Bought my Puffy Cloud mattress 30 days ago. Wanted to write a review the first day about how perfect it was, but waited to understand if it's getting better - and yes it is! Mattress is perfect. If you can get their sheets I would highly recommend because regular sheets don't always fit perfectly. My Lux, Cloud and Royal mattresses. I bought my first mattress from Puffy and was surprisingly happy. Eight months ago I ordered a second mattress - the Royal model for another house we have. Had to share how great the delivery experience was yesterday. My mattress arrived exactly when scheduled. Got a text a couple days before confirming my address, then a call the next day to set up the delivery time. The delivery team texted when they were about 45 minutes out. Over ten years ago I bought a Puffy mattress as a college student. I slept on that mattress for years and never once regretted it. Fast forward to this evening, when during the uncertainties of a move I'm still sleeping on this same Puffy mattress and find myself just as content with the product as I was when I purchased it. Mattress was great for about 4 years. Product warranty will not allow you a replacement unless there is a visible 1.5” indentation. Unfortunately, the indentations are hardly visible due to the fabric they use for the outer covering but is 100% felt when you lay down and roll to the middle. I tried reaching out to see if they could do anything after purchasing the mattress less than 6 years ago but no luck. Kind of a bummer and won’t be buying another mattress from them. For context, I’m 175lb woman and it’s mostly just me who has slept in this bed the entire time so I think it’s odd to have broken down so fast. I bought and used their base and rotated it every few months as well.

Mattress was delivered Saturday evening, and we unpacked it Sunday. With the California King, it's better for two people to lift, unwrap, and lay out. Ours is on a platform. There was no smell, and it was totally usable within two hours, although we waited till bed. It's complete luxury. And the two pillows we received are spectacular! I have no issues at this time. And time will tell. The cover is well made. The sides are a little soft, but I don't sit on the side of the bed. And it has handles! Is not a flipper, only rotate.

Purchased a Puffy Lux twin mattress April of 2023. It seemed too soft to start with, but I thought I would get used to it. It seems to have been getting softer as time has passed. There is little or no back support. I wake in the morning with back and shoulder pain. Part of the problem is the softness goes so deep that it is a struggle to turn over or change positions. I have tried putting a mattress pad over it to prevent sinking into it but so far haven't found one that is stiff enough to make a difference. So now I'm sleeping on the $100 bed in a box mattress in the guest room and will order another one for my bed. I am not a big person, 5' 2" feet tall and 140 pounds.

NEVER BUY PUFFY. BED FRAME DELIVERED DAMAGED, MATTRESS NOT DELIVERED & PUFFY DOESN'T KNOW ITS TRACKING NUMBER. Misleading AI emails stated order was shipped. Inaccurate since only part of the order was shipped they left out the mattress that costs a few thousand dollars. Customer Service gave a store credit that must be used in a specific way or the dollar amount is lost. So now I have to return some of my purchases to re-buy with store credit or I lose it.

We owned a sleep number bed for over 12 years without body pain. We replaced with the Puffy 100 lb mattress of horror. After one year the mattress is causing distress in our body. What will happen to this mattress of horror within another year? The lifetime warranty is a joke, so don’t fall for the sham. We are so disappointed in this mattress and what after spending over $3,000,00 after one year, must spend another $3,000 on a sleep number bed? Puffy you are shameful! How many people were taken advantage of? Too many I think!!

Just hitting the 2-month mark with my Puffy and figured I'd share my thoughts! Arrived in a box that was surprisingly compact. No issues with delivery. Took maybe 30 minutes total to unpack and set up. The mattress itself is pretty comfortable - supportive but not brick-hard. No weird smell like some foam mattresses have. Been sleeping better and waking up with less stiffness. Price was fair for what you get. No complaints so far.

Very comfortable sleep with good support. We have the cooling mattress cover and sheets. However, after 1 year, side of the King Double has become very hot. My wife sleep on my side on night and confirmed that the temperature difference is crazy. When I tried to file a warranty claim, I was told that it only covers the manufacturing, not how the mattress feels. It’s obvious that if there is such a temperature difference between the 2 mattresses purchased at the same time, that there is a material deterioration issue occurring with a component in the mattress. Very rude rep offered no solution and could do nothing other than read from his script.

We purchased a King "Original" Puffy mattress in 2019 and loved it. So when we decided to downsize to a queen this year (2025), I reached out to Puffy to order another original mattress. They no longer had mattresses called "original." So I chatted with their customer support, who assured me that "Cloud" is the same original mattress. I ordered it, and it arrived quickly and expanded quickly. Unfortunately, It smells like a cheap bed-in-the-box mattress (which we bought for our guest room last year), and it is firmer than the other Puffy mattress that we have. It's easy to feel the difference. We don't like it nearly as well. After adding a topper from Walmart, it is OK. Perhaps they changed their foam layers since 2019? Or maybe the manufacturing is not consistent? Not sure what the problem is, but my husband is sick, and I don't have the stamina to go through an exchange process. I'm sorry we bought it.

This is the worst company to deal with regarding any defective mattress with a lifetime guarantee. I've sent 15 photos regards the imprint hole left in mattress. They keep asking for more photos. First with a level, then measure depth of permanent indentation, then the whole mattress. Now today take a photo with a broom handle. It's all smoke & mirrors. I am a secret shopper and I advise buyer beware. You do not want to deal with this company.

We have the Puffy queen size mattress purchased in 2020. Both my wife and I are side sleepers and purchased the Puffy Lux mattress for that reason and after reading all those 5 star reviews (Don't be influenced by those reviews as we were). After only a short time of owning this mattress our hips and lower back are constantly hurting. We have to try to change positions throughout the night to get comfort from the pain. There is a lump in the center which causes either one of us to roll into each other when trying to adjust our position causing breaks in our sleep patterns. This should not happen from a so called quality mattress. Let the buyer beware. Now we are considering purchasing a different brand of mattress after only a couple of years..

I cannot tell everyone how much I love this pillow. It is the perfect amount of soft and firm. It is nice and thick too so when I lay on my side, it is comfortable for my shoulder. Must have and I def will be getting more. It came very quickly with no issues. I also bought sheets to complete the perfect night's sleep.

A nice man on the phone asked for my order number to which I replied that I did not receive it. He found the order number and sent the email to me. I think Puffy Lux lives up to its name as a luxury mattress. It’s incredibly well crafted and delivers sleeping comfort for every hardworking person. I got the plush and it’s the best soft bed I’ve had. If you’re not used to plush beds but you’d like to try it, sinking in when you sit on the sides might take a little getting used to but your body will love the night's sleep. It expands out of the box really quickly which was a first for me and it’s ready to sleep on in just over 3 hours.

This are the most comfortable memory foam pillows we own. Not too firm like some other brands. The bamboo sheets are super comfortable also. We will definitely get more. My sister purchased a Puffy mattress and told me about it and said I should check it out. I went online, picked out the puffy mattress I wanted. I ordered it which was quick and easy. I received it at the front door within days with free delivery. I’ve never had a mattress like this before and wasn’t sure if I’d like it or not. It’s a very comfortable bed to sleep on.

We love our bed frame and sheets! The sheets are buttery soft and feel like a hotel. The color of the polar grey sheets glistens and feels cool to the touch. The frame is a pretty color and very sturdy, we bought the frame specifically for a noise free bedroom. The shipping was hassle free and quick. We are appreciative of this brand and will continue buying!

We received 2 puffy pillows when we ordered our lux hybrid mattress. I have been having a hard time finding a good pillow. This pillow is WONDERFUL! I'm a side sleeper, and it fills in the gap for neck support. I love it! It's very comfortable! I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone. I'm very happy with the pillow and the mattress. I'm absolutely thrilled with my Puffy Cloud mattress. It's been a sleep quality enhancer for me. I was in need of a plush mattress that also offered excellent back support, and the Puffy Cloud has exceeded all my expectations. The construction of the Cloud mattress, with its combination of foam and pocketed coils, is fantastic. Whether I'm on my back or side, it's incredibly comfortable.
