One of Sleepopolis' top reviewed mattresses was the Nest Bedding and after looking online, we wanted to check out one of the retailers. The most convenient one was on Lafayette Street and there was this guy who was very helpful at the store. We tried the mattress out and their retail experience was very pleasant overall but it took us a month to actually make the decision to purchase it online. The site was very easy to navigate and they also had that Affirm option where you can make the payment plan which was good. We also used a promo code for $200 off that Sleepopolis offered. It was a very expensive mattress but the investment was worth it. The Nest Bedding mattress is really good and we love it. I would totally recommend it.

My girlfriend had pillows from Nest Bedding and she really enjoyed them. So I purchased the king-sized, hybrid, organic mattress and it's fantastic so far. I love it. While it arrived on time, the delivery team left it at the bottom of my stairs. Our stairs are outside leading to our house and they left it on our driveway. It would have been nice if they brought it to the top of the stairs. Instead I got it up by myself, which was a bit tricky. Still, I would totally recommend Nest Bedding. I’ve had trouble sleeping forever and the mattress really helped a lot and made a big difference.

Nest Bedding is a local company with a good price and I bought The Alexander Signature from them. There’s a little bit of smell but I am satisfied and it has improved my sleep. I would recommend Nest Bedding for it’s a good product.

Basically, we have received two bed frames but the first one we got was really squeaky. I contacted the person who sold that to me in the Chicago location. She offered a replacement, but it was also squeaky. After that, I just saved up to buy a better one, and got the adjustable metal bed frame. We purchased the medium firm mattress, but we did not receive the mattress we ordered the first time, so we had to contact the office and tell them and that was a waste of our time and resources. I finally received my ActiveX pillows, more than a month after I ordered them and after numerous follow-ups with customer service, many of which remained unanswered. They do not resemble the pillow on the Nest website--they have a curve on one side. It says that they are "customizable" by removing the stuffing, but there's so little stuffing to start I can imagine removing any. They arrived partially inserted into what appears to be a generic garbage bag, more than half of the pillow was unprotected in a cardboard box. There was a crumpled sheet at the bottom with information about customizing.

The mattress' smell is typical for the first couple of days to a week when I opened it up after being compressed for so long in the box.

I’ve had Nest Bedding mattress for two months now. Looking at different reviews I made the decision to purchase from them. I bought a mattress from the Soft Signature series and then I had to exchange it because it wasn’t very comfortable. They had me donate the mattress but they didn’t facilitate the destination. It's quick shipping and it’s a great experience. I've had it for a couple months now. You have the back pains and stuff on the first month and it takes 30 to 60 days before you get adjusted fully. So far, it's doing well for us and the quality is good. I would recommend the product to a friend if they're interested in a new mattress and a few other brands that I have tried. It depends on the type of sleeper you are.

I just requested a return from Nest Bedding for my Alexander Hybrid Mattress and I'm waiting to get that out. Initially, I wasn't too impressed with the product. I got a memory foam and I've never been on that before. The way it was manufactured seemed kind of cheap and the dimensions were off, it wasn't symmetrical. We even got little rubber washers to put on it to try and do some of the absorption, but we're just used to the memory foam and having less motion come through.
