So far, this has been a very easy process. The online chat person answered all of my questions, directed me to the warranty link and to client reviews. All were very helpful in giving me confidence to shop online for this mattress. I have my fingers crossed.

So far we have had a great experience. We ordered 2 mattresses yesterday and received a phone call today. The ordering process was really easy compared to store shopping. The options were easy to work through and the process was simple. We like the pricing and are looking forward to getting and using our new mattresses.

I have no comments on the product having not yet received it. I appreciate the ease of the purchase process and follow up call. Bottom line for me will be the quality of my purchase. The experience at this point is irrelevant.

We had a narrow time frame for delivery and Saatva granted our Saturday delivery request, even though we ordered the mattress only the Sunday before that Saturday.

I haven't gotten the bed yet. However, I was looking for a bed back in February and found your company online. I was tired of paying twice as much or more for poor quality and bad service and equally bad impact on the environment. I am happy to have found you guys and look forward to my first nights sleep!

It is uncommon these days for a company call you and keep you up to date on your order. The follow up is excellent. Representatives with whom we've dealt are professional, courteous and capable of answering your questions.

So far, I'm happy with my experience. I had to place my order on the phone as I had difficulty with the online site (this could have been my computer). However, I'm glad I ordered on the phone since the person I spoke with told me the 14.5" mattress required deep pocket sheets (I don't think this is mentioned on the website). I'm still waiting for the delivery company to call but it's only been 2 business days, so fingers crossed they call soon. Looking forward to my new mattress!

We just ordered our mattress and I appreciate the quick follow-up. However, I won't have much of an opinion about Saatva's customer service until it comes to taking delivery of the mattress. In theory, the mattress will be delivered sometime in the next couple of weeks, which seems like a reasonable time frame. At first I was extremely happy and pleased with the Saatva service. The customer service rep was very friendly and everything was being handled in a timely manner. However, now that I wait for my delivery, I feel a bit out of the loop. I haven't been updated on my order or expected delivery date. My order is supposed to come 2-8 days from the time of purchase, so I should be getting my mattress either today or tomorrow. But no one has called to schedule anything or let me know the status, so I feel as if I don't know what to expect or how to plan out my time.

This far I have had a follow-up call and emails outlining the order and expected timeline. So far, so good!

The representative spent more than half an hour listening to my concerns, medical problems and expectations for a better, more restful sleep and a hope to wake up without back pain and stiff muscles. He advised me to purchase Luxury firm mattress and I did. It was promptly delivered yesterday and this morning I feel like a new person. I had a friend recommend the Saatva Mattress, so I knew about the quality, comfort and back support this product provides. I got a wealth of information from your website from the recommendations, videos and FAQs there. I confirmed some things on an online chat. The next day I put in my order online. This shop at home experience is so much better than going to mattress stores and dealing with sales people in the store.

I am not a huge fan of ordering online. Saatva Mattress Company may very well change my opinion of that. The information they had on their website was highly informative. Let's be honest, it's hard to be proficient at something that you only need to do every 10 years. I received an order confirmation over the telephone, and a confirmation via email and feel highly confident that I have made a fantastic choice. If you consider not lying down on a bed for 5-10 minutes as a negative, then this is not the right choice for you. Insert sarcasm here. However, I'm quite confident that if you need a new mattress, any 5-10 minute experience is a moot point. I am so very excited for my new mattress to arrive, I cannot sleep! No wait, my old mattress plays a part in that too! Lol

I honestly, never heard of Saatva, but I'm glad I found you. I had almost given up my search because nothing in my local retail stores was wowing me or even within my budget. But after reading about your material selection process and the construction of the mattress/box springs, and of course made in the USA. I was in. The online customer service was extremely helpful with guiding me on my mattress selection and even followed up with me when I lost my internet connection just before I finalized my purchase. And imagine my surprise when I received the "call" from the delivery company on Tuesday (I ordered my mattress late Sunday afternoon) to schedule my new mattress delivery.

I placed an order for a king size, firm, 11.5" mattress on 7/17/15. I subsequently changed the depth to 14.5" on 7/18/15. Everything else remained the same. I received an acknowledgement and revised order confirming the change in depth. On 7/20 I received an email from your Kalena that the mattress is to be 11.5" - somehow the word does not get to the various departments.

So far it has been a pleasure to deal with Saatva. Everyone has been polite, responsive and helped us make our decision about what to purchase. We had an especially difficult situation with our house -- built in 1890 and narrow in some areas. Josh came up with the idea of ordering two twin XL mattresses instead of a king so we could get the bed into our house more easily. We'll set them together on a king frame once they're safely inside. We got a glowing referral from a friend who loves a great bargain almost as much as they love the good things in life. On their advice, we checked out the Saatva, and things looked good. We placed an order Sunday, got a call to confirm everything on Monday, and by Tuesday we had scheduled our delivery. It could have been Thurs if our schedules allowed, so we pushed it to Friday. If we went into a store and bounced on a few mattresses, it still would have taken longer! So far, we're impressed. Next is to see how it feels to sleep on one!

On Friday July 17, I got a call from Omega Solutions, Saatva's local delivery company. They said the plush soft mattress and four and a half inch foundation would be ready for delivery on Tuesday, July 21, and they would call the day before on Monday to set up the time window for delivery which they did. They said it would be delivered between 11:00 AM and 3:00pm Tuesday. I even asked to verify the order, a fourteen and one half inch plush soft mattress and four and one half inch foundation. This morning, Tuesday at ten minutes to eleven the phone rang, it was Omega Solutions. I thought they were calling to tell me they would be here soon but no, they were calling to tell me they did not have the foundation. It was not shipped to them. The man on the phone thought they had another one in their warehouse but they didn't.

My order has been processed and now waiting for delivery. But so far, customer service has been extremely helpful and it seems like the delivery time will be on time and not too lengthy like normal deliveries, so I am hoping that remains the case. Looking forward to receiving my Saatva mattress!

This is our 7th mattress purchased for our two homes and our children. It is always a pleasure to do business with the people at Sattva. They are extremely helpful and professional. Needless to say, we are very happy with the product! There is no need to spend thousands of dollars on a mattress when Sattva makes such an exceptional product at its price point. P.S. I used to sleep on a Duxiana!

I found Saatva by Googling - it was the company with the highest rating. When I connected to the company's website, the "Chat-on-line" immediately suggested their help. That was real HELP. I was given the detailed information about everything - all sizes, the possible firmness of the mattress, recommendation of what firmness would be the best (based on my requirements), the price, the phone number to call in case I wanted to place the order over the phone.

While I was happy with the ordering process and the email communication immediately following my order that there would be a follow-up phone call, I did not appreciate that I received my follow up phone call at 11pm EST (waking me up prior to an early morning work engagement). While I know it's tricky with time zones, please have your sales/customer service reps follow-up during normal business hours, not in the middle of the night. Thanks.

I have had 4 customer contacts with Saatva. They have varied in content. My first was with a woman to ask questions before I made a decision. That woman was very personable and helpful. The second was when I placed the order with Josh. He was distracted, and seems surprised when, after asking questions, I said I intended to order. The third was with Alison who phoned me to thank me for the order, and ask for address information and mattress size. I was unable to give her information since I was in a public place. The fourth was a man who saw my email to Saatva giving the information requested. Then I heard again from Alison, who apologized for my confusion over leaving me a phone message. I am not sure these contacts were of equal quality. I would say the first woman was most helpful. I do see evidence that Saatva really cares about their 5 star rating. My real hope is the mattress lives up to that rating.

Truthfully, I was expecting to order a mattress and have it delivered. I didn't expect a phone call thanking me for my order (and confirming its accuracy). I also didn't expect that I will have some control of the delivery date/time - this makes it much easier to take a day off work without having to scramble.

I received answers to all my questions. I'm not sure if the individuals with whom I've had contact so far communicate with each other. The first person with whom I spoke assured me that I could Get my mattress in a few weeks instead of right away but then we were called several times and had to repeat that information to each new person who contacted us. I'm hoping there will be no problem with the delivery date.

I was impressed with your site and the ease of ordering enough that I selected your company and mattress over another similar mattress company in hopes that we end up with the best mattress for us for the money. We currently sleep on a memory foam mattress that is near retirement and some nights are good, but most nights I think we are ready for a new mattress.
