Like most people, I hadn't bought a mattress online before. I came here through many positive reviews and was amazed by the site and offers. It explained all aspects of a mattress in depth - what to look for, videos on critical things like firmness, so you can see what it's like. I had a lot of problems starting with low quality mattresses that wasted my money, time, and gave me back pain - finally Puffy changed all that. First, it's amazing to see an online mattress made with quality materials and no fiberglass. I think it's priced perfectly. I received the mattress 2 months ago, so it's the perfect time to review my experience.

Everyone was knowledgeable and answered all questions easily and efficiently. The delivery people actually arrived early and were very nice. So far the mattress seems comfortable, as does the pillow. The only thing - there's a first day or so with the new mattress where you might think it's not quite right, but it goes away quickly as you adjust to it each day. I like that the pillow stays cool - it's perfect with the mattress

It's been 5 years since we bought the highest level Puffy mattress and initially we liked it, but now it says a lot in the middle. The lifetime warranty only covers the sagging issue if it's at least 1.5 inches and this means measurement without any weight put on it. Well, there lies the problem. My husband and I cuddle a lot at night and the middle of the mattress says so much that when my husband tries to sit up I literally have to help him by pulling on his arm. We're both in our 70's and this is unacceptable considering the price we paid for a supposedly superior mattress.

Purchased mattress 9 mo ago. We are having issues with body impressions. We have submitted a warranty claim September 17th. They requested more info which was provided. Have sent 3 additional emails for status and the only response is we are working in your request. Customer service is non-existent.

Purchased on July 28, reviewing on Nov 27. The mattress is great - very comfortable and supportive. I've owned it for about 4 months, and it's been consistently excellent since the first night. Thanks for the high-quality mattress and support I was looking for.

Just purchased a Puffy Cloud Mattress. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself! For the first time in over two years, I got out of bed this morning with absolutely no back pain. I truly cannot get over this. I've had spinal shots, medication, everything you could think of, and this mattress has been the best solution. If you have back problems and hip problems like I do, please go out and get this mattress. I swear you will be the happiest person alive because back pain and hip pain is very hard to live with. Bought my Puffy Cloud mattress 30 days ago. Wanted to write a review the first day about how perfect it was, but waited to understand if it's getting better - and yes it is! Mattress is perfect. Great company with fabulous service and amazing well-made products. I love the bed and they were more than helpful in getting me a pillow that would work equally well.

The mattress took a little while for my body to adjust, but once it did it's been great. I also got a mattress protector. If you can get their sheets I would highly recommend because regular sheets don't always fit perfectly. The mattress is made with high quality materials, support team is amazing - the person I talked with was so helpful, and special thanks to the delivery team that helped me set everything up.

July 15, 2025. Three things stood out to me about Puffy. First, their customer service team was outstanding - really knowledgeable and straightforward about everything. Second, delivery showed up exactly when promised, and the crew was professional and efficient. Third, after about 3 weeks on this mattress, we're finally getting the deep sleep we've been missing for years. Honestly blown away by the whole experience from start to finish.

The 101-night sleep trial was fantastic. Plenty of time to really test if it works for you. This turned out to be the best mattress I've ever slept on! They had good pricing too. The delivery service was quick and professional. They hauled away my old mattress and set up the new one perfectly. Really happy with the whole experience.

My Lux, Cloud and Royal mattresses. I bought my first mattress from Puffy and was surprisingly happy. Eight months ago I ordered a second mattress - the Royal model for another house we have. Then six months ago, we got another one that's the one we sleep on every night. I made all 3 purchases online and the mattresses have been great. I'll be honest - if not for their customer service, I wouldn't be this satisfied. It's nice when you can share problems and they're ready to assist. The 101-night trial is a nice thing - keep it up. Had to share how great the delivery experience was yesterday. My mattress arrived exactly when scheduled. Got a text a couple days before confirming my address, then a call the next day to set up the delivery time. The delivery team texted when they were about 45 minutes out. Both guys were super professional - took their shoes off, brought the new mattress in, and hauled away my old one without any issues. First night on the Puffy Lux was amazing! Actually woke up this morning without the lower back pain I've had for months.

The quality of the mattress, the 101-night trial period and their customer service is excellent! It's a very well made mattress made to order in the USA. I originally purchased the luxury firm and it was just too hard for me. I called customer service and they offered a topper at no charge. It made some difference but wasn't quite enough. After working with their support team, they helped me exchange it for the medium firmness. What a difference! Finally found the perfect comfort level. It's been 6 months now and I sleep great every night. Excellent company and product - they really worked with me to find the right fit. 5 stars!

Over ten years ago I bought a Puffy mattress as a college student. I slept on that mattress for years and never once regretted it. Fast forward to this evening, when during the uncertainties of a move I'm still sleeping on this same Puffy mattress and find myself just as content with the product as I was when I purchased it. It's held its shape perfectly, maintains great support and more importantly - can be counted on to provide excellent sleep an entire 10 years later. When the day inevitably comes to replace it, I will be buying a Puffy again. Comfort is consistent, quality materials, delivery was super easy, queen fits two adults comfortably, and setup was very simple.

We purchased a Puffy luxury mattress a few months ago, replacing a different brand. The old mattress was all foam, and despite being "firm", was actually quite spongey, and uncomfortable, and we seldom slept through the night, waking up with back and hip pain. The Puffy mattress, with its hybrid construction, was immediately more comfortable. After a few nights of adjustment to the different feel, we were quite happy with it, and tend to sleep through the night. We wake up feeling more refreshed and less stiff.

I saw Puffy on an online website and in terms of my experience so far, I'd say it's been satisfactory. There aren't any issues with the mattress, though I can't predict what the future might bring. When it comes to customer service from Puffy, I would categorize my experience as good. There hasn't been anything overly remarkable to highlight, but there weren't any negative encounters either. From my perspective, Puffy has met my expectations up to this point and I'm comfortable giving them top marks.

It's exactly like sleeping on a cloud. I love my Puffy - I could stay in bed all day! No more sleep problems. I wake up well rested, and honestly, it's the best mattress I've ever had. You will not regret purchasing it.

Heard great things about Puffy so decided to try it. When it arrived, turned out to be firmer than I expected from the online descriptions. Gave it a few weeks, but it just wasn't soft enough for me personally. Still giving 5 stars though! The mattress quality is solid - just better for people who like firmer beds. Their return process was super easy, no hassle at all. They picked it up and were really nice about it. Honestly think it's a great mattress, just not the right fit for my sleep style. Would definitely recommend if you prefer medium-firm. Can't beat the trial period - nothing to lose!

Mattress was great for about 4 years. Product warranty will not allow you a replacement unless there is a visible 1.5” indentation. Unfortunately, the indentations are hardly visible due to the fabric they use for the outer covering but is 100% felt when you lay down and roll to the middle. I tried reaching out to see if they could do anything after purchasing the mattress less than 6 years ago but no luck. Kind of a bummer and won’t be buying another mattress from them. For context, I’m 175lb woman and it’s mostly just me who has slept in this bed the entire time so I think it’s odd to have broken down so fast. I bought and used their base and rotated it every few months as well.

Mattress was delivered Saturday evening, and we unpacked it Sunday. With the California King, it's better for two people to lift, unwrap, and lay out. Ours is on a platform. There was no smell, and it was totally usable within two hours, although we waited till bed. It's complete luxury. And the two pillows we received are spectacular! I have no issues at this time. And time will tell. The cover is well made. The sides are a little soft, but I don't sit on the side of the bed. And it has handles! Is not a flipper, only rotate.

VERY COMFORTABLE mattress, 100% recommended. If you want better quality sleep, get Puffy - you won't regret it. Been sleeping amazing since I got mine and my back pain is completely gone. The comfort and support are incredible. Hope this helps!

Buying mattresses online can be really stressful since you can't test them first. Your initial impression may not be the same after sleeping on it for weeks.
