I have to say, Puffy's customer service really surprised us in the best way. The mattress quality is great too. We went with the Luxury Firm at first but it just wasn't the right feel for us — made one call and they took care of the exchange no problem. DON'T BUY THIS BRAND!!! Bought the mattress June 8, 2023. Noticed it was very soft right out of the box. Slept on it for and knew it wasn't for me and my disabilities. I have had back surgery, disks are all herniated etc...I got this mattress after a Saatva delivery mishap and after speaking extensively with a Puffy representative who assured me everything will be great. Sucker! Tried to file a claim in 2023 and I was given the runaround. I was also moving, stressed out and riddled with pain.

Puffy is great. The support team was very helpful, answered my questions, and gave honest opinions - not just opinions to get the sale done, which was definitely comforting. The process was fairly smooth and simple. They delivered it when they were supposed to and helped me set it up. Great team and high quality mattress!

Puffy Luxe, I did not sleep well with this mattress, and got a new one 3 years later. Even on my side it caused hip pain. On my stomach my hips sank down. It is comfy on your back but I can't sleep on my back due to sleep apnea. Overall too soft and not soft or supportive enough. My new Nectar hybrid is amazing.

So far, one week in tomorrow, I am enjoying this Puffy mattress. All aspects of doing business have been fabulous, and your delivery was really a white glove experience. Nice team! I have already given out your name to two people. I hope they buy one as well.

This is the second Puffy we purchased, the first was a queen lux version and we were very happy with it. We then decided to upgrade to a king size a few years later. We opted to get the lux again and puffy offed us to upgrade to the Royal and we went for it. Right away after setting it up we noticed that it was not as plush as our old lux version, it still felt nice just different. Then came the big problem with this mattress, the top is so slippy that none of our sheets would stay on. Every night we had to get up multiple times to adjust the sheets. I contacted Puffy and they just said that I needed to buy more accessories to make it work. Really bothered us that you can’t use the mattress right out of the box.

Had to share how impressed I was with the delivery service. Mattress arrived exactly when scheduled. Got a text two days before confirming my address, then a call to finalize delivery. The crew texted 45 minutes out. Both guys took their shoes off, brought in the new mattress, removed the old one, and were super polite. First, it's amazing to see an online mattress made with quality materials and no fiberglass. I think it's priced perfectly. I received the mattress 2 months ago, so it's the perfect time to review my experience.

It's been 5 years since we bought the highest level Puffy mattress and initially we liked it, but now it says a lot in the middle. The lifetime warranty only covers the sagging issue if it's at least 1.5 inches and this means measurement without any weight put on it. Well, there lies the problem. My husband and I cuddle a lot at night and the middle of the mattress says so much that when my husband tries to sit up I literally have to help him by pulling on his arm. We're both in our 70's and this is unacceptable considering the price we paid for a supposedly superior mattress.

Purchased mattress 9 mo ago. We are having issues with body impressions. We have submitted a warranty claim September 17th. They requested more info which was provided. Have sent 3 additional emails for status and the only response is we are working in your request. Customer service is non-existent.
