was a good product and it was fast and easy.

I bought a memory foam mattress from Zinus for my kids because of the price as a replacement to the regular mattresses that wore out in five years. I received it in a couple of days. It's always really fast. The little ones that I got are good but it's not comparable to the Tempur-Pedic. I ordered a thicker and the cool top one and it is pretty good and comfortable. I'm happy with the latest mattress that I got from them and I really like it. They have great service and great mattresses. Definitely exceeding my expectations!

A few years ago, we had purchased a different mattress and we've been happy with it. So, I was looking for mattresses for my kids and I came across Zinus. We've had that kind of mattress they have before so I purchased four twin size memory foam mattresses and four of the platform bed frames from them. Price is another factor we went with them. However, I am returning the bed frames because I was able to get the same product but taller, from 14-inch to 16-inch, at the same price. They're also from Zinus, just from a different location. The kids just started using them and so far, so good. Their product is of great quality for a great price.

I ordered a mattress and a couple of pillows from Zinus online. The process was very easy. During the delivery it was really packaged up and I did not expect it to be that heavy. Once I got it in my room and I got the scissors out and cut the plastic off, it started to expand. I shopped for a mattress for two days and I did as much homework as I could stand to do. Someone posted his research and Zinus was one of the few companies that was on his list. But, it was mostly BedInABox companies and they were the highest rated one on the internet. As soon as I saw them I said, "Okay, they've got a good rating and people are saying good things about them." So, I called BedInABox but their customer service never answered, and I decided that I'm not doing business with them.
I went outside the list and they were even worse. They were the highest priced ones, and their customer service also didn't answer. I gave up after about three of those and went back to the top ten which Zinus was a part of. I called Zinus, and their customer service answered right away and they were friendly so I said okay to them. We bought the 13-inch foam from Zinus without ever laying on a foam mattress and we're very happy with the mattress. I'm enjoying it very much, and my grandbabies also like to go out and lay and read a story with me. So far, the mattress has been great. It has been better than I expected.

I have a rental property that I'm furnishing. I'm doing it like Airbnb and I bought six end tables from Zinus. These tables were this really thin fiber wood laminate that has metal frames. Those were very poor quality and three of them were completely damaged. One was a wrong color and that one was also damaged. I locked in the two that were fine for a minute because we have been using this place, and just putting it together and furnishing it. But after seeing it for a few days, I really didn't like the red color and it didn't really go well with the house, so I returned those. But the dark ones would have been good and the quality of the other five was so shady that I'm not gonna take another chance with those. I don't necessarily think that it was quality control of the manufacturer, but maybe their packaging was inefficient in protecting the product.
I ended up buying three mattresses and three beds with bed frames with the gray background. They are pretty efficient with their packaging in the sense of size. We opened it up and it's just one box. You'd think that parts are missing but you have to unzip the whole headboard and everything is put in there neatly in the back. But I had to return the three bed metal frame and get replacements. The problem with the first ones was the mattress. Even making the bed, it would slide off so, I never even used them. I took the mattresses on, try to make the bed and the mattress kept sliding right off, so they suggested putting something sticky underneath, but I ended up buying the other frames and I'm pretty stoked for those. I have gotten them and they're put together. Everything is good.
Also, their customer service was great. It sounded like I was talking to some kids hanging out and playing video games. They're really young that they were super helpful. The return was easy and it seemed like they were a really small business. I expect to get some wear and tear so I would prefer something solid and sturdy. But the cost is absolutely the reason why I went with them and I've already recommended them and had people buying the same bed with them.

Zinus had good online reviews, so we bought the foundation and mattress from them, and it's much better and comfortable than the previous ones we owned, which has worn out. The kids love their mattresses, and they say that they're sleeping better on it. Also, the box springs are good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Zinus. A friend recommended Zinus and I price compared online. I bought three beds and three frames from them and they were very good. One of the king size beds, FedEx wouldn’t deliver it. So, they shipped it across the country but the local deliverers wouldn’t deliver it. But when I called Zinus and told them about it, they said, “Don’t worry about that. We’ll ship you out a new one. I’ll have them send that one back to us." So, Zinus was great.

I was using a different kind of mattress back in my own country. I recently came to the U.S.A. so I was looking for a quality mattress with a better price and I found it in Zinus. I got the Memory Foam 12-inch Green Tea Mattress and it came very nicely packed. There were some parts missing, but they shipped those very quickly. I had a good experience using the mattress. Usually, we have trouble to get adjusted to the mattress, but now it's fine and I feel comfortable with it. I'm getting a good sleep now. The only the issue I have with it is when the temperature is more than 70, I feel a little bit heat from the bed, which makes it uncomfortable. Other than that, it is fine, I’m happy with it.

I purchased a bed, a box spring and a frame through Zinus. My new bed makes me feel good. I sleep better and I've got more room. I'm happy with it and it met my expectations. But I don't care much for their return policy. We didn't like the first bed that we got. It didn't sleep the way we wanted it to. When we went to return it, they told us to donate it and really put the onus on us to facilitate the return and the donation. And where I live, I had a hard time finding someone to pick up the mattress as a donation. So in the future, if they had an agreement with a large charity in each area to come get it and they set it up, I believe that would be a better customer service aspect to provide on the return of the mattress. But overall, I'm pleased with the experience and would buy from them again.

We had our old mattress for nine years then got the Zinus when I was nine months pregnant and I slept way better on this mattress than on the previous one. I kept getting in and out of the old bed because I had to pee so much and kept bothering my husband. And then he kept hearing me making all these "Uhh" sound when I was getting up. So he noticed when we got the new mattress those sounds went away because it was so much easier to get up and down. It was very nice. It made the last two weeks better and I still like it after birth.
When we were ordering it, the website was really easy to navigate. My husband went back five times to make sure it's the right mattress and he had to show it to me a couple of times. This Zinus is a hybrid. It had the top with memory foam and the rest was spring. We've had an amazing experience with Zinus, and I've had one friend buy a mattress from them because we recommended it. My sister is also in the process of looking at it right now because she's due in two weeks.

My new bed is more comfortable and definitely better than the old bed I had. I had gone through different websites because I don't trust mattress companies. Also, I heard a lot of stories and news reports about stores selling recovered old mattresses. Then I settled on taking a chance on Zinus Inc's mattress and bed frames. I loved how easy the frames were to put together. There wasn’t a lot of pieces, and A put in to B, and B into C, and so on. It was very simple and it made everything go a lot faster. It took my son 15 minutes to do it.
My son is sleeping like a log now. He was into parkour and he had an accident which gave him two compression fractures on his vertebrae, which fortunately popped back like marshmallows. That may have been part of the problem with the futon which he previously slept on. It didn’t give him the support he needed. Even though he’s young and he came back from the injury, he still needs a better support. He was sleeping 8-10 hours as soon as he had the Zinus mattress. And he was like, “Dad I love this. Oh, yeah. I love this mattress.” I like rolling on the bed at night now as opposed to the old-style mattress. I already recommended it to a couple of people.

We had a hand-me-down bed from somebody who had it for a long time. It was time to purchase a new one so we got a king mattress and a foundation bed set from Zinus. We like their price point and the convenience of buying from them. My fiance and I were asking ourselves shouldn't we lie on the bed before buying it but I convinced my him that they're all gonna be the same and we'll just get one that's firm. The mattress was super firm when we first got it and the one that we had before was extremely soft so we weren't used to the new mattress. But now that we’ve broken it in and slept on it for a month or two, it's way better. We also just needed to let our backs adjust. Now, my fiance sleeps a lot better because there's not so much disturbing each other from moving.

I recently bought a 13-inch queen size foam mattress and a bed frame from Zinus that were shipped to my son. It was for my wife and I so that we will have a bed to sleep in that's a little more comfortable when we visit him in Texas. I was going to buy the mattress, which was made by Zinus, from Costco but they only have one version of this mattress and I wanted to know all that Zinus had besides what Costco had. So, I went directly to Zinus and bypassed Costco. In ordering online, there was always a lot of confusion when you try to talk to somebody about getting all the facts and I'm a facts person. Also, communicating with the live communications is sometimes a little difficult but other than that it was a reasonably good experience. We have slept on the mattress and it was comfortable and very satisfactory.

I have the Memory Foam 12-inch Pressure Relief mattress from Zinus, Inc. It's the greatest bed I have ever had and as soon as I get my second bedroom cleared out, I will be ordering another one. I've never ordered anything like that online so it took me several attempts at looking at the website and trying to make up my mind if I was going to select. Once I decided, it was very easy to order it. I also bought the upholstered frame from them and that was fantastic too because it's beautiful.
I had a Softside waterbed for 30 years and when I was getting ready to move from Florida to North Carolina, I ended up getting rid of that bed to make the room look better to sell the house. So I slept on my daughter's queen sized bed in my master bedroom down there and it was horrible. For about four or five months all I did was complain. And I got a Serta bed at Sam's, kept it for three months and it was horrible too. Then I got the Zinus and it was like a hug. I've had a lot of aches and pains because I'm older than dirt and the support from the bed is just perfect. I start to melt into it when I first lay down then the support is there. So it's like sleeping on a cloud. I sleep better also. I love that bed and I'd recommend it to anybody.

Our other foam mattress was hard and it was causing back problems so we decided to buy a new mattress. We're looking for a foam mattress that wasn't quite so hard. We knew that The Purple and the regular Tempur-Pedic were too much money and we heard that Zinus had a good rating and slept well is what we had read. So, we decided to give it a try since it had the money back guarantee for life. We also bought mattresses for our kids. During delivery, they just dropped the mattresses off so I had to leg them up the stairs and our mattress was heavy. However, since we got the new mattress, the pain in our lower backs and hips was reduced. When I landed in this new mattress, it sinks and it is comfy and cozy. Unlike the old one that was very firm and was awful. I'm happy with the mattress so I haven't returned it, and I'd recommend Zinus.

We are not happy with the last Zinus bed I ordered because I thought it was the same bed I ordered just before that. The last one I ordered was much softer than the one that I ordered before. I called Zinus back and I tried to return it, but then they told me that I have to take it to the donation. It says free return but it’s not really free because I cannot donate since it’s not a mattress that I can roll over, put in my car and take somewhere. It’s a big mattress and I'd need to have a car and nobody comes and picks up from the apartment.
That is another reason that we get online orders, so that we don’t have to worry about the extra shipping or another shipping expense, since it was already included when I ordered from Zinus. Then now, when I want to return it, they’re asking me that I need to take it back. That doesn’t seem very right to me. That’s why I ended up using the bed. But that was the worst part. I am more happy with the frame than the mattress. I also referred one of my friends to Zinus and she also bought another frame and bed.

The Zinus bed is better than any bed I've ever had and I'm absolutely elated. I got two beds, two queen bed frames, and the 8-inch memory foam mattresses and I like the fact that I could have them delivered. I was relocating from Virginia to Florida, wanted to get everything shipped and it saved me a good bit of money. If there was one complaint, it's because they got to ship me here a little too soon but I was able to work that out with FedEx. They were fantastic and the entire experience was phenomenal. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We've had our king size hybrid bed, half memory foam and half-spring, for a couple of months now. We chose it for the price and it was an easy mattress purchasing experience. The best part was the shipping where I didn't have to go out to the store. I had it delivered to my house and it was cheaper. Also, the mattress is way better than the bed I had before which was more than 10 years old. With the mattress I have now, my back does not hurt when I get up, it's very spacious, and is much bigger. I love the memory foam on it too. It hasn't worn out and we haven't had any permanent indentations where sometimes if you lay on one side, the indention stays. It has held really well so far and it's been an amazing experience with Zinus, Inc.

I was on Amazon and I was just going through the box beds that come in the mail. I scoured through reviews and Zinus had the highest reviews for everything. The price point was also incredible. I couldn't believe that the mattress was $350 as opposed to Casper which was $800. I didn't want to spend that kind of money for a first time non-spring mattress so that's definitely why I decided to go with Zinus. I ordered straight from the website and then I unpackaged it and then right away, it started coming up. The whole mattress was already up in about a day, so it was really quick. I slept on it that night. The reason that I got the 12-inch Green Tea foam mattress is because I sleep on my stomach. I had my old bed for about six years but it doesn't compare. My new mattress is way better. It's more comfortable than any other spring mattress I've slept on and I'm very happy.

It was a spur-of-the-moment thing when we decided to order from Zinus, Inc. We're talking about getting a new bed and I was looking online. Then I saw good reviews for and we went for a 13-inch memory foam with gel. We are absolutely thrilled from the shipping to the product. The online ordering process was really easy, how the customer service when I talked to them was great, the shipping was on time and everything was delivered as promised. We're extremely happy.
Compared to our old bed, it's like floating on a cloud on this one. It's perfect and incredibly comfortable. Also, I've had a lot less back and hip pain since we got it. I get a better night's sleep and overall, well-rested. My wife says the same thing. And it's great because when somebody gets up to go to the bathroom and one of the pets jumps up on it, we don't notice. I've recommended this to some friends and at least one guy's already purchased one and loves it himself. If we need another new bed, any time in the future, we're going with them. I also checked the Better Business Bureau on Zinus and they have an A+ rating which is not given to a lot of companies.

We bought a mattress and a frame through Zinus for our son. I went to their site, looked at several kinds of mattresses and the size of them because our son is tall already and went with the king size. I have also always wanted to try one of those steel frames and we like it. The process was easy. I pressed on what I wanted and was taken straight to the place I ordered it. The delivery was fine too and they even brought my items in my house which was good. We then put the bed together and our son really loves it. He said it was comfy and exhilarating. We'd recommend this.

I bought a bed and the whole frame with the headboard from Zinus and it was fine for the most part. It had a tear in the headboard and it definitely happened in the delivery process because there's a hole in the box and then into the actual headboard. We found out when it was already assembled and the bed was on it. I would have gotten a new headboard but they told me it was going to take months and I got rid of the old bed already and I'm not gonna sleep on the floor. So, it was easier to take the 20% discount they gave me on the actual product. They said they already did it, and they put it in their system and that was about a month ago but I'm still waiting for it to be reflected on my bill. Also, I wish they give a longer try out period because they only give 40 days and this other company gives 6 months. But it's a good product and the bed and the frame are fine. It's a good overall experience.

I moved to a new place and didn't feel like paying the moving cost of taking all the old stuff with me. So, I wanted to go brand new and Zinus was a bed that a friend of mine had purchased online. He explained the ease to it all and the delivery system. I tried his bed out and it was really good. I ended up buying a king size mattress and bed frame. It's a great bed. I've also recommended it to a few other people.

I went on Google looking for mattress and I found Zinus. I read good reviews and their prices were good so I went with them. I purchased a queen mattress and two twin mattress with boxes for each mattress. I made the order on the end of December and we got it on the 10th of January. However, when I used the queen mattress, I suffered from lower back pain. But when I tried to sleep on the twin mattress, it's more comfortable and I'm not suffering from any pain. I'm trying to find someone to donate the mattress in order to get a refund and purchase a hybrid one from Zinus, Inc. but nobody accepts the mattress without the box. And when I contacted them and we talked about the return policy, they won't refund me the box. Nonetheless, it's a good experience overall and the delivery was good.

The price and packaging of Zinus products were good. I got two 12-inch mattresses, one is a king Pressure Relief and the other one is a queen memory foam. My old bed is quite firm but Zinus is more plush. I get a feeling that I'm sinking in the mattress, but sometimes it's causing me back pain like I used to have with the bed I owned for three years. Other than that, I like that the queen mattress is really firm even though it's not pressure relief.

We purchased two memory foam mattresses from Zinus, Inc. I didn't want to pay the price for a Tempur-Pedic anymore and we could buy five of these for the price of a Tempur-Pedic. So far, the mattress is comfortable and does the job. I just don't know how long this one will last versus the Tempur-Pedic but we knew that. It's been a good experience.

I was doing online searches for reviews and came across an offer from Zinus. I looked up their website and ended up buying a bed and a mattress from them. It was for a new room. The purchase was quick and the delivery was only a couple of days and I was impressed with the speed. Also, the product was good. I tried the bed for two days and memory foam mattress was really comfortable. The bed was really firm, strongly built, and it didn't shake. It met my expectation.

I had my old bed for 12 years, but I didn't like it and got rid of it. After looking at reviews on YouTube and Amazon, I bought two platform beds and a mattress from Zinus. I really like it. I now sleep really good. I don't wake up until 5:00 in the morning and I'm good to go. However, I had to get a replacement for the first bed that I purchased, because I bought a 12-inch Green Tea mattress and it didn't expand to 12 inches. So, I had to email and complain. They sent me out a new mattress and it's fine. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Zinus has a good price and really good Amazon reviews. But, the process of ordering and then delivery were split into several parts and this was not mentioned in the email that was sent. I got one email saying that all items were sent over and I only have one tracking ID and this ID actually tracks just one item. There were three pieces expected, but we only had one so we called them to figure out what happened. There should be three emails or one email saying that all three items are delivered separately and three separate tracking numbers.The mattress arrived then the frame and then the pillows.
Also, the foam or gel of the mattress and pillows have a very special and distinctive smell that is not very pleasant. It's very strong once unpacked and according to the instructions, it would take 72 hours in a well-ventilated place for the smell to get out completely. However, that's not the case because even after two weeks right next to an open window, the smell was still there. And even now, if I put my nose to the mattress, I can smell that smell. Other than that, I'm happy with the items that I bought from them.

I got a good price and quality Zinus product. I've been using the memory foam for one month now and the mattress is very good, smooth, and comfortable. I previously had a spring mattress for one year but with the Zinus mattress, the spring on the memory foam is completely different and it's is very good.

My first purchase was a queen mattress and it was a mistake. I have hardwood floors and I didn't realize I needed a bed frame. Without the bed frame, the mattress will start to grow mold because it wouldn't breathe properly. I thought the mattress was really good besides that mold issue and it should last me a long time, so I might as well just spend a couple of extra $100 and get exactly what I wanted instead of regretting it for the next 10 years.
I called Zinus and explained to them that I'm 100% happy with my mattress. I asked for a refund and the manager gave me the full refund. I also explained to them that I'd be coming back as we bought a mattress from them. I was going to go with the downgrade mattress but then on their website, it said that I could use a firm. So I went through a firm and they got me the exact mattress I wanted which was the top of the line from them. I bought the memory foam 14-inch pressure sensitive mattress and it's awesome. However, I cannot find a mattress fitted sheet to fit it. But other than that, Zinus gets a 100 all the way up because they have great products.
Zinus is awesome. I've been through so many mattresses as a kid and so many mattress companies just lie to try to get a sale or just say anything. And then they say soft, but they're uncomfortable. But Zinus' mattress is right off the top. They're comfortable and reasonable. My whole family, even my friends that have laid on it, said I've got to give them one.

Zinus is a great company to deal with. We got the Pressure Relief King Size Mattress which is a 14-inch king sized mattress and the base that it goes on. We’re extremely thrilled with it. We opened it up and it completely inflated or expanded, if you will, to the full 14 inches. I also like the memory foam, so everything was a great purchase. I bought another one for my teenage son and he loves it. It’s called the Theratouch, a full-size bed. We bought it through Walmart which was packaged as Spa Sensations but it's a Zinus product. Both of our experiences with Zinus were pleasant.

I had an awesome experience purchasing a memory foam, the mattress cover and the frame from Zinus. I was referred by a prior customer and based on her referral to me, my brother bought one too on the opposite end side of the country. So, we both bought them in the same week. And I just love it. I find any excuse I can to take a nap or lie down 'cause I love it that much. It's really like a revolutionary change.

I purchased five mattresses from Zinus, including one of their hybrid traditional mattresses. The twins and the fulls are immensely better than the four smaller ones we had before. Then our mattress that we got is pretty good itself. My wife really loves it. The only issue that I had was the shipping, but that fell more on FedEx than Zinus because I bought so many mattresses. FedEx couldn’t get them all on the truck, so it took them an extra day or two to get out here. So everything was delayed because of that. With larger orders like that, it would definitely be something to figure out.

The 14 inch memory foam mattress from Zinus has exceeded our expectations. Sleeping has been great and we spend a lot more time on the bed than we did before. However, we got sent two defective platforms. There was a missing support latch for the first platform that got sent with the mattress. We sent that back and they sent us a new one. But the new one looked like it might've been dropped. When we fold it out, it was uneven so it wasn't providing any type of support. It was a little frustrating. The reps handled it very well and they were very apologetic but we ended up returning them all and abandoning the whole purchase for the platform. Other than that, we love the mattress. It's completely different and it's much better than our old bed.

I got a 14-inch thick king mattress from Zinus. It was ultra comfort memory foam and I added a memory foam topper to it, which extended the life of it. However, for whatever reason, my body wasn’t taken to it. I sleep on my back and after four hours, my whole back would be sore, almost like I was lying on the floor for several hours. It just felt hard to me. My wife seems to like it, but she weighs 130 pounds less than me.
Right now I'm in the process of returning the Zinus bed. We had someone to pick it up to get the refund back because I'm coming up on my 30 nights and it's just not working. They told me I had to have someone at The Salvation Army or some donation place pick it up, which is fine. I contacted a place but they can't do it for three weeks and they can't do it on the weekends. Also, the Salvation Army tells me they're gonna come between 8:00 and 3:00, so I had to take a day off of work to be home because my wife doesn’t wanna be home alone with strangers in the house picking up the bed.
Then Zinus gave me a note from them that the mattress needs to be picked up by a certain date too, and I was like, “What do you want me to do? You're telling me to use the Salvation Army. They're telling me they can't come ‘til the 21st.” The last email I got back from the rep was, “We'll give you ‘til the 25th.” I'm like, “What if there's inclement weather and they cancel the pickup? If I scheduled now for the 21st, I got to wait another three weeks.” So I was very disappointed in that. They shouldn’t put a timeline when it's not my fault. This has now become a hassle for me to return this bed.
When I put the memory foam mattress topper on my old mattress, it made it very comfortable. So in my mind, I was thinking, “On the Zinus bed, that’s a memory foam why wouldn't it be comfortable? Now I can't get a new bed until I return this one. If I do get a new mattress, the new mattress company would come in and they would take away the Zinus bed. Then they’ll just throw it out, but then I don’t get my money back from Zinus. It puts the consumer in a tough spot because now I got to sleep on this bed. I'm uncomfortable with this for three weeks.

I bought a bed and mattress for my son and a mattress for myself. I'm very happy with everything. The packaging was great. I was able to move it myself which is awesome. I saw some reviews saying that it smelled like a factory, but it did not smell like that at all. I left it in the packaging longer than expected because I wasn't ready to move my mattress out at the time that it came. I have seen some reviews how sheets may be a problem. But it took sheets just fine and it's been excellent. My only issue is that my bed is on a box spring. It doesn't have a frame. The mattress tends to slide around on the box spring. So, it doesn't stay even. It would make things easy if you put some kind of slip proof thing at the bottom. I haven't really looked at a way to fix it myself yet. But other than that, it's been a really good experience. I've already recommended Zinus to my mother.

Zinus 7" High Profile Folding Box Frame purchased 2/1/17 and I still do not have it! I call but get voicemail over and over until it rolls over to leaving a message. I have left multiple messages with no response. I have called Amazon.com for help but they have no power over 3rd party shippers. I was promised this product within 2 days of purchase. The only information I receive is from Amazon.com who tells me the product will be arriving 2/15/17. Totally unacceptable and I resent being lured into a bait and switch scheme, ignored and disrespected. Not only will I never purchase Zinus, Inc. products I will never utilize Amazon.com either as they were not clear on the fact that this was a 3rd party seller. Rating? -10 (It doesn't help knowing now that this product comes from South Korea).

The memory foam pressure relief mattress I purchased from Zinus was great. My husband and I both love it. I am pregnant at the moment, so the bed is a little too firm for me. But after this prenatal stage, I think it will be perfect. The whole experience with Zinus was very good and the purchasing process of the bed was perfect. The only thing was that when the bed came, its smell, which one gets from any new product, lasted for about a week or two.

I got the memory foam mattress from Zinus after I found out about them from a friend who had bought one. The bed has helped me sleep better and it doesn't hurt as much. However, when I ordered my bed it was supposed to be a 14 inch bed and when I measure it it’s only a 12 inch bed. I am not sure if I'm missing something but other than that, I love the bed and so far, I'm very satisfied with it.

Zinus has good beds and mattresses. But the one I got has broken parts in the headboard. I have already sent pictures to the customer support and I've contacted them. Their rep said that she will check with the supervisor but they still haven't gotten back to me and it's almost been a month. Also, their delivery partner was not appropriate and I have contacted the dealers too and they are helping me. Nevertheless, my sleeping experience is nice and I would recommend Zinus to friends.

I purchased the King size Memory Foam 10 Inch Pressure Relief Mattress along with a King size 14 inch SmartBase Elite Platform Bed/Mattress Foundation. They were purchased on a Friday and arrived the following Tuesday, super fast delivery! After removing the mattress from the box, it took maybe 2-3 hours max for it to expand to its actual size. I opted for the 10 inch rather than 12-14, which is what I initially wanted, due to the price. However I really don't think those couple of inches make much difference. My boyfriend put together the platform with no issue, everything was pretty self-explanatory. I have never slept on a memory foam mattress prior to this one so the first night or so it kind of took some getting used to sleeping on something brand new but not in a bad way. By the 3rd night we had adjusted just fine.
This mattress is incredibly comfortable. It is definitely firm but also soft, if that makes sense. I read a review someone had posted describing the feeling of a cloud cradling her while she sleeps, which is a pretty accurate analogy! The foam conforms to your body. I'm a stomach, side, and back sleeper but need to fall asleep on my stomach. I'm comfortable in any position on this mattress, while my previous spring mattress gave me constant aches and pains. I'm plus size while my boyfriend is around 200 pounds and we have not had any issue with the platform foundation squeaking, buckling, etc. It is very sturdy and quiet.
The only recommendation I have is to put some type of tape or material on the platform itself if you have a cover on the mattress. We purchased a mattress protector and the mattress does slide around because it's not very heavy. But some type of traction should fix this. There is a lot of space underneath to store items. Now that we're on our second week of sleeping on this mattress, I can 100% percent without a doubt say I will never purchase a regular spring mattress again. The idea that people pay thousands of dollars for overpriced mattresses that don't hold up when they could spend a fraction of the cost on a mattress this amazing boggles my mind. Thank you Zinus!!!

The purchasing experience with Zinus Inc was fine, some of the information we were looking for were online like the firmness. I got the 12 inch gel mattress, the memory foam with the cooling gel on top. In terms of cooling, it actually performs pretty well. But we find that it doesn't provide enough support, it's a little too soft and it's thinner. But my overall experience has been good because they've agreed for us to keep the bed that we purchased and give away the mattress and process the refund. We might buy another mattress, something that is firmer and more suitable for our needs. However, they don't have a showroom so it’s not possible to let me feel the mattress before I buy it. But if they could provide a rating of the firmness, I would really appreciate that.

My Zinus memory foam is great so far. I used to have a spring mattress and this foam’s working better for me. The memory foam was slightly cheaper than a lot of the other ones I could find and also I could get it shipped to my new house, so that was good. Also, the frame was really easy to set up.

Our old bed was starting to sag in the middle. My husband did the research, looked online, and picked Zinus because of the price, reviews, and chose the hybrid. He wanted something more firm, so this mattress fits him. The quality for the price is above average. The delivery was on time and it was easy to set up. I made a call to customer service to ask some questions, and they were responsive. I'd recommend it.

I did a lot of online research and aside from the reviews, I found Zinus to have a very good price. The fact that it came delivered to the house was also great. I was very happy with the bed. I got the green tea memory foam and I also got frames for myself and my son. They were amazingly simple to transport and put together. We find it quite easy to use. I have 14 bedrooms in this house so I will need their services again. I have recommended them already.

I am incredibly impressed with Zinus memory foam mattresses. It’s awesome and is probably the best money we spent all Christmas. It costed us just under $300 and that bed is fabulous. Also, it was very easy to order online and shipping was excellent. I could also track my shipping online and we were very satisfied.

I’m a happy Zinus customer. My experience was spectacular, and I love it. I stayed at a friend’s house who had a mattress from Zinus, and I got to lie on it and it made my back feel good. I then purchased a foam mattress with the gel in it through Zinus. The delivery was quick and the setup was easy. Since using it, my back feels great. In fact, it exceeded my expectations. I get a better night’s sleep. I’m getting a little older, so I had an achy back in my old mattress, and in this mattress, I don’t have it anymore. After a week of sleeping on it, my back doesn’t hurt anymore. It was a pleasure doing business with Zinus.

I had a Sleep Number before and it was getting old. I checked out several things and I had to have money to give Zinus a shot because of the pricing. When I did, I bought two memory foams. They're much more comfortable and I love it. Also, the company was great to work with.

Zinus was highly recommended by a friend who had just also purchased a mattress, and the price as well as the door-to-door shipping were unbeatable. However, I ended up purchasing online over a weekend and no one was available at customer service. I was trying to take advantage of the 10% off that they offered during the Veterans Day sale. It was also unclear when I was looking at the various platforms what the actual dimensions were and if these would fit inside my existing bed frame.
Both my son and I had full bed frames, and I wanted to eliminate the box spring and get the platform instead but it was difficult for me to tell. Although the website gave certain dimensions, there was nothing there that definitively said, "This is your official footprint and if you are working within a confined space, this is what it's going to require." That would have been really helpful because I'm sure I'm not the only person in that situation, considering the elimination of a box spring but not wanting to get rid of the bed.
As for the shipping, I bought a mattress for myself and a mattress and a platform for my son, and his arrived at the same time. A couple of days had gone by and I still hadn't received mine. I tracked my order and Zinus had somehow left mine off the order and ended up having to send it separately. So, there was a little bit of a hiccup in the process, but it was ultimately resolved within a reasonable time frame. Ultimately, it was a relatively painless and easy experience. The product itself is good and definitely better in quality than my previous one. In the end, what really matters most is that the product does what they say it's supposed to do.

We purchased the gel memory foam from Zinus. We went with them because we had some friends that got one and they had good feedback so we just followed their lead. It was seamless on delivery and we are liking our purchase. It has worked out to be what we hoped it would and it's better than what we had in the past. So far everything has been very good.

I recently purchased a memory foam through Zinus, and it has met my expectations. I ordered it on their website which was easy to navigate, but I got it through Walmart, which is one of their distributors. The delivery timeframe was good. I wasn’t here when it was delivered, and it had to be managed by the property managers here, but the delivery team got it into my front door. I used to have a very nice Stearns & Foster Golden Elegance, but it was just a standard spring mattress. It’s the first time I’ve owned a memory foam. I was a little reticent going into it. I was afraid I would sleep hot, but it’s fine. It’s comfortable and I’m happy with it. In fact, we may buy a queen once my wife flies out here and see if she likes the one that we’ll be sleeping on.

Pros: comfortable mattress, good price. Cons: slow shipping time, pieces delivered on different days, poor customer service, purchased products removed from website. I purchased a mattress and bed frame through the Zinus Memorial Day sale - on a Monday. The website states 4-5 days shipping time for my location (FL) so I expected everything to come that Friday at best and the following Monday at worst. The mattress came the following Tuesday. The bed frame has yet to come (it is Wednesday). I opened the mattress to expand and sleep on it since I had been sleeping on the floor for a few nights, expecting I would have already had a bed by this time.
I called the customer service number twice. The first time was to inquire about the mattress and frame sizes to make enough space in my new bedroom. This is because the products I ordered were no longer listed on the website a week after I ordered them (not even a page with 'out of stock'). A girl answered the phone who sounded like she was at a slumber party. It was noisy in the background, and she was constantly saying "What?" and "Huh?" She never even said she was a rep for Zinus nor her name, and she gave me generic mattress and frame measurements since I assume she couldn't find the exact ones I had ordered.
The second time I called customer service was yesterday once my mattress arrived but not the frame. I understand a rep is merely a messenger, but the reasoning for the delay in delivery and separation of the order was that the boxes may have been too heavy and that there is a 1-2 day processing time in addition to the 4-5 day shipping time. Also, FedEx does not deliver on the weekends, so it could be almost 2 weeks for an order to arrive if there are any unexpected delays.
The website is very misleading in making customers think the order will actually arrive in 4-5 days. There is no clear mention of processing time, or the fact that they are basing the estimates on FedEx delivery days/non-delivery days. 3 days extra isn't life or death, but I would prefer to have an honest and accurate estimate of delivery rather than falsified information encouraging purchases.
I found Zinus through searching on Amazon for beds. The company name was featured so I visited their website directly. Maybe they rely on Amazon to handle customer service duties, but it is hard to find certain info on the company website. I used the mattress on the floor the first night and it was comfortable. Hopefully it feels the same once it is on the actual bed frame.

I purchased a mattress through Zinus based on the reviews that I’d seen. Also, I tried out a couple of products in the stores and it seemed to be a better value to get it from Zinus. The delivery went perfectly, and everything was easy to set up. My new mattress is better than what I had. I’m getting better rest, so I’m very happy with the purchase. I’ve already recommended Zinus.

I got a memory foam mattress and a foundation from Zinus. It’s much more comfortable than my old bed which I owned for five years and which we got rid because our backs were hurting and there was no support in it. Even though the Zinus mattress was manufactured in China, it got the same foam that I get here in America for half the price. So it’s an affordable product.
We were a little bit worried because we bought the bed through a mail order type of thing. But after about 18 hours, we slept on the bed and it hasn’t given us any problems since. There was a 30-day return which was the shortest one and that was the biggest gamble if we didn’t like it. But we haven’t talked about wanting to return it once. Since using it, it improved our sleeping patterns all around especially that we got it for pressure relief. I’ve recommended Zinus to friends and they’re also happy with their beds. Everything went smooth all in all.

My husband loves the Zinus mattress, which was a combo of a memory foam and a spring mattress. We had mattress before from Costco and Sleep Number that didn't work out. The Sleep Number was like an air mattress that you float on the pool or lake and if one is not lying down on it then one is not getting the support, so one can't sleep on his or her side. The Zinus mattress is much better for us and my husband is sleeping better on it. It was an excellent experience overall and there was no hassle involved. Everything with their product has been great. I’ve read reviews that people were worried about how the mattress would be after it was compressed and one has to give it a time for the mattress to expand. In our experience, we had no problems with it reaching its full thickness.

I was looking for mattress and a Zinus, Inc ad showed up. I was iffy about the price, then my friend came and talked about their experience with Zinus. They were really satisfied with the mattresses and the items that they got. That gave me confidence in trying out Zinus products so I purchased the memory foam mattress and the queen size. The memory foams are very comfortable and it’s really good for the price range that we got. I’m mellow with mattresses. As long as it doesn’t hurt my back, it’d be good.
However, even though it says it’s a firm mattress, it’s not as hard as I thought. It’s still very soft where I could push things down. But when I placed my daughter right next to the location where I pushed the mattress down, my daughter would still not move unlike the previous memory foam mattress that I’ve got where if I put my daughter on one side and I lay down on another side, the whole thing gets compressed down and then my daughter would have rolled over to my side.

I got the 10-inch Zinus Green Tea Memory Foam and it is awesome. It's way better than the air mattress I had before and some other beds I've seen. It was delivered in a good time frame and the mattress came three days before the frame but it worked out. It was easy to install, I did it in less than an hour. It’s really comfortable and it immediately helped a lot with my pregnant girl who was having back pains. It's a good mattress for a good price and a good price for a good deal. It's still holding up sturdy, not super heavy, and it's effective. I've no remorse or regret about it. It's a good product overall and I'd recommend it.

I bought a mattress and box spring from Zinus. They took the wrong size box spring and I'm still waiting on my credit which has been fairly frustrating. The mattress on the other hand is okay. I've slept on it and it's fine.
