• First 2 years: Full mattress replacement at no cost if defective.
• Years 3 and beyond: Free repair and re-covering, with a $149 processing fee.

Optional Fairness Replacement option:

• Keep the original mattress and purchase a replacement at a discounted rate:

  • Years 6-10: 60% of original price
  • Years 11-15: 80% of original price
• A $99 processing fee applies.

Important warranty conditions:

• Zenhaven mattresses must be used on a platform bed with a solid surface (e.g., plywood or masonite board) to maintain warranty coverage.
• Adjustable base use is allowed with Zenhaven and does not void the warranty.
• Frames for queen size or larger must have proper center support; otherwise, warranty is void.
• Warranty is invalid if the mattress is stained, burned, damaged or misused.
