I am 83 and have never had a better mattress. Soft, yet supportive. The pillows are wonderful and the bamboo sheets are yummy. My daughter has already stolen one of the pillows and I look forward to getting another set of those sheets. I wish I had found Puffy years ago.

My husband found this lux hybrid online and the reviews were excellent and impressive. After thorough research, we purchased a king lux hybrid from Puffy. It was delivered as promised and the accessories arrived the next day. We have had two nights of great sleep. The mattress increased in depth over the past 24 hours. A true testimony is that I fractured my sacrum over 7 weeks ago and the past two nights were the most comfortable I have been since the injury. Highly recommend the mattress, pillows and accessories.

I had some questions about which Puffy mattress was right for me. I chatted online with a customer service person who quickly answered my questions. I then ordered the mattress and it was delivered in less than a week.

Could not be happier! Our second Puffy order and will not be out last! We recently ordered the Puffy comforter to go with our bed and sheet set. We are pretty picky when it comes to our comforters, but this exceeded our expectations. Not too warm not too light, certainly can be a year-round blanket. Plus, it can be washed in your own washing machines! Definitely a bonus!

I shopped and reviewed many mattresses. Puffy had such high ratings especially for back issue. I can’t afford a lot and used my taxes to purchase this mattress. This mattress is to hard and I wake with pain in my lower back and legs. I was in an accident years ago with a drunk driver and have a fussed back and need soft cushion support. This It isn’t soft enough to for lower back support. I’m thankful when I got rid of my old mattress I kept my 4 inch memory foam topper. I would not recommend this mattress for people with back issues.

I spent months researching mattresses to purchase when I got a recommendation for Puffy from my father in-law. I am the kind of person who likes to test and sit on a mattress before committing to a price tag like Sealy, Posturepedic, or even Puffy. Coincidentally, I happen to be over at my in-laws' house on this very subject was brought up, and I was able to sit on my father-in-law‘s bed, and I loved it. I purchased one that day. The best part was that it came with two free pillows, a free set of sheets, and a mattress protector. To me, the sheets are amazing, and worth every penny. Well, so are the pillows.

Mattress came delivered quickly and set up was easy! The support of the mattress is plush but offers relief on pressure points. We are getting great sleep every night and their service is exceptional. Can’t wait to try out more products!

I have osteoporosis, and I have a problem sleeping. Usually I have a restless nite because of the pain in my shoulders, no matter what direction I turn. I previously bought a puffy mattress, which was in another room. So I had to sleep separate from my husband so I could get a good night sleep. Recently, I purchased another mattress and I am back sleeping a good night sleep with my husband. It's like sleeping in a cloud. I have no pain. It's almost like my mattress is hugging me. I love it.

I ordered two twin xl mattresses after reading many reviews online. I was a little skeptical that my back would feel better from a mattress, and boy was I wrong. After about a week of adjusting, I wake up every morning with no pain. We got the Puffy royal.

My wife and I love our new bed! We no longer wake up with any back pain. The Puffy was delivered right to our door and after opening it up and letting it "inflate" for a few hours it was ready to go! I own a puffy mattress, comforter, blanket, pillows, sheets, topper and mattress protector! Everything on my bed is Puffy brand. Once I fell in love with the mattress, I just knew that the rest of their products were perfection. I refer so many new customers! Thank you, Puffy. I never slept so well in my life.

The Bed is fantastic & comfortable. Love the adjustable bed. It’s cool to sleep in. Don’t get hot like the foam mattress. The pillows are too hard for me, would like them a lot softer they hold my head up to high. The cover sheets are great and cool to sleep on.

I have the Puffy pillow and definitely is a win win. Doesn't make my neck hurt but still firm and comfortable. I have tried few others in the past and they either go flat or are too soft and then makes my neck hurt and stiff in the morning and very uncomfortable.

I am 66 years old and in my entire life I have never experienced the complete comfort that I do with my new Puffy Royal mattress! I don’t want to get up in the morning because it’s so perfect, and I look forward to going to bed at night! I actually go to bed early and watch TV from my bed. It’s that accommodating. Along with the bamboo sheets that accompany the new mattress (at no additional cost), it’s a killer bedtime experience! I’m a side sleeper so I got the softer mattress because of my arthritic shoulders, I wake up with no pain, and I don’t wake up in pain during the night. We ordered the Lux Hybrid Mattress from Puffy and we're more than thrilled with the decision! This is the most comfortable mattress we've owned and the quality is evident from the time you unbox it until your first night's sleep. I had been looking for a new bed and went searching in the different stores comparing comfort and affordability. I have back issues and so I was wanting to be thorough in my search! After reading the reviews on the Puffy Mattress and trying many other mattresses in stores, I decided to go by what I was reading from other users of the Puffy Mattress. I was not disappointed!! Ordered my mattress review based on a hope and a prayer. I had spent $2300 for a sofa bed that was hard as a rock! Well I was not disappointed and over the moon glad I ordered it. It came within a week and was even more than I hoped for. Can now use the entire sofa and be comfortable! Bonus!

Read as many reviews as I could find on adjustable beds and mattresses. Looked at all the BUG names and Wayfair and Overstock and Amazon. Came across PUFFY and I was so impressed. I called and asked a lot of questions and then ordered 4 bed frames and 3 mattresses. They all came so well packaged, set up was literally less than 30 minutes for the 1st one and less time for the remaining frames. The mattresses are so comfortable, ordering medium to firm and can’t say enough about these! Such a wonderful purchase and great customer support.

Having had neck problems for years, I have had trouble finding a pillow that was comfortable ALL night. The Puffy is supportive but also soft! I don't wake up with neck and shoulder problems OR headaches!!! I love it!!!

We love our puffy mattress. It is such an upgrade from the traditional mattress that we have had The shipping was easy and setup even easier. Only challenge was it was heavier than I thought but that is a good thing.

I am in love with my new Puffy mattress. Before I received my puffy I had a basic mattress with springs inside of it and every morning I woke up my back would be aching in pain. I was very impressed by the quality of Puffy products I ordered. The mattress is very well made with lots of added detail such as the anti-slip material to keep the mattress from sliding. I also liked the extra elastic straps on the four corners of the fitted sheets.

As a side sleeper, I have been in the market for a new mattress. I am breaking into my first puffy and I enjoy it a lot. I think it may take a couple of weeks for the mattress to shape the body. The delivery was smooth. Two deliveries one for mattress cover and pillows and one for the mattress. I let the mattress puff out (pun intended) for 24 hours before sleeping on it. Regular queen-fitted sheets fitted nicely on the mattress.

We decided to purchase our puffy mattress last month and it’s been fantastic. It sleeps great, the added bonus items were wonderful, and the convenience of online shopping was great! Even better, all of our experience with customer service for any questions or concerns we have had has been supreme! They’ve responded quickly and professionally to all questions and helped us every step of the way! No complaints here at all!

So far so good. Tried 2 hybrid mattress before this and they didn't work out. Was kind of hesitant to get a memory foam mattress. There isn't the spring bounce I've grown use to after 40 years but that definitely helps with movement isolation when my dogs hop on and off. I have a topper on my bed and it truly feels like a cloud. Happy customer so far!

I purchased the royal hybrid first but it was too plush for me. The company took it back (actually had a donation company come pick it up) very quickly and refunded our money without any hassle. I got the delux lux and it’s much firmer but very comfortable. I highly recommend the mattress and company!

It has a solid sleep profile! Keeps us cool when the room is running a little warm! It took a few nights to get used to and it has been great! We also added the puffy mattress pad on top and it feels even more like a cloud now! We love it!

We replace a bed we loved however it was time (20 years). Researched and read many reviews. Bed and mechanical frame were HEAVY, well-built, but went together very easily! Now my wife and I can recline at different heights which is helpful, I'm 6' 1" and she is 5' 5"! And the leg recline takes the load off our legs nicely as we are retired, and leg pain is normal I guess!! So comfortable! 25 years in the military so I have lots of pain from injuries incurred in the line of duty, five helicopter crashes! I can actually walk in the morning when I get up! Everyone we have shown it to love it, and some are jealous!! I just tell them to buy their own! Lol. Very pleased so far and hope it lasts as long as I need it to.

So far I really love my new Puffy Lux king mattress. Ordering and delivery were simple, straight forward. We received our mattress on time. Set up was easy. I am a combination back and side sleeper. My back has been better since getting the Puffy and my husband's shoulder isn't hurting anymore. I love the bamboo sheets and pillows, too. So far we are very pleased.

I have two Puffy mattresses in the queen size. One is the standard and one is the mid level model. Both have provided me with some of the best sleep of my life. Sleeping on anything else is now subpar.

I've had my mattress for close to 6 months. Buying this mattress was a great decision! It's supportive and comfortable. The pillows and bamboo sheets that came with it were a plus as well. 10/10 recommend.

We first purchased the queen hybrid. I loved it. My husband felt it was too soft so we contacted PUFFY to do an exchange. They offered to send us a firm topper. That did the trick. It was perfect. Later, we purchased a king mattress from a another store. We found we needed a topper. I ordered another one and it made a huge difference. The temperature control and extra support are amazing. I highly recommend PUFFY. Their products and customer service are fantastic. I plan to purchase another mattress for a spare room in the future.

I have chronic back and shoulder pain and I've been searching for the right mattress for about 3 years now. The Puffy Lux was recommended to us by a family friend and I still wasn't so sure when I initially placed my order because I had been disappointed with the previous 2 other brand names. Puffy has a 101 day trial period. I called and complained the layers were separating on the mattress. They wanted me to unzip the cover and take pictures. I’m 82 years old and cannot turn mattress over so they just said it was nothing they could do. I tried to contact them with no response. Also they claim a lifetime warranty and won’t honor it. Don’t buy this mattress. I have a $1595 Puffy Lux.

I talked to a Puffy representative about their Puffy mattress, asking how it would be for Fibromyalgia, was even guided to the Lux model. I was told it was an excellent choice and would conform to my body and give proper support. That is not true. The mattress loses its ability to conform and hold its shape very quickly. I began to not sleep well, eventually my body soft tissue ached, and then my pressure points inflamed to the point that I wake up with sharp pain. I will not be able to continue sleeping on this Puffy mattress.

We purchased the Puffy in September 2021. My wife enjoyed it for the first couple of months, although I started to develop back pain. By January, I had been to the chiropractor 4 times, started getting sciatica pain throughout the day, and was sleeping on the floor beside our bed, with a sleeping bag, towels, and a comforter underneath for back support. I couldn't take the pain that this mattress was causing me. I contacted Puffy about it, but unfortunately had just passed their 100-night trial, and they refused any service after that.

I ordered a Puffy Mattress on their Black Friday special and at first everything seemed fine. The mattress and the accessories shipped within 2 days, but right away things seemed off with my delivery. I got an email from FedEx stating it was going to be delivered early on Saturday originally intended for Sunday, but when I looked at the tracking info it had not left the FedEx facility since Friday. Then on Saturday they updated the delivery to Delayed and said it would arrive Tuesday.

I ordered this mattress and a few hours later contacted Puffy to change the order. Delivery was not commenced. It’s been 4 days, and I have not yet received a reply from the company. I received an automated email that delivery commenced yesterday, but have still not received a reply to several emails. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

We purchased a Puffy mattress Jan. 2021. At 1st it was great..My body was happier than it had been in yrs and slept great. Within about 6 months it started getting really hard and sank in to middle. No more goods night's sleep and can't afford to invest in a new mattress. Contacted company and the return policy is ridiculous. We are once again short on sleep and uncomfortable in the morning.

We purchased the Puffy mattress in June of 2018, I think. We loved it for the first year or so. We would flip end to end when we changed the sheets, hoping to not permanently imprint the memory foam. Now (for the last year or more) both ends and both sides are imprinted, and it is miserable. At first it relieved my back pain, now it only makes it worse. The warranty states that you must be able to see a specific indentation of a certain depth for a warranty claim. The cover remains tight, so no matter how deep the indentations get, the warranty will never cover a replacement because they aren't visible. When you press on the cover, you can feel the indentations, but they are not visible otherwise. We are stuck with it until we can afford a replacement, which will NOT be a Puffy. Bottom line: It feels like you're sleeping on a cloud at first, but it doesn't last. I do not recommend this mattress, unless you're willing to replace it at full price every year or so.

We ordered $6500 worth of beds/mattresses on June 7, 2021. Three of the four items ordered were delivered but not within the 3-5 business days as advertised. This late delivery cost us over $1000 in hotel bills since we had just moved and had no beds to sleep in. (We received a few complimentary pillows, etc. for our troubles and to compensate us for the hotel stay.)

Really didn't think our mattress was all that bad until we slept on Puffy cloud. Small hiccup but all handled in very professional and timely manner. Must try and see yourself, lifetime warranty. How could you go wrong!!

I saw really bad reviews for Puffy on returns and I was so nervous when I had to do one. It went so great, that I wrote this review and I usually don’t, but I wanted them to get the credit they deserve. My purchase & return experience with Puffy mattress was excellent. It wasn’t super firm for my preference, so I submitted a return. They had it picked up the next business day. I got an email confirmation from the pickup guys, screenshot the proof, and emailed to Puffy. The refund was processed that day. The money went back to my bank account the day after pickup. They had great communication through email with me the entire time! Great experience and I would do again!

I received an email back that they were so busy that it would take up to 72 hours to respond. (First Red Flag) I continued to try to correspond with them and a couple of days later received an email that they would process my cancellation. Then I was shocked a couple of days later to receive a notice that the mattress had been shipped!

Puffy mattress they did they give you 101 days. They are saying I return them the mattress. It pick by non profits organization and they are the one who give them all the reviews in the web. Otherwise their service is the worst and their product is made in China with low quality. I do not recommend them. Buy your mattress from store. All this online service is bad and nasty. It is shame. They build their reviews on lying to people.

Our first mattress-in-a-box experience. While the mattress was not firm enough for our needs, the return process went very smoothly. We followed the directions carefully. Within a few days of initiating the return, the charity had picked up the mattress (they wrapped it so we didn't have to) and the refund was processed the next day.

Bought a mattress that I never received and they don't answer email, phone, online form, or reviews. I have not had a single communication since I paid them. I have tried over a period of time to contact them in various ways but they do not respond. They don't even allow you to call them to inquire.

Purchased adjustable bed & mattress, wasn’t comfortable. The mattress isn’t made for adjustable beds. Anyway waited 2 weeks and 1 day for 1800gotjunk to pick it up. It’s been a week and they don’t answer their phone or emails! Disputing with credit card, this is ridiculous! 101 days trial is a joke. HEADACHE. They will never post a review 1 star, it gets deleted.

Purchased mattress on 5/3/20. Requested return on 5/31/20. Returned around 6/12/20. Should be 3 to 5 working days for refund. Contacted 6/22/20. They said saw paperwork any day. No refund as of 8/26/20.

Their customer service is horrendous. I emailed 8 times no one has picked up matt yet. Called innumerable times no one answers. They make 101 night trial impossible. Take your money and go elsewhere! Would never recommend.

Long break in period. Took work to make comfortable. As suggested we walked on bed each day to break it down. When first received was hard as rock. People who recommended did not have same experience.

Remote for electric bed stopped working 6 months after purchase. Company does not answer phone. Response from e-mail said they would contact me within 48 hours. After 5 days and no response sent 2nd e-mail with a response saying I would be contacted within 72 hours. NO RESPONSE yet.

This is a very comfortable mattress. I don't want to get out of bed in the mornings and can't wait to get in it at night. Customer service was excellent when I asked a few questions. They were able to answer promptly. The transaction went quite smoothly.

Had the mattress for about three years now. It is starting already to "sink in", even when and after we started to rotate it. The fact is only a one-sided mattress does not help. We've started to think we need to replace it. (Our previous mattress, a regular box-spring one, lasted us a dozen years!)

The mattress has really helped with my lower back issues. However I find that the foam mattress is very warm, especially now in the summer. I can’t seem to get comfortable due to the fact that I feel it is causing me to be extra warm at night. I think I might have to spend extra money to get some kind of gel topper.

Delivery is fast and on time. Good selection on products. Sometimes products are a little pricy. Go to email find better deal. I do like to join the free delivery. I accidentally click on take advantage and find out later I signed up for something I did know a charge each month.

Puffy mattress adapts to your body and it feels amazing! I was experiencing back problems. Since I sleep on the Puffy Mattress I feel so much better and I have not needed to go to the chiropractor.

Very comfortable, firm enough for good support, but not too firm. Fast, easy delivery. Set up was quick and easy. Two people can easily unpack it and set it up. Best of all -, there was NO smell whatsoever from the moment we took it out of the box and packaging. NONE.

We did a great deal of research looking for a medium firm mattress as my husband had a spinal cord injury and this is the level his doctor recommended. We purchased a Puffy queen mattress in early November and received the mattress on 11/15. We immediately set it up. It is a beautifully made mattress. We almost immediately had two issues. 1 the mattress is far softer than medium firm. And 2. the sides are not firm at all, meaning that my husband had no firm seating from which to stand.

We checked reviews and found Puffy; we wanted a comfortable mattress. We found Puffy online, and it had good reviews, and not I think the reviews must be manufactured. The mattress has NO EDGE SUPPORT and is a floppy mess. But, they have a 100-night sleep guarantee, right??? They do, but they will pick it up some time in the next two weeks, they can't tell you when, and they'll give you a receipt, and you have to upload that receipt and wait for a credit. OH, and that ** pillow that costs $100, you'll need to drive around, find someone who will take a used pillow on donation, get a receipt on letterhead, and upload that for them, and then they'll credit you at their discretion. **! It's a ** floppy mattress with equally as bad customer service. I'm waiting for one more week for this to get resolved and then I'll ask my credit card company to pull back the charge. Horrible experience.
